The sun shines on a city by the sea with a big bridge.

A song plays and it goes
PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL, WE'LL BE THERE ON THE DOUBLE...

Six dogs run into a tall tower with a periscope at the top. A boy with brown hair presses a button. Six shields appear on screen.

The song continues
WHENEVER THERE'S A PROBLEM 'ROUND ADVENTURE BAY RYDER AND HIS TEAM OF PUPS WILL COME AND SAVE THE DAY.

The six dogs leave their six special kennels.

The song continues
MARSHALL, RUBBLE, CHASE, ROCKY, ZUMA, SKYE... YEAH, THEY'RE ON THE WAY.

Marshall is a Dalmatian firefighter, white with black spots. Rubble is a brown search and rescue bulldog. Chase is a black and brown German Shepherd police dog. Rocky is a gray recycling dog. Zuma is a brown Daschund. Skye is a small fluffy brown Cocker Spaniel.

The song continues
PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL, WHENEVER YOU'RE IN TROUBLE PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL, WE'LL BE THERE ON THE DOUBLE.

Ryder, and the dogs race down a street, each in a special type of car. Skye flies a helicopter.

The song continues
NO JOB IS TOO BIG, NO PUP IS TOO SMALL, PAW PATROL, WE'RE ON A ROLL!

Fast clips show the Paw Patrol rescuing a kitten from a tree. Then, Ryder gives the pups some treats.

The song continues
SO HERE WE GO, PAW PATROL, WHO-OH-OH, PAW PATROL, WHO-OH-OH-OH, PAW PATROL.

They all sit on a grassy hill, and the title of the show appears inside a shield and a bone: Paw patrol.

The song ends.

Today's episode is "Pups save Friendship Day."
Written by Michael Stokes.

Skye decorates a room with a garland while Rubble says ANOTHER FRIENDSHIP DAY
STREAMER ALL DONE.

Ryder says GREAT JOB, PUPS.

Zuma says I LOVE FRIENDSHIP DAY.
IT'S JUST-- HMM... FRIENDLY.

Rubble shows a board with grey dog-shaped cards and says CHECK IT OUT, RYDER.
WE'RE MAKING FRIENDSHIP CARDS
FOR EVERYBODY IN TOWN.

Marshall has two cannons on his back and says PAINT CANNON'S READY.

He barks, shoots the paint cannon on to one of the cards, and says AN OCEAN BLUE CARD
FOR CAP'N TURBOT.

He barks, shoots again, and says APPLE RED FOR FARMER YUMI.

He barks, shoots again, and says BROCCOLI GREEN
FOR MR. PORTER.

Rubble puts a card into an envelope.

Chase holds a stamp and says AND NOW THE STAMPS.

He licks it, sticks it on the envelope, and says YUCK. DO WE HAVE ANY LIVER
FLAVORED STAMPS?

They all laugh.

Marshall says HERE'S OUR CARD FOR
CARLOS AND MATEA.
UM, HOW DO YOU SAY
"FRIEND" IN SPANISH?

Chase says AMIGO.

Marshall says AND HERE'S ONE FOR FRANCOIS.
HOW DO YOU SAY
"FRIEND" IN FRENCH?

Skye says AMI.

Marshall and the Patrol start singing while jumping around.

The song goes "AMIGOS, AMIS
BUDDIES AND CHUMS
WE'LL ALL BE FRIENDS FOREVER
NO MATTER WHAT COMES
FRIENDS, FRIENDS, FRIENDS
WE ARE ALL FRIENDS, YEAH
I'M A FRIEND TO YOU,
YOU'RE A FRIEND TO ME
WE'RE THE BEST OF
FRIENDS, FRIENDS, FRIENDS
COMPADRE!
COMRADE!
BOSOM BUDDY OF MINE
NO MATTER HOW YOU SAY IT
FRIENDS HAVE THE BEST TIME
FILOS
SADIQI
COMPANION TOO
THERE ARE ALL SORTS OF WAYS TO
SAY I'M A FRIEND TO YOU
FRIENDS, FRIENDS, FRIENDS
WE ARE ALL FRIENDS, YEAH
I'M A FRIEND TO YOU,
YOU'RE A FRIEND TO ME
WE'RE THE BEST OF
FRIENDS, FRIENDS, FRIENDS... ."

Marshall howls and accidently shoots paint on the other dogs.

