An animation shows a person camping, cooking and knitting.

A title reads: How to do Stuff Good

Three children run into a colourful den.

All say, HEY! HEY, HEY! HEY!

They sit down on chairs around a low table. They all hold microphones.

Yas says, WELCOME TO HOW TO DO STUFF GOOD. I'M YAS.

Jenna says, I'M JENNA.

Imi says, AND I'M IMI, AND I TELL YOU, THE ATMOSPHERE'S ELECTRIC AT THE STUDIO TODAY.

Jenna says, IT SURE IS, IMI. WE'VE GOT ALL OUR BEST SPORTS HACKS FROM ALL OUR MAIN PLAYERS.

Yas says, LET'S TAKE A LOOK.

A title reads: How to do Stuff Good

Vinnie says, I'VE GOT AN EASY HACK THAT'LL KNOCK ANY CRICKET FAN'S SOCKS OFF.

Sahara says, I'VE GOT YOUR HALF-TIME SNACK SUSSED.

(Whistle blaring)

Ashok has a whistle around his neck.

Ashok says, I'LL SHOW YOU HOW TO HAVE STADIUM-SIZED FUN WITH JUST A SHOE BOX.

Yas says, I'VE GOT A WAY TO RACE ALL DAY... IN YOUR VERY OWN HOME.

Cooper says, ROLL UP A DELICIOUS SNACK THAT YOU CAN PACK WITH YOUR SPORT GEAR.

Yas is back in the den.

Yas says, THIS IS GOING TO BE EPIC.

Imi says, HACKS WILL BE THE WINNER OF THE DAY.

Jenna says, LET'S GET STARTED.

(Music playing)

Text reads: Ashok

Ashok has wavy black hair and wears a blue patterned shirt over a white t-shirt. He dances behind a craft table.

Ashok blows a whistle. He carries a soccer ball.

Ashok says, HEY TEAM, WE'RE ALL ABOUT THE SPORTS TODAY. AND THIS HACK IS GONNA BRING THE FUN OF A FOOTBALL STADIUM RIGHT TO YOUR PLACE.

Ashok heads the ball.

(Cheering)

Ashok says, GOAL! IT'S SHOE BOX SOCCER TIME.

Text reads: Shoe Box Soccer

Ashok points to supplies on the craft table.

Ashok says, HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO MAKE ONE YOURSELF. A SHOE BOX, A PING PONG BALL, PEGS, A WHITE MARKER, WOODEN SKEWERS AND WOODEN BEADS, FELT, AND A LOW TEMPERATURE GLUE GUN. SPORTS FANS, TIME TO LACE UP YOUR BOOTS AND GET READY TO CRAFT. GRAB A SHOE BOX. DESIGN IT HOWEVER YOU WANT. I'M GONNA USE THIS GREEN FELT AS MY PITCH 'CAUSE PITCHES ARE GREEN. NOW GRAB YOUR LOW TEMPERATURE GLUE GUN AND WE'RE GONNA GLUE OUR PITCH INTO THE STADIUM.

(Horn honking)

Text reads: Adult Alert

Ashok says, PLACE IT IN, ON TOP OF THE GLUE. GRAB YOUR WHITE MARKER AND DRAW THE GOALS AND YOUR HALFWAY MARK. AND OUTLINE YOUR GOAL. AND IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS.

Ashok holds up the box with the green felt inside.

Ashok says, NOW WE'RE GONNA CUT SMALL RECTANGLES ON EACH SIDE SO WE CAN MAKE THE GOAL. MAKE SURE IT'S BIG ENOUGH FOR THE PING PONG BALL TO FIT THROUGH 'CAUSE WE WANT TO GET A LOT OF GOALS.

Ashok picks up a box with cut out holes.

Ashok says, WE'VE ALSO ADDED SMALL HOLES ON EACH SIDE FOR OUR WOODEN SKEWERS TO GO THROUGH. THIS IS WHAT OUR PLAYERS ARE GONNA SIT ON. NOW WE'RE GONNA ADD OUR SKEWERS THROUGH OUR HOLES.

Ashok slides the skewer through the box.

