In an animation, in the Lookout, Ryder smiles as he pushes a button.
[Song] Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, we'll be there on the double. Whenever there's a problem 'round Adventure Bay, Ryder and his team of pups will come and save the day.
DESCRIPTION: The Paw Patrol, Carlos, and Tracker emerge from a cave, and a crack with bubbling lava opens in the ground directly in front of them. They drive their vehicles to the edge of a cliff where three monkeys wait.
[Song] Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma, Skye, yeah, they're on the way. Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, whenever you're in trouble, Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, we'll be there on the double. No job's too big, no pup's too small, Paw Patrol, we're on a roll. So here we go, Paw Patrol, whoa-oh-oh.
DESCRIPTION: Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma, and Skye slide down the Lookout slide to their vehicles. Ryder leads the pups as they drive their vehicles away from the Lookout. On top of a rocky outcropping, Alex dodges a swooping pterodactyl and throws a pale blue egg to Marshall. Marshall catches the egg and bounces down his fire truck ladder. At the bottom, a baby pterodactyl hatches and hugs him. Chase shoots a net beneath Alex and catches him. Ryder gives the Paw Patrol dog treats.

CHASE: I love playing freeze tag when it's freezing.
DESCRIPTION: Skye chases Marshall and tags him.
[Thump]
SKYE: Me too. It's just a little hard to stop when you're "it."
[Both laugh, tires screech]
DESCRIPTION: They both slide to a stop across the snow.
BOTH: Whoa.
[Boing]
DESCRIPTION: Skye and Marshall slide into Ryder.
RYDER: Easy, pups. We don't want to go on the frozen pond until Digi and Tal say it's safe.
[Drill buzzes, upbeat music plays, water splashes]
DESCRIPTION: On the other side of the icy pond, Mr. Porter, Farmer Yumi, Cap’n Turbot and Mayor Goodway watch Tal drill a small hole in the ice. Digi puts a ruler in the hole and holds it in front of Tal.
TAL: Ice thickness: 20 centimetres.
DIGI: Or 7.8 inches.
CAP’N TURBOT: Sounds safe for tons of frozen fun.
[Energetic music plays, hands rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway punches the air.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Which means our annual Adventure Bay hockey game is a go-go-go.
RUBBLE: Come on, Marshall. Let's set up the goals.
[Goal net scrapes, snow rustles, light music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Rubble and Marshall push a goal net across the frozen pond. Ryder sets the scoreboard up on a wooden board.
ROCKY: I'll get the scoreboard ready.
[Rocky barks]
ROCKY: Ratchet.
[Mechanical arm whirrs, thump, drill buzzes]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder holds the scoreboard in place, and Rocky drills it into position.
DIGI: Hooray indeed, for whatever game this "hockey" is.
ROCKY: Hockey's fun.
[Mechanical arm whirrs, whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky slides to Digi and Tal, spinning a puck on the claw of his mechanical arm.
ROCKY: Two teams skate on the ice and try to shoot a puck...
[Puck clatters, smack, slide whistle]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky drops the puck onto the ice. He uses his mechanical arm as a stick and scores a goal in the empty goal net.
ROCKY: Into the other team's goal.
DIGI: Ooh! Let's give it a try, Tal. Whoa!
[Clatter]
DESCRIPTION: Digi and Tal run onto the ice and slip.
DIGI: Oof.
TAL: Was that a goal?
[Whoosh, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Later, Mayor Goodway stands beside the large trophy, Uncle Smiley’s Cup. She wears her hockey uniform and holds a hockey stick.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Our friendly hockey game between Adventure Bay and Foggy Bottom is just good fun. Whichever team wins gets to take home my Uncle Smiley's Cup.
[Chickaletta clucks, ice scrapes]
DESCRIPTION: Chickaletta sits in Uncle Smiley's Cup. On the ice, Rubble slides to a stop.
RUBBLE: Okay, folks. The ice is nice and smooth to skate on.
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter, Farmer Al, Farmer Yumi, and Cap’n Turbot stand on the ice, wearing their hockey uniforms and holding sticks.
MR. PORTER: Let's show our robot friends how this game is played.
[Skates scrape, slide whistle, thump]
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter slips and falls.
MR. PORTER: Whoa-oa-oa! Ooh. Oh.
[Whoosh thump, slide whistle, thump, light music notes play]
DESCRIPTION: Farmer Al and Cap’n Turbot swing their sticks at the puck and spin. They fall on their bottoms.
BOTH: Whoa, whoa! Oof.
[Light music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Farmer Yumi skates towards the puck between Farmer Al and Cap’n Turbot.
FARMER YUMI: Watch and learn, boys.
[Whoosh, skates scrape, crash]
DESCRIPTION: Farmer Yumi swings her hockey stick and spins away.
FARMER YUMI: Whoa! Ugh.
[Gasp]
DESCRIPTION: Farmer Yumi sits up on a snowbank.
[Wind gusts, the music stops]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder walks to Digi and Tal.
RYDER: They're having fun, but they probably could use some help at getting better at hockey.
DIGI AND TAL: Help?
[Upbeat music plays]
TAL: Checking database. Burp-bleep-bloop. Downloading "How to Play Hockey Like a Pro."
[Whirr, beep]
DIGI: Content saved.
[Whoosh, ice scrapes, light music plays]
DIGI: Now, may we give you a few pointers?
[Sticks tap on the ice, buzzer blares, arena organ plays]
DESCRIPTION: Digi skates with the puck and passes it to Tal. Tal spins its hockey stick, then scores a goal.
