The Mayor twists his moustache.

(Grunting)
Mayor Humdinger says, THERE. ALL YOU-- I MEAN, ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS SPRAY THIS METAL TOP HAT SO IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S MADE OF SAND.
(Kittens chuckling)
The kittens use spray cans to cover the top hat in sand.
(Shaking)

Mayor Humdinger says, EVERYONE WILL BE FOOLED, AND I'LL WIN FIRST PRIZE! YOU MISSED A SPOT OV—
He leans his foot against the hat, and it wobbles.

Farmer Yumi sprays water on a sand sculpture of a cow.

She looks over at Mayor Humdinger.
Farmer Yumi says, OH, A TOP HAT MADE OF SAND. THAT'S VERY CLEVER, MAYOR HUMDINGER. HM. THAT MUST BE FOGGY BOTTOM SAND. IT LOOKS A LITTLE DIFFERENT.
Mayor Humdinger says, UH-UH. THAT'S CLOSE ENOUGH. AND IT'S REAL SAND. I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYBODY THINKS. NO MORE PEEKING!
Farmer Yumi walks away.

Marshall and Rocky brace the poles holding up the banner.

A hazard sign is blown over.

The sign on the Pet Parlour blows over. Katie runs out of the store, holding Cali
Katie says, HUH? THAT ALMOST LOOKS LIKE A GIANT ONE OF THESE.
She holds up a hair dryer.
(Meowing)
The wind machine races by again, blowing Cali out of her arms. Katie catches Cali.
Katie says, GOTCHA, CALI. BETTER CALL THE PAW PATROL.
Mayor Goodway stands under the banner.
Mayor Goodway says, SAND ARTISTS, THE OFFICIAL SAND SCULPTURE JUDGING WILL SOON BEGIN.
Mayor Humdinger asks, YOU'RE STARTING NOW?! CAN'T YOU WAIT UNTIL THE WEATHER GETS, UH, BETTER?
(Phone ringing)
Ryder says, HI, KATIE. WHAT HAPPENED TO CALI? A GIANT BLOW DRYER ON WHEELS JUST WHOOSHED PAST, AND IT BLEW DOWN MY SHOP SIGN, TOO.
Ryder says, OH, NO! WHERE'S THAT WIND MAKER NOW?
(Blowing)
Katie says, HEADED FOR MR. PORTER'S CAFE!

(Beeping)
Ryder says, TO THE LOOKOUT.
The pups say, RYDER NEEDS US!
Marshall trips over a bucket and bounces off a lawn chair.
Marshall cries, WHOA-WHOA! WHOA! WHOA!
He rolls on the bucket into the Tower. The other pups follow.
(All barking)
Skye says, WHOA, MARSHALL!
Rubble asks, HOW'D HE GET HERE SO FAST?
Marshall says, I TOOK THE BEACH PAIL EXPRESS.
(All laughing)
A platform rises with the pups on it.
(Dinging)
The pups jump out in their uniforms. They sit in a line.
Chase says, PAW PATROL READY FOR ACTION, RYDER, SIR.
Ryder presses his Pup Pad, and a screen lowers.
(Beeping)
Ryder says, THANKS FOR HURRYING, PUPS. WE'VE GOT A WILD AND WINDY MISSION.
Rocky asks, ISN'T THAT MAYOR HUMDINGER'S WIND MACHINE?
Ryder says, THAT'S HIS HUMBLOWER, ALRIGHT, AND NOW HIS KITTIES ARE TRAPPED ON IT AND IT'S OUT OF CONTROL.
(Kittens meowing)
Onscreen, Katie cries, OH, NO!
Ryder says, SO, WE HAVE TO FIND IT, SHUT IT DOWN, AND RESCUE THE KITTIES. SO, FOR THIS MISSION, I'LL NEED SKYE. I NEED YOU TO USE YOUR COPTER TO FIND THAT RUNAWAY HUMBLOWER.
Skye says, THIS PUPPY'S GOTTA FLY!
Ryder says, AND CHASE, I NEED YOU TO USE YOUR CONES TO SLOW DOWN THAT ROLLING FAN SO THE KITTIES CAN SAFELY JUMP OFF.
Chase says, CHASE IS ON THE CASE!
Ryder says, ALRIGHT, PAW PATROL IS ON A ROLL!
(All barking)
Ryder slides down a pole.
(Music playing)

