Images of a warehouse full of art on its walls appear.

Mickeey pops out of a graffiti art on a wall.

Mickeey is in his twenties, with short puffy black hair and he wears rolled up jeans, a cream hooded sweatshirt under a red plaid jacket and red snickers.

Mickeey says YO, WHAT'S UP?
WHAT'S GOING ON,
MOVERS?
WE'RE GONNA BE LEARNING A BRAND
NEW WAY TO GET STEPPIN'.
TIME TO LET IT SLIDE
WITH THE HEEL-TOE-GLIDE.
WOO!

A caption reads "Heel-Toe-Glide."

Mickeey says THIS ONE'S A TOUGH ONE,
SO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION.
LET'S GO CHECK IN
WHAT THE FEET ARE DOING.

He steps front with his right foot and says YOU'RE GONNA TAKE A STEP FRONT,
THEN BACK,

He steps back with the left foot.

He does a heel dig with his right foot and a toe touch crossing the left foot.

He says THEN A HEEL, TOE,
GLIDE.
DRAW A SEMI-CIRCLE,
THEN ONCE YOU'RE DONE,
PICK UP THAT OTHER KNEE
TO GO AGAIN.
STEP, STEP,
HEEL, TOE,
GLIDE,
PICK IT UP.
LET'S GO SEE
WHERE THE HANDS ARE.

With the first two steps, he says YOU'RE GONNA START OFF WITH
TWO BIG THUMBS UP,
YOU'RE GONNA DRAW
TWO CIRCLES AROUND...

With the heel-toe, he stretches his arms to the front and then crosses his arms.

He says THEN YOU'RE GONNA
GIVE SOMEONE A BIG HUG,

He glides and says THEN TAKE YOUR ARMS OUT,

He goes back to the thumbs up position and says TO REPEAT AGAIN.
CIRCLES,
BIG HUG,
DOWN,
PICK IT UP.
CIRCLES,
BIG HUG,
DOWN,
PICK IT UP.
YOU GUYS JUST GOT YOURSELVES
THE HEEL-TOE-GLIDE.
MUSIC AND FRIENDS?

(music plays)

Melissa and Daniel appear.

Daniel is in his twenties, with short curly brown hair and he wears glasses, jeans, a coral T-shirt under a pink shirt and a black cap hat.

Melissa is in her twenties, with long straight brown hair with bangs and she wears jeans, an orange T-shirt and a green hoodie.

They start dancing.

Mickeey says FIVE, SIX, SEVEN,
HEY!
STEP, STEP,
HEEL, TOE, AND GLIDE,
SIX, SEVEN,
EIGHT.
STEP, STEP,
HEEL, TOE, WOO!
PICK IT UP.
WOO!
YEAH.

They all high-five.

Mickeey says GUESS WHAT, GUYS?
YOU JUST MOVED WITH
MICKEEY.
SEE YA!

He jumps back in the graffiti.
