??A split screen shows images of kids playing kitchenware as musical instruments.

In colourful letters, the name of the show appears between a fork and a knife. It reads My world kitchen.

The narrator says WHOSE KITCHEN ARE WE GOING TO TODAY? A boy opens the door to his house and says HI, I M EDDIE, COME IN!

Eddie is around 11, with short straight light brown hair and wears gray trousers and a mint green T-shirt.

He says THIS IS MY KITCHEN. THIS IS MY MUM.

Mom says HELLO!

Mom is in her thirties, with above the shoulder wavy brown hair and wears a white dress.

The narrator says HI, MUM!

Eddie says WE RE MAKING PIZZA TODAY, BECAUSE MY MUM S ITALIAN, AND PIZZA S FROM ITALY.

The narrator says EDDIE S MUM ERICA HAS SHOWN HIM HER FAMILY S SPECIAL WAY OF MAKING PIZZA FROM SCRATCH. EDDIE S FAMILY ARE ITALIAN, AND ORIGINALLY COME FROM A PLACE CALLED ITALY. ITALY IS A COUNTRY IN EUROPE THAT LOOKS LIKE THE SHAPE OF A BOOT.

An animated world map shows the location of Italy.

The narrator says IN ITALY, PEOPLE LIKE TO COOK WITH FRESH INGREDIENTS THAT COME FROM CLOSE TO WHERE THEY LIVE. MANY ITALIAN FAMILIES SPEND A LOT OF TIME COOKING BIG MEALS THAT THEY CAN ALL ENJOY TOGETHER. THERE ARE MANY TYPES OF ITALIAN FOOD, INCLUDING PASTA AND PIZZA. PIZZA IS MADE BY PUTTING TOPPINGS SUCH AS CHEESE, MEAT AND VEGETABLES ALL OVER A PIECE OF DOUGH COVERED IN SAUCE. NOW EDDIE HAS WASHED HIS HANDS, PUT HIS APRON ON, AND HE S READY TO COOK.

Eddie says I M MAKING AN OLIVE PIZZA FOR MY FRIENDS!

The narrator says AND HE S INVITED ROUND AIHAN, DANIEL, AND AMELIA TO TASTE ONE OF THE MAIN INGREDIENTS BEFORE THEY COME ROUND FOR AN ITALIAN MEAL LATER. WHAT S THAT?

Aihan is around 10, with short straight brown hair and wears an orange and blue T-shirt.

Daniel is around 11, with short fair hair and wears a baby blue T-shirt.

Amelia is around 10, with long slightly wavy blond hair and wears a pink T-shirt.

Aihan opens a box and says A GRAPE OR A BLUEBERRY?

The narrator says IT S NOT A GRAPE! SO WHAT DO YOU THINK IT IS?

Daniel says IT LOOKS LIKE AN OLIVE.

The narrator says IT IS AN OLIVE! (LAUGHING)

Amelia tastes it and says IT S QUITE BAD.

The narrator says OH, DEAR...

Aihan says IT DOES NOT TASTE NICE.

The narrator says DO YOU THINK EVERYONE WILL LIKE EDDIE S PIZZA? IT HAS GOT OLIVES IN IT.

Daniel says IT S... QUITE DISGUSTING.

The narrator says SO, AS WELL AS OLIVES, YOU LL ALSO NEED SUGAR, SALT, WATER, DRIED YEAST, STRONG WHITE BREAD FLOUR, TINNED PLUM TOMATOES, OLIVE OIL, BLACK PEPPER, AND MOZZARELLA CHEESE. COME ON, EDDIE, TELL US WHAT S FIRST.

Eddie says WE GET THE BOWL ON HERE. FIRST I M GONNA MEASURE MY FLOUR.

The narrator says THAT S REALLY IMPORTANT, EDDIE.

Eddie says MY MUM TAUGHT ME HOW TO COOK THIS PIZZA.

The narrator says TO MAKE THE DOUGH, EDDIE S ADDING DRIED YEAST, AND A PINCH OF SALT. YOU LL NEED TO KEEP THE SALT AWAY FROM THE YEAST.

Eddie says NOW WE GET THE SUGAR. THE YEAST LIKES THE SUGAR. SO THE YEAST WILL EAT THAT.

The narrator says THE YEAST WILL MAKE THE DOUGH RISE SO IT BECOMES MUCH BIGGER. WHAT S NEXT?

Eddie says YOU GET TWO SPOONS OF OIL, AND PUT IT IN THE WATER.

The narrator says GREAT! NOW POUR THAT IN.

Eddie says AND THEN WE NEED TO MIX IT AROUND WITH THIS.

The narrator says THAT LOOKS REALLY STICKY. GO ON, MIX IT ALL TOGETHER.

Eddie says WE RE MAKING A DOUGH FOR THE PIZZA. THINK I NEED TO GET MY HANDS IN.

The narrator says YES YOU DO, EDDIE, SQUEEZE IT TOGETHER. YEAH, JUST LIKE THAT.

