[Chimes]

Text reads, “A Herschend Entertainment Studios Production.”

Vee says, HONK YOUR HORNS!

Trains chug on tracks through a town.

Voices say, CHUGGINGTON!

[Upbeat music plays]

Voices sing, A GREAT BIG TOWN
OF TRAINS AND TRACKS.

WHEELS TO THE RAILS.

CLACKETY-CLACK.

ADVENTURE AND FUN 'ROUND
EVERY BEND.

COME RIDE ALONG WITH YOUR
CHUGGER FRIENDS.

A green train, red train, and yellow and blue train chug side by side on track.

The red train says, I'M WILSON.

The yellow and blue train says, I'M BREWSTER.

The green train says, AND I'M KOKO!
CHOO-CHOO!

Voices sing, HONK YOUR HORN,
CHOO-CHOO.
CHOO-CHOO.
CHUGGINGTON.

[Bubbles pop, upbeat music plays]

Voices sing, CHUGGA-CHUGGA-CHUGGA
CHUGGA-CHUGGINGTON.
CHUGGINGTON.

Action Chugger flies through the air.

[Whoosh, upbeat music plays]

Voices sing, CHUGGA-CHUGGA-CHUGGA
CHUGGA-CHUGGA-CHUGGA
CHUGGA-CHUGGA-CHUGGA
CHUGGA-CHUGGINGTON.

The trains shout, CHUGGINGTON!
CLACKETY-CLACK!

Text reads, “Chuggington.”

[Chiming]

A voice says, HODGE AND THE MAGNET.

Text reads, “Hodge and the Magnet by Sarah Ball.”

[Vee sighs]

Vee says, OH, TIME TO WAKE
UP, CHUGGINGTON.

Koko says, HM, VEE DOESN'T SOUND VERY
HAPPY.

Vee announces, ATTENTION, CHUGGERS,
THE YELLOW LINE WILL BE CLOSED
THIS MORNING. I'M AFRAID A SECTION
OF TRACK IS OUT.

Koko says, OH, SO THAT'S WHY VEE SOUNDS
FRAZZLED.

Vee says, I HAVE A LOT OF RE-ROUTING
TO ORGANIZE. PLEASE BE PATIENT.

Wilson says, POOR VEE.

Calley, a small orange shunting engine with green trim and two horns on top stops by Hodge, a small brown, and blue hugger.

Calley says, PHEW, HI THERE, HODGE.

Hodge says, YOU WERE BUSY LAST
NIGHT, CALLEY.

Calley says, IT WAS ABSO-TOOT-TOOT-LY
CRAZY. I HAD THREE EMERGENCY
CALL-OUTS.

Hodge says, YEAH, IT'S A TOUGH JOB
BEING A RESCUE CHUGGER.

[Chiming]

Vee asks, IS EDDIE AROUND, HODGE?

Hodge says, NOT YET, VEE.

Vee says, I NEED HIM TO START
WORK ON THE TRACK REPAIR URGENTLY.

Hodge says, I'LL TELL HIM.

Vee says, OH, THIS IS CAUSING ME
SO MANY PROBLEMS.

Hodge says, OH, POOR VEE.

Calley says, SO, YOU'LL NEED THE
ELECTROMAGNET TO PICK UP THE
DAMAGED TRACK AND A FLATBED
CAR TO TAKE THE REPLACEMENT.

Hodge says, YEAH, THAT SOUNDS
RIGHT, CALLEY.

Calley says, LET'S GO AND GET YOU
HOOKED UP.

[Upbeat music plays, whoosh, buzzing, banging, horn honks]

Calley couples up to the electromagnet. Hodge couples up to the flatbed car.

Chuggers wait at an intersection.

Koko asks, OH, WHAT'S GOING ON?

COME ON.

[Chuggers grumble]

Koko says, THIS IS TAKING FOREVER.

Puffer Pete, a black steam engine with red trim, sits on a track beside Harrison, a blue train.

Puffer Pete ...THEN DOUBLE BACK
AND CUT ACROSS THE BRIDGE,
GET ONTO--

Vee says, PETE, I'M GONNA
HAVE TO HURRY YOU.

[Pete sighs]

Pete says, THAT WON'T WORK.

[Vee groans]

Dunbar, a green chugger, waits beside Irving, a red chugger with two round sweepers on his front.

