DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups, Pockets, Spin and Giggle pose beneath the text. Pockets is a blue bear with red pockets. She wears triangular red eyeglasses with a yellow star on each side. DESCRIPTION: On the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird swings on their tree swing and watches Giggle and Pockets swing on a swing set near their house. Nearby, Roller Guinea roller skates around the lever that controls the Mixmups spinning teacup ride and then spins. Spin emerges from the elevator, pushing a baby pram.
GIGGLE: Whoo-hoo!
SPIN SINGS: La da da da da.
SPIN: Now, let's see.
[Rock music plays in Roller Guinea’s headphones, Roller Guinea chitters]
DESCRIPTION: Roller Guinea dances on their roller skates.
SPIN: Aha. Roller Guinea.

SPIN: I bet you'd love to ride in a pram.

DESCRIPTION: Spin picks up Roller Guinea and lays them down in the pram. He removes the headphones and covers them up with a small blanket. Giggle and Pockets arrive.
GIGGLE: What are you doing, Spin?
SPIN: Uh, being a dad, and Roller Guinea's my baby.
DESCRIPTION: Spin covers his eyes with his hands and then moves his hands away.
SPIN: Peekaboo!
[Roller Guinea chitters, boing]
DESCRIPTION: Roller Guinea leaps into Giggle’s arms.
GIGGLE: I don't think Roller Guinea wants to be a baby.
[Giggle laughs, Spin sighs]
SPIN: You can be my baby, Yapette.
[Yapette barks quietly, Pockets laughs]
POCKETS: That's a no, Spin.
[Spin groans, birds chirp]
SPIN: Will you be my baby, Pockets?
[Pockets laughs]
POCKETS: No. I'm too big to be a baby.
SPIN: How about you, Giggle?
GIGGLE: No, thank you. Why do you want a real baby anyway, Spin?
SPIN: Because they're cute and funny.
POCKETS: Yes, they are, aren't they? Oh. I know. Why don't we mix up a baby adventure and find some cute, funny babies to play with?
ALL CHEER: Yay!
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Oh. Time to play.
[Gentle music plays, footsteps patter, door squeaks]
DESCRIPTION: Lucky Loover Bird jumps off their swing and opens a door in the tree trunk, revealing a book with a baby rattle on the front cover.
[Blanket rustles, rattle rattles]
DESCRIPTION: In front of the house, Spin drops a baby blanket into the mixing box, and Pockets adds the rattle.
SPIN: Baby blanket.
POCKETS: Baby rattle.
GIGGLE: Baby noises.
[Everyone giggles]
ALL: Goo-goo, ga-ga. Goo-goo, ga-ga.
POCKETS: Hmm. What else do we need?
DESCRIPTION: On the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird blows sparkles towards the Mixmups.
[Gentle music plays, sparkles chime]
MIXMUPS: Magic sparkles!
[Wind whooshes, rock music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Spin uses the wooden spoon to stir the contents of the mixing box.
MIXMUPS SING: Mix up the magic, one, two, three. Mix up the magic, whoo-hoo, yippee! Mix it, twirl it, whirl it, hey! Time for some magic, adventure and play. Mixmups, Mixmups, yeah!
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups and the wooden spoon drop into the box. The box shrinks and disappears.
MIXMUPS SING: Mixmups, Mixmups, Mixmups, mix up the magic, one, two, three. Yeah.
[Chime, spoon thunks, pop]
DESCRIPTION: The mixing box reappears in an empty white space, and the Mixmups and wooden spoon fly out. Spin catches the spoon. The box unfolds and forms a nursery with a playmat, a change table, a bookcase, a small slide, three highchairs, and a road carpet with toy cars on top. Lucky Loover Bird sits on the playmat reading a book with three baby wingles wearing diapers in front of them.
MIXMUPS: Whoa! Wow!
[Gentle music plays]
GIGGLE: What's this place?
[Babies coo]
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD READS: And they all lived happily ever after.