Eddie says GET, UMM, FLOUR, SPRINKLE IT AROUND THERE. GET THAT-- PUT IT ON HERE.

He takes the dough out of the bowl and starts kneading it on the table.

The narrator says AND THAT FLOUR WILL STOP IT STICKING TO THE BOARD.

Eddie says NOW WE RE GONNA PUT THE DOUGH TO BED. FIRST WE DID THE OIL THE... THE BOWL, SO THE DOUGH DOESN T STICK. OKAY, LET S GET THE BRUSH. CLEAN IT AROUND. NIGHT-NIGHT, DOUGH.

The narrator says SLEEP TIGHT!

Eddie says GET THE TOWEL, PUT IT OVER THE DOUGH.

The narrator says MAKE SURE IT S A NICE CLEAN TOWEL, EDDIE. NOW LEAVE IT SOMEWHERE WARM TO RISE.

Eddie says AND NOW, WE NEED TO GET OUR TOPPINGS READY. FIRST, THE TOMATOES. WE PUT THE TOMATOES IN THE-- IN THE SIEVE, SO ONLY THE JUICE GOES THROUGH. WE RE GETTING RID OF THE JUICE SO THE PIZZA DOESN T GET SOGGY.

The narrator says GOOD TIP!

Eddie says OKAY, WE LL GET THIS, PUT ALL OF THEM IN THERE. GET THAT, PUT THAT THERE. GET MY SCISSORS, CHOP ALL OF THESE UP.

The narrator says MMM, CAREFUL WITH THOSE SCISSORS.

Eddie says IF THEY RE BIG ON THE PIZZA, THEY LL BE HARD TO EAT. POMODORI IS THE ITALIAN WAY OF SAYING TOMATO.

The narrator says EDDIE S DOUGH SHOULD BE READY SOON. HE LL NEED MORE FLOUR. GIVE IT A GOOD SPRINKLE!

Eddie sprinkles flour on the table and says SPREAD IT AROUND... WOW, THAT S GROWN LOADS!

The narrator says ALMOST DOUBLED IN SIZE!

Eddie says OOH, THERE WE GO! PUT THAT OVER THERE. PAT THAT. OHH, THAT FEELS REALLY GOOD. I M CUTTING IT IN HALF SO THAT WE CAN MAKE TWO PIZZAS INSTEAD OF ONLY ONE. OKAY, WE LL GET THAT HALF, PUT THAT BACK IN THERE.

The narrator says MMM, AND YOU CAN USE THAT LATER. AND GIVE YOUR DOUGH A GOOD STRETCH SO YOU CAN GET THE RIGHT SHAPE.

Eddie shows his outfit and says I VE GOT THE COLOUR OF THE ITALIAN FLAG: GREEN, WHITE, RED. BUT IT ACTUALLY GOES GREEN, RED, WHITE. OKAY, WE FINISHED OFF THIS, LET S GET THE TOMATOES...

The narrator says OHH, THE POMODORI! NOW SPREAD IT EVERYWHERE.

Eddie says NOW IT S TIME FOR MY SPECIAL AND IMPORTANT INGREDIENT.

The narrator says WHAT S THAT THEN, EDDIE?

Eddie says THE OLIVES!

An animation shows an olive tree.

The narrator says OLIVES GROW ON OLIVE TREES. AND SOME OLIVE TREES CAN LIVE FOR OVER A THOUSAND YEARS. OLIVES ARE A FRUIT THAT STARTS OFF GREEN, BUT TURN BLACK AS THEY GET OLDER. YOU CAN EAT OLIVES ON THEIR OWN, OR ADD THEM TO RECIPES. JUST LIKE THIS PIZZA. THEY RE ALSO USED TO MAKE OLIVE OIL THAT YOU CAN COOK WITH. OLIVE TREES GROW IN WARM COUNTRIES AROUND THE WORLD, AND A LOT OF THE WORLD S OLIVES COME FROM ITALY.

Eddie says WE RE GONNA RIP THEM INTO LITTLE BITS. WE RE PUTTING OLIVES ON THIS PIZZA, CAUSE LOADS AND LOADS GROW IN ITALY. NOW LET S GET THIS CHEESE.

The narrator says THAT S MOZZARELLA. JUST TEAR IT INTO SMALL PIECES AND SCATTER IT OVER THE TOP. PERFECT!

Eddie says THERE, THAT S LOOKING REALLY GOOD. MUM, I NEED SOME HELP.

The narrator says WHAT FOR, EDDIE?

Eddie says I NEED YOU TO HELP ME GET THE PIZZA ONTO HERE.

Mom helps Eddie put the pizza on the pizza paddle.

