Moon jumps up. Streamers and confetti fall to the floor. Ollie sweeps them into a dustpan.

[Beeping]
Ollie turns green as tuk-tuks float around his head.

WELCOME-HOME PARTY HERE IN NEWYORK.
Stanley asks, DID SOMEONE SAY...PARTY?!
Stanley rides a piñata.
[Electronic music plays]
Moon says, YEAH!
LET'S START BRAINSTORMING.
[Needle scratches record]
Ollie says, NO NEED FOR THAT.

[Trumpet plays]

Moon throws confetti up into the air.

Ollie vacuums the confetti out of the air.

Stanley says, MY FRIEND RANDY COULD HELP US
WHIP UP A PARTY SUPER-FAST. IT'S HIS JOB.

Stanley smiles.

[Electronic music plays]

THAT'S A QUICK TRIP.

Moon stands on the top step, dressed in a fancy red dress. She poses.

[Gasp, yelling, boing]
Ollie catches Moon.

[Slide whistle]
Moon gives Stanley a purple and blue striped party hat. Stanley wears a green and red striped party hat tied around his shell.

Ollie looks up and down a street. He says, MM-HMM.

Ollie notices a poster on a wall advertising the party. Moon hands out invitations.
[Paper rustles]

Stanley says, GREAT PARTY COMING UP.

Moon says, INVITATIONS.
Ollie asks, MOON, WHAT ARE THESE?

AUNTIE CHAR IS A GREAT EXPLORER.

Wind from a passing bus carries the invitations out of Moon’s hands. They fly up across the sky.

Moon gives a cat in a business suit an invitation.
[Paper rustles]

Moon jumps on Stanley. He crawls out from beneath her.
[Squish, grunt]
Moon says, GLOW STICKS.

Randy plops a blonde-haired wig on Moon’s head. He holds up a hand mirror.
Randy says, YOU SHOULD BE AS FABULOUS AS

[Gasp]

Randy says, WITH AN ORDER THIS SIZE, I'LL
THROW IT IN FOR FREE.
WHAT A DEAL!

Randy hops into his boat and sails away from Stanley and Moon.

Stanley says, MY FRIEND RANDY COULD HELP US
WHIP UP A PARTY SUPER-FAST. IT'S HIS JOB.

MEET US AT THE TRUCK?
Stanley smiles.
Ollie says, HMM...

THINGS REALLY SMALL AND QUIET.
[Electronic music plays]
Moon shouts, GREAT!
I'M READY TO PARTY.
Ollie says, AHEM.
Moon says, I MEAN, I AM READY TO EAT
SOME CAKE, QUIETLY.
Ollie says, THEN LET'S GO FIND THAT
CAKE TRUCK.
[Giggling, happy whistling]
A taxicab passes in front of Ollie and Moon’s house.
Ollie stands on a sidewalk, looking at his cellphone.
Ollie says, SO, ACCORDING TO MY APP, THE
CAKE TRUCK IS SUPPOSED TO STOP
NEAR THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE.
THAT'S A QUICK TRIP.
RIGHT, MOON?
Moon stands on the top step, dressed in a fancy red dress. She poses.
Ollie asks, BUT WHY ARE YOU DRESSED LIKE THAT?
Moon says, OH, IT'S A PARTY, ISN'T IT?
I THOUGHT I'D WEAR SOMETHING ELEGANT.
[Gasp, yelling, boing]
Ollie catches Moon.
Ollie says, AS LONG AS YOU CAN KEEP UP.
[Slide whistle]
Moon gives Stanley a purple and blue striped party hat. Stanley wears a green and red striped party hat tied around his shell.
Moon whispers, PSST, CAN YOU HOLD THIS,
STANLEY? OLLIE'S A SIMPLE CAT.
Ollie looks up and down a street. He says, MM-HMM.
Moon says, HE DOESN'T THINK BIG LIKE I
DO, BUT I'M SURE HE'LL WANNA
WEAR IT LATER.
Stanley whispers, GOOD THINKING, MOON.
I'LL PUT IT IN MY HAT CLOSET.
Ollie says, LET'S GO.
WE HAVE TO HURRY BEFORE AUNTIE
CHAR GETS HOME.
[Airplane engine, happy whistling]
An airplane flies over clouds.
A pilot says, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,
WE HAVE REACHED OUR CRUISING
ALTITUDE ON OUR WAY TO NEW YORK
CITY, YAY!
[Horns honk]
Taxicabs and a bus drive through an busy intersection.
Ollie says, ACCORDING TO MY APP, IT
SHOULD TAKE US SEVEN MINUTES
TO-- MOON!
Ollie notices a poster on a wall advertising the party. Moon hands out invitations.
[Paper rustles]
Moon says, SEE YOU THERE.
Stanley says, GREAT PARTY COMING UP.
Moon says, IT'LL BE GREAT.
Stanley says, HOPE YOU CAN MAKE IT.
Moon says, INVITATIONS.
Ollie asks, MOON, WHAT ARE THESE?
Moon says, INVITATIONS!
AUNTIE CHAR IS A GREAT EXPLORER.
DON'T YOU THINK PEOPLE WOULD
LOVE HEARING ABOUT HER ADVENTURES?
Ollie says, WELL, SURE, BUT WE--
Moon says, DON'T WORRY, OLLIE.
IT'S NOT LIKE WE'RE GONNA INVITE
THE WHOLE CITY.
Wind from a passing bus carries the invitations out of Moon’s hands. They fly up across the sky.
[Gasp]
Stanley says, YUP, WE INVITED THE WHOLE
CITY.
Moon says, NOT THE WHOLE CITY.
THAT GUY DIDN'T GET ONE.
Moon gives a cat in a business suit an invitation.
[Paper rustles]
The cat asks, A PARTY?!
CAN I BRING MY COUSINS?
Moon says, SURE.
[Giggling]
Ollie says, MOON!
THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SMALL
PARTY FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
Moon says, RIGHT. SORRY.
I ALWAYS GET CARRIED AWAY WITH PARTIES.
Ollie scribbles over a poster with a blue marker.
[Scribbling]
Ollie shouts, IT'S OKAY.

