Messy, a furry blue monster with a small red nose, whistles. A white and blue convertible car rolls out of a dome-shaped garage. Messy jumps in the car and presses a green button on the dashboard.
He says,

Singers sing,
MESSY GOES TO OKIDO.
Messy speed through the green hilly countryside. Trees run across the street.
Messy sings,

Messy travels toward OKIDO, a large city with tall colourful buildings. He drives onto a loop the loop and underwater.
Messy sings,

COME ALONG AND SAY HELLO
LET'S GO SEE OUR FRIENDS.
Messy gets out of his car and goes into a domed house. Inside, Felix packs his backpack. Felix, a blue-haired boy, wears a blue and white striped shirt and a blue toque with a pompom.
Messy shouts, FELIX!
The singers sing, IN OKIDO.
Messy high-fives Zoe. Zoe, a red-haired girl, wears a red dress with a white t-shirt and a red beret.
Messy shouts, ZOE!
The singers sing,
IN OKIDO
Messy shouts, ZIM, ZAM, ZOOM!
Zim, Zam, and Zoom appear. Zim has a yellow square body and a computer screen face while Zam is a green triangle and Zoom is a floating pink creature with a circular head.
The singers sing,

BA-BA-LA-LA BOOM-BOOM!
Later, Messy dances down a street in OKIDO.
The singers sing,

Messy looks through a magnifying glass.

(Messy sneezing)
Messy sits on a red blanket on a couch.
Messy says,
STEP BACK, EVERYONE, I'VE GOT A--
(Sneezing)
Messy continues,
--COLD.
DON'T LIKE COLDS, BUT I LOVE
GREEN SOCKS.
Messy chews on a green sock and then sticks out his tongue.
He says,
UGH, TASTES LIKE A GREY SOCK,
NOT A GREEN ONE.
HM, WHY DOES FOOD TASTE
DIFFERENT WHEN I HAVE A COLD?
(Snuffling)
Messy says,
WHEN YOU NEED TO KNOW, GO TO
OKIDO.
Messy travels through a green and white tube. He arrives in OKIDO and bounces on a trampoline. Messy lands on Zoe and Felix’s driveway.
Messy says, HIYA, ZOE AND FELIX.
He wipes his nose.
Felix replies,
HI, MESSY, DO YOU WANT TO
COME FOR AN ICE CREAM?
Zoe adds,
I'M HAVING STRAWBERRY.
Messy answers,
OH, YES, PLEASE.
I LOVE ICE CREAM.
(Whistling)
(Groaning)
The garage door opens. The convertible car drives out and stops in front of Messy, Zoe, and Felix. They hop in.
Messy says,
LET'S SKIDOODLE, OKID--
(Groaning)
The car speeds down a tree-lined road. It parks at a street light. Messy, Zoe, and Felix hop out and cross the street. On the other side, a red creature serves customers in an ice cream truck. Zim, Zam, and Zoom wait in line.
(Sneezing)
Messy’s sneeze blows over Zim.
Zim says,
WHOO!
BLESS YOU.
Zam adds,
BLESS YOU, INDEED.
THAT'S QUITE A COLD YOU'VE GOT
THERE, MESSY.
Messy replies,
OH, THANK YOU.
WE'D ALL LIKE ICE CREAMS,
PLEASE, LOLLY.
Lolly, the red creature, says,
WELL, YOU'RE THE ONLY ONES
WHO DO.
NO ONE WILL BUY MY ICE CREAM
TODAY.
THEY SAY IT TASTES FUNNY.
Messy asks, FUNNY HOW?
(Sniffling)
A green creature wearing red and white striped shorts walks over to the ice cream truck.
The green creature says,
EXCUSE ME, LOLLY, I ORDERED A
VANILLA, NOT--
(Licking)
The green creature tastes their ice cream.
They ask,
WHAT'S THIS?
CHEESE?
The green creature tosses away their ice cream and walks away from Lolly’s ice cream truck.
(All gasping)
Lolly says,
THE LAST PERSON SAID HIS
BANANA ICE CREAM TASTED LIKE
LEMON.
I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT.
Zoe replies,
SOMETHING STRANGE IS GOING ON.
HM, WHERE DID THEY COME FROM?
Long colourful pipes are connected to a fire hydrant on the sidewalk and run to Lolly’s ice cream truck.
