Eric uses tape to join the ends of the straw pieces.

LET'S CUT THE EXTRA PART OFF
SO THAT EVERYTHING IS EVEN.

ALL THE CORNERS TOGETHER.
MAKE SURE TO TAPE THE
TRIANGLES REALLY TIGHTLY
SO THAT OUR BRIDGE WILL BE
SUPER STRONG AND STURDY.

Eric joins both sides taping a small piece to each juncture on both the top and the bottom.

Now Eric sits the bridge on two piles of books on each side.

Vox says NOW, COMES THE REALLY FUN PART.

As Eric does a celebratory dance, he loses balance and almost falls backwards.
