Messy, a furry blue monster with a small red nose, whistles. A white and blue convertible car rolls out of a dome-shaped garage. Messy jumps in the car and presses a green button on the dashboard.
He says,

Singers sing,
MESSY GOES TO OKIDO.
Messy speed through the green hilly countryside. Trees run across the street.
Messy sings,
FIND OUT WHAT

LET'S ALL GO TO OKIDO.
Messy drives toward OKIDO, a large city with tall colourful buildings. He drives onto a loop the loop and underwater.
Messy sings,
OKIDO, OKIDO
MESSY GOES TO OKIDO
ALL THE THINGS
YOU WANT TO KNOW
COME ALONG AND SAY HELLO
LET'S GO SEE OUR FRIENDS.
Messy gets out of his car and goes into a domed house. Inside, Felix packs his backpack. Felix, a blue-haired boy, wears a blue and white striped shirt and a blue toque with a pompom.
Messy shouts, FELIX!
The singers sing, IN OKIDO.
Messy high-fives Zoe. Zoe, a red-haired girl, wears a red dress with a white t-shirt and a red beret.
Messy shouts, ZOE!
The singers sing,
IN OKIDO
Messy shouts, ZIM, ZAM, ZOOM!
Zim, Zam, and Zoom appear. Zim has a yellow square body and a computer sceen face while Zam is a green triangle and Zoom is a floating pink creature with a circular head.
The singers sing,
IN OKIDO
BA-BA-LA-LA BOOM-BOOM!
Later, Messy dances down a street in OKIDO.
The singers sing,

Messy looks through a magnifying glass.
A sign in the street reads, “Messy goes to OKIDO”.

(Laughing)
Messy sleeps on a pile of clothes under a bed in a child’s bedroom. He laughs and kicks his legs while he dreams.
Messy wakes up.
He says,
OOH!
WHEE!
OH.
WHERE'S MY WHEELBARROW?
OH, I WAS DREAMING.
I HAD A WHEELBARROW FULL OF
SOCKS.
IT FELT SO REAL.
HMM.
BUT WHAT ARE DREAMS?
WHEN YOU NEED TO KNOW, GO TO
OKIDO.
Messy travels through a green and white striped tunnel. He arrives in OKIDO and bounces off the roofs of houses. He jumps off a trampoline and lands beside Felix and Zoe.
Messy says,
HELLO, ZOE.
HELLO, FELIX.
Zoe and Felix wave.
They say, HELLO, MESSY.
Messy asks,
OOH, WHERE ARE YOU GOING?
CAN I COME?
Felix answers,
WE'RE GOING TO SEE ZIM, ZAM
AND ZOOM.
Zoe says,
ZAM'S INVENTED A MACHINE THAT
CAN SHOW PEOPLE'S DREAMS.
COME AND SEE IT.
Messy replies,
DREAMS?
OH, THAT SOUNDS FUN!
SHE'LL DEFINITELY WANT TO HEAR
ABOUT THE DREAM I JUST HAD.
IT WAS SO LONG.
FIRST, ALL THESE SANDWICHES CAME
RUNNING OUT FROM UNDER THE BED,
CHASED MY SOCKS--
Felix says,
MESSY, MAYBE TELL US
WHEN WE'RE ON OUR WAY.
Messy replies, OH, YES.
(Whistling)
(Horn honking)
Messy’s convertible car leaves his driveway and speeds down the street. It stops in front of Messy, Zoe, and Felix.
Messy says,
LET'S SKIDOODLE, OKIDOODLE!
Messy, Zoe, and Felix get into the car and ride down the street. They pass by farmland as they travel to the city centre.
Messy continues,
THEN I FILLED A WHEELBARROW FULL
OF SOCKS.
THE SOCKS ALL STARTED GIGGLING
AND RAN OFF.
AND THEN I WAS FLYING, AND THEN
WE ALL SAT IN A TREE AND ATE ICE
CREAM.