Lolly answers,
THE PIPES CONNECT DIRECTLY TO
THE FAB FOOD FACTORY.
I GET ALL MY ICE CREAM FLAVOURS
FROM THERE.
Messy pulls on the banana ice cream lever.
He says, OOPS!
(Grunting)
The banana ice cream splatters on his head.
Lolly says, OH, NO!
Messy replies, SORRY.
Lolly looks into the tube that serves banana ice cream.
She asks, NOW WHAT?
A large scoop of ice cream splatters across Lolly’s face.
Zam checks the pipes.
She says,
OH, MAYBE THE NOZZLES ARE
BLOCKED.
LET ME SEE IF I CAN ADJUST IT.
(Grunting)
Zam works on the pipes with her wrench.
She says, AH, LET'S GIVE IT A GO.
Lolly makes Zoe a strawberry ice cream.
Zoe says,
SO, THIS ONE SHOULD BE
STRAWBERRY.
She tastes the ice cream.
(Groaning)
Zoe says,
THAT'S NOT STRAWBERRY!
IT'S SALTY!
(Coughing)
Zoe wipes her tongue with her finger.
Felix says,
HUH?
WHAT ARE YOU DOING, ZOE?
Zim answers,
SHE'S WIPING HER TONGUE,
'CAUSE THAT'S WHERE SHE TASTES
THINGS.
ZOOM, YOUR ASSISTANCE, PLEASE.
Zoom turns into a computer. A mouth is zoomed in on on the screen.
Messy says, YUCK, WHAT ARE THEY?
Zim answers,
THOSE BUMPS ARE CALLED TASTE
BUDS.
WE ALL HAVE THOUSANDS OF THEM ON
OUR TONGUES.
THEY WORK WITH OUR OTHER SENSES
TO DETECT IF THE FOOD WE EAT IS
SWEET OR SOUR, BITTER OR SALTY.
Zam adds,
OR ANY MIX OF THOSE FLAVOURS.
Felix holds out his tongue and tries to look at it.
(Chuckling)
Messy looks at Felix’s tongue.
Messy says,
I CAN SEE YOUR TASTE BUDDIES.
He sticks out his tongue too.
(Blubbering)
Zam says,
SO, UNLESS EVERYONE'S TASTE
BUDS HAVE GONE WRONG, THERE MUST
BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE WAY
THIS ICE CREAM HAS BEEN MADE.
Felix turns to Zoe and talks to her with his tongue hanging out.
(Blubbering indistinctly)
Zoe takes a deep breath.
She says,
WE NEED TO GO TO THE FAB FOOD
FACTORY AND FIND OUT.
Felix replies, THAT'S WHAT I SAID!
Scoops of ice cream fly out of Lolly’s truck.
Lolly says,
OOH!
THE NOZZLES ARE GOING NUTS!
(Grunting)
Zim and Zam dodge the flying ice cream.
Zam says,
OH, WE'LL STAY AND DEAL WITH
THIS MESS.
(Grunting)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix run back to the car on the other side of the street. They hop in.
Zam says, KEEP IN TOUCH!
The car travels down the street. It swerves to avoid flying ice cream scoops.
Felix says,
LOOK OUT!
EXPLODING ICE CREAMS!
(Grunting)
Scoops of ice cream land all over OKIDO. The mayor, a brown creature wearing a blue three-pointed hat and a gold chain, almost gets hit by ice cream on his balcony. He runs back into his house.
The car travels toward the city centre.
Zoe says,
GO OVER THE LOOP-THE-LOOP
BRIDGE, THE FAB FOOD FACTORY IS
UP THERE!
(Messy cheering)
The car travels upside down on the loop the loop. It stops in front of a building on a corner. The blue, white, and pink building is shaped like a stand-up mixer.
Felix says,
THERE IT IS!
WOW, IT'S ENORMOUS!
Messy, Zoe, and Felix run into the building. In the massive factory inside, four grey creatures wearing baker’s hats work on different foods on a long conveyor belt.
Messy says,
WHOA, IT'S HUGE.
AND THE CHEFS ARE TEENY.
HELLO!
A chef falls over.
Zoe asks,
WHERE DO YOU THINK THEY MAKE
THE ICE CREAMS?
Felix replies,
I'M NOT SURE!
THERE?
Messy, Zoe, and Felix look around the factory.
