The sun shines over Adventure Bay.
[Upbeat music plays]
A singer sings, PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL, WE'LL BE THERE ON THE DOUBLE.
The Paw Patrol pups run into the Lookout tower.
The singer sings, WHENEVER THERE'S A PROBLEM, 'ROUND ADVENTURE BAY, RYDER AND HIS TEAM OF PUPS WILL COME AND SAVE THE DAY.
The Paw Patrol pups ride a slide wrapped around the Lookout.
The singer sings, MARSHALL, RUBBLE, CHASE, ROCKY, ZUMA, SKYE YEAH! THEY'RE ON THE WAY.
Marshall is a Dalmatian firefighter. Rubble is an English Bulldog who works as a construction worker. Chase is a German Shepherd police dog. Rocky is a grey and white, environment-friendly pup. Zuma is a chocolate Labrador who loves the water. Skye is a Cockapoo who flies a helicopter.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL WHENEVER YOU'RE IN TROUBLE.
Ryder, the Paw Patrol’s brown-haired leader, races through Adventure Bay with the pups, each in their own special vehicle.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL WE'LL BE THERE ON THE DOUBLE.
Marshall stumbles down his firetruck ladder with a dinosaur egg.
The singer sings, NO JOB'S TOO BIG, NO PUP'S TOO SMALL. PAW PATROL, WE'RE ON A ROLL.
Chase saves young Alex Porter with his net.
The singer sings, SO HERE WE GO, PAW PATROL, WHOA-OH-OH.
Ryder gives the pups treats.
The singer sings, PAW PATROL, WHOA-OH-OH-OH, PAW PATROL.
The pups play outside the Lookout with Ryder.
[Barking]

On the train station platform, Zuma stands beside Charger. Nearby on the platform, Mr. Porter stands with a dolly.
[Train whistle blaring]
[Train whistle ringing]
Zuma asks, DUDE, YOU THINK YOUR COUSIN IS GONNA LIKE ADVENTURE BAY?
A train rolls up to the station.
[Train whistle blaring]
Rubble says, ARE YOU KIDDING? HE'S GONNA –
The train stops, and a door opens. A dark grey French Bulldog leaps out and tackles Rubble.
The French Bulldog says, RUBBLE!
The French Bulldog wears a red hard hat and carries a red and grey tool pack. He uses a red prosthetic on his left back leg.
The French Bulldog says, IT'S ME! CHARGER, YOUR COUSIN! I'M YOUR COUSIN, CHARGER!
Charger steps back, and Rubble stands.
Laughing, Rubble says, I KNOW!
[Rubble and Charger giggling]
Zuma walks over, and Rubble says, CHARGER, THIS IS ZUMA.
Charger says, ZUMA! HI! I'M CHARGER! RUBBLE'S COUSIN. I LIKE TAKING TRIPS! AND RIDING TRAINS! AND BUILDING STUFF!
Zuma says, WELCOME TO ADVENTURE BAY, DUDE.
Charger asks, CAN WE SEE IT? THE WHOLE TOWN? RUBBLE HAS TOLD ME SO MUCH ABOUT IT.
From close by, Mr. Porter says, MAKE SURE YOU COME BY THE CAFÉ!
Mr. Porter loads bags of flour from a train car onto his dolly. Rubble, Charger and Zuma walk over.
Rubble says, HI, MR. PORTER!
Charger says, HI, MR. PORTER! I'M CHARGER! I'M RUBBLE'S COUSIN AND I LOVE CONSTRUCTION!
Mr. Porter says, I HEARD! GOOD TO MEET YOU, CHARGER. RUBBLE, YOU BRING ALL THE PUPS BY, OKAY? I'LL BAKE UP A BATCH OF STRAWBERRY SPINACH BISCUITS!
Charger cheers, YAY! YUM!
Charger runs circles around Rubble and Zuma. Mr. Porter leaves with the dolly.
Rubble says, OKAY, CHARGER, LET'S START THE TOUR! ARE YOU READY?
Charger says, READY! HERE COMES CHARGER!
Charger runs down the platform.
[Rubble and Zuma giggling]
Rubble and Zuma run after Charger. Outside Mayor Humdinger’s Mayor Lair cave in Foggy Bottom, Mayor Humdinger pours a bubbly mixture from a bottle with a cat icon and water from a tap into a bathtub. He turns off the water. Mayor Humdinger wears his one-piece purple and yellow-striped swimsuit, water wings, swim shoes and a top hat.
Mayor Humdinger says, BATH TIME, KITTIES! HOP IN!
Mayor Humdinger’s kitties of the Kittie Catastrophe Crew look unimpressed.
[Kitties meowing]
The kitties scatter. They run around Mayor Humdinger.
Mayor Humdinger says, HEY, WHOA! STOP!
Mayor Humdinger stumbles and yelps, WHOA, WHOA, WHOA!
Mayor Humdinger falls into the tub.
[Splashing]
[Mayor Humdinger groaning]
Mayor Humdinger pulls himself upright. Bubbles stick out of his ears and hang from his chin like a beard.
Mayor Humdinger says, HEY, I SAID "BATH TIME!" NOT "PUSH ME INTO THE TUB" TIME!
Mayor Humdinger jumps out of the tub and shakes off the bubbles. He chases after kitties Marshall and Rubble.
[Kitties Marshall and Rubble meowing]
Mayor Humdinger says, COME BACK HERE! TUB TIME!
Kitties Zuma and Chases push their back paws against the tub and knock it over. The water inside spills out.
[Splashing]
[Kitties meowing]
[Mayor Humdinger grunting]
Mayor Humdinger chases kitties Marshall and Rubble across the beach.
[Kitties giggling]
Kitty Zuma pushes a valve on a pipe and shuts off the water.
[Valve squeaking]
[Kitties meowing]
Kitties Zuma and Skye kick a crate over the pipe with their back paws.
[Clanking]
Mayor Humdinger lifts the tub upright under the tap.
[Mayor Humdinger grunting]
Mayor Humdinger grumbles, HMPH. VERY FUNNY!
The kitties walk over to the tub.
Mayor Humdinger says, NOW, WHERE WERE WE?
Mayor Humdinger turns the tap, and no water comes out.
[Tap squeaking]
Mayor Humdinger says, WHAT? THERE'S NO WATER?
[Kitties meowing]
The kitties walk away.
Mayor Humdinger says, AH-AH! NOT SO FAST! I CAN FIX THIS.
Mayor Humdinger rolls the end of his moustache between his fingers.
[Mayor Humdinger cackling]
In Adventure Bay, Alex and Hanley walk by Mr. Porter’s café. Rubble runs up behind them with Charger and Zuma.