MARSHALL: Wow! They got good super-fast.
[Whoosh, light music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Behind a snowbank nearby, Mayor Humdinger holds binoculars. He and the Kitten Catastrophe Crew wear purple hockey uniforms and helmets.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Hmm! If those robots were on our team, we'd win that trophy for sure.
[Cackles, Cap’n Turbot shouts, slide whistle, snow rustles]
DESCRIPTION: A hockey stick and the puck land in the snowbank in front of Mayor Humdinger.
DIGI: Excellent try, Captain Tur-bot. Next time, maybe hold on to the stick.
[Slide whistle, whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger stands and offers the puck to Digi.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Looking for this, are you?
[Skates scrape]
DESCRIPTION: Behind Digi, the Adventure Bay hockey team struggles to balance on their skates.
DIGI: Thank you. We are helping our neighbours with some hockey tips.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Then you're in luck. My Foggy Bottom Purple Pup Punishers could sure use your help, too.
[Cats meow]
DIGI AND TAL: Help?
TAL: Tell us how.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: By joining my team. I suddenly have two openings.
[Whoosh, balls thump, two cats meow]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger throws two balls, and two cats chase them.
[Beep]
DIGI: We would be happy to help you and your Purple Pup Punishers.
[Mayor Humdinger cackles, whoosh, energetic music plays, hockey players laugh, hockey sticks tap]
DESCRIPTION: Later, the Adventure Bay hockey team skates on the ice. Farmer Yumi hits the puck.
FARMER YUMI: Woo!
[Skates scrape, whistle blasts]
DESCRIPTION: A referee arrives and blows his whistle.
REFEREE: That's ref for let's play some hockey, eh?
[Skates scrape, light music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger skates to Mayor Goodway.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Mayor Goodway, how would you like to make this game more interesting?
MAYOR GOODWAY: What do you mean, Mayor Humdinger?
[Gloves thump, skates scrape]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger hits his gloves together. The Adventure Bay hockey team gathers behind Mayor Goodway.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Whoever wins the game gets to keep Uncle Smiley's Cup in Foggy Bott-- Uh, in their town, forever. And, the losing team's mayor gets to become my serv—Uh, the winning mayor's server for a week. Month. Year.
(Mayor Humdinger laughs, cats meow]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway looks at the cats in their hockey uniforms and glances at her team.
MAYOR GOODWAY: We accept. But where is the rest of your team?
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ha-ha. Time to take the ice.
[Skates scrape, energetic music plays]
DIGI: Let's play, eh?
ROCKY: Digi and Tal?
MR. PORTER: They're extra good. Is that fair?
[Wind gusts, book thumps]
DESCRIPTION: The referee closes a small black book.
REFEREE: Nothing in the rulebooks about kitties or robots. It's time to face off.
[Whistle blares, whoosh, energetic music plays, players exclaim, slide whistle, Mr. Porter whimpers, buzzer blares]
DESCRIPTION: Digi and Tal skate past the Adventure Bay players. Mr. Porter, the goalie, watches Digi’s shot fly past his shoulder into the net.
[Arena organ plays]
DESCRIPTION: The scoreboard shows four pucks beneath an illustration of Mayor Humdinger’s hat and no pucks beneath the Adventure Bay logo.
MARSHALL: Foggy Bottom is ahead four to zero.
[Whoosh, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger raises his arms and jumps.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Another goal!
MAYOR HUMDINGER SINGS: Ha-ha ha-ha-ha.
[Adventure Bay team sighs heavily]
DESCRIPTION: The Adventure Bay team’s shoulders slump, and they look down at the ice.
FARMER YUMI: Oh, no.
DESCRIPTION: Ryder and the pups watch the game. Ryder sits on a bench, and Zuma and Rubble stand beside him. Skye and Rocky sit in front of the bench, and Chase stands with them.
CHASE: Come on, Adventure Bay!
ZUMA: You can do it.
RUBBLE: Don't give up.
ROCKY: Get that puck.
SKYE: Let's go!
[Skye giggles, energetic music plays, skates scrape, puck thunks]
DESCRIPTION: Farmer Yumi and Digi face-off, and the referee drops the puck. Farmer Yumi wins the face-off and passes the puck to Farmer Al. Farmer Al skates into the referee and a cat, knocking them onto the snow beside the ice.
FARMER AL: Woo!
REFEREE: Yowza!
[Slide whistle, meow, skates scrape, cat meows, light music plays, gloves thump]
DESCRIPTION: The cat skates past Mayor Humdinger and looks at him. Mayor Humdinger watches the cat leave. He taps his fist against his other glove and bats his eyelashes.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: You can't quit the team. Now, I'll have to play, instead of being your tough but lovable coach.
[Skates scrape]
DESCRIPTION: Farmer Al tries to stand but sits back down in the snow. He holds his knee, and the referee skates to him.
FARMER AL: Ooh! Ow! I think I hurt my knee. I don't think I can play.
[Whistle blares]
DESCRIPTION: The referee reads the rule book.
REFEREE: If one team doesn't have enough players, the other team wins.
[Skates scrape]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Woo-hoo! Now, give me that trophy.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Not so fast, Mayor-Player-Coach Humdinger. The game's not lost if we can find one more player. Help.
[Wind gusts]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder stands.
