WHEN THERE'S A PROBLEM,

Donkey Hodie rides the growing stem.
People sing, LET'S GO

Donkey Hodie jumps off the flower stem.

Donkey Hodie bounces off a drum near Grampy Hodie and over a green Duck.

ON OUR THREE-FRIEND PLAY DATE?
Donkey says, THAT'S A GOOD QUESTION, BOB!
SO, WHAT DO YOU ALL WANT TO DO?
[Panda gasping]
Panda says, WELL, BECAUSE
THE DAY IS SO BEAUTIFUL,
AND BECAUSE FLOWERS
ARE SO BEAUTIFUL,
AND BECAUSE GIVING AWAY
FLOWERS TO OUR NEIGHBORS
IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL THING,
I WANT TO HAVE A FLOWER STAND

They all run separate ways. Later, by a rock, Donkey plays music on a radio.
[Dance music plays]
She says, DANCE PARTY TIME!
She dances.
Panda announces, FLOWERS!
WE'VE GOT FLOWERS HERE!
He pushes a flower stand past Donkey.
He says, IT'S GIVING AWAY FLOWERS TIME!
BIG BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!
FLOWERS!
Balls are thrown over Panda’s flower stand. Bob Dog runs past the stand.
He yells, FETCH!
IT'S FETCHING TIME!
WE'RE FETCHING!
He runs past Donkey.
Donkey sings, DANCE PARTY!
DANCE PARTY!
DANCE PARTY!
Bob Dog carries his balls.
He says, FETCHY, FETCHY, FETCHY!
FETCHY, FETCHY, FETCHY, FETCHY!
FLOWERS!
Panda says, BIG, BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!
WE'VE GOT FLOWERS HERE!
Bob Dog says, FETCH!
Donkey says, DANCE PARTY!
Panda says, FLOWERS!
In front of Panda’s flower stand, Donkey and Bob Dog run into each other and fall.
[Donkey and Bob Dog grunting]

Donkey groans, OH.
She and Bob Dog get back up.

THIS ISN'T WORKING FOR

He throws a ball.

She waves her hoof and starts dancing.

Donkey looks at her friends.
[Donkey whistling loudly]

Donkey says, WE'RE STILL NOT PLAYING

[Panda sighing]
Bob Dog nods.

She paces.

Bob Dog paces with Donkey.

He and Donkey say, HMM.
Panda paces with Donkey and Bob Dog.
He says, THINK, PURPLE PANDA, THINK!
Donkey says, HEY!

Panda says, HMM?
Donkey asks, DO YOU REMEMBER
BEST FRIEND'S DAY?
Panda says, OF COURSE, I REMEMBER

BUILDING A FORT.
In a flashback, Panda builds a fort.
In the present, Panda says, AND YOU WANTED TO SPEND
THE DAY HAVING A CONCERT!
In the flashback, Donkey plays her guitar.
In the present, she says, AND WE COULDN'T AGREE
ON WHAT TO PLAY.
[Panda chuckling]
Bob Dog says, WOOF.
THAT'S A PROBLEM!?
WHAT DID YOU BOTH DO?
Donkey and Panda say, WE COMPROMISED!
Donkey says, I HELPED PANDA BUILD
A HEE-HAWESOME FORT.
Panda says, AND WE PLAYED
THE CONCERT INSIDE!
In a flashback, Donkey and Panda have a concert inside a fort.

Later, they each hold up a flower.

They move their flowers, making them dance.
Donkey says, DANCING!

Panda says, DANCE.
Bob Dog says, AND FETCH!
He throws a football.
Donkey says, DANCE OH, UH...
The friends follow the ball. It is thrown the other way.
Bob Dog says, FETCH!
The friends move toward the ball and make their flowers dance.
They sing, DANCING.
DANCE, DANCE.
Bob Dog says, FETCH!
Donkey says, OH, OKAY.
The friends follow the ball.
Bob Dog says, FETCH!
The ball is thrown the other way. The friends follow it and make their flowers dance.

The friends stumble with the ball.
[Grunting]
[Groaning]
The friends fall. They slowly get up.
Donkey says, OH...THIS...
THIS REALLY ISN'T
SO MUCH FUN FOR ME.

THAN TO MAKE A FLOWER DANCE.
Bob Dog nods.
Panda says, YEAH, AND I WOULD RATHER

Polly O’Possum walks up to the friends.
[Polly gasping]
Polly says DID YOU SAY FLOWERS?

[Polly laughing]
Bob Dog says, AND NOW THE FETCH PART!
As Polly reaches for a flower, Bob Dog pushes the stand away.
He says, FETCH!
Panda slides away with the stand.
He says, WOO-HOO!
Polly says, WHAT?
Donkey says, AND NOW THE DANCING PART!
Polly says, WHAT?
[Dance music plays]
Donkey and Bob Dog start dancing.
Polly says, BUT…BUT, UH,
WHAT ABOUT MY FLOWER?
Panda pushes the stand back.
Polly says, OH. OH?
Panda says, HI!