Ryder and Chase stop. The Humblower speeds ahead.
Ryder says, ALRIGHT, CHASE. TIME TO SLOW THAT WIND MAKER DOWN.
Chase says, A BUMPY ROAD SHOULD DO THE TRICK. RUFF, CONES!
Cones fly out of Chase’s vehicle and land on the road.
(Sirens blaring)
The kittens lean to one side and Humblower swerves away from the cones.
(Meowing)
Chase says, OH, NO! THE KITTIES MADE IT SWERVE AWAY!
Ryder says, FOLLOW THAT FAN!
(Sirens blaring)
Ryder and Chase drive after the Humblower. It rolls onto a playground
(Wind howling)
Danny uses a parasail to pull himself on a skateboard.
Chase calls, DANNY, WATCH OUT FOR THE BIG WIND!
Danny cries, WHOA!
The parasail pulls Danny up a slide.
Danny shouts, WHOA!
He launches into the air.
Danny says, WHOA! AWESOME!
(Grunting)
Danny lands in a bush.
(Groaning)
Danny says, NOT SO AWESOME. MY COOL KITE!
Skye flies above the town.
Skye says, RYDER, IT'S HEADED BACK TOWARD KATIE'S PET PARLOUR.
(Sirens blaring)
Katie cries, OH, NO! THAT HUGE FAN WILL WRECK MY SIGN FOR SURE.
Skye says, I'M COMING IN, KATIE AND CALI. ARF, HOOK!
A hook lowers from the copter and lifts the sign back onto the store.
Katie says, PAWSOME, SKYE. THANKS!
(Sirens blaring)
The Humblower drives by a track.
Ryder says, THE HUMBLOWER'S ALMOST HERE. READY TO TRY IT AGAIN, CHASE?
Chase says, I KNOW HOW TO STOP IT! RUFF, NET!
Chase shoots out a net. It lands in front of the Humblower and catches it.
Ryder says, GREAT JOB, CHASE. YOU STOPPED IT.
(Gasping)
Ryder says, ALMOST.
The Humblower bounces backwards off the net. The kittens fly into the air.
(All meowing)
Ryder calls, DON'T WORRY. I'VE GOT YOU, KITTIES! RUFF, TRAMPOLINE NET!
The trampoline net lands on the ground and the kittens land on it. One brown kitten grabs Danny’s kite.
(Meowing)
Ryder says, SKYE, LOOKS LIKE YOU'LL HAVE TO DO A MID-AIR KITE KITTY RESCUE.
Skye says, ROGER THAT.
(Meowing)
Ryder says, UH-OH. PUPS, THE HUMBLOWER'S HEADED BACK TO THE BEACH.
Zuma says, ON THE WAY, DUDE.
Rocky says, MEET YOU THERE!
(Sirens blaring)
Ryder and Chase drive.
Skye flies toward the brown kitten.
(Meowing)
Skye says DON'T WORRY, KITTY. I'LL GET YOU DOWN. ARF, HARNESS!
A harness on a cable lowers from the copter.
Skye says, JUST LET GO. I'LL CATCH YOU.
(Meowing)
The harness grips the kitten.
(Relieved meow)
Skye drops the brown kitten with the other kittens.
(All meowing)
The pups drive on the beach in their vehicles.
(Sirens blaring)
Marshall says, LOOK, THERE'S THE HUMBLOWER!

(Sirens blaring)
Ryder says, PUPS, WE HAVE TO SAVE THOSE SAND SCULPTURES. HM, BUT HOW?
Rubble says, I THINK I'VE GOT AN IDEA. SORRY, LOOKOUT, BUT I NEED YOU TO DO SOMETHING MORE IMPORTANT.
Rubble knocks over the Lookout Tower sculpture. He pushes it into a sand ramp.
Ryder says, GREAT IDEA, RUBBLE. SKYE, AIRLIFT ROCKY. WE'RE GOING TO NEED HIS TOOL ARM.
Skye says, GET READY TO RIDE, ROCKY.
Skye sends down a hook on a cable and lifts Rocky up.
The Humblower speeds onto the ramp and flies into the air.
(All cheering)
Skye flies Rocky over to the Humblower.
Ryder says, TURN OFF THE HUMBLOWER.
Rocky says, RUFF, SCREWDRIVER!
Rocky’s screwdriver comes out of his uniform and presses a button on the Humblower. The machine stops blowing and drops.
(Gasping)
It lands on the top hat sculpture.
Mayor Humdinger says, AH, MY METAL-- I MEAN SAND TOP HAT! AWW.
(Clucking)
Chickaletta pecks the top hat.
(Metal clanking)
Mayor Goodway says, SOUNDS LIKE METAL, MAYOR HUMDINGER, AND METAL MAKES YOU DISQUALIFIED.
(Groaning)
Mayor Goodway says, EVERYONE'S SAND SCULPTURES WERE SO WONDERFUL, BUT CHICKALETTA AND I AGREE THAT FIRST PLACE SHOULD GO TO FARMER YUMI.
(Gasping)
Mayor Goodway says, YOUR SAND BETTINA WAS SENSATIONAL.
(All cheering)

