Let’s Practice Mindfulness Outside!

Practicing Mindfulness outside is a great way to connect with nature, enjoy fresh air and stay active. We’re going to try and spend one hour outside, every day and invite you to try it too! Try going on a nature walk or watch the clouds form pictures in the sky. You can share below and tell us what you saw and how you felt!
