CHUGGA-CHUGGINGTON.
CHUGGINGTON!

Title, Chuggington.

People say, CLACKETY-CLACK!

A person reads a title.

They read, CLUNKY WILSON.

Text below the title reads, by Sarah Ball and Kate Fawkes. Chugger friends Wilson, Brewster and Koko travel through Chuggington together.

Koko asks, READY TO RACE, CHUGGERS?

Wilson says, YEAH, BUT ARE YOU READY TO
LOSE, KOKO?

Koko snorts.

She says, AS IF –

(Drilling)

Wilson asks, WHAT'S THAT NOISE?

Brewster says, DON'T KNOW, BUT IT GOES RIGHT
THROUGH ME.

Koko says, DARE YOU TO GO LOOK, WILSON.

Wilson says, NO WAY, KOKO, YOU GO.

(Soft honking)

A monorail approaches.

The monorail says, CHUGGER APPROACHING.
HEY, WHAT Y'ALL DOING?

Koko says, WILSON'S TOO SCARED TO FIND
OUT WHAT THE SOUNDS FROM THE
REPAIR SHED ARE.

The monorail says, YOU KNOW, OLD PUFFER PETE WAS
INSIDE THERE A WHOLE WEEK ONCE.

Wilson gasps.

He says, A WHOLE WEEK?!

The monorail says, YUP, THEY TOOK ALL HIS WHEELS
OFF.

Koko says, OH, NO, POOR PUFFER PETE.

Wilson says, DON'T WORRY, KOKO, NOBODY'S
GOING TO TAKE OUR WHEELS OFF.

Koko says, YEAH, LET'S RACE.

Brewster says, SEE YOU LATER, EMERY.

Emery, the monorail, says, NOT IF I SEE YOU FIRST.

Emery laughs and leaves.

Koko says, OKAY, LAST ONE TO THE BUMPERS
HAS SQUARE WHEELS.

Brewster sighs.

He says, THAT'LL BE ME.

Koko says, READY, SET, GO!

The three chuggers take off down the tracks. Koko takes the lead with Wilson close behind. Brewster slowly follows his friends. Wilson struggles to catch up with Koko.

Wilson says, I CAN DO IT, I CAN DO IT, I
CAN DO IT.

Wilson pulls ahead of Koko.

He says, I'M WINNING.
NA-NA-NA-NA-NA!

Koko looks sad. Wilson’s eyes widen.

He says, OH, NO!

Wilson breaks as he quickly approaches bumpers. His wheels briefly lift off the track and he bounces off the bumpers.

Koko says, WILSON, ARE YOU ALL RIGHT?

Wilson softly says, YEAH.

Brewster catches up with his friends.

He says, DIDN'T YOU SEE THE BUMPERS?

Wilson says, NO.

His wheels scrape as he tries to back up on the track.

Koko says, YOU'D BETTER GO TO THE REPAIR
SHED, WILSON.

Brewster says, YEAH, SOUNDS LIKE SOMETHING'S
REALLY WRONG WITH YOU.

Wilson says, NO, IT'S NOTHING.
JUST A SCRATCH.
REALLY, I'LL BE FINE, I HOPE.

(Chiming)

Vee, a loudspeaker, announces, ATTENTION, PLEASE.
WILSON, BREWSTER AND KOKO TO
THE ROLLING STOCK YARD.

Wilson cheers, HOORAY, IT'S TRAINING TIME!

Wilson moves forward then bounces backwards.

He says, OUCH.

(Clunking)

Wilson says, UH-OH.

On the tracks above the trains, Emery flinches.

Emery says, OH, OUCH, UGH.

Emery pauses. On the tracks below, Wilson follows Koko and Brewster.

Emery says, WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE TERRIBLE
CLUNKY NOISE BELOW, THIS IS DUE
TO WILSON'S WHEEL DROPPING OFF.

Wilson says, WHAT?

Wilson looks up at Emery laughing.

Emery says, MADE YOU LOOK, MADE YOU
STEER, MADE YOU NEARLY CHANGE
YOUR GEAR.
IT HASN'T, BUT SOMETHING SOUNDS
REALLY BAD.
BETTER GET TO THE REPAIR SHED.

