[Bright, upbeat theme music plays]
A group of singers sing, MIXMUPS, HERE COME THE MIXMUPS
In a shower of sparkles, a magical Wooden Spoon pops out of a star-covered, blue Magical Mixing Box on red wheels. Three friends, Pockets, Giggle, and Spin, are accompanied by their guinea pig, Roller Guinea, and their guide dog, Yapette.
The singers sing, MIXMUPS, MIX, MIX, THE MIXMUPS
Giggle has orange and yellow fur, along with cat-like ears. Pockets has bear ears, blue fur with red pockets, and red glasses, with stars on the frames. Spin has red fur and bunny ears, and has two yellow antennas.
The singers sing, MIXMUPS, HERE COME THE MIXMUPS
Roller Guinea has light brown fur and is wearing red roller skates, and Yapette has brown fur, a white and red polka dot harness, and a red nose. The light-up Wooden Spoon swirls up sparkles around the Magical Mixing Box.

Pockets, Giggle, and Spin all wave. Confetti sparkles all around them. Text reads, “Mixmups.” Stars surround the text, and the Wooden Spoon replaces the “i” in “Mixmups.”

In Mixington Valley, Pockets, Giggle, and Spin all stand around the Magical Mixing Box. Mixington Valley is a magical land with rolling valleys behind a red and white striped house, featuring a slide and an accessible blue and yellow swing set.
The singers sing, MIX IT, TWIRL IT, WHIRL IT, HEY
Over the hilltop is Lucky Loover Bird. She is fuzzy and gray, wears red shoes, and has a long trunk. Lucky Loover Bird swirls magic out of her trunk that lights up the Wooden Spoon in Spin’s hand.
The singers sing, TIME FOR SOME MAGIC, ADVENTURE AND PLAY
The singers sing, MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS, HEY, HEY, HEY!
Magical sparkles swirl around the three friends. They float into the air and disappear into the Magical Mixing Box.

Pockets, Giggle, and Spin are transported to an imaginary world. In a montage of their adventures, they are spinning on a teacup ride, and then they are in an autumn forest. In the forest, Giggle uses a blue and orange wheelchair. Pockets runs behind them, holding Yapette’s harness handle, along with Spin, who is also running.
The singers sing, MIXMUPS, MIX, MIX, THE MIXMUPS
The montage continues with the three friends baking cakes in a kitchen, charting a pirate ship, and playing an electric guitar!

As Booferoo, Spin says, WHY DID THE CHICKEN CROSS THE ROAD?
Pockets and Giggle say, I DON'T KNOW. WHY DID THE CHICKEN CROSS THE ROAD?
As Booferoo, Spin says, SO HE COULD GET TO THE OTHER SIDE.
[The Mixmups all laugh]
Spin laughs so hard he falls off his chair.
Pockets says, WHOA! THAT'S THE FUNNIEST BOOFEROO I'VE EVER MET.
As Booferoo, Spin says, THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
Spin says, YEAH, VERY TALENTED, MY BOOFEROO.
Pockets says, YAPETTE IS TALENTED TOO.
Yapette pops her head up and looks at Pockets.
Giggle says, AND SO IS MY SUPERSTAR, ROLLER GUINEA.
[Roller Guinea chatters]
Giggle puts her hand on her chin and looks up.
Giggle says, BUT WHO IS THE MOST TALENTED?
Pockets says, I KNOW. LET'S MIX UP A TALENT SHOW ADVENTURE AND ENTER THEM INTO A COMPETITION TO FIND OUT.
They all cheer and say, YEAH!
Over on the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird says, OH. TIME TO PLAY.
Lucky Loover Bird hops off her tree swing and opens a door in the side of the tree.
[Door creaks open]
Inside the tree is a yellow microphone sitting on a pink platform.
Down in Mixington Valley, the three friends gather around the Magical Mixing Box and put in the ingredients for their adventure!
Spin puts in his Booferoo and says, MY BOOFEROO.
Pockets puts in the blue book and says, THE JOKEBOOK.
Spin says, LOUD CHEERING AT ALL THE TALENT ACTS.
The Mixmups lean over the Magical Mixing Box and cheer, WHOO-HOO!
Pockets says, WHAT ELSE DO WE NEED?
