DESCRIPTION: In a shower of sparkles, a magical Wooden Spoon pops out of a star-covered, blue Magical Mixing Box on red wheels. Three friends, Pockets, Giggle, and Spin, are accompanied by their guinea pig, Roller Guinea, and their guide dog, Yapette.
SINGERS: Mixmups, mix, mix, the Mixmups
DESCRIPTION: Giggle has orange and yellow fur and cat-like ears. Pockets has bear ears, blue fur, red pockets, and red glasses with stars on the frames. Spin has red fur and bunny ears, and has two yellow antennas.
SINGERS: Mixmups, here come the Mixmups
DESCRIPTION: Roller Guinea has light brown fur and is wearing red roller skates; Yapette has brown fur, a white-and-red polka-dot harness, and a red nose. The light-up Wooden Spoon swirls up sparkles around the Magical Mixing Box.
SINGERS: Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
DESCRIPTION: Pockets, Giggle, and Spin all wave. Confetti sparkles all around them.

DESCRIPTION: Over the hilltop is Lucky Loover Bird. She is fuzzy and gray, wears red shoes, and has a long trunk. Lucky Loover Bird swirls magic out of her trunk that lights up the Wooden Spoon in Spin’s hand.
SINGERS: Time for some magic, adventure and play
SINGERS: Mixmups, Mixmups, hey, hey, hey!
DESCRIPTION: Magical sparkles swirl around the three friends. They float into the air and disappear into the Magical Mixing Box.
SINGERS: Mixmups, here come the Mixmups
DESCRIPTION: Pockets, Giggle, and Spin are transported to an imaginary world. In a montage of their adventures, they spin on a teacup ride, then are in an autumn forest. In the forest, Giggle uses a blue-and-orange wheelchair. Pockets runs behind them, holding Yapette’s harness handle, along with Spin, who is also running.

DESCRIPTION: The montage continues with the three friends baking cakes in a kitchen, charting a pirate ship, and playing an electric guitar.

DESCRIPTION: Pockets and Giggle are asleep in their beds.
[Pockets snoring]
[Spin making revving noises]
DESCRIPTION: Pockets and Giggles wake up and look over at Spin, who lies in bed and is playing with a car steering wheel.
[Giggle yawning]
GIGGLE: What are you doing, Spin?
SPIN: I'm pretending to be a racing car driver.
[Spin making driving noises]
[Pockets laughs]
POCKETS: That sounds fun.
DESCRIPTION: Pockets sits up and uses her pillow as a steering wheel. Giggle puts on a pair of goggles and uses her pillow as a steering wheel, too.
[Mixmups making revving noises]
[Giggling]
[Making revving noises]
GIGGLE: I wish we were real racing car drivers, on a real racing track.
SPIN: Yeah!
[Spin gasping]
SPIN: Why don't we mix up a racing car adventure? And see if we can win a race!
GIGGLE: Yay!
POCKETS: Yeah!
DESCRIPTION: Lucky Loover Bird sits over on the hilltop.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Oh? Time to play.
DESCRIPTION: Lucky Loover Bird hops off her tree swing and opens a door in the side of the tree.
[Door creaks open]
DESCRIPTION: Inside the tree is a red hat embroidered with a black-and-white checkered flag. Down in Mixington Valley, the three friends gather around the Magical Mixing Box and put in the ingredients for their adventure! Spin puts in his steering wheel, and Giggle adds her goggles.
SPIN: Steering wheel.
GIGGLE: Toy driving goggles.
POCKETS: Racing car noises.
[Mixmups making noises]
[Laughing]
SPIN: What else do we need?
DESCRIPTION: Over on the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird waves her trunk and sparkly magic swirls out! Golden sparkles swirl around the three friends.
[Sparkles jingling]
ALL THREE FRIENDS SAY: Magic sparkles!
DESCRIPTION: The Wooden Spoon glows in Spin’s hand. Spin puts the spoon into the Magical Mixing Box and begins to stir.
ALL SING: Mix up the magic one, two, three. Mix up the magic, Yahoo! Yippee!
DESCRIPTION: Confetti and sparkles swirl out of the Magical Mixing Box and lift the three friends, Yapette, and Roller Guinea into the air.
ALL SING: Mix it, twirl it, whirl it hey. Time for some magic adventure and play. Mixmups, Mixmups, yeah, Mixmups, Mixmups, Mixmups. Mix up the magic. One, two, three, yeah!
