Panda says, OH, IT MADE ME SO HAPPY. I WORE THIS HOODIE ALL THE TIME. LIKE, WHEN I RODE MY SKATEBOARD FOR THE FIRST TIME. OR WHEN I FLEW MY SPACESHIP FOR THE FIRST TIME. SOMETIMES I EVEN WORE IT TO BED AT NIGHT.

Donkey Hodie holds up a photograph of a younger Panda.

Donkey Hodie asks, AH, WHAT'S THIS PICTURE?

Panda says, OH, THAT'S A PICTURE OF ME WHEN I WAS LITTLE. AND LOOK WHAT I'M WEARING.

Panda says, UM... IT'S -- IT'S FINE. IT'S FINE. I JUST CAN'T MOVE MY ARMS VERY MUCH.

(Grunts)

Panda says, OR AT ALL.

Panda says, THIS IS HARD TO DO WHEN YOU CAN'T MOVE YOUR ARMS MUCH.

Bob Dog says, MAYBE YOU COULD IF YOU TOOK OFF YOUR SWEATSHIRT.

Panda says, OH, NO, I'M NOT TAKING THIS OFF. THIS IS MY SPECIAL SOMETHING.

Bob Dog says, BUT YOU CAN'T REALLY PLAY BONE BALL WITH YOUR ARMS LIKE THAT.

Panda says, THAT'S OKAY. I'LL JUST WATCH BOTH OF YOU PLAY.

Donkey Hodie asks, YOU SURE?

Panda says, YEAH. I WANT TO WEAR THIS HOODIE. EVEN IF IT MEANS I CAN'T DO EVERYTHING I WANT TO DO.

Bob Dog says, ALRIGHT. WELL, LET'S PLAY SOME BONE BALL. HERE YOU GO!

Donkey Hodie asks, YOU SURE?

Panda says, YEAH. I JUST WANT TO WEAR MY HOODIE, EVEN IF IT MEANS NOT BEING ABLE TO DO EVERYTHING I WANT TO DO.

Donkey Hodie says, OKAY.

Donkey Hodie and Duck Duck singing, FLAP, FLAP, FLAP. DANCE, DANCE, DANCE. FLAP, FLAP, FLAP. DANCE, DANCE, DANCE. FLAP, FLAP, FLAP, YEAH. DANCE, DANCE, DANCE!

Harriett says, OH, HELLO THERE, DONKEY AND PANDA.

Panda says, HI.

Donkey Hodie says, HI, HARRIETT ELIZABETH COW. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?

Harriett says, I'M FLYING MY MINI KITERINOS. I JUST BUILT 'EM.

Panda says, MINI KITERINOS? OH, THAT LOOKS LIKE SO MUCH FUN.

Harriett says, IT IS. WOULD YOU TWO LIKE TO TRY THEM OUT?

Donkey Hodie says, YES.

Panda says, HEY-O!

Harriett says, OOH, THAT'S WONDERFUL! I HAVE TWO-O-O MORE OVER THERE.

(Music playing)

Donkey Hodie stands beside Harriett and holds a kite string.

Donkey Hodie says, THESE ARE HEE-HAWESOME, HARRIETT.

Harriett says, MM-HMM. THEY SURE ARE!

(Both laughing)

Panda staggers over to them. He holds a kite.

Harriett says, WELL, YOU KNOW, PANDA, YOU GOTTA RAISE YOUR HAND IN THE AIR SO THE MINI KITERINO CAN CATCH THE WIND AND FLY. LIKE THIS.

Harriett runs forward. Donkey Hodie follows her. Panda tries to fly the kite, but he cannot raise or lower his arms.

(Laughing)

Harriett says, THERE YOU GO. YOU'VE GOT IT, DONKEY. LOOK AT THAT. OH, THANK YOU, DONKEY. YOU'RE DOING GOOD, TOO. MM-HMM. PRETTY LITTLE MINI KITERINOS.

Panda says, AW, I CAN'T MOVE MY ARMS LIKE THAT.

(Grunting)

Panda says, I GUESS I'M NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO FLY THE MINI KITERINO.

Donkey Hodie walks over to him.

Donkey Hodie says, IT'S 'CAUSE OF THE HOODIE AGAIN. IT'S JUST TOO SMALL FOR YOU.

Panda says, I KNOW. I CAN'T DO THE THINGS I WANT TO DO WITH IT ON.

Harriett says, WELL, YOU KNOW, YOU COULD JUST TAKE IT OFF.

Panda says, OH, NO. THIS WAS MY SPECIAL SOMETHING WHEN I WAS LITTLE. I NEED IT.

Donkey Hodie says, BUT IT'S BEEN IN A BOX FOR A LONG TIME.

Panda says, OKAY. MAYBE I DON'T NEED IT LIKE I USED TO, BUT I JUST GOT IT BACK. AND I LIKE IT.

Harriett says, OH, WELL, I CERTAINLY UNDERSTAND HOW YOU FEEL.

Panda asks, YOU DO?

Harriett says, WELL, YES. THINGS THAT WE LOVED, ESPECIALLY WHEN WE WERE LITTLE, WHY THOSE ARE VERY SPECIAL SOMETHINGS. THEY REMIND US OF WHAT WE WERE LIKE WHEN WE WERE SMALL AND HOW WE FELT AT THE TIME.

Donkey Hodie says, I BET THAT HOODIE ALWAYS MADE YOU FEEL GOOD, HUH?

