Singers sing,
MESSY GOES TO OKIDO.
Messy speed through the green hilly countryside. Trees run across the street.
Messy sings,

Messy travels toward OKIDO, a large city with tall colourful buildings. He drives onto a loop the loop and underwater.
Messy sings,

MESSY GOES TO OKIDO
ALL THE THINGS
YOU WANT TO KNOW
COME ALONG AND SAY HELLO
LET'S GO SEE OUR FRIENDS.
Messy gets out of his car and goes into a domed house. Inside, Felix packs his backpack. Felix, a blue-haired boy, wears a blue and white striped shirt and a blue toque with a pompom.
Messy shouts, FELIX!
The singers sing, IN OKIDO.
Messy high-fives Zoe. Zoe, a red-haired girl, wears a red dress with a white t-shirt and a red beret.
Messy shouts, ZOE!
The singers sing,
IN OKIDO
Messy shouts, ZIM, ZAM, ZOOM!
Zim, Zam, and Zoom appear. Zim has a yellow square body and a computer screen face while Zam is a green triangle and Zoom is a floating pink creature with a circular head.
The singers sing,

BA-BA-LA-LA BOOM-BOOM!
Later, Messy dances down a street in OKIDO.
The singers sing,

Messy looks through a magnifying glass.

Colourful building blocks are stacked on the wooden floor of a playroom.

(Laughing)
Messy walks out from behind the blocks.
He says,
OOH, HELLO.
IT'S RAINING TODAY, SO I'M
PLAYING INSIDE.
(Thunder rumbling)
The blocks fall onto the floor.
Messy says,
WHOA, MEGA RAIN.
HOPE MY SAND CASTLE DOESN'T GET
WASHED AWAY.
(Gasping)
Messy looks out the window. His sand castle sags into a puddle.
Messy says,
OH, MY SAND CASTLE'S GETTING
WASHED AWAY.
WHY DOES IT HAVE TO RAIN?
WHEN YOU NEED TO KNOW, GO TO
OKIDO.
Messy travels to OKIDO in a green and white tunnel. He bounces off a trampoline and lands in a sandbox. Zoe and Felix sit under an umbrella beside him.
(Giggling)
Zoe and Felix say, HIYA, MESSY.
Messy replies,
HIYA!
I LOVE THE SUNSHINE.
IT MAKES MY FUR FEEL LOVELY AND
WARM.
Felix asks,
ISN'T IT A LOVELY DAY?
AND TODAY'S THE OKIDO CITY IN
BLOOM COMPETITION.
Zoe says,
COME AND SEE OUR FLOWERS.
(All gasping)
Zoe and Felix’s sunflowers wilt.
Felix says,
OH, NO!
WHAT'S WRONG WITH OUR
SUNFLOWERS?
THE LEAVES HAVE GONE ALL FLOPPY.
Felix says, I'LL FIX THEM.
The leaves fall off one of the sunflowers.
Zoe says, OH...
Messy turns away from the sunflower.
He says, OOPS.
Zoe replies,
IT'S NO USE, MESSY.
THE MAYOR IS JUDGING THE OKIDO
CITY IN BLOOM COMPETITION THIS
AFTERNOON.
The mayor, a brown and white furry creature, walks out onto his balcony. He wears a blue three-pointed hat and a gold chain.
(Sniffing)
The mayor sniffs the colourful flowers on his balcony.
He says,
AH, LOOK AT THAT.
WHAT A PERFECT DAY FOR OKIDO IN
BLOOM.
The mayor goes back inside. His flowers wilt.
At Zoe and Felix’s garden, Messy, Zoe, and Felix look at the wilted sunflowers.
Felix says,
OUR SUNFLOWERS WILL NEVER
WIN FIRST PRIZE NOW!
Zoe replies,
LET'S SEE IF ZIM, ZAM, AND
ZOOM KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix run on a sidewalk. They travel to the city centre.
(Gasping)
A green creature wearing a red sun hat and holding a gardening tool walks out of their house. Their flowers have all wilted.
The creature says,
OH, MY PRIZE GLADIOKIOLIES
ARE RUINED!
