DOING A SPORT, YOU MIGHT FIND
YOUR FROWN HAS TURNED
UPSIDE DOWN,
AND YOU CAN MANAGE YOUR
FEELINGS BETTER!
THERE ARE LOTS OF DIFFERENT
ACTIVITIES TO CHOOSE FROM!
YOU MIGHT FEEL LIKE RUNNING...
OR SKIPPING ROPE.
OR PLAYING WITH A BALL.
EVEN A SHORT WALK CAN HELP.
IF I'M FEELING ANXIOUS ABOUT
SOMETHING,
EVEN THOUGH IT SEEMS LIKE IT'S
THE LAST THING I WANT TO DO,
I GET OUTSIDE AND
GET PHYSICAL.
IT DISTRACTS ME FROM
NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
AND RELEASES ENDORPHINS TO
HELP MY MOOD.
AH! THERE ARE SO MANY OPTIONS.
SOMETHING THAT WORKS FOR
SOMEONE ELSE,
LIKE PLAYING ON A TEAM, MAY
NOT WORK FOR YOU,
AND THAT'S OK!
BECAUSE EXERCISING SHOULD
BE FUN!
