Ranger Hamza comes out of a cabin in the woods.

Ranger Hamza says, HELLO. I'M RANGER HAMZA. WELCOME TO MY HUT. LOOK AT THIS FEATHER I FOUND. IT'S FROM A PIGEON. CAN YOU SEE THE MARKINGS? FEATHERS HELP A BIRD TO FLY, BUT THEY ALSO KEEP IT WARM AND DRY. I'VE NOT GOT ANY FEATHERS, BUT I DO HAVE MY FLEECE TO KEEP ME WARM WHEN IT'S COLD OUTSIDE. TODAY, I'M GOING FOR A WALK WITH THE RAMBLERS TO SEE A CASTLE. D'YOU WANNA COME ALONG? COME ON, LET'S GO FOR A WALK.

Animated trees pop up.

Three children in orange jackets walk along a sidewalk with two adults.

Ranger Hamza says, IT'S A BIT WET, SO IT'S WELLIES AND WATERPROOFS FOR OUR RAMBLERS. JOINING US TODAY ARE ... SANTOSH... LUCY... AND ANA.

An animated map shows water and a beach. Footprints move along the beach.

Ranger Hamza says, WE'RE GOING TO MEET UP NEXT TO THE SEASIDE... AND WALK ALONG THE BEACH TO AN OLD CASTLE TOGETHER. I WONDER WHAT WE'LL SPOT ALONG THE WAY.

Lucy has medium-length light brown hair.

Lucy calls, RANGER HAMZA!

Ranger Hamza says, HI, KIDS! HOW YOU ALL DOING? ARE YOU READY FOR OUR WALK?

The Ramblers cry, YEEEAAHH!

Ranger Hamza says, BYE, MUMS. LET'S GO.

The two adults wave.

Ranger Hamza asks, WHAT WILL WE SEE?

Santosh points. He has short dark hair.

Santosh cries, I SEE A BOAT!

Ranger Hamza says, WELL SPOTTED, SANTOSH. THERE'S LOTS OF BOATS. IT'S A HARBOUR.

Ranger Hamza and the children walk toward the water. Small boats are docked at the stone harbour.

Ranger Hamza says, SO, THE HARBOUR'S MADE SO THAT THE BOATS CAN COME AND PARK UP HERE WHEN THEY'RE NOT OUT AT SEA. IT'S LIKE A LITTLE CAR PARK FOR BOATS.

Santosh says, UUUUH...

Lucy cries, I CAN SEE WATER! SEA HORSES ARE ON THE WALL.

Ranger Hamza asks, WHERE?

Santosh points. There seahorse shapes inlaid in a stone wall.

Santosh says, THE SEA HORSES, RIGHT OVER THERE!

Ranger Hamza says, AAAWW, LOOK AT THAT!

A rock formation forms an arch.

Santosh cries, WOW!

Santosh says, AND IT'S REALLY HARD.

Ranger Hamza says, THESE ROCKS MIGHT BE HARD, BUT THEY SLOWLY, SLOWLY GET WORN DOWN BY THE WIND, THE RAIN, AND THE SEA. AND THAT'S HOW THIS ARCH WAS MADE. AND THE ROCK IS STILL GETTING WORN DOWN NOW.

Ranger Hamza kneels in the sand under the arch.

Ranger Hamza says, WELL, I THINK IN A HUNDRED MILLION BILLION YEARS TIME, I THINK IT WILL BE COMPLETELY GONE. THE SEA WOULD'VE WASHED IT ALL OUT.

Ranger Hamza says, THE ROCKS SOMETIMES GET WORN DOWN INTO FUNNY SHAPES. CAN YOU SEE A SHAPE IN THIS ROCK?

A large rock is near the water.

Santosh says, I CAN ACTUALLY SEE A RHINOCEROS IN THIS ONE.

An animated rhinoceros appears.

Ranger Hamza does a gruff rhinoceros voice and says, I'M A RHINO. WHAT'RE YOU DOING IN MY CAVE? GET OUT.

Ranger Hamza asks, WHAT ELSE GETS LEFT BEHIND WHEN THE SEA GOES OUT?

(Music playing)

Ranger Hamza says, SHALL WE HAVE A LOOK, YEAH?

Ranger Hamza lifts a rock.

Ranger Hamza says, JUST GENTLY LIFT IT UP, SEE IF WE CAN FIND ANYTHING... WHAT'S THAT?

Lucy says, A SNAIL.

Ranger Hamza says, YEAH.

Lucy says, I LOVE SNAILS.

Ranger Hamza asks, AND WHERE WAS IT SITTING?... UNDERNEATH THE ROCK?

Santosh says, YEEAAHH.

Ranger Hamza says, THIS SNAIL IS CALLED A PERIWINKLE. WHAT A BRILLIANT NAME. I THINK WE'LL PUT THE ROCK RIGHT BY GENTLY WHERE WE FOUND IT, BECAUSE ALL THE LITTLE ANIMALS LIVE UNDERNEATH IT.

The rock is by the pool of water.

Ranger Hamza says, NOW THE LITTLE PERIWINKLE WILL BE SNUG AS A BUG IN HIS HOME.

(Music playing)

Ranger Hamza says, AAWW, YEAH! IT'S A POND.

Ana says, THERE'S A STREAM!

Santosh says, THERE'S A POOL OF WATER FALLING DOWN LIKE A WATERFALL.