AND THEN, LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT
IT.
IT WAS SNOWING.
BUT LUCKILY, WE ALL HAD SKIS,
SO I WENT ON A BICYCLE, AND
THAT'S WHEN I WOKE UP.
WASN'T THAT AN AMAZING DREAM?
Messy, Zoe, and Felix ride up an elevator and arrive in a lab. Beakers with red, green, and blue liquid are lined up on a shelf. Tools hang from the other side of the wall.
Felix answers,
YES, MESSY.
AMAZING.
Zoey adds, AND LONG.
(Gasping)
Four chairs are placed in the middle of the lab. Red, green, blue, and yellow helmets hang above them.
Zim, Zam, and Zoom walk to Messy, Felix, and Zoe.
Zoom says, BEEP.
Zim says, HELLO, YOU THREE.
Zoe and Felix reply,
HI, ZIM.
HI, ZOOM.
Messy says,
OOH, ZAM?
IS THAT THE DREAM MACHINE?
Zam answers,
IT IS INDEED, MESSY.
Zim asks,
WHO'D LIKE TO GO FIRST?
Zoe replies, OH, ME!
Messy shouts, ME, ME!
Zoom smiles.
It says, OH.
Zam says,
WELL, ZOOM HAS BEEN VERY
HELPFUL TODAY, SO I THINK HE
SHOULD GO FIRST.
(Babbling)
Zoom spins in the air in front of Messy and walks toward a red chair.
Zam says,
NOW, YOU JUST SIT HERE ON THIS
COMFY SEAT WHILE I ATTACH THE
WIRES HERE AND HERE.
THERE WE ARE.
NOW, THEN, ZOOM, YOU ARE FEELING
SLEEPY.
The helmet lowers onto Zoom’s head. Zam swings a pocket watch from side to side in front of him.
Zoom says, OH.
His eyes move from side to side while he watches the pocket watch.
Zam continues,
VERY SLEEPY.
VERY SLEEPY.
Messy watches the pocket watch. Zoom’s eyes begin to close.
(Clearing throat)
(Snoring)
Messy and Zim fall asleep on their feet.
Zam says, OH.
Zim says, SO SLEEPY.
Zam replies,
DEAR, OH, DEAR.
NOT YOU LOT!
Messy and Zim wake up.
Zim says,
OH.
SORRY, ZAM.
(Speaking gibberish)
Zoom sleeps in his chair while Zam presses buttons at her desk.
Zam says,
NOW, THEN.
AS SOON AS ZOOM STARTS DREAMING,
WE'LL BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY WATCH
HIS DREAMS ON THAT SCREEN.
Felix replies, WOW.
Messy looks at the desk.
He says, BUTTONS.
Zam replies,
THAT'S RIGHT, MESSY.
AND DIALS.
Messy says,
DIALS!
OOH.
WHAT DOES THIS DIAL DO?
Messy reaches for a dial that goes from a rainbow to a thundercloud.
Zim replies,
AH, BEST NOT TOUCH THAT,
MESSY.
(Zam chuckling)
Zam adds,
YES.
THAT'S A NEW EXPERIMENT I
HAVEN'T TESTED YET.
IT CHANGES PEOPLE'S DREAMS.
BUT IT'S NOT READY.
Messy looks excited.
He says,
OH, I HAVE LOTS OF DREAMS.
BUT WHAT ARE DREAMS?
Zim replies,
VERY GOOD QUESTION, MESSY.
WHEN WE SLEEP, SOME OF OUR SLEEP
TIME IS TAKEN UP WITH DREAMS.
BUT WHAT'S REALLY HAPPENING IN
OUR HEADS?
ALTHOUGH WE MIGHT NOT BE MOVING,
THE BRAIN IS ACTUALLY VERY BUSY.
IT DOES LOTS OF THINGS WHILE WE
SLEEP, SUCH AS CLEANING,
REPAIRING AND GROWING OUR
BODIES.