Messy, Zoe, and Felix run past the creature’s house.
Zoe says,
OH, NO!
WHAT'S GOING ON?
(Crying)
Creatures around the city find all their flowers have wilted.
A yellow creature says, MY PANSIES!
Zoe says, COME ON, HURRY.
A pink creature looks around their front yard.
She says, OH, NO, MY CLAMATOS.
A blue creature and a purple creature look down at their potted plants.
The blue creature says, OH, MY WORD.
The purple creature replies,
THEY DON'T LOOK VERY WELL.
(Gasping)
Messy runs to a wilted pink flower.
He says,
THESE FLOWERS LOOK TERRIBLE,
TOO.
THEY'RE NOT GOING TO WIN ANY
PRIZES.
Felix says,
OKIDO CITY IN BLOOM WILL BE
RUINED.
Zoe replies, COME ON.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix run to Zim, Zam, and Zoom’s lab.
Zam looks around at the wilted plants on her rooftop garden.
She says,
OH, MY POOR PLANTS ARE SO
THIRSTY, I'LL TRY ANYTHING TO
MAKE IT RAIN, EVEN A RAIN DANCE.
Zam dances. Messy, Zoe, and Felix run to her.
Felix says, UH, UH, ZAM?
Zam stops dancing and opens her eyes.
She replies, OH, AS YOU WERE.
Felix says,
ALL THE PLANTS IN OKIDO CITY
ARE DROOPING AND FLOPPING.
Zam replies,
WELL, THAT'S BECAUSE IT'S SO DRY.
PLANTS NEED THREE THINGS TO KEEP
HEALTHY.
SUNLIGHT, AIR, AND--
Messy interrupts, SOCKS!
He chews on a green sock.
Zoe says,
PLANTS DON'T EAT SOCKS, MESSY.
THEY NEED, UH, WATER?
Zam replies,
THAT'S RIGHT.
THEY NEED SUNLIGHT, AIR, AND
WATER.
Felix says,
WELL, WE'LL NEED A LOT OF
WATER TO SAVE ALL THE PLANTS IN
OKIDO CITY.
Zam replies,
YES, WELL, YOU COULD TRY THE
OKIDO TAP.
Zoe says,
GREAT IDEA.
THANKS, ZAM.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix run to a desert. A blue lizard crawls on a rock beside them. Ahead, a giant metal tap sticks out of the sand.
Messy says, WHOA.
(Hawk screeching)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix look up at the tap.
Messy adds, IT'S MASSIVE!
Felix and Zoe run under the tap.
Zoe says,
HOLD THE WATERING CAN UNDER
THE TAP, MESSY.
Felix adds,
AND WHEN WE PUMP THE HANDLE,
THE WATER WILL COME OUT.
Zoe and Felix stand on either side of the handle. They take turns pushing it up and pulling it down.
(Both grunting)
(Rattling)
The pipe rumbles.
(Gulping)
A drop of water drips from the tap.
Zoe says, HERE IT COMES.
(Buzzing)
A bee lands on Messy’s nose while he holds a watering can under the tap.
Messy says,
SHOO, GO AWAY.
OW, THAT HURT.
OOPS, SORRY.
Messy knocks himself out when he swings the watering can at the bee. The drop of water falls onto the sand.
Zoe and Felix say, MESSY!
A cloud of dust floats out of the tap.
Zoe says,
OH, NO.
THERE'S NO MORE WATER.
(Gasping)
Zoe points at the pipe.
She adds,
LOOK, MAYBE IF WE FOLLOW THIS
PIPE, IT'LL LEAD US TO THE WATER.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix follow the pipe through a forest.
Felix says,
OH, IT LOOKS LIKE THE WATER
FROM THE TAP COMES FROM THE
RIVER.
(Gasping)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix stand on the edge of a drained river.
Zoe says,
THE WATER USED TO COME UP TO
HERE.
NOW IT'S NEARLY ALL DRIED UP.
Messy adds,
THE RIVER'S SHRUNK.
THERE'S A TINY BIT LEFT.
He jumps into a shallow pond next to four ducks.
