DESCRIPTION: In a shower of sparkles, a magical Wooden Spoon pops out of a star-covered, blue Magical Mixing Box on red wheels. Three friends, Pockets, Giggle, and Spin, are accompanied by their guinea pig, Roller Guinea, and their guide dog, Yapette.
SINGERS: Mixmups, mix, mix, the Mixmups
DESCRIPTION: Giggle has orange and yellow fur and cat-like ears. Pockets has bear ears, blue fur, red pockets, and red glasses with stars on the frames. Spin has red fur and bunny ears and has two yellow antennas.
SINGERS: Mixmups, here come the Mixmups
DESCRIPTION: Roller Guinea has light brown fur and is wearing red roller skates; Yapette has brown fur, a white-and-red polka-dot harness, and a red nose. The light-up Wooden Spoon swirls up sparkles around the Magical Mixing Box.
SINGERS: Ooh-ooh-ooh-ooh
DESCRIPTION: Pockets, Giggle, and Spin all wave. Confetti sparkles all around them.

DESCRIPTION: Over the hilltop is Lucky Loover Bird. She is fuzzy and gray, wears red shoes, and has a long trunk. Lucky Loover Bird swirls magic out of her trunk that lights up the Wooden Spoon in Spin’s hand.
SINGERS: Time for some magic, adventure and play
SINGERS: Mixmups, Mixmups, hey, hey, hey!
DESCRIPTION: Magical sparkles swirl around the three friends. They float into the air and disappear into the Magical Mixing Box.
SINGERS: Mixmups, here come the Mixmups
DESCRIPTION: Pockets, Giggle, and Spin are transported to an imaginary world. In a montage of their adventures, they spin on a teacup ride, then are in an autumn forest. In the forest, Giggle uses a blue-and-orange wheelchair. Pockets runs behind them, holding Yapette’s harness handle, along with Spin, who is also running.

DESCRIPTION: The montage continues with the three friends baking cakes in a kitchen, charting a pirate ship, and playing an electric guitar.

LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: In Mixington Valley, the Mixmups play. What kind of adventure will they mix up today?

DESCRIPTION: Down in Mixington Valley, Giggles comes out of the shed holding a wicker box. Spin and Pockets are spinning around in the teacup ride. Spin and Pockets exit the ride and walk over to Giggle.
[Shed door creaking]
GIGGLE: Hey, I've got the picnic things!
SPIN: "Picnic things?!" Ooh, I love picnics!
[Yapette barking]
POCKETS: It's a picnic kind of day.
SPIN: Whoo-hoo!
DESCRIPTION: Up on the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird looks out her treehouse window. The three Mixmups are sitting on a rainbow picnic blanket, eating imaginary food.
GIGGLE: Ah, what a delicious picnic!
POCKETS: Mm. Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum!
SPIN: Mm… I'm eating a delicious–
[Biting noise]
SPIN: Erm… ...invisible sausage pie!
[Pockets laughing]
POCKETS: And I'm eating a yummy apple pie.
[Biting noise]
GIGGLE: And I'm eating a… Eh… Oh! A magic pie!
DESCRIPTION: Giggle waves around a magician's wand.
SPIN: Magic pie? What's in a magic pie, Giggle?
GIGGLE: Eh... Dunno. Some amazing magic-ness?
[Pockets gasping]
POCKETS: Let's mix up a magic pie adventure and find out what a real magic pie tastes like.
[All cheering]
DESCRIPTION: Lucky Loover Bird leaves her treehouse, and an elevator lowers her to the grass.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Oh? Time to play.
DESCRIPTION: Lucky Loover Bird opens a door on the side of the tree.
[Door creaks open]
DESCRIPTION: Inside the tree is a pie. Down in Mixington Valley, the three friends gather around the Magical Mixing Box and put in the ingredients for their adventure! Giggle puts in her magic wand, and Spin adds his invisible sausage pie.
GIGGLE: Magic wand.
SPIN: My invisible sausage pie.
GIGGLE: Pie eating noises.
DESCRIPTION: The three friends lean over the box and make eating noises.
[Munching and biting noises]
POCKETS: What else do we need?
DESCRIPTION: Over on the hilltop, Lucky Loover Bird waves her trunk and sparkly magic swirls out! Golden sparkles swirl around the three friends.
[Sparkles jingling]
ALL THREE FRIENDS SAY: Magic sparkles!
