SINGERS: Mixmups, here come the Mixmups
DESCRIPTION: In animation, in a shower of sparkles, a magical Wooden Spoon pops out of a star-covered, blue Magical Mixing Box on red wheels. Three friends, Pockets, Giggle, and Spin, are accompanied by their guinea pig, Roller Guinea, and their guide dog, Yapette.
SINGERS: Mixmups, mix, mix, the Mixmups
DESCRIPTION: Giggle has orange and yellow fur and cat-like ears. Pockets has bear ears, blue fur, red pockets, and red glasses with stars on the frames. Spin has red fur and bunny ears, and has two yellow antennas.
SINGERS: Mixmups, here come the Mixmups
DESCRIPTION: Roller Guinea has light brown fur and is wearing red roller skates; Yapette has brown fur, a white-and-red polka-dot harness, and a red nose. The light-up Wooden Spoon swirls up sparkles around the Magical Mixing Box.
SINGERS: Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
DESCRIPTION: Pockets, Giggle, and Spin all wave. Confetti sparkles all around them.

DESCRIPTION: In Mixington Valley, Pockets, Giggle, and Spin all stand around the Magical Mixing Box. Mixington Valley is a magical land with rolling hills, a red-and-white-striped house, and a slide and an accessible blue-and-yellow swing set.
SINGERS: Mix it, twirl it, whirl it, hey
DESCRIPTION: Over the hilltop is Lucky Loover Bird. She is fuzzy and gray, wears red shoes, and has a long trunk. Lucky Loover Bird swirls magic out of her trunk that lights up the Wooden Spoon in Spin’s hand.
SINGERS: Time for some magic, adventure and play
SINGERS: Mixmups, Mixmups, hey, hey, hey!
DESCRIPTION: Magical sparkles swirl around the three friends. They float into the air and disappear into the Magical Mixing Box.
SINGERS: Mixmups, here come the Mixmups
DESCRIPTION: Pockets, Giggle, and Spin are transported to an imaginary world. In a montage of their adventures, they spin on a teacup ride, then are in an autumn forest. In the forest, Giggle uses a blue-and-orange wheelchair. Pockets runs behind them, holding Yapette’s harness handle, along with Spin, who is also running.

DESCRIPTION: The montage continues with the three friends baking cakes in a kitchen, charting a pirate ship, and playing an electric guitar!

LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: In Mixington Valley, the Mixmups play. What kind of adventure will they mix up today?

DESCRIPTION: Spin, Giggle, and Pockets are asleep in their bedroom. Spin’s bed is pink, Giggle’s bed is orange, and Pockets’ bed is blue. Yapette is asleep beside Pockets. Toys cover the floor.
[Mixmups snoring]
DESCRIPTION: Pockets wakes up and turns to Giggle.
[Pockets yawning]
POCKETS: Oh-ho, I had the best dream last night.
GIGGLE: What was it, Pockets?
POCKETS: I was on a hill. A long way away, I saw a biscuit spoon tree.
DESCRIPTION: Spin wakes up and runs over to Giggle and Pockets.
SPIN: Biscuit spoon tree? Whoo-hoo. What's that look like?
DESCRIPTION: Giggle pulls out a crayon and paper and draws a picture. Giggle hands the picture to Pockets.
[Scribbling]
GIGGLE: Did it look like... this?
DESCRIPTION: The drawing is of a tree with spoons hanging from the branches.
POCKETS: Yes! A tree that grows spoon-shaped biscuits. And when I picked one another grew back straight away.
SPIN: Pity it's only a dream.
GIGGLE: I know, why don't we… mix up a magical biscuit spoon tree adventure? Then we can all eat biscuit spoons together.
ALL: Whoo-hoo!
DESCRIPTION: Lucky Loover Bird sits over on the hilltop
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Oh? Time to play.
DESCRIPTION: Lucky Loover Bird hops off her tree swing and opens a door in the side of the tree.