(Quacking)
The ducks peck at Messy as they chase him. He runs away from them.
Messy says,
THEY'RE ALL OVER ME!
AH, LEAVE ME ALONE!
OOH!
OOH, GET OFF!
(Quacking)
The ducks return to the pond.
Messy says,
THESE DUCKS ARE GRUMPY.
Felix asks,
WHERE HAS ALL THE WATER GONE?
Zoe presses a button on her wristwatch.
She says,
I'LL ASK ZIM.
HI, ZIM.
Zim appears on Zoe’s watch.
He says, COME IN, ZOE.
Zoe asks,
WHY CAN'T WE FIND ANY WATER?
Zim answers,
IT HASN'T RAINED FOR DAYS,
AND IT WON'T RAIN ANY TIME
SOON.
THERE'S NOT A CLOUD IN THE SKY.
A yellow bird flies high in the blue sky.
Zoe says,
THAT'S IT, WE NEED TO FIND
SOME CLOUDS.
THANKS, ZIM.
(Whistling)
(Whirring)
Messy’s convertible car revs its engine and speeds out of the garage. It stops in front of Messy, Zoe, and Felix. They get in.
Messy says,
LET'S SKIDOODLE, OKIDOODLE!
The car travels away from the forest.
At the lab, Zam pours green liquid into a beaker in her garden.
Zim asks,
WHAT ARE YOU DOING, ZAM?
Zam answers,
I'M PREPARING A SPECIAL
PLANT-REVIVING SOLUTION.
Zim replies,
OH, I DO HOPE IT WORKS.
MAYOR OKI WILL BE HERE SOON.
Zam says,
DON'T YOU WORRY ABOUT A
THING, ZIM.
THEY'LL BE RIGHT AS RAIN IN NO
TIME.
Clouds of smoke float out of the beaker.
At the same time, the mayor leaves his house holding a clipboard.
He says,
RIGHT, LET'S GO AND JUDGE
SOME FLOWERS.
In Zam’s garden, the clouds of gas disappear. The plants grow healthy and tall.
Zam says, AH.
Zim says,
GREAT, NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT
AT ALL.
Her flowers wilt again.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix ride in the car. They travel alongside the shallow river.
Zoe asks,
WHERE ARE ALL THE CLOUDS
HIDING?
ZIM, WHERE DO CLOUDS COME FROM?
Zoe calls Zim again. He appears on her watch.
Zim replies,
GOOD QUESTION, ZOE.
THE SUN DRIES UP THE WATER ON
THE GROUND.
THE TINY DROPLETS OF WATER ALL
JOIN TOGETHER TO MAKE A CLOUD.
WHEN THE CLOUD GETS TOO HEAVY,
IT RAINS.
Zoe says,
THANKS, ZIM.
COME ON, LET'S GO TO THE
MOUNTAINS.
The car turns around and travels toward snow-capped mountains.
Messy says,
LET'S SKIDOODLE, OKIDOODLE!
(Tires squealing)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix drive up the side of a mountain. The car stops beside a small pond.
Felix and Zoe look up at the sky. Felix uses binoculars.
He asks,
WHERE ARE ALL THE CLOUDS?
Messy jumps in front of Felix’s binoculars and looks through the lens.
Messy shouts, BOOM!
(Gasping)
Felix jumps back.
He says, OH, MESSY.
(Snoring)
The sleepy mountain wakes up.
The mountain says,
THERE YOU ARE.
HELLO.
Messy waves to the mountain top.
He replies,
HI, ROCKY, HAVE YOU SEEN ANY
CLOUDS ABOUT?
Rocky, the mountain, says,
FLUFF, YOU GOT VISITORS.
Fluff, a white and pink cloud shaped like a cat floats toward Messy, Zoe, and Felix.
Fluff says, HI, HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
Zoe waves to Fluff.
She replies,
HI, FLUFF, WE REALLY NEED
YOU TO COME TO OKIDO WITH US,
AND RAIN ON ALL THE PLANTS.
Fluff says,
I'M NOT READY TO RAIN JUST YET.