DESCRIPTION: The Wooden Spoon glows in Giggle’s hand. Giggle puts the spoon into the Magical Mixing Box and begins to stir.
ALL SING: Mix up the magic one, two, three. Mix up the magic, Yahoo! Yippee!
DESCRIPTION: Confetti and sparkles swirl out of the Magical Mixing Box and lift the three friends, Yapette, and Roller Guinea into the air.
ALL SING: Mix it, twirl it, whirl it hey. Time for some magic adventure and play. Mixmups, Mixmups, yeah, Mixmups, Mixmups, Mixmups. Mix up the magic. One, two, three, yeah!
DESCRIPTION: They all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box with a pop!
DESCRIPTION: The Magical Mixing Box appears in an all-white world. Out pop Giggle, Pockets, Spin, Yapette, Roller Guinea, and the Wooden Spoon. The Magical Mixing Box unfolds, and from within appear trees, flowers, hills, and a blue sky. The three friends appear on a stage shaped like a pie. A table covered by a purple tablecloth sits in front of the stage.
GIGGLE: Wow!
POCKETS: Wow!
SPIN: It's a stage!
DESCRIPTION: Two birds walk in front of the Mixmups. One is holding a clipboard.
[Birds murmuring]
SPIN: I think he wants us to sit down.
[Murmuring]
DESCRIPTION: The Mixmups sit down on one of the benches in front of the stage. Other bird spectators surround them.
SPIN: Oh, something's happening.
DESCRIPTION: Suddenly, Lucky Loover Bird runs on stage. She is wearing a star-covered purple coat that matches the tablecloth. She has a pie hat on and is holding a magician’s wand.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Coo-ee, magic makers. Only me...
POCKETS: Who is she?
SPIN: Dunno, I'll ask. Who are you?
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Today I am the legendary Pie Wander! The marvellous, the extraordinary, pie magician!
SPIN: Ooh, we've come to make some real magic pies!
MRS. PIEWANDER: Well, you've come to the right place. I'm looking for an assistant.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle raises her hand enthusiastically.
[Giggle gasping]
GIGGLE: Me! Me! Me! Me! Me! Me! Me!
MRS. PIEWANDER: And I found one! Come on up!
[Murmur-cheering from crowd]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle joins Mrs. Piewander on stage.
MRS. PIEWANDER: And what's your name?
GIGGLE: Eh, Giggle.
SPIN: Yeah, go on, Giggle!
DESCRIPTION: Spin nudges a bird in the audience and gestures to Giggle.
SPIN: That's my friend up there.
[Spin chuckling]
MRS. PIEWANDER: Now then, Giggle, we need something to put a pie in. Something like...
GIGGLE: A pie tin?
MRS. PIEWANDER: But of course!
DESCRIPTION: With a wave of her wand, a pie tin appears on the table.
MRS. PIEWANDER: And, what do we need to make a magic pie?
DESCRIPTION: Pockets enthusiastically raises her hand.
POCKETS: Ooh! Ooh! Pastry!
MRS. PIEWANDER: Yes! Pastry.
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Piewander hands Giggle a beige handkerchief.
MRS. PIEWANDER: Hold this handkerchief for me, Giggle. And place it on the pie tin.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle puts the handkerchief on the pie tin.
[Suspenseful music]
MRS. PIEWANDER: And voila!
[Suspenseful music]
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Piewander waves her wand, and the handkerchief transforms into a pastry.
MRS. PIEWANDER: Pastry!
[The audience cheers]
MRS. PIEWANDER: Who's ready for the magical filling?
AUDIENCE: Yay!
SPIN: Me! Me! Me! Me! Yeah!
[Upbeat music]
MRS. PIEWANDER: Ta-dah!
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Piewander waves her wand, and the pie is filled with filling and covered with pastry.
MIXMUPS: Wow!
[Gasping]
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds smile in the sky.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
[Laughing]
MRS. PIEWANDER: There! All ready to eat. Who wants to try my magic pie?
POCKETS/SPIN: I do, please!
GIGGLE: But there's only one pie! We haven't got enough for everyone to try.
MRS. PIEWANDER: No need to worry. No need to cry. Two taps of the wand, and the pie will multiply!
SPIN: Huh. What-- What's "multipie?"
[Pockets giggling]
MRS. PIEWANDER: Multiply! It means turning one pie into more pies. Would you like a go?
SPIN: Ooh, yes please!