DESCRIPTION: They all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box with a pop!
DESCRIPTION: The Magical Mixing Box appears in an all-white world. Out pop Giggle, Pockets, Spin, Yapette, Roller Guinea, and the Wooden Spoon. The Magical Mixing Box unfolds, and from within appear trees, flowers, hills, and a blue sky. The Mixmups stand beside a racetrack and spectator seats filled with birds—the racetrack winds and curves around the trees in a big field.
POCKETS: Wow!
SPIN: Wow!
ALL: A racetrack!
DESCRIPTION: Lucky Loover Bird steps out from behind an announcer's stand. She is wearing a red hat embroidered with a black-and-white flag and carrying a clipboard.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Vroom-vroom! Only me!
[Yapette barking]
GIGGLE: Who are you?!
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Today I'm Mrs. Flash, owner of Slumberston Racetrack.
SPIN: Ooh, we want to be racing car drivers, and win a race!
MRS. FLASH: Well, we better get you something to drive then!
[Popping]
DESCRIPTION: Three beds appear at the racetrack’s start line. One is blue, one is red, and one is yellow.
SPIN: Beds?! You can't drive beds!
MRS. FLASH: Ah... But these are bed cars!
DESCRIPTION: A burst of golden sparkles teleports the Mixmups from the sidelines to the beds. They are all wearing harness seatbelts. Giggle and Spin are wearing goggles. Giggle and Spin are holding steering wheels, and Yapette has a steering rod in her mouth.
MRS. FLASH: ...With an extra-cool dual control for team Pockets and Yapette.
[Mixmups gasping]
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups rev their bed cars and look at one another.
[Revving]
SPIN: Ooh...!
GIGGLE: Cool!
DESCRIPTION: From the announcer podium, Mrs. Flash speaks into a microphone.
[Microphone feedback]
MRS. FLASH: Right… Let's see who gets around the track first.
[Bed cars revving]
MRS. FLASH: Ready. Three. Two. One. Go!
[Roller Guinea murmuring]
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Flash waves a black-and-white checkered flag, and the spectating birds cheer.
MRS. FLASH: The Mixmups get off to a flying start, race fans. And as they head down hot chocolate straight, it's Spin in the lead, followed by Giggle, then team Pockets.
SPIN: Whoo!
GIGGLE: Whoo!
[Yapette barking]
POCKETS: Don't worry, Yapette, lots of time to catch up.
MRS. FLASH: As they approach nap corner, Spin and Giggle are neck and neck.
[Revving]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin race down the track. Pockets follows after them, but stops as she approaches a sign indicating a split in the racetrack.
[Tires squealing]
[Barking]
POCKETS: A sign! Well done, Yapette. Let's go that way.
DESCRIPTION: Pockets and Yapette turn right. Mrs. Flash watches the race through a spyglass.
MRS. FLASH: Superb driving from team Pockets, but where are Spin and Giggle?
[Spectator birds murmuring]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin continue straight on the racetrack. Suddenly, the racetrack comes to a dead end, with a massive clothing dresser at the end of the road. Giggle and Spin slam on their brakes.
SPIN/ GIGGLE: Huh?! Whoa! Whoa!
[Tires squealing]
SPIN: Uh-oh! Better turn around.
[Revving]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin drive until they reach the same sign Pockets passed earlier, which indicates a right turn.
BOTH: Oh!
[Tires squealing]
GIGGLE: Look! That sign says we should've gone that way.
SPIN: Ah, I didn't see that. Come on!
[Revving]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin race down the road, coming up behind Pockets.
MRS. FLASH: And as they approach Wigglenose Bends, it's Team Pockets in the lead! Followed by Giggle and Spin.
[Yapette barking]
POCKETS: Oh yeah, "Bends." We need to slow down a bit.
[Clicking]
DESCRIPTION: Pockets slows down. Giggle and Spin pass Pockets in the race.
SPIN: Yeah!
GIGGLE: Yeah!
SPIN: Hm. You'll never win by going slow, Pockets!
[Revving]
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds smile in the sky.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: Spin drives quickly down the racetrack. The road turns into a sharp bend, and Spin drifts off the road and into the pillow-covered sidelines.
SPIN: Whoa... Whoa… Whoa... Oof!