Over on the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird waves her truck and sparkly magic swirls out! Golden sparkles swirl around the three friends.
[Sparkles jingling]
All three friends say, MAGIC SPARKLES!
The Wooden Spoon glows in Pockets’ hand. Pockets puts the spoon into the Magical Mixing Box and begins to stir.
All sing, MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE MIX UP THE MAGIC, YAHOO, YIPPEE!
Confetti and sparkles swirl out of the Magical Mixing Box and lift the three friends, Yapette, and Roller Guinea into the air.
All sing, MIX IT, TWIRL IT, WHIRL IT, HEY TIME FOR SOME MAGIC, ADVENTURE AND PLAY MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS YEAH MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS MIXMUPS MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE YEAH!
They all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box with a pop!
The Magical Mixing Box appears in another world. Out pop Giggle, Pockets, Spin, Yapette, Roller Guinea, and the Wooden Spoon. The Magical Mixing Box unfolds, and from within appear trees, flowers, hills, a blue sky, and a talent show stage. The stage is blue and purple, with a star emblem and yellow curtains; blue benches are in rows in front of the stage, accompanied by a judges’ table.
Spin says, OOH! WOW! IT'S A STAGE!
Lucky Loover Bird walks on stage with a yellow microphone. She is wearing a shiny, gold blazer and a matching hat.
Lucky Loover Bird says into the microphone, TESTING, TESTING.
[Lucky Loover Bird exclaims]
Pockets says, WHO ARE YOU?
Lucky Loover Bird says, TODAY, I'M MRS. SHOWTIME. TALENT SHOW JUDGE.
Giggle says, WE WANT TO ENTER OUR TALENTED FRIENDS INTO A TALENT SHOW.
Mrs. Showtime says, WELL, YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE BECAUSE THE TALENT SHOW IS ABOUT TO BEGIN. WE WELCOME ALL TYPES OF TALENT.
The Mixmups say, YAY!
Mrs. Showtime says, AS LONG AS YOUR FRIENDS ARE BOOFEROOS.
The Mixmups say, ONLY BOOFEROOS?
Mrs. Showtime says, SORRY, BUT RULES ARE RULES. NOW, LET'S GET THE SHOW STARTED.
Pockets frowns and says, AW. THAT MEANS ROLLER GUINEA AND YAPETTE CAN'T BE IN THE TALENT SHOW.
Spin pulls out his Booferoo puppet.
Spin smiles and says, BUT MY BOOFEROO CAN.
Giggle says, UH, I DON'T THINK SO. HE'S A TOY, NOT A REAL BOOFEROO.
Spin says, NAH, IT'LL BE FINE.
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
Later in the day, the talent show is about to begin. An audience of colourful birds sits on the benches. Pockets and Giggle are frowning beside the stage, where there are stacks of cardboard boxes.
[Indistinct chattering from the audience]
Giggle says, I WISH WE COULD ENTER ROLLER GUINEA AND YAPETTE TOO.
Pockets says, YEAH.
Yapette nuzzles her nose into one of the cardboard boxes.
[Yapette barks]
[Pockets gasps]
Pockets pulls a toy Booferoo tail out of the box!
Pockets says, MAYBE WE CAN.
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
A little while later, the show begins.
[Upbeat music plays]
On the stage, Mrs. Showtime says, WELCOME, ONE AND ALL. GIVE IT UP FOR THE BIG BOOFEROO TALENT SHOW!
[The audience cheers]
Three bird judges sit at a table; they each have a big red button in front of them.
The first act is four Booferoos dancing.
[The Booferoos squeak]
All three of the judges press their buttons.
[A loud buzzer noise]
The second act is three Booferoos doing a trapeze act. One of the Booferoos leaps over the other two, but falls! The Booferoos frown.
[The Booferoos yip]
All three of the judges press their buttons.
[A loud buzzer noise]
The third act is a Booferoo using its tail as a spring! The Booferoo bounces around on stage.
[The Booferoo squeaks]
All three of the judges press their buttons.
[A loud buzzer noise]
The stage is now empty. Spin pokes his head out from beside the curtain, with his Booferoo puppet in his hand. Spin walks on stage with a chair.
Spin says, HELLO. HELLO, EVERYONE.
