Riley, Theo and Alex, members of the band Megablast, slump in a room with a giant record-shaped panel in the floor. Alex leans against his drum set, Riley, who uses a wheelchair, holds her purple electric guitar, and Theo holds his keygar as he leans against a speaker. Riley has black hair in pigtails and bright green eyes, Theo has dark brown hair, brown eyes and wears yellow eyeglasses, Alex has straight brown hair and brown eyes.

[Riley sighs, buzzing]

Alex says, MUST BRING THE BEATS.

[Cymbal clangs, Alex groans]

Beatrix, Riley’s pet hedgehog holds a small fan. She turns it on and flies across the room.

[Yipping, rock music plays, crash, Theo grunts]

Theo says, I CAN'T JAM IN
THIS HEAT.

MY BRAIN IS MELTING,
AND I NEED MY BRAIN!

Riley says, UGH, COME ON, GUYS.
WE JUST GOTTA PUSH THROUGH.

[Electric guitar wails]

Riley sings, IT'S NINETY-EIGHT
DEGREES IN THE SHADE,

Alex says, I'M SWEATING BUCKETS.

Riley asks, DON'T YOU LOVE IT?

Alex and Theo grumble, NO!

Riley sings, FORGET THE HEAT,
LET'S PLUG IN AND PLAY.

Theo says, I'D RATHER NOT.

Riley asks, WHY?

Alex replies, IT'S WAY TOO HOT!

[Rock music continues]

Riley sings, JUST KEEP YOUR COOL

JUMP ON YOUR DRUMS,
LET'S HIT IT, BOYS.

Megablast sings, FEEL THE HEAT

THIS HOOK IS BLAZING,

Theo says, WHOA, THAT HOOK IS