Zoe says,
PAST THE SPAGHETTI AND SOUP
SECTION.
Felix says,
MAYBE THERE, BY THE BREAD.
Zoe replies
LET'S GO THIS WAY, COME ON.
Messy and Felix follow Zoe into a colourful hallway. They each take turns running in and out of the rooms in the hallway.
Zim says,
ZOE, ZOE!
ARE YOU THERE?
Zoe presses a button on her wristwatch. Zim appears on the screen.
Zoe replies,
HI, ZIM, YES.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE ICE CREAM
ROOM NOW.
Felix adds,
BUT THE FACTORY IS GINORMOUS
AND THEY MAKE EVERY KIND OF FOOD
HERE, AND WE'RE LOST.
Zim replies,
WELL, YOU NEED TO KEEP LOOKING.
WITH NO ONE EATING ANY ICE
CREAM IT'S ALL BACKING UP AND
THE PRESSURE IN THE PIPES IS
TOO HIGH!
THAT'S WHY THE SCOOPS ARE
SHOOTING OUT!
Flying ice cream continues to land across OKIDO.
Zam adds,
AND IT'S GETTING WORSE!
THE WHOLE ICE CREAM DELIVERY
SYSTEM COULD EXPLODE!
PLEASE, FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING
ON WITH THOSE ICE CREAM--
WHOO!
--FLAVOURS!
A scoop of ice cream hits Zam
Zoe says,
GOTCHA!
QUICK, THIS WAY.
Felix asks,
ARE YOU SURE IT'S THIS WAY?
He follows Zoe and Messy down the hall. They end up in another part of the factory.
Zoe replies,
YES, UM...
WELL...
NO?
OKAY, TURN LEFT AFTER THE
CHOCOLATE MAKER.
A chocolate maker knocks chocolates out of a mold. Messy takes one.
Messy say, MM, THANKS.
(Sneezing)
Zoe and Felix stop. They turn back to Messy who eats the chocolate.
Messy says,
MM, I LOVE CHOCOLATE.
HM, THIS ISN'T CHOCOLATE.
THIS IS VANILLA FUDGE.
Zoe picks up a piece of chocolate.
She replies,
IT CAN'T BE VANILLA.
LOOK AND SMELL!
CHOCOLATE.
(Chewing)
(Sneezing)
Messy says,
THAT'S DEFINITELY VANILLA.
Zoe replies, CHOCOLATE.
Messy says, VANILLA.
Zoe replies, CHOCOLATE.
Messy says, IT'S VANILLA!
Zoe replies, CHOCOLATE.
Messy says, VANILLA.
Felix turns to one of the chocolate makers.
He asks,
EXCUSE ME, PLEASE, WHERE IS
THE ICE CREAM MADE?
The chocolate maker points back toward the hallway.
Zoe says, CHOCOLATE.
Messy replies, VANILLA!
Zoe says, CHOCOLATE.
Messy replies, VANILLA!
Felix pushes Zoe and Messy out of the room. They travel through a level in a video game where they jump on platforms, dodge yellow pipes, and walk through doors.
Felix says,
UP THERE, COME ON!
HURRY!
(Beeping)
Messy dangles from a platform.
He says, OH, MM, IT'S A BIG ONE.
Zoe asks, MESSY, WHAT'S WRONG?
(Sneezing)
(Beeping)
Messy falls back down to the start of the level.
(Alarm blaring)
Messy lands back in the hallway. Zoe and Felix rush to him.
Messy asks,
OOH, DID MY SNEEZE DO THAT?
Zoe presses a button on her watch.
She says,
ZAM, THE ALARM BELL'S RINGING
HERE.
WHAT'S GOING ON?
Chefs run up and down the hallway.
Zam answers,
OH, WE'VE REACHED RED ALERT!
Zim adds,
IF THE PIPES EXPLODE, ALL OF
OKIDO WILL--
Zim and Zam shout,
--BE COVERED IN ICE
CREAM!
Zoe ends her call.
She says,
WE NEED TO GET THOSE ICE
CREAM FLAVOURS BACK TO NORMAL,
QUICK!
Felix points.
He says,
LOOK, THE ICE CREAM ROOM!
Messy opens the door to the ice cream room. Inside, scoops of ice cream travel through clear glass tubes. A blue robot with a long vacuum arm attached to it reaches into the tubes.
Messy asks,
WHERE'S THE ICE CREAM CHEF?
