Birds gather in a forest.

Odo the owl says,
HERE I COME!

(Bush rustles)

Odo, a small brown owl with white markings, runs past a blue bird, chickens, a peacock, and yellow birds.

Odo sings, ODO

Birds sing,
ODO, ODO, ODO

(Cluck)

Odo jumps into a muddy puddle with two toucans.

(Splash)

Odo leaps on a fallen tree trunk with Doodle, a small blue bird. Flamingos pop their heads out of the trunk.

Birds sing,
ODO, ODO, ODO

Odo jumps on a tree stump. The birds surround him.

The title reads, “Odo”.

Odo winks.

The sun shines brightly on a forest.

Text reads, “Doodling Doodle”.

Odo rushes to the camp. His parents follow closely behind.

Odo shouts,
CRAFT DAY!
MY FAVOURITE!
WHIT-DE-WHOO-HOO!

The camp leader, an eagle with a green cap, looks startled. She drops papers.

Odo’s mom says, BYE, ODO.

Odo’s dad adds, HAVE FUN.

The camp leader turns to Odo’s parents.

She says, IT'S ODO'S FAVOURITE.

(Laughing)

Odo leaps onto a wooden table with art supplies and colourful paints on it.

Odo picks up a paintbrush.

He says,
OOH, BERRY JUICE PAINTS!
RASPBERRY, BLUEBERRY,
BLACKCURRANT, GORSE.

The camp leader holds a megaphone to her beak.

She announces,
TODAY, CAMPERS, WE WILL
CREATE A PORTRAIT OF YOUR
FAVOURITE BIRD IN ALL THE WORLD.

The birds reply, OOH!

A toucan nudges another toucan.

The toucan says,
COME ON, LOUIE.
YOU DRAW ME AND I'LL DRAW YOU.

Louie, the toucan, replies,
SURE THING, BUD.
TWO CAN PLAY AT THAT GAME.

(Laughing)

A goose sets up an easel while another holds painting supplies.

One of the geese says, MM-HMM.

A peacock looks at it’s reflection in a pond.

It says, SHOW ME YOUR GOOD SIDE.

(Laughing)

The peacock adds,
EVERY SIDE IS MY GOOD SIDE.

A chicken poses in front of a bush while another chicken paints it.

The chicken painting says,
YEAH, IT'S GOOD.
IT'S VERY GOOD.
IT'S THE BEST PAINTING EVER.

Odo walks on the table.

He says,
ONE PORTRAIT OF DOODLE COMING
RIGHT UP.
I'LL NEED YELLOW FOR HER BEAK,
SHINING BLACKBERRY FOR HER EYES,
AND BLUE FOR HER BIRDY BREAST.
ALL I NEED NOW IS DOODLE.
UM, I CAN'T SEE HER ANYWHERE.

Two flamingos draw each other.

Odo adds,
I GUESS I'LL JUST DO A PAINTING
WHILE I'M WAITING FOR HER.
HMM, YES!
THAT LOOKS PERFECT, BUT
WHERE'S--

(Gasping)

Doodle is perched on a tree branch.

Odo says,
DOODLE?
WHAT ARE YOU DOING THERE,
WITH... THELMA?
I DON'T UNDERSTAND!
DOODLE?
DOODLE!
DOODLE?

Doodle remains motionless as Odo jumps up to her.

Thelma, a small red bird, paints Doodle.

Thelma says,
AND WE'RE DOODLE DONE.

(Doodle sighing)

Thelma adds, BEST MODEL EVER.

Doodle smiles.

She says,
HMM.
SORRY, ODO.
I'M POSING FOR MY PICTURE, AND
THELMA TOLD ME NOT TO MOVE A
MUSCLE.

Odo replies, OH, THAT'S WHY.

Thelma shows Doodle her painting.

Thelma says, AND HERE IT IS.

(Gasping)

Doodle looks pleased.

She replies, THELMA, IT'S PERFECT.

Thelma says,
THAT'S BECAUSE YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL.

Doodle replies, OH, YOU'RE SO SWEET.

Thelma says, NO, YOU'RE SWEET.

Doodle says, NO, YOU.

Thelma says, NO, YOU.

Doodle says, NO, YOU!

Thelma says, NO, YOU.

Doodle says, NO, YOU!

Thelma says, NO, YOU.

Odo interrupts, ARE YOU FINISHED?

Thelma points to Odo’s painting.

She asks,
WHAT'S THAT IN YOUR WING,
ODO?
OH, IT'S A--

Doodle says,
PICTURE OF ME? I LOVE IT.

Thelma adds, WELL, IT'S OKAY.

Odo tosses his painting on the ground.

He replies,
IT'S NOT FINISHED YET, AND
YOU KNOW WHAT?
I-- UH-- I-- I THINK WE SHOULD--
I THINK WE SHOULD SEE WHO CAN
MAKE THE BEST DOODLE ART, YOU
OR ME!
AND IT'LL BE ME, BECAUSE NOBODY
KNOWS DOODLE LIKE I KNOW DOODLE!

Thelma puts down her painting.

She says,
MAY THE BEST THRUSH WIN.

Odo replies,
MAKE THAT THE BEST OWL WHO
WINS.

Doodle says, THIS'LL BE FUN.

Later, Odo and Thelma leap onto the table with the paint supplies on it.

Thelma says,
WELL, ODO, TO GIVE YOU A
CHANCE, WHY DON'T I LET YOU PICK
THE WAY WE'LL MAKE OUR DOODLE
ART?

Odo replies,
WE'LL MAKE OUR DOODLE ART OUT
OF... UM... CHEESE SNACKS.

Thelma asks,
MAKE A PICTURE OF DOODLE JUST
USING CHEESE SNACKS?
HMM.
YOU'RE ON.