Ashok says, WE'LL PUT OUR BEADS ON. NOW A FOOTBALL GAME WITH NO PLAYERS WOULD BE PRETTY BORING. LET'S ADD SOME. I'VE GOT DIFFERENT COLOURS FOR DIFFERENT TEAMS. LET'S START HANGING THEM. THIS TEAM'S CALLED PEG UNITED. THREE DEFENDERS AND TWO STRIKERS. DON'T LET ME DOWN, WOODEN PEG UNITED. IT'S TIME TO ADD PEG CITY.

Ashok adds wooden laundry pegs to the box.

Ashok says, NOW TO PICK MY STRIKERS. I RECKON I'LL PICK THIS GUY, DAVID PEGGINGHAM. IT'S ALL DONE. THIS IS WHAT IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE. AND THE LAST PART'S THE EASIEST PART. DROP IN THE PING PONG AND READY FOR KICK OFF!

(Whistle blaring)

Ashok says, COME ON, DAVID PEGHAM.

Ashok turns the skewers.

(Crowd cheering)

Ashok says, GOAL! THIS IS SUPER FUN AND SUPER EASY TO MAKE. NOW IT'S YOUR TURN TO STEP UP AND TAKE YOUR SHOT. GOAL! CHAMPIONS!

(Cheering)

(Music playing)

Text reads: Sahara

Sahara dances around a table. She has curly dark brown hair in a ponytail and wears a red apron over a yellow t-shirt.

Sahara says, HEY, TEAM. ONE OF MY FAVOURITE THINGS ABOUT SPORT IS THE ORANGES AT HALF TIME. YUM! BUT IT'S TIME TO TAKE THIS TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

Blue oranges are on a stand.

Text reads: Orange Jellies

Sahara points to ingredients on the table.

Sahara says, HERE'S WHAT YOU'RE GONNA NEED. ORANGES, ENOUGH FOR YOUR WHOLE TEAM. AND THEN THREE DIFFERENT FLAVOURS OF JELLY. YEAH, THAT'S IT. FIRST, CUT YOUR ORANGES CAREFULLY IN HALF.

(Horn blaring)

Text reads: Adult Alert

Sahara says, LIKE THIS. IT'S TIME TO SCOOP THE MIDDLE BIT OUT. I'M USING AN ICE CREAM SCOOP. YOU CAN ALWAYS SAVE THE MIDDLE BIT FOR LATER, OR...

Sahara eats a scooped-out orange.

Sahara says, SO THIS IS WHAT WE'RE AIMING FOR, AN EMPTY ORANGE BOWL. JUST DO THIS A MILLION TIMES MORE. NOW THAT WE HAVE OUR EMPTY ORANGE BOWLS, WE'RE GONNA PUT THEM IN MUFFIN TRAYS.

Sahara catches a muffin tray that is tossed in from the side/

Sahara says, NICE THROW. WE'RE GONNA PUT THEM IN HERE JUST SO THEY STAY UPRIGHT WHEN WE'RE POURING THE JELLY IN. NOW FOR THE JELLY. WE'RE GONNA ADD IT MAYBE A THIRD OF THE WAY UP. I'M USING RED, BUT YOU CAN USE WHATEVER COLOUR YOU WANT. POP THIS IN THE FRIDGE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS. THEN ADD THE NEXT COLOUR.

An animated person holds a ticking stopwatch.

Sahara says, NOW LET'S POP IN THE GREEN. WE STILL HAVE ONE COLOUR LEFT. JUST LEAVE A LITTLE BIT OF ROOM FOR IT. BACK TO THE FRIDGE.

The stopwatch reappears.

Sahara says, TIME FOR BLUE. BECAUSE THIS IS THE LAST COLOUR, WE CAN JUST POUR THE BLUE ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP. AND BACK TO THE FRIDGE. LET'S GO.

The stopwatch returns.

Sahara sets orange halves filled with blue gelatin on a cutting board.

Sahara says, OKAY, NOW THEY'RE SET AND REALLY COLD, WE CAN CUT TO SEE THE INSIDES. WHEN USING SHARP KNIVES, MAKE SURE THERE'S AN ADULT AROUND.

(Horn honking)

Text reads: Adult Alert

A person sticks in their hand from the side and gives Sahara a thumbs up.

Sahara says, THANKS, ADULT. OUR FIRST ONE'S DONE. DOESN'T THAT JUST LOOK AMAZING? YOU CAN SEE ALL THE COLOURS.

