[Upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: In animation, the Paw Patrol pups run into the Lookout tower. In the observation deck, Ryder taps his pup pad, and a large screen lowers from the ceiling.
[Song] Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, we'll be there on the double. Whenever there's a problem 'round Adventure Bay, Ryder and his team of pups will come and save the day. Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma, Skye, yeah, they're on the way.
DESCRIPTION: Marshall, a Dalmatian, Rubble, a Bulldog, Chase, a German Shepherd, Rocky, a grey and white mixed breed pup, Zuma, a chocolate Labrador, and Skye, a Cockapoo, ride down a slide wrapped around the tower to their vehicles. In the garage, Ryder jumps on his ATV.
[Song] Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, whenever you're in trouble, Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, we'll be there on the double. No job's too big, no pup's too small, Paw Patrol, we're on a roll. So here we go, Paw Patrol, whoa-oh-oh.
DESCRIPTION: Outside the Lookout, Ryder throws treats to each of the pups. The pups gather around Ryder.

DESCRIPTION: In the countryside, Liberty races down a street on her scooter. Three Pomeranian pups, each wearing a different coloured hat, ride in the sidecar.
[Pups giggling]
PUP IN A YELLOW HAT: Are we there yet, Liberty?
PUP IN A BLUE HAT: Liberty!
PUP IN A RED HAT: Liberty!
[Liberty laughing]
LIBERTY: Almost! Adventure Bay is right across this bridge.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty rolls to a stop behind Mayor Goodway’s car at a drawbridge, and each arm of the bridge begin to rise. Mayor Goodway glances at her review mirror.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh, look, Chickaletta, it's Liberty!
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway leans out her window.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh, who are your fluffy little friends?
LIBERTY: They're the Junior Patrollers, Mayor Goodway. Nano, Mini, and Tot.
DESCRIPTION: Nano wears a blue hat, Mini wears a yellow hat, and Tot wears a red hat.
MINI: Hi.
NANO: Hello!
TOT: Nice to meet you.
LIBERTY: They're visiting for the very first time!
MAYOR GOODWAY: Welcome, Junior Patrollers. I'm sure you'll find lots of fun things to do in our little town.
DESCRIPTION: The drawbridge arms lower. Mayor Goodway drives onto the bridge, and sparks fly in the drawbridge gears.
[Clanking]
[Booming]
DESCRIPTION: With Mayor Goodway halfway across the bridge, the arms of the bridge start to rise.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh! Oh! Oh! If we make it there in one piece!
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway’s car bounces between the two arms of the bridge.
[Yelping]
[Chickaletta squawking]
MINI: Oh, no!
TOT: Something's wrong!
LIBERTY: It's okay, Junior Patrollers. I have a plan! Stick with me and we'll –
DESCRIPTION: Liberty glances toward the sidecar and finds it empty.
LIBERTY: Huh?
DESCRIPTION: The Junior Patrollers Nano, Mini, and Tot run toward the bridge.
NANO: Junior Patrol...
TOT: ..is on...
MINI: ...a roll!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Tot and Mini run up the bridge and jump on Mayor Goodway’s car as it tips forward and back.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
MINI: Whoa!
TOT: Whoa. This is harder than it looks.
[Nano grunting]
MINI: Liberty!
LIBERTY: I got you, pups!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty races up the bridge and into the air. Nano, Mini and Tot bounce off Mayor Goodway’s car. Nano and Tot drop into Liberty’s sidecar. Mini soars high into the air.
NANO AND MINI: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Mini falls toward the sidecar.
MINI: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Mini drops into the sidecar as Liberty lands on the other side of the drawbridge, then skids to a stop.
[Tires screeching]
TOT: We did not think that through.
[Siren wailing]
[Engine whirring]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder races toward the bridge on his ATC with Rocky in his recycling truck and Chase in his 4 by 4.
TOT: It's the Paw Patrol!
MINI: Cool!
RYDER: Okay, pups, let's get to work. Chase, get Mayor Goodway off the bridge.
DESCRIPTION: The arms of the bridge shake. Mayor Goodway’s car starts to tip backward.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
[Chickaletta squawking]
DESCRIPTION: Chase pulls up to the edge of the bridge.
[Siren wailing]
[Chase barking]
CHASE: Winch!
DESCRIPTION: Chase jumps out of his 4 by 4. He grabs the winch cable from the front of the vehicle with his teeth and runs up the bridge.
RYDER: Liberty, Junior Patrollers, I need you pups to stop anyone else from getting on the bridge.
[Nano, Mini and Tot gasping]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty jumps off her scooter with Nano, Mini and Top. She stands in front of traffic while Nano, Mini and Tot lower a red and white barrier. A driver in a purple truck stops in front of Liberty.
LIBERTY: Hold up, please. Rescue in progress.
DESCRIPTION: On the bridge, Mayor Goodway’s car shakes.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
[Chickaletta squawking]
DESCRIPTION: Chase hooks his winch cable onto the front of Mayor Goodway’s car. The shaking bridge knocks him back, and he lands in his 4 by 4.
CHASE: Aah! Oof!
DESCRIPTION: Chase starts to back up, towing Mayor Goodway’s car.
[Chase straining]
[Wheels squealing]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway’s car rolls down the other side of the bridge.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Whoa! Phew!
CHASE: Rocky, shut down the bridge.
DESCRIPTION: Rocky nods and jumps out of his recycling truck. He runs over to the bridge controls.
[Rocky barking]
ROCKY: Extender!
DESCRIPTION: Rocky pulls a lever with his pup pack extender grabber claw and both arms of the bridge lower.
RYDER: Way to go, everyone. We really –
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot tackle Ryder.
NANO, MINI AND TOT: All right! Awesome! Let’s go!
[Ryder laughing]
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh, their first visit, and their first rescue!
LIBERTY: And coming up, their first spa day at... Katie's Pet Parlour!
NANO: Really?
MINI: I can't wait!
TOT: Let's go!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty, Nano, Mini and Tot return to the scooter.
LIBERTY: Later, Paw Patrol!
RYDER: Later!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty drives away with Nano, Mini and Tot in her sidecar.
[Clanking]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky jumps out of his truck with a gear.
ROCKY: Ryder, the bridge wasn't working properly because it was missing a gear. Good thing I always have an extra.
RYDER: Nice work, Rocky. Huh, I wonder what happened to it.
DESCRIPTION: On the beach in Foggy Bottom, Mayor Humdinger’s blond-haired nephew, Harold, adds a gear to a panel of gears. Mayor Humdinger stands behind him with his arms crossed.
HAROLD: Yes! It's finally finished!
MAYOR HUMDINGER: At last! At last! What is it?
DESCRIPTION: A giant flying purple top hat hovers just above the sand.
HAROLD: It's your new Mayor Lair. I made it fly, so you can boss around everyone who's under it.
[Harold cackling]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger looks at a slowly spinning fan under the flying Mayor Lair hat.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: I don't know. Won't they bump their heads?
HAROLD: It's supposed to fly a lot higher, but it needs more power.
DESCRIPTION: Harlow glances toward Cat Rubble and Cat Chase running on a hamster wheel inside the hat and frowns. Cat Zuma and Cat Skye run in another wheel and stumble.
[Cat Zuma meowing]
DESCRIPTION: The flying hat drops to the ground.
[Banging]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh! Well, good luck finding more power around here, my needy nephew.
DESCRIPTION: Cat Rubble, Chase, Zuma and Skye run out of the hat.
[Meowing]
[Rumbling]
HAROLD: Uncle, look out!
DESCRIPTION: A large rock blasts through the sky and crashes into the flying hat. Harold and Mayor Humdinger dive onto the sand.
[Crashing]
HAROLD: Oh!
DESCRIPTION: The flying hat lies in pieces.
[Mayor Humdinger whining]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Look what this hunk of rock did to my new lair.
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger kicks a piece of the rock.
[Mayor Humdinger grunting]
[Mayor Humdinger yelping]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oww! Ow! Ow! Ow-ow-ow!
DESCRIPTION: The piece of rock hits a piece of metal and cracks open, revealing a purple crystal inside.
IN THE DISTANCE, MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ow! Ow-ow-ow!
HAROLD: It's not a rock; it's a meteor. Now, with a crystal inside!
DESCRIPTION: Harold takes out the crystal. Pieces of metal from the flying hat swirl around him.
HAROLD: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Harold raises his arms, and the metal transforms into a purple super villain suit with a helmet. Harold flies above the sand.
[Harold cackling]
DESCRIPTION: Harld drops onto the sand and puts the crystal in the suit.
HAROLD: I've got bigger and better powers now, all from this crystal I can use it to make anything I want!
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ooh! Like a flying lair for your favourite Uncle Mayor?
HAROLD: Oh, it'll fly, all right, all the way to space. It'll be a lair for the mayor of the universe! Which is gonna be me, by the way. You can still be mayor of this place.
[Mayor Humdinger grumbling]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger kicks a rock.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ow!
HAROLD: My lair will be so big and powerful, everyone in the whole universe will have to do what I say. But first, I need the stuff to make it.
[Harold cackling]
DESCRIPTION: Harold flies away. He blows sand across the beach and at Mayor Humdinger.
[Mayor Humdinger coughing]
DESCRIPTION: At Katie’s Pet Parlour, Nano, Mini and Tot sit in bubble baths. Katie stands nearby with Liberty.
[Pups giggling]
NANO: I'm so glad we came.
MINI: Me, too!
TOT: What are we gonna do next?
[Harold cackling in the distance]
EVERYONE: Huh?
LIBERTY: I'm going to see what's going on. Junior Patrollers, you stay put.
[Splashing]
[Howling]
NANO: We want to see!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot run past Liberty and Katie.
LIBERTY: Or run ahead without me.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty and Katie follow Nano, Mini and Tot outside and find Harold soaring through the air.
[Harold cackling]
KATIE: It's Harold.
LIBERTY: Who's Harold?
KATIE: He's Mayor Humdinger's nephew.
DESCRIPTION: Harold flies toward Katie’s Pet Parlour.
HAROLD: That's handsome, genius nephew and future mayor of the universe, once I build a new lair out of all of your electronics.
DESCRIPTION: Harold flies away. He soars through town and pulls metal objects and electronic items out of stores and off the street with his powers. They include trash bins, ovens and fridges.