BUT LET'S CONCENTRATE ON GETTING

[horns honk, needle scratches record]

Ollie walks away.
[Upbeat music plays]

Randy holds a red laptop computer. On the computer screen, an image of a bouncy castle appears.

IS THAT A BOUNCY CASTLE?

Randy says, NO.
Moon says, AND WE CAN BOUNCE QUIETLY, RIGHT?

Moon clicks and scrolls down a web page.
[Click, beeping]
Moon says, ACTUALLY, I LIKE EVERYTHING
ON THIS PAGE. FIREWORKS!
Randy says, YES.
Moon says, GLITTER CANNONS.
Randy says, YES!
Moon jumps on Stanley. He crawls out from beneath her.
[Squish, grunt]
Moon says, GLOW STICKS.
Randy says, AND WHAT ABOUT YOU?
Randy plops a blonde-haired wig on Moon’s head. He holds up a hand mirror.
Randy says, YOU SHOULD BE AS FABULOUS AS
YOUR PARTY.
[Gasp]
Moon says, THANK YOU.

THROW IT IN FOR FREE.

Randy hops into his boat and sails away from Stanley and Moon.
[Horn plays "La Cucaracha"]

The food truck drives past Ollie.
[Truck engine]
A dog wearing a green hat and shirt holds a map.

ARE YOU MOVIE STAR LADY MEOW MEOW?
[Laughing]
Moon asks, SCOOT?
Ollie says, HI, SCOOT.
Scoot says, HI, OLLIE.

I'M JUST ALL DRESSED UP FOR
OLLIE'S AMAZING PARTY.
Scoot says, MOON? HUH!

A bear yells, OH, WALK, WALK!
Stanley says, UH-OH.

Stanley retreats into his shell.
[Chattering]
[Truck engine]

THE TRUCK'S LEAVING. RUN!
[Exciting music plays]
Moon shouts, COME TO THE PARTY, SCOOT.

A crowd shouts, PARTY IN THE PARK?

[Panting]
Ollie says, WE MISSED...THE TRUCK..AND

[Beeping]
Ollie, Moon and Stanley walk on a city street. Billboards show pictures of Lady Meow Meow.
Ollie says, AND SHE SAYS SHE'LL BE HERE SOON.
Moon says, UGH, IT WAS MY PARTY OUTFIT
THAT DID IT.
WHO KNEW I LOOKED SO MUCH LIKE
MOVIE STAR LADY MEOW MEOW?
I'M SORRY, OLLIE.
IF ONLY THE TRUCK MADE MORE STOPS.
[Ding, beeping]
Ollie says, WAIT. MAYBE IT DOES.
LET'S SEE. ONE LAST STOP TODAY...
[Gasp]
Ollie says, IN CENTRAL PARK!
Moon says, PERFECT.
LET ME CALL RANDY AND GET RID OF
THIS OUTFIT.
Ollie says, GOOD IDEA, MOON.

Randy stops a pickup truck by Ollie, Moon and Stanley.

Moon wears a green dragon costume.

Four children hold cameras as they stare at Moon.
[Chimes]
Ollie says, BUT, MOON, LOOK AT MY

CHAR. WE HAVE TO GO NOW.
A hedgehog asks, YOU'RE LEAVING?
The children cry.
Ollie says, THE MERMAID HAS A PARTY SHE

BUT, GUESS WHAT?
YOU'RE ALL INVITED, SO COME ON!
[Cheering]
The children throw away their cameras and follow Ollie, Moon and Stanley.

A crowd gathers behind the cat.

A spotlight shines on Ollie as he falls to his knees.
Ollie says, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT.
ALL I WANTED WAS A SMALL, QUIET

[Quacking]

[Upbeat music plays]
Moon says, RANDY, CHANGE OF PLANS.

Randy sails his boat to where Chuck relaxes beside the river. Chuck, Ollie and Moon make a huge cheese cake.

[Cheering, munching, upbeat music plays]

[Cricket chirp]
Stars twinkle over Ollie and Moon’s house. Ollie, Moon and Stanley stop and stand on the sidewalk by the front steps.

ATTITUDE TOWARDS BIG PARTIES.
THEY CAN BE FUN.

[Door opens]
Randy opens the house door.

I COULDN'T RETURN ALL THE STUFF
YOU ORDERED.
[Upbeat music plays]
A bouncy castle, piñata, blow-up palm trees and colourful flag banners decorate a living room. A guitar leans against the red sofa. A cake sits on a platter on a carpet.
Ollie says, HUH?
Ollie blinks.
[Blip, blip]
Ollie shouts, EVERYBODY, SAY, "PARTY!"
Ollie, Moon and Stanley shout, PARTY!
[Laughing, fireworks explode]
Randy launches fireworks from the building roof. Yellow fireworks explode, leaving an image of Ollie and Moon’s faces in the sky.
[Upbeat music plays]