Zam says,
IT HAS ALL KINDS OF JOBS
TO DO: SORTING THINGS, HELPING
US REMEMBER EVERYTHING THAT'S
HAPPENED DURING THE DAY BY
CAREFULLY FILING AWAY MEMORIES.
Zim continues,
THE BRAIN MAKES SENSE OF
ALL THESE THINGS BY MAKING THEM
INTO STORIES; QUITE FUNNY AND
ODD STORIES, SOMETIMES.
(Laughing)
Zim adds,
AND THESE ARE CALLED DREAMS.
Zam says,
EVERYONE DREAMS, BUT SOME
PEOPLE CAN'T REMEMBER THEIR
DREAMS AND SOME PEOPLE REMEMBER
THEM VERY CLEARLY.
Zoe laughs.
She says,
LIKE MESSY.
HE REMEMBERS ALL HIS DREAMS.
(Chuckling)
Felix adds, IN GREAT DETAIL.
Messy replies,
OH, YES, I DO.
IN FACT, WOULD YOU LIKE TO HEAR
MY AMAZING DREAM FROM LAST
NIGHT?
YOU SEE, FIRST--
Zam waves her hand.
She interrupts,
OH, WHOA, WHOA, WHOA.
I'D LOVE TO HEAR IT, MESSY, BUT
LOOK: ZOOM HAS STARTED TO DREAM.
Zoom’s dream appears on the screen. In it, he hops around in front of a colourful background of pink and yellow.
Messy says, OH.
Zoe says,
LOOK!
THERE'S ZOOM.
Messy adds,
ZOOM, WE CAN SEE YOU IN YOUR
DREAM.
Zim points to the screen.
He says,
UH, ZOOM WON'T BE ABLE TO
HEAR YOU.
HE'S ASLEEP.
BUT WE CAN ALL WATCH HIS DREAM
NOW.
HOW VERY INTERESTING.
THAT'S THE CUPBOARD ZOOM AND I
WERE CLEANING EARLIER.
YOU SEE?
IT'S ONE OF HIS MEMORIES OF
TODAY, AND THERE IT IS, IN HIS
DREAM.
A wooden cupboard and a yellow cloth floats past Zoom in his dream. Next, Farmer Fuddle appears in Zoom’s dream. Farmer Fuddle is a green and white creature with red boots and a brown cowboy hat. Fluffy white sheep jump over a wooden fence.
Zam adds,
AND WE WENT TO SEE
FARMER FUDDLE YESTERDAY.
Zim adds, HE SHOWED US HIS BEES.
(Bees buzzing)
A bee chases Farmer Fuddle in Zoom’s dream.
(Muttering)
A yellow and blue robot appears in Zoom’s dream. It spins around.
Zam says,
AND THERE'S THAT ROBOT I
HELPED THE MAKER MECHANIC FIX.
Zoe replies,
OH.
SO, ZOOM IS DREAMING ABOUT
THINGS HE'S BEEN UP TO?
Zam answers, EXACTLY, ZOE.
(Whistling)
Messy backs up to the dial slowly.
He whispers,
DIAL?
HMM.
LITTLE TURN OF A DIAL.
HUH.
Messy turns the dial.
(Babbling)
In his dream, Zoom's body turns from a circle into a stereo.
Messy hides his hands behind his back as Zam turns to him.
(Music playing in dream)
Another Zoom appears as an umbrella.
Zoe and Felix dance while they watch Zoom’s dream.
Zoe says,
OH, IT'S A SAIL.
More Zooms appear in Zoom’s dream. They are shaped like boat sails, drums, a ladder, and a flower.
Felix adds,
DRUM.
LADDER.
OH, A LOVELY FLOWER.
A voice says,
HAND. HAND.
OH, NO.
Messy reaches for the dial again.
He says, MAYBE A LITTLE BIT MORE.
