CHUGGINGTON!

Title, Chuggington.

People say, CLACKETY-CLACK!

A person reads a title.

They read, CAN’T CATCH KOKO.

(Chimes)

Text below the title reads, by Sarah Ball and Di Redmond.

An announcer says, TIME TO WAKE UP,
CHUGGINGTON!

Wilson, Brewster and Koko pull out of their train barn. Wilson yawns.

He says, I'M STILL KINDA SLEEPY.

Koko says, WELL, I'M READY TO ROLL!

A loudspeaker says, WILSON AND BREWSTER TO THE
FUEL YARD, PLEASE.

Brewster says, AW, IT'S TIME TO REFUEL.
AGAIN.

Wilson says, YOU'RE LUCKY YOU'RE ELECTRIC,
KOKO.

Brewster says, YEAH, I WISH I COULD GET MY
POWER FROM THE TRACKS.

Koko says, YEAH, SO DO I.

Brewster leaves.

Koko adds, THEN MAYBE YOU COULD GO FASTER!
HEH-HEH, LIKE ME!

Wilson says, SEE YOU LATER, KOKO!

Wilson leaves. He and Brewster travel up a track to a stop light as sirens wail.

A train says, BREAKDOWN CHUGGER, COMING
THROUGH!

A switcher train pulls a purple train. The switcher trains sirens wail. A woman with brown hair in a pony tail wears blue overalls. She joins a man with short brown hair who wears green overalls and waits in a station shed.

The switcher train says, MORNING, MORGAN.
HI, LORI.
POOR HARRISON BROKE DOWN ON THE
WAY HOME FROM HIS NIGHT SHIFT.

Harrison, the purple train, says, I NEED TO BE FIXED FAST,
MORGAN.

The switcher train pulls Harrison into the station shed.

Harrison says, OR I WON'T BE ABLE TO MAKE THE
DELIVERY RUN TONIGHT.

Morgan, the man in green overalls, says, I'LL TRY MY BEST.
SO WHAT HAPPENED HARRISON?

Harrison says, I WAS JUST CRUISING SMOOTHLY
ALONG WHEN SUDDENLY I FELT A
HORRIBLE... CLUNK!
AND COULDN'T MOVE ANYMORE.

Morgan says, HMM, THAT DOESN'T SOUND GOOD.

Lori, the woman in blue overalls, says, AND DO YOU DEFINITELY HAVE
ENOUGH FUEL?

The switcher train says, ABSO-TOOTLY!
I CHECKED THAT FIRST, LORI.

Morgan says, OKAY, WE'D BETTER GET YOU ON
THE ROTATOR AND TAKE A LOOK.

The switcher train’s sirens wail as she pulls Harrison onto a train rotator that has space underneath the tracks. The switcher train disconnects from Harrison.

Harrison says, THANKS FOR BRINGING ME IN,
CALLEY.

Calley, the switcher train, says, YOU'RE WELCOME.
HOPE YOU'RE ALL RIGHT.
SEE YOU LATER!

Calley leaves with her sirens wailing.

Morgan says, OKAY, HARRISON, HERE WE GO.

Morgan stands below the tracks beside Harrison. Lori pulls a lever that tilts the rotator and Harrison. Harrison moans. Morgan looks under Harrison.

Harrison asks, CAN YOU SEE WHAT IT IS YET?

Lori kneels behind Morgan.

Morgan says, IT DOESN'T LOOK GOOD.

Harrison says, OH... OH, NO.

Harrison looks disappointed. Elsewhere, Brewster watches a level rise as he fills up on fuel. A horn beeps. Koko races up to Brewster and Wilson.

She asks, DID YOU HEAR ABOUT HARRISON?

Wilson says, WE SAW HIM GET TOWED IN.

Koko says, YEAH, HE BROKE DOWN AND NEEDS
A NEW PART.
LORI'S TRYING TO GET HOLD OF ONE
NOW.

Brewster asks, WHO'S GONNA DO THE NIGHT
RUN IF MORGAN CAN'T FIX HIM IN
TIME?

Koko giggles.

She says, WELL, NOT YOU, BREWSTER.
IT'LL HAVE TO BE SOMEONE REALLY
FAST.

Koko looks thoughtful.

She says, OOH!
HUH...

Back in the repair station, Lori walks down a staircase.