Felix says,
I WONDER WHY A ROBOT IS
ADDING FLAVOURS.
Zoe adds,
I DIDN'T THINK ROBOTS HAD
TASTE BUDS.
The robot sucks up ice cream with its vacuum.
The robot says,
SMELL SENSORS ON.
ORANGE, ORANGE, ORANGE.
Felix tastes the ice cream.
He says,
IT'S NOT ORANGE, IT'S LEMON.
THE ROBOT IS GETTING THE
FLAVOURS MIXED UP.
(Grunting)
(Chuckling)
Messy jumps on a conveyor belt. He dodges flying scoops of ice cream as a purple creature wearing a baker’s hat on each ear walks into the ice cream room.
The creature says,
WHAT?
WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE ICE
CREAM!?
The robot continues to sample ice cream.
Zoe shouts,
FELIX, SWITCH THE ROBOT OFF!
The robot says,
BANANA, BANANA, BANANA, BANANA…
Felix presses a red button and the robot shuts down. The creature tastes one of the ice creams.
They say,
OH, THEY REALLY PUT CHEESE
FLAVOUR IN THE BANANA ICE CREAM.
Messy replies,
IT'S WORSE THAN THAT, HIS
MIXED UP ICE CREAM WAS SO BAD--
Felix says,
THAT NO ONE ATE ANY, AND ALL
THE PIPES GOT BACKED UP.
The ice cream scoops are lined up tightly in the glass tube.
The creature replies,
OH, NO. I FEEL TERRIBLE.
(Sneezing)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix say, BLESS YOU.
Zoe says,
DON'T WORRY, I THINK WE
STOPPED IT IN TIME.
ZIM, ONE LAST BLAST SHOULD CLEAR
THE PIPES FOR GOOD.
Zoe talks to Zim on her watch.
Zim replies,
ROGER THAT, ZOE.
LOLLY, OPEN UP ALL THE NOZZLES.
Ice cream scoops shoot out of the taps on Lolly’s ice cream truck.
At the same time, The mayor stands beside an apple core on a sidewalk.
He says,
RIGHT, THAT'S ME ALL CLEANED UP.
(Grunting)
The mayor is hit in the face with a scoop of ice cream.
Lolly says,
WONDERFUL!
IT'S WORKED.
Zim adds,
THE PRESSURE'S BACK TO
NORMAL, YOU DID IT!
Messy shouts,
BALA-BALA BOOM-BOOM!
Zoe and Felix cheer.
The purple creature says,
OH, THANK YOU.
I'LL NEVER LET MY ROBOT MAKE ICE
CREAM AGAIN.
Messy replies,
ROBOTS DON'T HAVE TASTE
BUDDIES, THAT'S WHY HE GOT IT
WRONG!
The creature adds,
I ONLY LET HIM HELP BECAUSE I
HAD A COLD.
THINGS TASTE A BIT FUNNY TO ME
TODAY.
(Both sneezing)
Zoe thinks.
She says,
AH.
HEY, LET ME TRY SOMETHING.
Zoe pinches Felix’s nose and feeds him something.
Felix says, HEY!
Zoe asks,
WHAT FLAVOUR IS THIS, FELIX?
Felix replies,
I'M NOT SURE.
IT TASTES SWEET.
VANILLA?
Zoe lets go of Felix’s nose.
She asks, HOW DOES IT TASTE NOW?
Felix answers,
MM, OH!
CHOCOLATE.
Messy asks, NOT VANILLA?
Zoe and Felix look at a chocolate.
Zoe says,
I KNEW IT!
WHEN OUR NOSES ARE BLOCKED, WE
CAN'T TASTE PROPERLY.
LIKE ZOOM SAID, WE NEED OUR
TASTE BUDS TO TASTE, BUT WE ALSO
NEED OUR NOSES.
TASTE BUDS PLUS SMELL EQUALS
YUM!
Zoe eats the chocolate.
The creature replies,
SO, MY STUFFED UP NOSE--
Messy adds, AND MINE!
Zoe says,
IS WHY FOOD TASTES FUNNY TO YOU.
Felix adds,
THEN ZOE AND ME ARE IN CHARGE
OF MAKING MORE ICE CREAM NOW,
'CAUSE OUR NOSES ARE WORKING
PROPERLY!