(Tempo of music increasing)
Zoe and Felix dance faster.
Messy says, A BIT MORE TURNING.
(Tempo of music increasing)
Zoe and Felix wave their hands in the air while they dance even faster.
(Laughing)
Messy loses his balance while he dances. He pulls the dial off as he falls on the floor.
Messy says,
AH.
WHOOPS.
(Music slowing to a stop)
Zoe and Felix stop dancing.
Felix says,
THAT'S ODD.
WHAT'S HAPPENING?
A dark grey storm cloud appears in Zoom’s dream.
Zoe replies,
WELL, LOOK THERE, BEHIND
ZOOM.
THERE'S A BIG RAINCLOUD COMING.
Zam looks worried.
She says,
OH, DEAR.
THAT'S NOT A RAINCLOUD.
THAT'S A BAD DREAM, AND IT'S
HEADING ZOOM'S WAY.
I WONDER WHAT CAUSED THAT.
WELL, THERE'S A VERY ODD THING.
I WONDER WHAT COULD POSSIBLY
HAVE HAPPENED TO THE DREAM DIAL.
Zam notices the broken dial.
(Whistling)
Messy turns away from Zam.
Zoe asks, MESSY, DID YOU?
Messy replies,
UM, OH.
OH, THAT THING.
THE DIAL.
UM, WELL, WHEN WERE DANCING, I
THINK I MUST HAVE SLIGHTLY,
ACCIDENTALLY JOGGED IT, JUST THE
TEENIEST, WEENIEST BIT, SO THAT
IT KIND OF, UM, ACCIDENTALLY
FELL INTO MY FUR.
LIKE, UH--
OOPS!
OH, LOOK.
THERE IT IS.
SORRY.
Messy picks the dial up off the floor. Zam tries to fix it.
She says,
OH, DEAR.
I THINK IT'S BROKEN.
Felix asks,
WELL, WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN
TO ZOOM?
WE CAN'T LET HIM HAVE A BAD
DREAM.
Zoe walks over to a blue chair.
She asks,
BUT WHY DON'T USE THESE OTHER
SEATS, AND GO INTO ZOOM'S DREAM
AND WARN HIM ABOUT THE BAD
DREAM?
Zim and Zam look at one another.
Zim says, I THINK IT'S A GREAT IDEA.
Later, Messy, Zoe, and Felix sit with Zoom in the chairs. Zam lowers their helmets.
She says,
NOW, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO
IS LISTEN TO ME.
YOU ARE FEELING VERY SLEEPY.
VERY SLEEPY.
SLEEPY.
VERY SLEEPY.
YEAH.
Zam swings the pocket watch from side to side. Messy’s eyes begin to shut. Zoe and Felix fall asleep. Zam presses buttons on the desk.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix appear in Zoom’s dream. They float with all the Zooms.
Felix says,
WHOA.
THIS IS FUNNY.
WE'RE ACTUALLY IN ZOOM'S DREAM.
Messy shouts,
WE'RE FLYING!
LOOK.
Messy flaps his arms while he spins in a circle.
Felix says, WHOA.
He swims through the air.
Messy says, WOO-HOO-HOO!
Felix says, WOO-HOO!
Zoe adds, WHOA.
Felix replies, HEY-HEY-HEY.
Zoe stretches out her arms while she does a spin.
She says,
HEY!
OH, THIS IS FUN.
BUT WE NEED TO FIND ZOOM QUICK.
THE CLOUD'S GETTING CLOSER.
(Thunder crashing)
The storm cloud floats toward the Zooms.
Felix says,
LOOK.
THERE'S ZOOM.
Zoom smiles as he floats toward the flower Zoom. The storm cloud gets closer.
Zoe says, COME ON.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix fly past all the Zooms. Messy dodges a chair Zoom.
Messy says,
WE'VE GOT TO GO FASTER.
Zam says, GOT TO GO FASTER.