Brewster says YEAH, WILSON, YOU COULD GET
FIXED BEFORE WE GO.

Emery says, MAYBE MORGAN WILL HAVE TO
TAKE YOUR WHEELS OFF.

Wilson says, I'M FINE.
STOP FUSSING.
I DON'T WANT TO GO TO THE REPAIR
SHED.

Emery chants, SCAREDY CHUGGER!
SCAREDY CHUGGER!

Emery laughs and continues down the track. Koko, Brewster and Wilson join Dunbar.

Dunbar says, MORNING, YOUNG CHUGGERS.
TODAY YOU'RE GOING TO NEED
BOXCARS.

Brewster says, COOL, MY FAVE.

A turntable puts the chugger friends onto new tracks.

Dunbar says, OKAY, LET'S GET YOU BUCKLED
UP.

Wilson wobbles and makes a scraping noise as he’s turned on the turntable.

Dunbar says, OH, WHAT WAS THAT?!

Wilson coughs loudly.

He says, SORRY, GOT A LITTLE TICKLE IN
MY ENGINE.

Dunbar says, WELL, YOU'D BETTER KEEP AN
EYE ON THAT.

Wilson says, I WILL.

Wilson continues to make a scraping noise as he backs up with his friends toward box cars. The chugger friends connect to their box cars.

Together they say, ALL BUCKLED UP.

Dunbar says, OKAY, YOUNGSTERS, LET'S GET
THOSE WHEELS TO THE RAILS!

(Honking)

Brewster says, COOL!

The chugger friends cheer, WOO-WOO!

The friends move down their tracks with their box cars. They pull up to one of Vee’s loudspeakers.

Vee says, MORNING, YOU THREE.

The chugger friends say, HI, VEE.

Vee says, TODAY I'M SENDING YOU TO
THE –

Vee’s monitor displays images of different locations such as a farm and forest.

The chugger friends cheer, FARM!

Vee says, THAT'S RIGHT.
YOU'RE GOING TO HELP FELIX THE
FARMER TAKE HIS VEGETABLES,
CREAM, AND EGGS TO THE COUNTY
FAIR.

Koko says, TRAINTASTIC!
LET'S GO.

Vee says, WATCH FOR YOUR TUNNEL COLOUR.

Vee reveals different colours on her monitor.

Koko says, I HOPE IT'S BLUE TODAY.

Wilson says, I BET IT'S RED.

The monitor stops on the colour green.

Brewster says, GREEN!
YOU'RE BOTH WRONG.
HA-HA!

Wilson says, LET'S RIDE THE RAILS!

Wilson tries to move forward but struggles.

He says, OUCH, OOH!

Koko pulls ahead.

Vee says, RIDE SAFELY CHUGGERS.

Wilson and Brewster follow Koko into a green tunnel. Their lights shine brightly as they travel through the tunnel. Wilson travels beside Brewster as he shakes and scrapes on the tracks.

Brewster says, HONKING HORNS!
THAT CLUNK SOUNDS WORSE AND
YOU'RE STARTING TO SHAKE,
WILSON.

Wilson says, NO, REALLY, I'M FINE.

Wilson’s clunking worsens. Horns honk as Koko and Brewster exit the tunnel.

Koko says, NEARLY THERE!
CHUGGA-CHUGGA-CHOO-CHOO!

Wilson slowly follows his friends. He looks worried as he continues to shake on the tracks. A rooster crows and cows moo. A cow walks across a bridge. Horns honk and Koko travels under the bridge. The chugger friends arrive at a farm. Koko pulls up beside Felix the farmer. Felix wears a yellow hat and green boots. He waves.

He says, MORNING, CHUGGERS.
I HAVE LOTS OF DELICIOUS,
ORGANIC PRODUCE FOR YOU TO TAKE
TO THE COUNTY FAIR THIS MORNING.

Koko says, TRAINTASTIC!
WHAT CAN I TAKE?

Felix says, YOU CAN TAKE THE EGGS, KOKO.
AND BREWSTER, THE VEGETABLES.
AND WILSON, YOU GET THE CREAM.

Koko cheers, LET'S LOAD, CHUGGERS.