Sahara tastes a slice.

Sahara says, SO GOOD. MIGHT JUST HAVE 'EM ALL FOR ME. TURN UP WITH ORANGES LIKE THESE AND YOU WILL FOR SURE GET PLAYER OF THE DAY.

An animation shows people slapping hands and bumping fists.

Text reads: How to do Stuff Good

(Music playing)

Text reads: Fave Sports?

Imi says, MY FAVOURITE SPORT…

Cooper asks, FAVOURITE SPORT?

Piper says, MY FAVOURITE SPORT.

Imi says, ...IS RUGBY.

Cooper says, IT'S ULTIMATE FRISBEE.

Yas says, MAINLY CHEERLEADING.

Jenna says, I LIKE CRICKET.

Piper says, DEFINITELY, HAND DOWNS, BASKETBALL.

Imi says, IT'S JUST FUN 'CAUSE I'M FAST AND IT'S FUN WATCHING PEOPLE TRY TO CATCH ME.

(Laughing)

Oliver says, I PLAY CRICKET. I WATCH CRICKET. I LOVE CRICKET. YAY!

(Music playing)

Text reads: Vinnie

Vinnie dances around the craft table. He has shaggy blonde hair and wears a yellow t-shirt and black shorts.

Vinnie says, IF YOU ARE A CRICKET FAN LIKE ME, YOU WANT TO SPEND AS MUCH TIME AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN PRACTICING. HOWZAT!

(Cheering)

Vinnie says, BUT WHAT IF YOU WANT TO PRACTICE YOUR BATTING, AND THERE'S NO-ONE AROUND TO DO IT WITH. PUT A SOCK IN IT, MATE.

Text reads: Sock Cricket

A sock with a ball in it dangles. A cricket bat hits the ball.

Vinnie says, THIS TRICK IS AN OLDIE BUT A GOODIE. FIRST, GET YOUR CRICKET BALL AND POP IT IN AN OLD SOCK. BUT MAKE SURE THE SOCK HAS NO HOLES IN IT. IF THE BALL'S FLYING OUT, IT JUST WOULDN'T BE CRICKET. NOW ONCE YOU'VE PUT THE BALL IN THE SOCK, TIE IT UP WITH SOME TWINE. MAKE SURE YOU TIE IT NICE AND TIGHT. YOU CAN USE A GRANNY KNOT, JUST MAKE SURE IT'S SUPER TIGHT. OKAY, THE NEXT STEP IS TO FIND A BRANCH, PREFERABLY IN YOUR BACKYARD. AND YOU PROBABLY WANT IT AWAY FROM WINDOWS THAT WOULD LOOK BETTER NOT SMASHED.

(Glass breaking)

Vinnie stands under a branch.

Vinnie says, OKAY, THAT'S CONVENIENT. NOW CHUCK YOUR BALL OVER THE BRANCH AND TIE IT AT THE HEIGHT YOU WANT IT. YOU MIGHT NEED AN ADULT TO HELP YOU DO THIS IF YOUR BRANCH IS TALL. BUT MINE IS CONVENIENTLY VERY SHORT. TIE IT UP. AND ONCE YOU'VE FINISHED YOUR KNOT, YOU ARE READY TO START PLAYING. NOW YOU CAN PRACTICE YOUR STRAIGHT DRIVES, YOUR FORWARD DEFENCE AND YOUR CUTS, ALL IN THE SAFETY AND THE LUXURY OF YOUR OWN BACKYARD. HOWZAT! I RECKON PRETTY GOOD.

(Music playing)

Text reads: Yasmin

Yas dances behind the craft table. She has long blonde hair and wears a red top.

Yas says, OKAY ,SPORT FANS! NOT ALL SPORTS NEED A RACQUET OR A BALL. TODAY I'VE GOT A SUPER SPEEDY WAY TO RACE ALL DAY IN YOUR HOUSE, WITH A BIT OF SCIENCE ALONG THE WAY.

Text reads: Balloon Rocket Racers

Yas points to supplies on the table.

Yas says, HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED. TWO BALLOONS, SOME STRAWS, STRING, SOME PEGS, AND STICKY TAPE. START BY THREADING YOUR STRING THROUGH EACH OF THE STRAWS. LIKE THAT.

Yas pulls a string through a blue and white striped straw.