[Door creaks open]
DESCRIPTION: Inside the tree is a yellow backpack. In Mixington Valley, the three friends gather around the Magical Mixing Box and put in the ingredients for their adventure! Giggle puts in her drawing, and Pockets drops in some spoons.
GIGGLE: My tree picture.
POCKSTS: Some spoons.
SPIN: Some biscuit munching noises.
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups lean over the Magical Mixing Box and make chewing noises with their mouths.
[Munching and chewing]
POCKETS: What else do we need?
[Twinkling]
DESCRIPTION: On the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird waves her trunk and sparkly magic swirls out! Golden sparkles swirl around the three friends.
[Sparkles jingling]
ALL THREE FRIENDS SAY: Magic sparkles!
DESCRIPTION: The Wooden Spoon glows in Pockets’ hand. Pockets puts the spoon into the Magical Mixing Box and begins to stir.
ALL SING: Mix up the magic one, two, three. Mix up the magic, Yahoo! Yippee!
DESCRIPTION: Confetti and sparkles swirl out of the Magical Mixing Box and lift the three friends, Yapette, and Roller Guinea into the air.
ALL SING: Mix it, twirl it, whirl it hey. Time for some magic adventure and play. Mixmups, Mixmups, yeah, Mixmups, Mixmups, Mixmups. Mix up the magic. One, two, three, yeah!
DESCRIPTION: They all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box with a pop!
DESCRIPTION: The Magical Mixing Box appears in an all white world. Out pops Giggle, Pockets, Spin, Yapette, Roller Guinea, and the Wooden Spoon. The Magical Mixing Box unfolds, revealing trees, flowers, hills, and a blue sky. Tall, snow-capped, multicoloured mountains are in the distance.
ALL: Wow!
POCKETS: This looks just like my dream.
SPIN: Great! Which way is the biscuit tree?
POCKETS: Oh, um, I don't know.
DESCRIPTION: From behind the trees, Lucky Loover Bird hops out. She is wearing a yellow baseball cap and a yellow backpack.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Coo-wee, adventurers! Only me. Welcome to the great outdoors.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Who are you? Today I'm Mrs. Hikey, your hiking leader. Where are we off to today?
GIGGLE: We have come to find the magical biscuit spoon tree.
POCKETS: Do you know it?
MRS HIKEY: Know it? I've seen it. And I've eaten its yummy biscuits! It's quite a hike though. Are you sure you're ready?
DESCRIPTION: In a flash of sparkles, the Mixmups are given backpacks, and Giggle’s wheelchair is transformed into an off-road wheelchair.
[Whooshing]
[Mixmups gasping]
ALL: Yeah!
MRS HIKEY: Then, off we go.
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds in the sky watch Mrs. Hikey and the Mixmups walk off.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups and Mrs. Hikey walk over a big hill, then stop by a fence to check a map.
SPIN: Are we there yet?
MRS. HIKEY: No.
[Upbeat music]
MRS. HIKEY: Right. We need to get through this gate.
DESCRIPTION: Pockets pushes on the fence gate. It does not open.
POCKETS: Ooh.
[Rattling]
POCKETS: Hm, but it's locked.
MRS. HIKEY: Oh, yeah. Forgot about that. Don't worry, we can unlock it from the other side.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle looks around. She sees that the fence spans far in both directions.
GIGGLE: But...how do we get to the other side?
SPIN: No problem, I can jump over.
DESCRIPTION: Spin takes a running start and tries to jump over the fence. He falls to the ground.
[Panting]
[Straining]
[Grunting]
SPIN: No, I can't.
DESCRIPTION: Yapette barks and leads Pockets down the fence.
[Barking]
POCKETS: What is it, Yapette?
[Sniffing]
POCKETS: What have you found?
DESCRIPTION: Yapette barks at a loose board of the fence. Pockets moves it to reveal a small opening.