Koko opens a door on her box car beside a conveyer belt. Eggs are rushed into her box car.

Felix says, WHOA, EASY DOES IT!
WE DON'T WANT SCRAMBLED EGGS,
KOKO!

Koko cringes. Brewster loads produce into his box car. Felix joins him.

Felix says, GREAT JOB, BREWSTER.
YOU YOUNG CHUGGERS ARE LEARNING
FAST.

Wilson’s box car loads cream.

Felix says, THIS CREAM IS SO TASTY, I
HOPE I'M GOING TO WIN A PRIZE.

Felix joins Wilson.

Felix says, YOU KEEP YOUR WHEELS CROSSED FOR
ME.

Wilson says, I WILL.

Felix says, OH, AND I'VE GOT A FAVOUR TO
ASK.
I NEED A RIDE TO THE FAIR TOO,
PLEASE.

Wilson says, UH, COULDN'T YOU GO WITH
BREWSTER INSTEAD?

Felix says, DON'T WORRY, YOU WON'T EVEN
KNOW I'M THERE.

Wilson says, WELL I GUESS THAT'LL BE OKAY.

Wilson opens the door to his box car and Felix climbs in and takes a seat. The door closes. Horns honk as the three chuggers leave the farm. Wilson shakes on the tracks. His box car wobbles. Birds chirp as the chuggers continue their travels. Wilson’s wheels squeak. Felix’s containers of cream bounce in the box car. He laughs as he bounces in his seat.

Felix says, UH, OH!

He struggles to drink a juice box with the box car shaking. He gets a hold of his juice box but squirts juice in his face. Felix laughs. Horns honk as the chugger friends pull up to a train station. Wilson slowly follows Brewster and Koko. He and his box car shake as he slows to a stop. Felix slowly opens the box car door and hops out.

He says, WOAH, THAT WAS QUITE A RIDE!
WHOA, I THINK THERE'S SOMETHING
WRONG WITH YOUR WHEELS.
YOU REALLY SHOULD GET THEM
LOOKED AT, WILSON.

Wilson says, OH, UH, OKAY.
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR CREAM.

Felix unloads the cream from Wilson’s box car.

Wilson says, I HOPE YOU WIN.

Horns honk as the chugger friends travel together. Wilson continues to squeak.

He says, PHEW, THAT FEELS BETTER
WITHOUT THE BOXCAR.

Koko says, YOU'VE GOT TO GET YOUR WHEEL
FIXED, WILSON.

Brewster says, YEAH, WHAT IF IT FALLS OFF?

Wilson nervously says, BUT, BUT I –

Brewster says, COME ON WILSON, WE'RE TAKING
YOU TO THE REPAIR SHED.

Wilson says, BUT, BUT –

A dog sleeps on the floor of the repair shed. Wilson slowly pulls in. He looks around nervously.

Wilson quietly says, HELLO, HELLO?

The dog wakes up and barks. Wilson giggles as the dog’s tail wags.

Wilson says, HELLO, PECKHAM.

The dog barks. Morgan walks out in his green overalls.

He says, HI, WILSON.
WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU?

Wilson says, UM, I, UH, I JUST WANTED TO
SAY HELLO, BUT I CAN SEE YOU'RE
BUSY, MORGAN.
SO, BYE.

Wilson tries to back up but makes a loud scraping noise.

Morgan says, MAYBE I SHOULD TAKE A LOOK AT
THAT NOISE.
YOU KNOW, SINCE YOU'RE HERE.
FOLLOW ME, I WANT TO SHOW YOU
SOMETHING REALLY COOL.

Morgan leads Wilson further into the repair shed.

Wilson says, OH, UH, UH, OKAY.

Morgan says, IT'S CALLED THE ROTATOR AND
IT LETS ME LOOK UNDERNEATH YOU.
OKAY, STOP THERE.

Wilson stops on the rotator.

Morgan says, NOW, YOU'LL JUST FEEL A LITTLE
TICKLE ON YOUR WHEELS.

Morgan grips a handle on a lever that tights Wilson’s wheels to the rotator.

Wilson shouts, AH, WHOA!

Morgan says, YOU'RE DOING WELL, WILSON.
HOLD TIGHT NOW.