He says OOPS.

They all look at each other and laugh.

Rubble drives his loader down a street, transporting Marshall and bags of friendship cards.

Rubble says WE GOT TO HURRY OUR
CARDS TO THE POST OFFICE
TO BE DELIVERED IN TIME
FOR FRIENDSHIP DAY.

Marshall says RUBBLE, WE PICKED
THE WRONG ROAD.
THIS TAKES US PAST...

He gasps and then both say THE SPOOKY HOUSE!

They stop in front of a run-down house with a brown, uneven, wooden fence, and a tall, dry tree.

Rubble says A FRIEND OF A FRIEND OF A FRIEND
TOLD ME THAT A CREEPY
CRITTER LIVES THERE.

The fence moves suddenly and something snarls behind it.

They both yell and drive away. They stop in front of a postman and Mayor Goodway.

Mayor Goodway has long brown hair and brown eyes. She wears a blue blouse and a darker-blue skirt. She holds a red purse which holds a white chicken sleeping.

She says OH!
CHICKALETTA! LOOK AT ALL
THOSE FRIENDSHIP CARDS.

The chicken snores and clucks

The postman has short, blond hair and green eyes. He wears a light-blue shirt, blue shorts, and a blue cap. He holds a blue messenger bag and a letter.

He says THANKS, PUPS.
IT WILL BE MY DE-LIGHT
TO DE-LIVER THEM.

Mayor Goodway says THOSE CARDS JUST GO TO
PROVE THAT ADVENTURE BAY
IS THE FRIENDLIEST TOWN AROUND.

Mayor Humdinger appears and says HA!
He is middle-aged and has short, blonde hair, and a blond mustache. He wears a blue tuxedo and a blue top hat. He walks along a brown cat.

He approaches the others and continues NO PLACE IS AS FRIENDLY
AS FRIENDLY FOGGY BOTTOM.

Mayor Goodway laughs and says MAYOR HUMDINGER,
I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU'D
MAKE SUCH A SILLY CLAIM.
WHY, JUST LOOK AT ALL THOSE
FRIENDSHIP CARDS BEING SENT
IN ADVENTURE BAY.

The Mayor says WE HAVE SOME FRIENDSHIP CARDS
THAT NEED DELIVERING TOO.

A cannon appears on the side off the cat and blue, top-hat-shaped cards shoot from it.

The mailman gets hit by the cards, trips, and says WHOA! WHOA! OW!
MY ANKLE!

Mayor Humdinger looks at the cat and says OH, BAD KITTY-WITTY.
YOU SHOULD LEARN
TO AIM BETTER.

Marshall says MR. POSTMAN!
ARE YOU OKAY?

The Postman says WHOA!
OOH, I PROBABLY
JUST TWISTED MY ANKLE.
BUT HOW AM I GOING TO
DE-LIVER ALL THOSE CARDS TO
ALL THOSE DE-SERVING FOLKS?

Mayor Humdinger says WELL, THAT'S JUST DI-SASTROUS.
I GUESS ADVENTURE BAY ISN'T
THE FRIENDLIEST TOWN ANYMORE.

Mayor Goodway says OF COURSE IT IS. IT'S...
IT'S BEST FRIEND FRIENDLY.

Mayor Humdinger says YEAH? WELL, FOGGY BOTTOM IS
BEST FRIEND FOREVER FRIENDLY.

Mayor Goodway says OH! ADVENTURE BAY
IS BEST FRIEND FOREVER
PLUS 100 YEARS FRIENDLY!
NO CHANGIES.

Mayor Humdinger scoffs away and says I'LL PROVE MY TOWN
IS FRIENDLIER.
FOGGY BOTTOM CHALLENGES
ADVENTURE BAY TO A FRIEND-OFF.

They all gasp and Rubble says WAIT, WHAT'S A FRIEND-OFF?

Mayor Humdinger says UM... IT'S A CONTEST!
WHICHEVER TOWN COMES UP WITH
THE ULTIMATE
FRIENDSHIP DAY GIFT WINS.

They walk away while the cat chuckles.

Mayor Goodway says WHAT DO WE DO?
WHAT DO WE DO?
I NEED AN ULTIMATE
FRIENDSHIP DAY GIFT.
AND WE NEED TO GET
THESE CARDS DELIVERED.

Mayor Goodway and says RYDER!