[Barking]
[Gasping]
POCKETS: An opening. Good guiding, Yapette.
[Barking]
DESCRIPTION: Yapette walks through the opening and unlocks the gate from the other side.
[Lock clicking and beeping]
POCKETS: Ooh.
ALL: Yay!
MRS. HIKEY: Right. Follow me. Hup, hup, hup, hup.
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds in the sky watch Mrs. Hikey and the Mixmups walk through the fence.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups and Mrs. Hikey walk over a large hill.
POCKETS: Are we there... now?
MRS. HIKEY: Nope!
DESCRIPTION: The group approaches a patch of tall grass.
MRS. HIKEY: Hm, long grass. That wasn't on my map. Not to worry. Come on, everyone.
[Grass rustling]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle stops in the grass.
GIGGLE: Ooh, the grass is too thick, even for my off-road chair.
MRS. HIKEY: Oh, dear.
DESCRIPTION: Yapette barks and leads Pockets to an open trail through the grass.
[Barking]
POCKETS: What have you seen, Yapette?
[Sniffing and barking]
POCKETS: Oh-ho-ho. Hey, everyone, Yapette's found a path through the grass.
[Barking]
ALL: Yay!
POCKETS: This way.
[Barking]
[Sniffing]
[Humming]
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups and Mrs. Hikey emerge from the other side of the tall grass.
POCKETS: Phew, we made it. Brilliant guiding, Yapette.
[Barking]
[Sniffing]
[Humming]
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds in the sky watch Mrs. Hikey and the Mixmups walk over a tall, colourful mountain.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
POCKETS: Are we nearly there, now?
MRS. HIKEY: No.
DESCRIPTION: At the bottom of the mountain, Mrs. Hikey checks her map.
MRS. HIKEY: Oh, wait. Yes! I think it is 'round here somewhere.
[Barking]
POCKETS: Is everything okay, Yapette?
[Gasping]
DESCRIPTION: Yapette leads Pockets a few steps and sits down.
POCKETS: Um, Mrs. Hikey?
MRS. HIKEY: Yes, dear?
POCKETS: Isn't that the magic spoon tree?
DESCRIPTION: On a small island, connected by a bridge, a tall, sparking, pink-striped tree stands.
[Angelic humming]
MRS. HIKEY: Why, yes! Yes, it is!
DESCRIPTION: Everyone cheers!
MIXMUPS: Yay!
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds in the sky smile.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Mm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Mm.
DESCRIPTION: Spin and Giggle go across the bridge and approach the Biscuit Spoon Tree.
SPIN: Oh-ho.
GIGGLE: Whoo!
DESCRIPTION: Pockets, Yapette, and Mrs. Hikey are still on the other side of the bridge.
SPIN: Hurry up, Pockets.
[Barking]
DESCRIPTION: Yapette steps onto the bridge, steps off, and looks at Pockets.
[Whimpering]
GIGGLE: Is something wrong with Yapette?
[Whimpering]
POCKETS: Oh dear, I don't think she likes bridges.
[Whimpering]
POCKETS: It's okay, I'll stay here with Yapette while you go and see the tree.
GIGGLE: Okay, we'll bring back some biscuits for you to eat.
POCKETS: Thank you, Giggle.
SPIN & GIGGLE: Wow!
DESCRIPTION: Spin and Giggle approach the Biscuit Spoon Tree. They pick biscuit spoons that hang from the branches of the pink tree and carry them in their arms to Pockets. New ones immediately replace the picked spoons!
[Giggling]
[Whooshing]
SPIN: Here you go, Pockets. Biscuit spoons for all of us.
DESCRIPTION: Right when Spin and Pockets walk over the bridge, the spoons disappear.
[Whooshing]
BOTH: Huh?
MRS. HIKEY: Ah, I was afraid that might happen. The magical biscuit spoons can only exist on the island.
MIXMUPS: Aw.
