[Bright, upbeat theme music plays]
A group of singers sing, MIXMUPS, HERE COME THE MIXMUPS
In a shower of sparkles, a magical Wooden Spoon pops out of a star-covered, blue Magical Mixing Box on red wheels. Three friends, Pockets, Giggle, and Spin, are accompanied by their guinea pig, Roller Guinea, and their guide dog, Yapette.
The singers sing, MIXMUPS, MIX, MIX, THE MIXMUPS
Giggle has orange and yellow fur, along with cat-like ears. Pockets has bear ears, blue fur with red pockets, and red glasses, with stars on the frames. Spin has red fur and bunny ears, and has two yellow antennas.
The singers sing, MIXMUPS, HERE COME THE MIXMUPS
Roller Guinea has light brown fur and is wearing red roller skates, and Yapette has brown fur, a white and red polka dot harness, and a red nose. The light-up Wooden Spoon swirls up sparkles around the Magical Mixing Box.
The singers sing, OOH-OOH-OOH-OOH
Pockets, Giggle, and Spin all wave. Confetti sparkles all around them. Title: “Mixmups.” Stars surround the title, and the Wooden Spoon replaces the “i” in “Mixmups.”

In Mixington Valley, Pockets, Giggle, and Spin all stand around the Magical Mixing Box. Mixington Valley is a magical land with rolling valleys behind a red and white striped house, featuring a slide and an accessible blue and yellow swing set.
The singers say, MIX IT, TWIRL IT, WHIRL IT, HEY
Over the hilltop is Lucky Loover Bird. She is fuzzy and gray, wears red shoes, and has a long trunk. Lucky Loover Bird swirls magic out of her trunk that lights up the Wooden Spoon in Spin’s hand.
The singers sing, TIME FOR SOME MAGIC, ADVENTURE AND PLAY
The singers sing, MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS, HEY, HEY, HEY!
Magical sparkles swirl around the three friends. They float into the air and disappear into the Magical Mixing Box.
The singers sing, MIXMUPS, HERE COME THE MIXMUPS
Pockets, Giggle, and Spin are transported to an imaginary world. In a montage of their adventures, they are spinning on a teacup ride, and then they are in an autumn forest. In the forest, Giggle uses a blue and orange wheelchair. Pockets runs behind them, holding Yapette’s harness handle, along with Spin, who is also running.
The singers sing, MIXMUPS, MIX, MIX, THE MIXMUPS
The montage continues with the three friends baking cakes in a kitchen, charting a pirate ship, and playing an electric guitar!

[Giggle hums]
Giggle turns to Roller Guinea and asks, WHAT DO YOU THINK, ROLLER GUINEA? DOES IT LOOK LIKE ME?
Roller Guinea says, MM-HMM!
[Pockets chuckles]
Pockets says, LOOK AT MY NEW TOY. A BLUE BEAR, JUST LIKE ME.
Pockets turns around their toy to reveal it is a miniature replica of themself, with red pockets, red star glasses, and blue fur. The toy is holding a lollipop.
[Spin gasps]
Giggle says, SO CUTE!
Spin turns around and says, AND LOOK. A BUILDER, JUST LIKE ME.
Spin reveals a miniature toy replica of themself, with bunny ears, red fur, and a yellow hard hat.
[Giggle sighs]
Giggle says, I WISH THERE WAS A LITTLE GIGGLE TOY.
Spin says, HEY. LET'S HAVE A LOOK FOR ONE.
Giggle says, THERE ISN'T ONE, SPIN.
Spin says, WHAT? IF THERE'S A TOY POCKETS AND A TOY ME, THEN WE NEED A TOY GIGGLE.
Pockets says, SPIN'S RIGHT. I WONDER WHERE WE'LL FIND A TOY GIGGLE.
Spin says, I KNOW. A TOY SHOP!
Giggle raises their arms and says, YES! LET'S MIX UP A TOY SHOP ADVENTURE AND FIND A TOY THAT LOOKS JUST LIKE ME.
All three friends cheer, YEAH! WOO-HOO!
Over on the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird says, OH. TIME TO PLAY.
Lucky Loover Bird hops off her tree swing and opens a door in the side of the tree.