SPIN: Oh, who are you?
[Book thumps, slide whistle]
DESCRIPTION: Lucky Loover Bird closes the book and picks up a baby crawling off the playmat.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Today, I'm Mrs. Ga-ga. Welcome to Goo-goo's Nursery. Come and join us.
[Babies coo]
SPIN: What's Goo-goo's Nursie?
[Babies coo]
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD AS MRS. GA-GA: A nursery is a place where little wingles come and play when their grownups are busy.
SPIN: Oh, we would like to look after them, too.
MRS. GA-GA: Then you've come to the right place, and I'd be very grateful for some help.
[Baby giggles, Mixmups cheer]
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Ga-Ga tickles a baby’s tummy.
MRS. GA-GA: Playing with babies can be lots of fun.
[Baby fusses]
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Ga-Ga rocks the baby.
MRS. GA-GA: They can be hard work, too.
GIGGLE: But babies don't do anything.
[Giggle giggles]
SPIN: Yeah. Babies are easy peas-y.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle covers her eyes with her hand and then moves her hand away.
GIGGLE: Peekaboo!
[Baby cries loudly]
GIGGLE: Um...
[Babies coo]
MRS. GA-GA: Oh, dear. Let's all play with some toys instead, and you babies can get to know our new helpers.
[Upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: In the sky, the two clouds smile.
CLOUDS: Mm.
[Babies fuss, cry, blocks clatter, cars rustle, cars clatter, Roller Guinea chitters, babies cry loudly]
DESCRIPTION: In the nursery, Pockets plays with cars on the road carpet with a baby. Spin stacks blocks beside a baby, and Giggle offers a red ball to a baby. The baby beside Spin knocks over the blocks. On the road carpet, Yapette pushes a toy car to Pockets, and she lines it up behind three other cars. The baby beside her throws a toy car, knocking the line over. Giggle rolls the ball to another baby, who cries. Roller Guinea rolls a rattle to the baby, and the baby cries loudly. Roller Guinea rolls a rattle away. The other two babies roll to the baby with the ball, and they sit together, crying.
GIGGLE: These babies cry... a lot.
POCKETS: Why don't they want to play with us?
[Thud, sucking]
DESCRIPTION: A baby puts a soother in their mouth.
SPIN: I think the babies are hungry. Maybe we should feed them.
MRS. GA-GA: Yes. It is lunchtime.
[Happy music notes play]
DESCRIPTION: In the sky, the two clouds smile.
CLOUDS: Mm.
[Babies cry, Mixmup sighs, smack, Pockets gasps, food splatters, Yapette barks softly, baby cries, food splatters, Spin gasps
DESCRIPTION: In the nursery, the babies sit in the highchairs as the Mixmups try to feed them. Pockets offers a bottle to a baby, and the baby knocks a bowl off the highchair tray. The bowl overturns on Yapette’s head, and yellow pureed food splatters on the floor. Another baby knocks a spoonful of food away, and it splatters on Spin’s apron. Spin mops the floor, and the baby he was trying to feed knocks their bowl onto the floor in front of him.
POCKETS: I don't think the babies are hungry.
[Spin groans, babies cry, flatulence toots, Spin sniffs]
SPIN: Whoa! What's that smell?
MRS. GA-GA: Oops. Somebody's done a poo-poo!
[Flatulence toots, Spin retches]
MRS. GA-GA: You used to poo-poo, too. They'll soon be nice and clean.
[Flatulence toots]
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Ga-Ga picks up a baby. In the sky, the clouds’ downturned mouths drop open.
BOTH: Mm. Oh.
[Spin groans, diaper rustles, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: In the nursery, the three babies lie on the change table, their feet toward Mrs. Ga-Ga. Spin holds his hand over his nose as he drops a diaper into a bin.
SPIN: Smelly!
MRS. GA-GA: New nappy, please.
[Diaper rustles]
DESCRIPTION: Pockets holds a stack of diapers, and Mrs. Ga-Ga takes one.