(All sighing)
Fluff adds,
FIRST, I HAVE TO COLLECT UP ALL
THE TINY, TINY DROPLETS OF
WATER.
(Inhaling, exhaling)
Messy looks at Fluff through binoculars. Fluff begins to turn blue.
Messy says,
I CAN'T SEE ANY DROPLETS.
Fluff replies,
THEY'RE TOO TINY TO SEE.
(Voice deepening)
Fluff says, NOW I'M READY TO RAIN.
Fluff grows bigger and bluer.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix cheer, YES!
Zoe says, YAY!
Fluff says,
BUT THERE'S NO WIND TO TAKE
ME TO OKIDO CITY.
Felix reaches into his backpack.
He says,
I'VE GOT JUST THE THING.
(Grunting)
Felix throws a plunger attached to a rope at Fluff. It sticks to Fluff.
He says,
I'VE GOT YOU, FLUFF.
Felix holds the other end of the rope and gets into the car with Messy and Zoe.
Messy says,
LET'S GO AND RAIN ON OKIDO CITY.
(Snoring)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix travel down the mountain. Rocky falls back to sleep.
Zoe tugs on the rope as the car travels past the countryside.
She says, YAY!
Felix shouts, WOO!
Fluff is dragged behind the car.
(Quacking)
Fluff rains on the duck pond.
Felix says,
WHOA, THE POND IS FILLING UP!
The car continues down the road. Fluff rains on the river.
Zoe says,
OH, YAY!
MESSY, LOOK, THE RIVER IS
FILLING UP, TOO.
Messy shouts,
BALA-BALA-BALA BOOM-BOOM!
Messy, Zoe, Felix, and Fluff speed toward the city centre.
At the garden, the mayor inspects Zam’s wilted flowers.
He says,
MM-HM.
OH DEAR, OH DEAR, OH DEAR.
The mayor makes an X on his clipboard.
Zam replies,
YES, WELL, MY PLANTS HAVE
LOTS OF SUNLIGHT AND AIR, MR.
MAYOR, BUT THEY NEED WATER, TOO,
AND IT'S BEEN SO HOT RECENTLY.
THAT'S WHY THEY'RE SO DROOPY.
The mayor says,
NO, THAT'S NOT GONE SO WELL.
I SEE WHAT YOU WERE TRYING TO
DO.
YOU MUST TRY HARDER.
Fluff floats over Zam’s garden and rains on the flowers. They grow healthy and tall.
The mayor says,
OH!
HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?
Messy, Zoe, Felix, and Fluff travel down a city street. Fluff rains on all the plants.
(All cheering)
The green creature waves to Fluff.
He says, OH, THANK YOU, FLUFF!
The car arrives at Zoe and Felix’s garden. Fluff floats overhead.
Zoe asks,
UM, PLEASE CAN YOU RAIN ON
OUR SUNFLOWERS, FLUFF?
Fluff replies,
OKAY.
HERE WE GO.
Felix drags the rope to the wilted sunflowers.
(Inhaling)
Rain falls on the sunflowers. They grow healthy and tall.
Felix says,
YES!
FLUFF, YOU SAVED OUR SUNFLOWERS.
Zoe adds,
AND JUST IN TIME.
HERE COMES THE MAYOR.
The mayor leads Zim, Zam, Zoom, and the other creatures to Zoe and Felix’s garden.
The mayor says,
OVER HERE, OVER THERE.
FIVE MINUTES LATE, BUT I'M STILL
THE MAYOR.
HELLO!
Zam says,
YOU SAVED ALL THE FLOWERS IN
OKIDO CITY.
Messy looks up at Fluff.
He says,
AND YOU MADE THE BEST PUDDLES.
(Beeping)
Messy jumps into a puddle and splashes Zim with water.
(All laughing)
Messy says, OOPS, SORRY.
The mayor looks down at his clipboard.
He says,
I'M HERE TO JUDGE YOUR
FLOWERS FOR THE OKIDO CITY IN
BLOOM COMPETITION.
YOURS ARE THE LAST ONES ON THE
LIST.
Zam says, THEY LOOK FABULOUS.
Zoe replies,
THEY JUST NEEDED THREE
THINGS.