Panda says, YEAH. AND HAPPY.

(Chuckles)

Panda continues, AND COMFY-COZY. AND CALM.

(Sighs)

Panda says, I DON'T WANT TO FORGET THAT.

Harriett says, I KNOW.

(Music playing)

Harriett singing, SOMETIMES THERE'S THAT ONE THING, THAT ONE SPECIAL SOMETHING, THAT WONDERFUL FUN THING IMPORTANT TO YOU. BUT AFTER SOME GROWING, THEN YOU MAY START KNOWING THAT ONE SPECIAL SOMETHING YOU KIND OF OUTGREW. THAT'S OKAY. WE ALL CHANGE AND ISN'T IT LOVELY TO SAY, HOW EXCITING IT IS TO BE GROWING IN EVERY SINGLE WAY?

Panda says, I AM A BIGGER PANDA NOW. I'M JUST TOO BIG FOR MY LITTLE HOODIE.

(Music playing)

Harriett singing, AH, BUT HERE IS ONE THING ABOUT SPECIAL SOMETHINGS YOU CAN SAY GOODBYE AND REMEMBER THEM, TOO. HOW THEY MADE YOU FEEL IS SO WONDERFULLY REAL THAT YOUR SOMETHING WILL ALWAYS BE SPECIAL TO YOU.

All singing, AH, BUT HERE IS ONE THING ABOUT SPECIAL SOMETHINGS YOU CAN SAY GOODBYE AND REMEMBER THEM, TOO. HOW THEY MADE YOU FEEL IS SO WONDERFULLY REAL THAT YOUR SOMETHING WILL ALWAYS BE SPECIAL TO YOU. YES, YOUR SOMETHING WILL ALWAYS BE SPECIAL TO YOU.

Panda says, I GUESS IT'S TIME TO PUT AWAY MY OLD HOODIE FOR GOOD.

(Sighs)

Panda says, BUT IT'S SO HARD TO DO.

Harriett says, WELL, MAYBE IF YOU CAN FIND A WAY TO SAY GOODBYE TO IT, THAT'LL BE EASIER.

Panda says, OOH, I LIKE THAT IDEA.

Donkey Hodie says, YES! AND I, DONKEY HODIE, WILL HELP YOU FIND A WAY TO SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR HOODIE.

Panda asks, YOU WILL?

Donkey Hodie says, OF COURSE.

Panda asks, HOW?

(Donkey Hodie inhales)

Donkey Hodie says, I HAVEN'T FIGURED THAT OUT YET. THINK, DONKEY HODIE, THINK. HMM. HEE-HAW, I'VE GOT IT! COME WITH ME.

Donkey Hodie hurries away. Panda toddles after her.

Panda says, THANK YOU, HARRIETT!

Harriett says, TOODLE-OOO.

Donkey Hodie and Panda stand outside his spaceship. Donkey Hodie takes the photograph of young Panda out of his box.

Donkey Hodie says, AH-HA, HERE IT IS.

Panda says, AWW, LITTLE ME IN MY LITTLE HOODIE. THAT PICTURE REALLY BROUGHT BACK SOME GREAT MEMORIES.

Donkey Hodie says, THEN LET'S MAKE SOME NEW MEMORIES WITH YOUR HOODIE, AND WE'LL TAKE PICTURES SO YOU'LL ALWAYS REMEMBER IT.

Panda says, HEY, YEAH. THAT MIGHT REALLY HELP ME SAY GOODBYE TO IT.

Donkey Hodie says, THEN COME ON. WE GOT SOME MEMORIES TO MAKE.

Panda cries, HEY-O!

(Music playing)

Photographs show Panda wearing his hoodie. He stands beside Bob Dog and Duck Duck. He rides a skateboard.

(Hoodie unzipping)

Panda holds the purple hoodie.

Panda says, GOODBYE, HOODIE. THANKS FOR ALL THE GOOD MEMORIES. I MIGHT HAVE OUTGROWN YOU, BUT I WILL NEVER FORGET YOU.

(Deep breath)

Panda says, COME ON, DONKEY. I'LL WALK YOU HOME.

They walk off together.

(Music playing)

Panda says, HEY, IT'S STARTING TO GET DARK.

Donkey Hodie says, WHOO. AND CHILLY. WHOO!

(Gasps)

Panda says, I KNOW WHAT WILL HELP WARM YOU UP.

Donkey Hodie asks, HMM?

Panda holds out the hoodie.

Donkey Hodie gasps, YOUR HOODIE?

Panda says, IT'S MORE YOUR SIZE ANYWAY. AND I WANT YOU TO HAVE IT.

Donkey Hodie says, THANK YOU.

Panda says, HERE, I'LL HELP YOU PUT IT ON.

(Music playing)

(Zipper sound)

Donkey Hodie wears the hoodie with the hood pulled up.

Panda says, IT FITS YOU PERFECTLY!

Donkey Hodie says, OH, IT'S SO SOFT AND COZY. ARE YOU SURE YOU'RE OKAY WITH THIS?

Panda says, OH, YEAH. THIS WAY, I CAN STILL SEE MY HOODIE WHENEVER YOU WEAR IT. AND I BET YOU'LL MAKE A LOT OF HAPPY MEMORIES WITH IT, TOO.

Donkey Hodie says, I'LL TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR HOODIE, PANDA.

Panda says, IT'S YOUR HOODIE NOW. DONKEY HODIE'S HOODIE.