Messy replies,
WE WOULD MAKE FLAVOURS AS
YUCKY AS THE ROBOT.
(All laughing)
Later, Messy, Zoe, Felix walk over to Lolly ice cream truck. Zim, Zam, and Zoom meet them there.
Lolly says,
AW, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR
FIXING THE ICE CREAMS.
COME ON, WHAT FLAVOUR WOULD YOU
LIKE?
Messy answers,
VANILLA FOR ME, LOLLY.
OH, MY COLD'S NEARLY BETTER.
I CAN SAY "VUH" AGAIN!
VUH, VUH.
VUH, VUH, VUH, VUH, VUH, VUH.
Zoe and Felix raise their hands.
They answer, STRAWBERRY PLEASE!
(Sneezing)
Felix blows his nose on Messy’s handkerchief. Lolly gives Felix an ice cream cone.
Felix says,
THANKS, LOLLY.
SINCE WHEN DID STRAWBERRY ICE
CREAM TASTE LIKE CHEESE?!
Lolly shakes her head.
She says,
OH, NO.
NOT AGAIN.
Felix replies,
IT'S OKAY.
I'VE GOT MESSY'S COLD.
IT TASTES CHEESY TO ME 'CAUSE MY
NOSE DOESN'T--
(Sneezing)
Felix adds, --WORK.
Messy says,
OH, SORRY, FELIX.
MM!
I BETTER GO BEFORE I CATCH MY
COLD BACK.
Felix, Zoe, Zim, and Zam wave to Messy.
Felix says, BYE-BYE, MESSY.
Zoe says, BYE, MESSY.
Zam says, SEE YA.
(Laughing, cheering)
Messy returns to the living room. He runs across the couch and slides onto the blanket.
(Sniffing)
Messy says,
AH, SMELL SENSORS REACTIVATED.
(Sniffing)
Messy adds,
MM, SMELLS LIKE GREEN SOCK.
(Munching)
Messy pulls out a green sock and eats it.
Messy says,
AND TASTES LIKE GREEN SOCK, YUM!
Messy sings,
BA-LA-BA-LA BOOM-BOOM.

Long colourful pipes are connected to a fire hydrant on the sidewalk and run to Lolly’s ice cream truck.
Lolly answers,
THE PIPES CONNECT DIRECTLY TO
THE FAB FOOD FACTORY.
I GET ALL MY ICE CREAM FLAVOURS
FROM THERE.
Messy pulls on the banana ice cream lever.
He says, OOPS!
(Grunting)
The banana ice cream splatters on his head.
Lolly says, OH, NO!
Messy replies, SORRY.
Lolly looks into the tube that serves banana ice cream.
She asks, NOW WHAT?
A large scoop of ice cream splatters across Lolly’s face.
Zam checks the pipes.
She says,
OH, MAYBE THE NOZZLES ARE
BLOCKED.
LET ME SEE IF I CAN ADJUST IT.
(Grunting)
Zam works on the pipes with her wrench.
She says, AH, LET'S GIVE IT A GO.
Lolly makes Zoe a strawberry ice cream.
Zoe says,
SO, THIS ONE SHOULD BE
STRAWBERRY.
She tastes the ice cream.
(Groaning)
Zoe says,
THAT'S NOT STRAWBERRY!
IT'S SALTY!
(Coughing)
Zoe wipes her tongue with her finger.
Felix says,
HUH?
WHAT ARE YOU DOING, ZOE?
Zim answers,
SHE'S WIPING HER TONGUE,
'CAUSE THAT'S WHERE SHE TASTES
THINGS.
ZOOM, YOUR ASSISTANCE, PLEASE.
Zoom turns into a computer. A mouth is zoomed in on on the screen.
Messy says, YUCK, WHAT ARE THEY?
Zim answers,
THOSE BUMPS ARE CALLED TASTE
BUDS.
WE ALL HAVE THOUSANDS OF THEM ON
OUR TONGUES.
THEY WORK WITH OUR OTHER SENSES
TO DETECT IF THE FOOD WE EAT IS
SWEET OR SOUR, BITTER OR SALTY.
Zam adds,
OR ANY MIX OF THOSE FLAVOURS.
Felix holds out his tongue and tries to look at it.
(Chuckling)
Messy looks at Felix’s tongue.
Messy says,
I CAN SEE YOUR TASTE BUDDIES.
He sticks out his tongue too.