[The Booferoo puppet squeaks]
Mrs. Showtime walks on stage quickly.
Mrs. Showtime says into the microphone, AH, AH, AH. THE RULES ARE BOOFEROOS ONLY. SO YOUR BOOFEROO MUST PERFORM ON ITS OWN.
Spin frowns.
[The audience chatters]
Spin smiles and says, BUT MY BOOFEROO'S SHY. HE WANTS TO SIT ON MY LAP.
[The audience grumbles]
Mrs. Showtime says into the microphone, OKAY. HE CAN SIT ON YOUR LAP. BUT ONLY THE BOOFEROO CAN DO THE ACT.
Spin sits on the chair and says, OH, YEAH. ABSOLUTELY.
Mrs. Showtime walks off stage and says, HMM.
Through closed teeth, Spin says, HELLO, EVERYBODY. I'M GOING TO TELL YOU SOME JOKES.
Spin reads from the joke book.
Through closed teeth, Spin says, KNOCK, KNOCK.
Offstage, Mrs. Showtime says into the microphone, THAT WASN'T THE BOOFEROO TALKING. NEXT!
[The judges’ buzzer blares]
Spin picks up the Booferoo and the chair and walks offstage with his brows furrowed.
[Spin sighs]
Offstage, Pockets kneels beside Yapette. Yapette is wearing a big red nose, a jacket that looks like Booferoo fur, and a long fake Booferoo tail, with colourful polka dots and stripes.
Pockets says, GO ON, YAPETTE.
[Yapette barks]
Pockets says, SHH! YOU'RE A BOOFEROO, REMEMBER?
Yapette walks onstage backwards on her hind legs and waves her arms.
[Yapette whimpers]
[Indistinct chattering from the audience]
Yapette falls backwards, and her fake nose falls off.
[Yapette yeps and her fake Booferoo nose squeaks]
Offstage, Mrs. Showtime says, AH, AH, AH.
All three of the judges press their buttons.
[A loud buzzer noise]
Mrs. Showtime walks up to Yapette and says, YOU LOOK LIKE A DOG TO ME, NOT A
BOOFEROO.
Mrs. Showtime directs Yapette offstage. Yapette picks up her fake Booferoo noise and walks off stage.
[Yapette whimpers and her fake nose squeaks]
Mrs. Showtime says, NEXT!
Roller Guinea roller skates on stage. He is dressed in a Booferoo fake red nose, jacket, and tail.
[Roller Guinea squeaks]
Roller Guinea goes on only his two left legs and spins in circles. He jumps into the air and spins, then he hops around on his Booferoo tail.
[The audience cheers]
Roller Guinea bows to the audience.
[The audience applauds]
All three judges press their buttons.
[A gong dings]
Mrs. Showtime says, I THINK WE FOUND OURSELVES A CLEAR WINNER.
Mrs Showtime puts a blue ribbon on Roller Guinea.
Mrs. Showtime says, THIS YEAR'S BEST BOOFEROO IS… WHAT'S YOUR NAME, DEAR?
Offstage, Spin says, IT'S ROLLER GUINEA.
Mrs. Showtime says, ROLLER... GUINEA?
Roller Guinea hops and says, WHOO-HOO!
Roller Guinea spins in a circle, and his Booferoo costume falls off!
[Roller Guinea’s fake nose squeaks as it falls]
[Everyone gasps]
Mrs. Showtime says, I'M AFRAID EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE SUPER TALENTED, YOU CAN'T WIN BEST BOOFEROO IN SHOW BECAUSE YOU'RE A GUINEA PIG!
Mrs. Showtime takes back the blue ribbon. Roller Guinea frowns.
[The judges' buzzer blares]
[Roller Guinea whimpers]
Spin comes on stage and says, MRS. SHOWTIME, WHAT IF YOU'RE NOT A BOOFEROO BUT REALLY TALENTED?
Pockets and Giggle join them on stage.
Pockets says, YES. LIKE OUR FRIEND.
The Mixmups say, IT'S NOT FAIR.
Mrs. Showtime says into the microphone, WELL, YES. BUT THOSE ARE THE RULES. THERE'S NOTHING ELSE WE CAN DO. IS THERE?
A thought bubble appears above the Mixmups' heads. They think about Spin’s Booferoo puppet and Yapette and Roller Guinea’s performances.
