Kit stands beside ice frozen on a branch.

Kit looks at icicles hanging from a tree branch.

A clear liquid flows over ice cubes in a clear cup.

[Splashing, pop]
A hand scrapes ice off a window.
The narrator says, YOU CAN SEE ICE ON THIS WINDOW.
[Scraping]
Ice floats on water. Pup dances happily.
The narrator says, YOU CAN SOMETIMES SEE ICE
IN THE SEA.
[Pop]
The narrator says, WHERE DID PUP SEE ICE?
IN A DRINK, ON A WINDOW, AND IN
THE SEA!
[Cheering]
Two animated people skate. An animated pink elephant on skates falls.
[Thump]
A tiny boy skies down an ice pop.
The narrator says, ICE.
Kit spins and leaps into the air a she skates. Pup spins and falls on his bottom.
[Skates scape ice, boing]
The narrator says, LET'S INVESTIGATE!
Kit and Pup wave flags.
[Cheering]
A smiling girl wears her brown hair in two braids. She stands beside a large pale blue tray with a hunk of ice in the middle. Two jugs of water sit by her right arm. A toy robot, a car, and a yellow duck sit on a white box.
The narrator says, WHICH TOY DO YOU
THINK IS INSIDE THE ICE? THE ROBOT,
THE CAR, OR THE DUCK?
[Pop, pop, pop]

The girl pours water from a jug over the hunk of ice.

The red head of the robot sticks out of the top of the ice. Pup looks at the ice through a magnifying glass.

FREE THE ROBOT.
The girl pours the second jug of water.

The robot stands in a bowl full of water and ice.
The narrator says, WE USED WATER TO MELT

HURRAY!
Pup, Kit, and the girl dance.
Children dance.
Children sing, THE WORLD IS FULL OF VARIETY

SLIPPERY ICE. YEAH.
[Relaxing music plays]
Kit and Pup skate towards each other. They skate side by side, then twirl in the air. Both land on their feet and continue skating. Kit and Pup smile. Pup wobbles but stays on his feet. Red roses fall on the ice.
[Cheering]
The narrator says, BYE, KIT! BYE, PUP!
Kit and Pup wave.