The narrator says THIS IS A PIZZA PADDLE FOR EDDIE S SPECIAL PIZZA OVEN. IF YOU D LIKE TO MAKE IT AT HOME IN YOUR OVEN, YOU LL NEED TO ADD DRIED YEAST, AND SALT AND SUGAR TO PLAIN BREAD FLOUR. ADD OLIVE OIL TO WATER, AND POUR INTO A BOWL. GIVE IT A MIX, AND KNEAD IT INTO A DOUGH ON A FLOURED WORKTOP. NOW OIL A BOWL, PUT THE DOUGH INSIDE, AND COVER IT. THEN LEAVE IT SOMEWHERE WARM TO RISE. NOW DRAIN THE TOMATOES, AND CAREFULLY CHOP THEM UP. WHEN THE DOUGH S RISEN, TIP IT OUT AND CUT IT IN HALF, AS THIS WILL MAKE TWO PIZZAS. KNEAD ONE HALF INTO THE SHAPE OF YOUR PIZZA, AND COVER WITH THE TOMATOES. TEAR UP OLIVES AND MOZZARELLA CHEESE, AND PUT THE PIZZA ONTO AN OILED BAKING TRAY, AND ASK A GROWN-UP TO POP IT INTO THE OVEN FOR YOU. NOW THERE S JUST ENOUGH TIME FOR EDDIE TO GET THE TABLE READY FOR HIS VERY SPECIAL ITALIAN MEAL.

Eddie sniffs a basil plant and says MMM... (SNIFFING) BASIL SMELLS LOVELY.

The narrator says WELL DONE, EDDIE! YOUR ITALIAN-THEMED TABLE LOOKS FANTASTICALLY COLOURFUL! (DOORBELL RINGING) (LAUGHING) THAT MUST BE EDDIE S FRIENDS.

Daniel, Amelia, and Aihan say HI, EDDIE!

The narrator says NOW EVERYONE S WASHED THEIR HANDS, AND WE RE READY TO EAT.

Eddie says WHAT DO YOU THINK OF MY TABLE?

Aihan says IT S VERY COLOURFUL, ALL OF THE GREEN AND THE RED AND THE WHITE.

Eddie says IT S FROM ITALY, CAN T YOU TELL? GREEN, WHITE, RED. THAT S THE ITALY FLAG. DO YOU THINK WE SHOULD PUT THE PIZZAS IN THE OVEN?

Daniel says YEAH.

Amelia says YES.

Eddie says COME ON, THEN.

The narrator says EDDIE S FAMILY HAVE A VERY TRADITIONAL ITALIAN PIZZA OVEN, AND MUM S GOING TO COOK WITH IT. WOW, IT S VERY HOT IN THERE!

Eddie says THE DOUGH, IT S CHANGING COLOUR, THAT S THE FIRST THING YOU GET TO SEE, I D SAY.

Daniel says YEAH, THE DOUGH S GETTING BIGGER AND BIGGER.

Amelia says YEAH, AND THEN IT CHANGES THE COLOUR.

Daniel says YEAH.

Eddie says AND THEN THE CHEESE...

Daniel says GETS BUBBLY. LOOK, IT S GOING BUBBLY NOW!

The narrator says COME ON, MUM, TIME TO GET IT OUT OF THE OVEN.

Eddie says YEAH, THAT S READY, THAT S READY, MUMMY, THAT S READY!

The narrator says YUM! AND EDDIE S MADE ENOUGH PIZZA FOR EVERYBODY. AND MUM S ADDING FRESH BASIL LEAVES FOR DECORATION AND EXTRA TASTE.

Mom slices and serves the pizza.

The narrator says WOW, THAT LOOKS REALLY DELICIOUS. AND LOOK! ALL THE CHEESE HAS MELTED, AND THE OLIVES ARE COOKED. NOW IT S SLIGHTLY COOLED, YOU CAN EAT IT. BUT WOW, THAT LOOKS SO GOOD. AND THERE S LOTS FOR EVERYONE!

Eddie says BON APPETITO!

The narrator says THAT MEANS ENJOY YOUR MEAL. IN ITALIAN. LET S HOPE THEY LIKE IT! WHEN THEY FIRST TASTED OLIVES, NO ONE WAS VERY KEEN. DO YOU THINK EDDIE HAS CHANGED THEIR MINDS?

Eddie says WHAT DO YOU THINK OF MY PIZZA?

Aihan says REALLY NICE, EDDIE.

Amelia says I THINK IT S REALLY, REALLY GOOD.

Eddie says WHAT DO YOU THINK THE SPECIAL INGREDIENT WAS, EVERYONE?

Aihan says OLIVES.

Amelia says OLIVES TASTE BETTER WHEN IT S COOKED.

Daniel says WHAT TYPE OF OLIVES ARE THEY?

Eddie says THEY RE BLACK OLIVES. AND AS WELL, THERE S ALL DIFFERENT KINDS.

The narrator says WELL DONE, EDDIE! THEY DO LIKE THE TASTE OF OLIVES IN YOUR PIZZA AFTER ALL.

Eddie says THANK YOU FOR COMING TO MY WORLD KITCHEN!

Music plays as the end credits roll.