GIGGLES: So we can't bring the biscuits over to you.
POCKETS: And I don't want to cross the bridge without Yapette.
MIXMUPS: Oh, no.
MRS. HIKEY: Is there something else you could do to all reach the tree?
DESCRIPTION: A thought bubble appears above the Mixmups' heads. They think about Spin trying to jump over the fence and Yapette going through the fence. They think about Yapette finding a path in the grass, and about Yapette being too scared to cross the bridge.
MIXMUPS: Hm.
SPIN: The gate was too high to climb over, but Yapette found a hole in the fence and unlocked it for us.
GIGGLE: And the long grass was too thick but Yapette found a path and guided us through.
POCKETS: But when we found the magical biscuit spoon tree Yapette was too scared to cross the bridge, so I couldn't taste the biscuits from my dream.
[Pockets gasping]
POCKETS: Wait. Yapette helped guide us here, so maybe we could guide her there.
GIGGLE: Great idea, Pockets.
[Barking]
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds look down at the Mixmups.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: Pockets takes out a cane and begins to guide Yapette across the bridge by putting her hand on Yapette’s nose.
POCKETS: Okay, Yapette, keep your eyes closed.
[Whimpering]
POCKETS: And I will guide you over. That's it. Easy does it.
[Whimpering]
DESCRIPTION: Pockets and Yapette make it to the other side of the bridge! Spin, Giggle, and Mrs. Hikey follow behind them.
POCKETS: And... we're there.
DESCRIPTION: Yapette wags her tail, jumps, and spins in a circle.
[Barking]
SPIN: Whoo!
GIGGLE: Yeah!
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups take spoons from the tree. More biscuit spoons pop onto the tree to replace the ones that were there.
[Popping]
[Whooshing]
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups eat the spoons and smile.
[Crunching]
[Munching]
[Crunching]
POCKETS: Mm, delicious.
[Crunching]
POCKETS: We made it to the magical biscuit spoon tree by guiding Yapette across the bridge.
MRS. HIKEY: You did! As I say, there's always another way.
DESCRIPTION: The Magical Wooden Spoon appears in Pockets’ pocket.
[Whooshing]
Ooh, it's time to go home.
[Twinkling and whooshing]
DESCRIPTION: The magical adventure world begins to fold back up into the Magical Mixing Box.
MRS. HIKEY: Toodle-loo!
DESCRIPTION: Giggle, Spin, Pockets, Yapette, and Roller Guinea all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box in a shimmer of sparkles. They reappear at the Mixington Valley house, and all three friends sit on Pockets’ bed.
[Upbeat music]
GIGGLE: Ah, that was a great biscuit-y spoon-y adventure.
BOTH: Aw, yeah.
[Yapette barking]
DESCRIPTION: In the corner of their room, there is a miniature pink Biscuit Spoon tree covered in dog treats.
POCKETS: Look, a dog biscuit tree. That's for you, Yapette. For being such a clever doggy.
[Barking]
SPIN: I wonder who left that there.
DESCRIPTION: Up on the hilltop overlooking Mixington Valley is Lucky Loover Bird. She puts her yellow backpack into the tree cupboard. She sits back on the tree swing and looks down at Mixington Valley.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Mixing up adventures near and far, but home is where the Mixmups are. Bye, Mixmups!

DESCRIPTION: Two clouds in the sky watch Mrs. Hikey and the Mixmups walk off.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups and Mrs. Hikey walk over a big hill, then stop by a fence to check a map.
SPIN: Are we there yet?
MRS. HIKEY: No.
[Upbeat music]
MRS. HIKEY: Right. We need to get through this gate.
DESCRIPTION: Pockets pushes on the fence gate. It does not open.
POCKETS: Ooh.
[Rattling]
POCKETS: Hm, but it's locked.
MRS. HIKEY: Oh, yeah. Forgot about that. Don't worry, we can unlock it from the other side.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle looks around. She sees that the fence spans far in both directions.