Zoe says, FOCUS.
Felix and Zoe shout, ZOOM?
They fly toward the Zoom.
Felix shouts, ZOOM, WAKE UP!
Zoe says, IT'S US.
Zoom turns to Messy, Zoe, and Felix. Felix waves.
He says, HELLO, ZOOM.
Zoe adds,
WE'RE HERE TO GET YOU OUT OF
YOUR DREAM, ZOOM.
Felix says,
BECAUSE THERE'S A BAD DREAM
COMING.
LOOK.
He points up at the storm cloud. Zoom turns to it. He looks worried.
(Speaking gibberish)
Zoe turns to Felix.
She says,
WELL, WE'VE GOT TO FIND A WAY
TO STOP THAT BAD DREAM.
Felix replies,
I KNOW.
THERE'S A SONG THAT WILL DO
THAT.
REMEMBER?
Zoe answers,
YES.
THE DREAM SONG.
Messy holds hands with Zoe and Felix. They move toward Zoom. Felix and Zoe hold hands and make a ring around Zoom with Messy.
Messy, Felix, and Zoe sing,

The storm cloud disappears.
Messy says,

Zoe turns to Zoom.
She says,
AND NOW, I THINK IT'S TIME
FOR THIS DREAM TO END.
DON'T YOU, ZOOM?
Zoom spins above Messy, Zoe, and Felix’s heads.
Felix asks, READY, EVERYBODY?
Messy, Zoe, and Felix shout,
WAKE UP!
(Zoom ringing like an alarm clock)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix wake up in the lab.
Messy says,
OH, THAT WAS BRILLIANT.
I LOVED BEING IN YOUR DREAM,
ZOOM.
(Giggling)
Zoe and Felix get up and walk over to Zoom.
They say, SO DID WE.
Messy hops out of his chair.
He says,
BUT I THINK IT'S TIME I WAS
GOING HOME.
Zoe, Felix, Zim, Zam, and Zoom wave.
They reply, BYE, MESSY.
Messy says, BYE.
He returns to the bedroom. Piles of clothes lie under the bed.
Messy says,
SO, NOW I KNOW WHY WE DREAM, AND
HOW MY BRAIN USES DREAMS TO SORT
ALL MY MEMORIES FROM THE DAY.
I CAN'T WAIT TO GO TO SLEEP
TONIGHT AND SEE WHAT DREAMS I'LL
HAVE.

NOW, THEN, ZOOM, YOU ARE FEELING
SLEEPY.
The helmet lowers onto Zoom’s head. Zam swings a pocket watch from side to side in front of him.
Zoom says, OH.
His eyes move from side to side while he watches the pocket watch.
Zam continues,
VERY SLEEPY.
VERY SLEEPY.
Messy watches the pocket watch. Zoom’s eyes begin to close.
(Clearing throat)
(Snoring)
Messy and Zim fall asleep on their feet.
Zam says, OH.
Zim says, SO SLEEPY.
Zam replies,
DEAR, OH, DEAR.
NOT YOU LOT!
Messy and Zim wake up.
Zim says,
OH.
SORRY, ZAM.
(Speaking gibberish)
Zoom sleeps in his chair while Zam presses buttons at her desk.
Zam says,
NOW, THEN.
AS SOON AS ZOOM STARTS DREAMING,
WE'LL BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY WATCH
HIS DREAMS ON THAT SCREEN.
Felix replies, WOW.
Messy looks at the desk.
He says, BUTTONS.
Zam replies,
THAT'S RIGHT, MESSY.
AND DIALS.
Messy says,
DIALS!
OOH.
WHAT DOES THIS DIAL DO?
Messy reaches for a dial that goes from a rainbow to a thundercloud.
Zim replies,
AH, BEST NOT TOUCH THAT,
MESSY.
(Zam chuckling)
Zam adds,
YES.
