STORY OF TEE AND MO.

A LITTLE MONKEY AND HIS MONKEY
MUM WHO SOMETIMES WANT TO DO
DIFFERENT THINGS, BUT ALWAYS
END UP HAVING FUN TOGETHER.

[Slide whistle]

Tee and Mo put a yellow cloth over the rock. Tee eats a large sandwich as Mo holds a pineapple. They stand and wave to Lily, an orange striped tiger; Tomo, a brown and yellow flying squirrel; Mr. Og, a blue warthog; and Heidi, a purple hippopotamus with a white daisy tucked under her ear.

Tee says, OOH-AH-OOH-AH
OOH-AH?

Mo says, OH. OOH-AH. HMM.

Tee jumps into the box.

[Crash]

The narrator says, TEE WANTS
ANOTHER BEDTIME TOY.

Tee carries a box of building blocks on his head.

[Grunting]

The narrator exclaims, BUILDING BLOCKS?

Tee dumps the box of blocks on his bed.

[Grunting, squeaking, clatter]

The narrator says, WHOA,
WHOA, WHOA.

[Giggling]

Mo says, HMM.

The narrator says, OKAY, TEE.
THAT'S ENOUGH BANANAS
BEDTIME BEHAVIOUR.

Mo says, AHA.

Mo tucks a blanket around Tee.

[Rustling, bang, squeak]

Tee says, WHOA.

The narrator says, A BEDTIME
STORY SHOULD CALM
YOU DOWN.

Mo reads, "OOH-AH, OOH-OOH-AH-AH.
OOH-AH-OH-AH-OOH. OOH-OOH-AH.
OOH-OOH-OOH-OOH, AH-AH…”

As Mo reads, Tee crawls under his blanket to the foot of the bed. He crawls back and forth under the covers.

[Click, rustling]

Mo reads, “…OOH. OOH-OOH.
OOH-OOH OOH-OOH-AH-AH
OOH-AH-OOH-AH-OOH."

The narrator asks, WHAT'S HE UP TO?

[Drumming, squeaking wheels, giggling, shouting]

The narrator says, OH, NO.
MORE DRUMMING.

HOW IS MO GOING TO GET
TEE TO SLEEP NOW?

Mo says, WHOA.

Mo holds out her keys.

[Jingling]

Tee says, HMM?

Mo says, OOH-AH-AH OOH-AH.
VROOM-VROOM-VROOM.
BEEP-BEEP.

Tee cheers, WHOA!

[Door creaks]

The narrator says, AH.
MO SAYS TEE DOESN'T HAVE
TO GO TO BED. THEY CAN GO
FOR A DRIVE INSTEAD.

Tee runs to a red car.

Tee says excitedly, OOH-AH
OOH-AH OOH-AH-AH.

[Giggling, laughing]

Tee sits in the back seat of the car and Mo fastens his seat belt.

[Car door opens, seat belt click, door slams, upbeat music plays]

The narrator says, A
NIGHTTIME DRIVE?

Tee yells, ZOOM-ZOOM
ZOOM ZOOM-ZOOM.

[Car door slams, engine rumbles]

The narrator says, TEE LOVES
A NIGHTTIME DRIVE.

[Laughing]

Tee cheers, WHOA!

[Tires squeal]

[Fly buzzes, Tee snores, tire squeals, bugs chitter]

The narrator says, ALTHOUGH
SOMETIMES, IT CAN MAKE HIM
A BIT SLEEPY.

Mo says, WHEW.

The narrator says, WELL DONE, MO.
YOU FINALLY GOT TEE TO SLEEP.

Mo says, HMM.

[Car door opens]

The narrator asks, CAN YOU
GET HIM INTO BED WITHOUT
WAKING HIM UP?

Mo frowns and says, OH. UH--

Mo lifts Tee out of the car and carries him to the house.

[Snoring continues, grunting, car door slams, yawn, bugs chitter]

The narrator whispers, BETTER
KEEP QUIET, MO. YOU DON'T
WANT TO WAKE HIM.

[Mo sighs]

The narrator says, THIS COULD
TAKE ALL YOUR SKILLS, MO.

[Snoring, tense music plays]