[Door creaks open]
Inside the tree is a pink gift box, a blue polka dot apron, and a set of yellow keys.
Back at the house, the three friends gather around the Magical Mixing box and put in the ingredients for their adventure!
Pockets puts their miniature figurine in and says, A TOY ME.
Spin puts their miniature figurine in and says, A TOY BUILDER.
Giggle puts in a photograph of themselves and says, MY PICTURE.
Spin says, WHAT ELSE DO WE NEED?
Over on the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird waves her truck and sparkly magic swirls out! Back in the house, the room begins to fill with golden sparkles.
All three friends say, MAGIC SPARKLES!
The Wooden Spoon glows in Pockets’ hand. Pockets puts the spoon into the Magical Mixing Box and begins to stir.
All sing, MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE MIX UP THE MAGIC, YAHOO, YIPPEE!
Confetti and sparkles swirl out of the Magical Mixing Box and lift the three friends, Yapette, and Roller Guinea into the air.
All sing, MIX IT, TWIRL IT, WHIRL IT, HEY TIME FOR SOME MAGIC, ADVENTURE AND PLAY MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS YEAH MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS MIXMUPS MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE YEAH!
They all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box with a pop!
The Magical Mixing Box appears in another world. Out pops Giggle, Pockets, Spin, Yapette, Roller Guinea, and the Wooden Spoon. The Magical Mixing Box unfolds, and from within appear trees, flowers, hills, a blue sky, and a row of colourful shops. In a flash of sparkles, Spin’s yellow construction hat appears on their head.
All three friends say, WOW!
Giggle says, OH, LOOK. WE'RE AT THE SHOPS.
[A shop bell rings]
Lucky Loover Bird walks out from one of the shops and is sweeping. She is wearing a blue polka-dot apron with a pink pocket on the front.
[Lucky Loover Bird hums]
Lucky Loover Bird waves at the three friends and says, OH. KIWI, SHOPPERS. IT'S ONLY ME?
Giggle says, WHO ARE YOU?
Lucky Loover Bird says, TODAY, I'M MRS. SHOPPERTY, AND THIS IS MY NEW SHOP.
Spin says, OH. WE'RE LOOKING FOR A TOY SHOP.
Giggle says, 'CAUSE I WANT TO FIND A TOY THAT LOOKS JUST LIKE ME.
Mrs. Shopperty says, WELL, MY SHOP DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING IN IT YET, BUT I THINK THERE'S A TOY SHOP THIS WAY. FOLLOW ME, SHOPPERS.
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
Mrs. Shopperty says, AND HERE WE ARE: THE HIGH HOUSE TOY SHOP.
A long and tall wooden staircase leads up to a pink shop. The shop’s sign displays a beach ball and a colourful kite.
Giggle frowns and says, HOW AM I GOING TO GET UP THERE? TOO MANY STEPS FOR ME.
Spin shakes their head and says, HMM. AND THERE'S NO LIFT.
Pockets says, DON'T WORRY, GIGGLE. WE CAN GO UP AND LOOK FOR A GIGGLE TOY FOR YOU.
Mrs. Shopperty says, WHAT A GOOD IDEA.
Giggle frowns and says, THANK YOU.
[Giggle sighs]
At the top of the tall staircase, Spin and Pockets catch their breath.
[Spin exhales sharply]
Spin says, PHEW. THAT WERE A LOT OF STAIRS.
Pockets and Spin enter the toy shop.
[Door chimes jingle]
Inside the shop, a spiderweb is in the corner, and bunting hangs on the wall. Toys such as a car, a duck, buckets, a spade, and a rocket ship are displayed on two shelves.
Spin says, UH, EVERYTHING'S A BIT OLD-LOOKING.
A shopkeeper’s head pops up from behind the front counter. He is pink and is wearing a trench coat.
Spin says, HELLO? UH, HELLO.
[The shopkeeper speaks gibberish]
Pockets says quietly, COME ON. LET'S HAVE A LOOK AROUND.
Spin picks up a fake mustache and glasses and says, HOO-HOO-HOO! WHAT'S THIS? POCKETS, WHAT DO YOU THINK?
[Pockets laughs]
Pockets is standing on the other side of the shop, with their hand on Yapette.