THAT'S A NEW EXPERIMENT I
HAVEN'T TESTED YET.
IT CHANGES PEOPLE'S DREAMS.
BUT IT'S NOT READY.
Messy looks excited.
He says,
OH, I HAVE LOTS OF DREAMS.
BUT WHAT ARE DREAMS?
Zim replies,
VERY GOOD QUESTION, MESSY.
WHEN WE SLEEP, SOME OF OUR SLEEP
TIME IS TAKEN UP WITH DREAMS.
BUT WHAT'S REALLY HAPPENING IN
OUR HEADS?
ALTHOUGH WE MIGHT NOT BE MOVING,
THE BRAIN IS ACTUALLY VERY BUSY.
IT DOES LOTS OF THINGS WHILE WE
SLEEP, SUCH AS CLEANING,
REPAIRING AND GROWING OUR
BODIES.
Zam says,
IT HAS ALL KINDS OF JOBS
TO DO: SORTING THINGS, HELPING
US REMEMBER EVERYTHING THAT'S
HAPPENED DURING THE DAY BY
CAREFULLY FILING AWAY MEMORIES.
Zim continues,
THE BRAIN MAKES SENSE OF
ALL THESE THINGS BY MAKING THEM
INTO STORIES; QUITE FUNNY AND
ODD STORIES, SOMETIMES.
(Laughing)
Zim adds,
AND THESE ARE CALLED DREAMS.
Zam says,
EVERYONE DREAMS, BUT SOME
PEOPLE CAN'T REMEMBER THEIR
DREAMS AND SOME PEOPLE REMEMBER
THEM VERY CLEARLY.
Zoe laughs.
She says,
LIKE MESSY.
HE REMEMBERS ALL HIS DREAMS.
(Chuckling)
Felix adds, IN GREAT DETAIL.
Messy replies,
OH, YES, I DO.
IN FACT, WOULD YOU LIKE TO HEAR
MY AMAZING DREAM FROM LAST
NIGHT?
YOU SEE, FIRST--
Zam waves her hand.
She interrupts,
OH, WHOA, WHOA, WHOA.
I'D LOVE TO HEAR IT, MESSY, BUT
LOOK: ZOOM HAS STARTED TO DREAM.
Zoom’s dream appears on the screen. In it, he hops around in front of a colourful background of pink and yellow.
Messy says, OH.
Zoe says,
LOOK!
THERE'S ZOOM.
Messy adds,
ZOOM, WE CAN SEE YOU IN YOUR
DREAM.
Zim points to the screen.
He says,
UH, ZOOM WON'T BE ABLE TO
HEAR YOU.
HE'S ASLEEP.
BUT WE CAN ALL WATCH HIS DREAM
NOW.
HOW VERY INTERESTING.
THAT'S THE CUPBOARD ZOOM AND I
WERE CLEANING EARLIER.
YOU SEE?
IT'S ONE OF HIS MEMORIES OF
TODAY, AND THERE IT IS, IN HIS
DREAM.
A wooden cupboard and a yellow cloth floats past Zoom in his dream. Next, Farmer Fuddle appears in Zoom’s dream. Farmer Fuddle is a green and white creature with red boots and a brown cowboy hat. Fluffy white sheep jump over a wooden fence.
Zam adds,
AND WE WENT TO SEE
FARMER FUDDLE YESTERDAY.
Zim adds, HE SHOWED US HIS BEES.
(Bees buzzing)
A bee chases Farmer Fuddle in Zoom’s dream.
(Muttering)
A yellow and blue robot appears in Zoom’s dream. It spins around.
Zam says,
AND THERE'S THAT ROBOT I
HELPED THE MAKER MECHANIC FIX.
Zoe replies,
OH.
SO, ZOOM IS DREAMING ABOUT
THINGS HE'S BEEN UP TO?
Zam answers, EXACTLY, ZOE.
(Whistling)
Messy backs up to the dial slowly.