SUNLIGHT, AIR, AND WATER.
Fluff smiles.
The mayor inspects the sunflowers.
He says,
OH, YES, YES.
COLOURFUL, NICE SMELL.
WONDERFUL!
SIMPLY WONDERFUL!
(Fanfare playing)
Zoom turns into a horn and plays himself.
The mayor says,
AFTER A GREAT DEAL OF
DELIBERATION AND DEEP THOUGHT, I
DO DECLARE ON THIS GLORIOUS
SUNNY DAY--
Fluff sneezes. The plunger falls to the ground. It sticks to the mayor’s hat.
(Grunting)
Zam looks up at Fluff and smiles.
She says, BLESS YOU.
Fluff replies, OOH, I'M SORRY.
(Clearing throat)
The mayor says,
--ZOE AND FELIX THE WINNERS!
He gives Zoe and Felix gold ribbons.
(All cheering)
The mayor whispers,
SUNFLOWERS ARE ME FAVOURITE.
Messy gives two thumbs up.
He says, WELL DONE, ZOE AND FELIX.
Fluff says, WELL, I'M ALL RAINED OUT.
Messy, Felix, Zoe, Zim, Zam, Zoom, and the mayor look up at Fluff. Fluff is now all white.
Messy says, THANK YOU, FLUFF.
Zoe says,
THANK YOU SO MUCH, FLUFF!
Felix adds, THANK YOU, FLUFF.
Fluff replies,
THAT'S OKAY, I'VE HAD SO MUCH
FUN, BUT I'VE GOT TO GO NOW.
LOTS MORE WATER TO COLLECT.
Felix says, BYE, FLUFF!
Zoe says, BYE-BYE!
Messy shouts, BYE, FLUFF.
Fluff floats away from Zoe and Felix’s garden.
Fluff replies,
SEE YOU NEXT TIME IT RAINS.
Messy says,
IT'S TIME FOR ME TO GO, TOO.
Zoe and Felix say, BYE, MESSY.
Messy replies, GOODBYE!
He returns to the playroom.
Messy says,
RAIN IS BRILLIANT!
IT KEEPS RAIN HEALTHY AND IT
MAKES BIG SPLASHY PUDDLES.
The rain stops. Messy runs outside and jumps into a puddle.
Messy sings,
BA-LA-BA-LA BOOM-BOOM.

THESE FLOWERS LOOK TERRIBLE,

THEY'RE NOT GOING TO WIN ANY
PRIZES.
Felix says,
OKIDO CITY IN BLOOM WILL BE
RUINED.
Zoe replies, COME ON.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix run to Zim, Zam, and Zoom’s lab.
Zam looks around at the wilted plants on her rooftop garden.
She says,
OH, MY POOR PLANTS ARE SO
THIRSTY, I'LL TRY ANYTHING TO
MAKE IT RAIN, EVEN A RAIN DANCE.
Zam dances. Messy, Zoe, and Felix run to her.
Felix says, UH, UH, ZAM?
Zam stops dancing and opens her eyes.
She replies, OH, AS YOU WERE.
Felix says,
ALL THE PLANTS IN OKIDO CITY
ARE DROOPING AND FLOPPING.
Zam replies,
WELL, THAT'S BECAUSE IT'S SO DRY.
PLANTS NEED THREE THINGS TO KEEP
HEALTHY.
SUNLIGHT, AIR, AND--
Messy interrupts, SOCKS!
He chews on a green sock.
Zoe says,
PLANTS DON'T EAT SOCKS, MESSY.
THEY NEED, UH, WATER?
Zam replies,
THAT'S RIGHT.
THEY NEED SUNLIGHT, AIR, AND
WATER.
Felix says,
WELL, WE'LL NEED A LOT OF
WATER TO SAVE ALL THE PLANTS IN
OKIDO CITY.
Zam replies,
YES, WELL, YOU COULD TRY THE
OKIDO TAP.
Zoe says,
GREAT IDEA.
THANKS, ZAM.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix run to a desert. A blue lizard crawls on a rock beside them. Ahead, a giant metal tap sticks out of the sand.
