It is springtime and there are pink blossoms on trees in a park. Butterflies fly up toward the sun. JoJo does a cartwheel on green grass. She rolls down a hill, holding the panda. Gran Gran rolls down after her.

Singing, AND WHEN THE SPRINGTIME BLOSSOM TURN TO SUMMER SUN JOJO LIKES TO GET OUTSIDE GRAN GRAN ALWAYS MAKES IT FUN.

JoJo tosses autumn leaves in the air. It snows and a person on the sidewalk makes a snowman. Gran Gran and JoJo walk by in coats and scarves.

Singing, WHEN THE AUTUMN RAINFALL TURNS TO WINTER SNOW I KNOW A SPECIAL PLACE, A PLACE WHERE WE CAN GO.

It is warmer weather and JoJo wears a light jacket and a backpack. She takes Gran Gran’s hand. Gran Gran opens a front gate to JoJo’s home.

Singing, TAKE MY HAND, WE'RE HEADING HOME WITH JOJO AND GRAN GRAN!

Gran Gran narrates, IT WAS A SPRING MORNING, THE BLOSSOM WAS ON THE TREES, THE SUN WAS PEEKING THROUGH THE CLOUDS! AND JOJO AND GRAN GRAN, THAT'S ME, WERE PLAYING ON THE SWINGS IN THE PARK.

Gran Gran pushes JoJo on a swing.

Gran Gran says, THAT'S IT, JOJO, YOU'VE GOT IT!

(Giggling)

JoJo says, I'M GOING AS HIGH AS THE CLOUDS, GRAN GRAN!

(Giggling)

JoJo cries, WHEEE!

JoJo’s stuffed panda sits on another swing.

JoJo says, YOU HAVE TO KICK YOUR FEET, PANDA, LIKE THIS!

(Giggling)

JoJo says, WHEE-HEE!

Dark clouds are in the sky.

(Thunder rumbling)

JoJo says, OH.

Gran Gran says, OH, I THINK IT'S GOING TO RAIN! AH, AND I HAVEN'T BROUGHT MY UMBRELLA.

Drops of rain begin to fall.

JoJo sighs, AWW...

Gran Gran says, IT'S TIME TO GET A WIGGLE ON, JOJO. RACE YOU TO THE BANDSTAND!

JoJo grabs Panda.

JoJo says, COME ON, PANDA!

(Giggling)

She and Gran Gran run. People in the park raise umbrellas.

(Music playing)

Gran Gran and JoJo run across the bridge over the pond.

(Giggling)

JoJo cries, WE'RE WINNING!

(Laughing)

They run through the park.

(Giggling)

Gran Gran says, I'M CATCHING UP!

(Laughing)

They run to the covered bandstand in the park.

(Gran Gran panting)

JoJo shouts, YAY, WE DID IT!

Gran Gran says, WELL DONE, YOU TWO. AH.

JoJo says, WE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE WEATHER FORECAST, GRAN GRAN.

Gran Gran says, WELL, HOPEFULLY IT WON'T RAIN FOR LONG. I CAN ALREADY THE SUN PEEKING THROUGH THE CLOUDS.

(Gasping)

JoJo says, LOOK, GRAN GRAN! IT'S A RAINBOW!

A rainbow stretches over the park.

(Music playing)

A brown-haired child says, WHEN IT RAINS, THE RAINBOW COME OUT, AND IF YOU WANT TO GO TO THE RAINBOW, YOU CAN'T GO TO IT, BECAUSE IF YOU WALK, THE RAINBOW WALKS AS WELL.

JoJo says, OOH! I WISH I COULD SEE RAINBOWS EVERY DAY, GRAN GRAN.

Gran Gran says, OH, ME TOO, JOJO. BUT THAT'S WHAT MAKES RAINBOWS SPECIAL. WE CAN ONLY SEE THEM WHEN IT'S RAINY AND SUNNY AT THE SAME TIME. WHICH ISN'T VERY OFTEN.

JoJo looks at a picture of herself standing in front of the rainbow.

JoJo says, HMM. IT LOOKS A BIT LIKE A BRIDGE.

Gran Gran says, IT DOES, DOESN'T IT? A VERY COLOURFUL BRIDGE.

JoJo says, HMM, HOW MANY COLOURS ARE IN THE RAINBOW, GRAN GRAN?

Gran Gran says, WELL, MOST PEOPLE SAY THERE ARE SEVEN COLOURS IN A RAINBOW. RED, ORANGE, YELLOW, GREEN, BLUE, INDIGO, AND VIOLET.

JoJo asks, INDIGO AND VIOLET?

Gran Gran says, INDIGO IS A REALLY DARK BLUE. AND VIOLET IS THE PURPLE BIT.

JoJo says, OH. LIKE PANDA!

(Laughing)

Gran Gran says, LIKE PANDA. YOU KNOW, JOJO, IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY, YOU CAN SEE THE COLOURS OF THE RAINBOW ALL AROUND US.

(Music playing)

Gran Gran says, ORANGE.

JoJo says, I'M LOOKING FOR ANOTHER RAINBOW.

Gran Gran says, AH, I DON'T THINK WE'LL SEE ANOTHER RAINBOW TODAY. REMEMBER, WE ONLY SEE RAINBOWS WHEN IT'S RAINY AND SUNNY AT THE SAME TIME.

JoJo asks, WHY?

Gran Gran touches the screen of the tablet.

Gran Gran says, WELL, LOOK, I'LL SHOW YOU. WHEN SUNLIGHT HITS RAINDROPS IN JUST THE RIGHT WAY, IT CREATES A COLOURFUL RAINBOW IN THE SKY. WE DON'T SEE RAINBOWS VERY OFTEN, BUT THAT'S WHAT MAKES THEM SPECIAL.

JoJo says, I HOPE WE SEE ANOTHER RAINBOW SOON, PANDA.

Gran Gran says, HMM. JOJO, I THINK IT'S TIME FOR A GRAN GRAN PLAN! WE MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO SEE A RAINBOW IN THE SKY, BUT WE CAN MAKE OUR OWN INDOOR RAINBOW USING THE COLOURS ALL AROUND US.

(Squealing)

JoJo sits at the kitchen table. She looks at a picture of the rainbow on the tablet.

JoJo says, HMM... THIS DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A RAINBOW, GRAN GRAN.

(Chuckling)

Gran Gran says, WE'VE ONLY JUST STARTED. CAN YOU REMEMBER THE NAMES OF THE RAINBOW COLOURS?

JoJo says, YES!

(Music playing)

Gran Gran sets an empty laundry basket on the floor. JoJo puts a red bus in the basket.

JoJo says, RED.

(Giggling)

JoJo wears orange slippers.

JoJo says, ORANGE!

JoJo puts yellow soap in the basket.

JoJo says, OOPS! YELLOW.

Gran Gran adds towels.

Gran Gran says, GREEN!

JoJo pulls a blue sock out from under a bed.

JoJo cries, BLUE!

Gran Gran picks up a scrub brush.

JoJo says, OH, YES!

(Giggling)

JoJo says, IT'S A BIT LIKE A REAL RAINBOW, GRAN GRAN. IT WON'T BE HERE FOR A LONG TIME BUT THAT'S WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL.

Gran Gran says, AH-HAH.

She picks JoJo up and hugs her.

JoJo says, I LOVE YOU, GRAN GRAN.

Gran Gran says, OH, I LOVE YOU TOO, JOJO.
