A caption reads "TVO Kids presents."

In animation, the opening of the show rolls.

As the sun comes up between the mountains, colourful letters with different mood facial expressions form the name of the show. It reads "How do you feel?"

Akin juggles with wacky sacks in the basement.

Akin is in his mid-teens, with slightly long braided brown hair and wears black trousers and an army green hooted sweatshirt.

(music plays)

He says 1,2...AH!
MY JUGGLING ACT IS A WORK
IN PROGRESS.
HAVE YOU SEEN THESE BEFORE?
THIS IS A 'WACKY SACK.'
I MADE A BUNCH OF THEM
NAMED AFTER MY EMOTIONS.
THIS ONE IS 'NERVOUS.'
AND THIS ONE'S 'EXCITED.'
WACKY SACKS ARE FUN TO TOSS
AROUND AND SQUEEZE
WHEN I'M FEELING TENSE.
AND, THEY'RE SUPER EASY
TO MAKE.

He sits at his craft table and says JUST CHOOSE AN EMOTION
AND PICK A BALLOON.
YOU CAN USE PLAY DOUGH, FLOUR,
OR EVEN WATER.
I'M GOING TO MAKE A
PLAY DOUGH SACK.
JUST ROLL IT ON UP AND FEED
IT INTO THE BALLOON.
YOU'VE REALLY GOT TO SQUISH
IT DOWN THERE.
THEN TIE IT UP...
AND GIVE THAT FEELING A FACE.
HM...I'LL MAKE THIS ONE
PEACEFUL.

He picks up a marker and draws a face on the sack.

[MARKER SQUEAKS]

He says WACKY SACKS ARE HANDY BECAUSE
THEY HELP ME NAME
MY EMOTIONS.
THAT MEANS THEY HELP ME PAY
ATTENTION TO WHAT I'M FEELING.
IT SOUNDS SIMPLE, BUT A LOT
OF THE TIME,
WE IGNORE OUR FEELINGS OR
PUSH THEM AWAY,
BECAUSE WE'RE DISTRACTED!
OR, WE DON'T WANT TO DEAL
WITH THE FEELS.

He throes his sack away.

[CARTOON BOW BENDING]
[CARTOON SPRING]

He says LIKE, YESTERDAY, I USED AN
ANGRY VOICE
WITH MY DOG PATTY...
I DIDN'T KNOW WHY MY WORDS
CAME OUT LIKE THAT,
UNTIL I REALIZED I WAS STILL
ANGRY ABOUT SOMETHING
THAT HAPPENED AT SCHOOL.
THAT'S WHY NAMING OUR EMOTIONS
IS SO IMPORTANT.
WHEN WE CHECK IN WITH
OUR FEELINGS,
WE HAVE A BETTER SENSE OF
WHAT WE MIGHT NEED.
LIKE A HUG FROM A
FOUR-LEGGED FRIEND.
PATTY, YOO-HOO! HERE, GIRL!

Music plays as the end credits roll.