HAROLD: Ha-ha!
DESCRIPTION: Harold flies the stolen objects back to the pet parlour. He steals items from inside with his magnet-like power.
LIBERTY: Look out!
KATIE: Hey, I need those!
TOT: We'll get your stuff, Katie!
DESCRIPTION: Nano and Mini jump into a metal tub as it floats toward Harold. Tot stumbles in behind them.
TOT: Whoa! Phew! Made it!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot float away with Harold.
[Harold cackling]
[Katie gasping]
TOT: We did not think this through.
LIBERTY: They did not think that through
NANO: Liberty!
MINI: Help!
KATIE: Don't worry, I know who to call.
DESCRIPTION: Katie pulls out her phone and makes a call. Outside the Lookout, Rocky stacks gears behind his recycling truck. Ryder stands nearby with his pup pad. Marshall joins Rocky.
MARSHALL: Whoa, Rocky, that's a lot of gears.
[Rocky grunting]
ROCKY: It's like I always say, you can never have too many.
DESCRIPTION: The stack of gears wobbles, then falls. Rocky falls with the gears.
[Rocky yelping]
[Gears clanging]
ROCKY: Okay, maybe one too many.
DESCRIPTION: Rubble and Chase join Rocky and Marshall.
[Pups laughing]
[Pup pad ringing]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder answers a video call from Katie.
RYDER: Hi, Katie. Hi, Liberty. What's up?
KATIE: It's Harold. He's got superpowers again, and he's using them to take all the electronics in town for some kind of lair!
LIBERTY: He took Nano, Mini, and Tot, too!
RYDER: Oh, no!
DESCRIPTION: Katie shows Nano, Mini and Tot floating away in the metal tub, and Harold hovering nearby. Ryder zooms in on the crystal in Harold’s suit.
[Harold cackling]
RYDER: Is that a meteor crystal? This problem is mightier than I thought! No super baddie is too big, no pup is too small!
DESCRIPTION: Ryder taps a rainbow-coloured paw print Mighty Pup icon on his pup pad and presses a button.
[Pup Pad beeping]
DESCRIPTION: Rubble, Chase and Marshall’s pup tags light up.
RYDER: Mighty Pups, to the Lookout!
RUBBLE, CHASE AND MARSHALL: Ryder needs us!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall runs toward the Lookout with Rubble and Chase. He trips onto a gear as the other Paw Patrol pups run into the Lookout elevator.
MARSHALL: Whoa! Whoa!
CHASE: Marshall!
ROCKY: Look out!
[Rubble gasping]
MARSHALL: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall rolls into the Lookout on the gear.
[Crashing]
[Grunting]
DESCRIPTION: In the elevator, Marshall lies on top of the other pups. The gear spins on his head.
MARSHALL: It's time to gear up, pups!
[Pups giggling]
DESCRIPTION: The elevator doors close, and the pups ride up the tower. Behind the Paw Patrol pawprint badge, the elevator pauses. A bright light flashes across the badge and becomes the Mighty Pups rainbow badge. Inside the tower, a meteor shakes, then bursts open. Blue, yellow, orange, pink, green and red crystals float out.
[Song] Mighty Pups!
DESCRIPTION: The Lookout tower transforms into Mighty Pups headquarters. Bright yellow light filled with sparks shines up the elevator shaft. An observatory replaces the observation deck. It slides backward, leaving a platform at the top of the shaft. The Paw Patrol pups float up the shaft in their Mighty Pup uniforms. The coloured crystals click into place in their paw print badges. The pups reach the platform and run up to the observatory, where they line up side by side with Liberty in front of Ryder.
[Pups barking and howling]
CHASE: Ruff! Mighty Pups, ready for mighty action, Ryder, sir!
DESCRIPTION: In his Mighty Pups uniform, Ryder taps the pup pad in his wrist band and pulls up a large screen on a control panel.
RYDER: More mighty than ever, thanks to those crystals in your badges.
DESCRIPTION: On the screen, the pups watch Harold fly through Adventure Bay with the stolen electronics.
RYDER: Mighty Harold is back, and he's taking electronic stuff from Adventure Bay to build a new lair.
LIBERTY: He took the Junior Patrollers, too!
RYDER: Don't worry, we'll rescue them, Liberty. But first, we have to stop Harold. So, for this mission, I'll need Liberty. I need you to use your super-stretching power to get close to Harold and grab his crystal.
[Liberty howling]
LIBERTY: Let's stretch and fetch!
RYDER: Chase, I need you to use your super speed to keep people out of danger.
CHASE: Mighty Chase is ready to race!
RYDER: Everyone else, be ready. Now that Harold has a crystal, there's no telling what he might do.
[Pups barking and howling]
RYDER: All right, Mighty Pups are on a roll!
DESCRIPTION: A zipline of yellow light wraps around the tower like a slide. On the platform below the observatory, Liberty hops onto a circle with her badge.
[Song] Mighty Pups!
[Liberty howling]
DESCRIPTION: The platform lines up Liberty with the zipline. She hops on and rides it around the tower.
LIBERTY: Woo-hoo!
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
DESCRIPTION: On the platform, Chase hops on his badge. The platform spins Chase around to the zipline, and he follows Liberty around the tower.
[Chase barking]
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
CHASE: Woo-hoo!
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty soars through a hologram of her skyscraper shield.
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go. Liberty!
DESCRIPTION: At the end of the zipline, Liberty drops into a garage and lands on her scooter.
LIBERTY: Power paws!
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty presses her paws onto the controls. The scooter powers up, and she zooms out of the garage.
[Tires squealing]
DESCRIPTION: On the zipline, Chase soars through a hologram Mighty Pups lightning bolt shield.
[Song] Chase!
DESCRIPTION: At the end of the zipline, Chase drops into a garage and lands on his blue Mighty Pups car.
CHASE: Power paws!
DESCRIPTION: Chase presses his paws onto the controls. The car powers up, and he zooms out of the garage.
[SONG] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
[Tires squealing]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder leads the way down the Lookout driveway on his Mighty Pups ATV. Marshall follows in his Mighty Pups firetruck with Rubble in his bulldozer, Rocky in his recycling truck, Skye in her jet and Zuma in his hovercraft.
[Engines whirring]
DESCRIPTION: The Mighty Pups team speeds across the Adventure Bay bridge into town, where Harold flies with his collection of electronics.
HAROLD: I almost have enough parts to build the new lair. Just need a few more.
DESCRIPTION: Harold turns toward Mr. Porter’s Café. The café doors open, and a blender and mixer fly out. Mr. Porter holds onto a waffle iron, and Alex holds onto Mr. Porter. Harold lifts them both off their feet with his powers.
MR. PORTER: Whoa! My waffle iron!
DESCRIPTION: Harold flies to Town Hall. He opens the doors and pulls Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta out on their treadmills with his powers.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Aah!
DESCRIPTION: Chase races down the street.
CHASE: Don't worry, I've got you!
DESCRIPTION: With his super speed, Chase grabs Mr. Porter, Alex, Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta from the air and places them on the sidewalk.
ALEX: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: The rest of the Mighty Pups team pulls up to the café. They look up at Harold across the street.
RYDER: Harold, stop!
HAROLD: No, Mighty Pups! As soon-to-be mayor of the universe, I give the orders. Stop those pups!
DESCRIPTION: With his powers, Harold dumps water from a freezer onto the street, and it freezes. A driver in a yellow truck skids to a stop next to the ice.
RYDER: Marshall, melt that ice patch.
MARSHALL: I'm fired up!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall jumps out of his truck and runs over to the ice. He melts the ice with his paws, and the yellow truck driver continues down the street.
RYDER: Liberty, get close to Harold and grab his crystal.
LIBERTY: On it! Pardon my reach!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty leaps off her scooter. With her super-stretch powers, she stretches her body like an elastic. A fridge, oven, and Mr. Porter’s waffle iron fall toward the team.
RYDER: Zuma, stop those appliances!
DESCRIPTION: Zuma spins his Mighty Pup hovercraft around so the fans face the appliances. Pulsing sound waves blow the appliances away. Mr. Porter catches his waffle iron.
MR. PORTER: My waffle iron! Thanks, Zuma.
ZUMA: No, thank you, I love your waffles!
DESCRIPTION: Behind Harold, Liberty climbs between lamp posts in the park with her super-stretch power.
[Liberty grunting]
LIBERTY: I've got eyes on the sparkly prize.
HAROLD: Ha-ha!
LIBERTY: Huh?
DESCRIPTION: Elsewhere in the park, the fridge falls toward Ms. Marjorie as she jogs alongside Maynard the raccoon, listening to music on her headphones.
[Electronic music playing on headphones]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty stretches herself between two lamp posts. The fridge slingshots off her stretched body as Ms. Marjorie and Maynard continue their jog.
[Liberty grunting]
RYDER: Quick, Rocky, use your magnet power.
DESCRIPTION: Rocky pulls ahead. He catches the fridge with giant magnets on the grabber arms of his Mighty Pup truck, and the fridge door opens.
ROCKY: All right!
RYDER: Now, let's clean this up.
RUBBLE: Time for a wrecking ball rescue!
DESCRIPTION: Rubble pulls ahead of Rocky and bangs the wrecking ball on his Mighty Pup crane against the ground. The remaining appliances, including Mr. Porter’s mixer, bounce into the fridge, and the fridge door closes. In the air, Harold gathers more electronic appliances and flies away.
[Harold cackling]
LIBERTY: He can run, but I'm getting that crystal and my friends.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty leaps into the air. She grabs onto an oven and hides behind it. On the street, the rest of the pups meet up with Ryder.
RYDER: Good work, Mighty Pups. The town's safe for now. But Harold is still out there, and he still has the Junior Patrollers.
RUBBLE: Um, has anyone seen Liberty?
DESCRIPTION: Rubble looks around. In another Mayor Lair, Harold works on a control panel. The stolen appliances lie in a pile behind him. Mayor Humdinger stands nearby.
HAROLD: The control panel's good to go. Now, for the anti-gravity thruster!
DESCRIPTION: With his powers, Harold breaks apart an oven and flies the pieces toward the control panel. In the tub, Nano, Mini and Tot duck down out of view.
MINI: Where are we?
NANO: I don't know. But we've got to get out of here.