Dunbar says, I KNOW YOU'VE BEEN
WAITING A LONG TIME, IRVING,
BUT IT'S OUT OF MY WHEELS.

Irving says, IT'S RECYCLING DAY,
DUNBAR, AND AS YOU KNOW,
I HATE BEING LATE FOR
MY ROUNDS.

Koko asks, DUNBAR, ARE WE
GOING TO BE TRAINING
THIS MORNING?

[Squeak, whoosh]

Dunbar says, SORRY, KOKO, TODAY'S
LESSON WILL HAVE TO WAIT.

MAKE YOURSELVES USEFUL
AROUND THE DEPOT FOR NOW.

Wilson says, WE CAN DO THAT!

Wilson and Koko back up on their tracks.

[Whistle blows]

Calley says, THAT'S EVERYTHING, HODGE.

Hodge says, EVERYTHING BUT EDDIE.
HM, MAYBE I SHOULD PICK HIM UP
FROM THE STATION.

Calley says, SOUNDS LIKE A PLAN.

Hodge pulls the flatbed and the electromagnet.

[Whistle blows]

Morgan wears green overalls over a pale green shirt. He stands with his hands on his hips as he looks up at Vee.

Morgan says, YEP, I'LL KEEP AN EYE
OUT FOR EDDIE, VEE.

[Tooting]

Emery, a white subway train with an orange strip and yellow doors, slows at a platform.

Emery says, CHUGGER APPROACHING.
DOORS OPENING.

WATCH YOUR STEP, PLEASE.
DOORS CLOSING.

THIS CHUGGER IS READY TO DEPART.

[Honking]

Lori, a human with short brown hair, wears blue overalls over a yellow shirt. She looks at Hodge as she holds her hands up in the air.

Lori says, IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR
EDDIE, HE WASN'T AT HIS STATION.

Hodge says, OH, RIVETS, HE MUST BE
RUNNING LATE AGAIN. VEE WON'T
BE HAPPY.

Wilson asks, VEE WON'T BE HAPPY
ABOUT WHAT?

[Whoosh]

Hodge explains, EDDIE'S LATE AND
VEE NEEDS US TO GET THAT
LINE OPEN.

Wilson says, AH, SO THAT'S WHAT
THE CRANE IS FOR.

Hodge says, YEP.

Wilson asks, WHY DON'T YOU GO
AND FIX IT THEN?

Hodge says, ME?
OH NO, I COULDN'T DO THAT,
NOT WITHOUT EDDIE.

Wilson asks, WHY NOT?

Hodge says, THE MAGNET'S HARD
TO CONTROL 'CAUSE I CAN'T SEE
WHAT I'M DOING.

EDDIE ALWAYS GUIDES ME.

[Honking]

Wilson says, WAIT, I CAN HELP YOU.
DUNBAR SAID I SHOULD BE USEFUL.

Hodge says, I DUNNO, WILSON.

[Chiming]

Vee says, PLEASE, WOULD YOU
ALL CLEAR THE WAY SO OLWIN
CAN GET TO PLATFORM TWO?

[Whooshing]

Hodge says, WELL, IT WOULD
HELP VEE.

Wilson says, C'MON, LET'S RIDE
THE RAILS.

[Honking]

Vee says, PLEASE, CALM DOWN
EVERYBODY. I'M DOING THE BEST
I CAN.

Zephie, a small, bright green chugger spins as Morgan walks towards her.

[Zephie chuckles]

Zephie says, WILD, ISN'T IT MORGAN?

Morgan says, YES, POOR VEE HAS
HER WORK CUT OUT, ZEPHIE.

OH, GOOD, EDDIE AND HODGE ARE
HEADING OFF TO DO THE REPAIR.

THEY'LL SOON HAVE THE LINE
OPEN AGAIN.

Zephie says, PHEW, THEN MAYBE
THINGS WILL GET BACK TO NORMAL
AROUND HERE.

Morgan speaks into his phone.

He says, GOOD NEWS, VEE, EDDIE'S
ON HIS WAY TO FIX THE TRACK.

Chatsworth, a white chugger with red trim, moves past Puffer Pete.

Chatsworth says, YOO-HOO, COMING
THROUGH, WATCH YOUR BUMPERS,
THANK YOU.

Dunbar says, CHATSWORTH, STOP!
THERE'S NO ROOM FOR YOU.
YOU'LL HAVE TO BACK UP.