The Mixmups say, HMM.
Spin says, FIRST, I PRETENDED IT WAS MY BOOFEROO TELLING VERY FUNNY JOKES.
BUT HE WASN'T ALLOWED.
Pockets says, THEN YAPETTE PRETENDED TO BE A BOOFEROO AND DID AMAZING BACKWARDS WALKING. BUT THAT WASN'T ALLOWED EITHER.
Giggles says, THEN ROLLER GUINEA WON WITH HIS WHIZZY, WHEELIE DANCING. BUT THAT WASN'T ALLOWED BECAUSE HE'S A GUINEA PIG.
Mrs. Showtime says, HMM, I DID WONDER IF WE WERE MISSING A LOT OF TALENT WITH THESE BOOFEROO-ONLY RULES.
Pockets says, CAN WE TRY IT ANOTHER WAY?
The Mixmips say, PLEASE?
Mrs. Showtime says, HMM. I DON'T KNOW.
The three judges come on stage and begin to whisper in Mrs. Showtime’s ear.
[Indistinct whispering and mumbling]
Mrs. Showtime says, I AND THE JUDGES HAVE NOW DECIDED THAT ALL TALENTED PETS AND FRIENDS CAN ENTER THE SHOW.
Everyone says, YAY!
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
Later in the day, performances continue. A colourful Booferoo performs power lifting, and lifts a heavy weight over its head!
[Booferoo strains]
Three frogs wearing red hats jump up and down on a treadmill.
[The frogs croak]
A fox pulls a bouquet out of a hat.
[A drumroll plays]
An elephant plays trumpet music out of its trunk.
[Trumpet music]
Yapette and Roller Guinea perform together; this time, they are not wearing Booferoo costumes. Yapette does backward walking, and Roller Guinea skates around on his roller skates.
[Upbeat swing music plays]
All three judges press their buttons.
[An upbeat gong dings]
Spin, Pockets, and Giggle join Yapette and Roller Guinea on stage and dance.
[Everyone in the audience cheers as the talent show comes to an end]
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
The show finishes, and Pockets, Giggle, and Spin celebrate with Yapette, Roller Guinea, and the Booferoo puppet.
Giggle says, WE DID IT. THE WINGLE JUDGES DECIDED EVERYONE COULD BE INCLUDED AND SHOW OFF THEIR TALENTS.
Pockets says, NOT JUST BOOFEROOS.
The Mixmups say, YAY!
Mrs. Showtime says, YOU WERE RIGHT. THERE'S ALWAYS ANOTHER WAY.
The Wooden Spoon appears in a flash of light in Pockets’ front pocket.
Pockets says, OOPS, IT'S TIME TO GO HOME.
The magical adventure world begins to fold back up into the Magical Mixing Box,
Mrs. Showtime says, TOODLE-OO.
Giggle, Spin, Pockets, Yapette, and Roller Guinea all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box in a shimmer of sparkles. They appear back in Mixington Valley.
Back in the house, Pockets says, WHAT A GREAT TALENT SHOW.
[Spin laughs]
Spin says, YEAH. THAT WAS SO MUCH FUN. OOH, WHAT'S THAT BOX?
On the other side of the room is a blue box full of toys. The Mixmups gather around it.
Giggle says, OOH, MAGIC TRICKS.
Spin says, A UKULELE.
Pockets says, A TENNIS RACQUET. THESE ARE ALL NEW TALENTS WE CAN PRACTICE.
Spin says, I WONDER WHO LEFT THEM HERE?
Giggle says, DON'T KNOW, BUT LET'S GET TALENTED!
The Mixmups say, WHOO-HOO! YAY!
Up on the hilltop overlooking Mixington Valley is Lucky Loover Bird. She puts her microphone back in the tree cupboard. She sits back on the tree swing and looks down at Mixington Valley.
Lucky Loover Bird says, MIXING UP ADVENTURES NEAR AND FAR, BUT HOME IS WHERE THE MIXMUPS ARE. BYE, MIXMUPS!

Spin says, LOUD CHEERING AT ALL THE TALENT ACTS.
The Mixmups lean over the Magical Mixing Box and cheer, WHOO-HOO!
Pockets says, WHAT ELSE DO WE NEED?