He whispers,
DIAL?
HMM.
LITTLE TURN OF A DIAL.
HUH.
Messy turns the dial.
(Babbling)
In his dream, Zoom's body turns from a circle into a stereo.
Messy hides his hands behind his back as Zam turns to him.
(Music playing in dream)
Another Zoom appears as an umbrella.
Zoe and Felix dance while they watch Zoom’s dream.
Zoe says,
OH, IT'S A SAIL.
More Zooms appear in Zoom’s dream. They are shaped like boat sails, drums, a ladder, and a flower.
Felix adds,
DRUM.
LADDER.
OH, A LOVELY FLOWER.
A voice says,
HAND. HAND.
OH, NO.
Messy reaches for the dial again.
He says, MAYBE A LITTLE BIT MORE.
(Tempo of music increasing)
Zoe and Felix dance faster.
Messy says, A BIT MORE TURNING.
(Tempo of music increasing)
Zoe and Felix wave their hands in the air while they dance even faster.
(Laughing)
Messy loses his balance while he dances. He pulls the dial off as he falls on the floor.
Messy says,
AH.
WHOOPS.
(Music slowing to a stop)
Zoe and Felix stop dancing.
Felix says,
THAT'S ODD.
WHAT'S HAPPENING?
A dark grey storm cloud appears in Zoom’s dream.
Zoe replies,
WELL, LOOK THERE, BEHIND
ZOOM.
THERE'S A BIG RAINCLOUD COMING.
Zam looks worried.
She says,
OH, DEAR.
THAT'S NOT A RAINCLOUD.
THAT'S A BAD DREAM, AND IT'S
HEADING ZOOM'S WAY.
I WONDER WHAT CAUSED THAT.
WELL, THERE'S A VERY ODD THING.
I WONDER WHAT COULD POSSIBLY
HAVE HAPPENED TO THE DREAM DIAL.
Zam notices the broken dial.
(Whistling)
Messy turns away from Zam.
Zoe asks, MESSY, DID YOU?
Messy replies,
UM, OH.
OH, THAT THING.
THE DIAL.
UM, WELL, WHEN WERE DANCING, I
THINK I MUST HAVE SLIGHTLY,
ACCIDENTALLY JOGGED IT, JUST THE
TEENIEST, WEENIEST BIT, SO THAT
IT KIND OF, UM, ACCIDENTALLY
FELL INTO MY FUR.
LIKE, UH--
OOPS!
OH, LOOK.
THERE IT IS.
SORRY.
Messy picks the dial up off the floor. Zam tries to fix it.
She says,
OH, DEAR.
I THINK IT'S BROKEN.
Felix asks,
WELL, WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN
TO ZOOM?
WE CAN'T LET HIM HAVE A BAD
DREAM.
Zoe walks over to a blue chair.
She asks,
BUT WHY DON'T USE THESE OTHER
SEATS, AND GO INTO ZOOM'S DREAM
AND WARN HIM ABOUT THE BAD
DREAM?
Zim and Zam look at one another.
Zim says, I THINK IT'S A GREAT IDEA.
Later, Messy, Zoe, and Felix sit with Zoom in the chairs. Zam lowers their helmets.
She says,
NOW, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO
IS LISTEN TO ME.
YOU ARE FEELING VERY SLEEPY.
VERY SLEEPY.
SLEEPY.
VERY SLEEPY.
YEAH.
Zam swings the pocket watch from side to side. Messy’s eyes begin to shut. Zoe and Felix fall asleep. Zam presses buttons on the desk.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix appear in Zoom’s dream. They float with all the Zooms.
Felix says,
WHOA.
THIS IS FUNNY.
WE'RE ACTUALLY IN ZOOM'S DREAM.
Messy shouts,
WE'RE FLYING!
LOOK.
Messy flaps his arms while he spins in a circle.
Felix says, WHOA.
He swims through the air.