RYDER: Don't worry, Mayor. No hockey game is too lost. No pup is too small. Paw Patrol, to the Paw Patroller.
[Whirr, pup tags beep, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder pushes a button on his pup-pad, and the pup tags light up.
PUPS: Ryder needs us!
[Puck scrapes]
DESCRIPTION: Marshall steps on a puck and slides towards the ramp leading to the Paw Patroller.
MARSHALL: Whoa.
[Others bark]
ZUMA: Watch out, Marshall.
ROCKY: Look out!
MARSHALL: Whoa!
[Scape, clatter, buzzer blares, puck whooshes, thumps]
DESCRIPTION: Marshall slides up the back door ramp and knocks over the other pups. The puck lands beside him.
MARSHALL: Guess I ran out of "puck."
[Everyone laughs, ramps whirrs, clanks, upbeat music plays, chimes, pups laugh, door closes]
DESCRIPTION: The back door closes, and the pups run through the Paw Patroller. They pause behind the badge on the side, change into their Paw Patrol uniforms and then continue to their seats. The swivel seats turn, and the pups face the driver’s seat.
CHASE: Paw Patrol ready for action, Ryder, sir.
[Beep, whirr]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder pushes a button on his pup-pad, and Farmer Al appears on a large screen, sitting on the ice and holding his knee. The rest of the team lifts and lowers their arms.
RYDER: Thanks for hurrying, pups. We've got a slippery save today. Farmer Al hurt his knee, and the team is a player short.
[Exclamation marks pop]
DESCRIPTION: Exclamation marks appear by Farmer Al.
FARMER AL: Oh!
RYDER: So, for this mission, I'll need E.M.T. Marshall.
[Beep, whirr]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder swipes on his pup-pad, and Marshall’s X-ray scanner appears on the large screen.
RYDER: You'll use your X-ray scanner to check out Farmer Al's knee and bandage it to make it feel better.
MARSHALL: I'm ready for a ruff-ruff, but not too rough, rescue.
RYDER: And Rocky.
[Whirr, beep]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder swipes on his pup-pad, and Rocky’s mechanical arm and claw appear on the large screen.
RYDER: You'll use your claw to hold a hockey stick and take Farmer Al's place on the team.
ROCKY: Green means go. As in, "goal!"
RYDER: All right, PAW Patrol is on a roll.
[Door whoosh, barks, howls, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The large screen retracts, and Marshall and Rocky run into the vehicle area.
[Song] Paw Patrol. Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.
[Whirr]
DESCRIPTION: Marshall’s fire truck lowers from the ceiling, and he jumps inside.
[Song] Go, go, go, Marshall.
[Marshall barks, whirr, clank]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky’s truck lowers from the ceiling, and he jumps into the seat.
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go. Rocky.
[Rocky barks]
[Song] Go, go, go, go, go.
[Panels whirr, clank, pup howls, siren wails, clanks, engines rumble, thumps]
DESCRIPTION: The two sides of the Paw Patroller open, and a platform carrying a vehicle lowers on each side. Rocky and Marshall drive off the platforms. The windshield opens on the Paw Patroller, and Ryder rides out on his A.T.V.
FARMER AL: Ugh.
[Siren wails, engines rumble, snow crunches]
DESCRIPTION: On the ice, Farmer Yumi kneels beside Farmer Al and puts her hand on his shoulder. Ryder and Marshall arrive in their vehicles. They hop out and run to Farmer Al.
RYDER: E.M.T. Marshall is here to take care of you, Farmer Al.
[Marshall barks, light music plays]
MARSHALL: X-ray scanner.
[Whirr, clank, chime]
DESCRIPTION: A mechanical arm extends the X-ray scanner and holds it over Farmer Al’s knee.
MARSHALL: Good news. Your knee is only sprained. But that means no more hockey for you today.
FARMER AL: But then we're missing a player.
MARSHALL: It'll be okay. Now, let's wrap up that knee.
[Bark, whirr]
MARSHALL: Bandage dispenser.
[Whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: Marshall bandages Farmer Al’s knee as Mayor Humdinger skates to the referee.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh, how much longer are they allowed to stall before I get my trophy?
[Skates scrape]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky skates to the referee.
ROCKY: Replacement player Rocky reporting.
[Book rustles, whistle blares]
DESCRIPTION: The referee puts away his rule book and gives a thumbs-up.
[Pup howls, Skye giggles, skates scrape, arena organ plays, stick taps the ice, energetic music plays
DESCRIPTION: Rocky skates to the face-off, holding his hockey stick in his claw. Digi skates over to the face-off. Rocky takes the puck and skates between Digi and Tal.
DIGI: Hey! Whoa. Excellent move.
TAL: Agreed.
[Cat Skye meows]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky skates towards the goal net, where Mayor Humdinger plays the goalie position.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh, dear.
[Stick slaps, slide whistle, whoosh, puck clanks]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky scores a goal.
OTHERS CHEER: Goal!
(Whoosh, tense music plays, smack, slide whistle, Farmer Yumi grunts, Mayor Humdinger shouts, net whooshes, clank, buzzer blares]
DESCRIPTION: Later, the score is four to three for the Foggy Bottom Purple Pup Punishers. Rocky skates with the puck and passes it to Farmer Yumi. Mayor Humdinger ducks, and she scores.
OTHERS: Goal!
SKYE: Way to go! The game's tied up.
[Whistle blares, skates scrape]
DESCRIPTION: The Adventure Bay team skates to Rocky.
MR. PORTER: Amazing.
[The music stops, wind blows]
MAYOR GOODWAY: You rock, Rocky.
ROCKY: I'm just out there having fun. But if we work together, we might win.