Now, Ryder talks through a video call and says MAYOR, WE'LL MAKE SURE
EVERYONE GETS THEIR CARDS.
NO JOB IS TOO BIG,
NO PUP IS TOO SMALL!

Mayor Goodway says OH, THANK YOU, RYDER.

Ryder clicks on the device and says PAW PATROL,
TO THE LOOKOUT!

The screen gets divided to show each pup and they say RYDER NEEDS US!

They all bark as they enter to the Lookout.

Marshall says WAIT FOR ME!
WHOA! WHOA!

He enters running, slips on a sheet of stamps, and falls into the elevator on top of the other pups.

Chase says THAT'S OUR MARSHALL,
PUTTING THE "STAMP."
IN "STAMPEDE."

They all laugh, the elevator door close, and it starts moving up.

They step out, form in line, and Chase says PAW PATROL READY
FOR ACTION, RYDER, SIR.

Ryder turns on the wall screen and says SPEEDY DELIVERY, PUPS. THANKS.
MR. POSTMAN FELL AND GOT HURT.
MY ANKLE!
AND WE HAVE TO HANDLE THE MAIL.
BUT THAT'S A BIG JOB,
ESPECIALLY ON FRIENDSHIP DAY.
SO, WE'RE GOING TO
NEED ALL PAWS ON DECK
TO GET THOSE FRIENDSHIP
CARDS DELIVERED.

The pups bark and cheer.

Ryder continues ALL RIGHT! PAW PATROL
IS ON A ROLL!

He slides down a pole, and the pups go down a slide while barking.

A song plays.

It sings PAW PATROL
GO, GO, GO, GO, GO, GO!
WHOA!
PAW PATROL,
GO, GO, GO, GO, GO, GO!
MARSHALL!

Marshall lands in his fire station kennel, and it turns into a fire truck. He drives away.

The song continues GO, GO, GO, GO, GO, GO!
GO, GO, GO!
GO, GO, GO, GO, GO, GO!
(SIREN SOUNDING)
GO, GO, GO, GO, GO, GO!
RUBBLE!

Rubble lands in his loader kennel, and it turns into a functional loader. He drives away.

The songs continues GO, GO, GO, GO, GO, GO!
GO, GO, GO, GO, GO, GO!
PAW PATROL, PAW PATROL

Ryder races out on his quad.
(Sirens wailing)

The team crosses drives into town and stops in front of the Postman.

Ryder jumps off his quad and says ALL RIGHT, PUPS, LET'S GET THOSE
FRIENDSHIP CARDS DE-LIVERED.

The Postman says I COULDN'T HAVE SAID
IT BETTER MYSELF, RYDER.

Ryder says RUBBLE AND ROCKY,
HELP LOAD UP.

Rubble jumps off his truck and says WILL DO.
SHOVEL!

A shovel sticks out of his back pack.

Rocky jumps off his truck and says ON IT!
CLAW!

A claw sticks out of his back pack and he barks.

Ryder says THIS BAG IS FOR ZUMA.
IT HAS THE CARDS GOING
OUT TO THE ISLAND
AND ACROSS THE BAY.

He puts a bag of cards in Rubble?s shovel. Rubble then brings the bag to Zuma.

Ryder continues THESE CARDS HAVE
TO GO TO THE MOUNTAIN;
THAT'S YOUR JOB, SKYE.

Skye hovers over the bag and lets down a hook that secures the bag.

Ryder continues MARSHALL, THESE ONES
GET DELIVERED
TO THE NORTH SIDE OF TOWN.
AND, CHASE, THESE ONES
GO TO THE SOUTH.

Mayor Goodway appears balancing a very tall cake, with different layers and colours.

She says OH, RYDER! PUPS!
I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE!

Chase says WHOA.
THAT IS A GIGANTINORMOUS CAKE!
IT'S ACTUALLY EVERY CAKE

Mayor Goodway says IN MR. PORTER'S SHOP.
I SMUSHED THEM TOGETHER
TO MAKE THE ULTIMATE
FRIENDSHIP DAY GIFT CAKE.
IT HAS TO GET TO
FOGGY BOTTOM PRONTO.

Ryder says CHANGE OF PLANS!
CHASE TAKES THE CAKE.

Chase says YES, SIR, RYDER.