MRS. FLASH: Oh no! Spin has spun off.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle passes Spin. Giggle is driving quickly, and her bed car is wobbling on the road.
GIGGLE: Whoa-oh!
MRS. FLASH: Giggle is 'round, but can she make the second bend?
GIGGLE: "Second bend?!"
DESCRIPTION: Giggle quickly approaches the second bend and drifts off the road, into the pillow sidelines.
GIGGLE: Whoa-o-o! Whoa!
[Roller Guinea murmuring]
GIGGLE: Oof!
MRS. FLASH: But here comes team Pockets.
DESCRIPTION: Pockets slowly drives around both bends and does not crash.
[Revving]
MRS. FLASH: They're safely around the first bend. And the second.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin drive away from the pillow sidelines and continue the race.
MRS. FLASH: Team Pockets is in the lead again, but Spin and Giggle aren't far behind.
[Revving]
SPIN: Ho-ho!
MRS. FLASH: There's nothing in it, as the drivers race towards Lumpy Mattress Pass.
DESCRIPTION: Pocket’s bed car shakes up and down as they drive over a bumpy section of the racetrack.
POCKETS: Whoa. I can feel the road getting a bit bumpy. Better slow down, Yapette.
[Clicking]
SPIN: I'm not slowing down for a few bumps!
GIGGLE: Me neither!
SPIN: Whoa!
[Roller Guinea murmuring]
BOTH: Whoa-o-o!
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin’s cars shake up and down as they quickly drive over the bumpy racetrack.
[Tires squealing]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin’s cars drift off the road and come to a stop on the pillow sidelines. Pockets drives by them.
GIGGLE: Oof.
MRS. FLASH: Oh no! Spin and Giggle are off again. And team Pockets leads once more.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin start their cars and continue in the race.
MRS. FLASH: Looks like Giggle and Spin are back on the track, but can they catch team Pockets in time? They're getting closer, but who's going to cross the line first? And…
[Revving]
DESCRIPTION: Pockets crosses the finish line first.
MRS. FLASH: Team Pockets wins! With Giggle and Spin both in second place.
[Spectator birds murmuring]
POCKETS: We won, Yapette! We did it!
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin frown.
GIGGLE: Oh, we came to be racing car drivers, and win a race! But Pockets finished before us!
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Flash gets off the announcer podium and speaks to the Mixmups.
MRS. FLASH: Hm... Do you think there's anything else you could do to finish first with Pockets?
DESCRIPTION: A thought bubble appears above Giggle and Spin's heads. They think about their initial lead in the race, missing the sign, skidding, and bumping on the racetrack.
[Thought bubble popping]
SPIN: Hm. We were winning at the start, but we didn't see the sign, and went the wrong way.
GIGGLE: And we went around the corners like Pockets, but we skidded off the track.
SPIN: Then we went over the bumps, just like Pockets, but that didn't work either.
[Thought bubble popping]
SPIN: How did Pockets and Yapette finish first when they didn't always go as fast as us?
GIGGLE: Hm...
[Giggle gasping]
GIGGLE: Maybe that's it! You and Yapette didn't go fast all the time, so what if we don't go fast all the time too?
SPIN: Worth a go.
MRS. FLASH: Okay, race fans, you're in for a treat! There's gonna be another race!
[Spectator birds murmuring]
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds smile in the sky.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups line up at the start line. The three friends turn at the sign and slow down around the bends.
[Revving]
MRS. FLASH: Whoa. Ready. Go! And they're off, down Hot Chocolate Straight, making sure to look for that sign on Nap Corner.
[Revving]
MRS. FLASH: Into Wigglenose Bends. They're slowing down 'round the first bend.
[Revving]
MRS. FLASH: And the second. Oh, brilliant driving! Now for Lumpy Mattress Pass. Will they all make it this time?
DESCRIPTION: The three friends all slow down.
MRS. FLASH: They're slowing down.
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds smile and watch the Mixmups drive down the track.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
MRS. FLASH: Yes! They're all through! Who's going to win?!
DESCRIPTION: All three friends cross the finish line at the same time.
MRS. FLASH: It's... all of them!
MIXMUPS: Yay! Whoo-hoo!
[Spectator birds murmuring]
SPIN: Ah, we did it! We've raced around the track.
GIGGLE: But we went slower when we needed to.
POCKETS: And we all won the race at the same time.
MRS. FLASH: Well! As I say, there's always another way.