MINI: Before anyone sees us!
[Dramatic music briefly plays]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: A-ha!
[Nano, Mini and Tot gasping]
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot jump out of the tub and hide behind an open fridge. Mayor Humdinger turns toward the fridge.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: There you are, a baloney sandwich.
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger reaches for a baloney sandwich inside the fridge. Harold breaks the fridge into pieces with his powers and catches the sandwich.
HAROLD: I needed the parts.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh, did you need the sandwich, too?
DESCRIPTION: Harold takes a bite of the sandwich.
[Harold munching]
[Harold chuckling]
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot sneak across the floor.
TOT: We should have listened to Liberty.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty steps out from behind a stolen appliance.
LIBERTY: That's what I was about to say.
[Mini gasping]
MINI: Liberty!
TOT: You're here!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot snuggle against Liberty.
LIBERTY: Whoa! Hey. Shh. There's plenty of me to go around, but remember what I said about needing a plan first? Come on, let's get out of here!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot follow Liberty across the lair.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: At last, my master plan is finally coming together!
HAROLD: What? This isn't your master plan!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty, Nano, Mini and Tot pause and look back toward Mayor Humdinger and Harold.
TOT: Huh?
MINI: Master plan?
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot turn around. Behind a trash can, Tot stands on top of Mini, and Nano stands on top of Tot.
NANO: I can't see!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty slips under Mini and Nano peaks over the trash can.
LIBERTY: At least you're finally listening to a plan, even if it is Harold's.

[Harold cackling]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger scowls. Liberty, Nano, Mini and Tot sneak over to a window. They look out at a foggy forest. In a giant flying top hat, they look down at the beach below as they rise further into the air.
LIBERTY: We're going to need a bigger plan.
[Flying top hat whirring]
DESCRIPTION: At Farmer Al and Farmer Yumi’s farm, the flying top hat flies over the barn. Outside the barn, Farmer Al, Farmer Yumi, and their cow, Bettina, look up at the top hat.
Farmer Yumi: Huh?
[Bettina lowing]
DESCRIPTION: Bettina trembles. Farmer Al and Farmer Yumi dive behind a stack of hay bales, and Bettina runs away.
FARMER AL: Well, pickle my peppers, an unidentified flying top hat!
DESCRIPTION: In the flying top hat, Harold presses buttons on the control panel.
HAROLD: Look up and behold your new mayor of the universe.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: And his uncle, too.
DESCRIPTION: Outside Mr. Porter’s Café, Ryder stands on the sidewalk with the Mighty Pups.
LIBERTY, ON THE PUP PAD: Ryder, it's Liberty.
DESCRIPTION: Ryder pulls up Liberty’s video call on his pup pad.
RYDER: Liberty, where are you?
LIBERTY: Inside a giant flying top hat. Harold's going to fly it into space, so he can be mayor of the universe. I found the Junior Patrollers, but we need help getting off of this thing.
RYDER: Skye and Chase are on their way.
DESCRIPTION: Skye and Chase race down the street. On the farm, the flying top hat hovers.
HAROLD OVER THE P.A: Now, wave! Wave to your mayor. Better do what the big hat says, everybody.
DESCRIPTION: Farmer Al and Farmer Yumi stand between Garbie the goat and a lamb. Farmer Al awkwardly waves. Garbie glares at the top hat.
[Garbie bleating]
HAROLD: Do it!
DESCRIPTION: Farmer Yumi waves. Garbie raises a hoof and waves.
[Mayor Humdinger laughing]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: It's working!
DESCRIPTION: In the countryside, Skye soars through the air in her Mighty Paws jet. Chase drives his Mighty Paws car. Skye flies up to the flying top hat.
SKYE: Liberty, get ready to grab on!
DESCRIPTION: At the top hat control panel, Harold looks at a map of Adventure Bay.
HAROLD: First, I'll rule Adventure Bay, then the universe!
[Harold cackling]
DESCRIPTION: Harold pulls up a map of the universe. Liberty, Nano, Mini and Tot sneak behind small appliances scattered across the floor.
LIBERTY WHISPERING: We're almost out, Skye.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty, Nano, Mini and Tot watch Mayor Humdinger and Harold.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Can I at least have this little piece of the universe here?
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger points toward a black circle on the map.
HAROLD: That? Fine! It's all yours, Uncle!
[Mayor Humdinger chuckling]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Yes! Uh, wait. What is it?
HAROLD: Just a black hole. A swirling pool of nothing that destroys everything it touches.
[Door opening]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger hugs himself.
[Mayor Humdinger shivering]
[Wind gusting]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Why is it so breezy in here?
DESCRIPTION: Liberty runs toward an open door with Nano, Mini and Tot.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Aah! Intruders! Get them, Nephew, before they interfere with our plan.
HAROLD: Ugh! For the last time, it's my plan!
NANO: Uh-oh.
MINI: They're on to us.
TOT: What do we do?
DESCRIPTION: Liberty steps through the door and meets Skye at the brim of the top hat.
LIBERTY: New plan, Skye. Catch!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty stretches herself like a slingshot around Nano and launches Nano into Skye’s jet.
NANO: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty launches Mini into Skye’s jet.
MINI: Woo-hoo!
LIBERTY: Last one!
DESCRIPTION: Harold runs up to the door.
LIBERTY: Huh?
HAROLD: Gotcha!
DESCRIPTION: Harold blasts Liberty with a beam of light and traps her in a bubble. Tot bounces off the bubble and off the top hat.
TOT: Aah!
[Yelping]
CHASE: Don't worry, Tot!
DESCRIPTION: With his super speed, Chase zooms into the air. He catches Tot and races back to his car.
TOT: Aah!
CHASE: I gotcha!
TOT: Whoa!
SKYE: Nice catch, Chase!
TOT: But now Harold has Liberty!
CHASE: We'll get her back. Let's follow the top hat and meet up with Ryder!
DESCRIPTION: Chase speeds down the dirt road. Skye follows above in her jet. In town, they follow the flying top hat. Inside the top hat, Harold moves Liberty, in the bubble, toward the control panel.
HAROLD: No one interferes with my genius! Now, stay!
DESCRIPTION: Harold lowers the bubble.
HAROLD: Good dog!
LIBERTY: Seriously?
[Chickaletta clucking]
DESCRIPTION: At the control panel, Mayor Humdinger watches Mayor Goodway push her treadmill down the sidewalk outside Town Hall. On the treadmill, Chickaletta runs on her mini treadmill.
[Mayor Humdinger chuckling]
MAYOR GOODWAY: Good, Chickaletta. Oh! Keep up that cardio!
[P.A. speaker feedback screeching]
[Mayor Goodway gasping]
MAYOR HUMDINGER ON P.A: Oh, Mayor Goodway! Wave hello to the Mayor of the Universe!
MAYOR GOODWAY: You're not the boss of me!
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh, she's not listening to my orders!
HAROLD: Why should she?
DESCRIPTION: Harold tries to push Mayor Humdinger away.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Hey!
HAROLD: You're not the one in charge! I am!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty looks between Harold and Mayor Humdinger, then smiles.
LIBERTY: Wait, if you're not the mayor of the universe, then why does the lair look like your top hat?
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Hey, she's right. I should be mayor of the universe.
HAROLD: What? No! I'm mayor of the universe.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: No, I am!
HAROLD: I am!
DESCRIPTION: Harold and Mayor Humdinger push buttons on the control panel and each other. The top hat tilts, and appliances slide across the floor. In the bubble, Liberty floats away.
[Liberty yelping]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Whoa! Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: The top hat tips the other way. Outside Town Square, Ryder and the pups gaze toward the top hat.
PUPS: Whoa! Look at that!
SKYE: It's huge!
RUBBLE: It's gotta be an extra, extra, extra-large!
DESCRIPTION: In the top hat, Harold pushes Mayor Humdinger aside.
HAROLD: That's it! I'm putting you in a force cube, too!
DESCRIPTION: Harold straightens the top hat and raises his hand.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Hmph! Good luck with that!
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger grabs a joystick, and the top hat spins.
HAROLD, MAYOR HUMDINGER AND LIBERTY: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: The spinning knocks Liberty’s force cube bubble and all the loose appliances against the circular wall.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Whoa!
LIBERTY: Cut it out, you two! Before we run into a –
DESCRIPTION: Liberty looks toward the control panel screen, where Harold and Mayor Humdinger lie pressed against it.
LIBERTY: Oh, no!
DESCRIPTION: On Jake’s Mountain, Jake adds a top hat to a snowman. The giant flying top hat spins toward him.
[Whooshing]
JAKE: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Jake runs away. The flying top hat knocks the hat off the snowman.
JAKE: Aah!
DESCRIPTION: The brim of the flying top hat digs into the snow and slides up the mountain. Harold and Mayor Humdinger fly across the lair and slam into Liberty’s bubble.
[Harold and Mayor Humdinger yelping]
DESCRIPTION: Harold and Mayor Humdinger share a look. In town, Ryder turns toward the Mighty Pups.
RYDER: Rubble, Marshall, stop that avalanche before it hits those homes!
RUBBLE: Rubble on the double!
DESCRIPTION: Rubble and Marshall drive toward the mountain. On the sidewalk, Tot turns to Nano and Mini.
TOT: Wait! We need a plan first!
NANO: Good idea!
MINI: But what about Harold?
NANO: I know! We can...
[Nano, Mini and Tot whispering inaudibly]
RYDER: Uh, Junior Patrollers?
TOT: Tell him!
MINI: You tell him!
TOT: Let's all tell him!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot turn to face Ryder.
NANO: We have a plan to save Liberty!
MINI: We thought it through and...
TOT: It's really good.
RYDER: Okay, let's hear it.
DESCRIPTION: On the mountain, Rubble and Marshall roll to a stop in the snow.
MARSHALL: Here it comes.
DESCRIPTION: Boulders and giant snowballs roll down the mountain toward Rubble and Marshall.
RUBBLE: Time to wreck and roll!
DESCRIPTION: Rubble jumps out of his truck. He runs on the spot, and a ball forms around him. Rubble runs and smashes through the boulders. Marshall runs up the mountain behind Rubble and melts giant snowballs with his paws. A boulder tumbles over a log and soars into the air toward Jake as he runs up to Rubble and Marshall’s trucks.