Ryder says MARSHALL, YOU'LL HAVE TO COVER
BOTH THE NORTH AND
THE SOUTH SIDES OF TOWN.

Marshall gasps, puts a scared face, and says BUT THE SOUTH SIDE IS
WHERE THE SPOOKY HOUSE IS.
I CAN DO IT.
NO MATTER WHAT RAIN,
OR SNOW, OR STORMS MAY BREW,
WE PUPS WILL SEE
THE MAIL GETS THROUGH.

S? says LET'S GO!

They all cheer and bark.
The cat appears behind the group and she chuckles nastily.

Now, a song plays that goes AMIGOS, AMIS
BUDDIES AND CHUMS
WE'LL ALL BE FRIENDS FOREVER
NO MATTER WHAT COMES

Skye flies over the mountains delivering the cards. Men and animals receive them and smile.

The song continues TOVARISCH
HOMIE
BEST MATE TOO
THERE ARE ALL SORTS OF WAYS
TO SAY I'M A FRIEND TO YOU

Zuma delivers the cards aboard his hovercraft to a man on his boat and two whales.

The song continues FRIENDS, FRIENDS, FRIENDS

Marshall drives his truck down a street, delivering the cards using his cannons.

The song continues WE ARE ALL FRIENDS, YEAH
I'M A FRIEND TO YOU,
YOU'RE A FRIEND TO ME
WE'RE THE BEST OF
FRIENDS, FRIENDS, FRIENDS

Now, in Foggy Bottom, cats fill balloons with helium and tie them to baskets.

Mayor Humdinger says SUCH GOOD KITTIES.
KEEP FILLING THOSE
BALLOONS WITH HELIUM.
JUST LOOK AT ALL THIS DELICIOUS
CARROT AND CABBAGE CANDY.
WHAT COULD BE FRIENDLIER THAN
SENDING A BALLOON BASKET
FULL OF TEETH-TINGLING CANDIES
TO EVERY PERSON
IN ADVENTURE BAY?
ESPECIALLY SINCE FOGGY BOTTOM
HAS ALL THE DENTISTS.

He chuckles maliciously. Then, the chief cat taps on his leg and Mayor Humdinger gasps.

The cat meows to him and he says WHAT? A GIANT CAKE?
THAT'S DIABOLICALLY FRIENDLY.
YOU KITTIES KEEP WORKING. YOU!
COME WITH ME. WE'RE GOING
TO STOP MAYOR GOODWAY'S
SICKENINGLY SWEET CAKE
FROM GETTING DELIVERED!

He and the chief cat walk away.
The other cats meow to each other and start eating the candy, leaving the basket unattended. A rabbit hops into one of the baskets and starts eating the candy.

Back at Marshall?s truck, he says THIS ONE IS FOR HOOTIE,
AND HIS NEST ADDRESS
IS JUST AHEAD.

He arrives to the spooky house and gulps nervously. There is a mailbox on top of the tree.

Now, Chase drives in the forest. Mayor Humdinger and his cat hide behind a tree.

Mayor Humdinger chuckles and says TIME TO MAKE OUR POINT.

The cat meows and shoots several tackles in the air towards Rubble?s truck, hitting and popping his tires.

Chase says WHOA! WHOA!

He loses control of the truck, making the cake to fall on him.

He says THIS IS A CAKE-TASTROPHE!
AND MY TIRES ARE
AS FLAT AS PANCAKES!
THERE'S NO WAY I'M GETTING
TO FOGGY BOTTOM NOW.

Mayor Humdinger chuckles in the distance and says LET'S GET BACK
TO OUR BALLOON BASKETS;
WE HAVE A FRIENDSHIP DAY
CONTEST TO WIN.

Back in Foggy Bottom, more rabbits hop on the baskets. They munch on the rope tying them to the floor, cutting them loose and flying away.

The cats eat the candy, until they look up, see the balloons flying the baskets away , gasp and meow "Uh-oh!"

Back at the spooky house, Marshall parks his truck next to the tree, and says SNEAKY, QUIET
LIKE A MOUSE
WOOF...
UH... WOOF.
OH...
WOOF! LADDER UP.

The ladder goes up to the mail box on the tree. He climbs it and says FINISH FAST
AND DRIVE AWAY FROM
THE SPOOKY HOUSE

Hootie, the purple owl, comes hooting out of its hole. Marshall yells and falls off the branch, grabs a lower branch with his mouth, and holds the bag of cards with his back paw.