MRS. GA-GA: There. All clean.
[Hand pats]
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Ga-Ga pats a baby’s tummy. In the sky, the clouds smile and their edges turn green.
CLOUDS: Mm.
[Giggle sighs]
DESCRIPTION: In the nursery, two babies sit on the playmat, smiling up at the Mixmups. Giggle holds the third baby.
GIGGLE: They've stopped crying.
POCKETS: So now, we can play with them.
SPIN: Yes!
[Babies cry, Mixmups gasp]
MIXMUPS: Oh, no! Not again!
POCKETS: Why aren't the babies happy?
GIGGLE: They keep crying!
SPIN: Why don't they want to play with us?
[Babies cry]
MRS. GA-GA: I wonder if the babies need something else before they're ready to play.
POCKETS: Yes, but what?
[Babies cry, pop]
DESCRIPTION: A thought bubble appears over the Mixmups.
ALL: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: In the thought bubble, a flashback of the baby knocking over Spin’s stack of blocks appears.
SPIN: We played with the toys, but the babies got grumpy.
DESCRIPTION: In the thought bubble, a flashback of the baby knocking the food onto Yapette’s head appears.
GIGGLE: We fed the babies, but they just made a mess.
DESCRIPTION: In the thought bubble, a flashback of Spin covering his nose and dropping the diaper in the bin appears.
POCKETS: And we even changed their poo-y nappies, but they still didn't want to play.
[Babies cry, thought bubble pops]
DESCRIPTION: The thought bubble disappears. The two babies on the playmat and the baby in Giggle’s arms wave their arms and legs.
POCKETS: I don't know what else they could need. We tried everything.
DESCRIPTION: Spin sits on the floor.
SPIN: Ah, I don't want to do this anymore.
[Soft snores, gentle music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The baby in Giggle’s arms sleeps.
GIGGLE: Spin, look! This little one has been rocked to sleep. I think the babies are tired.
SPIN: Oh! So they just need a nap!
MRS. GA-GA: What a nap-tastic idea. Let's load them up into the nursery-mobile and take them for a rocking, rolling ride.
DESCRIPTION: In the sky, the clouds smile.
BOTH: Mm.
[Babies cry, wheels squeak, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle pulls the nursery-mobile behind her wheelchair, back and forth across the room.
[Giggle sighs]
DESCRIPTION: Later, Giggle holds Roller Guinea on her lap. Pockets and Spin sit on the floor, with Yapette sleeping beside Pockets.
GIGGLE: They've been asleep for ages.
[Babies sigh]
SPIN: Hey, look. They've woken up, and they're not crying!
POCKETS: Ah, great. Let's play.
DESCRIPTION: In the sky, the clouds smile and their edges turn green.
CLOUDS: Mm.
[Babies giggle, coo, toy car whooshes, baby laughs, upbeat music plays, Spin sighs happily]
DESCRIPTION: A baby watches Spin stack the blocks and puts the last block on the top of the stack. On the road carpet, another baby pushes a car towards the line of cars in front of Pockets. Giggle plays peekaboo with another baby.
SPIN: We did it!
POCKETS: We came to play with the babies, but all they did was cry.
GIGGLE: Now they've had a sleep, they do want to play.
[Babies giggle, Roller Guinea chitters]
DESCRIPTION: A baby hugs Roller Guinea.
MRS. GA-GA: Well, as I say, there's always another way.
[Spoon rattles, whooshes, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The wooden spoon shakes, and Giggle picks it up.
GIGGLE: Ooh. It's time to go!
[Box rustles, whooshes]
DESCRIPTION: The nursery disappears as the mixing box folds back into a box. Lucky Loover Bird waves to the Mixmups. Sparkles lift them and carry them back into the mixing box.
MRS. GA-GA: Toodle-loo!
[Upbeat music plays, pop, thud]
DESCRIPTION: The magical mixing box reappears in front of the Mixmups’ house. The Mixmups lift out of the box and land on the ground. The wooden spoon flies out of the box, and Spin catches it.