DESCRIPTION: The Wooden Spoon appears in a flash of light in Spin’s hand. Their bed cars disappear.
SPIN: Oh! Time to go home.
DESCRIPTION: The magical adventure world begins to fold back up into the Magical Mixing Box.
[Reversed sounds]
FISHY WOO: Toodle-loo!
DESCRIPTION: Giggle, Spin, Pockets, Yapette, and Roller Guinea all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box in a shimmer of sparkles. They reappear at the Mixington Valley house.
[Upbeat music]
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups return to their beds in their bedroom. There are trophies on their bedside tables.
SPIN: Wow, what a great racing adventure!
GIGGLE: Look, we're all winners.
POCKETS: I wonder who left those there?
DESCRIPTION: Up on the hilltop overlooking Mixington Valley is Lucky Loover Bird. She puts her red hat back in the tree cupboard. She sits back on the tree swing and looks down at Mixington Valley.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Mixing up adventures near and far, but home is where the Mixmups are. Bye, Mixmups!

DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Flash waves a black-and-white checkered flag, and the spectating birds cheer.
MRS. FLASH: The Mixmups get off to a flying start, race fans. And as they head down hot chocolate straight, it's Spin in the lead, followed by Giggle, then team Pockets.
SPIN: Whoo!
GIGGLE: Whoo!
[Yapette barking]
POCKETS: Don't worry, Yapette, lots of time to catch up.
MRS. FLASH: As they approach nap corner, Spin and Giggle are neck and neck.
[Revving]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin race down the track. Pockets follows after them, but stops as she approaches a sign indicating a split in the racetrack.
[Tires squealing]
[Barking]
POCKETS: A sign! Well done, Yapette. Let's go that way.
DESCRIPTION: Pockets and Yapette turn right. Mrs. Flash watches the race through a spyglass.
MRS. FLASH: Superb driving from team Pockets, but where are Spin and Giggle?
[Spectator birds murmuring]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin continue straight on the racetrack. Suddenly, the racetrack comes to a dead end, with a massive clothing dresser at the end of the road. Giggle and Spin slam on their brakes.
SPIN/ GIGGLE: Huh?! Whoa! Whoa!
[Tires squealing]
SPIN: Uh-oh! Better turn around.
[Revving]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin drive until they reach the same sign Pockets passed earlier, which indicates a right turn.
BOTH: Oh!
[Tires squealing]
GIGGLE: Look! That sign says we should've gone that way.
SPIN: Ah, I didn't see that. Come on!
[Revving]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin race down the road, coming up behind Pockets.
MRS. FLASH: And as they approach Wigglenose Bends, it's Team Pockets in the lead! Followed by Giggle and Spin.
[Yapette barking]
POCKETS: Oh yeah, "Bends." We need to slow down a bit.
[Clicking]
DESCRIPTION: Pockets slows down. Giggle and Spin pass Pockets in the race.
SPIN: Yeah!
GIGGLE: Yeah!
SPIN: Hm. You'll never win by going slow, Pockets!
[Revving]
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds smile in the sky.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: Spin drives quickly down the racetrack. The road turns into a sharp bend, and Spin drifts off the road and into the pillow-covered sidelines.
SPIN: Whoa... Whoa… Whoa... Oof!
MRS. FLASH: Oh no! Spin has spun off.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle passes Spin. Giggle is driving quickly, and her bed car is wobbling on the road.
GIGGLE: Whoa-oh!
MRS. FLASH: Giggle is 'round, but can she make the second bend?
GIGGLE: "Second bend?!"
DESCRIPTION: Giggle quickly approaches the second bend and drifts off the road, into the pillow sidelines.
GIGGLE: Whoa-o-o! Whoa!
[Roller Guinea murmuring]
GIGGLE: Oof!
MRS. FLASH: But here comes team Pockets.
DESCRIPTION: Pockets slowly drives around both bends and does not crash.
[Revving]
MRS. FLASH: They're safely around the first bend. And the second.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin drive away from the pillow sidelines and continue the race.
MRS. FLASH: Team Pockets is in the lead again, but Spin and Giggle aren't far behind.
[Revving]
SPIN: Ho-ho!
MRS. FLASH: There's nothing in it, as the drivers race towards Lumpy Mattress Pass.
DESCRIPTION: Pocket’s bed car shakes up and down as they drive over a bumpy section of the racetrack.