He says HOOTIE, HELP!

Hootie flies to the bag of cards, pick its own, pull the card, and goes back into its house.

Marshall, still holding up with his mouth, says YOU'RE WELCOME.

He then sighs.

Back where Chase is cleaning up the tackles, Ryder and Rocky arrive to help.

Chase says SOMEONE PLAYED A
TACKY TRICK, RYDER.

Ryder says WE'LL HAVE TO LET MAYOR GOODWAY
KNOW ABOUT THE CAKE.
CAN YOU CHANGE THOSE
FLAT TIRES, ROCKY?

Rocky jumps off from his truck and says GREEN MEANS WE'LL GET YOU
GO, GO, GOING SOON, CHASE.
RATCHET.

A ratchet comes out of his tool box and starts pulling the screws of the tires.

Ryder?s communicator rings and Skye says RYDER!

Ryder says WHAT'S UP, SKYE?

Skye says I'VE GOT BUNNIES ON THE BREEZE,
HARES IN THE AIR.
THEY'RE EVERYWHERE.

Ryder says THE FRIENDSHIP CARDS
WILL HAVE TO WAIT, SKYE.
GET THOSE BUNNIES
BACK TO EARTH.

Skye says I'M HOPPING TO IT. SKYE OUT.

Ryder says THIS IS THE CRAZIEST
FRIENDSHIP DAY I CAN REMEMBER.
WHAT ELSE COULD GO WRONG?

Back in the spooky house, the bag of cards slips off Marshall?s paw and falls on the yard. As a black shadow approaches the cards, he balances off from the branch to the ground, across the fence from the yard.

He yells WHOA!

A chittering noise comes from across the fence and Marshall approaches a hole on it.

He says WHAT ABOUT MY BAGFUL
OF FRIENDSHIP CARDS?

A shadow gets quickly casted over the hole, and Marshall gasps and yells WHOA!

He jumps back to his truck, where from he says COME IN! RYDER?

Back at where Rocky is repairing the truck, Marshall appears on Ryder?s communicator and says THE CARDS ARE STILL
IN THE MAILBAG,
BUT IT'S ON THE OTHER
SIDE OF THE FENCE.

Ryder says HANG TIGHT, MARSHALL.
I'LL SEND RUBBLE OVER
TO LIFT THE BAG OUT
WITH HIS CRANE.

Back in Foggy Bottom, the cats sit on a fence meowing and belching.

Mayor Humdinger arrives and says WHAT?! THE BASKETS! THE CANDY!
WHAT HAPPENED?!

A rabbit squeaks from inside a basket, the chief cat jumps into it to scare the rabbit off, but brakes the rope that ties the basket, and starts flying away.

Mayor Humdinger yells COME BACK!
OH, THIS IS TERRIBLE!
HOW CAN FOGGY BOTTOM WIN
FRIENDSHIP DAY NOW?
NEVER LEAVE
ITTY-BITTY KITTIES IN CHARGE
OF A BIG NOGOODNIK SCHEME.

The cats sitting on the bench look at him and one of them meows.

Back in the air, Skye tries to catch one of the bunnies flying around in the baskets.

She says ALMOST GOT YOU, BUNNY.
OH...
THIS ISN'T WORKING.

The basket flies away from the helicopter. She then taps on the communicator and says RYDER?

Ryder says HOW'S IT GOING, SKYE?

Skye says NOT GOOD.
THE WIND FROM MY 'COPTER BLADES
IS BLOWING BUNNIES
ALL OVER THE SKY!
WE NEED ANOTHER PLAN.

Ryder hums, snaps his fingers, and says I THINK THAT IS THE PLAN.
BLOW THE BUNNIES TOWARDS US.
WE'LL BE READY.
CHASE, I NEED YOUR NET
BETWEEN THOSE TWO LAMPPOSTS
AND THOSE TWO TREES.

Chase says ROGER, RYDER.
NET.

Chase shoots out a net that gets tied to the lampposts and trees.

Ryder says GREAT JOB, CHASE.

Mayor Goodway arrives driving, gets out of her car, and says IS EVERYONE ALL RIGHT?

Ryder says EVERYONE EXCEPT

Mayor Goodway says THE FRIENDSHIP DAY CAKE.
IT'S RUINED,
WRECKED, RAVAGED!
DON'T LOOK AT IT, CHICKALETTA.