POCKETS: Ah, that was a fun baby adventure.
[Birds chirp]
SPIN: Yeah, it was, wasn't it?
[Gentle music plays]
GIGGLE: Ooh, what's that?
[Yapette barks softly, Roller Guinea chitters, Spin gasps]
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups run to the pram and look at a Spin baby doll with a soother in the mouth.
SPIN: Great! A toy baby to play with! Real babies are cute and funny, but they did cry a lot.
GIGGLE: Yeah, they really did, didn't they?
POCKETS: I wonder who left that there.
[Book rustles, door creaks, door thumps, whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: On the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird puts the book into the tree trunk and shuts the door. They sit down on their swing and watch the Mixmups gathered around the pram.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Mixing up adventures near and far, but home is where the Mixmups are. Bye, Mixmups!

The baby beside her throws a toy car, knocking the line over. Giggle rolls the ball to another baby, who cries. Roller Guinea rolls a rattle to the baby, and the baby cries loudly. Roller Guinea rolls a rattle away. The other two babies roll to the baby with the ball, and they sit together, crying.
GIGGLE: These babies cry... a lot.
POCKETS: Why don't they want to play with us?
[Thud, sucking]
DESCRIPTION: A baby puts a soother in their mouth.
SPIN: I think the babies are hungry. Maybe we should feed them.
MRS. GA-GA: Yes. It is lunchtime.
[Happy music notes play]
DESCRIPTION: In the sky, the two clouds smile.
CLOUDS: Mm.
[Babies cry, Mixmup sighs, smack, Pockets gasps, food splatters, Yapette barks softly, baby cries, food splatters, Spin gasps
DESCRIPTION: In the nursery, the babies sit in the highchairs as the Mixmups try to feed them. Pockets offers a bottle to a baby, and the baby knocks a bowl off the highchair tray. The bowl overturns on Yapette’s head, and yellow pureed food splatters on the floor. Another baby knocks a spoonful of food away, and it splatters on Spin’s apron. Spin mops the floor, and the baby he was trying to feed knocks their bowl onto the floor in front of him.
POCKETS: I don't think the babies are hungry.
[Spin groans, babies cry, flatulence toots, Spin sniffs]
SPIN: Whoa! What's that smell?
MRS. GA-GA: Oops. Somebody's done a poo-poo!
[Flatulence toots, Spin retches]
MRS. GA-GA: You used to poo-poo, too. They'll soon be nice and clean.
[Flatulence toots]
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Ga-Ga picks up a baby. In the sky, the clouds’ downturned mouths drop open.
BOTH: Mm. Oh.
[Spin groans, diaper rustles, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: In the nursery, the three babies lie on the change table, their feet toward Mrs. Ga-Ga. Spin holds his hand over his nose as he drops a diaper into a bin.
SPIN: Smelly!
MRS. GA-GA: New nappy, please.
[Diaper rustles]
DESCRIPTION: Pockets holds a stack of diapers, and Mrs. Ga-Ga takes one.
MRS. GA-GA: There. All clean.
[Hand pats]
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Ga-Ga pats a baby’s tummy. In the sky, the clouds smile and their edges turn green.
CLOUDS: Mm.
[Giggle sighs]
DESCRIPTION: In the nursery, two babies sit on the playmat, smiling up at the Mixmups. Giggle holds the third baby.
GIGGLE: They've stopped crying.
POCKETS: So now, we can play with them.
SPIN: Yes!
[Babies cry, Mixmups gasp]
MIXMUPS: Oh, no! Not again!
POCKETS: Why aren't the babies happy?
GIGGLE: They keep crying!
SPIN: Why don't they want to play with us?
[Babies cry]
MRS. GA-GA: I wonder if the babies need something else before they're ready to play.
POCKETS: Yes, but what?
[Babies cry, pop]
DESCRIPTION: A thought bubble appears over the Mixmups.