Rubble says, HI, ALEX! HI, HANLEY! THIS IS MY COUSIN, CHARGER.
Charger says, WE'RE GOING TO THE LOOKOUT! ARE YOU GOING TO THE LOOKOUT?
Alex says, WE'RE GOING TO MY TREEHOUSE!
Alex glances toward the treehouse in the tall tree beside the café.
Charger says, A TREEHOUSE? A TREEHOUSE! THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING!
Charger runs toward the treehouse. Rubble and Zuma start to follow. Mr. Porter steps outside.
Mr. Porter says, AND DON'T FORGET TO COME BACK FOR STRAWBERRY SPINACH BISCUITS!
In a sewer tunnel, Mayor Humdinger looks annoyed. His kitties walk behind him.
Mayor Humdinger grumbles, HMM. ADVENTURE BAY HAS PLENTY OF WATER. I'LL JUST SEND IT ALL TO FOGGY BOTTOM.
At the end of the tunnel, Mayor Humdinger spots a pipe.
Mayor Humdinger says, HERE! THIS SHOULD DO IT.
Mayor Humdinger turns a valve wheel on the pipe.
[Wheel squeaking]
[Creaking]
[Rumbling]
The pipe shakes. Mayor Humdinger raises his eyebrows. The kitties slowly back away.
[Kitties meowing nervously]
Water bursts out of the pipe and knocks Mayor Humdinger back. His top hat flies off his head.
[Splashing]
[Mayor Humdinger yelping]
Mayor Humdinger and the kitties float down the tunnel in waist-deep water.
[Kitties meowing]
Mayor Humdinger says, UGH! TOO WET! TOO WET!
Mayor Humdinger’s hat floats on the water near the pipe. Outside Mr. Porter’s café, Mr. Porter gives Alex and Hanley apples from his fruit stand.
[Rumbling]
The ground shakes.
Alex asks, WHAT IS THAT?
[Rumbling]
Behind the café, Mayor Goodway drives down the street. Under her car, water bursts out of the street and blasts her into the air.
[Splashing]
Alex says, WHOA!
Mr. Porter says, YEAH, WHOA!
Mayor Goodway yelps, OH!
The blast of water throws Mayor Goodway’s car higher.
[Chickaletta squawking]
Mayor Goodway’s car starts to fall.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
The car lands on the edge of the café roof.
[Clanking]
The car tilts further over the edge. The now-bent hood and driver’s door pop open. On the road behind the café, a crack beside the burst of water ripples across the street and under the tree with Alex’s treehouse.
[Cracking]
The tree falls onto the café and crashes through the roof.
[Crashing]
[Thudding]
[Mr. Porter gasping]
Alex and Hanley stare toward the fallen tree with looks of shock. Hanley drops his apple. Mayor Goodway’s car tilts side-to-side.
[Creaking]
Mayor Goodway pushes her broken door open further and looks down.
Mayor Goodway says, OH, WELL, THAT WAS AN UNEXPECTED DETOUR!
Mayor Goodway glances at Chickaletta in a booster seat beside her.
[Chickaletta squawking]
Mayor Goodway’s steering wheel breaks loose.
[Clanking]
Mayor Goodway asks, WHERE AM I?
Mr. Porter walks around the café with Alex and Hanley.
Mr. Porter says, ON TOP OF MY CRUSHED CAFÉ!
[Mayor Goodway gasping]
Mayor Goodway says, OH, I'M SO SORRY, MR. PORTER! OH, DEAR.
Mayor Goodway leans out her open door, and the car tilts further over the edge of the café roof.
[Creaking]
Mayor Goodway quickly returns to her seat.
[Chickaletta squawking]
Mr. Porter says, NO! NO! STAY THERE, MAYOR GOODWAY. IF YOU MOVE, YOUR CAR MIGHT FALL! I'LL CALL THE PAW PATROL.
Mr. Porter pulls out his phone and makes a call. In the Lookout lounge, Charger runs circles around the Paw Patrol pups Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma and Skye. Ryder watches.
Charger says, I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M MEETING THE REAL, ACTUAL, AMAZING PAW PATROL!
Ryder says, NICE TO MEET YOU, CHARGER!
[Ringing]
Ryder pulls out his pup pad and answers a video call from Mr. Porter.
Ryder says, HI, MR. PORTER. RUBBLE SAYS YOU'RE MAKING STRAWBERRY SPINACH BISCUITS!
Mr. Porter says, NOT RIGHT NOW. WE'VE GOT A REAL EMERGENCY HERE, RYDER.
Mr. Porter shows Mayor Goodway’s car on the roof of the café.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
Ryder says, WHOA! DON'T WORRY, MR. PORTER. NO CAR IS TOO HIGH, NO PUP IS TOO SMALL!
Ryder taps a button on his pup pad, and Rubble, Skye and Marshall’s pup tags light up.
[Beeping]
Ryder says, PAW PATROL! TIME FOR AN ULTIMATE RESCUE!
Rubble, Skye and Marshall say, RYDER NEEDS US!
Rubble, Skye, Marshall and Charger run across the lounge. Marshall slips on the carpet.
Marshall yelps, WHOA!
Charger runs into Marshall.
Charger yelps, WHOA!
The other pups, Skye, Rubble, Zuma, Rocky and Chase, gather in the elevator. Charger and Marshall stumble in behind them.
Charger yelps, WHOA!
[Crashing and grunting]
Rubble and Charger lie on top of the other pups.
[Charger giggling]
Marshall pops up from behind Rubble and Charger.
Marshall says, DON'T FORGET ABOUT ME!
[Pups giggling]
The elevator doors close, and the pups ride up the Lookout tower.
[Intense music plays]
Halfway up the tower, the elevator pauses behind the Lookout pawprint badge. A light flashes across the badge, and the Pat Patrol pups continue up the tower in their Paw Patrol uniforms. Charger stands between the pups. A red light pulses around the observation deck.
[Elevator dinging]
At the top of the tower, the pups leap out of the elevator into the observation deck and line up side-by-side in front of Ryder.
Chase says, PAW PATROL READY FOR ACTION, RYDER, SIR!
Ryder presses a button on his pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
A large screen lowers from the ceiling.
Ryder says, THANKS FOR HURRYING, PUPS. AND IT'S GREAT YOU'RE HERE, CHARGER. WE HAVE SOME SERIOUS SITUATIONS, PUPS. WE NEED TO RESCUE MAYOR GOODWAY AND CHICKALETTA.
The screen shows Alex’s treehouse leaning against Mr. Porter’s café and an avatar of Mayor Goodway in her car with Chickaletta on top of the café.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
[Chickaletta squawking]
Ryder says, REPLANT THE BIG TREE, FIX THE CRACKED ROAD, ALEX'S TREEHOUSE, AND MR. PORTER'S CAFÉ.