DESCRIPTION: Spin joins Mrs. Piewander and Giggle on the stage. Mrs. Piewander hands Spin her wand.
MRS. PIEWANDER: Be careful not to make too many.
SPIN: Okay. Eh... What do I do again?
MRS. PIEWANDER: Two taps of the wand, and the pie will multiply!
SPIN: Oh yeah, that's right. Tap, tap.
DESCRIPTION: Spin taps the wand twice. The pie multiples, and there are now three pies sitting on the table.
GIGGLE: Oh, well done, Spin! We've got three pies now.
DESCRIPTION: Pockets and Yapette join their friends on stage.
POCKETS: Oh-ho-ho… They look all magicky.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle hands out the three pies.
GIGGLES: One for Spin, one for Pockets, and one for me!
DESCRIPTION: The birds in the audience shrug their shoulders and frown.
[Sad murmuring]
POCKETS: Can we eat them now?
MRS. PIEWANDER: Of course you can! But, with these magic pies, you'll find a surprise.
GIGGLE: "Surprise?!" Oh-hoo-hoo-hoo! Here it goes!
[Munching]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle takes a big bite of the pie.
[Giggle gasping]
GIGGLE: Cheese…
DESCRIPTION: Suddenly, Giggle has large mouse ears, a mouse nose, and whiskers.
[Popping]
GIGGLE: What's the mystery magic?
[Spin laughing]
SPIN: Oh, look at your face, Giggle. You've got whiskers. Ooh.
[Giggle laughing]
MRS. PIEWANDER: We have a magical mouse in the house!
[The birds in the audience laughing]
POCKETS: What will my pie do?
DESCRIPTION: Pockets takes a bite of the pie.
[Chomping]
POCKETS: Mm... apple flavour.
[Popping]
DESCRIPTION: Suddenly, a small apple tree appears on Pockets’ head.
[Laughing]
MRS. PIEWANDER: An apple tree for you all to see!
[Crowd laughing]
[Spin laughing]
SPIN: My turn!
[Scarfing]
DESCRIPTION: Spin takes a bite of the pie. With a pop, Spin has hair and a nose made out of sausages.
[Laughing]
SPIN: It's a sausage pie! I've got a sausage nose.
[Laughing]
SPIN: And sausage hair!
DESCRIPTION: Spin sneezes, and his sausage nose flies off his face. Yapette eats the sausage. Spin drops the magic wand as he sneezes.
[Sneezing]
[Barking and chomping]
[Rattling]
DESCRIPTION: As the magic wand hits the ground, a massive pile of pies appears on the table.
[Popping]
[Gasping]
SPIN: Oops. More pies.
[Audience laughing]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle’s mouse features and Pockets’ apple tree disappear.
SPIN: But I'm too full to eat another pie.
GIGGLE: Me too.
POCKETS: And me.
MRS. PIEWANDER: Oh dear! If they're not eaten now they'll go to waste. Is there anything else you could do with all these spare pies?
DESCRIPTION: A thought bubble appears above the Mixmups' heads. They think about Mrs. Piewander making a pie, Spin multiplying the pies, and Spin dropping the wand.
POCKETS: Hm… First, Mrs. Piewander magicked up a pie.
SPIN: Then we magicked up more pies to eat! And found out what mystery magic was in them.
GIGGLE: Then, Spin accidentally made too many pies for us to eat.
[Thought bubble popping and disappearing]
[The birds in the audience sadly murmuring]
GIGGLE: When I shared out the pies I only shared them with Pockets and Spin! I didn't share them with the Wingles!
[The birds in the audience happily murmuring]
POCKETS: Yeah, let's share the magic pies with everyone!
[Everyone cheers]
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds smile in the sky.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: In a montage, Pockets, Giggle, and Spin hand out the pies to all the birds. They happily accept.
[The birds murmuring excitedly]
DESCRIPTION: With pops of magic, the birds temporarily transform into chickens, dinosaurs, and blueberries.
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds smile in the sky.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
GIGGLE: We did it. We made real magic pies!
POCKETS: And made so many, that we shared them out with everyone.
[Cheering]
MRS. PIEWANDER: Well, as I say, there's always another way.
DESCRIPTION: The Wooden Spoon appears in a flash of light in Spin’s hand.
SPIN: It’s home time!
DESCRIPTION: The magical adventure world begins to fold back up into the Magical Mixing Box.
MRS. PIEWANDER: Toodle-loo!