[Jake yelping]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky flies between Jake and the boulder with a lamp post. He swings the lamp post and knocks the boulder into the distance.
JAKE: Homerun!
DESCRIPTION: On his ATV, Ryder watches the Mighty Pups on his pup pad.
RYDER: Great saves, everyone! Now, it's all up to you, Junior Patrollers!
DESCRIPTION: On the Adventure Bay bridge, Nano, Mini and Tot hop off Ryder’s ATV.
NANO: Junior Patrol...
MINI: ...is on...
TOT: ...a...
NANO, MINI AND TOT: ...roll!
DESCRIPTION: The flying top hat hovers over the bridge. Nano, Mini and Tot run up a cable on the bridge, jump onto the brim of the top hat, and run inside. At the control panel, Harold and Mayor Humdinger grab at each other.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Quit it!
HAROLD: You quit it!
MAYOR HUMDINGER: You're mayor of the universe; make me!
MINI: Yoo-hoo!
TOT: Hey! Looking for us?
HAROLD: No, I mean, yes! I mean, we are now!
DESCRIPTION: Harold and Mayor Humdinger chase after Nano, Mini and Tot. Nano, Mini and Tot split up and run away.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Come here! That's an order!
[Mayor Humdinger grunting]
[Harold groaning]
HAROLD: Ugh! It's like there's a hundred of you!
LIBERTY: Guys, no! You'll get caught, too!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot run up to Liberty.
NANO: Don't worry!
MINI: We have a plan!
LIBERTY: A plan?
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger grabs Nano. Harold grabs Mini and Tot.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ha! Gotcha!
HAROLD: A plan for what? Getting caught?
[Tot giggling]
TOT: Exactly!
DESCRIPTION: In Harold’s grasp, Tot reaches for the purple crystal in Harold’s suit. Mayor Humdinger and Harold toss Nano, Mini and Tot in the force cube bubble with Liberty and walk away. Tot pulls out the crystal.
LIBERTY: Is that... Harold's crystal?!
[Liberty gasping]
LIBERTY: You let them catch you, so you could take his crystal!
MINI: And we're gonna use it to get us all out of here!
NANO: Ooh! I wonder what our powers will be!
MINI: Laser eyes?
TOT: Tails of steel? Electric noses?
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot press their paws to the crystal, and it splits into three pieces. The pieces float into the paw print badges on Nano, Mini and Tot’s hats and glow.
LIBERTY: Whatever it is, I think we're about to find out!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot multiply into copies of themselves.
MINI: Hi!
NANO: Hello!
TOT: Nice to meet you!
NANO: Cool!
MINI: We can multiply!
[All Junior Patrollers barking]
DESCRIPTION: At the control panel, Harold turns toward the bubble.
HAROLD: Hey! What's going on in...
DESCRIPTION: Harold runs over to the bubble.
HAROLD: Aah! My crystal! You come out of there and give it back!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot multiply, and the bubble expands.
[Barking]
DESCRIPTION: The bubble bursts, and the multiple Nanos, Minis and Tots land on Harold.
HAROLD: Aah!
[Barking continues]
HAROLD: Huh? Where is it? Oh, where's my crystal?!
DESCRIPTION: Harold picks up a multiple of Nano, then one of Tot. The Tot multiple licks Harold’s cheek. At the control panel, Liberty stands beside Mayor Humdinger.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Aww. I think it's kind of cute.
DESCRIPTION: The top hat tilts. Mayor Humdinger stumbles, and Liberty slides across the floor.
HAROLD: Uh-oh. Wait, who's flying this thing?
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh, me! Me! I am!
DESCRIPTION: Harold slides across the floor with the multiple Nanos, Minis and Tots. Mayor Humdinger grabs the joystick, and it snaps.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oops!
DESCRIPTION: The top hat tips in the opposite direction. The multiple Nanos, Minis and Tots slide into each other, and they become one. Nano bumps into Harold.
NANO: Hello!
DESCRIPTION: Harold runs toward the controls. On land, Ryder and the Paw Patrol Mighty Pup team run across the Adventure Bay Beach as the top hat soars toward Town Hall.
CHASE: It's gonna crash!
RYDER: Skye, fly up and use your super strength to stop it!
SKYE: On my way!
DESCRIPTION: Skye flies with her pup pack wings. She grabs onto the brim of the flying top hat and flies it higher into the air.
[Skye straining]
CHASE: She's got it!
RYDER: All right, Skye!
SKYE: Ryder! The giant hat is cracking apart, and pieces could start falling off!
[Top hat metal creaking]
RYDER: Chase, we've got to get everyone as far away as we can!
DESCRIPTION: Chase runs around Adventure Bay at high speed gathering Julia, Julius, Alex and other townspeople from around town. Ryder glances at his pup pad.
LIBERTY: Ryder! The Junior Patrollers and I have a plan to protect Adventure Bay!
[Mayor Humdinger wailing]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Abandon top hat!
DESCRIPTION: In the flying top hat, Mayor Humdinger runs toward the door. Harold follows, wearing a jetpack with rockets. Liberty stretches across the space and grabs the jetpack.
HAROLD: Hey! Those are mine!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini, and Tot each wear a rocket from the jetpack.
TOT: Ooh, and now, we have jetpacks!
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Forget it, nephew! Into the escape hat!
DESCRIPTION: A small flying top hat rises from the floor. Mayor Humdinger drags Harold toward the hat as a door in the hat opens.
HAROLD: Hmph! No one will listen to us in this small hat.
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger drags Harold inside the escape hat with him. The door closes, and they drop out of the giant flying hat.
[Harold and Mayor Humdinger screaming]
DESCRIPTION: In his hovercraft, in the Bay, Zuma sprays water at the escape hat with his paws and slows the fall.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Huh?
ZUMA: A save and a shower, dudes!
DESCRIPTION: On the street outside Town Square, Chase gathers more townspeople with his super speed.
CHASE: Okay, is that everyone?
DESCRIPTION: In his wrecking ball, Rubble pushes townspeople onto the street on the giant lemonade stand cup, then joins Chase.
RUBBLE: I feel like someone's missing.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Chickaletta!
[Squawking]
DESCRIPTION: In Towns Square, Mayor Goodway stands at the steps leading to Town Hall.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Come down from there! That hat's much too big for you!
DESCRIPTION: Chickaletta stands on the roof of Town Hall. The flying top hat approaches from afar.
[Flying top hat creaking]
MARSHALL: I'll get her, Mayor!
[Marshall barking]
MARSHALL: Ladder!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall drives up to Town Hall and raises the ladder on his Mighty Pups fire truck. He jumps on the ladder and rides it up to the roof.
[Ladder whirring]
DESCRIPTION: Above Town Hall, the flying top hat shakes. Liberty stands on the brim with Nano, Mini and Tot.
LIBERTY: Now, remember the plan: not one piece can hit Adventure Bay. Got it?
TOT: Got it!
[Nano, Mini and Tot barking]
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot fly off the top hat with their jetpacks. In Town Square, Marshall’s ladder lowers. Chickaletta stands on Marshall’s head.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh, my sweet, chicky-wicky!
DESCRIPTION: Chickaletta hops into Mayor Goodway’s arms.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Thank goodness you're –
[Clanging]
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh!
DESCRIPTION: A piece of the flying top hat brim falls off. Nano, Mini and Tot catch it mid-air.
MARSHALL: They caught it!
MAYOR GOODWAY: Phew!
[Clanking]
DESCRIPTION: Another piece of the top hat brim falls off.
SKYE: But who's gonna catch that one?
NANO, MINI AND TOT: We are!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot multiply. Three of the multiples catch the falling piece.
LIBERTY: Woo-hoo! It's working!
RYDER: Way to go, Junior Patrollers!
DESCRIPTION: The Nano, Mini and Tot multiples catch more pieces of the flying top hat as they fall. On the street, Ryder joins Chase and Rubble.
CHASE: Let's get that junk outta here!
DESCRIPTION: Among the townspeople, Harold and Mayor Humdinger scowl.
HAROLD AND MAYOR HUMDINGER: Junk?!
DESCRIPTION: On the brim of the flying top hat, Nano, Mini and Tot stand with Liberty.
LIBERTY: I know just the place.
[Crashing]
DESCRIPTION: Next to Liberty, another piece of the top hat brim falls off.
LIBERTY: In outer space!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty stretches and wraps herself around the top hat.
[Liberty straining]
LIBERTY: I'll hold it together while you take us up, Skye!
DESCRIPTION: The Nano, Mini and Tot multiples fly over to Skye with their jetpack rockets.
MULTIPLES: We have a plan!
[Multiples barking and howling]
DESCRIPTION: Skye and the Nano, Mini and Tot multiples fly the top hat to outer space. Liberty unwraps herself from the hat as they approach a black hole.
SKYE: What is that?
LIBERTY: It's a black hole! Harold said it destroys everything it touches.
NANO, MINI AND TOT: Let's push the hat in!
LIBERTY: Now, that's a plan!
DESCRIPTION: Skye grabs onto Liberty, then Nano, Mini and Tot push the flying top hat toward the black hole. The Nano, Mini and Tot multiples abandon the hat and connect with Nano, Mini and Tot. The top hat disappears into the darkness of the black hole.
LIBERTY: So, this stuff is gone for good.
NANO: I guess it's time to get rid of the crystal, too.
DESCRIPTION: The crystals in the badges on Nano, Mini and Tot’s hats combine into one.
[Nano, Mini and Tot howling]
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot push the crystal into the black hole, and it disappears.
LIBERTY: But won't you miss your powers?
TOT: Nah, there's enough of us already.
[Everyone laughing]
DESCRIPTION: Skye flies Liberty back to Earth with Nano, Mini and Tot close behind. On Mr. Porter’s Café roof patio, out of their Mighty Pups uniforms, Ryder and the pups, along with Liberty, Nano, Mini and Tot, face Mayor Goodway. Mr. Porter and other townspeople stand behind them.
MAYOR GOODWAY: You saved Adventure Bay once again! Thank you, Mighty Pups! And thank you, too, Junior Patrollers!
LIBERTY: We couldn't have done it without you.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty smiles at Nano, Mini and Tot.