(Blubbering)
Zam says,
SO, UNLESS EVERYONE'S TASTE
BUDS HAVE GONE WRONG, THERE MUST
BE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE WAY
THIS ICE CREAM HAS BEEN MADE.
Felix turns to Zoe and talks to her with his tongue hanging out.
(Blubbering indistinctly)
Zoe takes a deep breath.
She says,
WE NEED TO GO TO THE FAB FOOD
FACTORY AND FIND OUT.
Felix replies, THAT'S WHAT I SAID!
Scoops of ice cream fly out of Lolly’s truck.
Lolly says,
OOH!
THE NOZZLES ARE GOING NUTS!
(Grunting)
Zim and Zam dodge the flying ice cream.
Zam says,
OH, WE'LL STAY AND DEAL WITH
THIS MESS.
(Grunting)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix run back to the car on the other side of the street. They hop in.
Zam says, KEEP IN TOUCH!
The car travels down the street. It swerves to avoid flying ice cream scoops.
Felix says,
LOOK OUT!
EXPLODING ICE CREAMS!
(Grunting)
Scoops of ice cream land all over OKIDO. The mayor, a brown creature wearing a blue three-pointed hat and a gold chain, almost gets hit by ice cream on his balcony. He runs back into his house.
The car travels toward the city centre.
Zoe says,
GO OVER THE LOOP-THE-LOOP
BRIDGE, THE FAB FOOD FACTORY IS
UP THERE!
(Messy cheering)
The car travels upside down on the loop the loop. It stops in front of a building on a corner. The blue, white, and pink building is shaped like a stand-up mixer.
Felix says,
THERE IT IS!
WOW, IT'S ENORMOUS!
Messy, Zoe, and Felix run into the building. In the massive factory inside, four grey creatures wearing baker’s hats work on different foods on a long conveyor belt.
Messy says,
WHOA, IT'S HUGE.
AND THE CHEFS ARE TEENY.
HELLO!
A chef falls over.
Zoe asks,
WHERE DO YOU THINK THEY MAKE
THE ICE CREAMS?
Felix replies,
I'M NOT SURE!
THERE?
Messy, Zoe, and Felix look around the factory.
Zoe says,
PAST THE SPAGHETTI AND SOUP
SECTION.
Felix says,
MAYBE THERE, BY THE BREAD.
Zoe replies
LET'S GO THIS WAY, COME ON.
Messy and Felix follow Zoe into a colourful hallway. They each take turns running in and out of the rooms in the hallway.
Zim says,
ZOE, ZOE!
ARE YOU THERE?
Zoe presses a button on her wristwatch. Zim appears on the screen.
Zoe replies,
HI, ZIM, YES.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR THE ICE CREAM
ROOM NOW.
Felix adds,
BUT THE FACTORY IS GINORMOUS
AND THEY MAKE EVERY KIND OF FOOD
HERE, AND WE'RE LOST.
Zim replies,
WELL, YOU NEED TO KEEP LOOKING.
WITH NO ONE EATING ANY ICE
CREAM IT'S ALL BACKING UP AND
THE PRESSURE IN THE PIPES IS
TOO HIGH!
THAT'S WHY THE SCOOPS ARE
SHOOTING OUT!
Flying ice cream continues to land across OKIDO.
Zam adds,
AND IT'S GETTING WORSE!
THE WHOLE ICE CREAM DELIVERY
SYSTEM COULD EXPLODE!
PLEASE, FIND OUT WHAT'S GOING
ON WITH THOSE ICE CREAM--
WHOO!
--FLAVOURS!
A scoop of ice cream hits Zam
Zoe says,
GOTCHA!
QUICK, THIS WAY.
Felix asks,
ARE YOU SURE IT'S THIS WAY?
He follows Zoe and Messy down the hall. They end up in another part of the factory.
Zoe replies,
YES, UM...
WELL...
NO?
OKAY, TURN LEFT AFTER THE
CHOCOLATE MAKER.
A chocolate maker knocks chocolates out of a mold. Messy takes one.
Messy say, MM, THANKS.
(Sneezing)
Zoe and Felix stop. They turn back to Messy who eats the chocolate.
Messy says,
MM, I LOVE CHOCOLATE.
HM, THIS ISN'T CHOCOLATE.
THIS IS VANILLA FUDGE.
Zoe picks up a piece of chocolate.