He pushes Panda and the flower stand away.

She walks up to Panda’s stand.

He quietly says to Bob Dog, OKAY, GO FETCH THE FLOWER!
Panda throws a flower.
Bob Dog yells, FETCH!
He fetches the flower and offers it to Polly.
He says, FLOWER?
Polly says, OH, THANK YOU!
She takes the flower from Bob Dog.
Donkey asks CARE TO DANCE?
Polly says, OH, YES PLEASE!
[Dance music plays]
Donkey and Polly dance. Panda and Bob Dog join in.
Donkey says, THIS IS SO MUCH FUN!
Bob Dog says, YEAH!
Panda calls out, FLOWERS!
WHO WOULD LIKE A FLOWER!?
A blue mouse walks up to Polly and the friends.
They say, FLOWERS!

He throws a flower.

He chases after the flower. He returns and offers it to the mouse.

They join the dancing.

The three friends say, HMM.
LET'S DO MY IDEA!
They all run separate ways. Later, by a rock, Donkey plays music on a radio.
[Dance music plays]
She says, DANCE PARTY TIME!
She dances.
Panda announces, FLOWERS!
WE'VE GOT FLOWERS HERE!
He pushes a flower stand past Donkey.
He says, IT'S GIVING AWAY FLOWERS TIME!
BIG BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!
FLOWERS!
Balls are thrown over Panda’s flower stand. Bob Dog runs past the stand.
He yells, FETCH!
IT'S FETCHING TIME!
WE'RE FETCHING!
He runs past Donkey.
Donkey sings, DANCE PARTY!
DANCE PARTY!
DANCE PARTY!
Bob Dog carries his balls.
He says, FETCHY, FETCHY, FETCHY!
FETCHY, FETCHY, FETCHY, FETCHY!
FLOWERS!
Panda says, BIG, BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!
WE'VE GOT FLOWERS HERE!
Bob Dog says, FETCH!
Donkey says, DANCE PARTY!

In front of Panda’s flower stand, Donkey and Bob Dog run into each other and fall.
[Donkey and Bob Dog grunting]
[Donkey’s music ends]
Donkey groans, OH.
She and Bob Dog get back up.
Donkey says, HEY!
THIS ISN'T WORKING FOR
OUR THREE-FRIEND PLAYDATE!
WE AREN'T REALLY
PLAYING TOGETHER.
Bob Dog nods.
Panda says, WE DEFINITELY AREN'T
PLAYING TOGETHER!
Bob Dog says, YEAH, AND IT'S MORE FUN
TO PLAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS

A THREE-FRIEND PLAYDATE!
Donkey says, AFTER ALL, THAT'S WHAT

He throws a ball.
He says, FETCH!
He runs after the ball.
Panda says, HMM.

He holds up flowers from his stand.
He says, FLOWERS!

Donkey says, UH, OR, NOW HEAR ME OUT HERE,
WHAT IF YOU BOTH HAVE
A DANCE PARTY WITH ME!
DANCING MAKES ME FEEL ALL,

She waves her hoof and starts dancing.
[Donkey’s music starts]

Panda says, FLOWERS!
Bob Dog says, FETCH!
Panda says, GET YOUR FLOWERS HERE!
BIG, BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!

Donkey looks at her friends.
[Donkey whistling loudly]
[Donkey’s music ends]
Donkey says, WE'RE STILL NOT PLAYING
WITH EACH OTHER!
[Panda sighing]
Bob Dog nods.
Panda says, OH NO, NOW WHAT DO WE DO?
Bob Dog says, I DON'T KNOW, WE EACH WANT
TO DO OUR OWN THING
FOR THE THREE-FRIEND PLAYDATE!
Donkey says, WE CAN FIGURE THIS OUT!
HMM.
She paces.
She says, THINK, DONKEY HODIE, THINK!
Bob Dog paces with Donkey.
He says, HMM. THINK, BOB DOG, THINK!
He and Donkey say, HMM.
Panda paces with Donkey and Bob Dog.
He says, THINK, PURPLE PANDA, THINK!
Donkey says, HEY!

Panda says, HMM?

In a flashback, Panda builds a fort.
In the present, Panda says, AND YOU WANTED TO SPEND

In the flashback, Donkey plays her guitar.
In the present, she says, AND WE COULDN'T AGREE
ON WHAT TO PLAY.
[Panda chuckling]
Bob Dog says, WOOF.

Donkey says, I HELPED PANDA BUILD
A HEE-HAWESOME FORT.
Panda says, AND WE PLAYED

Later, they each hold up a flower.

They move their flowers, making them dance.

Bob Dog says, DANCING.