[Whoosh, tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The Foggy Bottom team gathers around Mayor Humdinger.
MAYOR HUMDINGER We're going to lose! Digi, Tal, be better. Skate faster. Shoot harder.
DIGI: Okay, coach.
TAL: We're here to help.
[Whistle blares, skates scrape, Digi chimes]
DESCRIPTION: Digi and Rocky meet at centre ice for a face-off.
DIGI: Activating hyper-hockey mode!
[Sticks tap the ice, whoosh, whirrs, exciting music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Digi takes the puck and skates past the Adventure Bay team with Tal. They skate past Cap’n Turbot and Mayor Goodway, who spin. Digi and Tal pass the puck between them. Mr. Porter watches them approach.
MR. PORTER: Uh-oh.
[Smack, slide whistle, clank]
DESCRIPTION: Digi shoots the puck at the net, and it bounces off the crossbar.
DIGI AND TAL: Oops.
[Puck zooms, bangs, bleats, moos, hooves thump, wind gusts]
DESCRIPTION: The puck ricochets off the barn door, and the door falls. Garbie the goat and Bettina the cow run out of the barn.
FARMER AL: Oh, no! Garbie and Bettina got out of the barn. Stay back! It's slippery!
[Moo, bleat, scrape]
DESCRIPTION: Bettina and Garbie run onto the ice and slide.
FARMER YUMI: Uh-oh. They're sliding down the frozen stream.
[Moo, bleat, beep]
DESCRIPTION: Bettina and Garbie slide past the Adventure Bay goal net and onto the frozen stream.
[Tense music plays]
RYDER: We'll stop them. Skye, Zuma, we need you to rescue Garbie and Bettina before they slide away.
SKYE: This puppy's got to fly.
ZUMA: Let's dive in.
[Whoosh, moo, bleat, engine rumbles]
DESCRIPTION: Bettina and Garbie slide down the stream, and Ryder drives his A.T.V. on the shore with Zuma and Skye behind him.
RYDER: Hang on, Garbie and Bettina. Help is coming.
[Light music plays]
DIGI: Help? Tal and I are on the way.
[Bleat, moo, lively music plays, hooves screech, rotor blades thump, slide whistles]
DESCRIPTION: Skye flies over Garbie.
SKYE: I'll airlift Garbie.
ZUMA: And I'll play bumper cow.
[Boing, Bettina moos]
DESCRIPTION: Zuma drives in front of Bettina and stops her slide.
ZUMA: Okay, Bettina, just a little nudge to get you off the ice.
[Whirr, Rotor blades thump, boing, thump, Bettina moos, harness clicks, Garbie bleats tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Zuma’s hovercraft nudges Bettina, and she lands on the snow beside the stream. The harness opens over Garbie.
SKYE: Come on, Garbie. Get in the harness so we can take a fun ride. Please?
[Garbie bleats]
DIGI: Tal, we require a goat chew toy.
[Garbie bleats, whirr, toy squeaks, Garbie stops bleating, harness clicks]
DESCRIPTION: Tal opens a compartment and holds a tennis ball in a mechanical claw. Digi grabs the ball and puts it in Garbie’s mouth. Garbie stops running, and the harness fastens around him.
SKYE: He's in. Great job, Digi and Tal.
[Toy squeaks, rotor blades thump, whoosh, thump]
DESCRIPTION: Skye lifts Garbie off the ice. On the pond, Mayor Humdinger falls on his bottom.
[The music stops, wind blows]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ah! Ooh! Oh, only seconds left. If I can get a goal, Foggy Bottom will win.
[Upbeat music plays]
MAYOR GOODWAY: We'll see about that. Digi, Tal, and Rocky taught me a few moves.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ha!
[Skates scrape, slide whistle]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway skates past Mayor Humdinger, and he falls on the ice.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh!
[Shout, stick slaps, slide whistle, Chickaletta clucks, wings flap, puck scrapes, tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway hits the puck and spins. Chickaletta flies out of her handbag. The puck slides to the right of the goal net.
RYDER: Oh, it's going to miss.
[Slide whistle, puck wobbles, Chickaletta clucks, clank, buzzer blares, whistle blasts, arena organ plays]
DESCRIPTION: Chickaletta lands on the puck. It bounces off a post and slides into the net.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Hey! No goal. That's chicken interference.
[Light music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The referee looks in his rule book.
REFEREE: Nope. No rule about chickens. Adventure Bay wins the weirdest hockey game ever.
[Adventure Bay players cheer, whoosh, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Later, Mayor Goodway holds Great Uncle Smiley’s Cup.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh, Mayor Humdinger? I believe our players have earned a cup of hot cocoa, if you please.
[Skates scrape, wind blows]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger skates on the pond, holding a tray. Mayor Goodway takes a mug.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Aw, one year?!
MAYOR GOODWAY: Oh, please. One day will suffice. Thank you.
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger skates to Ryder, Digi and Tal. Ryder takes the last mug off the tray.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: You robots should've shown me—Whoa!
[Whoosh, thump]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger falls and slides across the pond on his bottom and down the frozen stream. His cats chase him.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oof.
(Mayor Humdinger cries, cats meow, upbeat music plays]
DIGI: Great competition.
TAL: Hope you had fun.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Thanks, Paw Patrol, for saving the game and Great Uncle Smiley's Cup.
FARMER YUMI: And Bettina and Garbie.
FARMER AL: And my ouchy knee.
RYDER: You're all welcome. Whenever your hockey game gets a little goofy, just yelp for help.