Odo holds a bowl of cheese snacks.

Odo lays cheese snacks on the grass.

He says, HMM.

(Squishing)

Thelma squeezes glue out of a tube.

(Thelma grunting)

Odo tosses glue-covered cheese snacks at a blank canvas.

(Grunting)

Thelma arranges cheese sticks on her canvas.

(Splatting)

(Thelma grunting)

A chicken eats a handful of cheese snacks.

It says,
I LOVE THAT.
MMM.

(Odo growling)

Odo and Thelma glare at each other. Doodle sits on the tree branch.

(Grunting)

Odo tosses more cheese snacks at his canvas.

(Odo grunting)

Thelma collects more cheese snacks on the ground and arranges them on her canvas.

(Thelma singing gibberish)

Odo sticks one more cheese snack to his canvas. He shows it to Doodle.

Odo says,
HMM.
TA-DA!
OH.

Odo looks at Thelma’s artwork.

Thelma says, PERFECT.

Doodle replies, OH, THELMA!

Thelma approaches Odo.

She says,
YOU JUST KEEP PRACTISING,
ODO.

(Grunting)

Odo tosses his artwork over his head.

He replies,
LET'S GO AGAIN!
THIS TIME WITH...

An acorn falls on Odo’s head.

He adds, ACORNS!

Thelma replies,
ACORNS IT IS.

Later, Doodle sits on the tree branch.

Thelma says,
LOOK OVER HERE, DOODLE!

Odo says, NO, OVER HERE!

Thelma says, OVER HERE!

Odo says, OVER HERE!

Thelma says, OVER HERE!

Doodle asks, ARE YOU TWO FINISHED?

Thelma replies,
YEP.
MINE'S PERFECT.
AH.

Odo paints an acorn and sticks it to a bush. He places the bush beside Thelma’s bush.

Thelma says, HMM?

Doodle looks at both artworks.

She replies,
UM...
I LOVE THEM BOTH.

Thelma asks,
READY TO GIVE UP YET?

Odo says,
NEVER!
NEXT.

Doodle says,
BUT THEY'RE BOTH BEAUTIFUL.

Odo replies,
NOT NOW, DOODLE.
I HAVE TO GET YOU EVEN
PERFECT-ER.

Odo and Thelma set up new canvases on their easels.

Odo shouts, PLEASE STAY STILL.

Doodle looks surprised.

Thelma adds, DON'T MOVE A MUSCLE.

Odo says, YOU FLINCHED.

Thelma adds, YOU BLINKED!

(Yawning)

Doodle looks tired.

She asks,
CAN WE MAYBE TAKE A LITTLE
BREAK?

Odo replies,
NOT YET, DOODLE!
I'M GETTING BETTER!

Doodle says,
BUT I'M GETTING TIRED.

Thelma replies,
BUT I'M TRYING TO CONCENTRATE!

Odo adds, ME, TOO!

Thelma asks,
IS THAT THE BEST YOU'VE GOT?
HA!

Odo replies,
THIS'LL BE MY BEST YET.
DOUBLE HA!

Doodle hops down from the tree branch.

(Yawning)

Doodle says,
THEY WON'T NOTICE IF I TAKE A
QUICK NAP.

She walks past Odo and Thelma.

(Yawning)

Doodle bumps into the camp leader.

The camp leader says,
DOODLE, I THOUGHT YOU WERE
WORKING WITH THELMA AND ODO.

Doodle replies, WELL, I WAS.

She walks past the camp leader.

The camp leader responds, HMM.

Odo and Thelma continue to paint.

Odo says, I'LL NEVER GIVE UP!

Thelma replies, ME, NEITHER.

The camp leader approaches Odo and Thelma.

(Clearing throat)

The camp leader asks,
ANYONE SEEN DOODLE?

Odo looks up at the tree branch.

(Gasping)

Odo asks, WHERE IS SHE?
I HAVE TO FIND HER!

Thelma says, NO, I HAVE TO FIND HER!

Odo and Thelma run around the forest.

They shout,
DOODLE?
HUH!
DOODLE!
HUH!

A chicken picks up Odo’s bush with the acorn.

The chicken says, UH, I FOUND HER.

Doodle sits on a tree stump. Odo and Thelma run to her.

Odo shouts,
DOODLE!
OH, DOODLE, I WAS TRYING SO HARD
TO MAKE A PERFECT PORTRAIT OF
YOU THAT...

Doodle replies,
YOU TWO REALLY MADE ME TIRED.

Odo says, I'M SO SORRY.

Thelma says, WELL, I'M MORE SORRIER.

Odo adds,
WELL, I'M MORE MORE SORRIER!
DOODLE, WE WERE THINKING SO MUCH
ABOUT ART...

Thelma says,
WE WEREN'T THINKING ABOUT
YOU.

Doodle replies,
OH, YOU TWO.
THE MOST IMPORTANT THING ABOUT
ART IS THAT IT'S MADE WITH LOVE,
LIKE THIS ART... AND THIS ART.

Doodle holds up Thelma and Odo’s paintings of her.

Odo and Thelma says, OH.

Odo adds,
I GUESS WE LOST SIGHT OF
WHAT'S REALLY IMPORTANT, LIKE
ALL THREE OF US BEING FRIENDS.
GROUP HUG?

Thelma says, UM...

Odo and Thelma sit with Doodle on the tree stump. Doodle hugs them.

(Grunting)

(Doodle laughing)

(Thelma laughing)

Louie says, WHAT A LOVELY SCENE.

The other toucan replies,
SCENE?
I THOUGHT THE WHOLE EPISODE WAS
GREAT.

(Both laughing)