Water flows over rocks.

Ranger Hamza says, AND WHICH WAY'S THE WATER GOING?

Santosh says, IT'S GOING DOWN.

Ranger Hamza says, YEAH, THAT'S RIGHT.

Santosh says, THAT'S THE UPHILL, THAT'S THE DOWNHILL. UPHILL, DOWNHILL.

Ranger Hamza says, RIGHT. AND WHICH WAY'S IT HEADING?

Santosh cries, IT'S HEADING TO THE SEA!

Water burbles over the rocks.

Santosh says, IT, IT SOUNDS LIKE WATER DRIPPING INTO A CUP.

Ranger Hamza says, THAT'S RIGHT, YEAH.

Ana says, AND IT SOUNDS LIKE BIRDS TWEETING.

Ranger Hamza says, IT'S DEAD. SHALL WE TURN IT OVER?

Ranger Hamza uses a stick to flip a small crab over.

Ranger Hamza says, WHAT'RE THESE?

Santosh says, THESE ARE HIS PINCHING THINGS.

Ranger Hamza says, HIS PINCHING THINGS?

Santosh says, YEAH, UH, WHERE HE PINCHES YOU.

Ranger Hamza asks, OH, IS IT KINDA LIKE HIS CLAWS?

Ranger Hamza says, YEAH, THEY'RE CALLED CLAWS. CAN WE DO THE CLAWS?

Ranger Hamza and the children open and close their index fingers and thumbs.

Ranger Hamza says, CLAWS, CLAWS, LIKE THAT.

Ana says, CLAWS, CLAWS, CLAWS.

Ranger Hamza sings, PINCHY, PINCHY, PINCHY, CLAWS, CLAWS, CLAWS.

Ranger Hamza taps the stick against a piece of wood and a red bottle cap.

Ranger Hamza says, LOOK AT WHAT ELSE GETS WASHED UP ON THE BEACH. THIS IS KNOWN AS
FLOTSAM AND JETSOM. FLOTSAM IS STUFF THAT WAS A ON A SHIP, AND THEN ACCIDENTALLY FELL OFF.

Santosh says, YEP, LIKE THAT SHIP.

Santosh points at a distant freighter moving over the water.

Ranger Hamza says, YES.

Santosh says, LIKE THAT SHIP OVER THERE.

Ranger Hamza says, EXACTLY. SO, FLOTSAM IS STUFF THAT WAS ON THE SHIP AND HAS FALLEN OFF...

Ana says, UMM... MAYBE THE WOOD FELL OFF AND THEY FORGOT TO PICK IT UP.

Ranger Hamza says, THAT'S RIGHT. AND JETSOM IS STUFF THAT'S DELIBERATELY THROWN OVERBOARD.

Ranger Hamza turns the small piece of wood over in his hands.

Ranger Hamza says, I THINK THIS WAS PART OF AN OLD PIRATE SHIP.

(Santosh gasps)

Santosh cries, YEAH!

Ranger Hamza says, YEARS AND YEARS AGO, WHEN PIRATES USED TO ROAM THE SEA.

Santosh says, HEY, WAIT!... I CAN ACTUALLY SEE IT.

Ranger Hamza asks, YOU CAN SEE THE PIRATE SHIP?

The Ramblers cry, YEAH!

Ranger Hamza asks, WHAT DID WE DO?

The animated map appears.

(Music playing)

Ranger Hamza says, THE FIRST THING WE ARRIVED AT WAS THE HARBOUR.

Santosh says, WE ALL SAW SOME BOATS.

Ranger Hamza says, THEN, ON THE BEACH, WE WENT UNDER A MAGICAL ROCKY ARCH.

(Ranger Hamza makes monster noises)

He chases the children by the arch.

(Children laughing)

Ranger Hamza says, AND THEN WE LOOKED AT A ROCKPOOL, AND FOUND SOMETHING LIVING UNDERNEATH A ROCK.

Everyone crouches by the pool.

Ranger Hamza says, WE BECAME GIANTS AND STOMPED AROUND BESIDE A STREAM.

Santosh says, I AM A GIANT!

(Crab scuttling)

Ranger Hamza says, WE SPOTTED FLOTSAM AND JETSOM, AND SOMETHING ELSE.

Santosh cries, IT'S A CRAB!

(Music playing)

Ranger Hamza says, AND NOW, WE'RE AT THE OLD CASTLE. REMEMBER, ALL ALONG THE WAY, WE WERE KEEPING OUR EYES OPEN FOR GULLS. HOW MANY OF THESE ONES DID YOU SPOT?

(Chiming)

Gulls are on rocks.

Ranger Hamza says, WELL, I HOPE YOU ENJOYED OUR WALK TODAY. WE CERTAINLY DID. NEXT TIME YOU GO FOR A WALK, WHY DON'T YOU KEEP YOUR EYES AND EARS OPEN AND YOU CAN HAVE AN ADVENTURE, TOO? SHALL WE SAY GOODBYE?

Ana and Santosh wave.

Everyone says, BYE!

Ranger Hamza says, LET'S GO AND PLAY.

Everyone gets up and runs toward the castle.

Santosh cries, I'M GONNA BE THE KING!

Ranger Hamza says, I'M GONNA BE THE QUEEN!

(Excited laughing and yelling)
