[Crickets chirp]
Messy says, I WONDER WHAT THEY ALL ARE.
WHEN YOU NEED TO KNOW, GO TO OKIDO.
Messy leaps into a green and white striped tunnel.
[Whoosh, dramatic music plays]
Messy falls towards a town. He bounces on large buttons and a trampoline.
[Boings]
Messy says, WA-HEY-HEY!

Zoe and Felix run out of their house.
[Door clicks open]
Felix and Zoe wave and say, HI, MESSY.
[Birds chirp, footsteps softly patter]
Messy says, HI, ZOE. HI, FELIX.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
Felix says, WE'RE GOING TO ZIM,
ZAM AND ZOOM'S.
Zoe says, THEY HAVE SOME SPECIAL
NEWS FOR THE WHOLE OF OKIDO.

[Whistles, car engine vrooms, clicking, whirring]

Messy drives to a city. He turns into a tube and the car lifts to Zim, Zam and Zoom’s laboratory.
[Happy music plays, tires screech, whirring]
Zoe says, OH, LOOKS LIKE WE'RE JUST
IN TIME.
Mayor Oki holds a microphone in his left hand. He wears a gold chain with a round pendent that has the image of a key on it. Mayor Oki’s hat is black with a golden stripe. He speaks to a video camera set up in front of him.
[Clapperboard snaps, Lively music plays]
Mayor Oki says, WELCOME TO OKIDO.
TODAY, WE'RE LIVE AT ZIM, ZAM
AND ZOOM'S, WHERE THEY HAVE SOME

Zoom transforms into a screen and shows an image of a comet.
Zam explains, IT'S AN ENORMOUS
BALL OF ICE AND STONE.
Mayor Oki says, THAT DOES SOUND BAD.
BUT DO YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHERE
IT'S GOING TO LAND?
Zam says, YES. ZOOM?
THIS IS OKIDO AND JUST THERE IS
WHERE THE COMET IS GOING TO LAND.
A map shows Okido and zooms in on a large house.
[Beeping, tense music plays, Mayor Oki gasps]
Mayor Oki says, BUT THAT'S MY HOUSE!
[Beeping]
Zam says, IN FACT, IT'S GOING TO LAND
RIGHT HERE, IN THE BATHROOM.
[Rubber duck squeaks]
Mayor Oki says, THAT WON'T DO.
I'M HAVING MY WEEKLY BATH THIS
AFTERNOON, AND I DON'T WANT TO
SHARE IT WITH A COMET.
Zam says, YOU WON'T HAVE TO, MR. MAYOR.
[Zoom squeaks happily, whirring, beeping]
Zim says, BECAUSE HERE'S THE GOOD NEWS.
Zam walks up the stairs of a rocket ship.
[Dramatic music plays]
Zam says, ZIM, ZOOM AND I ARE GOING
TO FLY UP INTO SPACE.
WE ARE GOING TO FIND THAT COMET,
AND WE ARE GOING TO TURN IT AWAY
FROM OKIDO.
[Cheering]
Messy says, YES, THANK YOU.

[Messy gasps]

[Chair squeaks, majestic music plays]

NOW, THIS IS WHERE YOU COME IN.
WHILE ZIM AND I FLY THE ROCKET,
YOU'RE GOING TO OPERATE THE LASSO.
Zoe repeats, THE LASSO?
[Chair squeaks]
Zam says, WE ARE GOING TO CATCH
THE COMET IN THE LASSO AND SEND
IT RIGHT BACK OUT INTO SPACE.
YOU SEE THE GREEN BUTTON?
[Whoosh]
Messy repeats, OH! GREEN BUTTON?
[Chair squeaks]
Zam explains, THAT OPERATES THE LASSO.
IT WILL GRAB HOLD OF THE COMET
SO WE CAN TOW IT AWAY.
Messy asks, WHAT ABOUT THE RED BUTTON?
WHAT DOES THAT DO?
Zim explains, THAT'S THE HYPER-SPEED
BUTTON. IT MAKES US GO VERY FAST.
BUT WE ONLY USE IT WHEN WE WANT
TO GO RIGHT OUT INTO DEEP SPACE.
[Beeping]
Messy says, OKAY.
[Gentle music plays, rocket ship whooshes]
Felix says, WOW.
ZAM, WHY DO STARS TWINKLE?
Zam says, BECAUSE STARS ARE HUGE
BALLS OF FIRE AND GAS. BUT BECAUSE
THEY ARE SUCH A LONG WAY AWAY,
WE SEE THEM AS TWINKLY LIGHTS.
[Beeping, chair whooshes]
Zoe OH, THEY'RE SO BEAUTIFUL.
Zam says THE SUN IS ALSO A STAR, BUT
IT IS CLOSER SO IT LOOKS BIGGER.
THIS IS THE SOLAR SYSTEM.
Zim says, THE SOLAR SYSTEM IS THE
NAME FOR THE SUN AND ALL THE
THINGS WHICH ORBIT AROUND IT.
Messy says, "ORBIT"?
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Zam says, IT MEANS "MOVES
AROUND THE SUN." AND LOOK.
YOU CAN ALSO SEE PLANETS.
THERE'S VENUS, AND MERCURY,
AND THERE'S JUPITER.
[Beeping]
Zim says, SOME PLANETS ARE SOLID
LIKE OURS, BUT SOME ARE MADE OF
THINGS LIKE GAS OR WATER, AND
THEY'RE ALL DIFFERENT.
[Beeping]
Zam says, AND FROM THE GROUND,
WE CAN SEE SOME OF THE PLANETS
TWINKLING LIKE STARS.
Messy says, OH.
SO, THE BRIGHT LIGHTS I CAN SEE
FROM MY BEDROOM ARE STARS
AND PLANETS?
[Gentle music continues]
Zam says, YES. AND COMETS.
[Rocket whooshes]
Zoe asks, UM, WHAT ABOUT
THE OTHER PLANETS?
THERE ARE MORE, AREN'T THERE?

