Ginger runs away from the cliff’s edge. She runs toward a lake with a waterfall.

[Ginger giggling]

The narrator says, GINGER'S SAFE, FOR NOW AT
LEAST.

Ginger takes a drink from the lake.

[Slurping]

Ginger pauses and looks at her tail.

She says, HUH?

She shakes her tail.

The narrator says, GINGER SEEMS TO HAVE PICKED
UP SOME STOWAWAYS.

A pea pod falls out of Ginger’s tail.

Ginger says, WHAT ARE YOU?

The pea pod shakes. A baby Pea-Rex rolls out.

[Baby Pea-Rex grunting]

[Baby Pea-Rex giggling]

[Ginger gasping]

A second baby Pea-Rex jumps out of the pea pod.

They cheer, WHEE!

As the second baby Pea-Rex lands on the pea pod, a third flies out.

The third baby Pea-Rex cheers, WHOO-HOO!

They bounce off a rock.

They say, OW.

They roll into their siblings.

They say, WOAH.

Ginger says, SHOO, SHOO.

The siblings smile and run back toward Ginger.

[Pea-Rexes giggling]

Ginger says, GO AWAY!
JUST LEAVE ME ALONE.

The siblings run away.

Ginger adds, I KNOW HOW BITE-Y YOU CAN BE.

She looks at the empty beach.

She says, OKAY.
WELL, UM, BYE.
TAKE CARE.

Ginger walks back toward the water.

[Pea-Rexes chattering quietly]

Ginger pauses and looks over her shoulder at three leaves, each a colour of the Pea-Rex siblings, moving toward her.

[Quiet Pea-Rex chattering continues]

The leaves stop and line up in front of Ginger.

The Pea-Rexes say, SHH.

Ginger flips over a leaf with her horn, revealing nothing underneath. She flips over a second leaf, revealing the same.

She says, OKAY…

Ginger flips over the third leaf.

She says, GOTCHA!

The leaf floats down to the beach, revealing nothing underneath.

Ginger says, HUH?

Minty, Wasabi and Split climb up onto a horn on Ginger’s head.

They say, TA-DA!

The narrator says, PEA-REXES ARE NATURAL-BORN
TRICKSTERS...

Ginger looks annoyed. She tosses them the Pea-Rexes her head. They land on the beach in a stack on top of each other.

[Pea-Rexes giggling]

[Playful music plays]

The narrator continues, ...AND THEY'RE PLAYFUL ACROBATS
FROM THE MOMENT THEY ARE BORN.

Split and Minty stumble off Wasabi.

[Pea-Rexes giggling]

[Ginger giggling]

Ginger says, YOU GUYS ARE PRETTY CUTE.
YOU KNOW THAT?

Minty says, YEAH.

Wasabi says, UH-HUH.

Split nods.

Ginger sadly says, BUT IT CAN'T WORK BETWEEN US.

She looks pat the Pea-Rexes.

[Ginger gasping]

The Pea-Rexes look behind them.

Ginger says, NO WAY!
MORE OF THE GOOD STUFF?

Ginger asks, ARE YOU THREE HUNGRY?

The Pea-Rexes say, YEAH!

They stand on Ginger.

Ginger says, OKAY.
READY?

The Pea-Rexes say, UH-HUH.

Ginger says, ON THE COUNT OF THREE.
ONE, TWO...

She tosses the Pea-Rexes toward the honeysuckles with her head.

The Pea-Rexes cheer, ...THREE!

They fly into one of the flowers.

They cheer, WHEE!

[Pea-Rexes chattering]

The Pea-Rexes bounce around the honeysuckle. Ginger watches from below.

She says, HEY.
WHERE ARE YOU?

The Pea-Rexes climb up from inside the flower to the flower’s stem. They nibble on the stem until the flower breaks off and falls onto Ginger.

Ginger says, WHOA!
OOF.

[Ginger laughing]

Ginger shakes off the flower.

[Pea-Rexes yelping]

Ginger licks nectar off her face.

[Slurping]

Ginger smiles.

The narrator says, WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT A
TRICARROTOPS AND THREE BABY
PEA-REXES WOULD BECOME THE VERY
BEST OF FRIENDS?

Ginger walks back toward the lake with the Pea-Rexes riding on her head. Ginger leaves a trail of nectar in the sand.

[Ginger and Pea-Rexes giggling]

Ginger says, YOU KNOW, MAYBE WE CAN STICK
TOGETHER.
JUST DON'T EAT ME, OKAY?

[Ginger and Pea-Rexes giggling]