Over on the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird waves her truck and sparkly magic swirls out! Golden sparkles swirl around the three friends.
[Sparkles jingling]
All three friends say, MAGIC SPARKLES!
The Wooden Spoon glows in Pockets’ hand. Pockets puts the spoon into the Magical Mixing Box and begins to stir.
All sing, MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE MIX UP THE MAGIC, YAHOO, YIPPEE!
Confetti and sparkles swirl out of the Magical Mixing Box and lift the three friends, Yapette, and Roller Guinea into the air.
All sing, MIX IT, TWIRL IT, WHIRL IT, HEY TIME FOR SOME MAGIC, ADVENTURE AND PLAY MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS YEAH MIXMUPS, MIXMUPS MIXMUPS MIX UP THE MAGIC, ONE, TWO, THREE YEAH!
They all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box with a pop!
The Magical Mixing Box appears in another world. Out pop Giggle, Pockets, Spin, Yapette, Roller Guinea, and the Wooden Spoon. The Magical Mixing Box unfolds, and from within appear trees, flowers, hills, a blue sky, and a talent show stage. The stage is blue and purple, with a star emblem and yellow curtains; blue benches are in rows in front of the stage, accompanied by a judges’ table.
Spin says, OOH! WOW! IT'S A STAGE!
Lucky Loover Bird walks on stage with a yellow microphone. She is wearing a shiny, gold blazer and a matching hat.
Lucky Loover Bird says into the microphone, TESTING, TESTING.
[Lucky Loover Bird exclaims]
Pockets says, WHO ARE YOU?
Lucky Loover Bird says, TODAY, I'M MRS. SHOWTIME. TALENT SHOW JUDGE.
Giggle says, WE WANT TO ENTER OUR TALENTED FRIENDS INTO A TALENT SHOW.
Mrs. Showtime says, WELL, YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE BECAUSE THE TALENT SHOW IS ABOUT TO BEGIN. WE WELCOME ALL TYPES OF TALENT.
The Mixmups say, YAY!
Mrs. Showtime says, AS LONG AS YOUR FRIENDS ARE BOOFEROOS.
The Mixmups say, ONLY BOOFEROOS?
Mrs. Showtime says, SORRY, BUT RULES ARE RULES. NOW, LET'S GET THE SHOW STARTED.
Pockets frowns and says, AW. THAT MEANS ROLLER GUINEA AND YAPETTE CAN'T BE IN THE TALENT SHOW.
Spin pulls out his Booferoo puppet.
Spin smiles and says, BUT MY BOOFEROO CAN.
Giggle says, UH, I DON'T THINK SO. HE'S A TOY, NOT A REAL BOOFEROO.
Spin says, NAH, IT'LL BE FINE.
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
Later in the day, the talent show is about to begin. An audience of colourful birds sits on the benches. Pockets and Giggle are frowning beside the stage, where there are stacks of cardboard boxes.
[Indistinct chattering from the audience]
Giggle says, I WISH WE COULD ENTER ROLLER GUINEA AND YAPETTE TOO.
Pockets says, YEAH.
Yapette nuzzles her nose into one of the cardboard boxes.
[Yapette barks]
[Pockets gasps]
Pockets pulls a toy Booferoo tail out of the box!
Pockets says, MAYBE WE CAN.
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
A little while later, the show begins.
[Upbeat music plays]
On the stage, Mrs. Showtime says, WELCOME, ONE AND ALL. GIVE IT UP FOR THE BIG BOOFEROO TALENT SHOW!
[The audience cheers]
Three bird judges sit at a table; they each have a big red button in front of them.
The first act is four Booferoos dancing.
[The Booferoos squeak]
All three of the judges press their buttons.
[A loud buzzer noise]
The second act is three Booferoos doing a trapeze act. One of the Booferoos leaps over the other two, but falls! The Booferoos frown.
[The Booferoos yip]
All three of the judges press their buttons.
[A loud buzzer noise]
The third act is a Booferoo using its tail as a spring! The Booferoo bounces around on stage.
[The Booferoo squeaks]
All three of the judges press their buttons.
[A loud buzzer noise]
The stage is now empty. Spin pokes his head out from beside the curtain, with his Booferoo puppet in his hand. Spin walks on stage with a chair.