The pups jump out in their uniforms. They sit in a line.
Chase says, PAW PATROL READY FOR ACTION, RYDER, SIR.
Ryder presses his Pup Pad, and a screen lowers.
(Beeping)
Ryder says, THANKS FOR HURRYING, PUPS. WE'VE GOT A WILD AND WINDY MISSION.
Rocky asks, ISN'T THAT MAYOR HUMDINGER'S WIND MACHINE?
Ryder says, THAT'S HIS HUMBLOWER, ALRIGHT, AND NOW HIS KITTIES ARE TRAPPED ON IT AND IT'S OUT OF CONTROL.
(Kittens meowing)
Onscreen, Katie cries, OH, NO!
Ryder says, SO, WE HAVE TO FIND IT, SHUT IT DOWN, AND RESCUE THE KITTIES. SO, FOR THIS MISSION, I'LL NEED SKYE. I NEED YOU TO USE YOUR COPTER TO FIND THAT RUNAWAY HUMBLOWER.
Skye says, THIS PUPPY'S GOTTA FLY!
Ryder says, AND CHASE, I NEED YOU TO USE YOUR CONES TO SLOW DOWN THAT ROLLING FAN SO THE KITTIES CAN SAFELY JUMP OFF.
Chase says, CHASE IS ON THE CASE!
Ryder says, ALRIGHT, PAW PATROL IS ON A ROLL!
(All barking)
Ryder slides down a pole.
(Music playing)
Singing, PAW PATROL, GO, GO!
(Barking)
Skye says, WOO-HOO!
Singing, PAW PATROL!
Sky slides down a chute.
(Barking, giggling)
Chase runs and jumps on a chute.
(Barking)
Singing, GO, GO, GO, GO!
(Barking)
Singing, SKYE!
Skye’s vehicle transforms into a copter, and she lifts off.
Singing, GO, GO, GO, GO! GO, GO, GO, GO! GO, GO, GO, GO, PAW PATROL! GO, GO, GO, GO,GO, GO, GO, GO! CHASE!
Chase jumps into his vehicle. He drives off.
Singing, GO, GO, GO, GO! GO, GO, GO, GO! GO, GO, GO, GO! PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL!
(Sirens blaring)
Ryder drives his ATV.
(Music playing)
Ryder, Chase and Sky speed along a road.
(Music playing)
Skye flies high in the air.
Skye says, I SEE THE HUMBLOWER. IT'S TAKING THE KITTIES TOWARD THE PLAYGROUND.
Ryder and Chase stop. The Humblower speeds ahead.
Ryder says, ALRIGHT, CHASE. TIME TO SLOW THAT WIND MAKER DOWN.
Chase says, A BUMPY ROAD SHOULD DO THE TRICK. RUFF, CONES!
Cones fly out of Chase’s vehicle and land on the road.
(Sirens blaring)
The kittens lean to one side and Humblower swerves away from the cones.
(Meowing)
Chase says, OH, NO! THE KITTIES MADE IT SWERVE AWAY!
Ryder says, FOLLOW THAT FAN!
(Sirens blaring)
Ryder and Chase drive after the Humblower. It rolls onto a playground
(Wind howling)
Danny uses a parasail to pull himself on a skateboard.
Chase calls, DANNY, WATCH OUT FOR THE BIG WIND!
Danny cries, WHOA!
The parasail pulls Danny up a slide.
Danny shouts, WHOA!
He launches into the air.
Danny says, WHOA! AWESOME!
(Grunting)
Danny lands in a bush.
(Groaning)
Danny says, NOT SO AWESOME. MY COOL KITE!
Skye flies above the town.
Skye says, RYDER, IT'S HEADED BACK TOWARD KATIE'S PET PARLOUR.
(Sirens blaring)
Katie cries, OH, NO! THAT HUGE FAN WILL WRECK MY SIGN FOR SURE.
Skye says, I'M COMING IN, KATIE AND CALI. ARF, HOOK!
A hook lowers from the copter and lifts the sign back onto the store.
Katie says, PAWSOME, SKYE. THANKS!
(Sirens blaring)
The Humblower drives by a track.
Ryder says, THE HUMBLOWER'S ALMOST HERE. READY TO TRY IT AGAIN, CHASE?
Chase says, I KNOW HOW TO STOP IT! RUFF, NET!
Chase shoots out a net. It lands in front of the Humblower and catches it.
Ryder says, GREAT JOB, CHASE. YOU STOPPED IT.
