Donkey Hodie walks through a flower garden where a giant flower stem grows.
A singer sings, SHE LOVES ADVENTURE,
SHE LOVES SURPRISE
WHEN THERE'S A PROBLEM,
SHE TRIES AND TRIES.
Donkey Hodie rides the growing stem.
People sing, LET'S GO
DONKEY HODIE.
Donkey Hodie jumps off the flower stem.
The singer sings, IF SHE FAILS,
SHE'LL BOUNCE RIGHT BACK.
Donkey Hodie bounces off a drum near Grampy Hodie and over a green Duck.

TO HELP MY MOMMA BAKE PURPLE
COOKIES FOR THE BAKE SALE.
Donkey says, YOU'RE…YOU'RE GOING
FOR THE DAY?
Panda says, YEAH SORRY, DONKEY.
I CAN'T PLAY TODAY.
HOPE YOU HAVE A HEE-HAWESOME,
HEYO DAY!
Donkey sadly says, THANKS, AND YOU TOO, PANDA!

Panda says, BYE!
Donkey puts down her radio.
[Donkey sighing]
Donkey says, OH, I HAD BIG HEE-HAWESOME,
HEYO PLANS
FOR PANDA AND I TODAY.
[Donkey sighing]
Donkey says, DOUBLE BONGO BALL,
HIGH-FIVE LOW-FIVE FUN DANCE,
ROPE TUG CHAMPIONSHIP
OF DONKEY AND PANDA!
[Donkey groaning]
Donkey says, WELP, IT LOOKS LIKE
I'LL JUST HAVE TO DO
ALL THESE HEE-HAWESOME,
HEYO THINGS ALL BY MYSELF!
In a field, Donkey sits on a rock with bongos and a ball. She throws the ball high in the air and starts playing the bongos.
[Bongo music plays]
The ball bounces off Donkey’s head. Later, Donkey dances.
She sings, BOP-BA-DOP-BA-DOP-BOO!
She raises a hoof.
She says, HIGH FIVE!
Donkey lowers her hoof.
[Donkey sighing]
Donkey sings, BOP-BA-DOP-BA-DOP-BOO!
She lowers her hoof.
She says, LOW FIVE?
[Donkey sighing]
Later, Donkey holds the end of a rope.
She says, ONE, TWO, THREE
TUG!
She pulls on the rope and falls over.
Donkey yelps, AHHH!
She stands up with the rope tangled over her head.
[Donkey groaning]
Later, Donkey sits on the stone fence around a garden.
[Donkey sighing]
Donkey says, THIS DAY SURE TURNED OUT
DIFFERENTLY THAN I WAS THINKING.
OH, I HAD SUCH HIGH
HEE-HAWESOME, HEYO HOPES!
AND NOW LOOK AT ME,
ALL BY MYSELF,
WITH NOTHING TO DO.
NO PANDA TO PLAY WITH.
NO ONE ELSE AROUND TO PLAY
WITH BUT ME.
She pauses.
Donkey continues, BUT ME?
BUT MEEE?
BUT MEEE!
[Donkey sighing]
Donkey says, YEAH, BUT ME.
[Cheerful music plays]
Donkey sings, NO ONE'S COMING TO PLAY.
I WENT TO SEE PANDA
BUT HE'S GONE AWAY.
THIS HEE-HAWESOME DAY
JUST WON'T BE THE SAME,
CAUSE NO ONE'S COMING
TO PLAY WITH ME TODAY.
[Donkey sighing]
Donkey walks across the fence.
She sings, NO ONE'S COMING TO PLAY.
I HAD ALL THESE PLANS
FOR FUN AND GAMES.

A DIFFERENT WAY?
CAUSE NO ONE'S COMING
TO PLAY WITH ME TODAY.
Donkey jumps off the fence. She floats through the sky among fluffy white clouds and birds.
She sings, WELL, THE SUN STILL SHINES
WHEN YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN.
YOU CAN FIND ADVENTURE
IN THE PLACES YOU GO.
JUST USE IMAGINATION,
AND YOU'LL ALWAYS KNOW THAT,

Back on the ground, Donkey sits on the stone fence.

SPIN-A-ROO TAG?
UH, SPONGE CAR RACES?
BOBBLY BALL CATCH?
[Donkey gasping]
Donkey shakes her head.
She says, HMM, NO, I NEED OTHERS
TO PLAY THOSE.
HM...WHAT CAN I DO
THAT'S FUN ON MY OWN?
UH, A POTATO STAND?
[Donkey gasping]
Donkey says, UGH.
NO, NO, NO, BY THE TIME
I SET IT ALL UP,
IT'LL BE NIGHTTIME!
HMPF.
I CAN DRAW PICTURES!
OH, BUT I DREW PICTURES
YESTERDAY.
THINK, DONKEY HODIE, THINK.
HM...
Donkey paces.
She says, HMM.
WHEN WE ALL PUT ON SHOWS
FOR OUR NEIGHBORS,
THAT'S A LOT OF FUN.
[Donkey gasping]
Donkey says, MAYBE I CAN PUT ON MY OWN SHOW!
YEAH!

