Cookie decides that he wants to become a mountain explorer too! He wants to start training and carry a heavy backpack just like the brave explorers do. Pudding helps him find Daddy's hiking backpack and the kittens fill it up until it becomes really heavy. The kittens head to the playground and Cookie is able to handle all the obstacles there so he needs an even bigger challenge. The kittens head home so Cookie can try to climb the stairs to the attic. The kittens learn that it is best to exercise slow and steady and take your time getting to the top of the mountain!

When the water runs dry all around Ita Island the friends investigate. Solving the problem so that everyone is happy requires learning to compromise, and working together.

Blue meets characters Deep Blue and Sky Blue and learns all about their favourite things. Blue and Deep Blue embark on an adventure in a submarine and travel to the depths of the deep blue sea. They land in trouble when they become stuck, leading Deep Blue to call on her good friend Sky Blue to rescue them. After the rescue, the Colourblocks take a trip up into the sky on Sky Blue's plane and discover all about sky blue items.

Aarav and Piper become mechanics as Mandisa teaches them how to make a bicycle craft out of cardboard. The crafters glue strips of cardboard together and attach paper plate wheels with fasteners, adding straws as spokes. After a bit of decoration, and yarn tassels, the bikes are ready to roll.

Hannabelle is a ten-year-old girl who is passionate about animals! When she grows up she wants to be veterinarian, but the Green Squad knows a few ways Hannabelle can help the animals now. Eric and Hannabelle visit the Wild Bird Care Centre where they learn about bird conservation, meet Indigo the American Kestrel, and release a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker into the wild! After, Eric shows Hannabelle other ways to help birds at home, like planting berries and decorating windows to avoid crashes. Kyle takes Hannabelle to the river where they learn about Seabins, which clean the waterways, and join a shoreline cleanup. Later, Lisa introduces Hannabelle to vermicomposting and together they build the composter, which will be home to Hannabelle's new pets - the red wigglers! Finally, the Squad says good bye to Hannabelle, knowing that she is going to be a big win for the wildlife!

Dancers will be practicing their Sautés which means "to jump" in French. They'll be jumping their way into he finale in a cool, mystical world.

After all that dancing, it's time to eat! Dante and his mom show us how to make a Chapati, a Ugandan flatbread. Next, we are off to the park where Dante shows us some cool moves on his Air Track! Then we get to watch Dante and his teammates play some touch football. Go Dante go! Dante will be touched by his inspirational message from two special guests.

Talented young chef Ben is cooking German zwiebelkuchen. Ben's parents are German, and zwiebelkuchen is a very popular recipe in Germany. It is one of Ben's favourite foods, so he is very happy to teach us all to make it. Zwiebelkuchen is an onion tart that is made from pastry, onions and German ham. Ben is adding lots of extra flavour by using caraway seeds. Unfortunately, his friends don't like the taste of caraway seeds on their own, so let's hope that Ben can change their minds when they taste his dish.

Hannah's family is from South Korea, and she will be making a Korean salmon marinade, which is a popular recipe used there. She starts by adding garlic puree, Korean chilli paste, soy sauce, honey, toasted sesame oil and her special ingredient, sesame seeds, into a jug and mixing them all up. Next, Hannah puts pieces of her salmon onto individual baking sheets and spoons the marinade on. She garnishes them with freshly chopped spring onions, and then her salmon is ready to be cooked in the oven. Hannah wears a colourful Korean outfit and treats her friends to some local Korean kimchi, but will her pals be able to guess her special ingredient?
