LEFTOVER CHICKEN.

OF CHEDDAR CHEESE.

Emma says, WE ARE READY FOR
THE FIVE INGREDIENTS CHALLENGE!

Emma stands in the kitchen.

She says, WE START BY PREHEATING
THE TOASTER OVEN
TO 150 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT.

Emma sets the temperature on a toaster oven.

Serena says, OR 66 DEGREES CELSIUS.
AND WE WRAP THE CORN TORTILLAS
IN THE ALUMINIUM FOIL.
AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE
THE SHINY SIDE ON THE INSIDE
TO REFLECT THE HEAT.

Serena wraps tortillas in aluminium foil.

She says, AND WE PUT THEM WHERE?

Emma says, IN THE OVEN!

Serena says, OVEN MITTS!

She snaps her fingers and oven mitts appear on her hands. She puts the aluminium foil wrapped tortilla wraps in the toaster oven.

Emma says, WE GRATE THE CHEESE.

She grates cheese onto a cutting board. Text reads, 2 cups (500 milliliters).

Emma says, ONE CUP.

She dumps a cup of the grated cheese into a glass bowl. She guides a second cup of grated cheese into the bowl with a wooden spoon.

Emma says, AND THERE'S ANOTHER CUP.

Serena says, NOW IT'S TIME TO SLICE
OUR TOMATOES IN HALF.

Serena cuts cherry tomatoes in half and collects them in a small bowl.

She says, DONE.

Serena enters settings on a portable cooktop.

Emma says, IN A LARGE FRYING PAN,
WE ADD A LITTLE BIT OF OIL
AND HEAT IT UP VERY CAREFULLY.


Serena says, WE SAUTE THE TOMATOES
AT MEDIUM HIGH HEAT.

She taps a wooden spoon against the pan on the cooktop and sets it aside.

She says, AND WE LET IT COOK
FOR 10 MINUTES.
IN THE MEAN TIME,
LET'S DICE THE CHICKEN.

Serena dices chicken.

She says, AND ONCE THAT'S DONE,
WE'LL ADD IT
TO THE SAUTEED TOMATOES.

Serena adds a cup of diced chicken to the pan of oil and tomatoes on the cooktop. Text reads, 2 cups (500 milliliters). Emma mixes the chicken and tomatoes together in the pan. Serena adds a second cup of diced chicken.

She says, AND THERE WE GO.
THEN WE PLACE
EACH TORTILLA ON A PLATE.

Serena grabs the oven mitts while Emma grabs a stack of plates. Serena takes the tortillas from the toaster oven and places tortillas on plates.

She says, WE SPREAD THE MIXTURE
ON THE TORTILLAS.

Serena scoops the chicken and tomatoes onto the tortillas. Emma sprinkles grated cheese over the tortillas.

She asks, HOW MUCH AVOCADO
WOULD YOU LIKE?

Serena says, A SCOOP AND A HALF.

Emma spoons avocado onto the tortillas.

She says, A SCOOP
AND A HALF.

Serena says, WE HAVE TO PUT THEM BACK
IN THE OVEN
AT BROIL TO MELT THE CHEESE.

She slides a baking tray with two tortillas filled with ingredients into an oven while wearing the oven mitts.

Together, Serena and Emma say, MMH...

Serena says, I THINK IT'S READY.

Serena pulls the baking tray out of the oven wearing the oven mitts. She places the tray on the island. She uses a spatula to transfer a tortilla onto a plate.

Together, Serena and Emma say, WE DID IT!
WHAT A CHALLENGE!

Serena holds up a plate with a chicken taco. Emma holds up a camera and the pair take a selfie.