In an animation, in the Lookout, Ryder smiles as he pushes a button.
[Song] Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, we'll be there on the double. Whenever there's a problem 'round Adventure Bay, Ryder and his team of pups will come and save the day.
DESCRIPTION: The Paw Patrol, Carlos, and Tracker emerge from a cave, and a crack with bubbling lava opens in the ground directly in front of them. They drive their vehicles to the edge of a cliff where three monkeys wait.
[Song] Marshall, Rubble, Chase, Rocky, Zuma, Skye, yeah, they're on the way. Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, whenever you're in trouble, Paw Patrol, Paw Patrol, we'll be there on the double. No job's too big, no pup's too small, Paw Patrol, we're on a roll. So here we go, Paw Patrol, whoa-oh-oh.

DESCRIPTION: On the other side of the icy pond, Mr. Porter, Farmer Yumi, Cap’n Turbot and Mayor Goodway watch Tal drill a small hole in the ice. Digi puts a ruler in the hole and holds it in front of Tal.
TAL: Ice thickness: 20 centimetres.
DIGI: Or 7.8 inches.
CAP’N TURBOT: Sounds safe for tons of frozen fun.
[Energetic music plays, hands rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway punches the air.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Which means our annual Adventure Bay hockey game is a go-go-go.
RUBBLE: Come on, Marshall. Let's set up the goals.
[Goal net scrapes, snow rustles, light music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Rubble and Marshall push a goal net across the frozen pond. Ryder sets the scoreboard up on a wooden board.
ROCKY: I'll get the scoreboard ready.
[Rocky barks]
ROCKY: Ratchet.
[Mechanical arm whirrs, thump, drill buzzes]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder holds the scoreboard in place, and Rocky drills it into position.
DIGI: Hooray indeed, for whatever game this "hockey" is.
ROCKY: Hockey's fun.
[Mechanical arm whirrs, whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky slides to Digi and Tal, spinning a puck on the claw of his mechanical arm.
ROCKY: Two teams skate on the ice and try to shoot a puck...
[Puck clatters, smack, slide whistle]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky drops the puck onto the ice. He uses his mechanical arm as a stick and scores a goal in the empty goal net.
ROCKY: Into the other team's goal.
DIGI: Ooh! Let's give it a try, Tal. Whoa!