THE DONKEY SHOW!
[Donkey gasping]
Donkey says, TIME TO GET READY
FOR THE DONKEY SHOW!
She sets up a wooden desk.
She says, HA!
Donkey gathers different instruments.
[Donkey humming]
Donkey giggles, HA-HA!
She carries an armful of costumes.
[Donkey grunting]
Donkey slides a microphone onto the desk. She makes an audience of stuffed animals and sets up a curtain behind the desk. She slides an aquarium with a goldfish onto the table.
Donkey says, MY PET FISH, ROGERS!
MY SHOW SIDEKICK.
[Roger gurgling]
Donkey says, WELL, LOOKS LIKE I'M ALL SET UP
FOR THE DONKEY SHOW!
She says to herself, GOOD WORK, DONKEY!
WHY, THANK YOU, DONKEY!
[Donkey laughing]
Later, Donkey says, HELLOOOOOO EVERYBODY!
GET READY FOR A SHOW
AND A DONKEY.
A DONKEY AND HER SHOW!
IT'S THE DONKEY SHOOOOOOWWWWWW!
Donkey steps out from behind the curtain.
She says, HELLO, IT'S ME DONKEY
AND WELCOME TO
THE DONKEY SHOW!
As her audience, Donkey cheers, WOOO-HOOOO, DONKEY!
WE LOVE YOU, DONKEY!
As herself, Donkey says, OH, THANK YOU,
THANK YOU SO MUCH
DONKEY SHOW AUDIENCE FOR THAT
GREAT APPLAUSE!
[Donkey chuckling]

She turns to the curtain. Donkey steps out wearing a mask and cape.
Donkey says, IT IS I, THE AMAZING DONKEY!

As the audience, Donkey cheers, WOOO-HOOOO! YEAH, DONKEY!