Ryder says ROCKY, GOT ANYTHING
THAT CAN SMOOTH OUT
SOME SMUSHINESS?

Rocky says YOU BET, RYDER.
SPATULA.

A spatula comes out of his tool box and says I KNEW THIS WOULD
COME IN HANDY ONE DAY.

Mayor Goodway says OH, DEAR!
WHAT A DISASTER!

Rocky approaches the cake with the spatula and says DON'T WORRY, MAYOR.
I'M ROCKING THIS RECYCLE.

He starts working on the cake, and pieces of icing start flying all over the place.

Mayor Goodway says OH! WHOA!

Chickaletta jumps out of Mayor Goodway?s purse and starts pecking on the icing on the floor.

Back at the spooky house, Rubble lets down his crane to grab the bag of cards, and says I'LL HAVE THOSE
FRIENDSHIP CARDS
SCOOPED UP AS FAST
AS A FLEA FLIPS.

Marshall looks through the hole on the fence and says ALMOST THERE.

As a fury arm takes away the bag and get into the house, Marshall says HE'S GOT THE CARDS!
OH, NO! NOW WHAT?

Rubble says MAYBE WE COULD... KNOCK ON
THE DOOR AND ASK FOR THEM BACK?

They both gulp nervously.

Now, Skye blows the baskets towards above to net, and Ryder says GREAT JOB, SKYE.
CHASE, TENNIS BALL CANNON.

Chase barks and says CANNON!

The cannon shoots tennis balls that pop the balloons, making the baskets land on the net.

Ryder helps a rabbit out of a basket and says THERE YOU GO, LITTLE BUNNY.
HUH? WHAT'S THIS?
HMM... I KNOW WHERE
THESE BUNNIES ARE COMING FROM.

He finds a blue top-hat-shaped card.

Skye says OH, NO. RYDER!
I JUST SAW TWO MORE BUNNY
BASKETS HEADING OVER THE BAY.
THEY'LL DRIFT OUT TOO FAR
BEFORE I CAN GET TO THEM.

Ryder grabs his communicator and says I KNOW WHO CAN HELP.
ZUMA, YOU'RE UP.

Back in the spooky house, Marshall and Rubble open the front gate.

Marshall says I W-WONDER WHO LIVES HERE.

Rubble says AS LONG AS IT IS
A "WHO" AND NOT A "WHAT."
OR A SNEAKY, SKULKY,
GRABBY, GOTCHA THING.

Marshall gasps and Rubble continues I'M SURE IT ISN'T THOUGH.

They walk to the door, Marshall gulps, knocks and hides behind Rubble, whimpering. Rubble chuckles.

The door knob rattles and the pups gasp and whimper

Now, Zuma drives his hovercraft and says RYDER, I'VE GOT MY EYES
ON TWO BUNNIES OVER THE BAY.

Through the communicator, Ryder says THEY'RE FLYING PRETTY HIGH
ABOVE YOU, ZUMA.

Zuma says IT'S COOL.
I HAVE A FRIEND WHO'S
GOING TO GIVE ME A LIFT.

A whale gets out of the water, with the hovercraft sitting on top.
In one of the baskets, the chief cat meows.

Zuma says A LITTLE WET JET
PLEASE, MAMA BLUE.

The whale blows a water jet, Zuma pulls the rabbit onto his craft, and knocks the cat out of the other basket, falling on top of the baby whale?s water jet.

Zuma says WAY TO GO, BABY-O!
BUOY.

A buoy shoots out from the craft and rescues the cat, which meows.

Through the communicator, Zuma says RYDER,
I THINK I KNOW WHO'S BEHIND
ALL THIS HARE RAISING.

Ryder says THANKS, ZUMA.
I'VE GOT A PRETTY
GOOD IDEA MYSELF.

He arrives on his quad to Foggy Bottom, which Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta riding behind him. They park right behind Mayor Humdinger.

Mayor Humdinger holds a balloon and says OH, UM...

He lets go off the balloon, which deflates and lands on his nose. He and the cats behind him chuckle and giggle.

He then says HI, FRIENDS.

Back in the spooky house, the door creaks and the pups gasp.

An elderly lady comes out and says OH, HELLO, HELLO, HELLO!
I'M MISS MARGERY.