THERE'S SATURN, URANUS, NEPTUNE.
BUT WE WON'T SEE THEM TODAY.
Zim says, THEIR ORBITS ARE VERY, VERY
BIG, AND THEY'RE MUCH FURTHER
OUT IN THE SOLAR SYSTEM.
[Beeping, alarm blares]
Zam says, COMET AHEAD!

Zoe and Felix shout, WE'RE READY.

The rocket flies past the comet.

OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM.

PRESSED THE HYPER-SPEED BUTTON.
Everyone shouts, MESSY!
Messy says, ARGH. I'M SORRY.
[Alarm blares]
Felix shouts, WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?
Zoe says, WE WENT RIGHT PAST THE COMET.
Zim says, DON'T WORRY.
THE HYPER-SPEED DOESN'T LAST
LONG.
BY THE TIME WE GET TO THE EDGE
OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM, WE'LL BE
ABLE TO SLOW DOWN AND TURN AROUND.
[Alarm blares, beeping, whooshing]
Zoe asks, WILL WE BE ABLE TO CATCH
THE COMET?
Zim says, I HOPE SO.
Zam says, AT LEAST NOW, YOU'LL GET
TO SEE THE REST OF THE PLANETS.
Messy says, YEAH!
THAT'S EXACTLY WHY I DID IT.
The rocket ship knocks against asteroids in an asteroid belt.
[Clattering]
Zim says, EVERYONE READY TO TURN?
The rocket turns and flies back into the solar system.
[Whoosh]
Zam says, LOOK OUT, COMET.
HERE WE COME.
OH, THERE'S NEPTUNE.
[Gentle music plays]
Zoe asks, BUT WHAT ARE THOSE
LITTLE PLANETS NEXT TO IT?
Zam says, AH, THEY'RE NOT PLANETS.
THEY'RE MOONS.
[Chair swooshes]
Zim explains, MOONS COME IN ALL
SORTS OF SHAPES AND SIZES.
THEY MOVE AROUND A PLANET
RATHER THAN AROUND THE SUN.
SOME PLANETS HAVE NO MOONS
AT ALL, AND SOME HAVE LOTS.
Zam says, LOOK. THERE'S URANUS.
[Rocket whooshes]
Messy says, OH, IT'S REALLY BLUE.
Felix says, LOOK AT THAT ONE.
IT HAS RINGS ROUND IT.

Zam says, AND LOOK.
THERE'S THE COMET.

[Lever creaks]
Zim says, LOCKED ON. LET'S GO.