RYDER: Whenever your town's about to get crushed by a giant top hat, just yelp for help.
MR. PORTER: To celebrate this amazing rescue, I'd like to offer fresh waffles to everyone in town!
RUBBLE: Yum! But that sounds like a lot of waffles.
MINI: Don't worry.
TOT: We have a plan for that, too.
DESCRIPTION: On the spiral stairs leading to the patio, Mayor Humdinger and Harold carry plates of waffles.
HAROLD: You know, if I was still mayor of the universe, I could tell everyone to make waffles for me.
DESCRIPTION: Harold bumps into Mayor Humdinger.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ooh! Hey! Watch it with that syrup! You don't want to ruin two top hats today.
[Harold Grumbling]

[Song] Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, we'll be there on the double. Whenever there's a problem 'round Adventure Bay, Ryder and his team of pups will come and save the day. Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma, Skye, yeah, they're on the way.
DESCRIPTION: Marshall, a Dalmatian, Rubble, a Bulldog, Chase, a German Shepherd, Rocky, a grey and white mixed breed pup, Zuma, a chocolate Labrador, and Skye, a Cockapoo, ride down a slide wrapped around the tower to their vehicles. In the garage, Ryder jumps on his ATV.

DESCRIPTION: With Mayor Goodway halfway across the bridge, the arms of the bridge start to rise.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh! Oh! Oh! If we make it there in one piece!
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway’s car bounces between the two arms of the bridge.
[Yelping]
[Chickaletta squawking]
MINI: Oh, no!
TOT: Something's wrong!
LIBERTY: It's okay, Junior Patrollers. I have a plan! Stick with me and we'll –
DESCRIPTION: Liberty glances toward the sidecar and finds it empty.
LIBERTY: Huh?
DESCRIPTION: The Junior Patrollers Nano, Mini, and Tot run toward the bridge.
NANO: Junior Patrol...
TOT: ..is on...
MINI: ...a roll!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Tot and Mini run up the bridge and jump on Mayor Goodway’s car as it tips forward and back.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
MINI: Whoa!
TOT: Whoa. This is harder than it looks.
[Nano grunting]
MINI: Liberty!
LIBERTY: I got you, pups!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty races up the bridge and into the air. Nano, Mini and Tot bounce off Mayor Goodway’s car. Nano and Tot drop into Liberty’s sidecar. Mini soars high into the air.
NANO AND MINI: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Mini falls toward the sidecar.
MINI: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Mini drops into the sidecar as Liberty lands on the other side of the drawbridge, then skids to a stop.
[Tires screeching]
TOT: We did not think that through.
[Siren wailing]
[Engine whirring]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder races toward the bridge on his ATC with Rocky in his recycling truck and Chase in his 4 by 4.
TOT: It's the Paw Patrol!
MINI: Cool!
RYDER: Okay, pups, let's get to work. Chase, get Mayor Goodway off the bridge.
DESCRIPTION: The arms of the bridge shake. Mayor Goodway’s car starts to tip backward.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
[Chickaletta squawking]
DESCRIPTION: Chase pulls up to the edge of the bridge.
[Siren wailing]
[Chase barking]
CHASE: Winch!
DESCRIPTION: Chase jumps out of his 4 by 4. He grabs the winch cable from the front of the vehicle with his teeth and runs up the bridge.
RYDER: Liberty, Junior Patrollers, I need you pups to stop anyone else from getting on the bridge.
[Nano, Mini and Tot gasping]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty jumps off her scooter with Nano, Mini and Top. She stands in front of traffic while Nano, Mini and Tot lower a red and white barrier. A driver in a purple truck stops in front of Liberty.
LIBERTY: Hold up, please. Rescue in progress.
DESCRIPTION: On the bridge, Mayor Goodway’s car shakes.
[Mayor Goodway yelping]
[Chickaletta squawking]
DESCRIPTION: Chase hooks his winch cable onto the front of Mayor Goodway’s car. The shaking bridge knocks him back, and he lands in his 4 by 4.
CHASE: Aah! Oof!
DESCRIPTION: Chase starts to back up, towing Mayor Goodway’s car.
[Chase straining]
[Wheels squealing]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway’s car rolls down the other side of the bridge.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Whoa! Phew!
CHASE: Rocky, shut down the bridge.
DESCRIPTION: Rocky nods and jumps out of his recycling truck. He runs over to the bridge controls.
[Rocky barking]
ROCKY: Extender!
DESCRIPTION: Rocky pulls a lever with his pup pack extender grabber claw and both arms of the bridge lower.
RYDER: Way to go, everyone. We really –
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot tackle Ryder.
NANO, MINI AND TOT: All right! Awesome! Let’s go!
[Ryder laughing]
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh, their first visit, and their first rescue!
LIBERTY: And coming up, their first spa day at... Katie's Pet Parlour!
NANO: Really?
MINI: I can't wait!
TOT: Let's go!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty, Nano, Mini and Tot return to the scooter.
LIBERTY: Later, Paw Patrol!
RYDER: Later!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty drives away with Nano, Mini and Tot in her sidecar.
[Clanking]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky jumps out of his truck with a gear.
ROCKY: Ryder, the bridge wasn't working properly because it was missing a gear. Good thing I always have an extra.
RYDER: Nice work, Rocky. Huh, I wonder what happened to it.
DESCRIPTION: On the beach in Foggy Bottom, Mayor Humdinger’s blond-haired nephew, Harold, adds a gear to a panel of gears. Mayor Humdinger stands behind him with his arms crossed.
HAROLD: Yes! It's finally finished!
MAYOR HUMDINGER: At last! At last! What is it?
DESCRIPTION: A giant flying purple top hat hovers just above the sand.
HAROLD: It's your new Mayor Lair. I made it fly, so you can boss around everyone who's under it.
[Harold cackling]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger looks at a slowly spinning fan under the flying Mayor Lair hat.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: I don't know. Won't they bump their heads?
HAROLD: It's supposed to fly a lot higher, but it needs more power.
DESCRIPTION: Harlow glances toward Cat Rubble and Cat Chase running on a hamster wheel inside the hat and frowns. Cat Zuma and Cat Skye run in another wheel and stumble.
[Cat Zuma meowing]
DESCRIPTION: The flying hat drops to the ground.
[Banging]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh! Well, good luck finding more power around here, my needy nephew.
DESCRIPTION: Cat Rubble, Chase, Zuma and Skye run out of the hat.
[Meowing]
[Rumbling]
HAROLD: Uncle, look out!
DESCRIPTION: A large rock blasts through the sky and crashes into the flying hat. Harold and Mayor Humdinger dive onto the sand.
[Crashing]
HAROLD: Oh!
DESCRIPTION: The flying hat lies in pieces.
[Mayor Humdinger whining]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Look what this hunk of rock did to my new lair.
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger kicks a piece of the rock.
[Mayor Humdinger grunting]
[Mayor Humdinger yelping]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oww! Ow! Ow! Ow-ow-ow!
DESCRIPTION: The piece of rock hits a piece of metal and cracks open, revealing a purple crystal inside.
IN THE DISTANCE, MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ow! Ow-ow-ow!
HAROLD: It's not a rock; it's a meteor. Now, with a crystal inside!
DESCRIPTION: Harold takes out the crystal. Pieces of metal from the flying hat swirl around him.
HAROLD: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Harold raises his arms, and the metal transforms into a purple super villain suit with a helmet. Harold flies above the sand.
[Harold cackling]
DESCRIPTION: Harld drops onto the sand and puts the crystal in the suit.
HAROLD: I've got bigger and better powers now, all from this crystal I can use it to make anything I want!
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ooh! Like a flying lair for your favourite Uncle Mayor?
HAROLD: Oh, it'll fly, all right, all the way to space. It'll be a lair for the mayor of the universe! Which is gonna be me, by the way. You can still be mayor of this place.
[Mayor Humdinger grumbling]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger kicks a rock.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ow!
HAROLD: My lair will be so big and powerful, everyone in the whole universe will have to do what I say. But first, I need the stuff to make it.
[Harold cackling]
DESCRIPTION: Harold flies away. He blows sand across the beach and at Mayor Humdinger.
[Mayor Humdinger coughing]
DESCRIPTION: At Katie’s Pet Parlour, Nano, Mini and Tot sit in bubble baths. Katie stands nearby with Liberty.
[Pups giggling]
NANO: I'm so glad we came.
MINI: Me, too!
TOT: What are we gonna do next?
[Harold cackling in the distance]
EVERYONE: Huh?
LIBERTY: I'm going to see what's going on. Junior Patrollers, you stay put.
[Splashing]
[Howling]
NANO: We want to see!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot run past Liberty and Katie.
LIBERTY: Or run ahead without me.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty and Katie follow Nano, Mini and Tot outside and find Harold soaring through the air.
[Harold cackling]
KATIE: It's Harold.
LIBERTY: Who's Harold?
KATIE: He's Mayor Humdinger's nephew.
DESCRIPTION: Harold flies toward Katie’s Pet Parlour.
HAROLD: That's handsome, genius nephew and future mayor of the universe, once I build a new lair out of all of your electronics.
DESCRIPTION: Harold flies away. He soars through town and pulls metal objects and electronic items out of stores and off the street with his powers. They include trash bins, ovens and fridges.
HAROLD: Ha-ha!
DESCRIPTION: Harold flies the stolen objects back to the pet parlour. He steals items from inside with his magnet-like power.
LIBERTY: Look out!
KATIE: Hey, I need those!
TOT: We'll get your stuff, Katie!
DESCRIPTION: Nano and Mini jump into a metal tub as it floats toward Harold. Tot stumbles in behind them.
TOT: Whoa! Phew! Made it!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot float away with Harold.
[Harold cackling]
[Katie gasping]
TOT: We did not think this through.
LIBERTY: They did not think that through
NANO: Liberty!
MINI: Help!
KATIE: Don't worry, I know who to call.
DESCRIPTION: Katie pulls out her phone and makes a call. Outside the Lookout, Rocky stacks gears behind his recycling truck. Ryder stands nearby with his pup pad. Marshall joins Rocky.
MARSHALL: Whoa, Rocky, that's a lot of gears.
[Rocky grunting]
ROCKY: It's like I always say, you can never have too many.
DESCRIPTION: The stack of gears wobbles, then falls. Rocky falls with the gears.