Chatsworth asks, BACK UP WHERE?
SEE THERE ARE TWO MORE
CHUGGERS BEHIND ME. OH, I THINK
I'M GOING TO OVERHEAT.

[Dunbar sighs]

[Upbeat music plays]

Hodge and Wilson chug out of a tunnel.

Hodge says, LOOK, THERE IT IS, WILSON.
THE BROKEN TRACK.

Wilson says, OH, YEAH.

A piece of disconnected track lies slightly to the right of the rest of the track.

Hodge says, HM, I WISH EDDIE WAS HERE.

Wilson says, C'MON ON.
YOU'VE DONE THIS LOTS OF TIMES
BEFORE. SO, WHAT DO WE DO?

Hodge asks, CAN YOU GET ONTO THE
OTHER TRACK AND FACE ME?

Wilson says, ON MY WAY.

Hodge explains, I'LL HAVE TO PICK
UP THE DAMAGED SECTION WITH
THE MAGNET AND LAY DOWN THE
NEW PIECE.

BUT REMEMBER, I CAN'T SEE, SO
I'M RELYING ON YOU.

OKAY, WILSON? GOT THAT?

Wilson says, OH, LOOK, A BUTTERFLY.
WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?

[Whoosh]

Hodge shouts, WILSON!

[Tooting, Wilson giggles]

Wilson says, SORRY, I'M READY.

Hodge says, OH, THIS IS THE PART
I DON'T LIKE. OKAY, TURNING
IT ON.

The electromagnet swings over the broken track.

[Squeaking, bang]

Wilson says, UP A BIT, HODGE,
DOWN A TEENY LITTLE BIT,
BACK A BIT.

[Grunting, bang]

Wilson says, NO, OVER A BIT.
NOW LEFT, LEFT. OOPS,
I MEAN RIGHT.

[Groaning]

Hodge says, WILSON, YOU NEED
TO BE CLEAR.

Wilson says, FORWARD, THAT'S IT.
HOLD IT THERE. WAIT, WHAT'S--

Wilson moves closer to the magnet and sticks to it.

[Clunk]

[Grunting, groaning]

Wilson says, UH-OH.
I'M STUCK TO THE MAGNET!

[Grunting]

Wilson says, SWITCH IT OFF, HODGE.

Hodge says, I'M TRYING.
OH, I SHOULD'VE NEVER LET YOU
TALK ME INTO THIS.

[Honking]
Eddie looks at his watch as he rides on Emery.

Eddie says, OOH, I AM SO LATE.

[Tooting]

Emery says, PREPARING TO STOP.

[Buzzing]

Eddie runs into a building.

Zephie says, MORNING, EDDIE.

Morgan says, OH, THAT DIDN'T
TAKE LONG, EDDIE.

EVERYTHING OKAY?

Eddie says, UM, YEAH,
EVERYTHING'S FINE.

Morgan says, GREAT, I'LL TELL VEE.

Morgan walks around a corner as Eddie stands, looking confused.

Eddie says, TELL VEE WHAT?

Vee says, FOR THE TIME BEING,
EVERYBODY, TRY TO KEEP THE
TRACKS CLEAR.

Eddie asks, HEY, WHAT'S GOING
ON HERE?

Calley says, HUH? HOLD ON.
AREN'T YOU FIXING THE TRACK
WITH HODGE?

Eddie asks, EH? WHAT TRACK?

Calley says, THE YELLOW LINE'S
CLOSED! HODGE LEFT WITH THE
STUFF TO FIX IT. I THOUGHT
YOU WERE WITH HIM.

[Gasp]

Eddie says, OH, SO, THAT'S WHAT
MORGAN WAS TALKING ABOUT.

[Eddie laughs]

Eddie says, SILLY ME.
UH-OH.

[Banging]

Wilson says, SWITCH IT OFF!

Hodge says, I'M TRYING!

[Grunting, sighing]

Wilson pulls off of the magnet.

Hodge says, SORRY, WILSON, LOOK
IT'S NO USE. I CAN'T DO IT.

I WAS SILLY TO THINK THAT
I COULD. LET'S JUST GO BACK.

[Whoosh]

Wilson says, YES, YOU CAN.
IT WAS MY FAULT FOR GETTING
TOO CLOSE. I WON'T DO IT AGAIN,
I PROMISE. COME ON.