ALL: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: In the thought bubble, a flashback of the baby knocking over Spin’s stack of blocks appears.
SPIN: We played with the toys, but the babies got grumpy.
DESCRIPTION: In the thought bubble, a flashback of the baby knocking the food onto Yapette’s head appears.
GIGGLE: We fed the babies, but they just made a mess.
DESCRIPTION: In the thought bubble, a flashback of Spin covering his nose and dropping the diaper in the bin appears.
POCKETS: And we even changed their poo-y nappies, but they still didn't want to play.
[Babies cry, thought bubble pops]
DESCRIPTION: The thought bubble disappears. The two babies on the playmat and the baby in Giggle’s arms wave their arms and legs.
POCKETS: I don't know what else they could need. We tried everything.
DESCRIPTION: Spin sits on the floor.
SPIN: Ah, I don't want to do this anymore.
[Soft snores, gentle music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The baby in Giggle’s arms sleeps.
GIGGLE: Spin, look! This little one has been rocked to sleep. I think the babies are tired.
SPIN: Oh! So they just need a nap!
MRS. GA-GA: What a nap-tastic idea. Let's load them up into the nursery-mobile and take them for a rocking, rolling ride.
DESCRIPTION: In the sky, the clouds smile.
BOTH: Mm.
[Babies cry, wheels squeak, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle pulls the nursery-mobile behind her wheelchair, back and forth across the room.
[Giggle sighs]
DESCRIPTION: Later, Giggle holds Roller Guinea on her lap. Pockets and Spin sit on the floor, with Yapette sleeping beside Pockets.
GIGGLE: They've been asleep for ages.
[Babies sigh]
SPIN: Hey, look. They've woken up, and they're not crying!
POCKETS: Ah, great. Let's play.
DESCRIPTION: In the sky, the clouds smile and their edges turn green.
CLOUDS: Mm.
[Babies giggle, coo, toy car whooshes, baby laughs, upbeat music plays, Spin sighs happily]
DESCRIPTION: A baby watches Spin stack the blocks and puts the last block on the top of the stack. On the road carpet, another baby pushes a car towards the line of cars in front of Pockets. Giggle plays peekaboo with another baby.
SPIN: We did it!
POCKETS: We came to play with the babies, but all they did was cry.
GIGGLE: Now they've had a sleep, they do want to play.
[Babies giggle, Roller Guinea chitters]
DESCRIPTION: A baby hugs Roller Guinea.
MRS. GA-GA: Well, as I say, there's always another way.
[Spoon rattles, whooshes, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The wooden spoon shakes, and Giggle picks it up.
GIGGLE: Ooh. It's time to go!
[Box rustles, whooshes]
DESCRIPTION: The nursery disappears as the mixing box folds back into a box. Lucky Loover Bird waves to the Mixmups. Sparkles lift them and carry them back into the mixing box.
MRS. GA-GA: Toodle-loo!
[Upbeat music plays, pop, thud]
DESCRIPTION: The magical mixing box reappears in front of the Mixmups’ house. The Mixmups lift out of the box and land on the ground. The wooden spoon flies out of the box, and Spin catches it.
POCKETS: Ah, that was a fun baby adventure.
[Birds chirp]
SPIN: Yeah, it was, wasn't it?
[Gentle music plays]
GIGGLE: Ooh, what's that?
[Yapette barks softly, Roller Guinea chitters, Spin gasps]
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups run to the pram and look at a Spin baby doll with a soother in the mouth.
SPIN: Great! A toy baby to play with! Real babies are cute and funny, but they did cry a lot.
GIGGLE: Yeah, they really did, didn't they?
POCKETS: I wonder who left that there.
[Book rustles, door creaks, door thumps, whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: On the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird puts the book into the tree trunk and shuts the door. They sit down on their swing and watch the Mixmups gathered around the pram.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Mixing up adventures near and far, but home is where the Mixmups are. Bye, Mixmups!
[Chimes, cheerful music plays]