[Rocky yelping]
[Gears clanging]
ROCKY: Okay, maybe one too many.
DESCRIPTION: Rubble and Chase join Rocky and Marshall.
[Pups laughing]
[Pup pad ringing]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder answers a video call from Katie.
RYDER: Hi, Katie. Hi, Liberty. What's up?
KATIE: It's Harold. He's got superpowers again, and he's using them to take all the electronics in town for some kind of lair!
LIBERTY: He took Nano, Mini, and Tot, too!
RYDER: Oh, no!
DESCRIPTION: Katie shows Nano, Mini and Tot floating away in the metal tub, and Harold hovering nearby. Ryder zooms in on the crystal in Harold’s suit.
[Harold cackling]
RYDER: Is that a meteor crystal? This problem is mightier than I thought! No super baddie is too big, no pup is too small!
DESCRIPTION: Ryder taps a rainbow-coloured paw print Mighty Pup icon on his pup pad and presses a button.
[Pup Pad beeping]
DESCRIPTION: Rubble, Chase and Marshall’s pup tags light up.
RYDER: Mighty Pups, to the Lookout!
RUBBLE, CHASE AND MARSHALL: Ryder needs us!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall runs toward the Lookout with Rubble and Chase. He trips onto a gear as the other Paw Patrol pups run into the Lookout elevator.
MARSHALL: Whoa! Whoa!
CHASE: Marshall!
ROCKY: Look out!
[Rubble gasping]
MARSHALL: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall rolls into the Lookout on the gear.
[Crashing]
[Grunting]
DESCRIPTION: In the elevator, Marshall lies on top of the other pups. The gear spins on his head.
MARSHALL: It's time to gear up, pups!
[Pups giggling]
DESCRIPTION: The elevator doors close, and the pups ride up the tower. Behind the Paw Patrol pawprint badge, the elevator pauses. A bright light flashes across the badge and becomes the Mighty Pups rainbow badge. Inside the tower, a meteor shakes, then bursts open. Blue, yellow, orange, pink, green and red crystals float out.
[Song] Mighty Pups!
DESCRIPTION: The Lookout tower transforms into Mighty Pups headquarters. Bright yellow light filled with sparks shines up the elevator shaft. An observatory replaces the observation deck. It slides backward, leaving a platform at the top of the shaft. The Paw Patrol pups float up the shaft in their Mighty Pup uniforms. The coloured crystals click into place in their paw print badges. The pups reach the platform and run up to the observatory, where they line up side by side with Liberty in front of Ryder.
[Pups barking and howling]
CHASE: Ruff! Mighty Pups, ready for mighty action, Ryder, sir!
DESCRIPTION: In his Mighty Pups uniform, Ryder taps the pup pad in his wrist band and pulls up a large screen on a control panel.
RYDER: More mighty than ever, thanks to those crystals in your badges.
DESCRIPTION: On the screen, the pups watch Harold fly through Adventure Bay with the stolen electronics.
RYDER: Mighty Harold is back, and he's taking electronic stuff from Adventure Bay to build a new lair.
LIBERTY: He took the Junior Patrollers, too!
RYDER: Don't worry, we'll rescue them, Liberty. But first, we have to stop Harold. So, for this mission, I'll need Liberty. I need you to use your super-stretching power to get close to Harold and grab his crystal.
[Liberty howling]
LIBERTY: Let's stretch and fetch!
RYDER: Chase, I need you to use your super speed to keep people out of danger.
CHASE: Mighty Chase is ready to race!
RYDER: Everyone else, be ready. Now that Harold has a crystal, there's no telling what he might do.
[Pups barking and howling]
RYDER: All right, Mighty Pups are on a roll!
DESCRIPTION: A zipline of yellow light wraps around the tower like a slide. On the platform below the observatory, Liberty hops onto a circle with her badge.
[Song] Mighty Pups!
[Liberty howling]
DESCRIPTION: The platform lines up Liberty with the zipline. She hops on and rides it around the tower.
LIBERTY: Woo-hoo!
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
DESCRIPTION: On the platform, Chase hops on his badge. The platform spins Chase around to the zipline, and he follows Liberty around the tower.
[Chase barking]
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
CHASE: Woo-hoo!
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty soars through a hologram of her skyscraper shield.
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go. Liberty!
DESCRIPTION: At the end of the zipline, Liberty drops into a garage and lands on her scooter.
LIBERTY: Power paws!
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty presses her paws onto the controls. The scooter powers up, and she zooms out of the garage.
[Tires squealing]
DESCRIPTION: On the zipline, Chase soars through a hologram Mighty Pups lightning bolt shield.
[Song] Chase!
DESCRIPTION: At the end of the zipline, Chase drops into a garage and lands on his blue Mighty Pups car.
CHASE: Power paws!
DESCRIPTION: Chase presses his paws onto the controls. The car powers up, and he zooms out of the garage.
[SONG] Go, go, go, go, go, go.
[Tires squealing]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder leads the way down the Lookout driveway on his Mighty Pups ATV. Marshall follows in his Mighty Pups firetruck with Rubble in his bulldozer, Rocky in his recycling truck, Skye in her jet and Zuma in his hovercraft.
[Engines whirring]
DESCRIPTION: The Mighty Pups team speeds across the Adventure Bay bridge into town, where Harold flies with his collection of electronics.
HAROLD: I almost have enough parts to build the new lair. Just need a few more.
DESCRIPTION: Harold turns toward Mr. Porter’s Café. The café doors open, and a blender and mixer fly out. Mr. Porter holds onto a waffle iron, and Alex holds onto Mr. Porter. Harold lifts them both off their feet with his powers.
MR. PORTER: Whoa! My waffle iron!
DESCRIPTION: Harold flies to Town Hall. He opens the doors and pulls Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta out on their treadmills with his powers.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Aah!
DESCRIPTION: Chase races down the street.
CHASE: Don't worry, I've got you!
DESCRIPTION: With his super speed, Chase grabs Mr. Porter, Alex, Mayor Goodway and Chickaletta from the air and places them on the sidewalk.
ALEX: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: The rest of the Mighty Pups team pulls up to the café. They look up at Harold across the street.
RYDER: Harold, stop!
HAROLD: No, Mighty Pups! As soon-to-be mayor of the universe, I give the orders. Stop those pups!
DESCRIPTION: With his powers, Harold dumps water from a freezer onto the street, and it freezes. A driver in a yellow truck skids to a stop next to the ice.
RYDER: Marshall, melt that ice patch.
MARSHALL: I'm fired up!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall jumps out of his truck and runs over to the ice. He melts the ice with his paws, and the yellow truck driver continues down the street.
RYDER: Liberty, get close to Harold and grab his crystal.
LIBERTY: On it! Pardon my reach!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty leaps off her scooter. With her super-stretch powers, she stretches her body like an elastic. A fridge, oven, and Mr. Porter’s waffle iron fall toward the team.
RYDER: Zuma, stop those appliances!
DESCRIPTION: Zuma spins his Mighty Pup hovercraft around so the fans face the appliances. Pulsing sound waves blow the appliances away. Mr. Porter catches his waffle iron.
MR. PORTER: My waffle iron! Thanks, Zuma.
ZUMA: No, thank you, I love your waffles!
DESCRIPTION: Behind Harold, Liberty climbs between lamp posts in the park with her super-stretch power.
[Liberty grunting]
LIBERTY: I've got eyes on the sparkly prize.
HAROLD: Ha-ha!
LIBERTY: Huh?
DESCRIPTION: Elsewhere in the park, the fridge falls toward Ms. Marjorie as she jogs alongside Maynard the raccoon, listening to music on her headphones.
[Electronic music playing on headphones]
DESCRIPTION: Liberty stretches herself between two lamp posts. The fridge slingshots off her stretched body as Ms. Marjorie and Maynard continue their jog.
[Liberty grunting]
RYDER: Quick, Rocky, use your magnet power.
DESCRIPTION: Rocky pulls ahead. He catches the fridge with giant magnets on the grabber arms of his Mighty Pup truck, and the fridge door opens.
ROCKY: All right!
RYDER: Now, let's clean this up.
RUBBLE: Time for a wrecking ball rescue!
DESCRIPTION: Rubble pulls ahead of Rocky and bangs the wrecking ball on his Mighty Pup crane against the ground. The remaining appliances, including Mr. Porter’s mixer, bounce into the fridge, and the fridge door closes. In the air, Harold gathers more electronic appliances and flies away.
[Harold cackling]
LIBERTY: He can run, but I'm getting that crystal and my friends.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty leaps into the air. She grabs onto an oven and hides behind it. On the street, the rest of the pups meet up with Ryder.
RYDER: Good work, Mighty Pups. The town's safe for now. But Harold is still out there, and he still has the Junior Patrollers.
RUBBLE: Um, has anyone seen Liberty?
DESCRIPTION: Rubble looks around. In another Mayor Lair, Harold works on a control panel. The stolen appliances lie in a pile behind him. Mayor Humdinger stands nearby.
HAROLD: The control panel's good to go. Now, for the anti-gravity thruster!
DESCRIPTION: With his powers, Harold breaks apart an oven and flies the pieces toward the control panel. In the tub, Nano, Mini and Tot duck down out of view.
MINI: Where are we?
NANO: I don't know. But we've got to get out of here.
MINI: Before anyone sees us!
[Dramatic music briefly plays]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: A-ha!
[Nano, Mini and Tot gasping]
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot jump out of the tub and hide behind an open fridge. Mayor Humdinger turns toward the fridge.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: There you are, a baloney sandwich.
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger reaches for a baloney sandwich inside the fridge. Harold breaks the fridge into pieces with his powers and catches the sandwich.
HAROLD: I needed the parts.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh, did you need the sandwich, too?
DESCRIPTION: Harold takes a bite of the sandwich.
[Harold munching]
[Harold chuckling]
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot sneak across the floor.
TOT: We should have listened to Liberty.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty steps out from behind a stolen appliance.
LIBERTY: That's what I was about to say.
[Mini gasping]
MINI: Liberty!
TOT: You're here!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot snuggle against Liberty.
LIBERTY: Whoa! Hey. Shh. There's plenty of me to go around, but remember what I said about needing a plan first? Come on, let's get out of here!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot follow Liberty across the lair.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: At last, my master plan is finally coming together!