DESCRIPTION: Digi and Tal run onto the ice and slip.
DIGI: Oof.
TAL: Was that a goal?

DESCRIPTION: Later, Mayor Goodway stands beside the large trophy, Uncle Smiley’s Cup. She wears her hockey uniform and holds a hockey stick.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Our friendly hockey game between Adventure Bay and Foggy Bottom is just good fun. Whichever team wins gets to take home my Uncle Smiley's Cup.
[Chickaletta clucks, ice scrapes]
DESCRIPTION: Chickaletta sits in Uncle Smiley's Cup. On the ice, Rubble slides to a stop.
RUBBLE: Okay, folks. The ice is nice and smooth to skate on.
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter, Farmer Al, Farmer Yumi, and Cap’n Turbot stand on the ice, wearing their hockey uniforms and holding sticks.
MR. PORTER: Let's show our robot friends how this game is played.
[Skates scrape, slide whistle, thump]
DESCRIPTION: Mr. Porter slips and falls.

DESCRIPTION: Digi skates with the puck and passes it to Tal. Tal spins its hockey stick, then scores a goal.
MARSHALL: Wow! They got good super-fast.

DESCRIPTION: Behind a snowbank nearby, Mayor Humdinger holds binoculars. He and the Kitten Catastrophe Crew wear purple hockey uniforms and helmets.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Hmm! If those robots were on our team, we'd win that trophy for sure.
[Cackles, Cap’n Turbot shouts, slide whistle, snow rustles]
DESCRIPTION: A hockey stick and the puck land in the snowbank in front of Mayor Humdinger.
DIGI: Excellent try, Captain Tur-bot. Next time, maybe hold on to the stick.
[Slide whistle, whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger stands and offers the puck to Digi.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Looking for this, are you?
[Skates scrape]
DESCRIPTION: Behind Digi, the Adventure Bay hockey team struggles to balance on their skates.
DIGI: Thank you. We are helping our neighbours with some hockey tips.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Then you're in luck. My Foggy Bottom Purple Pup Punishers could sure use your help, too.
[Cats meow]
DIGI AND TAL: Help?
TAL: Tell us how.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: By joining my team. I suddenly have two openings.
[Whoosh, balls thump, two cats meow]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger throws two balls, and two cats chase them.