POCKETS: Whoa. I can feel the road getting a bit bumpy. Better slow down, Yapette.
[Clicking]
SPIN: I'm not slowing down for a few bumps!
GIGGLE: Me neither!
SPIN: Whoa!
[Roller Guinea murmuring]
BOTH: Whoa-o-o!
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin’s cars shake up and down as they quickly drive over the bumpy racetrack.
[Tires squealing]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin’s cars drift off the road and come to a stop on the pillow sidelines. Pockets drives by them.
GIGGLE: Oof.
MRS. FLASH: Oh no! Spin and Giggle are off again. And team Pockets leads once more.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin start their cars and continue in the race.
MRS. FLASH: Looks like Giggle and Spin are back on the track, but can they catch team Pockets in time? They're getting closer, but who's going to cross the line first? And…
[Revving]
DESCRIPTION: Pockets crosses the finish line first.
MRS. FLASH: Team Pockets wins! With Giggle and Spin both in second place.
[Spectator birds murmuring]
POCKETS: We won, Yapette! We did it!
DESCRIPTION: Giggle and Spin frown.
GIGGLE: Oh, we came to be racing car drivers, and win a race! But Pockets finished before us!
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Flash gets off the announcer podium and speaks to the Mixmups.
MRS. FLASH: Hm... Do you think there's anything else you could do to finish first with Pockets?
DESCRIPTION: A thought bubble appears above Giggle and Spin's heads. They think about their initial lead in the race, missing the sign, skidding, and bumping on the racetrack.
[Thought bubble popping]
SPIN: Hm. We were winning at the start, but we didn't see the sign, and went the wrong way.
GIGGLE: And we went around the corners like Pockets, but we skidded off the track.
SPIN: Then we went over the bumps, just like Pockets, but that didn't work either.
[Thought bubble popping]
SPIN: How did Pockets and Yapette finish first when they didn't always go as fast as us?
GIGGLE: Hm...
[Giggle gasping]
GIGGLE: Maybe that's it! You and Yapette didn't go fast all the time, so what if we don't go fast all the time too?
SPIN: Worth a go.
MRS. FLASH: Okay, race fans, you're in for a treat! There's gonna be another race!
[Spectator birds murmuring]
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds smile in the sky.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups line up at the start line. The three friends turn at the sign and slow down around the bends.
[Revving]
MRS. FLASH: Whoa. Ready. Go! And they're off, down Hot Chocolate Straight, making sure to look for that sign on Nap Corner.
[Revving]
MRS. FLASH: Into Wigglenose Bends. They're slowing down 'round the first bend.
[Revving]
MRS. FLASH: And the second. Oh, brilliant driving! Now for Lumpy Mattress Pass. Will they all make it this time?
DESCRIPTION: The three friends all slow down.
MRS. FLASH: They're slowing down.
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds smile and watch the Mixmups drive down the track.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
MRS. FLASH: Yes! They're all through! Who's going to win?!
DESCRIPTION: All three friends cross the finish line at the same time.
MRS. FLASH: It's... all of them!
MIXMUPS: Yay! Whoo-hoo!
[Spectator birds murmuring]
SPIN: Ah, we did it! We've raced around the track.
GIGGLE: But we went slower when we needed to.
POCKETS: And we all won the race at the same time.
MRS. FLASH: Well! As I say, there's always another way.
DESCRIPTION: The Wooden Spoon appears in a flash of light in Spin’s hand. Their bed cars disappear.
SPIN: Oh! Time to go home.
DESCRIPTION: The magical adventure world begins to fold back up into the Magical Mixing Box.
[Reversed sounds]
FISHY WOO: Toodle-loo!
DESCRIPTION: Giggle, Spin, Pockets, Yapette, and Roller Guinea all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box in a shimmer of sparkles. They reappear at the Mixington Valley house.
[Upbeat music]
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups return to their beds in their bedroom. There are trophies on their bedside tables.
SPIN: Wow, what a great racing adventure!
GIGGLE: Look, we're all winners.
POCKETS: I wonder who left those there?
DESCRIPTION: Up on the hilltop overlooking Mixington Valley is Lucky Loover Bird. She puts her red hat back in the tree cupboard. She sits back on the tree swing and looks down at Mixington Valley.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Mixing up adventures near and far, but home is where the Mixmups are. Bye, Mixmups!