(Gasping)
Ryder says, ALMOST.
The Humblower bounces backwards off the net. The kittens fly into the air.
(All meowing)
Ryder calls, DON'T WORRY. I'VE GOT YOU, KITTIES! RUFF, TRAMPOLINE NET!
The trampoline net lands on the ground and the kittens land on it. One brown kitten grabs Danny’s kite.
(Meowing)
Ryder says, SKYE, LOOKS LIKE YOU'LL HAVE TO DO A MID-AIR KITE KITTY RESCUE.
Skye says, ROGER THAT.
(Meowing)
Ryder says, UH-OH. PUPS, THE HUMBLOWER'S HEADED BACK TO THE BEACH.
Zuma says, ON THE WAY, DUDE.
Rocky says, MEET YOU THERE!
(Sirens blaring)
Ryder and Chase drive.
Skye flies toward the brown kitten.
(Meowing)
Skye says DON'T WORRY, KITTY. I'LL GET YOU DOWN. ARF, HARNESS!
A harness on a cable lowers from the copter.
Skye says, JUST LET GO. I'LL CATCH YOU.
(Meowing)
The harness grips the kitten.
(Relieved meow)
Skye drops the brown kitten with the other kittens.
(All meowing)
The pups drive on the beach in their vehicles.
(Sirens blaring)
Marshall says, LOOK, THERE'S THE HUMBLOWER!
Rocky says, AND IT'S HEADED STRAIGHT FOR THE SAND SCULPTURE CONTEST!
Rubble says, WE'VE GOT TO WARN EVERYONE!
(Sirens blaring)
The pups drive along the beach.
(Mayor Goodway gasping)
She and Farmer Yumi run.
(Horn honking)
People cry, IT'S HEADED RIGHT FOR US! WATCH OUT! OH, NO!
(Mayor Humdinger laughing)
Mayor Humdinger says, MY PLAN IS GOING TO WORK AFTER ALL! FIRST PLACE, HERE I COME!
(Sirens blaring)
Ryder says, PUPS, WE HAVE TO SAVE THOSE SAND SCULPTURES. HM, BUT HOW?
Rubble says, I THINK I'VE GOT AN IDEA. SORRY, LOOKOUT, BUT I NEED YOU TO DO SOMETHING MORE IMPORTANT.
Rubble knocks over the Lookout Tower sculpture. He pushes it into a sand ramp.
Ryder says, GREAT IDEA, RUBBLE. SKYE, AIRLIFT ROCKY. WE'RE GOING TO NEED HIS TOOL ARM.
Skye says, GET READY TO RIDE, ROCKY.
Skye sends down a hook on a cable and lifts Rocky up.
The Humblower speeds onto the ramp and flies into the air.
(All cheering)
Skye flies Rocky over to the Humblower.
Ryder says, TURN OFF THE HUMBLOWER.
Rocky says, RUFF, SCREWDRIVER!
Rocky’s screwdriver comes out of his uniform and presses a button on the Humblower. The machine stops blowing and drops.
(Gasping)
It lands on the top hat sculpture.
Mayor Humdinger says, AH, MY METAL-- I MEAN SAND TOP HAT! AWW.
(Clucking)
Chickaletta pecks the top hat.
(Metal clanking)
Mayor Goodway says, SOUNDS LIKE METAL, MAYOR HUMDINGER, AND METAL MAKES YOU DISQUALIFIED.
(Groaning)
Mayor Goodway says, EVERYONE'S SAND SCULPTURES WERE SO WONDERFUL, BUT CHICKALETTA AND I AGREE THAT FIRST PLACE SHOULD GO TO FARMER YUMI.
(Gasping)
Mayor Goodway says, YOUR SAND BETTINA WAS SENSATIONAL.
(All cheering)
Mayor Goodway says, ON BEHALF OF ALL THESE FABULOUS SAND ARTISTS, I'D LIKE TO THANK YOU, RYDER AND PUPS, FOR SAVING THE CONTEST.
Ryder says, YOU'RE WELCOME. WHENEVER THE WIND GETS A LITTLE TOO WILD, JUST YELP FOR HELP.
Farmer Yumi says, AND I WANT TO GIVE A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO RUBBLE, FOR SACRIFICING YOUR SAND SCULPTURE TO SAVE EVERYONE ELSE'S. THIS TROPHY IS SHARED WITH YOU, TOO.
Rubble says, REALLY? AW, THANKS, FARMER YUMI.
(All cheering)