Pockets says, THAT'S FUNNY, SPIN.
Spin says, HUH. I KNOW WHAT THIS DOES.
Spin cranks a lever on the side of a pink music box.
[Music box plays]
A yellow bird on a spring pops out of the box!
[Spin screams and chuckles]
[The shopkeeper speaks gibberish]
Spin says, OH. SORRY.
Spin gently closes the music box lid.
On the other side of the shop, Pockets looks at the toys on the shelves.
Pockets pokes a toy and asks, WHAT'S THIS?
[The toy squeaks]
Pockets says, HMM. NO, THAT'S NOT RIGHT.
Yapette hops up on a basket of toys.
Pockets asks, WHAT HAVE YOU FOUND?
From the bottom of the basket, Pockets pulls out a toy that looks like Giggle! It has orange and yellow striped fur, cat ears, and uses a blue and orange wheelchair with stars on the wheels.
Pockets says, WAH-HA-HA! THIS IS PERFECT. WELL DONE, YAPETTE.
[Yapette barks softly]
Pockets says, SPIN, A TOY GIGGLE!
Spin raises their arms and says, WOO-HOO!
As Spin raises their arms, they knock the music box, and the yellow bird pops out again.
Spin says, OOPS.
Spin closes the box.
[The shopkeeper speaks gibberish]
Pockets holds up the miniature Giggle and asks the shopkeeper, UM, EXCUSE ME. CAN WE TAKE THIS TOY DOWN TO SEE IF OUR FRIEND GIGGLE LIKES IT, PLEASE?
[The shopkeeper speaks gibberish]
The shopkeeper slams his hands on the counter.
Spin says, BUT SHE CAN'T GET UP THE STAIRS, AND THERE'S NO LIFT.
The shopkeeper puts a colourful propeller hat on the counter.
The shopkeeper says, UH-HUH.
Spin crosses their arms and says, UH, I DON'T THINK SHE WANTS A HAT.
The shopkeeper puts on the hat, flicks the propeller, and flies into the air.
The shopkeeper says, UH-HUH.
Spin says, OH! IT'S A FLYING HELICOPTER HAT.
The shopkeeper says, UH-HUH.
Pockets says, AH. GIGGLE CAN WEAR IT AND FLY UP TO THE SHOP AND SEE THE TOY HERSELF.
Pockets puts the miniature Giggle toy back on the counter and takes the propeller hat.
Pockets says, HUH. OOH, YEAH. THANK YOU. COME ON, SPIN.
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
Pockets, Yapette, and Spin race down the staircase holding the propeller hat. Mrs. Shopperty and Giggle are sitting on a bench with Roller Guinea on the ground beside Giggle’s wheelchair.
Pockets and Spin say, OH, GIGGLE! GIGGLE,
Spin says, YOU'LL NEVER GUESS WHAT.
Giggle says, WHAT?
Pockets says, WE FOUND A LITTLE GIGGLE TOY, BUT THE SHOPKEEPER WOULDN'T LET US BRING IT DOWN TO SHOW YOU.
Spin holds out the propeller hat and says, BUT HE GAVE US THIS HAT SO YOU CAN FLY UP TO THE SHOP.
Giggle says, HMM. IT LOOKS A BIT OLD, BUT I'LL GIVE IT A GO.
Pockets and Spin place the propeller hat on Giggle and spin the propeller. Giggle floats up into the air!
Giggle says, WHOA! IT'S WORKING!
[Giggle laughs]
As Giggle floats higher in the air, puffs of smoke come out of the propeller. It stops spinning, and Giggle floats back down to the bench.
Giggle frowns and says, OH. OH. IT'S BROKEN.
Spin smiles and says, I CAN FIX IT.
Spin knocks and shakes the hat.
Spin frowns and says, UM, NO, I CAN'T. IT'S PROPER BROKEN.
Giggle says, I CAME ON A TOY ADVENTURE TO FIND A LITTLE GIGGLE TOY, BUT I CAN'T GET INTO THE TOY SHOP.
Mrs. Shopperty says, HMM. I WONDER IF THERE'S ANYTHING ELSE WE COULD DO TO SEE THE TOYS.