[Whooshing, alarm blares]
Zoe says, WE'RE CATCHING UP!
On the surface of Okido, people stop and look up at the sky.
[Slide whistle, rumbling, beeping]
A rubber duck toy floats in a bathtub. Mayor Oki scrubs his back with a brush. He looks up out his window.
[Splashing, toy squeaks, scratching]
Mayor Oki says, UH-OH.
WHAT'S THAT NOISE?
OH, DEAR.
[Alarm blares, rocket whooshes]
Mayor Oki says, OH, DUCKY.
DON'T WORRY, DUCKY.
THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.
[Alarm blares, tense music plays]
Zam says, LAUNCH THE LASSO.
Zoe hits the green button. The lasso spins and wraps around the comet.
[Button clicks, whooshing rocket engines whirr]
Mayor Oki turns away from the window. The comet stops a meter from his bathtub.
[Ducky squeaks]
The comet winks at the mayor and flies backwards.
[Ding, whoosh]
Mayor Oki says, PHEW.
The comet flies past the rocket.
Zam says, OH, YES!
BY JUPITER, WE'VE DONE IT.
Zoe and Felix cheer, HOORAY!
Zam asks, READY TO RELEASE THE LASSO?
Zoe and Felix say, WE'RE READY.
Zam says, RELEASE.
The lasso releases and the comet hurls into space.
[Whoosh, drum music plays]
Messy says, BA-LA-BA-LA BOOM-BOOM!
Zoe and Felix cheer, YAY!
[Beeping]
Later, the rocket sits on its launch pad. Zim, Zam, Zoom, Zoe, Felix and Messy disembark. Mayor Oki waits for them.
[Celebratory music plays]
Zam asks, AH. HOW WAS YOUR BATH,
MR. MAYOR?
Mayor Oki says, BEST ONE I EVER HAD.
THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY
BATHROOM, AND DUCKY.
[Ducky squeaks, beeping, Zam chuckles]