She says, BAD NEWS, I'M AFRAID.
I'VE PHONED AROUND, BUT WE CAN'T
GET THE PART DELIVERED UNTIL
TOMORROW.

Harrison says, OH NO.

Lori says, I'M SO SORRY.

Harrison says, WELL...THANKS FOR TRYING,
LORI.

Harrison looks sad.

Morgan says, WE'D BETTER TELL VEE.

Elsewhere, a green train is parked beside a loudspeaker.

The train says, NOW THEN, VEE, LET ME THINK.
WHO ELSE IS FAST?

Koko backs up on the track beside the green train, startling the train.

Koko says, PLEASE LET ME GO, DUNBAR!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!

Dunbar, the green train, says, BUT YOU'RE A TRAINEE, KOKO,
AND YOU'VE NEVER DONE A NIGHT
SHIFT BEFORE.

Koko says, BUT I'M NOT AFRAID OF THE
DARK, DUNBAR.
AND I BET I CAN DO THE FASTEST
RUN EVER.

The loudspeaker, Vee, says, IT'S ABOUT MAKING THE
DELIVERY ON SCHEDULE, KOKO.
NOT BREAKING SPEED RECORDS.

Koko says, YEAH, I KNOW, VEE.
SO CAN I GO?
PLEASE?

Koko looks hopeful.

Dunbar says, HMM, WELL, I SUPPOSE IT WOULD
BE GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Koko says, TRAIN-TASTIC!

She starts to leave.

Vee says, JUST A MINUTE, KOKO.

Koko stops.

Vee adds, WILSON AND BREWSTER WILL GO WITH
YOU, TOO.

Koko says, BUT IT WILL TAKE ALL NIGHT
WITH SLOWPOKE BREWSTER CRAWLING
ALONG BEHIND.
CAN'T I GO ON MY OWN?

Vee says, NO, KOKO.
IT WOULD REALLY BE BETTER IF YOU
ALL WENT.

Koko sighs.

She says, OKAY, VEE.

A clock bell reads 4:00. The clock bell rings as day turns to night, and reads 7:00. The chugger friends Wilson, Koko and Brewster pull up to one of Vee’s loudspeakers with their lights shining.

Vee says, NOW REMEMBER, CHUGGERS,
STAY TOGETHER, PLEASE.

Brewster says, WE WILL, VEE.

Vee says, DON'T RUSH, PACE YOURSELVES.
IT'S A LONG JOURNEY.

Koko says, WE'LL BE FINE, VEE.

Vee says, OKAY, HERE COMES YOUR TUNNEL
COLOUR.

Vee reveals the tunnel colours on her monitor.

She says, RIDE SAFELY, CHUGGERS!

Wilson and Koko say, GREEN!
YELLOW!
RED!
BLUE, RED...

Koko says, YELLOW!
BET YOU CAN'T CATCH KOKO!

Koko races down her track with her delivery.

Wilson cheers, HOORAY, LET'S RIDE THE RAILS!

Wilson follows Koko with his own delivery, leaving Brewster behind.

Brewster says, HEY, WAIT FOR ME!

Brewster slowly follows the other chuggers.

(Horn honking)

Brewster follows his friends into a yellow tunnel with his deliveries. Koko looks around her as she exits the tunnel.

She says, WOW!

Brewster gasps as he pulls up beside Koko.

Brewster says, WOW, LOOK AT ALL THOSE STARS!

The three chuggers admire the night sky.

(Owl hooting)

Wilson starts to exit the tunnel. He lets out a frightened gasp at the owl hooting and backs up back into the tunnel.

He says, WHAT'S THAT?!

Koko says, JUST AN OWL, COME ON!

An owl sits on a tree branch.

Koko says, WE NEED TO MAKE TRACKS.
BET YOU CAN'T CATCH KOKO!

Koko races down the track.

Brewster says, WE'RE SUPPOSED TO STICK
TOGETHER!

Wilson rolls up beside Brewster. Wilson looks scared.

Brewster says, REMEMBER?

He starts to move down the tracks. The owl hoots and Wilson gasps. He races to catch up to Brewster. Ahead of her friends, Koko switches tracks to one separating the other tracks by a row of trees. Koko giggles.

She says, THIS IS FUN.

Koko hides behind the trees. Down the tracks. Brewster and Wilson travel side by side.

Brewster asks, CAN YOU SEE HER, WILSON?

Wilson says, NO, NOT YET.