A thought bubble appears above the heads of the three friends. They think about the tall staircase, the shopkeeper, and the propeller hat.
Giggle says, HMM. I COULDN'T WALK UP TO THE SHOP BECAUSE THERE WERE TOO MANY STEPS FOR ME.
Pockets says, AND WE ASKED THE SHOPKEEPER TO LET US BRING THE TOY DOWN TO SHOW GIGGLE, BUT HE SAID NO.
Spin says, THEN GIGGLE TRIED TO FLY UP, BUT THE HAT STOPPED WORKING.
[Giggle sighs]
Giggle frowns and says, SOMETIMES I DON'T LIKE MY LEGS. THEY'RE ANNOYING.
Pockets and Spin sit down beside Giggle and each put a hand on Giggle’s shoulders.
Pocket says, IT'S THE SHOP THAT'S ANNOYING, NOT YOUR LEGS.
Spin stands up and says, I WOULDN'T BUILD A TOY SHOP THAT HIGH UP WHEN THERE'S NO LIFT.
Giggle smiles says, IF I CAN'T GET UP TO THE HIGH TOY SHOP TO SEE THE TOYS, THEN WHY DON'T WE OPEN OUR OWN TOY SHOP THAT EVERYONE CAN USE?
Mrs. Shopperty says, AND I KNOW JUST THE PLACE.
Mrs. Shopperty holds up a set of yellow keys and shakes them.
All three friends say, WOO-HOO! YAY!
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
In a montage, Pockets, Giggle, and Spin set up their new toy shop. They paint the outside of the shop, set up all the toys inside, and hang a heart-shaped sign above the entrance. By dusk, the outside of the shop is pink, covered in stars, and there is a big red bow tied to the front doors.
Mrs. Shopperty says, AH! EVERYTHING LOOKS SPLENDID.
Giggle takes a pair of scissors and cuts the ribbon.
Giggle says, I NOW DECLARE THIS TOY SHOP OPEN!
[Everyone cheers]
A dozen orange, pink, and yellow birds run into the brand new toy shop.
[Fireworks pop in the sky]
Everyone says, YEAH. WOO-HOO!
Later in the evening, some birds come hopping out from the store carrying new toys in their arms. Pockets, Giggle, Spin, Yapette, and Roller Guinea come out of the store.
Spin says, GIGGLE, YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR GIGGLE TOY.
Giggle says, OH, YES. I FORGOT ALL ABOUT IT. I'LL GO GET ONE.
Mrs. Shopperty says, ACTUALLY, I THINK SOMEONE'S GOT SOMETHING FOR YOU.
The shopkeeper comes out of the shop, pushing a miniature Giggle toy in front of him.
[The shopkeeper speaks gibberish]
Giggle picks up the toy.
Giggle smiles and says, OH, THANK YOU.
The shopkeeper says, UH-HUH.
Giggle says, AW. WE DID IT! I COULDN'T GET UP TO THE HIGH HOUSE TOY SHOP, SO WE OPENED OUR VERY OWN SHOP ON THE GROUND THAT EVERYONE CAN USE AND FIND WHATEVER TOY THEY LIKE.
Mrs. Shopperty says, WELL, AS I SAY, THERE'S ALWAYS ANOTHER WAY.
In Pocket’s pocket, the Wooden Spoon lights up.
Pocket says, OOH. IT'S TIME TO GO HOME.
The magical adventure world begins to fold back up into the Magical Mixing Box,
Lucky Loover Bird says, TOODLE-OO.
Giggle, Spin, Pockets, Yapette, and Roller Guinea all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box in a shimmer of sparkles. They appear back in the house in Mixington Valley.
Pockets says, THAT WAS SO MUCH FUN.
[Giggle gasps]
Giggle says, OH, LOOK! IT'S THE TOY JUST LIKE ME.
Giggle, Spin, and Pockets’ toys all sit on a table together.
Spin says, HEY-HEY! WE'VE ALL GOT ONE NOW.
Pockets says, I WONDER WHO LEFT THESE HERE.
Spin says, DON'T KNOW, BUT LET'S GET PLAYING. YEAH!
Up on the hilltop overlooking Mixington Valley is Lucky Loover Bird. She puts her apron, keys, and toy box back in the tree cupboard. She sits back on the tree swing and looks down at Giggle, Pocket, and Spin.