HAROLD: What? This isn't your master plan!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty, Nano, Mini and Tot pause and look back toward Mayor Humdinger and Harold.
TOT: Huh?
MINI: Master plan?
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot turn around. Behind a trash can, Tot stands on top of Mini, and Nano stands on top of Tot.
NANO: I can't see!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty slips under Mini and Nano peaks over the trash can.
LIBERTY: At least you're finally listening to a plan, even if it is Harold's.
HAROLD: I built this lair, so I can be mayor of the universe and make everyone, everywhere, do whatever I say!
[Harold cackling]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger scowls. Liberty, Nano, Mini and Tot sneak over to a window. They look out at a foggy forest. In a giant flying top hat, they look down at the beach below as they rise further into the air.
LIBERTY: We're going to need a bigger plan.
[Flying top hat whirring]
DESCRIPTION: At Farmer Al and Farmer Yumi’s farm, the flying top hat flies over the barn. Outside the barn, Farmer Al, Farmer Yumi, and their cow, Bettina, look up at the top hat.
Farmer Yumi: Huh?
[Bettina lowing]
DESCRIPTION: Bettina trembles. Farmer Al and Farmer Yumi dive behind a stack of hay bales, and Bettina runs away.
FARMER AL: Well, pickle my peppers, an unidentified flying top hat!
DESCRIPTION: In the flying top hat, Harold presses buttons on the control panel.
HAROLD: Look up and behold your new mayor of the universe.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: And his uncle, too.
DESCRIPTION: Outside Mr. Porter’s Café, Ryder stands on the sidewalk with the Mighty Pups.
LIBERTY, ON THE PUP PAD: Ryder, it's Liberty.
DESCRIPTION: Ryder pulls up Liberty’s video call on his pup pad.
RYDER: Liberty, where are you?
LIBERTY: Inside a giant flying top hat. Harold's going to fly it into space, so he can be mayor of the universe. I found the Junior Patrollers, but we need help getting off of this thing.
RYDER: Skye and Chase are on their way.
DESCRIPTION: Skye and Chase race down the street. On the farm, the flying top hat hovers.
HAROLD OVER THE P.A: Now, wave! Wave to your mayor. Better do what the big hat says, everybody.
DESCRIPTION: Farmer Al and Farmer Yumi stand between Garbie the goat and a lamb. Farmer Al awkwardly waves. Garbie glares at the top hat.
[Garbie bleating]
HAROLD: Do it!
DESCRIPTION: Farmer Yumi waves. Garbie raises a hoof and waves.
[Mayor Humdinger laughing]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: It's working!
DESCRIPTION: In the countryside, Skye soars through the air in her Mighty Paws jet. Chase drives his Mighty Paws car. Skye flies up to the flying top hat.
SKYE: Liberty, get ready to grab on!
DESCRIPTION: At the top hat control panel, Harold looks at a map of Adventure Bay.
HAROLD: First, I'll rule Adventure Bay, then the universe!
[Harold cackling]
DESCRIPTION: Harold pulls up a map of the universe. Liberty, Nano, Mini and Tot sneak behind small appliances scattered across the floor.
LIBERTY WHISPERING: We're almost out, Skye.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty, Nano, Mini and Tot watch Mayor Humdinger and Harold.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Can I at least have this little piece of the universe here?
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger points toward a black circle on the map.
HAROLD: That? Fine! It's all yours, Uncle!

MAYOR HUMDINGER: Yes! Uh, wait. What is it?
HAROLD: Just a black hole. A swirling pool of nothing that destroys everything it touches.
[Door opening]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger hugs himself.
[Mayor Humdinger shivering]
[Wind gusting]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Why is it so breezy in here?
DESCRIPTION: Liberty runs toward an open door with Nano, Mini and Tot.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Aah! Intruders! Get them, Nephew, before they interfere with our plan.
HAROLD: Ugh! For the last time, it's my plan!
NANO: Uh-oh.
MINI: They're on to us.
TOT: What do we do?
DESCRIPTION: Liberty steps through the door and meets Skye at the brim of the top hat.
LIBERTY: New plan, Skye. Catch!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty stretches herself like a slingshot around Nano and launches Nano into Skye’s jet.
NANO: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty launches Mini into Skye’s jet.
MINI: Woo-hoo!
LIBERTY: Last one!
DESCRIPTION: Harold runs up to the door.
LIBERTY: Huh?
HAROLD: Gotcha!
DESCRIPTION: Harold blasts Liberty with a beam of light and traps her in a bubble. Tot bounces off the bubble and off the top hat.
TOT: Aah!
[Yelping]
CHASE: Don't worry, Tot!
DESCRIPTION: With his super speed, Chase zooms into the air. He catches Tot and races back to his car.
TOT: Aah!
CHASE: I gotcha!
TOT: Whoa!
SKYE: Nice catch, Chase!
TOT: But now Harold has Liberty!
CHASE: We'll get her back. Let's follow the top hat and meet up with Ryder!
DESCRIPTION: Chase speeds down the dirt road. Skye follows above in her jet. In town, they follow the flying top hat. Inside the top hat, Harold moves Liberty, in the bubble, toward the control panel.
HAROLD: No one interferes with my genius! Now, stay!
DESCRIPTION: Harold lowers the bubble.
HAROLD: Good dog!
LIBERTY: Seriously?
[Chickaletta clucking]
DESCRIPTION: At the control panel, Mayor Humdinger watches Mayor Goodway push her treadmill down the sidewalk outside Town Hall. On the treadmill, Chickaletta runs on her mini treadmill.
[Mayor Humdinger chuckling]
MAYOR GOODWAY: Good, Chickaletta. Oh! Keep up that cardio!
[P.A. speaker feedback screeching]
[Mayor Goodway gasping]
MAYOR HUMDINGER ON P.A: Oh, Mayor Goodway! Wave hello to the Mayor of the Universe!
MAYOR GOODWAY: You're not the boss of me!
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh, she's not listening to my orders!
HAROLD: Why should she?
DESCRIPTION: Harold tries to push Mayor Humdinger away.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Hey!
HAROLD: You're not the one in charge! I am!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty looks between Harold and Mayor Humdinger, then smiles.
LIBERTY: Wait, if you're not the mayor of the universe, then why does the lair look like your top hat?
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Hey, she's right. I should be mayor of the universe.
HAROLD: What? No! I'm mayor of the universe.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: No, I am!
HAROLD: I am!
DESCRIPTION: Harold and Mayor Humdinger push buttons on the control panel and each other. The top hat tilts, and appliances slide across the floor. In the bubble, Liberty floats away.
[Liberty yelping]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Whoa! Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: The top hat tips the other way. Outside Town Square, Ryder and the pups gaze toward the top hat.
PUPS: Whoa! Look at that!
SKYE: It's huge!
RUBBLE: It's gotta be an extra, extra, extra-large!
DESCRIPTION: In the top hat, Harold pushes Mayor Humdinger aside.
HAROLD: That's it! I'm putting you in a force cube, too!
DESCRIPTION: Harold straightens the top hat and raises his hand.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Hmph! Good luck with that!
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger grabs a joystick, and the top hat spins.
HAROLD, MAYOR HUMDINGER AND LIBERTY: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: The spinning knocks Liberty’s force cube bubble and all the loose appliances against the circular wall.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Whoa!
LIBERTY: Cut it out, you two! Before we run into a –
DESCRIPTION: Liberty looks toward the control panel screen, where Harold and Mayor Humdinger lie pressed against it.
LIBERTY: Oh, no!
DESCRIPTION: On Jake’s Mountain, Jake adds a top hat to a snowman. The giant flying top hat spins toward him.
[Whooshing]
JAKE: Whoa!
DESCRIPTION: Jake runs away. The flying top hat knocks the hat off the snowman.
JAKE: Aah!
DESCRIPTION: The brim of the flying top hat digs into the snow and slides up the mountain. Harold and Mayor Humdinger fly across the lair and slam into Liberty’s bubble.
[Harold and Mayor Humdinger yelping]
DESCRIPTION: Harold and Mayor Humdinger share a look. In town, Ryder turns toward the Mighty Pups.
RYDER: Rubble, Marshall, stop that avalanche before it hits those homes!
RUBBLE: Rubble on the double!
DESCRIPTION: Rubble and Marshall drive toward the mountain. On the sidewalk, Tot turns to Nano and Mini.
TOT: Wait! We need a plan first!
NANO: Good idea!
MINI: But what about Harold?
NANO: I know! We can...
[Nano, Mini and Tot whispering inaudibly]
RYDER: Uh, Junior Patrollers?
TOT: Tell him!
MINI: You tell him!
TOT: Let's all tell him!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot turn to face Ryder.
NANO: We have a plan to save Liberty!
MINI: We thought it through and...
TOT: It's really good.
RYDER: Okay, let's hear it.
DESCRIPTION: On the mountain, Rubble and Marshall roll to a stop in the snow.
MARSHALL: Here it comes.
DESCRIPTION: Boulders and giant snowballs roll down the mountain toward Rubble and Marshall.
RUBBLE: Time to wreck and roll!
DESCRIPTION: Rubble jumps out of his truck. He runs on the spot, and a ball forms around him. Rubble runs and smashes through the boulders. Marshall runs up the mountain behind Rubble and melts giant snowballs with his paws. A boulder tumbles over a log and soars into the air toward Jake as he runs up to Rubble and Marshall’s trucks.
[Jake yelping]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky flies between Jake and the boulder with a lamp post. He swings the lamp post and knocks the boulder into the distance.
JAKE: Homerun!
DESCRIPTION: On his ATV, Ryder watches the Mighty Pups on his pup pad.
RYDER: Great saves, everyone! Now, it's all up to you, Junior Patrollers!
DESCRIPTION: On the Adventure Bay bridge, Nano, Mini and Tot hop off Ryder’s ATV.
NANO: Junior Patrol...
MINI: ...is on...
TOT: ...a...
NANO, MINI AND TOT: ...roll!
DESCRIPTION: The flying top hat hovers over the bridge. Nano, Mini and Tot run up a cable on the bridge, jump onto the brim of the top hat, and run inside. At the control panel, Harold and Mayor Humdinger grab at each other.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Quit it!
