Robotics Manufacturing Engineer
Brody visits Amanda, a manufacturing engineer who specializes in underwater robotics. Amanda introduces Brody to a fleet of underwater ROVs (Remotely operated vehicles) that are used to survey aquatic infrastructure and study marine life. The pressure is on, when Amanda submerges the ROVs in pressure tanks, making sure they don’t leak or implode in the deep waters. Brody takes the controls and test runs an ROV in a pool, skillfully retrieving some sunken rings.