Yas says, NOW TIE THE STRING TO TWO DIFFERENT OBJECTS ACROSS THE ROOM. YOU WANT TWO OBJECTS ABOUT THE SAME HEIGHT.

The animated stopwatch appears.

Two strings stretch across the room.

Yas says, TAH-DAH! JUST LIKE THIS. NOW BLOW UP YOUR BALLOONS AND USE A PEG TO PINCH THE END. THAT LOOKS LIKE THE RIGHT SIZE. THEN TWIST IT AND THEN PUT THE PEG. TRY NOT TO LET TOO MUCH AIR ESCAPE.

Yas attached a wooden laundry peg to the end of a pink balloon. She blows up a blue balloon.

(Balloon deflating)

The pink balloon deflates completely.

Yas says, NOW WE HAVE TO DO THAT AGAIN.

Yas blows up the balloon.

Yas says, THERE WE GO. NOW TAPE YOUR BALLOONS TO THE STRAW ON THE STRING.

Yas attaches a balloon to each straw on the string.

Yas says, NOW CHOOSE YOUR RACER, AND ON YOUR MARKS, GET SET, GO!

Yas releases the laundry pegs. The balloons race along the string.

Yas says, WHOOO-HOO! SO WHY IS THIS SCIENTIFIC AND NOT JUST FUN? WELL, IT'S BOTH.

An animated rocket blasts off.

Yas narrates, ROCKETS ARE PROPELLED FORWARDS BY PUMPING OUT GAS, SMOKE AND FLAMES BEHIND IT. THIS IS ISAAC NEWTON'S THIRD LAW IN PRACTICE. WHO'S ISAAC NEWTON? HE'S A SUPER SMART SCIENCE DUDE. HIS LAW STATES THAT EVERY ACTION HAS AN EQUAL AND OPPOSITE REACTION. IN THE BALLOON RACE'S CASE, AIR IS STORED INSIDE THE BALLOON, AND THERE'S A LOT OF PRESSURE BUILD UP. WHEN YOU REMOVE THE PEG AND THE AIR ESCAPES, AN EQUAL FORCE IS CREATED WHICH PROPELS THE BALLOON FORWARDS ALONG THE STRING.

Balloons deflate as they move along the string.

Yas says, YOU CAN RACE YOUR MATES WITH THESE. AND EVEN TRY TO COME UP WITH YOUR OWN PLANE AND ROCKET DESIGNS. SO LET'S HEAD TO THE RACES.

(Music playing)

Yas, Imi and Jenna stand in the den.

Yas says into a microphone, HERE WE ARE AT THE HOW TO DO STUFF GOOD RACETRACK. AND WHAT A DAY FOR IT! THE CROWD'S GOING WILD!

(Crowd cheering)

Yas says, HERE WE HAVE IMI AND JENNA. HOW ARE YOU FEELING, IMI?

Imi says, WELL, I'M EXCITED, I'M PUMPED AND I'M READY TO WIN.

Yas asks, JENNA?

Jenna says, GREAT, THAT TROPHY'S GOT MY NAME ON IT.

Yas says, WELL, GOOD LUCK. NOW LET'S HEAD TO THE START LINE. AND THE FIRST BALLOON TO GET TO THE FINISH LINE WINS. SO, ON YOUR MARKS, GET SET, GO!

Imi and Jenna release the pegs on the balloons. The balloon moves over the strings.

Both say, GO, GO, GO, GO, GO!

(Cheering)

Yas says, LET'S SEE THAT AGAIN. IT WAS A GREAT START FROM BOTH RACERS. BUT IMI'S BALLOON TOOK THE LEAD AND POWERED ACROSS THE FINISH LINE. WHOA, CONGRATULATIONS, IMI. THERE'S YOUR TROPHY. AND LET'S GET BACK TO HACKS, SPORTS FANS.

(Music playing)

Text reads: Cooper

Cooper jumps around behind the craft table. He has short brown hair and wears a red apron over a striped shirt.

Cooper says, WHEN I'VE GOT A GAME ON, I NEED ENERGY. SO I'VE GOT A SNACK FOR YOU THAT YOU CAN LITERALLY ROLL UP AND TAKE TO THE MATCH.

Text reads: Fruit Straps

Cooper points to ingredients on the table.