Hodge says, MM, OKAY.

[Whoosh, clang]

Hodge picks up the broken track.

Wilson says, THAT'S IT, PERFECTO.

Hodge places the broken track on grass. As he swings the magnet back, he picks up a second piece of track.

[Thunk]

Hodge says, WHOA,
WHAT'S HAPPENING?

Wilson says, QUICK, TURN
THE MAGNET OFF AGAIN.

[Grunt, thunk]

The magnet moves two pieces of track.

Hodge says, LOOK OUT!

Wilson says, HODGE, STOP!
OH, BUMPERS. NOW THERE
ARE THREE PIECES OUT.

Hodge says, WHAT? OH NO.
THE LINE WILL HAVE TO BE
CLOSED EVEN LONGER NOW.

[Upbeat music plays]

Eddie talks on a phone as he rides in Zephie.

Eddie says, YEAH, DON'T RE-OPEN
THE LINE YET, VEE. WE'RE, UH, NOT
QUITE READY.

Hodge backs up.

Wilson asks, WHERE ARE YOU GOING?

Hodge says, TO GET HELP.

Wilson says, BUT YOU CAN FIX THIS.

Hodge says, NO, I CAN'T.
I CAN'T CONTROL THE MAGNET.
IT'S HOPELESS.

Wilson says, LOOK, YOU JUST HAVE
TO TURN THE MAGNET OFF WHEN
YOU DON'T NEED IT.

I'LL SHOUT TO YOU. C'MON, I JUST
KNOW YOU CAN DO IT.

[Upbeat music plays]

Hodge asks, D'YOU REALLY THINK SO?

Wilson says, OF COURSE.
OVER A TEENY BIT.
PERFECTO. NOW DROP IT.
MAGNET OFF.

[Thud]

Wilson says, GOOD JOB, HODGE,
YOU DID IT!

[Squeaking]

Hodge says, TERRIFIC, NOW FOR
THE NEXT PIECE.

Eddie says, I WONDER WHAT
WE'RE GOING TO FIND? I HOPE
IT'S NOT A LOT OF WORK.

HOW'RE WE DOING ZEPHIE?

Zephie says, NEARLY THERE.

[Squeaking, dinging]

Wilson says, IT'S EDDIE!

Eddie says, WOW, YOU'VE FIXED
IT YOURSELF.

Hodge says, SORRY, EDDIE, VEE
SAID IT WAS URGENT AND YOU
DIDN'T SHOW UP IN TIME AND--

Eddie says, YOU DID A GREAT JOB,
HODGE. AH, LOOK AT THAT.
I'M REALLY PROUD OF YOU.

Hodge says, THANKS, IT WAS
TEAM WORK.

Eddie says, GREAT, LET'S TELL
VEE THE GOOD NEWS.

[Horn honks, Vee chimes]

Vee says, ATTENTION, PLEASE,
THE YELLOW LINE IS NOW OPEN.

[Cheering, honking]

Ve announces, NORMAL SERVICE
WILL RESUME SHORTLY.

[Cheering, chuckling]

Zephie spins.

She says, WHEE!

Eddie says, LET'S GET HOME
BEFORE A STAMPEDE COMES
THIS WAY.

[Honking]

Zephie says, TOO LATE!

[Horn honks, upbeat music plays]

Harrison says, WATCH YOUR
BUMPERS. COMING THROUGH.

[Chuckling]

Eddie says, GOOD JOB, HODGE.
YOU SAVED THE DAY.

MAYBE I'LL BE LATE AGAIN
TOMORROW AND SEE WHAT
ELSE YOU CAN DO.

Hodge says, OH, EDDIE.

[Eddie laughs]

Eddie says, ONLY KIDDING, PAL.
ONLY KIDDING. WOO-HOO!

Voices sing, LET'S TRAIN TOGETHER.
TOGETHER.

WE'RE SO MUCH BETTER AS
A TEAM.

LET'S TRAIN TOGETHER.
TOGETHER.

WORK, WORK, WORK LIKE
A MACHINE.

THERE'S REALLY NOTHING
BETTER THAN TO BE WITH
YOUR FRIENDS.

YOU'LL BE HAVING SO MUCH FUN,
YOU'LL WISH THE DAY NEVER ENDS.

TOGETHER.