GIGGLE: But...how do we get to the other side?
SPIN: No problem, I can jump over.
DESCRIPTION: Spin takes a running start and tries to jump over the fence. He falls to the ground.
[Panting]
[Straining]
[Grunting]
SPIN: No, I can't.
DESCRIPTION: Yapette barks and leads Pockets down the fence.
[Barking]
POCKETS: What is it, Yapette?
[Sniffing]
POCKETS: What have you found?
DESCRIPTION: Yapette barks at a loose board of the fence. Pockets moves it to reveal a small opening.
[Barking]
[Gasping]
POCKETS: An opening. Good guiding, Yapette.
[Barking]
DESCRIPTION: Yapette walks through the opening and unlocks the gate from the other side.
[Lock clicking and beeping]
POCKETS: Ooh.
ALL: Yay!
MRS. HIKEY: Right. Follow me. Hup, hup, hup, hup.
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds in the sky watch Mrs. Hikey and the Mixmups walk through the fence.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups and Mrs. Hikey walk over a large hill.
POCKETS: Are we there... now?
MRS. HIKEY: Nope!
DESCRIPTION: The group approaches a patch of tall grass.
MRS. HIKEY: Hm, long grass. That wasn't on my map. Not to worry. Come on, everyone.
[Grass rustling]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle stops in the grass.
GIGGLE: Ooh, the grass is too thick, even for my off-road chair.
MRS. HIKEY: Oh, dear.
DESCRIPTION: Yapette barks and leads Pockets to an open trail through the grass.
[Barking]
POCKETS: What have you seen, Yapette?
[Sniffing and barking]
POCKETS: Oh-ho-ho. Hey, everyone, Yapette's found a path through the grass.
[Barking]
ALL: Yay!
POCKETS: This way.
[Barking]
[Sniffing]
[Humming]
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups and Mrs. Hikey emerge from the other side of the tall grass.
POCKETS: Phew, we made it. Brilliant guiding, Yapette.
[Barking]
[Sniffing]
[Humming]
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds in the sky watch Mrs. Hikey and the Mixmups walk over a tall, colourful mountain.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
POCKETS: Are we nearly there, now?
MRS. HIKEY: No.
DESCRIPTION: At the bottom of the mountain, Mrs. Hikey checks her map.
MRS. HIKEY: Oh, wait. Yes! I think it is 'round here somewhere.
[Barking]
POCKETS: Is everything okay, Yapette?
[Gasping]
DESCRIPTION: Yapette leads Pockets a few steps and sits down.
POCKETS: Um, Mrs. Hikey?
MRS. HIKEY: Yes, dear?
POCKETS: Isn't that the magic spoon tree?
DESCRIPTION: On a small island, connected by a bridge, a tall, sparking, pink-striped tree stands.
[Angelic humming]
MRS. HIKEY: Why, yes! Yes, it is!
DESCRIPTION: Everyone cheers!
MIXMUPS: Yay!
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds in the sky smile.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Mm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Mm.
DESCRIPTION: Spin and Giggle go across the bridge and approach the Biscuit Spoon Tree.
SPIN: Oh-ho.
GIGGLE: Whoo!
DESCRIPTION: Pockets, Yapette, and Mrs. Hikey are still on the other side of the bridge.
SPIN: Hurry up, Pockets.
[Barking]
DESCRIPTION: Yapette steps onto the bridge, steps off, and looks at Pockets.
[Whimpering]
GIGGLE: Is something wrong with Yapette?
[Whimpering]
POCKETS: Oh dear, I don't think she likes bridges.
[Whimpering]
POCKETS: It's okay, I'll stay here with Yapette while you go and see the tree.
GIGGLE: Okay, we'll bring back some biscuits for you to eat.
POCKETS: Thank you, Giggle.
SPIN & GIGGLE: Wow!