HAROLD: You quit it!
MAYOR HUMDINGER: You're mayor of the universe; make me!
MINI: Yoo-hoo!
TOT: Hey! Looking for us?
HAROLD: No, I mean, yes! I mean, we are now!
DESCRIPTION: Harold and Mayor Humdinger chase after Nano, Mini and Tot. Nano, Mini and Tot split up and run away.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Come here! That's an order!
[Mayor Humdinger grunting]
[Harold groaning]
HAROLD: Ugh! It's like there's a hundred of you!
LIBERTY: Guys, no! You'll get caught, too!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot run up to Liberty.
NANO: Don't worry!
MINI: We have a plan!
LIBERTY: A plan?
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger grabs Nano. Harold grabs Mini and Tot.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ha! Gotcha!
HAROLD: A plan for what? Getting caught?
[Tot giggling]
TOT: Exactly!
DESCRIPTION: In Harold’s grasp, Tot reaches for the purple crystal in Harold’s suit. Mayor Humdinger and Harold toss Nano, Mini and Tot in the force cube bubble with Liberty and walk away. Tot pulls out the crystal.
LIBERTY: Is that... Harold's crystal?!
[Liberty gasping]
LIBERTY: You let them catch you, so you could take his crystal!
MINI: And we're gonna use it to get us all out of here!
NANO: Ooh! I wonder what our powers will be!
MINI: Laser eyes?
TOT: Tails of steel? Electric noses?
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot press their paws to the crystal, and it splits into three pieces. The pieces float into the paw print badges on Nano, Mini and Tot’s hats and glow.
LIBERTY: Whatever it is, I think we're about to find out!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot multiply into copies of themselves.
MINI: Hi!
NANO: Hello!
TOT: Nice to meet you!
NANO: Cool!
MINI: We can multiply!
[All Junior Patrollers barking]
DESCRIPTION: At the control panel, Harold turns toward the bubble.
HAROLD: Hey! What's going on in...
DESCRIPTION: Harold runs over to the bubble.
HAROLD: Aah! My crystal! You come out of there and give it back!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot multiply, and the bubble expands.
[Barking]
DESCRIPTION: The bubble bursts, and the multiple Nanos, Minis and Tots land on Harold.
HAROLD: Aah!
[Barking continues]
HAROLD: Huh? Where is it? Oh, where's my crystal?!
DESCRIPTION: Harold picks up a multiple of Nano, then one of Tot. The Tot multiple licks Harold’s cheek. At the control panel, Liberty stands beside Mayor Humdinger.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Aww. I think it's kind of cute.
DESCRIPTION: The top hat tilts. Mayor Humdinger stumbles, and Liberty slides across the floor.
HAROLD: Uh-oh. Wait, who's flying this thing?
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh, me! Me! I am!
DESCRIPTION: Harold slides across the floor with the multiple Nanos, Minis and Tots. Mayor Humdinger grabs the joystick, and it snaps.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oops!
DESCRIPTION: The top hat tips in the opposite direction. The multiple Nanos, Minis and Tots slide into each other, and they become one. Nano bumps into Harold.
NANO: Hello!
DESCRIPTION: Harold runs toward the controls. On land, Ryder and the Paw Patrol Mighty Pup team run across the Adventure Bay Beach as the top hat soars toward Town Hall.
CHASE: It's gonna crash!
RYDER: Skye, fly up and use your super strength to stop it!
SKYE: On my way!
DESCRIPTION: Skye flies with her pup pack wings. She grabs onto the brim of the flying top hat and flies it higher into the air.
[Skye straining]
CHASE: She's got it!
RYDER: All right, Skye!
SKYE: Ryder! The giant hat is cracking apart, and pieces could start falling off!
[Top hat metal creaking]
RYDER: Chase, we've got to get everyone as far away as we can!
DESCRIPTION: Chase runs around Adventure Bay at high speed gathering Julia, Julius, Alex and other townspeople from around town. Ryder glances at his pup pad.
LIBERTY: Ryder! The Junior Patrollers and I have a plan to protect Adventure Bay!
[Mayor Humdinger wailing]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Abandon top hat!
DESCRIPTION: In the flying top hat, Mayor Humdinger runs toward the door. Harold follows, wearing a jetpack with rockets. Liberty stretches across the space and grabs the jetpack.
HAROLD: Hey! Those are mine!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini, and Tot each wear a rocket from the jetpack.
TOT: Ooh, and now, we have jetpacks!
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Forget it, nephew! Into the escape hat!
DESCRIPTION: A small flying top hat rises from the floor. Mayor Humdinger drags Harold toward the hat as a door in the hat opens.
HAROLD: Hmph! No one will listen to us in this small hat.
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger drags Harold inside the escape hat with him. The door closes, and they drop out of the giant flying hat.
[Harold and Mayor Humdinger screaming]
DESCRIPTION: In his hovercraft, in the Bay, Zuma sprays water at the escape hat with his paws and slows the fall.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Huh?
ZUMA: A save and a shower, dudes!
DESCRIPTION: On the street outside Town Square, Chase gathers more townspeople with his super speed.
CHASE: Okay, is that everyone?
DESCRIPTION: In his wrecking ball, Rubble pushes townspeople onto the street on the giant lemonade stand cup, then joins Chase.
RUBBLE: I feel like someone's missing.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Chickaletta!
[Squawking]
DESCRIPTION: In Towns Square, Mayor Goodway stands at the steps leading to Town Hall.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Come down from there! That hat's much too big for you!
DESCRIPTION: Chickaletta stands on the roof of Town Hall. The flying top hat approaches from afar.
[Flying top hat creaking]
MARSHALL: I'll get her, Mayor!
[Marshall barking]
MARSHALL: Ladder!
DESCRIPTION: Marshall drives up to Town Hall and raises the ladder on his Mighty Pups fire truck. He jumps on the ladder and rides it up to the roof.
[Ladder whirring]
DESCRIPTION: Above Town Hall, the flying top hat shakes. Liberty stands on the brim with Nano, Mini and Tot.
LIBERTY: Now, remember the plan: not one piece can hit Adventure Bay. Got it?
TOT: Got it!
[Nano, Mini and Tot barking]
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot fly off the top hat with their jetpacks. In Town Square, Marshall’s ladder lowers. Chickaletta stands on Marshall’s head.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh, my sweet, chicky-wicky!
DESCRIPTION: Chickaletta hops into Mayor Goodway’s arms.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Thank goodness you're –
[Clanging]
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh!
DESCRIPTION: A piece of the flying top hat brim falls off. Nano, Mini and Tot catch it mid-air.
MARSHALL: They caught it!
MAYOR GOODWAY: Phew!
[Clanking]
DESCRIPTION: Another piece of the top hat brim falls off.
SKYE: But who's gonna catch that one?
NANO, MINI AND TOT: We are!
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot multiply. Three of the multiples catch the falling piece.
LIBERTY: Woo-hoo! It's working!
RYDER: Way to go, Junior Patrollers!
DESCRIPTION: The Nano, Mini and Tot multiples catch more pieces of the flying top hat as they fall. On the street, Ryder joins Chase and Rubble.
CHASE: Let's get that junk outta here!
DESCRIPTION: Among the townspeople, Harold and Mayor Humdinger scowl.
HAROLD AND MAYOR HUMDINGER: Junk?!
DESCRIPTION: On the brim of the flying top hat, Nano, Mini and Tot stand with Liberty.
LIBERTY: I know just the place.
[Crashing]
DESCRIPTION: Next to Liberty, another piece of the top hat brim falls off.
LIBERTY: In outer space!
DESCRIPTION: Liberty stretches and wraps herself around the top hat.
[Liberty straining]
LIBERTY: I'll hold it together while you take us up, Skye!
DESCRIPTION: The Nano, Mini and Tot multiples fly over to Skye with their jetpack rockets.
MULTIPLES: We have a plan!
[Multiples barking and howling]
DESCRIPTION: Skye and the Nano, Mini and Tot multiples fly the top hat to outer space. Liberty unwraps herself from the hat as they approach a black hole.
SKYE: What is that?
LIBERTY: It's a black hole! Harold said it destroys everything it touches.
NANO, MINI AND TOT: Let's push the hat in!
LIBERTY: Now, that's a plan!
DESCRIPTION: Skye grabs onto Liberty, then Nano, Mini and Tot push the flying top hat toward the black hole. The Nano, Mini and Tot multiples abandon the hat and connect with Nano, Mini and Tot. The top hat disappears into the darkness of the black hole.
LIBERTY: So, this stuff is gone for good.
NANO: I guess it's time to get rid of the crystal, too.
DESCRIPTION: The crystals in the badges on Nano, Mini and Tot’s hats combine into one.
[Nano, Mini and Tot howling]
DESCRIPTION: Nano, Mini and Tot push the crystal into the black hole, and it disappears.
LIBERTY: But won't you miss your powers?
TOT: Nah, there's enough of us already.
[Everyone laughing]
DESCRIPTION: Skye flies Liberty back to Earth with Nano, Mini and Tot close behind. On Mr. Porter’s Café roof patio, out of their Mighty Pups uniforms, Ryder and the pups, along with Liberty, Nano, Mini and Tot, face Mayor Goodway. Mr. Porter and other townspeople stand behind them.
MAYOR GOODWAY: You saved Adventure Bay once again! Thank you, Mighty Pups! And thank you, too, Junior Patrollers!
LIBERTY: We couldn't have done it without you.
DESCRIPTION: Liberty smiles at Nano, Mini and Tot.
RYDER: Whenever your town's about to get crushed by a giant top hat, just yelp for help.
MR. PORTER: To celebrate this amazing rescue, I'd like to offer fresh waffles to everyone in town!
RUBBLE: Yum! But that sounds like a lot of waffles.
MINI: Don't worry.
TOT: We have a plan for that, too.
DESCRIPTION: On the spiral stairs leading to the patio, Mayor Humdinger and Harold carry plates of waffles.
HAROLD: You know, if I was still mayor of the universe, I could tell everyone to make waffles for me.
DESCRIPTION: Harold bumps into Mayor Humdinger.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ooh! Hey! Watch it with that syrup! You don't want to ruin two top hats today.
[Harold Grumbling]
[Song] p-p-p-paw-paw Paw Patrol.