Rubble says, WOW! THAT'S A LOT OF CONSTRUCTION WORK!
Ryder says, LUCKILY FOR THIS MISSION, WE HAVE TWO CONSTRUCTION EXPERTS.
Charger says, YOU DO? WAIT, DO YOU MEAN…
Ryder pulls Rubble and Charger’s badges up onto the screen with a picture of Rubble’s Ultimate Construction truck, a large six-wheeler bulldozer with construction vehicle attachments.
Charger says, ME?! YOU WANT ME TO HELP?
Ryder says, RUBBLE SAYS YOU'RE ONE OF THE BEST.
Charger says, YES, YES, YAY! IT'S CHARGER AND RUBBLE ON THE ULTIMATE DOUBLE!
Ryder says, ALL RIGHT! PAW PATROL IS ON A ROLL!
[Barking and howling]
[Upbeat music plays]
Ryder runs and swings down the Lookout firepole.
A singer sings, PAW PATROL! GO, GO, GO, GO.
Rubble runs toward the slide, wrapped around the Lookout. Charger closely follows and bumps into Rubble from behind.
[Charger grunting]
Rubble and Charger stumble onto the slide.
[Charger giggling]
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO. PAW PATROL!
Rubble and Charger ride down the slide together.
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO.
The pup house platform around the Lookout rotates and lines up Rubble’s bulldozer pup house with the bottom of the slide.
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
Rubble leaps off the slide. Charger slips off behind him and kicks at the air.
Charger yelps, WOAH!
The singer cheers, RUBBLE AND CHARGER!
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
The roof of Rubble’s pup house opens, and he drops into the seat underneath with Charger.
[Rubble barking]
[Rubble giggling]
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
The pup house platform lowers Rubble and Charger into a large underground garage. Robotic arms convert the house into Rubble’s Ultimate Construction Truck. The arms place a cab on the house over Rubble and Charger, attach a bulldozer to the front and add two large wheels to the sides. A robotic machine pushes a dump truck bucket attachment on four wheels out of a small garage and attaches it to the back of the transformed pup house. Robotic arms add mini construction vehicles to the sides, and an excavator arm to the back.
[Whirring]
[Clanking]
A circular platform in the floor of the garage rises. Columns pop out and lift the Lookout. On the surface, Rubble drives the truck off the platform and partway down the driveway. In Ryder’s garage, Ryder jumps on his A.T.V. wearing a red and white helmet.
[Engine rumbling]
[Tires squealing]
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO.
Ryder follows Rubble and Charger down the driveway. They cross the Adventure Bay bridge and race into town.
[Cheerful, upbeat music plays]
Ryder and Rubble park outside Mr. Porter’s café. Mayor Goodway continues to teeter on the edge of the roof in her car with Chickaletta. Ryder, Rubble and Charger meet Mr. Porter, Alex and Hanley outside.
Ryder says, RUBBLE, CHARGER, LET'S GET THE MAYOR AND CHICKALETTA DOWN FIRST.
Rubble says, SURE THING, RYDER!
Charger drives Rubble’s construction vehicle closer to the café.
Charger says, GRAB IT, LIFT IT, MOVE IT!
Charger raises the bulldozer scoop toward Mayor Goodway’s car.
Charger says, EASY, A LITTLE CLOSER, THERE!
Charger places the scoop under the car.
Rubble says, NOW WE JUST NEED THE CAR TO TIP A BIT FURTHER.
Mayor Goodway says, WE DO? BUT HOW?!
[Chickaletta squawking]
Chickaletta hops out of her seat and out of the passenger seat window. The car slides off the roof into the bulldozer scoop. Chickaletta lands on Charger’s head.
[Creaking and thudding]
Rubble says, NICE JOB, CHICKALETTA!
[Chickaletta squawking]
Charger backs up and places Mayor Goodway and her damaged car on the ground. Mayor Goodway steps out of the car with her searing wheel.
Mayor Goodway says, MY POOR CAR!
Ryder makes a call on his pup pad.
Ryder says, ROCKY, I NEED YOU TO COME TO THE CAFÉ AND FIX MAYOR GOODWAY'S CAR!
On a video call from the Lookout, Rocky says, A LITTLE ROADSIDE PUP-SISTANCE COMING YOUR WAY, RYDER!
Later, outside the café, Mr. Porter scratches the back of his head. Alex’s tree leans against the side of the café.
Mr. Porter says, I WONDER HOW BAD THINGS ARE INSIDE.
Mr. Porter opens the front door. A stream of water bursts out and knocks him back.
Mr. Porter yelps, YIKES!
[Splashing]
[Charger barking]
Charger orders, CLAW!
Charger grabs a nearby crate with his tool pack grabber claw and throws it toward Mr. Porter. On the street, Mr. Porter lands on the crate.
Mr. Porter says, PHEW!
Ryder says, WAY TO THINK FAST, CHARGER.
Ryder grabs his pup pad and says, ZUMA, LOOKS LIKE WE'VE GOT A BROKEN WATER PIPE CAUSING ALL THE TROUBLE HERE. I NEED YOU TO FIND IT AND SHUT IT OFF.
On a video call from the Lookout, Zuma says, LET'S DIVE IN!
Later, outside Mr. Porter’s café, Charger stands above a rope tied around the treehouse tree.
Charger says, TIME FOR A LITTLE TREE REMOVAL! RUBBLE, ARE YOU READY?
Charger leaps off the tree. Rubble sits in the driver’s seat of his truck.
Rubble says, READY!
With the rope tied to the back of his construction vehicle, Rubble drives forward and pulls the tree upright.
[Tires squealing]
[Rumbling]
The tree settles into place, and the ground shakes. Mr. Porter’s café collapses into pieces.
[Crashing]
Mr. Porter wails OH NO!
In the middle of the debris, water bursts out of the ground.
[Splashing]
Mr. Porter drops to his knees and says, MY CAFÉ IS DESTROYED!
Rubble says, IT'LL BE OKAY, MR. PORTER.
In the sewers, Zuma rides his hovercraft to the end of the tunnel with the broken pipe. Water continues to spill into the tunnel beside Mayor Humdinger’s top hat.
[Fans whirring]
[Beeping]
Through his pup tag, Zuma says, I FOUND THE PROBLEM, RYDER. AND MAYBE THE CAUSE, TOO. IT LOOKS LIKE MAYOR HUMDINGER WAS HERE.
Through the pup tag, Ryder asks, CAN YOU TURN OFF THE WATER?
Zuma says, THIS SHOULD DO IT!
Zuma paws the valve wheel on the side of the pipe. The wheel spins and pops off.