Donkey nods.
She says, YEAH!
I, DONKEY HODIE,
CAN FIND WAYS
TO HAVE FUN ON MY OWN!
She jumps off the fence.
[Donkey grunting]
Donkey says, OKAY, SO WHAT CAN I DO
THAT'S FUN ON MY OWN?
HMM...
SPIN-A-ROO TAG?
UH, SPONGE CAR RACES?
BOBBLY BALL CATCH?
[Donkey gasping]
Donkey shakes her head.
She says, HMM, NO, I NEED OTHERS
TO PLAY THOSE.
HM...WHAT CAN I DO
THAT'S FUN ON MY OWN?
UH, A POTATO STAND?
[Donkey gasping]
Donkey says, UGH.
NO, NO, NO, BY THE TIME
I SET IT ALL UP,
IT'LL BE NIGHTTIME!
HMPF.
I CAN DRAW PICTURES!
OH, BUT I DREW PICTURES
YESTERDAY.
THINK, DONKEY HODIE, THINK.
HM...
Donkey paces.
She says, HMM.
WHEN WE ALL PUT ON SHOWS
FOR OUR NEIGHBORS,
THAT'S A LOT OF FUN.
[Donkey gasping]
Donkey says, MAYBE I CAN PUT ON MY OWN SHOW!
YEAH!
YEAH, I'LL CALL IT, UH, UH,
THE, THE,
THE DONKEY SHOW!
[Donkey gasping]
Donkey says, TIME TO GET READY
FOR THE DONKEY SHOW!
She sets up a wooden desk.
She says, HA!
Donkey gathers different instruments.
[Donkey humming]
Donkey giggles, HA-HA!
She carries an armful of costumes.
[Donkey grunting]
Donkey slides a microphone onto the desk. She makes an audience of stuffed animals and sets up a curtain behind the desk. She slides an aquarium with a goldfish onto the table.
Donkey says, MY PET FISH, ROGERS!
MY SHOW SIDEKICK.
[Roger gurgling]
Donkey says, WELL, LOOKS LIKE I'M ALL SET UP
FOR THE DONKEY SHOW!
She says to herself, GOOD WORK, DONKEY!
WHY, THANK YOU, DONKEY!
[Donkey laughing]
Later, Donkey says, HELLOOOOOO EVERYBODY!
GET READY FOR A SHOW
AND A DONKEY.
A DONKEY AND HER SHOW!
IT'S THE DONKEY SHOOOOOOWWWWWW!
Donkey steps out from behind the curtain.
She says, HELLO, IT'S ME DONKEY
AND WELCOME TO
THE DONKEY SHOW!
As her audience, Donkey cheers, WOOO-HOOOO, DONKEY!
WE LOVE YOU, DONKEY!
As herself, Donkey says, OH, THANK YOU,
THANK YOU SO MUCH
DONKEY SHOW AUDIENCE FOR THAT
GREAT APPLAUSE!
[Donkey chuckling]
Donkey says, I HAVE SO MUCH FUN STUFF
PLANNED FOR YOU ALL TODAY.
AND FOR ME!
[Donkey giggling]
As the audience, Donkey cheers, YEAH! WOO-HOO!
YES, WE LOVE YOU, DONKEY!
As herself, Donkey says, AND AS ALWAYS,
PLEASE GIVE
A BIG DONKEY SHOW HELLO
TO MY SIDEKICK, ROGERS!
From behind the desk, Donkey looks at Rogers.
She says, HIYA, ROGERS!
ARE YOU READY FOR THE SHOW?
[Rogers gurgling]
Donkey says, SO GLAD, ROGERS!
SO, LET'S GET STARTED!
FIRST UP FOR THE DONKEY SHOW,
PLEASE WELCOME
THE AMAZING DONKEY
WITH HER AMAZING
ACROBATIC DONKEY TRICKS!
She turns to the curtain. Donkey steps out wearing a mask and cape.
Donkey says, IT IS I, THE AMAZING DONKEY!
ARE YOU READY TO BE AMAZED
BY MY AMAZING
ACROBATIC DONKEY TRICK?!
As the audience, Donkey cheers, WOOO-HOOOO! YEAH, DONKEY!
WE LOVE YOU, DONKEY!
WOOOOO!
[Donkey giggling]
As The Amazing Donkey, Donkey says, YOU MAY BE WONDERING
JUST WHAT MY AMAZING
ACROBATIC DONKEY TRICK IS.
WELL, I WILL ATTEMPT
TO JUGGLE THREE POTATOES
WHILE STANDING ON ONE LEG!
[Donkey giggling]
As The Amazing Donkey, Donkey says, DRUM ROLL, PLEASE, DONKEY...
She quickly leaves.
As herself, Donkey says, DRUMROLL!
She plays a drum.
[Drumroll]
Back in front of the curtain, Donkey wears her mask and cape. She picks up three potatoes.
As the audience, Donkey says, OOOOH!
As The Amazing Donkey, she juggles the potatoes while standing on one foot.
She says, HA-HA! YEAH!
TAH-DAH!
HA-HA-HA!
Donkey looks at her audience of stuffed animals.
As herself, Donkey says, WOOO-HOOOO! HA-HA!
She returns to the desk and looks at Rogers.
She says, SO, WHAT DO YOU THINK, ROGERS?
[Rogers gurgling]
Donkey says, YEAH, I AGREE.
THAT SUREEE WAS AMAZING...
AND FUN!
OKAY, UP NEXT
ON THE DONKEY SHOW,
PLEASE ENJOY THE DANCING
STYLINGS OF DANCING DONKEY!
Lights shine on the curtain. Donkey, as Dancing Donkey, walks out wearing a pink dress with a sparkly blue belt.
[Disco music plays]
She says, PLEASE GET READY FOR MY
DONKEY DOUBLE-DOOZY DISCO-RAMA!
As the audience, Donkey cheers, WOOO!
As Dancing Donkey, Donkey dances. She kicks her hooves and waves her arms.
As the audience, Donkey cheers, YEAH, DONKEY!
DONKEY'S THE BEST!
As Dancing Donkey, Donkey ends her dance and walks back to the desk.
[Donkey giggling]
As herself, Donkey says, THAT DONKEY SURE IS
ONE HEE-HAWESOME DANCER!
She looks at Rogers.
She says, SO ROGERS, DO YOU REMEMBER
HOW I WAS FEELING EARLIER TODAY?
[Rogers gurgling]
Donkey says, YEAH, RIGHT.
I WAS SAD BECAUSE PANDA
WASN'T AROUND,
AND I HAD NO ONE TO PLAY WITH.
BUT, YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND WAYS
TO MAKE YOUR OWN FUN!
JUST BY YOURSELF JUST BY ME,
MYSELF AND DONKEY.
[Upbeat music plays]
Donkey sings, IT'S FUN
HAVING FRIENDS AROUND
BUT WHEN THEY CAN'T BE FOUND
AND I'M ON MY OWN,
I WON'T LET THAT
GET ME DOWN.
FUN ISN'T JUST ABOUT
THE "WHO,"
BUT THE HEE-HAWESOME THINGS
YOU DO,
SO MANY GREAT WAYS TO PLAY
WHEN IT'S JUST "YOU!"
Donkey stands in front of the curtain.
She sings, IT ONLY TAKES ONE
TO HAVE FUN!

She picks up a pinecone.

Donkey throws the pinecone into a barrel.
Donkey sings, OR PERFORM A FANCY TRICK
THAT TAKES YOUR BREATH AWAY.
As The Amazing Donkey, Donkey juggles potatoes.
As herself, Donkey sings, BE THE STAR OF MY OWN SHOW,

BREAK INTO A ROCKIN' SOLO!
Donkey plays her electric guitar. She plays a drum set, then a trumpet.
[Rock music plays]
[Upbeat music continues]

[Donkey giggling]

BUT I'LL BE BACK TOMORROW

[Donkey giggling]
Donkey says, BYE!
She waves to her audience.
[Roger gurgling]
Donkey says, HEY, NICE JOB, ROGERS!
[Roger gurgling]
Donkey says, WHAT A GOOD SIDEKICK!
[Donkey giggling]
To the audience, Donkey says, OH, STOP THAT!
OH, YOU'RE TOO KIND!