Panda says, DANCE.
Bob Dog says, AND FETCH!
He throws a football.
Donkey says, DANCE OH, UH...
The friends follow the ball. It is thrown the other way.
Bob Dog says, FETCH!
The friends move toward the ball and make their flowers dance.
They sing, DANCING.
DANCE, DANCE.
Bob Dog says, FETCH!
Donkey says, OH, OKAY.
The friends follow the ball.
Bob Dog says, FETCH!
The ball is thrown the other way. The friends follow it and make their flowers dance.
They sing, DANCE, DANCE, DANCE.
Bob Dog says, FETCH!
The friends stumble with the ball.
[Grunting]
[Groaning]
The friends fall. They slowly get up.
Donkey says, OH...THIS...
THIS REALLY ISN'T
SO MUCH FUN FOR ME.
I WOULD MUCH RATHER DANCE MYSELF
THAN TO MAKE A FLOWER DANCE.
Bob Dog nods.
Panda says, YEAH, AND I WOULD RATHER
BE GIVING AWAY FLOWERS.
Bob Dog says, YEAH, SOUNDS LIKE WE NEED
ANOTHER COMPROMISE.
The friends say, HMM.
Panda says, WHAT CAN WE DO WHERE I STILL
GIVE AWAY FLOWERS?
Bob Dog says, WELL, UH, HOW ABOUT FLOWER
GIVE AWAY AND FETCH?
Donkey says, AND DON'T FORGET THE DANCING!
The friends say, FLOWER GIVE AWAY FETCH DANCE!
Donkey and Bob Dog stand in front of the flower stand. Panda holds up flowers.
He says, GET YOUR FLOWERS HERE!
He and Panda call out, FLOWERS!
Donkey says, FLOWERS!
FLOWERS, GET YOUR FLOWERS!
Polly O’Possum walks up to the friends.
[Polly gasping]
Polly says DID YOU SAY FLOWERS?
OH, I WOULD JUST LOVE A FLOWER,
PURPLE PANDA!
Panda says, HEY-O!
[Polly laughing]
Bob Dog says, AND NOW THE FETCH PART!
As Polly reaches for a flower, Bob Dog pushes the stand away.
He says, FETCH!
Panda slides away with the stand.
He says, WOO-HOO!
Polly says, WHAT?
Donkey says, AND NOW THE DANCING PART!
Polly says, WHAT?
[Dance music plays]
Donkey and Bob Dog start dancing.
Polly says, BUT…BUT, UH,
WHAT ABOUT MY FLOWER?
Panda pushes the stand back.
Polly says, OH. OH?
Panda says, HI!
[Dance music ends]
Polly says, OH WONDERFUL,
THE FLOWER'S BACK.
Bob Dog nods.
Panda says, THAT'S RIGHT!
Bob Dog says, AND...
FETCH!
He pushes Panda and the flower stand away.
Panda cheers, WOO-HOO!
Polly says, UHH...
[Dance music plays]
Donkey and Bob Dog dance.
Polly says, UHH.

I'LL JUST COME BACK LATER.
She leaves. Panda returns with the flower stand.
He says, HI!
Donkey and Bob Dog look around.

Donkey says, I'M NOT TOO SURE
THAT THIS IS WORKING EITHER.
Bob Dog says, YEAH, AND I REALLY DON'T LIKE
FETCHING THE FLOWER STAND.
YEAH AND I'M NOT REALLY
Panda says, GIVING THE FLOWERS AWAY,
BECAUSE THE STAND
AND THE FLOWERS ARE GONE!
Donkey says, AND I WOULD RATHER NOT DANCE
AND FETCH AT THE SAME TIME!
[Panda sighing]
Panda says, MAYBE OUR THREE-FRIEND

Bob Dog says, YEAH, I JUST DON'T SEE

Polly says, HOORAY!
THE FLOWERS ARE BACK!
She walks up to Panda’s stand.
She says, OH, CAN I HAVE A FLOWER

He quietly says to Bob Dog, OKAY, GO FETCH THE FLOWER!
Panda throws a flower.
Bob Dog yells, FETCH!
He fetches the flower and offers it to Polly.
He says, FLOWER?
Polly says, OH, THANK YOU!
She takes the flower from Bob Dog.
Donkey asks CARE TO DANCE?
Polly says, OH, YES PLEASE!
[Dance music plays]
Donkey and Polly dance. Panda and Bob Dog join in.
Donkey says, THIS IS SO MUCH FUN!
Bob Dog says, YEAH!
Panda calls out, FLOWERS!

A blue mouse walks up to Polly and the friends.
They say, FLOWERS!

He throws a flower.
Bob Dog says, FETCH!
He chases after the flower. He returns and offers it to the mouse.
He says, HERE YOU GO!
The mouse says, OH, THANK YOU!
Bob Dog says, MM-HMM.
Donkey asks, HOW ABOUT A DANCE?
The mouse says, SURE!
They join the dancing.
[Donkey giggling]