Lucky Loover Bird says, MIXING UP ADVENTURES NEAR AND FAR, BUT HOME IS WHERE THE MIXMUPS ARE. BYE, MIXMUPS!

All three friends say, MAGIC SPARKLES!
The Wooden Spoon glows in Pockets’ hand. Pockets puts the spoon into the Magical Mixing Box and begins to stir.
All sing, MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE MIX UP THE MAGIC, YAHOO, YIPPEE!
Confetti and sparkles swirl out of the Magical Mixing Box and lift the three friends, Yapette, and Roller Guinea into the air.
All sing, MIX IT, TWIRL IT, WHIRL IT, HEY TIME FOR SOME MAGIC, ADVENTURE AND PLAY MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS YEAH MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS MIXMUPS MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE YEAH!
They all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box with a pop!
The Magical Mixing Box appears in another world. Out pops Giggle, Pockets, Spin, Yapette, Roller Guinea, and the Wooden Spoon. The Magical Mixing Box unfolds, and from within appear trees, flowers, hills, a blue sky, and a row of colourful shops. In a flash of sparkles, Spin’s yellow construction hat appears on their head.
All three friends say, WOW!
Giggle says, OH, LOOK. WE'RE AT THE SHOPS.
[A shop bell rings]
Lucky Loover Bird walks out from one of the shops and is sweeping. She is wearing a blue polka-dot apron with a pink pocket on the front.
[Lucky Loover Bird hums]
Lucky Loover Bird waves at the three friends and says, OH. KIWI, SHOPPERS. IT'S ONLY ME?
Giggle says, WHO ARE YOU?
Lucky Loover Bird says, TODAY, I'M MRS. SHOPPERTY, AND THIS IS MY NEW SHOP.
Spin says, OH. WE'RE LOOKING FOR A TOY SHOP.
Giggle says, 'CAUSE I WANT TO FIND A TOY THAT LOOKS JUST LIKE ME.
Mrs. Shopperty says, WELL, MY SHOP DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING IN IT YET, BUT I THINK THERE'S A TOY SHOP THIS WAY. FOLLOW ME, SHOPPERS.
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
Mrs. Shopperty says, AND HERE WE ARE: THE HIGH HOUSE TOY SHOP.
A long and tall wooden staircase leads up to a pink shop. The shop’s sign displays a beach ball and a colourful kite.
Giggle frowns and says, HOW AM I GOING TO GET UP THERE? TOO MANY STEPS FOR ME.
Spin shakes their head and says, HMM. AND THERE'S NO LIFT.
Pockets says, DON'T WORRY, GIGGLE. WE CAN GO UP AND LOOK FOR A GIGGLE TOY FOR YOU.
Mrs. Shopperty says, WHAT A GOOD IDEA.
Giggle frowns and says, THANK YOU.
[Giggle sighs]
At the top of the tall staircase, Spin and Pockets catch their breath.
[Spin exhales sharply]
Spin says, PHEW. THAT WERE A LOT OF STAIRS.
Pockets and Spin enter the toy shop.
[Door chimes jingle]
Inside the shop, a spiderweb is in the corner, and bunting hangs on the wall. Toys such as a car, a duck, buckets, a spade, and a rocket ship are displayed on two shelves.
Spin says, UH, EVERYTHING'S A BIT OLD-LOOKING.
A shopkeeper’s head pops up from behind the front counter. He is pink and is wearing a trench coat.
Spin says, HELLO? UH, HELLO.
[The shopkeeper speaks gibberish]
Pockets says quietly, COME ON. LET'S HAVE A LOOK AROUND.
Spin picks up a fake mustache and glasses and says, HOO-HOO-HOO! WHAT'S THIS? POCKETS, WHAT DO YOU THINK?
[Pockets laughs]
Pockets is standing on the other side of the shop, with their hand on Yapette.
Pockets says, THAT'S FUNNY, SPIN.
Spin says, HUH. I KNOW WHAT THIS DOES.
Spin cranks a lever on the side of a pink music box.
[Music box plays]
A yellow bird on a spring pops out of the box!