Messy says, WOO-HOO-HOO!
Felix says, WOO-HOO!
Zoe adds, WHOA.
Felix replies, HEY-HEY-HEY.
Zoe stretches out her arms while she does a spin.
She says,
HEY!
OH, THIS IS FUN.
BUT WE NEED TO FIND ZOOM QUICK.
THE CLOUD'S GETTING CLOSER.
(Thunder crashing)
The storm cloud floats toward the Zooms.
Felix says,
LOOK.
THERE'S ZOOM.
Zoom smiles as he floats toward the flower Zoom. The storm cloud gets closer.
Zoe says, COME ON.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix fly past all the Zooms. Messy dodges a chair Zoom.
Messy says,
WE'VE GOT TO GO FASTER.
Zam says, GOT TO GO FASTER.
Zoe says, FOCUS.
Felix and Zoe shout, ZOOM?
They fly toward the Zoom.
Felix shouts, ZOOM, WAKE UP!
Zoe says, IT'S US.
Zoom turns to Messy, Zoe, and Felix. Felix waves.
He says, HELLO, ZOOM.
Zoe adds,
WE'RE HERE TO GET YOU OUT OF
YOUR DREAM, ZOOM.
Felix says,
BECAUSE THERE'S A BAD DREAM
COMING.
LOOK.
He points up at the storm cloud. Zoom turns to it. He looks worried.
(Speaking gibberish)
Zoe turns to Felix.
She says,
WELL, WE'VE GOT TO FIND A WAY
TO STOP THAT BAD DREAM.
Felix replies,
I KNOW.
THERE'S A SONG THAT WILL DO
THAT.
REMEMBER?
Zoe answers,
YES.
THE DREAM SONG.
Messy holds hands with Zoe and Felix. They move toward Zoom. Felix and Zoe hold hands and make a ring around Zoom with Messy.
Messy, Felix, and Zoe sing,
WHEN YOUR DREAMS ARE SCARY
AND THEY WANT TO STAY
JUST SING
THIS LITTLE DREAM SONG
AND CHASE THEM ALL AWAY

The storm cloud floats away from Zoom. Trees dance around him.
Messy says,
HA!
IT'S WORKING.

Messy, Felix, and Zoe sing,
WHEN YOUR DREAMS ARE SCARY
AND THEY WANT TO STAY
JUST SING
THIS LITTLE DREAM SONG
AND CHASE THEM ALL AWAY
The storm cloud disappears.
Messy says,
THE SONG CHASED THE BAD DREAM
AWAY.
Zoe turns to Zoom.
She says,
AND NOW, I THINK IT'S TIME
FOR THIS DREAM TO END.
DON'T YOU, ZOOM?
Zoom spins above Messy, Zoe, and Felix’s heads.
Felix asks, READY, EVERYBODY?
Messy, Zoe, and Felix shout,
WAKE UP!
(Zoom ringing like an alarm clock)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix wake up in the lab.
Messy says,
OH, THAT WAS BRILLIANT.
I LOVED BEING IN YOUR DREAM,
ZOOM.
(Giggling)
Zoe and Felix get up and walk over to Zoom.
They say, SO DID WE.
Messy hops out of his chair.
He says,
BUT I THINK IT'S TIME I WAS
GOING HOME.
Zoe, Felix, Zim, Zam, and Zoom wave.
They reply, BYE, MESSY.
Messy says, BYE.
He returns to the bedroom. Piles of clothes lie under the bed.
Messy says,
SO, NOW I KNOW WHY WE DREAM, AND
HOW MY BRAIN USES DREAMS TO SORT
ALL MY MEMORIES FROM THE DAY.
I CAN'T WAIT TO GO TO SLEEP
TONIGHT AND SEE WHAT DREAMS I'LL
HAVE.
HOO-HOO!
NIGHT-NIGHT.
Messy sings,
BA-LA-BA-LA BOOM-BOOM.