Zuma yelps, WHOA!
The wheel sinks into the water.
[Splashing]
Zume says, BUMMER.
On the street, Ryder looks at his pup pad. Rubble and Charger stand beside him. Mayor Goodway stands nearby holding her steering wheel while Rocky works on her car’s engine.
[Pup pad beeping]
Through the pup pad, Zuma says, RYDER, THE VALVE WHEEL BROKE OFF. I CAN'T STOP THE WATER.
Charger says, WAIT, YOU NEED A WHEEL? LIKE, TO TURN? I CAN GET YOU ONE!
Charger runs up to Mayor Goodway and asks, CAN I BORROW THAT, MAYOR GOODWAY?
Mayor Goodway says, WELL...
Rocky says, IT'S OKAY. I'M GONNA HAVE TO PUT A WHOLE NEW STEERING COLUMN IN ANYWAY.
Mayor Goodway says, OKAY, CHARGER.
Charger says, THANKS!
Mayor Goodway gives Charger the steering wheel, and he takes it between his teeth. Charger runs to a utility hole cover and drops the wheel.
[Charger barking]
Charger orders, SCREWDRIVER!
Charger flips the utility hole cover open with his tool pack screwdriver.
[Charger grunting]
Charger calls down, ZUMA, I GOT YOU A WHEEL!
Zuma drives over to the utility hole and looks up. Charger flips Mayor Goodway’s steering wheel down the utility hole, and Zuma catches it between his teeth. Zuma backs up to the leaking pipe and attaches the wheel to the valve. He spins the wheel and shuts off the water.
[Gurgling]
Zuma says, DUDES, IT WORKED!
On the street, the water spurting out from the pile of debris at Mr. Porter’s café stops.
[Cheering]
Mr. Porter says, THANK YOU, CHARGER!
Mr. Porter walks over to Ryder and the pups.
Mr. Porter says, EVERYTHING IS RUINED! SORRY, PUPS, BUT THOSE STRAWBERRY SPINACH TREATS MIGHT BE A LITTLE LATE.
Ryder says, WE'LL FIX THE CAFÉ, MR. PORTER, EVEN BETTER THAN BEFORE! 'CAUSE I HAVE TWO GREAT CONSTRUCTION PUPS READY TO HELP!
Charger says, I'M GETTING THE ZOOM-ZOOM ZOOMIES!
Rubble says, LET'S BOW-WOW BUILD!
[Intense, upbeat music plays]
In his construction vehicle, Rubble dumps a load of dirt on the crack in the street.
Rubble says, DIRT'S IN, NOW LET'S SEAL IT UP.
Charger drives over the dirt with the Rubble’s mini-steamroller.
Ryder runs over and says, EXCELLENT JOB! NOW LET'S TACKLE THAT TREE.
On the ground beside his tree, Alex puts a piece of wood in a bucket, and Hanley passes the bucket to Ryder. Ryder hammers a piece of wood onto the treehouse roof. He jumps off and gives a thumbs-up. Charger drives up in a mini crane.
Charger says, GRAB IT, LIFT IT, MOVE IT!
Charger lifts the treehouse onto a branch in the tree with the crane. Ryder pushes the slide up to the tree with Mr. Porter pulling it. On the street, Rocky carries a load of bricks with the forks of his recycling truck.
Rocky says, LET'S REBUILD IT!
Rocky parks and jumps onto the sidewalk. He screws planks of wood together with his Pup Pack screwdriver. Charger flips a wooden frame upright with a mini drill excavator.
[Whirring]
Hanley cheers, YAY!
Rocky cheers, ALL RIGHT!
Mr. Porter squeezes concrete from a piping bag onto a row of bricks in the frame. Charger lays bricks on the concrete using his tool pack grabber. On a fenced rooftop patio above the café, Rocky places a pole in the corner. Rubble pushes a potted plant with his head. On the fence, Charger hooks a bridge from Alex’s treehouse to the patio with the mini crane.
[Gentle, exciting music plays]
Across the road from the café on the Adventure Bay boardwalk, Ryder, Charger, Rocky, Alex, Hanley, Mayor Goodway, Chickaletta, and Mr. Porter face Rubble’s construction vehicle.
Charger asks, EVERYBODY READY TO SEE THE NEW CAFÉ?
[Cheering]
In the driver’s seat of his vehicle, Rubble honks the horn.
[Horn honking loudly]
Rubble drives away, revealing the newly built café.
[Gasping]
Alex says, THAT IS SO COOL!
Alex and Hanley run across the street to the café and up the staircase to the rooftop patio. They continue toward the treehouse.

Ryer, Mayor Goodway and Mr. Porter look around at the open layout. Lights shine from lights on the walls and the ceiling. Sunlight shines through the many windows. A glass dome displays a cake. Plants decorate the space.
[Mr. Porter gasping]
Mr. Porter says, IT'S MY DREAM CAFE.
Mr. Porter runs through swinging doors to a large kitchen in the back of the café with shelves built under counters and into the walls. Ryder follows.
Mr. Porter says, THIS IS AMAZING! THIS IS WONDERFUL! THIS IS –
Mayor Humdinger interrupts and says, UNACCEPTABLE!
Covered in mud, Mayor Humdinger barges into the kitchen with his kitties through swinging doors leading to the front counter.
Mayor Humdinger demands, MAYOR GOODWAY, SEND ME WATER FROM ADVENTURE BAY SO I CAN GIVE MY KITTIES A BATH.
Mayor Goodway says, THE KITTIES AREN'T THE ONLY ONES WHO NEED A GOOD WASH.
Mayor Humdinger whines, I WANT MY WATER!
In the sewer, Zuma runs down a water-free tunnel.
[Drain gurgling]
Zuma pauses and looks up.
[Zuma gasping]
In the café kitchen, water bursts out of a drain in the floor. It sprays Mayor Humdinger, knocking him off his feet. Mayor Humdinger soars across the kitchen and lands in the large, deep sink.
[Mayor Humdinger yelping]
[Mayor Humdinger grunting]
In the sewer tunnel, Zuma reports, RYDER, THERE'S STILL SOME AIR IN THE PIPES. ALL NORMAL, BUT I HOPE THAT DIDN'T CAUSE ANY MORE PROBLEMS.
In the café, Mayor Humdinger’s kitties climb on top of Mayor Humdinger and start scrubbing dirt off him.
[Laughing]
Mayor Humdinger wails, NO. NO!
Ryder says, ACTUALLY, ZUMA, IT MAY HAVE SOLVED ONE!
[Gentle, cheerful music plays]
Later in the café kitchen, Mr. Porter wears oven mitts and holds a tray of biscuits. Rubble and Charger gaze up at him.
