[Happy music plays]

Mandisa wears her long black hair pulled away from her face. She smiles as she holds up a cardboard robot and a paper bag decorated as a fox puppet. Text above her reads, “Curious Crafting.”

Mandisa sits on a small stool by a round table. She holds red paper flowers. She wears a white long-sleeved shirt and light blue denim overalls. A girl with two light brown braids sits to Mandisa’s right. The girl wears a grey long-sleeved shirt. A boy with short black hair sits to Mandisa’s left. He wears a purple long-sleeved shirt.

Mandisa says, FLOWERS USUALLY
GROW IN SPRINGTIME, BUT USING
MATERIALS YOU CAN FIND AROUND
THE HOUSE, YOU CAN MAKE A
FLOWER CRAFT ANY TIME OF
THE YEAR.

THESE ARE MY CUPCAKE FLOWERS.

Mandisa holds a paper with colourful paper flowers glued to it.

[Chimes play, scraping]

Mandisa says, TO MAKE THIS
CRAFT AT HOME, TAKE A LARGE
CUPCAKE LINER AND FLIP IT
INSIDE OUT.

CUT SLITS ALONG THE SIDES
TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE PETALS.

TAKE A SMALLER CUPCAKE LINER
AND DO THE SAME.

GLUE A SMALLER CUPCAKE LINER
TO THE CENTRE OF THE LARGER ONE.

FINISH WITH A GEM, BUTTON
OR POM POM IN THE MIDDLE.

TAKE CRAFT STICKS AND COLOUR
THEM GREEN WITH A PAINT STICK.

CUT OUT GREEN CONSTRUCTION
PAPER LEAVES AND GLUE THEM
TO THE CRAFT STICKS.

GLUE YOUR STEMS AND FLOWERS
TO A SHEET OF WHITE PAPER.

ENJOY YOUR BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS.

Mandisa and the two children hold paper with cupcake flowers glued to each sheet.

The boy says, MY FLOWERS
ARE COOL. YOU HAVE ONE,
TWO, THREE...