Miss Margery has short, white hair and wears a pink sweater, a blue skirt, and blue-framed glasses.

She continues THIS MUST BE MY LUCKILY DAY.
FIRST, I GET A WHOLE BAG
OF FRIENDSHIP CARDS,
AND NOW I HAVE VISITORS.

Rubble says THIS IS YOUR HOUSE?

Marshall says YOU'RE NOT SCARY AT ALL!

Rubble says WHAT ABOUT THE CREEPY
CRITTER THAT LIVES HERE?

Miss Margery says CREEPY CRITTER?
YOU MEAN MAYNARD?
OH, HE'S JUST
A GROUCHY OLD RACCOON.

A shrub shakes and a raccoon pops up from it.

The pups yell and Miss Margery says MAYNARD, STOP IT!

Maynard hides and she continues HE'S JUST A BIG GROWLER.
MAYNARD WOULDN'T
HURT A FLY... OR A PUP.

The pups laugh and Marshall says UM, ABOUT THOSE CARDS...

Miss Margery says OH, I KNOW.
THEY'RE NOT ALL FOR ME.
BUT IT WAS NICE TO
PRETEND I WAS SO POPULAR.

She grabs from inside the bag and gives it back to them. But before they grab it, Maynard jumps from a shrub, takes the bag, and runs away.

Miss Margery yells MAYNARD!
BRING THOSE BACK!

Marshall says WE GOT TO STOP HIM.

He barks and they start chasing the raccoon.

Back in Foggy Bottom, Mayor Goodway says MAYOR HUMDINGER,
PERHAPS YOU'D CARE TO EXPLAIN
WHAT YOU'VE BEEN DOING
TO THOSE POOR BUNNIES.

Mayor Humdinger says BUNNIES?
I DON'T SEE ANY BUNNIES.
I WAS JUST, UH-- OH, I WAS
JUST MAKING YOU THE WORLD'S
BIGGEST BALLOON BOUQUET.
IT'S MY ULTIMATE
FRIENDSHIP DAY GIFT
TO YOU AND ADVENTURE BAY.

He holds several balloons out to them, but one balloon pops and deflates, making him chuckle.

Mayor Goodway says A BALLOON BOUQUET?

Mayor Humdinger says OF COURSE!
HMM, AND I NOTICE YOU DON'T
HAVE A GIFT IN RETURN.
THAT MEANS I WIN
THE FRIENDSHIP CONTEST!

Rocky and Chase arrive carrying the cake that looks just like Mayor Humdinger, and Rocky says NOT SO FAST!

Mayor Humdinger says WHY-- WHY THAT IS
THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THING
I HAVE EVER SEEN.

The cats start licking the feet of the cake, and Mayor Humdinger yells AH! SHOO!
GET AWAY FROM
THAT GORGEOUS CAKE.
NO KITTEN FUR ON MY FROSTING.

Ryder says WOW! GREAT JOB, ROCKY.

Rocky says THANKS, RYDER.

Mayor Goodway says OH, IT'S MARVELLOUS! WHAT DO YOU
SAY NOW, MAYOR HUMDINGER?

Mayor Humdinger says I DON'T CARE HOW DEVASTATINGLY
HANDSOME YOUR CAKE IS.
I'LL SHOW YOU HOW INCREDIBLE
A FOGGY BOTTOM GIFT CAN BE!
THERE! WHAT DO YOU
THINK OF THAT?

He holds a lot of balloons and starts flying off.

He says WHAT?
HELP!

Mayor Goodway says OH, NO!

He continues MY ARM IS TANGLED
IN THE STRINGS!
WHAT?!

Mayor Goodway drops the purse, runs and jumps, grabbing Mayor Humdinger from his legs.

She yelps and says OH, CHICKALETTA,
DON'T TRY TO RESCUE ME!

Ryder sighs and says WOW, WHAT A DAY.

Back in the spooky house, Marshall look at the raccoon on top of the tree with the bag, sighs and says WHAT A DAY.

Floating in the air, Mayor Goodway says OH, WHAT A DAY!
WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING AT?

Mayor Humdinger says YOU TRIED TO SAVE ME.
THAT'S THE NICEST THING YOU
OR ANYONE HAS EVER DONE FOR ME.

Mayor Goodway says THAT'S WHAT FRIENDS DO
FOR EACH OTHER.