DESCRIPTION: Spin and Giggle approach the Biscuit Spoon Tree. They pick biscuit spoons that hang from the branches of the pink tree and carry them in their arms to Pockets. New ones immediately replace the picked spoons!
[Giggling]
[Whooshing]
SPIN: Here you go, Pockets. Biscuit spoons for all of us.
DESCRIPTION: Right when Spin and Pockets walk over the bridge, the spoons disappear.
[Whooshing]
BOTH: Huh?
MRS. HIKEY: Ah, I was afraid that might happen. The magical biscuit spoons can only exist on the island.
MIXMUPS: Aw.
GIGGLES: So we can't bring the biscuits over to you.
POCKETS: And I don't want to cross the bridge without Yapette.
MIXMUPS: Oh, no.
MRS. HIKEY: Is there something else you could do to all reach the tree?
DESCRIPTION: A thought bubble appears above the Mixmups' heads. They think about Spin trying to jump over the fence and Yapette going through the fence. They think about Yapette finding a path in the grass, and about Yapette being too scared to cross the bridge.
MIXMUPS: Hm.
SPIN: The gate was too high to climb over, but Yapette found a hole in the fence and unlocked it for us.
GIGGLE: And the long grass was too thick but Yapette found a path and guided us through.
POCKETS: But when we found the magical biscuit spoon tree Yapette was too scared to cross the bridge, so I couldn't taste the biscuits from my dream.
[Pockets gasping]
POCKETS: Wait. Yapette helped guide us here, so maybe we could guide her there.
GIGGLE: Great idea, Pockets.
[Barking]
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds look down at the Mixmups.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: Pockets takes out a cane and begins to guide Yapette across the bridge by putting her hand on Yapette’s nose.
POCKETS: Okay, Yapette, keep your eyes closed.
[Whimpering]
POCKETS: And I will guide you over. That's it. Easy does it.
[Whimpering]
DESCRIPTION: Pockets and Yapette make it to the other side of the bridge! Spin, Giggle, and Mrs. Hikey follow behind them.
POCKETS: And... we're there.
DESCRIPTION: Yapette wags her tail, jumps, and spins in a circle.
[Barking]
SPIN: Whoo!
GIGGLE: Yeah!
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups take spoons from the tree. More biscuit spoons pop onto the tree to replace the ones that were there.
[Popping]
[Whooshing]
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups eat the spoons and smile.
[Crunching]
[Munching]
[Crunching]
POCKETS: Mm, delicious.
[Crunching]
POCKETS: We made it to the magical biscuit spoon tree by guiding Yapette across the bridge.
MRS. HIKEY: You did! As I say, there's always another way.
DESCRIPTION: The Magical Wooden Spoon appears in Pockets’ pocket.
[Whooshing]
Ooh, it's time to go home.
[Twinkling and whooshing]
DESCRIPTION: The magical adventure world begins to fold back up into the Magical Mixing Box.
MRS. HIKEY: Toodle-loo!
DESCRIPTION: Giggle, Spin, Pockets, Yapette, and Roller Guinea all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box in a shimmer of sparkles. They reappear at the Mixington Valley house, and all three friends sit on Pockets’ bed.
[Upbeat music]
GIGGLE: Ah, that was a great biscuit-y spoon-y adventure.
BOTH: Aw, yeah.
[Yapette barking]
DESCRIPTION: In the corner of their room, there is a miniature pink Biscuit Spoon tree covered in dog treats.
POCKETS: Look, a dog biscuit tree. That's for you, Yapette. For being such a clever doggy.
[Barking]
SPIN: I wonder who left that there.
DESCRIPTION: Up on the hilltop overlooking Mixington Valley is Lucky Loover Bird. She puts her yellow backpack into the tree cupboard. She sits back on the tree swing and looks down at Mixington Valley.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Mixing up adventures near and far, but home is where the Mixmups are. Bye, Mixmups!
