Our heroes save the town from sleepwalking dangers including a dump truck driving out of control with a sleeping driver at the wheel. With Metallix making comical errors in AJ's place, our heroes manage to save the day. Stoked by overcoming that challenge, Riley takes a shot at her shoe record and beats it.

He takes us on a tour of his bedroom where we get to see his cool medals from Capoeira competitions, his books, and his adorable pet reptile, Goku! We join Jobim in his Capoeira class, an Afro-Brazilian martial art, that combines dance, acrobatics, and music! Jobim and his friends demonstrate their favourite techniques to the lively sound of the berimbau, commonly used in Capoeira. Jobim then takes us on a hike through the woods with his family to look for wild mushrooms, but be careful, some mushrooms are poisonous! After all that hiking, it's time for some cooking lessons with Jobim! He's cooking Afro-influenced seafood paella and we get to see his awesome chopping skills and his incredible passion for food! The day couldn't end any better than receiving an inspirational message from one of his role models! Bon appetit!