Mr. Porter says, HERE ARE THOSE STRAWBERRY SPINACH BISCUITS I PROMISED. THANK YOU, RUBBLE! THANK YOU, CHARGER!
Rubble says, YOU'RE WELCOME!
Rubble and Charger each eat a biscuit.
[Munching]
Charger says, YUM!
Ryder walks in with Rocky and Mayor Goodway.
Ryder starts to say, JUST REMEMBER –
Charger interrupts and asks, CAN I SAY IT, RYDER?
Charger runs circles around Rubble and over to Ryder.
Charger asks, CAN I?
Ryder says, GO AHEAD, CHARGER.
Charger says, WHENEVER A TREE CRUNCHES YOUR CAFÉ, JUST YELP FOR HELP!

A train rolls up to the station.
[Train whistle blaring]
Rubble says, ARE YOU KIDDING? HE'S GONNA –
The train stops, and a door opens. A dark grey French Bulldog leaps out and tackles Rubble.
The French Bulldog says, RUBBLE!
The French Bulldog wears a red hard hat and carries a red and grey tool pack. He uses a red prosthetic on his left back leg.
The French Bulldog says, IT'S ME! CHARGER, YOUR COUSIN! I'M YOUR COUSIN, CHARGER!
Charger steps back, and Rubble stands.
Laughing, Rubble says, I KNOW!
[Rubble and Charger giggling]
Zuma walks over, and Rubble says, CHARGER, THIS IS ZUMA.
Charger says, ZUMA! HI! I'M CHARGER! RUBBLE'S COUSIN. I LIKE TAKING TRIPS! AND RIDING TRAINS! AND BUILDING STUFF!
Zuma says, WELCOME TO ADVENTURE BAY, DUDE.
Charger asks, CAN WE SEE IT? THE WHOLE TOWN? RUBBLE HAS TOLD ME SO MUCH ABOUT IT.
From close by, Mr. Porter says, MAKE SURE YOU COME BY THE CAFÉ!
Mr. Porter loads bags of flour from a train car onto his dolly. Rubble, Charger and Zuma walk over.
Rubble says, HI, MR. PORTER!
Charger says, HI, MR. PORTER! I'M CHARGER! I'M RUBBLE'S COUSIN AND I LOVE CONSTRUCTION!
Mr. Porter says, I HEARD! GOOD TO MEET YOU, CHARGER. RUBBLE, YOU BRING ALL THE PUPS BY, OKAY? I'LL BAKE UP A BATCH OF STRAWBERRY SPINACH BISCUITS!
Charger cheers, YAY! YUM!
Charger runs circles around Rubble and Zuma. Mr. Porter leaves with the dolly.
Rubble says, OKAY, CHARGER, LET'S START THE TOUR! ARE YOU READY?
Charger says, READY! HERE COMES CHARGER!
Charger runs down the platform.
[Rubble and Zuma giggling]
Rubble and Zuma run after Charger. Outside Mayor Humdinger’s Mayor Lair cave in Foggy Bottom, Mayor Humdinger pours a bubbly mixture from a bottle with a cat icon and water from a tap into a bathtub. He turns off the water. Mayor Humdinger wears his one-piece purple and yellow-striped swimsuit, water wings, swim shoes and a top hat.
Mayor Humdinger says, BATH TIME, KITTIES! HOP IN!
Mayor Humdinger’s kitties of the Kittie Catastrophe Crew look unimpressed.
[Kitties meowing]
The kitties scatter. They run around Mayor Humdinger.
Mayor Humdinger says, HEY, WHOA! STOP!
Mayor Humdinger stumbles and yelps, WHOA, WHOA, WHOA!
Mayor Humdinger falls into the tub.
[Splashing]
[Mayor Humdinger groaning]
Mayor Humdinger pulls himself upright. Bubbles stick out of his ears and hang from his chin like a beard.
Mayor Humdinger says, HEY, I SAID "BATH TIME!" NOT "PUSH ME INTO THE TUB" TIME!
Mayor Humdinger jumps out of the tub and shakes off the bubbles. He chases after kitties Marshall and Rubble.
[Kitties Marshall and Rubble meowing]
Mayor Humdinger says, COME BACK HERE! TUB TIME!
Kitties Zuma and Chases push their back paws against the tub and knock it over. The water inside spills out.
[Splashing]
[Kitties meowing]
[Mayor Humdinger grunting]
Mayor Humdinger chases kitties Marshall and Rubble across the beach.
[Kitties giggling]
Kitty Zuma pushes a valve on a pipe and shuts off the water.
[Valve squeaking]

Kitties Zuma and Skye kick a crate over the pipe with their back paws.
[Clanking]
Mayor Humdinger lifts the tub upright under the tap.

The kitties walk over to the tub.
Mayor Humdinger says, NOW, WHERE WERE WE?
Mayor Humdinger turns the tap, and no water comes out.
[Tap squeaking]

The kitties walk away.

Mayor Humdinger rolls the end of his moustache between his fingers.

In Adventure Bay, Alex and Hanley walk by Mr. Porter’s café. Rubble runs up behind them with Charger and Zuma.
Rubble says, HI, ALEX! HI, HANLEY! THIS IS MY COUSIN, CHARGER.
Charger says, WE'RE GOING TO THE LOOKOUT! ARE YOU GOING TO THE LOOKOUT?
Alex says, WE'RE GOING TO MY TREEHOUSE!
Alex glances toward the treehouse in the tall tree beside the café.
Charger says, A TREEHOUSE? A TREEHOUSE! THIS PLACE HAS EVERYTHING!
Charger runs toward the treehouse. Rubble and Zuma start to follow. Mr. Porter steps outside.
Mr. Porter says, AND DON'T FORGET TO COME BACK FOR STRAWBERRY SPINACH BISCUITS!
In a sewer tunnel, Mayor Humdinger looks annoyed. His kitties walk behind him.
Mayor Humdinger grumbles, HMM. ADVENTURE BAY HAS PLENTY OF WATER. I'LL JUST SEND IT ALL TO FOGGY BOTTOM.
At the end of the tunnel, Mayor Humdinger spots a pipe.
Mayor Humdinger says, HERE! THIS SHOULD DO IT.
Mayor Humdinger turns a valve wheel on the pipe.
[Wheel squeaking]
[Creaking]
[Rumbling]
The pipe shakes. Mayor Humdinger raises his eyebrows. The kitties slowly back away.
[Kitties meowing nervously]
Water bursts out of the pipe and knocks Mayor Humdinger back. His top hat flies off his head.
[Splashing]
[Mayor Humdinger yelping]
Mayor Humdinger and the kitties float down the tunnel in waist-deep water.