Cooper says, HERE'S WHAT YOU'RE GONNA NEED. HEAPS OF FRUIT. SO I'VE GOT SOME STRAWBERRIES AND BLUEBERRIES, SOME MANGO, AND SOME PEACHES, AND I'VE GOT SOME KIWI FRUIT AS WELL. AND I'VE ALSO GOT SOME MAPLE SYRUP AND SOME LEMONS. FINAL INGREDIENT, CLEAN HANDS. SO I'M GONNA MAKE THREE DIFFERENT BATCHES OF THESE. SO I'M GONNA START WITH THE BERRIES. SO I'M JUST GONNA POP THEM IN.

Cooper pours berries into a container.

Cooper says, I'M LEAVING THE STALKS ON. APPARENTLY, THEY'RE GOOD FOR YOU. AND SO YOU'LL NEED A TEASPOON OF MAPLE SYRUP. AND JUST A SQUEEZE OF LEMON. THERE WE GO. NOW JUST POP THE LID ON. AND WHIZ IT UP.

(Horn blowing)

Text reads: Adult Alert

Cooper turns on a blender.

Cooper says, LOOK AT THE COLOUR OF IT! JUST GRAB A LINED BAKING TRAY.

Cooper smells the blended fruit.

Cooper says, MMM, BERRY. NOW JUST POUR IT OUT IN JUST A THIN LAYER. YOU MIGHT NOT USE ALL OF IT. JUST GRAB ONE OF THESE THINGS.

Cooper uses a spatula to spread the berry blend over the baking tray.

Cooper says, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT'S CALLED BUT YOU CAN USE IT. AND JUST SMEAR IT. OH, THAT'S VERY SATISFYING. SMOOTH IT OUT SO IT'S NICE AND EVEN. THIS SHOULD BE ABOUT ONE OR TWO MILLIMETRES THICK. YEAH, LOOKS GOOD. I RECKON IT'S ALMOST READY. BUT IT SHOULD LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THIS.

(Tray clanging)

Cooper uses the blender.

(Horn honking)

Text reads: Adult Alert

Cooper says, OKAY. NOW LET'S DO THE ORANGE FRUIT. NOW WE'RE GONNA DO THE KIWI FRUITS.

(Horn honking)

Text reads: Adult Alert

Cooper says, SMEAR THAT ONE OUT. NOW JUST ASK AN ADULT TO POP IT IN THE OVEN AT A REALLY LOW HEAT FOR ABOUT FOUR TO SIX HOURS. FOUR TO SIX HOURS! WHAT AM I GONNA DO?

The animated stopwatch starts ticking.

Cooper says, ONCE THEY'RE OUT OF THE OVEN, LET THEM TOTALLY COOL, AND THEN GRAB A PIZZA CUTTER OR SOME SCISSORS AND CUT THEM INTO THIN STRIPS. ABOUT THE THICKNESS OF SOME STICKY TAPE OR MASKING TAPE. THESE THINGS CAN GET PRETTY SHARP, SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN ADULT AROUND.

A person gives Cooper a thumbs up.

Cooper says, THANKS, ADULT. OOH, CHECK IT OUT! FRUITY STRIPS!

Cooper peels a strip off the tray. He drops the strip into his mouth.

Cooper says, OH, GOT IT. IF YOU'RE FEELING FANCY, HOW RIDICULOUS IS THIS FOR A SERVING SUGGESTION.

The fruit tape is on tape dispensers.

Cooper says, AH! THAT'S PRETTY GOOD. THAT'S THE BEST STICKY TAPE I'VE EVER TASTED. A HEALTHY SNACK THAT WILL KEEP YOU POWERED UP THROUGH THE WHOLE GAME.

(Music playing)

Animated cars race.

Text reads: Imi

Imi dances. He has black hair in short locs. He wears a green shirt with stripes and blue jeans.

Imi says, THERE'S ONLY ONE DOWNSIDE TO PLAYING SPORT.

Imi takes off one of his sneakers and sniffs it.

(Groaning)

Imi holds out his shoe.

Imi says, OH, UGH. SMELL THAT. YEAH, ALL THAT RUNNING AROUND MAKES FOR SOME STINKY SHOES. BUT LUCKILY, I KNOW A TRICK TO MAKE YOUR FEET SMELL SWEET. YOU-- YOU OKAY? YOU GOOD, YEAH?