[Beeping]
Messy says, OKAY.
[Gentle music plays, rocket ship whooshes]
Felix says, WOW.
ZAM, WHY DO STARS TWINKLE?
Zam says, BECAUSE STARS ARE HUGE
BALLS OF FIRE AND GAS. BUT BECAUSE
THEY ARE SUCH A LONG WAY AWAY,
WE SEE THEM AS TWINKLY LIGHTS.
[Beeping, chair whooshes]
Zoe OH, THEY'RE SO BEAUTIFUL.
Zam says THE SUN IS ALSO A STAR, BUT
IT IS CLOSER SO IT LOOKS BIGGER.
THIS IS THE SOLAR SYSTEM.
Zim says, THE SOLAR SYSTEM IS THE
NAME FOR THE SUN AND ALL THE
THINGS WHICH ORBIT AROUND IT.
Messy says, "ORBIT"?
WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Zam says, IT MEANS "MOVES
AROUND THE SUN." AND LOOK.
YOU CAN ALSO SEE PLANETS.
THERE'S VENUS, AND MERCURY,
AND THERE'S JUPITER.
[Beeping]
Zim says, SOME PLANETS ARE SOLID
LIKE OURS, BUT SOME ARE MADE OF
THINGS LIKE GAS OR WATER, AND
THEY'RE ALL DIFFERENT.
[Beeping]
Zam says, AND FROM THE GROUND,
WE CAN SEE SOME OF THE PLANETS
TWINKLING LIKE STARS.
Messy says, OH.
SO, THE BRIGHT LIGHTS I CAN SEE
FROM MY BEDROOM ARE STARS
AND PLANETS?
[Gentle music continues]
Zam says, YES. AND COMETS.
[Rocket whooshes]
Zoe asks, UM, WHAT ABOUT
THE OTHER PLANETS?
THERE ARE MORE, AREN'T THERE?
Zam says, OH, YES.
THERE'S SATURN, URANUS, NEPTUNE.
BUT WE WON'T SEE THEM TODAY.
Zim says, THEIR ORBITS ARE VERY, VERY
BIG, AND THEY'RE MUCH FURTHER
OUT IN THE SOLAR SYSTEM.
[Beeping, alarm blares]
Zam says, COMET AHEAD!
Zim says, GET READY, EVERYONE.
Zoe and Felix shout, WE'RE READY.
[Beeping, tense music plays]
Zam counts, THREE...
Messy says, RED BUTTON.
Zam counts, ...TWO...
Messy says, RED BUTTON.
Zam counts, ...ONE.
Messy says, RED BUTTON!
Messy hits the red button.
[Click, alarm blares, whoosh, screaming]
The rocket flies past the comet.
[Whirring]
Zim says, OH, NO.
WE'RE HEADING RIGHT TO THE EDGE
OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM.
Zam says, I THINK SOMEBODY
PRESSED THE HYPER-SPEED BUTTON.
Everyone shouts, MESSY!
Messy says, ARGH. I'M SORRY.
[Alarm blares]
Felix shouts, WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?
Zoe says, WE WENT RIGHT PAST THE COMET.
Zim says, DON'T WORRY.
THE HYPER-SPEED DOESN'T LAST
LONG.
BY THE TIME WE GET TO THE EDGE
OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM, WE'LL BE
ABLE TO SLOW DOWN AND TURN AROUND.
[Alarm blares, beeping, whooshing]
Zoe asks, WILL WE BE ABLE TO CATCH
THE COMET?
Zim says, I HOPE SO.
Zam says, AT LEAST NOW, YOU'LL GET
TO SEE THE REST OF THE PLANETS.
Messy says, YEAH!
THAT'S EXACTLY WHY I DID IT.
The rocket ship knocks against asteroids in an asteroid belt.
[Clattering]
Zim says, EVERYONE READY TO TURN?
The rocket turns and flies back into the solar system.
[Whoosh]
Zam says, LOOK OUT, COMET.
HERE WE COME.
OH, THERE'S NEPTUNE.
[Gentle music plays]
Zoe asks, BUT WHAT ARE THOSE
LITTLE PLANETS NEXT TO IT?
Zam says, AH, THEY'RE NOT PLANETS.
THEY'RE MOONS.
[Chair swooshes]
Zim explains, MOONS COME IN ALL
SORTS OF SHAPES AND SIZES.
THEY MOVE AROUND A PLANET
RATHER THAN AROUND THE SUN.
SOME PLANETS HAVE NO MOONS
AT ALL, AND SOME HAVE LOTS.
Zam says, LOOK. THERE'S URANUS.
[Rocket whooshes]
Messy says, OH, IT'S REALLY BLUE.
Felix says, LOOK AT THAT ONE.
IT HAS RINGS ROUND IT.
Zam says, YES. IT'S SATURN.
Zim says, AND THAT'S OKIDO.
Zam says, AND LOOK.
THERE'S THE COMET.
HOLD TIGHT, EVERYONE.
[Lever creaks]
Zim says, LOCKED ON. LET'S GO.
MESSY, CAN YOU PUT US INTO
HYPER-SPEED AGAIN?
Messy says, YES, PLEASE.
I WOULD LOVE TO.
[Whooshing, alarm blares]
Zoe says, WE'RE CATCHING UP!
On the surface of Okido, people stop and look up at the sky.
[Slide whistle, rumbling, beeping]
A rubber duck toy floats in a bathtub. Mayor Oki scrubs his back with a brush. He looks up out his window.
[Splashing, toy squeaks, scratching]
Mayor Oki says, UH-OH.
WHAT'S THAT NOISE?
OH, DEAR.
[Alarm blares, rocket whooshes]
Mayor Oki says, OH, DUCKY.
DON'T WORRY, DUCKY.
THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.
[Alarm blares, tense music plays]
Zam says, LAUNCH THE LASSO.
Zoe hits the green button. The lasso spins and wraps around the comet.
[Button clicks, whooshing rocket engines whirr]
Mayor Oki turns away from the window. The comet stops a meter from his bathtub.
[Ducky squeaks]
The comet winks at the mayor and flies backwards.
[Ding, whoosh]
Mayor Oki says, PHEW.
The comet flies past the rocket.
Zam says, OH, YES!
BY JUPITER, WE'VE DONE IT.
Zoe and Felix cheer, HOORAY!
Zam asks, READY TO RELEASE THE LASSO?
Zoe and Felix say, WE'RE READY.
Zam says, RELEASE.
The lasso releases and the comet hurls into space.
[Whoosh, drum music plays]
Messy says, BA-LA-BA-LA BOOM-BOOM!
Zoe and Felix cheer, YAY!
[Beeping]
Later, the rocket sits on its launch pad. Zim, Zam, Zoom, Zoe, Felix and Messy disembark. Mayor Oki waits for them.
[Celebratory music plays]
Zam asks, AH. HOW WAS YOUR BATH,
MR. MAYOR?
Mayor Oki says, BEST ONE I EVER HAD.
THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY
BATHROOM, AND DUCKY.
[Ducky squeaks, beeping, Zam chuckles]
Zam says, OH, WE COULDN'T HAVE
DONE IT WITHOUT ZOE, FELIX
AND MESSY.
[Messy giggles]
Messy says, AH, BEING A HERO IS FUN.
BUT I THINK IT'S TIME I WENT HOME. BYE.
[Whirring]
Felix and Zoe say, BYE, MESSY.
[Whirring, rustling]
At home, Messy arrives back in the room and runs up to the window.
[Crickets chirp]
Messy says, SO, SOME OF THOSE BRIGHT
LIGHTS ARE STARS AND SOME OF THEM
ARE PLANETS AND COMETS, ORBITING
AROUND AND AROUND AND AROUND.
[Messy yawns, rustling]
Messy lies down on clothing on the floor.
Messy mutters, BA-LA-BA-LA BOOM-BOOM.
[Upbeat music plays]
Messy sings, BA-LA-BA-LA BOOM-BOOM!
End credits play.