Messy says, WHOA.
(Hawk screeching)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix look up at the tap.
Messy adds, IT'S MASSIVE!
Felix and Zoe run under the tap.
Zoe says,
HOLD THE WATERING CAN UNDER
THE TAP, MESSY.
Felix adds,
AND WHEN WE PUMP THE HANDLE,
THE WATER WILL COME OUT.
Zoe and Felix stand on either side of the handle. They take turns pushing it up and pulling it down.
(Both grunting)
(Rattling)
The pipe rumbles.
(Gulping)
A drop of water drips from the tap.
Zoe says, HERE IT COMES.
(Buzzing)
A bee lands on Messy’s nose while he holds a watering can under the tap.
Messy says,
SHOO, GO AWAY.
OW, THAT HURT.
OOPS, SORRY.
Messy knocks himself out when he swings the watering can at the bee. The drop of water falls onto the sand.
Zoe and Felix say, MESSY!
A cloud of dust floats out of the tap.
Zoe says,
OH, NO.
THERE'S NO MORE WATER.
(Gasping)
Zoe points at the pipe.
She adds,
LOOK, MAYBE IF WE FOLLOW THIS
PIPE, IT'LL LEAD US TO THE WATER.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix follow the pipe through a forest.
Felix says,
OH, IT LOOKS LIKE THE WATER
FROM THE TAP COMES FROM THE
RIVER.
(Gasping)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix stand on the edge of a drained river.
Zoe says,
THE WATER USED TO COME UP TO
HERE.
NOW IT'S NEARLY ALL DRIED UP.
Messy adds,
THE RIVER'S SHRUNK.
THERE'S A TINY BIT LEFT.
He jumps into a shallow pond next to four ducks.
(Quacking)
The ducks peck at Messy as they chase him. He runs away from them.
Messy says,
THEY'RE ALL OVER ME!
AH, LEAVE ME ALONE!
OOH!
OOH, GET OFF!
(Quacking)
The ducks return to the pond.
Messy says,
THESE DUCKS ARE GRUMPY.
Felix asks,
WHERE HAS ALL THE WATER GONE?
Zoe presses a button on her wristwatch.
She says,
I'LL ASK ZIM.
HI, ZIM.
Zim appears on Zoe’s watch.
He says, COME IN, ZOE.
Zoe asks,
WHY CAN'T WE FIND ANY WATER?
Zim answers,
IT HASN'T RAINED FOR DAYS,
AND IT WON'T RAIN ANY TIME
SOON.
THERE'S NOT A CLOUD IN THE SKY.
A yellow bird flies high in the blue sky.
Zoe says,
THAT'S IT, WE NEED TO FIND
SOME CLOUDS.
THANKS, ZIM.
(Whistling)
(Whirring)
Messy’s convertible car revs its engine and speeds out of the garage. It stops in front of Messy, Zoe, and Felix. They get in.
Messy says,
LET'S SKIDOODLE, OKIDOODLE!
The car travels away from the forest.
At the lab, Zam pours green liquid into a beaker in her garden.
Zim asks,
WHAT ARE YOU DOING, ZAM?
Zam answers,
I'M PREPARING A SPECIAL
PLANT-REVIVING SOLUTION.
Zim replies,
OH, I DO HOPE IT WORKS.
MAYOR OKI WILL BE HERE SOON.
Zam says,
DON'T YOU WORRY ABOUT A
THING, ZIM.
THEY'LL BE RIGHT AS RAIN IN NO
TIME.
Clouds of smoke float out of the beaker.
At the same time, the mayor leaves his house holding a clipboard.
He says,
RIGHT, LET'S GO AND JUDGE
SOME FLOWERS.
In Zam’s garden, the clouds of gas disappear. The plants grow healthy and tall.
Zam says, AH.
Zim says,
GREAT, NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT
AT ALL.
Her flowers wilt again.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix ride in the car. They travel alongside the shallow river.
Zoe asks,
WHERE ARE ALL THE CLOUDS
HIDING?
ZIM, WHERE DO CLOUDS COME FROM?
Zoe calls Zim again. He appears on her watch.
