Sierra is a young teen with long brown hair. As she speaks, she is shown by a boxing ring, talking with other people.

Sierra says, BOXING DEFINITELY TEACHES ME A LOT ABOUT RESPECT, 'CAUSE I HAVE TO RESPECT MY OPPONENTS WHEN THEY COME IN THE RING WITH ME. AND A LOT ABOUT DISCIPLINE, BECAUSE BOXING TAKES A LOT OF HARD WORK AND A LOT OF DEDICATION. DEFINITELY TEACHES ME A LOT ABOUT LIFE SKILLS. I HAVE TO BE THERE FOR MYSELF WHEN NOBODY ELSE IS. IT'S VERY ALONE AT THE TOP IN BOXING. AND YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW IT WHEN YOU FIRST START BOXING, BUT AS YOU GET EXPERIENCE WITH BOXING, YOU DEFINITELY LEARN THAT. YOU HAVE A LOT OF RESPECT FOR YOUR OPPONENT THAT GETS IN THE RING TO FIGHT YOU, AND TO GIVE YOU A FAIR MATCH AND A FAIR FIGHT... AND IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE YOUR OPPONENT, YOU WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO COMPETE IN YOUR SPORT, SO YOU DEFINITELY SHOW A LOT OF SPORTSMANSHIP AND RESPECT. AND JUST BE, KIND OF, MATURE.