DESCRIPTION: Giggle, Spin, Pockets, Yapette, and Roller Guinea all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box in a shimmer of sparkles. They reappear at the Mixington Valley yard. There are three juice boxes on the table.
[Upbeat music]
GIGGLE: Ah, that was a great magic pie adventure.
[Murmuring]
SPIN: Hey… Someone has left us all a drink!
[Giggle gasping]
GIGGLE: I wonder if it's magic juice.
SPIN: Ooh, I'll check.
DESCRIPTION: Spin smiles and takes a sip of juice.
[Sipping]
[Spin laughing]
SPIN: No, it's just apple.
GIGGLE: Oh, great!
POCKETS: Yeah. I wonder who left it here.
[Sipping]
DESCRIPTION: Up on the hilltop overlooking Mixington Valley is Lucky Loover Bird. She puts her pie hat back in the tree cupboard. She sits back on the tree swing and looks down at Mixington Valley.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Mixing up adventures near and far, but home is where the Mixmups are. Bye, Mixmups!

SPIN: Yeah, go on, Giggle!
DESCRIPTION: Spin nudges a bird in the audience and gestures to Giggle.
SPIN: That's my friend up there.
[Spin chuckling]
MRS. PIEWANDER: Now then, Giggle, we need something to put a pie in. Something like...
GIGGLE: A pie tin?
MRS. PIEWANDER: But of course!
DESCRIPTION: With a wave of her wand, a pie tin appears on the table.
MRS. PIEWANDER: And, what do we need to make a magic pie?
DESCRIPTION: Pockets enthusiastically raises her hand.
POCKETS: Ooh! Ooh! Pastry!
MRS. PIEWANDER: Yes! Pastry.
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Piewander hands Giggle a beige handkerchief.
MRS. PIEWANDER: Hold this handkerchief for me, Giggle. And place it on the pie tin.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle puts the handkerchief on the pie tin.
[Suspenseful music]
MRS. PIEWANDER: And voila!
[Suspenseful music]
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Piewander waves her wand, and the handkerchief transforms into a pastry.
MRS. PIEWANDER: Pastry!
[The audience cheers]
MRS. PIEWANDER: Who's ready for the magical filling?
AUDIENCE: Yay!
SPIN: Me! Me! Me! Me! Yeah!
[Upbeat music]
MRS. PIEWANDER: Ta-dah!
DESCRIPTION: Mrs. Piewander waves her wand, and the pie is filled with filling and covered with pastry.
MIXMUPS: Wow!
[Gasping]
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds smile in the sky.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
[Laughing]
MRS. PIEWANDER: There! All ready to eat. Who wants to try my magic pie?
POCKETS/SPIN: I do, please!
GIGGLE: But there's only one pie! We haven't got enough for everyone to try.
MRS. PIEWANDER: No need to worry. No need to cry. Two taps of the wand, and the pie will multiply!
SPIN: Huh. What-- What's "multipie?"
[Pockets giggling]
MRS. PIEWANDER: Multiply! It means turning one pie into more pies. Would you like a go?
SPIN: Ooh, yes please!
DESCRIPTION: Spin joins Mrs. Piewander and Giggle on the stage. Mrs. Piewander hands Spin her wand.
MRS. PIEWANDER: Be careful not to make too many.
SPIN: Okay. Eh... What do I do again?
MRS. PIEWANDER: Two taps of the wand, and the pie will multiply!
SPIN: Oh yeah, that's right. Tap, tap.
DESCRIPTION: Spin taps the wand twice. The pie multiples, and there are now three pies sitting on the table.
GIGGLE: Oh, well done, Spin! We've got three pies now.
DESCRIPTION: Pockets and Yapette join their friends on stage.
POCKETS: Oh-ho-ho… They look all magicky.
DESCRIPTION: Giggle hands out the three pies.
GIGGLES: One for Spin, one for Pockets, and one for me!
DESCRIPTION: The birds in the audience shrug their shoulders and frown.
[Sad murmuring]
POCKETS: Can we eat them now?
MRS. PIEWANDER: Of course you can! But, with these magic pies, you'll find a surprise.
GIGGLE: "Surprise?!" Oh-hoo-hoo-hoo! Here it goes!
[Munching]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle takes a big bite of the pie.
[Giggle gasping]
GIGGLE: Cheese…
DESCRIPTION: Suddenly, Giggle has large mouse ears, a mouse nose, and whiskers.
