COOKIE AND PUDDING: We're cute.

CANDY: But I'm cuter.

COOKIE, CANDY AND PUDDING: Me-wow!

[Rain spattering]

DESCRIPTION: It rains outside the Cookie, Candy and Pudding’s house. The narrator reads the episode title.

NARRATOR: Exercising with Cookie.

[Alarm clock ringing]

DESCRIPTION: Asleep in the lower bunk of his and Cookie’s bunk bed, Pudding wakes up and shuts off his alarm clock. Cookie sits up with his eyes closed in the bunk above him.

[Pudding sighing]

[Cookie yawning]

COOKIE: Is it time to get up?

DESCRIPTION: Candy lies in bed with her eyes closed.

CANDY: I just wanna keep snoozing.

PUDDING: Me too. The sound of the rain makes me sleepy.

COOKIE: Yes, it does.

DESCRIPTION: Cookie lies back down.

[Cookie sighing]

PUDDING: What if it keeps raining like this all day? Will we just sleep until bedtime?

CANDY: I have a really good idea. Exercise will wake us up.

PUDDING: Exercise is boring.

CANDY: Maybe Cookie could show us some of his karate moves.

DESCRIPTION: Cookie, Candy and Pudding stand in their room with their eyes closed.

COOKIE: Well, first we warm up. Reaching for the sun. And one, and again, and done. Now comes the windmill. And one, two, three, and finished.

DESCRIPTION: Cookie, Candy, and Pudding reach up high and spin their arms. They open their eyes and smile.

COOKIE: Next, we get extra tall. One, and again, and done. Tree when the wind blows.
Right, and left, and finished.

DESCRIPTION: Cookie, Candy, and Pudding stand on their toes and sway side-to-side.

COOKIE: Planting peas in the garden. One, and again, and finished. Now it's time for jumping in place. One, and again, and we're done.

DESCRIPTION: Cookie, Candy and Pudding lean forward and touch the floor. They jump in place.

COOKIE: Next, a few squats. One, and two, and three, four, and finished.

Cookie, Candy and Pudding do squats. Cookie wipes his forehead.

COOKIE: Phew. Warmup done. Time for the real karate exercises! First, there's lunge and block.

DESCRIPTION: Cookie, Candy, and Pudding do lunges and swing their arms in a blocking motion.

COOKIE: Hoo, ha!

CANDY AND PUDDING: Hoo, ha!

COOKIE: Next comes the fist of iron. Hoo, ha!

CANDY AND PUDDING: Hoo, ha!

DESCRIPTION: Cookie, Candy and Pudding lunge and punch the air.

[Cookie sighing]

COOKIE: Oh, exercises all complete.

DESCRIPTION: It stops raining]

PUDDING: I feel so much better now.

CANDY: Ha, look. It's not raining anymore, you guys.

COOKIE, CANDY AND PUDDING: So awesome!