Mayor Humdinger says YOU MEAN, YOU
AND I ARE... FRIENDS?

Mayor Goodway says OF COURSE WE ARE!
THOUGH IF YOU WERE A BIT NICER,
NICE THINGS MIGHT
HAPPEN TO YOU MORE OFTEN.

Mayor Humdinger says MAYBE I'LL TRY THAT... FRIEND.

Ryder grabs the communicator and says SKYE, THAT'S A LOT OF BALLOONS.
SEE IF YOU CAN BLOW THEM
BACK TOWARDS US.

Skye flies her helicopter and says WILL DO, RYDER!

Ryder says WE NEED TO BRING
THE MAYORS BACK DOWN TO EARTH.
CHASE, USE YOUR
TENNIS BALL CANNON
TO POP SOME OF THOSE BALLOONS.

Chase says YES, SIR, RYDER, SIR.

He barks, and three tennis balls shoot out, popping some balloons, and causing them to start flying further away.

He continues WHOOPS. SORRY, RYDER.
THAT MAY HAVE BEEN
ONE POP TOO MANY.

Ryder says LET'S FOLLOW THEM.

Back in the house, Miss Margery says YOO-HOO!
MAYNARD!

The mayors approach flying without control, Maynard gets scared and jumps to Miss Margery?s arms. The balloons get popped by the tree, and the Mayors hold on from the branches.

Mayor Humdinger says DRAT IT ALL!

Marshall gasps and says THE CARDS!

He runs to his truck, barks and says LADDER!

He goes up the ladder and grabs the bag with his mouth as Mayor Humdinger says HELP!
SOMEBODY!

The branch he was holding on breaks and he falls to the ground. His hat lands on Marshall?s head, who also falls to the ground and lands on Mayor Humdinger.

Mayor Humdinger says WHAT A DAY.

Rubble says YAY, MARSHALL!

Marshall drops the bag and starts licking Mayor Humdinger?s face

Mayor Humdinger says UGH! YOU-- STOP!

Mayor Goodway flies floats to the ground, aided by some balloons, and says NOW THAT IS FRIENDSHIP.

Later, Marshall says THANKS FOR HELPING US GET
THE FRIENDSHIP CARDS BACK,
MISS MARGERY.

Miss Margery says YOU PUPS GO OFF AND
DELIVER THEM NOW.
THERE'LL BE PEOPLE WAITING.

Marshall says HI, RYDER.

Ryder says WHAT'S WRONG, MARSHALL?

Marshall says WOULDN'T THE BEST WAY TO
CELEBRATE FRIENDSHIP DAY
BE TO MAKE A NEW FRIEND?

Rubble says FOR SURE!

Ryder says MARSHALL, YOU ARE
ABSOLUTELY RIGHT.

Now, Ryder rides his quad with Miss Margery sitting behind him, delivering cards, and they chuckle. Marshall and Maynard drive behind them.

A song plays AMIGOS, AMIS
BUDDIES AND CHUMS
WE'LL ALL BE FRIENDS FOREVER
NO MATTER WHAT COMES

The Mayors give out pieces of cake to different people.

The song continues FRIENDS, FRIENDS, FRIENDS

Ryder and the pups, walk and play in a grassy hill.
Marshall comes running from behind, crashing on them, and says WAIT FOR ME!

The song continues WE ARE ALL FRIENDS, YEAH
I'M A FRIEND TO YOU,
YOU'RE A FRIEND TO ME
WE'RE THE BEST OF
FRIENDS, FRIENDS, FRIENDS

The Postman says TOMODACHI

Mayor Goodway says AMIGO

Mayor Humdinger says OH, UH, PAL O' MINE?

Ryder dances with Miss Margery and says NO MATTER HOW YOU SAY IT
FRIENDS HAVE THE BEST TIME

Miss Margery says HOALOHA

Mayor Goodway says RAFIKI

Rubble and Skye say BFF TOO

Ryder sings THERE ARE ALL SORTS OF WAYS
TO SAY I'M A FRIEND TO YOU
FRIENDS, FRIENDS, FRIENDS
WE ARE ALL FRIENDS, YEAH
I'M A FRIEND TO YOU,
YOU'RE A FRIEND TO ME
WE'RE THE BEST OF
FRIENDS, FRIENDS, FRIENDS

They all sing together in front of the City Hall.

The end credits roll as rock music plays.