She replies,
IT CAN'T BE VANILLA.
LOOK AND SMELL!
CHOCOLATE.
(Chewing)
(Sneezing)
Messy says,
THAT'S DEFINITELY VANILLA.
Zoe replies, CHOCOLATE.
Messy says, VANILLA.
Zoe replies, CHOCOLATE.
Messy says, IT'S VANILLA!
Zoe replies, CHOCOLATE.
Messy says, VANILLA.
Felix turns to one of the chocolate makers.
He asks,
EXCUSE ME, PLEASE, WHERE IS
THE ICE CREAM MADE?
The chocolate maker points back toward the hallway.
Zoe says, CHOCOLATE.
Messy replies, VANILLA!
Zoe says, CHOCOLATE.
Messy replies, VANILLA!
Felix pushes Zoe and Messy out of the room. They travel through a level in a video game where they jump on platforms, dodge yellow pipes, and walk through doors.
Felix says,
UP THERE, COME ON!
HURRY!
(Beeping)
Messy dangles from a platform.
He says, OH, MM, IT'S A BIG ONE.
Zoe asks, MESSY, WHAT'S WRONG?
(Sneezing)
(Beeping)
Messy falls back down to the start of the level.
(Alarm blaring)
Messy lands back in the hallway. Zoe and Felix rush to him.
Messy asks,
OOH, DID MY SNEEZE DO THAT?
Zoe presses a button on her watch.
She says,
ZAM, THE ALARM BELL'S RINGING
HERE.
WHAT'S GOING ON?
Chefs run up and down the hallway.
Zam answers,
OH, WE'VE REACHED RED ALERT!
Zim adds,
IF THE PIPES EXPLODE, ALL OF
OKIDO WILL--
Zim and Zam shout,
--BE COVERED IN ICE
CREAM!
Zoe ends her call.
She says,
WE NEED TO GET THOSE ICE
CREAM FLAVOURS BACK TO NORMAL,
QUICK!
Felix points.
He says,
LOOK, THE ICE CREAM ROOM!
Messy opens the door to the ice cream room. Inside, scoops of ice cream travel through clear glass tubes. A blue robot with a long vacuum arm attached to it reaches into the tubes.
Messy asks,
WHERE'S THE ICE CREAM CHEF?
Felix says,
I WONDER WHY A ROBOT IS
ADDING FLAVOURS.
Zoe adds,
I DIDN'T THINK ROBOTS HAD
TASTE BUDS.
The robot sucks up ice cream with its vacuum.
The robot says,
SMELL SENSORS ON.
ORANGE, ORANGE, ORANGE.
Felix tastes the ice cream.
He says,
IT'S NOT ORANGE, IT'S LEMON.
THE ROBOT IS GETTING THE
FLAVOURS MIXED UP.
(Grunting)
(Chuckling)
Messy jumps on a conveyor belt. He dodges flying scoops of ice cream as a purple creature wearing a baker’s hat on each ear walks into the ice cream room.
The creature says,
WHAT?
WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE ICE
CREAM!?
The robot continues to sample ice cream.
Zoe shouts,
FELIX, SWITCH THE ROBOT OFF!
The robot says,
BANANA, BANANA, BANANA, BANANA…
Felix presses a red button and the robot shuts down. The creature tastes one of the ice creams.
They say,
OH, THEY REALLY PUT CHEESE
FLAVOUR IN THE BANANA ICE CREAM.
Messy replies,
IT'S WORSE THAN THAT, HIS
MIXED UP ICE CREAM WAS SO BAD--
Felix says,
THAT NO ONE ATE ANY, AND ALL
THE PIPES GOT BACKED UP.
The ice cream scoops are lined up tightly in the glass tube.
The creature replies,
OH, NO. I FEEL TERRIBLE.
(Sneezing)
Messy, Zoe, and Felix say, BLESS YOU.
Zoe says,
DON'T WORRY, I THINK WE
STOPPED IT IN TIME.
ZIM, ONE LAST BLAST SHOULD CLEAR
THE PIPES FOR GOOD.
Zoe talks to Zim on her watch.
Zim replies,
ROGER THAT, ZOE.
LOLLY, OPEN UP ALL THE NOZZLES.
Ice cream scoops shoot out of the taps on Lolly’s ice cream truck.
At the same time, The mayor stands beside an apple core on a sidewalk.