Behind the trees, Koko giggles and turns off her light. Brewster and Wilson pull up on the other side of the trees. Koko pulls out and turns on her light.

She says, BOO!

Brewster and Wilson jump and let out a shriek.

Brewster says, YOU SHOULDN'T DO THAT, KOKO.
I NEARLY FELL OFF THE TRACK!

Koko giggles.

She says, YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN YOUR
FACE.

Brewster says, GLAD YOU THINK IT'S SO FUNNY.

Koko says, OH, COME ON.
IF YOU WEREN'T SO SLOW, YOU
WOULD HAVE SEEN ME.
BREWSTER'S A SLOWPOKE!
BREWSTER'S A SLOWPOKE!

Brewster says, I AM NOT!

Koko says, YES YOU ARE.

Brewster looks mad.

Koko says, LOOK, I'M BREWSTER, THE SLOWEST
CHUGGER IN THE WEST.

Koko laughs.

She says, OH, LOOK, A SNAIL IS OVERTAKING.

Wilson laughs.

Koko says, SLOW DOWN, MR. SNAIL, WAIT FOR
ME.

Brewster says, IT'S NOT FUNNY!
JUST STOP IT, KOKO.
WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO MESS
AROUND.

Brewster starts to leave.

Wilson says, YEAH, COME ON, KOKO.
WE'D BETTER GET GOING.
LET'S RIDE THE RAILS!

Wilson follows Brewster.

Koko says, OKAY, I'LL RACE YOU.

Koko starts to follow the other chuggers but suddenly stops moving.

She says, HUH?
WHAT'S HAPPENING?
HEY, WILSON?
SOMETHING IS WRONG.
WILSON?

Wilson and Brewster are gone.

Koko says, WILSON!
WILSON, COME BACK!
DON'T LEAVE ME!

Koko looks scared. Up the tracks, Brewster and Wilson travel side by side.

Wilson says, MAYBE WE SHOULD WAIT FOR KOKO
TO CATCH UP, BREWSTER.

Brewster says, I BET SHE FOUND A SHORT CUT.
THERE'S NO WAY SHE'S STILL
BEHIND US.

Back by the trees, Koko’s light flickers out and she gasps.

She says, OH NO!
HELP!
COME BACK!
PLEASE!

Wilson’s light shines down the track.

He says, I DON'T LIKE THIS, BREWSTER.
VEE TOLD US ALL TO STICK
TOGETHER.
AND WE'RE NOT.

Brewster says, BUT IF WE STOP, WE'LL NEVER
GET THE DELIVERY DONE IN TIME.

Wilson says, I'M GOING TO CALL VEE AND SEE
IF SHE KNOWS WHERE KOKO IS.

Brewster says, OKAY.

Wilson and Brewster pull up to one of Vee’s loudspeakers.

Wilson says, WILSON TO VEE.
VEE, CAN YOU HEAR ME?

The lights on the loudspeaker are out and there is no response from Vee.

Brewster says, THAT'S WEIRD.
WHY ARE ALL THE LIGHTS OFF?
WE'D BETTER FIND ANOTHER
PLATFORM.

Wilson says, WAIT A MINUTE, THERE AREN'T
ANY LIGHTS ON ANYWHERE.
LOOK, BREWSTER!
EVERYTHING IS TOTALLY DARK!

Wilson and Brewster look at all the lights out around them.

Brewster says, HONKING HORNS!
HOW COULD THAT HAPPEN?

Wilson says, DON'T KNOW, MAYBE THERE'S NO
ELECTRICITY.

Brewster says, OH, LIKE A BLACK OUT?

Wilson says, YEAH.

Brewster says, PHEW, GOOD THING WE'RE NOT
ELECTRIC, HUH?

Wilson gasps.

Together, Brewster and Wilson say, BUT KOKO IS!

Back by the trees, an owl lands on a branch beside Koko, hooting. Koko looks at the owl.

She says, OH, MR. OWL.
I SHOULD HAVE NEVER TEASED
BREWSTER ABOUT BEING SLOW.
WE'D STILL BE TOGETHER IF I
HADN'T.

The owl hoots. Horns honk in the distance cand the owl flies away. Brewster and Wilson arrive.

Koko says, WILSON, BREWSTER!
YOU CAME BACK!

Wilson says, WE WERE WORRIED ABOUT YOU.