[Popping]
GIGGLE: What's the mystery magic?
[Spin laughing]
SPIN: Oh, look at your face, Giggle. You've got whiskers. Ooh.
[Giggle laughing]
MRS. PIEWANDER: We have a magical mouse in the house!
[The birds in the audience laughing]
POCKETS: What will my pie do?
DESCRIPTION: Pockets takes a bite of the pie.
[Chomping]
POCKETS: Mm... apple flavour.
[Popping]
DESCRIPTION: Suddenly, a small apple tree appears on Pockets’ head.
[Laughing]
MRS. PIEWANDER: An apple tree for you all to see!
[Crowd laughing]
[Spin laughing]
SPIN: My turn!
[Scarfing]
DESCRIPTION: Spin takes a bite of the pie. With a pop, Spin has hair and a nose made out of sausages.
[Laughing]
SPIN: It's a sausage pie! I've got a sausage nose.
[Laughing]
SPIN: And sausage hair!
DESCRIPTION: Spin sneezes, and his sausage nose flies off his face. Yapette eats the sausage. Spin drops the magic wand as he sneezes.
[Sneezing]
[Barking and chomping]
[Rattling]
DESCRIPTION: As the magic wand hits the ground, a massive pile of pies appears on the table.
[Popping]
[Gasping]
SPIN: Oops. More pies.
[Audience laughing]
DESCRIPTION: Giggle’s mouse features and Pockets’ apple tree disappear.
SPIN: But I'm too full to eat another pie.
GIGGLE: Me too.
POCKETS: And me.
MRS. PIEWANDER: Oh dear! If they're not eaten now they'll go to waste. Is there anything else you could do with all these spare pies?
DESCRIPTION: A thought bubble appears above the Mixmups' heads. They think about Mrs. Piewander making a pie, Spin multiplying the pies, and Spin dropping the wand.
POCKETS: Hm… First, Mrs. Piewander magicked up a pie.
SPIN: Then we magicked up more pies to eat! And found out what mystery magic was in them.
GIGGLE: Then, Spin accidentally made too many pies for us to eat.
[Thought bubble popping and disappearing]
[The birds in the audience sadly murmuring]
GIGGLE: When I shared out the pies I only shared them with Pockets and Spin! I didn't share them with the Wingles!
[The birds in the audience happily murmuring]
POCKETS: Yeah, let's share the magic pies with everyone!
[Everyone cheers]
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds smile in the sky.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
DESCRIPTION: In a montage, Pockets, Giggle, and Spin hand out the pies to all the birds. They happily accept.
[The birds murmuring excitedly]
DESCRIPTION: With pops of magic, the birds temporarily transform into chickens, dinosaurs, and blueberries.
DESCRIPTION: Two clouds smile in the sky.
THE FIRST CLOUD: Hmm.
THE SECOND CLOUD: Hmm.
GIGGLE: We did it. We made real magic pies!
POCKETS: And made so many, that we shared them out with everyone.
[Cheering]
MRS. PIEWANDER: Well, as I say, there's always another way.
DESCRIPTION: The Wooden Spoon appears in a flash of light in Spin’s hand.
SPIN: It’s home time!
DESCRIPTION: The magical adventure world begins to fold back up into the Magical Mixing Box.
MRS. PIEWANDER: Toodle-loo!
DESCRIPTION: Giggle, Spin, Pockets, Yapette, and Roller Guinea all disappear into the Magical Mixing Box in a shimmer of sparkles. They reappear at the Mixington Valley yard. There are three juice boxes on the table.
[Upbeat music]
GIGGLE: Ah, that was a great magic pie adventure.
[Murmuring]
SPIN: Hey… Someone has left us all a drink!
[Giggle gasping]
GIGGLE: I wonder if it's magic juice.
SPIN: Ooh, I'll check.
DESCRIPTION: Spin smiles and takes a sip of juice.
[Sipping]
[Spin laughing]
SPIN: No, it's just apple.
GIGGLE: Oh, great!
POCKETS: Yeah. I wonder who left it here.
[Sipping]
DESCRIPTION: Up on the hilltop overlooking Mixington Valley is Lucky Loover Bird. She puts her pie hat back in the tree cupboard. She sits back on the tree swing and looks down at Mixington Valley.
LUCKY LOOVER BIRD: Mixing up adventures near and far, but home is where the Mixmups are. Bye, Mixmups!