DIGI: We would be happy to help you and your Purple Pup Punishers.
[Mayor Humdinger cackles, whoosh, energetic music plays, hockey players laugh, hockey sticks tap]
DESCRIPTION: Later, the Adventure Bay hockey team skates on the ice. Farmer Yumi hits the puck.
FARMER YUMI: Woo!
[Skates scrape, whistle blasts]
DESCRIPTION: A referee arrives and blows his whistle.
REFEREE: That's ref for let's play some hockey, eh?
[Skates scrape, light music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger skates to Mayor Goodway.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Mayor Goodway, how would you like to make this game more interesting?
MAYOR GOODWAY: What do you mean, Mayor Humdinger?
[Gloves thump, skates scrape]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger hits his gloves together. The Adventure Bay hockey team gathers behind Mayor Goodway.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Whoever wins the game gets to keep Uncle Smiley's Cup in Foggy Bott-- Uh, in their town, forever. And, the losing team's mayor gets to become my serv—Uh, the winning mayor's server for a week. Month. Year.
(Mayor Humdinger laughs, cats meow]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway looks at the cats in their hockey uniforms and glances at her team.
MAYOR GOODWAY: We accept. But where is the rest of your team?
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ha-ha. Time to take the ice.
[Skates scrape, energetic music plays]
DIGI: Let's play, eh?
ROCKY: Digi and Tal?
MR. PORTER: They're extra good. Is that fair?
[Wind gusts, book thumps]
DESCRIPTION: The referee closes a small black book.
REFEREE: Nothing in the rulebooks about kitties or robots. It's time to face off.
[Whistle blares, whoosh, energetic music plays, players exclaim, slide whistle, Mr. Porter whimpers, buzzer blares]
DESCRIPTION: Digi and Tal skate past the Adventure Bay players. Mr. Porter, the goalie, watches Digi’s shot fly past his shoulder into the net.
[Arena organ plays]
DESCRIPTION: The scoreboard shows four pucks beneath an illustration of Mayor Humdinger’s hat and no pucks beneath the Adventure Bay logo.
MARSHALL: Foggy Bottom is ahead four to zero.
[Whoosh, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Humdinger raises his arms and jumps.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Another goal!
MAYOR HUMDINGER SINGS: Ha-ha ha-ha-ha.
[Adventure Bay team sighs heavily]
DESCRIPTION: The Adventure Bay team’s shoulders slump, and they look down at the ice.
FARMER YUMI: Oh, no.
DESCRIPTION: Ryder and the pups watch the game. Ryder sits on a bench, and Zuma and Rubble stand beside him. Skye and Rocky sit in front of the bench, and Chase stands with them.
CHASE: Come on, Adventure Bay!
ZUMA: You can do it.
RUBBLE: Don't give up.
ROCKY: Get that puck.
SKYE: Let's go!
[Skye giggles, energetic music plays, skates scrape, puck thunks]
DESCRIPTION: Farmer Yumi and Digi face-off, and the referee drops the puck. Farmer Yumi wins the face-off and passes the puck to Farmer Al. Farmer Al skates into the referee and a cat, knocking them onto the snow beside the ice.
FARMER AL: Woo!
REFEREE: Yowza!
[Slide whistle, meow, skates scrape, cat meows, light music plays, gloves thump]
DESCRIPTION: The cat skates past Mayor Humdinger and looks at him. Mayor Humdinger watches the cat leave. He taps his fist against his other glove and bats his eyelashes.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: You can't quit the team. Now, I'll have to play, instead of being your tough but lovable coach.
[Skates scrape]
DESCRIPTION: Farmer Al tries to stand but sits back down in the snow. He holds his knee, and the referee skates to him.
FARMER AL: Ooh! Ow! I think I hurt my knee. I don't think I can play.
[Whistle blares]
DESCRIPTION: The referee reads the rule book.
REFEREE: If one team doesn't have enough players, the other team wins.
[Skates scrape]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Woo-hoo! Now, give me that trophy.
MAYOR GOODWAY: Not so fast, Mayor-Player-Coach Humdinger. The game's not lost if we can find one more player. Help.
[Wind gusts]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder stands.
RYDER: Don't worry, Mayor. No hockey game is too lost. No pup is too small. Paw Patrol, to the Paw Patroller.
[Whirr, pup tags beep, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder pushes a button on his pup-pad, and the pup tags light up.
PUPS: Ryder needs us!
[Puck scrapes]
DESCRIPTION: Marshall steps on a puck and slides towards the ramp leading to the Paw Patroller.
MARSHALL: Whoa.
[Others bark]
ZUMA: Watch out, Marshall.
ROCKY: Look out!
MARSHALL: Whoa!
[Scape, clatter, buzzer blares, puck whooshes, thumps]
DESCRIPTION: Marshall slides up the back door ramp and knocks over the other pups. The puck lands beside him.
MARSHALL: Guess I ran out of "puck."
[Everyone laughs, ramps whirrs, clanks, upbeat music plays, chimes, pups laugh, door closes]
DESCRIPTION: The back door closes, and the pups run through the Paw Patroller. They pause behind the badge on the side, change into their Paw Patrol uniforms and then continue to their seats. The swivel seats turn, and the pups face the driver’s seat.
CHASE: Paw Patrol ready for action, Ryder, sir.
[Beep, whirr]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder pushes a button on his pup-pad, and Farmer Al appears on a large screen, sitting on the ice and holding his knee. The rest of the team lifts and lowers their arms.
RYDER: Thanks for hurrying, pups. We've got a slippery save today. Farmer Al hurt his knee, and the team is a player short.
[Exclamation marks pop]
DESCRIPTION: Exclamation marks appear by Farmer Al.
FARMER AL: Oh!
RYDER: So, for this mission, I'll need E.M.T. Marshall.
[Beep, whirr]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder swipes on his pup-pad, and Marshall’s X-ray scanner appears on the large screen.
RYDER: You'll use your X-ray scanner to check out Farmer Al's knee and bandage it to make it feel better.
MARSHALL: I'm ready for a ruff-ruff, but not too rough, rescue.
RYDER: And Rocky.
[Whirr, beep]
DESCRIPTION: Ryder swipes on his pup-pad, and Rocky’s mechanical arm and claw appear on the large screen.
RYDER: You'll use your claw to hold a hockey stick and take Farmer Al's place on the team.
ROCKY: Green means go. As in, "goal!"
RYDER: All right, PAW Patrol is on a roll.
[Door whoosh, barks, howls, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The large screen retracts, and Marshall and Rocky run into the vehicle area.

