GABBY NARRATES: He wakes us up in the morning with this sound…
THOMAS AND GABBY: Cocka Doodle Doo!!
[Rooster crows]
GABBY: That sound is called a crow.
[Rooster crows, whoosh, upbeat music plays, cows moo, horse nickers, hens cluck]
DESCRIPTION: Gabby climbs up a playground slope and runs down a slide on the other side. Gabby enters the chicken coop and sits on the floor among the hens.
GABBY: Hi, hens! I just drop it on the ground. They all go to it.
[Gabby laughs]
DESCRIPTION: Gabby drops feed into a metal bucket hanging from the ceiling. At the bottom, the hens eat. Gabby picks up feed and hand-feeds hens.
GABBY: Hens lay eggs. Let's go check their nest boxes to find some!

DESCRIPTION: Gabby picks up a basket and carefully walks through the gathered chickens. Hens fly out of their nest boxes, and Gabby gathers eggs.
GABBY: I have to be gentle. I do not want to crack the eggs. Good job, hens! Time to count them.

DESCRIPTION: Gabby does an extra circle around the last pail and carries their egg towards a hay bale. Their tongue pokes out of the corner of their mouth. At the hay bale, Gabby stops and picks up the egg.
GABBY: Made it! Didn't crack!

DESCRIPTION: Cows stand in a field. Ducks and hens waddle in the grass near a wooden building. A flock of sheep runs beside a fence. Gabby stands with hens, who peck at the grass.