Text reads: Smelly Shoe Hack

Imi says, HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED.

Imi points to the supplies on the table.

Imi says, BAKING SODA, ESSENTIAL OILS, AN OLD CLEAN SOCK, AND SOMETHING TO TIE IT OFF WITH LIKE A RIBBON. ALL RIGHT, HERE'S WHAT YOU DO. SO YOU GET YOUR BAKING SODA, AND THEN YOU PUT IT INTO THE SOCK. WE'LL ADD A LITTLE BIT MORE. OKAY, THAT FEELS ABOUT RIGHT. AND THEN YOUR GET YOUR ESSENTIAL OILS, AND THEN YOU POUR IT INTO THE SOCK. IT SMELLS REALLY GOOD. YOUR FEET ARE GONNA SMELL WONDERFUL. AND THEN YOU TWIST THE SOCK UP. OKAY. AND THEN YOU PUT THE RIBBON ON. I'M GONNA TIE IT UP LIKE I TIE A SHOELACE. THE REASON THIS WORKS IS THE BAKING SODA ABSORBS SOME OF THE MOISTURE IN YOUR SWEATY SHOES AND KILLS THE BACTERIA THAT CAUSED THE STINKY SHOE SMELL. ALL RIGHT, THERE WE GO. LOOKING, AND SMELLING, GOOD. ALL RIGHT, NOW LET'S CHUCK IT IN OUR SHOE, LEAVE IT THERE OVERNIGHT, AND OUR SHOES WILL SMELL GOOD.

Imi smells the shoe.

Imi says, AH, MUCH BETTER!

(Music playing)

An animation shows people slapping hands and bumping fists.

Text reads: Best Sporting Memory?

Piper says, MY FAVOURITE SPORTING MEMORY WOULD DEFINITELY BE, I THINK...

Ashok says, TOUCH FOOTY GALA DAY.

Yas says, CHEERLEADING AND THE COMPETITIONS WITH MY FRIENDS.

Ashok says, WE SMASHED ALL THE TEAMS, IT WAS SO FUN TO PLAY.

Piper says, IT WAS A YEAR AGO AND I COMPLETELY SMASHED THIS OTHER TEAM IN BASKETBALL. IT WAS, LIKE, THE BEST GAME BECAUSE ALL OF MY TEAMMATES, AND WE WERE JUST WORKING WITH TEAMWORK.

(Music playing)

Text reads: Scarlet

Scarlet dances behind the table. She has dark brown hair in a bun and wears a white t-shirt with grey and blue shape, and black shorts.

Scarlet asks, HAVE YOU EVER WANTED TO PLAY ICE HOCKEY AT YOUR OWN HOME? HAVE YOU? WELL, LET'S SHRINK THE RINK.

(Cheering)

Text reads: Mini Ice Hockey

Scarlet points to craft supplies on the table.

Scarlet says, HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED. A JUG OF WATER, A TRAY, ANY COLOUR TAPE, ANY COLOUR CIRCLE STICKERS, TWO PIPE CLEANERS, ANY COLOUR AS WELL. AND THREE BOTTLE CAPS, TWO BIG, ONE SMALL. START BY MARKING THREE LINES ON YOUR TRAY WITH TAPE. I DON'T NEED A RULER. THAT'S THE HALFWAY MARK. I'VE NEVER ACTUALLY PLAYED ICE HOCKEY BUT THIS LOOKS LIKE SO MUCH FUN. GRAB YOUR CIRCLE STICKERS. I'M GOING TO TUCK THESE ONES UNDER THE END OF THE TAPE. AND ONE DOT FOR THE CENTRE OF YOUR RING. AND IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS. NOW WE GET THIS GIANT JUG AND WE START POURING WATER.

Scarlet pours water into the metal tray, filling it halfway full.

Scarlet says, POP THIS IN THE FREEZER OVERNIGHT.

(Sighing)

Scarlet asks, AM I GONNA SLEEP HERE?

An animated hourglass appears. Sand drops through it to the bottom.

Scarlet carries the tray to the table.