Zim replies,
GOOD QUESTION, ZOE.
THE SUN DRIES UP THE WATER ON
THE GROUND.
THE TINY DROPLETS OF WATER ALL
JOIN TOGETHER TO MAKE A CLOUD.
WHEN THE CLOUD GETS TOO HEAVY,
IT RAINS.
Zoe says,
THANKS, ZIM.
COME ON, LET'S GO TO THE
MOUNTAINS.
The car turns around and travels toward snow-capped mountains.
Messy says,
LET'S SKIDOODLE, OKIDOODLE!
(Tires squealing)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix drive up the side of a mountain. The car stops beside a small pond.
Felix and Zoe look up at the sky. Felix uses binoculars.
He asks,
WHERE ARE ALL THE CLOUDS?
Messy jumps in front of Felix’s binoculars and looks through the lens.
Messy shouts, BOOM!
(Gasping)
Felix jumps back.
He says, OH, MESSY.
(Snoring)
The sleepy mountain wakes up.
The mountain says,
THERE YOU ARE.
HELLO.
Messy waves to the mountain top.
He replies,
HI, ROCKY, HAVE YOU SEEN ANY
CLOUDS ABOUT?
Rocky, the mountain, says,
FLUFF, YOU GOT VISITORS.
Fluff, a white and pink cloud shaped like a cat floats toward Messy, Zoe, and Felix.
Fluff says, HI, HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
Zoe waves to Fluff.
She replies,
HI, FLUFF, WE REALLY NEED
YOU TO COME TO OKIDO WITH US,
AND RAIN ON ALL THE PLANTS.
Fluff says,
I'M NOT READY TO RAIN JUST YET.
(All sighing)
Fluff adds,
FIRST, I HAVE TO COLLECT UP ALL
THE TINY, TINY DROPLETS OF
WATER.
(Inhaling, exhaling)
Messy looks at Fluff through binoculars. Fluff begins to turn blue.
Messy says,
I CAN'T SEE ANY DROPLETS.
Fluff replies,
THEY'RE TOO TINY TO SEE.
(Voice deepening)
Fluff says, NOW I'M READY TO RAIN.
Fluff grows bigger and bluer.
Messy, Zoe, and Felix cheer, YES!
Zoe says, YAY!
Fluff says,
BUT THERE'S NO WIND TO TAKE
ME TO OKIDO CITY.
Felix reaches into his backpack.
He says,
I'VE GOT JUST THE THING.
(Grunting)
Felix throws a plunger attached to a rope at Fluff. It sticks to Fluff.
He says,
I'VE GOT YOU, FLUFF.
Felix holds the other end of the rope and gets into the car with Messy and Zoe.
Messy says,
LET'S GO AND RAIN ON OKIDO CITY.
(Snoring)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix travel down the mountain. Rocky falls back to sleep.
Zoe tugs on the rope as the car travels past the countryside.
She says, YAY!
Felix shouts, WOO!
Fluff is dragged behind the car.
(Quacking)
Fluff rains on the duck pond.
Felix says,
WHOA, THE POND IS FILLING UP!
The car continues down the road. Fluff rains on the river.
Zoe says,
OH, YAY!
MESSY, LOOK, THE RIVER IS
FILLING UP, TOO.
Messy shouts,
BALA-BALA-BALA BOOM-BOOM!
Messy, Zoe, Felix, and Fluff speed toward the city centre.
At the garden, the mayor inspects Zam’s wilted flowers.
He says,
MM-HM.
OH DEAR, OH DEAR, OH DEAR.
The mayor makes an X on his clipboard.
Zam replies,
YES, WELL, MY PLANTS HAVE
LOTS OF SUNLIGHT AND AIR, MR.
MAYOR, BUT THEY NEED WATER, TOO,
AND IT'S BEEN SO HOT RECENTLY.
THAT'S WHY THEY'RE SO DROOPY.
The mayor says,
NO, THAT'S NOT GONE SO WELL.
I SEE WHAT YOU WERE TRYING TO
DO.
YOU MUST TRY HARDER.
Fluff floats over Zam’s garden and rains on the flowers. They grow healthy and tall.
