Hannah says, IN KOREAN, SALMON IS CALLED YEON-EO. THEN YOU GET YOUR SAUCE. PUT JUST ENOUGH TO COVER ALL OF YOUR SALMON. THEN, GET A BIT OF SPRING ONION.

The narrator continues, ASK A GROWN-UP TO HELP YOU CHECK THE SALMON FOR BONES. REMEMBER TO WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER TOUCHING RAW FISH. BRUSH SESAME OIL INTO THE MIDDLE OF ONE PIECE OF BAKING PAPER, AND PUT A PIECE OF SALMON ONTO THE PAPER, JUST LIKE THIS. THEN SPOON SOME OF YOUR SAUCE OVER THE SALMON AND SPRINKLE ON SOME OF THE CHOPPED-UP SPRING ONIONS. SEAL UP THE PARCEL BY FOLDING THE PAPER OVER AND TWISTING BOTH ENDS. DO THE SAME FOR THE OTHER THREE SALMON PIECES, AND THEN PUT THEM ALL ON A BAKING TRAY. ASK A GROWN-UP TO PUT THE TRAY INTO THE OVEN TO COOK FOR YOU.

Hannah wears a red, yellow and white traditional Korean dress.
Hannah says, IN SOUTH KOREA, LOTS OF PEOPLE EAT KIMCHI WITH DIFFERENT FOODS. SO, I'VE GOT SOME FOR MY FRIENDS.
Hannah sets a small bowl of kimchi on the table.
(Doorbell ringing)
Hannah says, THAT MUST BE MY FRIENDS.
The narrator says, OH, WELL DONE, HANNAH. YOUR KOREAN DECORATIONS LOOK LOVELY, AND I'M SURE EVERYONE WILL LIKE THEM.
Hannah opens a front door.
Hannah says, HI.
Willow says, HI!
Jed says, HI.
Adem says, HI! I LIKE YOUR OUTFIT.
Hannah says, THANK YOU.
The narrator says, NOW, EVERYONE'S WASHED THEIR HANDS AND THEY'RE READY TO EAT.
The children sit at the table.
Hannah asks, WHAT DO YOU THINK OF MY DECORATIONS?
Adem says, I REALLY LIKE THAT IT'S ALL CONNECTED BY ONE VERY SPECIAL THEME.
Willow asks, IS THIS SOME SORT OF KOREAN PIANO?
Hannah says, IT'S ACTUALLY A MUSICAL INSTRUMENT CALLED THE KAYAGUM.
Adem asks, PLEASE, CAN I TAKE A LOOK AT ONE OF THE FANS?
Hannah says, YEAH, SURE. EVERYBODY HAVE A LOOK.
The children pick up decorated fans.
Willow says, MY ONE LOOKS KIND OF LIKE THIS FLOWER.
Hannah asks, HAVE ANY OF YOU EVER BEEN TO SOUTH KOREA?
Adem says, FROM WHAT YOU'VE BEEN TELLING US, IT SOUNDS SO INTERESTING. I REALLY WANT TO GO.
The narrator says, OH, ME TOO, ADEM. AND LOOK. HERE'S MUM WITH THE COOKED AND SLIGHTLY COOLED KOREAN SALMON. BRILLIANT, HANNAH. THAT LOOKS DELICIOUS. AND LOOK AT THE COOKED SESAME SEEDS ON TOP.
Shin-Hye sets plates in front of the children.
All say, THANK YOU.
Shin-Hye says, MAS-ISSGE DEUSEYO.
The narrator says, AH. AND THAT MEANS "ENJOY YOUR MEAL" IN KOREAN. MUM HAS ALSO MADE SOME STICKY RICE FOR EVERYONE TO TRY WITH THE SALMON.
Jed asks, WHAT IS THIS, HANNAH?
Hannah says, THAT'S KIMCHI.
The narrator says, IT'S MADE OF CABBAGE AND SPICES AND SHOULD GO REALLY WELL WITH THE RECIPE.
Hannah says, IT'S REALLY SPICY, SO JUST TAKE A BIT.
Jed says, OKAY.
Hannah picks up chopsticks that are joined together at one end.
Hannah says, USE THESE BEGINNER CHOPSTICKS, WHICH YOU USE LIKE THIS, AND JUST PINCH IT TO EAT YOUR KIMCHI AND YOUR SALMON. BUT YOU NEED TO USE THE TEASPOON FOR YOUR RICE.
The narrator says, WOW. EVERYBODY'S GETTING THE HANG OF IT AND TUCKING IN. EARLIER TODAY, EVERYONE LIKED THE TASTE OF SESAME SEEDS, BUT THEY THOUGHT THEY WERE A BIT PLAIN. I WONDER IF THEY'RE TASTIER IN THE KOREAN SALMON.
Willow says, MMM! AMAZING. THANK YOU.
Jed says, IT'S VERY NICE.
Adem says, THIS IS REALLY NICE.
Hannah asks, WILLOW, WHAT DO YOU THINK THE SPECIAL INGREDIENT WAS?
Willow says, I THINK IT WAS THE HONEY ON THE SALMON.
Jed says, I THINK IT WAS THE SESAME SEEDS.
Adem says, I ALSO THINK IT'S THE SESAME SEEDS ON TOP OF THE SALMON.
Hannah says, THE ANSWER IS ACTUALLY SESAME SEEDS.
Adem and Jed say, YAY!
Willow says, OH, WOW. I ACTUALLY DIDN'T REALIZE THAT.
Jed says, IT'S VERY NICE.
The narrator says, WELL DONE, HANNAH. THEY ALL REALLY ENJOYED YOUR KOREAN SALMON.