Spin says, HELLO. HELLO, EVERYONE.
[The Booferoo puppet squeaks]
Mrs. Showtime walks on stage quickly.
Mrs. Showtime says into the microphone, AH, AH, AH. THE RULES ARE BOOFEROOS ONLY. SO YOUR BOOFEROO MUST PERFORM ON ITS OWN.
Spin frowns.
[The audience chatters]
Spin smiles and says, BUT MY BOOFEROO'S SHY. HE WANTS TO SIT ON MY LAP.
[The audience grumbles]
Mrs. Showtime says into the microphone, OKAY. HE CAN SIT ON YOUR LAP. BUT ONLY THE BOOFEROO CAN DO THE ACT.
Spin sits on the chair and says, OH, YEAH. ABSOLUTELY.
Mrs. Showtime walks off stage and says, HMM.
Through closed teeth, Spin says, HELLO, EVERYBODY. I'M GOING TO TELL YOU SOME JOKES.
Spin reads from the joke book.
Through closed teeth, Spin says, KNOCK, KNOCK.
Offstage, Mrs. Showtime says into the microphone, THAT WASN'T THE BOOFEROO TALKING. NEXT!
[The judges’ buzzer blares]
Spin picks up the Booferoo and the chair and walks offstage with his brows furrowed.
[Spin sighs]
Offstage, Pockets kneels beside Yapette. Yapette is wearing a big red nose, a jacket that looks like Booferoo fur, and a long fake Booferoo tail, with colourful polka dots and stripes.
Pockets says, GO ON, YAPETTE.
[Yapette barks]
Pockets says, SHH! YOU'RE A BOOFEROO, REMEMBER?
Yapette walks onstage backwards on her hind legs and waves her arms.
[Yapette whimpers]
[Indistinct chattering from the audience]
Yapette falls backwards, and her fake nose falls off.
[Yapette yeps and her fake Booferoo nose squeaks]
Offstage, Mrs. Showtime says, AH, AH, AH.
All three of the judges press their buttons.
[A loud buzzer noise]
Mrs. Showtime walks up to Yapette and says, YOU LOOK LIKE A DOG TO ME, NOT A
BOOFEROO.
Mrs. Showtime directs Yapette offstage. Yapette picks up her fake Booferoo noise and walks off stage.
[Yapette whimpers and her fake nose squeaks]
Mrs. Showtime says, NEXT!
Roller Guinea roller skates on stage. He is dressed in a Booferoo fake red nose, jacket, and tail.
[Roller Guinea squeaks]
Roller Guinea goes on only his two left legs and spins in circles. He jumps into the air and spins, then he hops around on his Booferoo tail.
[The audience cheers]
Roller Guinea bows to the audience.
[The audience applauds]
All three judges press their buttons.
[A gong dings]
Mrs. Showtime says, I THINK WE FOUND OURSELVES A CLEAR WINNER.
Mrs Showtime puts a blue ribbon on Roller Guinea.
Mrs. Showtime says, THIS YEAR'S BEST BOOFEROO IS… WHAT'S YOUR NAME, DEAR?
Offstage, Spin says, IT'S ROLLER GUINEA.
Mrs. Showtime says, ROLLER... GUINEA?
Roller Guinea hops and says, WHOO-HOO!
Roller Guinea spins in a circle, and his Booferoo costume falls off!
[Roller Guinea’s fake nose squeaks as it falls]
[Everyone gasps]
Mrs. Showtime says, I'M AFRAID EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE SUPER TALENTED, YOU CAN'T WIN BEST BOOFEROO IN SHOW BECAUSE YOU'RE A GUINEA PIG!
Mrs. Showtime takes back the blue ribbon. Roller Guinea frowns.
[The judges' buzzer blares]
[Roller Guinea whimpers]
Spin comes on stage and says, MRS. SHOWTIME, WHAT IF YOU'RE NOT A BOOFEROO BUT REALLY TALENTED?
Pockets and Giggle join them on stage.
Pockets says, YES. LIKE OUR FRIEND.
The Mixmups say, IT'S NOT FAIR.
Mrs. Showtime says into the microphone, WELL, YES. BUT THOSE ARE THE RULES. THERE'S NOTHING ELSE WE CAN DO. IS THERE?