[Kitties meowing]
Mayor Humdinger says, UGH! TOO WET! TOO WET!
Mayor Humdinger’s hat floats on the water near the pipe. Outside Mr. Porter’s café, Mr. Porter gives Alex and Hanley apples from his fruit stand.
[Rumbling]
The ground shakes.
Alex asks, WHAT IS THAT?
[Rumbling]
Behind the café, Mayor Goodway drives down the street. Under her car, water bursts out of the street and blasts her into the air.
[Splashing]
Alex says, WHOA!
Mr. Porter says, YEAH, WHOA!
Mayor Goodway yelps, OH!
The blast of water throws Mayor Goodway’s car higher.
[Chickaletta squawking]
Mayor Goodway’s car starts to fall.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
The car lands on the edge of the café roof.
[Clanking]
The car tilts further over the edge. The now-bent hood and driver’s door pop open. On the road behind the café, a crack beside the burst of water ripples across the street and under the tree with Alex’s treehouse.
[Cracking]
The tree falls onto the café and crashes through the roof.
[Crashing]
[Thudding]
[Mr. Porter gasping]
Alex and Hanley stare toward the fallen tree with looks of shock. Hanley drops his apple. Mayor Goodway’s car tilts side-to-side.
[Creaking]
Mayor Goodway pushes her broken door open further and looks down.
Mayor Goodway says, OH, WELL, THAT WAS AN UNEXPECTED DETOUR!
Mayor Goodway glances at Chickaletta in a booster seat beside her.
[Chickaletta squawking]
Mayor Goodway’s steering wheel breaks loose.
[Clanking]
Mayor Goodway asks, WHERE AM I?
Mr. Porter walks around the café with Alex and Hanley.
Mr. Porter says, ON TOP OF MY CRUSHED CAFÉ!
[Mayor Goodway gasping]
Mayor Goodway says, OH, I'M SO SORRY, MR. PORTER! OH, DEAR.
Mayor Goodway leans out her open door, and the car tilts further over the edge of the café roof.
[Creaking]
Mayor Goodway quickly returns to her seat.
[Chickaletta squawking]
Mr. Porter says, NO! NO! STAY THERE, MAYOR GOODWAY. IF YOU MOVE, YOUR CAR MIGHT FALL! I'LL CALL THE PAW PATROL.
Mr. Porter pulls out his phone and makes a call. In the Lookout lounge, Charger runs circles around the Paw Patrol pups Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma and Skye. Ryder watches.
Charger says, I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M MEETING THE REAL, ACTUAL, AMAZING PAW PATROL!
Ryder says, NICE TO MEET YOU, CHARGER!
[Ringing]
Ryder pulls out his pup pad and answers a video call from Mr. Porter.
Ryder says, HI, MR. PORTER. RUBBLE SAYS YOU'RE MAKING STRAWBERRY SPINACH BISCUITS!
Mr. Porter says, NOT RIGHT NOW. WE'VE GOT A REAL EMERGENCY HERE, RYDER.
Mr. Porter shows Mayor Goodway’s car on the roof of the café.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
Ryder says, WHOA! DON'T WORRY, MR. PORTER. NO CAR IS TOO HIGH, NO PUP IS TOO SMALL!
Ryder taps a button on his pup pad, and Rubble, Skye and Marshall’s pup tags light up.
[Beeping]
Ryder says, PAW PATROL! TIME FOR AN ULTIMATE RESCUE!
Rubble, Skye and Marshall say, RYDER NEEDS US!
Rubble, Skye, Marshall and Charger run across the lounge. Marshall slips on the carpet.
Marshall yelps, WHOA!
Charger runs into Marshall.
Charger yelps, WHOA!
The other pups, Skye, Rubble, Zuma, Rocky and Chase, gather in the elevator. Charger and Marshall stumble in behind them.
Charger yelps, WHOA!
[Crashing and grunting]
Rubble and Charger lie on top of the other pups.
[Charger giggling]
Marshall pops up from behind Rubble and Charger.
Marshall says, DON'T FORGET ABOUT ME!
[Pups giggling]
The elevator doors close, and the pups ride up the Lookout tower.
[Intense music plays]
Halfway up the tower, the elevator pauses behind the Lookout pawprint badge. A light flashes across the badge, and the Pat Patrol pups continue up the tower in their Paw Patrol uniforms. Charger stands between the pups. A red light pulses around the observation deck.
[Elevator dinging]
At the top of the tower, the pups leap out of the elevator into the observation deck and line up side-by-side in front of Ryder.
Chase says, PAW PATROL READY FOR ACTION, RYDER, SIR!
Ryder presses a button on his pup pad.
[Pup pad beeping]
A large screen lowers from the ceiling.
Ryder says, THANKS FOR HURRYING, PUPS. AND IT'S GREAT YOU'RE HERE, CHARGER. WE HAVE SOME SERIOUS SITUATIONS, PUPS. WE NEED TO RESCUE MAYOR GOODWAY AND CHICKALETTA.
The screen shows Alex’s treehouse leaning against Mr. Porter’s café and an avatar of Mayor Goodway in her car with Chickaletta on top of the café.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
[Chickaletta squawking]
Ryder says, REPLANT THE BIG TREE, FIX THE CRACKED ROAD, ALEX'S TREEHOUSE, AND MR. PORTER'S CAFÉ.
Rubble says, WOW! THAT'S A LOT OF CONSTRUCTION WORK!
Ryder says, LUCKILY FOR THIS MISSION, WE HAVE TWO CONSTRUCTION EXPERTS.
Charger says, YOU DO? WAIT, DO YOU MEAN…
Ryder pulls Rubble and Charger’s badges up onto the screen with a picture of Rubble’s Ultimate Construction truck, a large six-wheeler bulldozer with construction vehicle attachments.
Charger says, ME?! YOU WANT ME TO HELP?
Ryder says, RUBBLE SAYS YOU'RE ONE OF THE BEST.
Charger says, YES, YES, YAY! IT'S CHARGER AND RUBBLE ON THE ULTIMATE DOUBLE!
Ryder says, ALL RIGHT! PAW PATROL IS ON A ROLL!
[Barking and howling]
[Upbeat music plays]
Ryder runs and swings down the Lookout firepole.
A singer sings, PAW PATROL! GO, GO, GO, GO.
Rubble runs toward the slide, wrapped around the Lookout. Charger closely follows and bumps into Rubble from behind.
[Charger grunting]
Rubble and Charger stumble onto the slide.
[Charger giggling]
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO. PAW PATROL!
Rubble and Charger ride down the slide together.
The singer sings, GO, GO, GO, GO.
The pup house platform around the Lookout rotates and lines up Rubble’s bulldozer pup house with the bottom of the slide.