Koko says, I CAN'T MOVE, THERE'S
SOMETHING REALLY WRONG WITH ME.

Wilson says, DON'T WORRY, KOKO, YOU'LL BE
FINE.

Brewster says, THERE'S A BLACK OUT.

Wilson says, SO THERE'S NO POWER FOR YOU
TO PULL FROM THE TRACKS, AND
YOUR BATTERY MUST HAVE RUN DOWN.

Koko says, SO I'M OKAY?
I'M REALLY OKAY?!

Wilson says, YEAH.

He laughs.

He says, YOU JUST CAN'T MOVE.

Brewster says, NOW WHO'S A SLOWPOKE?

Koko says, I'M SORRY I TEASED YOU,
BREWSTER.

Brewster says, THAT'S OKAY.

Wilson asks, WHAT DO WE DO NOW?

Brewster says, I KNOW, YOU TOW KOKO BACK TO
CHUGGINGTON, AND I'LL MAKE THE
DELIVERY.

Wilson and Koko gasp.

They say, ON YOUR OWN?!

Brewster says, WELL, SOMEONE HAS TO.

Brewster starts down the track. Back in Chuggington, Morgan sweeps a flashlight around him. Dunbar pulls up beside him.

Dunbar asks, DO YOU THINK THE TRAINEES
WILL BE OKAY?

Morgan says, I'M SURE THEY'LL BE FINE,
DUNBAR.
THEY'RE A GOOD LITTLE TEAM.

Dunbar says, YEAH.

In a tunnel, Wilson pulls Koko.

Koko says, OH, I'M SO EMBARRASSED.
I HOPE NO ONE SEES ME LIKE THIS.

Wilson laughs as he pulls into Chuggington.

He says, THERE'S A BLACK OUT, KOKO.
NOBODY CAN SEE ANYTHING.

Wilson imitates Calley’s siren.

He sings, BREAKDOWN CHUGGER COMING
THROUGH!

Koko says, SHH, EVERYONE CAN STILL HEAR,
THOUGH!

Dunbar pulls up to the two friends.

He says, WILSON, KOKO, ARE YOU OKAY?
WHERE IS BREWSTER?

Wilson says, WE'RE FINE, DUNBAR.
KOKO LOST HER POWER.

Wilson disconnects from Koko.

Koko says, SO BREWSTER IS DOING THE
NIGHT RUN ALL ON HIS OWN.

Dunbar says, REALLY?
OH, WHAT A BRAVE CHUGGER.

(Cheerful music plays)

Brewster travels through the night pulling the three delivery cars.

(Electricity buzzing)

The power returns in Chuggington. Koko’s light comes back on.

She cheers, I'M MOVING, THE POWER IS
BACK!

Wilson cheers, HOORAY!

Koko races down her track. The power returns to one of Vee’s loudspeakers.

Vee says, TESTING, TESTING, ONE, TWO.
ONE, TWO.

Vee clears her throat.

She says, I'M BACK!
DID YOU MISS ME?

Dunbar says, YEAH, IT'S BEEN VERY QUIET
AROUND HERE, VEE.

Koko pulls up beside Dunbar, giggling.

Vee says, WELL, I'VE JUST HAD A
MESSAGE, AND YOU'LL BE PLEASED
TO KNOW THAT BREWSTER HAS
DELIVERED EVERYTHING ON
SCHEDULE.

Wilson cheers, WHOO-HOO!

Koko says, WOW, BREWSTER DID IT!
EVEN WITH ALL THE TIME HE LOST
RESCUING ME.

Vee says, BREWSTER IS TIRED, SO HE'LL
SPEND THE NIGHT IN TOOTINGTON
AND COME BACK TOMORROW.

Koko says, I'LL NEVER, EVER CALL
BREWSTER A SLOWPOKE AGAIN.
HE'S MY HERO.
CHOO-CHOO!

Singers sing as credits roll.

They sing, LET'S TRAIN TOGETHER!
WE'RE SO MUCH BETTER
AS A TEAM.
LET'S TRAIN TOGETHER.
TOGETHER!
WORK, WORK, WORK
LIKE A MACHINE.
THERE'S REALLY NOTHING
BETTER THAN TO BE WITH
YOUR FRIENDS.
YOU'LL BE HAVING SO MUCH FUN
YOU'LL WISH THE DAY NEVER
ENDS.
TOGETHER!