He says,
RIGHT, THAT'S ME ALL CLEANED UP.
(Grunting)
The mayor is hit in the face with a scoop of ice cream.
Lolly says,
WONDERFUL!
IT'S WORKED.
Zim adds,
THE PRESSURE'S BACK TO
NORMAL, YOU DID IT!
Messy shouts,
BALA-BALA BOOM-BOOM!
Zoe and Felix cheer.
The purple creature says,
OH, THANK YOU.
I'LL NEVER LET MY ROBOT MAKE ICE
CREAM AGAIN.
Messy replies,
ROBOTS DON'T HAVE TASTE
BUDDIES, THAT'S WHY HE GOT IT
WRONG!
The creature adds,
I ONLY LET HIM HELP BECAUSE I
HAD A COLD.
THINGS TASTE A BIT FUNNY TO ME
TODAY.
(Both sneezing)
Zoe thinks.
She says,
AH.
HEY, LET ME TRY SOMETHING.
Zoe pinches Felix’s nose and feeds him something.
Felix says, HEY!
Zoe asks,
WHAT FLAVOUR IS THIS, FELIX?
Felix replies,
I'M NOT SURE.
IT TASTES SWEET.
VANILLA?
Zoe lets go of Felix’s nose.
She asks, HOW DOES IT TASTE NOW?
Felix answers,
MM, OH!
CHOCOLATE.
Messy asks, NOT VANILLA?
Zoe and Felix look at a chocolate.
Zoe says,
I KNEW IT!
WHEN OUR NOSES ARE BLOCKED, WE
CAN'T TASTE PROPERLY.
LIKE ZOOM SAID, WE NEED OUR
TASTE BUDS TO TASTE, BUT WE ALSO
NEED OUR NOSES.
TASTE BUDS PLUS SMELL EQUALS
YUM!
Zoe eats the chocolate.
The creature replies,
SO, MY STUFFED UP NOSE--
Messy adds, AND MINE!
Zoe says,
IS WHY FOOD TASTES FUNNY TO YOU.
Felix adds,
THEN ZOE AND ME ARE IN CHARGE
OF MAKING MORE ICE CREAM NOW,
'CAUSE OUR NOSES ARE WORKING
PROPERLY!
Messy replies,
WE WOULD MAKE FLAVOURS AS
YUCKY AS THE ROBOT.
(All laughing)
Later, Messy, Zoe, Felix walk over to Lolly ice cream truck. Zim, Zam, and Zoom meet them there.
Lolly says,
AW, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR
FIXING THE ICE CREAMS.
COME ON, WHAT FLAVOUR WOULD YOU
LIKE?
Messy answers,
VANILLA FOR ME, LOLLY.
OH, MY COLD'S NEARLY BETTER.
I CAN SAY "VUH" AGAIN!
VUH, VUH.
VUH, VUH, VUH, VUH, VUH, VUH.
Zoe and Felix raise their hands.
They answer, STRAWBERRY PLEASE!
(Sneezing)
Felix blows his nose on Messy’s handkerchief. Lolly gives Felix an ice cream cone.
Felix says,
THANKS, LOLLY.
SINCE WHEN DID STRAWBERRY ICE
CREAM TASTE LIKE CHEESE?!
Lolly shakes her head.
She says,
OH, NO.
NOT AGAIN.
Felix replies,
IT'S OKAY.
I'VE GOT MESSY'S COLD.
IT TASTES CHEESY TO ME 'CAUSE MY
NOSE DOESN'T--
(Sneezing)
Felix adds, --WORK.
Messy says,
OH, SORRY, FELIX.
MM!
I BETTER GO BEFORE I CATCH MY
COLD BACK.
Felix, Zoe, Zim, and Zam wave to Messy.
Felix says, BYE-BYE, MESSY.
Zoe says, BYE, MESSY.
Zam says, SEE YA.
(Laughing, cheering)
Messy returns to the living room. He runs across the couch and slides onto the blanket.
(Sniffing)
Messy says,
AH, SMELL SENSORS REACTIVATED.
(Sniffing)
Messy adds,
MM, SMELLS LIKE GREEN SOCK.
(Munching)
Messy pulls out a green sock and eats it.
Messy says,
AND TASTES LIKE GREEN SOCK, YUM!
Messy sings,
BA-LA-BA-LA BOOM-BOOM.