Scarlet says, IT'S FROZEN. IT'S SO COLD. AND IT'S NEARLY READY TO PLAY. I'VE USED TWO PIPE CLEANERS TO CREATE THE GOALS, AND AS YOU CAN SEE, THEY'RE A BACKWARDS "H." I THINK. SO YOUR BLACK BOTTLE CAP, OR ANY COLOUR, JUST A SMALL BOTTLE CAP, WILL BE YOUR PUCK. AND THE OTHER TWO WILL BE YOUR PLAYERS. IS SOMEONE GONNA PLAY WITH ME? ARE YOU GONNA PLAY WITH ME?

Scarlet moves the bottle caps over the ice with her fingers.

Scarlet says, NOW YOU'RE READY TO BATTLE. AND IT'S ALSO SLIPPERY FROM THE ICE. AND MY LITTLE CAP SCORES! WHOO!

(Cheering)

Scarlet uses a bottlecap to hit the tiny puck.

(Music playing)

Text reads: Jenna

Jenna dances. She has long black hair in a ponytail and wear a green shirt under light blue overalls.

Jenna says, MY FAVOURITE SPORT IS PRANKING. YES, A PRANK IS A SPORT. SO TODAY I'M GOING TO INTRODUCE YOU TO A WHOLE NEW THING: A SPRANK! A SPORT PRANK. PEOPLE ALWAYS GET COMPETITIVE WHEN IT COMES TO SPORT, AND THAT'S HOW YOU'RE GONNA TRICK YOUR PALS, BY APPEALING TO THEIR NATURAL COMPETITIVE NATURE. LET'S GET SPRANKING.

(Boing sound)

Text reads: Ping Pong Switch-A-Roo

Ping pong balls bounce on a table. An egg breaks.

Jenna stands behind the table.

Jenna says, ALL YOU NEED FOR THIS SPORTS PRANK IS PING PONG BALLS, A BUCKET, AND... A RAW EGG. QUICK WARNING, THIS PRANK DOES GET MESSY, SO CHOOSE YOUR PRANKEE WISELY, AND DO IT OUTSIDE. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS. FILL A BOWL FULL OF PING PONG BALLS AND PLACE THE EGG RIGHT DOWN THE BOTTOM. SEE HOW IT BLENDS IN? YOU CAN'T EVEN SEE IT! THERE IS NO EGG! AND NOW YOU'RE GONNA CHALLENGE YOUR FRIEND TO A LITTLE GAME. ASK YOUR FRIENDS HOW MANY PING PONG BALLS THEY CAN HEAD INTO A BUCKET IN 30 SECONDS. WHAT'S A HEADER? IT'S THIS.

Jenna bounces a ball off her head. She tries to get it into a large green bucket.

(Laughing)

Jenna says, DID IT OFF MY SHOULDER. ALL RIGHT, THAT WAS MORE OF A SHOULDER ONE, BUT YOU GET THE POINT.

A ball bounces off Jenna’s head and into the bucket.

Jenna says, THAT'S A HEADER. I DID IT! LET'S GET PRANKING.

(Music playing)

Jenna carries the bucket into the den. Imi and Yas stand inside hula hoop circles, with small buckets beside them.

Jenna asks, WHO WANTS TO TAKE PART IN A NEW SPORT?

Both say, ME, ME, ME!

Yas asks, WHAT'S THE SPORT?

Jenna says, IT'S HOW MANY PING PONG BALLS CAN YOU HEAD BUTT INTO A BUCKET.

Imi asks, HOW DO YOU PLAY?

Jenna says, FIRST PICK UP YOUR BUCKETS.

Imi says, OKAY.

Jenna says, AND HEAD BUTT AS MANY PING PONG BALLS AS YOU CAN.

Yas says, OKAY.

Imi says, ALL RIGHT.

Jenna asks, ARE YOU READY?!

Yas says, YES.

Jenna says, THREE, TWO, ONE, GO!

Jenna tosses a ball at Yas, then Imi.

Yas says, THIS IS GOOD.

Imi says, THIS IS A GOOD GAME. THIS IS FUN.

Yas says, YES!

Jenna tosses the egg at Imi. It cracks on his head.

Imi says, OH!

(Shrieking)

Jenna tosses an egg on Yas. It breaks on her hair.

(Laughing)

Jenna shouts, YOU'RE PRANKED, SEE YA!

Jenna waves and runs.

Imi shouts, JENNA!

Yas says, JENNA!

They run after her.