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
Rubble leaps off the slide. Charger slips off behind him and kicks at the air.
Charger yelps, WOAH!
The singer cheers, RUBBLE AND CHARGER!
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
The roof of Rubble’s pup house opens, and he drops into the seat underneath with Charger.
[Rubble barking]
[Rubble giggling]
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO.
The pup house platform lowers Rubble and Charger into a large underground garage. Robotic arms convert the house into Rubble’s Ultimate Construction Truck. The arms place a cab on the house over Rubble and Charger, attach a bulldozer to the front and add two large wheels to the sides. A robotic machine pushes a dump truck bucket attachment on four wheels out of a small garage and attaches it to the back of the transformed pup house. Robotic arms add mini construction vehicles to the sides, and an excavator arm to the back.
[Whirring]
[Clanking]
A circular platform in the floor of the garage rises. Columns pop out and lift the Lookout. On the surface, Rubble drives the truck off the platform and partway down the driveway. In Ryder’s garage, Ryder jumps on his A.T.V. wearing a red and white helmet.
[Engine rumbling]
[Tires squealing]
The singers sing, GO, GO, GO, GO. GO, GO, GO, GO.
Ryder follows Rubble and Charger down the driveway. They cross the Adventure Bay bridge and race into town.
[Cheerful, upbeat music plays]
Ryder and Rubble park outside Mr. Porter’s café. Mayor Goodway continues to teeter on the edge of the roof in her car with Chickaletta. Ryder, Rubble and Charger meet Mr. Porter, Alex and Hanley outside.
Ryder says, RUBBLE, CHARGER, LET'S GET THE MAYOR AND CHICKALETTA DOWN FIRST.
Rubble says, SURE THING, RYDER!
Charger drives Rubble’s construction vehicle closer to the café.
Charger says, GRAB IT, LIFT IT, MOVE IT!
Charger raises the bulldozer scoop toward Mayor Goodway’s car.
Charger says, EASY, A LITTLE CLOSER, THERE!
Charger places the scoop under the car.
Rubble says, NOW WE JUST NEED THE CAR TO TIP A BIT FURTHER.
Mayor Goodway says, WE DO? BUT HOW?!
[Chickaletta squawking]
Chickaletta hops out of her seat and out of the passenger seat window. The car slides off the roof into the bulldozer scoop. Chickaletta lands on Charger’s head.
[Creaking and thudding]
Rubble says, NICE JOB, CHICKALETTA!
[Chickaletta squawking]
Charger backs up and places Mayor Goodway and her damaged car on the ground. Mayor Goodway steps out of the car with her searing wheel.
Mayor Goodway says, MY POOR CAR!
Ryder makes a call on his pup pad.
Ryder says, ROCKY, I NEED YOU TO COME TO THE CAFÉ AND FIX MAYOR GOODWAY'S CAR!
On a video call from the Lookout, Rocky says, A LITTLE ROADSIDE PUP-SISTANCE COMING YOUR WAY, RYDER!
Later, outside the café, Mr. Porter scratches the back of his head. Alex’s tree leans against the side of the café.
Mr. Porter says, I WONDER HOW BAD THINGS ARE INSIDE.
Mr. Porter opens the front door. A stream of water bursts out and knocks him back.
Mr. Porter yelps, YIKES!
[Splashing]
[Charger barking]
Charger orders, CLAW!
Charger grabs a nearby crate with his tool pack grabber claw and throws it toward Mr. Porter. On the street, Mr. Porter lands on the crate.
Mr. Porter says, PHEW!
Ryder says, WAY TO THINK FAST, CHARGER.
Ryder grabs his pup pad and says, ZUMA, LOOKS LIKE WE'VE GOT A BROKEN WATER PIPE CAUSING ALL THE TROUBLE HERE. I NEED YOU TO FIND IT AND SHUT IT OFF.
On a video call from the Lookout, Zuma says, LET'S DIVE IN!
Later, outside Mr. Porter’s café, Charger stands above a rope tied around the treehouse tree.
Charger says, TIME FOR A LITTLE TREE REMOVAL! RUBBLE, ARE YOU READY?
Charger leaps off the tree. Rubble sits in the driver’s seat of his truck.
Rubble says, READY!
With the rope tied to the back of his construction vehicle, Rubble drives forward and pulls the tree upright.
[Tires squealing]
[Rumbling]
The tree settles into place, and the ground shakes. Mr. Porter’s café collapses into pieces.
[Crashing]
Mr. Porter wails OH NO!
In the middle of the debris, water bursts out of the ground.
[Splashing]
Mr. Porter drops to his knees and says, MY CAFÉ IS DESTROYED!
Rubble says, IT'LL BE OKAY, MR. PORTER.
In the sewers, Zuma rides his hovercraft to the end of the tunnel with the broken pipe. Water continues to spill into the tunnel beside Mayor Humdinger’s top hat.
[Fans whirring]
[Beeping]
Through his pup tag, Zuma says, I FOUND THE PROBLEM, RYDER. AND MAYBE THE CAUSE, TOO. IT LOOKS LIKE MAYOR HUMDINGER WAS HERE.
Through the pup tag, Ryder asks, CAN YOU TURN OFF THE WATER?
Zuma says, THIS SHOULD DO IT!
Zuma paws the valve wheel on the side of the pipe. The wheel spins and pops off.
Zuma yelps, WHOA!
The wheel sinks into the water.
[Splashing]
Zume says, BUMMER.
On the street, Ryder looks at his pup pad. Rubble and Charger stand beside him. Mayor Goodway stands nearby holding her steering wheel while Rocky works on her car’s engine.
[Pup pad beeping]
Through the pup pad, Zuma says, RYDER, THE VALVE WHEEL BROKE OFF. I CAN'T STOP THE WATER.
Charger says, WAIT, YOU NEED A WHEEL? LIKE, TO TURN? I CAN GET YOU ONE!
Charger runs up to Mayor Goodway and asks, CAN I BORROW THAT, MAYOR GOODWAY?
Mayor Goodway says, WELL...
Rocky says, IT'S OKAY. I'M GONNA HAVE TO PUT A WHOLE NEW STEERING COLUMN IN ANYWAY.
Mayor Goodway says, OKAY, CHARGER.
Charger says, THANKS!
Mayor Goodway gives Charger the steering wheel, and he takes it between his teeth. Charger runs to a utility hole cover and drops the wheel.
[Charger barking]
Charger orders, SCREWDRIVER!
Charger flips the utility hole cover open with his tool pack screwdriver.
[Charger grunting]
Charger calls down, ZUMA, I GOT YOU A WHEEL!