[Spin screams and chuckles]
[The shopkeeper speaks gibberish]
Spin says, OH. SORRY.
Spin gently closes the music box lid.
On the other side of the shop, Pockets looks at the toys on the shelves.
Pockets pokes a toy and asks, WHAT'S THIS?
[The toy squeaks]
Pockets says, HMM. NO, THAT'S NOT RIGHT.
Yapette hops up on a basket of toys.
Pockets asks, WHAT HAVE YOU FOUND?
From the bottom of the basket, Pockets pulls out a toy that looks like Giggle! It has orange and yellow striped fur, cat ears, and uses a blue and orange wheelchair with stars on the wheels.
Pockets says, WAH-HA-HA! THIS IS PERFECT. WELL DONE, YAPETTE.
[Yapette barks softly]
Pockets says, SPIN, A TOY GIGGLE!
Spin raises their arms and says, WOO-HOO!
As Spin raises their arms, they knock the music box, and the yellow bird pops out again.
Spin says, OOPS.
Spin closes the box.
[The shopkeeper speaks gibberish]
Pockets holds up the miniature Giggle and asks the shopkeeper, UM, EXCUSE ME. CAN WE TAKE THIS TOY DOWN TO SEE IF OUR FRIEND GIGGLE LIKES IT, PLEASE?
[The shopkeeper speaks gibberish]
The shopkeeper slams his hands on the counter.
Spin says, BUT SHE CAN'T GET UP THE STAIRS, AND THERE'S NO LIFT.
The shopkeeper puts a colourful propeller hat on the counter.
The shopkeeper says, UH-HUH.
Spin crosses their arms and says, UH, I DON'T THINK SHE WANTS A HAT.
The shopkeeper puts on the hat, flicks the propeller, and flies into the air.
The shopkeeper says, UH-HUH.
Spin says, OH! IT'S A FLYING HELICOPTER HAT.
The shopkeeper says, UH-HUH.
Pockets says, AH. GIGGLE CAN WEAR IT AND FLY UP TO THE SHOP AND SEE THE TOY HERSELF.
Pockets puts the miniature Giggle toy back on the counter and takes the propeller hat.
Pockets says, HUH. OOH, YEAH. THANK YOU. COME ON, SPIN.
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
Pockets, Yapette, and Spin race down the staircase holding the propeller hat. Mrs. Shopperty and Giggle are sitting on a bench with Roller Guinea on the ground beside Giggle’s wheelchair.
Pockets and Spin say, OH, GIGGLE! GIGGLE,
Spin says, YOU'LL NEVER GUESS WHAT.
Giggle says, WHAT?
Pockets says, WE FOUND A LITTLE GIGGLE TOY, BUT THE SHOPKEEPER WOULDN'T LET US BRING IT DOWN TO SHOW YOU.
Spin holds out the propeller hat and says, BUT HE GAVE US THIS HAT SO YOU CAN FLY UP TO THE SHOP.
Giggle says, HMM. IT LOOKS A BIT OLD, BUT I'LL GIVE IT A GO.
Pockets and Spin place the propeller hat on Giggle and spin the propeller. Giggle floats up into the air!
Giggle says, WHOA! IT'S WORKING!
[Giggle laughs]
As Giggle floats higher in the air, puffs of smoke come out of the propeller. It stops spinning, and Giggle floats back down to the bench.
Giggle frowns and says, OH. OH. IT'S BROKEN.
Spin smiles and says, I CAN FIX IT.
Spin knocks and shakes the hat.
Spin frowns and says, UM, NO, I CAN'T. IT'S PROPER BROKEN.
Giggle says, I CAME ON A TOY ADVENTURE TO FIND A LITTLE GIGGLE TOY, BUT I CAN'T GET INTO THE TOY SHOP.
Mrs. Shopperty says, HMM. I WONDER IF THERE'S ANYTHING ELSE WE COULD DO TO SEE THE TOYS.
A thought bubble appears above the heads of the three friends. They think about the tall staircase, the shopkeeper, and the propeller hat.
Giggle says, HMM. I COULDN'T WALK UP TO THE SHOP BECAUSE THERE WERE TOO MANY STEPS FOR ME.