A thought bubble appears above the Mixmups' heads. They think about Spin’s Booferoo puppet and Yapette and Roller Guinea’s performances.
The Mixmups say, HMM.
Spin says, FIRST, I PRETENDED IT WAS MY BOOFEROO TELLING VERY FUNNY JOKES.
BUT HE WASN'T ALLOWED.
Pockets says, THEN YAPETTE PRETENDED TO BE A BOOFEROO AND DID AMAZING BACKWARDS WALKING. BUT THAT WASN'T ALLOWED EITHER.
Giggles says, THEN ROLLER GUINEA WON WITH HIS WHIZZY, WHEELIE DANCING. BUT THAT WASN'T ALLOWED BECAUSE HE'S A GUINEA PIG.
Mrs. Showtime says, HMM, I DID WONDER IF WE WERE MISSING A LOT OF TALENT WITH THESE BOOFEROO-ONLY RULES.
Pockets says, CAN WE TRY IT ANOTHER WAY?
The Mixmips say, PLEASE?
Mrs. Showtime says, HMM. I DON'T KNOW.
The three judges come on stage and begin to whisper in Mrs. Showtime’s ear.
[Indistinct whispering and mumbling]
Mrs. Showtime says, I AND THE JUDGES HAVE NOW DECIDED THAT ALL TALENTED PETS AND FRIENDS CAN ENTER THE SHOW.
Everyone says, YAY!
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
Later in the day, performances continue. A colourful Booferoo performs power lifting, and lifts a heavy weight over its head!
[Booferoo strains]
Three frogs wearing red hats jump up and down on a treadmill.
[The frogs croak]
A fox pulls a bouquet out of a hat.
[A drumroll plays]
An elephant plays trumpet music out of its trunk.
[Trumpet music]
Yapette and Roller Guinea perform together; this time, they are not wearing Booferoo costumes. Yapette does backward walking, and Roller Guinea skates around on his roller skates.
[Upbeat swing music plays]
All three judges press their buttons.
[An upbeat gong dings]
Spin, Pockets, and Giggle join Yapette and Roller Guinea on stage and dance.
[Everyone in the audience cheers as the talent show comes to an end]
Two clouds smile in the sky.
The first cloud says, HMM.
The second cloud says, HMM.
The show finishes, and Pockets, Giggle, and Spin celebrate with Yapette, Roller Guinea, and the Booferoo puppet.
Giggle says, WE DID IT. THE WINGLE JUDGES DECIDED EVERYONE COULD BE INCLUDED AND SHOW OFF THEIR TALENTS.
Pockets says, NOT JUST BOOFEROOS.
The Mixmups say, YAY!
Mrs. Showtime says, YOU WERE RIGHT. THERE'S ALWAYS ANOTHER WAY.
The Wooden Spoon appears in a flash of light in Pockets’ front pocket.
Pockets says, OOPS, IT'S TIME TO GO HOME.
The magical adventure world begins to fold back up into the Magical Mixing Box,
Mrs. Showtime says, TOODLE-OO.
Giggle, Spin, Pockets, Yapette, and Roller Guinea all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box in a shimmer of sparkles. They appear back in Mixington Valley.
Back in the house, Pockets says, WHAT A GREAT TALENT SHOW.
[Spin laughs]
Spin says, YEAH. THAT WAS SO MUCH FUN. OOH, WHAT'S THAT BOX?
On the other side of the room is a blue box full of toys. The Mixmups gather around it.
Giggle says, OOH, MAGIC TRICKS.
Spin says, A UKULELE.
Pockets says, A TENNIS RACQUET. THESE ARE ALL NEW TALENTS WE CAN PRACTICE.
Spin says, I WONDER WHO LEFT THEM HERE?
Giggle says, DON'T KNOW, BUT LET'S GET TALENTED!
The Mixmups say, WHOO-HOO! YAY!
Up on the hilltop overlooking Mixington Valley is Lucky Loover Bird. She puts her microphone back in the tree cupboard. She sits back on the tree swing and looks down at Mixington Valley.
Lucky Loover Bird says, MIXING UP ADVENTURES NEAR AND FAR, BUT HOME IS WHERE THE MIXMUPS ARE. BYE, MIXMUPS!