The mayor says,
OH!
HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?
Messy, Zoe, Felix, and Fluff travel down a city street. Fluff rains on all the plants.
(All cheering)
The green creature waves to Fluff.
He says, OH, THANK YOU, FLUFF!
The car arrives at Zoe and Felix’s garden. Fluff floats overhead.
Zoe asks,
UM, PLEASE CAN YOU RAIN ON
OUR SUNFLOWERS, FLUFF?
Fluff replies,
OKAY.
HERE WE GO.
Felix drags the rope to the wilted sunflowers.
(Inhaling)
Rain falls on the sunflowers. They grow healthy and tall.
Felix says,
YES!
FLUFF, YOU SAVED OUR SUNFLOWERS.
Zoe adds,
AND JUST IN TIME.
HERE COMES THE MAYOR.
The mayor leads Zim, Zam, Zoom, and the other creatures to Zoe and Felix’s garden.
The mayor says,
OVER HERE, OVER THERE.
FIVE MINUTES LATE, BUT I'M STILL
THE MAYOR.
HELLO!
Zam says,
YOU SAVED ALL THE FLOWERS IN
OKIDO CITY.
Messy looks up at Fluff.
He says,
AND YOU MADE THE BEST PUDDLES.
(Beeping)
Messy jumps into a puddle and splashes Zim with water.
(All laughing)
Messy says, OOPS, SORRY.
The mayor looks down at his clipboard.
He says,
I'M HERE TO JUDGE YOUR
FLOWERS FOR THE OKIDO CITY IN
BLOOM COMPETITION.
YOURS ARE THE LAST ONES ON THE
LIST.
Zam says, THEY LOOK FABULOUS.
Zoe replies,
THEY JUST NEEDED THREE
THINGS.
SUNLIGHT, AIR, AND WATER.
Fluff smiles.
The mayor inspects the sunflowers.
He says,
OH, YES, YES.
COLOURFUL, NICE SMELL.
WONDERFUL!
SIMPLY WONDERFUL!
(Fanfare playing)
Zoom turns into a horn and plays himself.
The mayor says,
AFTER A GREAT DEAL OF
DELIBERATION AND DEEP THOUGHT, I
DO DECLARE ON THIS GLORIOUS
SUNNY DAY--
Fluff sneezes. The plunger falls to the ground. It sticks to the mayor’s hat.
(Grunting)
Zam looks up at Fluff and smiles.
She says, BLESS YOU.
Fluff replies, OOH, I'M SORRY.
(Clearing throat)
The mayor says,
--ZOE AND FELIX THE WINNERS!
He gives Zoe and Felix gold ribbons.
(All cheering)
The mayor whispers,
SUNFLOWERS ARE ME FAVOURITE.
Messy gives two thumbs up.
He says, WELL DONE, ZOE AND FELIX.
Fluff says, WELL, I'M ALL RAINED OUT.
Messy, Felix, Zoe, Zim, Zam, Zoom, and the mayor look up at Fluff. Fluff is now all white.
Messy says, THANK YOU, FLUFF.
Zoe says,
THANK YOU SO MUCH, FLUFF!
Felix adds, THANK YOU, FLUFF.
Fluff replies,
THAT'S OKAY, I'VE HAD SO MUCH
FUN, BUT I'VE GOT TO GO NOW.
LOTS MORE WATER TO COLLECT.
Felix says, BYE, FLUFF!
Zoe says, BYE-BYE!
Messy shouts, BYE, FLUFF.
Fluff floats away from Zoe and Felix’s garden.
Fluff replies,
SEE YOU NEXT TIME IT RAINS.
Messy says,
IT'S TIME FOR ME TO GO, TOO.
Zoe and Felix say, BYE, MESSY.
Messy replies, GOODBYE!
He returns to the playroom.
Messy says,
RAIN IS BRILLIANT!
IT KEEPS RAIN HEALTHY AND IT
MAKES BIG SPLASHY PUDDLES.
The rain stops. Messy runs outside and jumps into a puddle.
Messy sings,
BA-LA-BA-LA BOOM-BOOM.