Morgan pulls the lever. The rotator tilts Wilson.

Wilson says, WHOA!

Morgan says, YOU'RE VERY BRAVE.
MOST CHUGGERS ARE NERVOUS THE
FIRST TIME THEY HAVE TO GET
FIXED.
IT'S PERFECTLY NORMAL.

Morgan walks down under the rotator and Wilson.

Wilson says, REALLY?

Morgan says, AH, I CAN SEE WHAT THE
PROBLEM IS, A BROKEN SUSPENSION
SPRING.
NO WONDER YOU SHAKE, RATTLE, AND
ROLL.

Morgan chuckles.

Wilson asks, IS THAT BAD?

Morgan says, NAH, IT'S EASY TO FIX.

Wilson asks, WILL IT HURT?

Morgan says, NOT AT ALL.
I'LL HAVE YOU BACK ON YOUR
WHEELS IN NO TIME.

Wilson says, PHEW!

A whistle blows and Wilson pulls out of the repair shed. A horn honks as Wilson joins Koko.

Koko says, HEY, WILSON, YOU'RE FIXED!

Brewster waits on the track across from Wilson.

Wilson says, LOOK, NO RATTLES OR SHAKES!

Morgan walks up to the chuggers.

He says, WILSON WAS REALLY BRAVE.

Wilson says, OH, IT WAS NOTHING.

Wilson pauses.

He says, IT WAS SO COOL!
THERE'S THIS BIG MACHINE, THE
ROTATOR, AND IT LIFTED ME HIGH
OFF THE GROUND AND –

Brewster interrupts and says, HONKING HORNS, THAT SOUNDS
AMAZING.

Koko says, YEAH, CAN WE TRY, TOO!?

Wilson says, ONLY IF YOU NEED FIXING.

Morgan pats Wilson.

Vee says, ATTENTION, PLEASE.
WILL WILSON, BREWSTER, AND KOKO
RETURN TO THE COUNTY FAIR.

Wilson says, PHEW, LOOKS LIKE I GOT
REPAIRED JUST IN TIME!

Peckham barks and Morgan waves as the chugger friends leave. Wilson pulls up beside Felix the farmer at the fair’s train station.

Felix asks, DID YOU GET FIXED, WILSON?

Wilson says, YES, IT WAS MY SUSPENDERS.

Felix laughs.

He says, SUSPENSION!

Wilson says, YEAH, THAT'S IT.
SO, DID THE JUDGES LIKE YOUR
CREAM?

Felix says, I'M AFRAID IT WAS SO CHURNED
UP, THEY THOUGHT IT WAS WAY TOO
THICK.

Wilson says, OH, NO, THAT'S MY FAULT,
ISN'T IT?

Felix says, INSTEAD THEY THOUGHT IT WAS
THE MOST DELICIOUS BUTTER THEY'D
EVER TASTED.
SO THANKS TO YOU, WILSON, I WON
THE FIRST PRIZE IN THE BUTTER
COMPETITION.

Felix holds up a blue ribbon.

Wilson says, WOW!
REALLY?

Felix says, YEAH, SO I WANT YOU TO HAVE
THIS RIBBON BECAUSE YOU HELPED
TO MAKE IT!

Felix puts the ribbon on Wilson.

Wilson says, FANTASTIC!
THANKS, FELIX.

Felix says, AND I'D LIKE A RIDE HOME, AS
LONG AS IT'S NOT BUMPY.
MY KNEES WERE WOBBLING ALL DAY.

Wilson giggles.

He says, SORRY, I PROMISE IT WILL BE
SMOOTH THIS TIME.
ALL ABOARD!
WOO-WOO!

Wilson leaves with Felix. Singers sing as credits roll.

They sing, LET'S TRAIN TOGETHER!
WE'RE SO MUCH BETTER
AS A TEAM.
LET'S TRAIN TOGETHER.
TOGETHER!
WORK, WORK, WORK
LIKE A MACHINE.
THERE'S REALLY NOTHING
BETTER THAN TO BE WITH
YOUR FRIENDS.
YOU'LL BE HAVING SO MUCH FUN
YOU'LL WISH THE DAY NEVER
ENDS.
TOGETHER!