Pockets says, AND WE ASKED THE SHOPKEEPER TO LET US BRING THE TOY DOWN TO SHOW GIGGLE, BUT HE SAID NO.
Spin says, THEN GIGGLE TRIED TO FLY UP, BUT THE HAT STOPPED WORKING.
[Giggle sighs]
Giggle frowns and says, SOMETIMES I DON'T LIKE MY LEGS. THEY'RE ANNOYING.
Pockets and Spin sit down beside Giggle and each put a hand on Giggle’s shoulders.
Pocket says, IT'S THE SHOP THAT'S ANNOYING, NOT YOUR LEGS.
Spin stands up and says, I WOULDN'T BUILD A TOY SHOP THAT HIGH UP WHEN THERE'S NO LIFT.
Giggle smiles says, IF I CAN'T GET UP TO THE HIGH TOY SHOP TO SEE THE TOYS, THEN WHY DON'T WE OPEN OUR OWN TOY SHOP THAT EVERYONE CAN USE?
Mrs. Shopperty says, AND I KNOW JUST THE PLACE.
Mrs. Shopperty holds up a set of yellow keys and shakes them.
All three friends say, WOO-HOO! YAY!
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
In a montage, Pockets, Giggle, and Spin set up their new toy shop. They paint the outside of the shop, set up all the toys inside, and hang a heart-shaped sign above the entrance. By dusk, the outside of the shop is pink, covered in stars, and there is a big red bow tied to the front doors.
Mrs. Shopperty says, AH! EVERYTHING LOOKS SPLENDID.
Giggle takes a pair of scissors and cuts the ribbon.
Giggle says, I NOW DECLARE THIS TOY SHOP OPEN!
[Everyone cheers]
A dozen orange, pink, and yellow birds run into the brand new toy shop.
[Fireworks pop in the sky]
Everyone says, YEAH. WOO-HOO!
Later in the evening, some birds come hopping out from the store carrying new toys in their arms. Pockets, Giggle, Spin, Yapette, and Roller Guinea come out of the store.
Spin says, GIGGLE, YOU DON'T HAVE YOUR GIGGLE TOY.
Giggle says, OH, YES. I FORGOT ALL ABOUT IT. I'LL GO GET ONE.
Mrs. Shopperty says, ACTUALLY, I THINK SOMEONE'S GOT SOMETHING FOR YOU.
The shopkeeper comes out of the shop, pushing a miniature Giggle toy in front of him.
[The shopkeeper speaks gibberish]
Giggle picks up the toy.
Giggle smiles and says, OH, THANK YOU.
The shopkeeper says, UH-HUH.
Giggle says, AW. WE DID IT! I COULDN'T GET UP TO THE HIGH HOUSE TOY SHOP, SO WE OPENED OUR VERY OWN SHOP ON THE GROUND THAT EVERYONE CAN USE AND FIND WHATEVER TOY THEY LIKE.
Mrs. Shopperty says, WELL, AS I SAY, THERE'S ALWAYS ANOTHER WAY.
In Pocket’s pocket, the Wooden Spoon lights up.
Pocket says, OOH. IT'S TIME TO GO HOME.
The magical adventure world begins to fold back up into the Magical Mixing Box,
Lucky Loover Bird says, TOODLE-OO.
Giggle, Spin, Pockets, Yapette, and Roller Guinea all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box in a shimmer of sparkles. They appear back in the house in Mixington Valley.
Pockets says, THAT WAS SO MUCH FUN.
[Giggle gasps]
Giggle says, OH, LOOK! IT'S THE TOY JUST LIKE ME.
Giggle, Spin, and Pockets’ toys all sit on a table together.
Spin says, HEY-HEY! WE'VE ALL GOT ONE NOW.
Pockets says, I WONDER WHO LEFT THESE HERE.
Spin says, DON'T KNOW, BUT LET'S GET PLAYING. YEAH!
Up on the hilltop overlooking Mixington Valley is Lucky Loover Bird. She puts her apron, keys, and toy box back in the tree cupboard. She sits back on the tree swing and looks down at Giggle, Pocket, and Spin.
Lucky Loover Bird says, MIXING UP ADVENTURES NEAR AND FAR, BUT HOME IS WHERE THE MIXMUPS ARE. BYE, MIXMUPS!