Zuma drives over to the utility hole and looks up. Charger flips Mayor Goodway’s steering wheel down the utility hole, and Zuma catches it between his teeth. Zuma backs up to the leaking pipe and attaches the wheel to the valve. He spins the wheel and shuts off the water.
[Gurgling]
Zuma says, DUDES, IT WORKED!
On the street, the water spurting out from the pile of debris at Mr. Porter’s café stops.
[Cheering]
Mr. Porter says, THANK YOU, CHARGER!
Mr. Porter walks over to Ryder and the pups.
Mr. Porter says, EVERYTHING IS RUINED! SORRY, PUPS, BUT THOSE STRAWBERRY SPINACH TREATS MIGHT BE A LITTLE LATE.
Ryder says, WE'LL FIX THE CAFÉ, MR. PORTER, EVEN BETTER THAN BEFORE! 'CAUSE I HAVE TWO GREAT CONSTRUCTION PUPS READY TO HELP!
Charger says, I'M GETTING THE ZOOM-ZOOM ZOOMIES!
Rubble says, LET'S BOW-WOW BUILD!
[Intense, upbeat music plays]
In his construction vehicle, Rubble dumps a load of dirt on the crack in the street.
Rubble says, DIRT'S IN, NOW LET'S SEAL IT UP.
Charger drives over the dirt with the Rubble’s mini-steamroller.
Ryder runs over and says, EXCELLENT JOB! NOW LET'S TACKLE THAT TREE.
On the ground beside his tree, Alex puts a piece of wood in a bucket, and Hanley passes the bucket to Ryder. Ryder hammers a piece of wood onto the treehouse roof. He jumps off and gives a thumbs-up. Charger drives up in a mini crane.
Charger says, GRAB IT, LIFT IT, MOVE IT!
Charger lifts the treehouse onto a branch in the tree with the crane. Ryder pushes the slide up to the tree with Mr. Porter pulling it. On the street, Rocky carries a load of bricks with the forks of his recycling truck.
Rocky says, LET'S REBUILD IT!
Rocky parks and jumps onto the sidewalk. He screws planks of wood together with his Pup Pack screwdriver. Charger flips a wooden frame upright with a mini drill excavator.
[Whirring]
Hanley cheers, YAY!
Rocky cheers, ALL RIGHT!
Mr. Porter squeezes concrete from a piping bag onto a row of bricks in the frame. Charger lays bricks on the concrete using his tool pack grabber. On a fenced rooftop patio above the café, Rocky places a pole in the corner. Rubble pushes a potted plant with his head. On the fence, Charger hooks a bridge from Alex’s treehouse to the patio with the mini crane.
[Gentle, exciting music plays]
Across the road from the café on the Adventure Bay boardwalk, Ryder, Charger, Rocky, Alex, Hanley, Mayor Goodway, Chickaletta, and Mr. Porter face Rubble’s construction vehicle.
Charger asks, EVERYBODY READY TO SEE THE NEW CAFÉ?
[Cheering]
In the driver’s seat of his vehicle, Rubble honks the horn.
[Horn honking loudly]
Rubble drives away, revealing the newly built café.
[Gasping]
Alex says, THAT IS SO COOL!
Alex and Hanley run across the street to the café and up the staircase to the rooftop patio. They continue toward the treehouse.
Alex says, WOW! IT CONNECTS TO MY TREEHOUSE!
Mayor Goodway says, YOU PUPS ARE AMAZING.
Charger says, BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. THERE'S WAY MORE, RIGHT, RUBBLE?
Rubble says, LET'S GO INSIDE AND SEE!
Ryder walks into the café with the pups, Mayor Goodway and Mr. Porter.
Ryder and Mayor Goodway say, OOH!
Ryer, Mayor Goodway and Mr. Porter look around at the open layout. Lights shine from lights on the walls and the ceiling. Sunlight shines through the many windows. A glass dome displays a cake. Plants decorate the space.
[Mr. Porter gasping]
Mr. Porter says, IT'S MY DREAM CAFE.
Mr. Porter runs through swinging doors to a large kitchen in the back of the café with shelves built under counters and into the walls. Ryder follows.
Mr. Porter says, THIS IS AMAZING! THIS IS WONDERFUL! THIS IS –
Mayor Humdinger interrupts and says, UNACCEPTABLE!
Covered in mud, Mayor Humdinger barges into the kitchen with his kitties through swinging doors leading to the front counter.
Mayor Humdinger demands, MAYOR GOODWAY, SEND ME WATER FROM ADVENTURE BAY SO I CAN GIVE MY KITTIES A BATH.
Mayor Goodway says, THE KITTIES AREN'T THE ONLY ONES WHO NEED A GOOD WASH.
Mayor Humdinger whines, I WANT MY WATER!
In the sewer, Zuma runs down a water-free tunnel.
[Drain gurgling]
Zuma pauses and looks up.
[Zuma gasping]
In the café kitchen, water bursts out of a drain in the floor. It sprays Mayor Humdinger, knocking him off his feet. Mayor Humdinger soars across the kitchen and lands in the large, deep sink.
[Mayor Humdinger yelping]
[Mayor Humdinger grunting]
In the sewer tunnel, Zuma reports, RYDER, THERE'S STILL SOME AIR IN THE PIPES. ALL NORMAL, BUT I HOPE THAT DIDN'T CAUSE ANY MORE PROBLEMS.
In the café, Mayor Humdinger’s kitties climb on top of Mayor Humdinger and start scrubbing dirt off him.
[Laughing]
Mayor Humdinger wails, NO. NO!
Ryder says, ACTUALLY, ZUMA, IT MAY HAVE SOLVED ONE!
[Gentle, cheerful music plays]
Later in the café kitchen, Mr. Porter wears oven mitts and holds a tray of biscuits. Rubble and Charger gaze up at him.
Mr. Porter says, HERE ARE THOSE STRAWBERRY SPINACH BISCUITS I PROMISED. THANK YOU, RUBBLE! THANK YOU, CHARGER!
Rubble says, YOU'RE WELCOME!
Rubble and Charger each eat a biscuit.
[Munching]
Charger says, YUM!
Ryder walks in with Rocky and Mayor Goodway.
Ryder starts to say, JUST REMEMBER –
Charger interrupts and asks, CAN I SAY IT, RYDER?
Charger runs circles around Rubble and over to Ryder.
Charger asks, CAN I?
Ryder says, GO AHEAD, CHARGER.
Charger says, WHENEVER A TREE CRUNCHES YOUR CAFÉ, JUST YELP FOR HELP!
[Everyone laughing]
Charger runs circles around Rubble.
Mayor Goodway says, WELL DONE, CHARGER!
[Charger howling]
[Upbeat music plays]