DESCRIPTION: Marshall’s fire truck lowers from the ceiling, and he jumps inside.

DESCRIPTION: The two sides of the Paw Patroller open, and a platform carrying a vehicle lowers on each side. Rocky and Marshall drive off the platforms. The windshield opens on the Paw Patroller, and Ryder rides out on his A.T.V.
FARMER AL: Ugh.
[Siren wails, engines rumble, snow crunches]
DESCRIPTION: On the ice, Farmer Yumi kneels beside Farmer Al and puts her hand on his shoulder. Ryder and Marshall arrive in their vehicles. They hop out and run to Farmer Al.
RYDER: E.M.T. Marshall is here to take care of you, Farmer Al.
[Marshall barks, light music plays]
MARSHALL: X-ray scanner.
[Whirr, clank, chime]
DESCRIPTION: A mechanical arm extends the X-ray scanner and holds it over Farmer Al’s knee.
MARSHALL: Good news. Your knee is only sprained. But that means no more hockey for you today.
FARMER AL: But then we're missing a player.
MARSHALL: It'll be okay. Now, let's wrap up that knee.
[Bark, whirr]
MARSHALL: Bandage dispenser.
[Whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: Marshall bandages Farmer Al’s knee as Mayor Humdinger skates to the referee.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh, how much longer are they allowed to stall before I get my trophy?
[Skates scrape]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky skates to the referee.
ROCKY: Replacement player Rocky reporting.
[Book rustles, whistle blares]
DESCRIPTION: The referee puts away his rule book and gives a thumbs-up.
[Pup howls, Skye giggles, skates scrape, arena organ plays, stick taps the ice, energetic music plays
DESCRIPTION: Rocky skates to the face-off, holding his hockey stick in his claw. Digi skates over to the face-off. Rocky takes the puck and skates between Digi and Tal.
DIGI: Hey! Whoa. Excellent move.
TAL: Agreed.
[Cat Skye meows]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky skates towards the goal net, where Mayor Humdinger plays the goalie position.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Oh, dear.
[Stick slaps, slide whistle, whoosh, puck clanks]
DESCRIPTION: Rocky scores a goal.
OTHERS CHEER: Goal!

DESCRIPTION: Later, the score is four to three for the Foggy Bottom Purple Pup Punishers. Rocky skates with the puck and passes it to Farmer Yumi. Mayor Humdinger ducks, and she scores.

DESCRIPTION: The Adventure Bay team skates to Rocky.
MR. PORTER: Amazing.
[The music stops, wind blows]

DESCRIPTION: The Foggy Bottom team gathers around Mayor Humdinger.
MAYOR HUMDINGER We're going to lose! Digi, Tal, be better. Skate faster. Shoot harder.

TAL: We're here to help.

DESCRIPTION: Digi and Rocky meet at centre ice for a face-off.
DIGI: Activating hyper-hockey mode!

DESCRIPTION: Digi takes the puck and skates past the Adventure Bay team with Tal. They skate past Cap’n Turbot and Mayor Goodway, who spin. Digi and Tal pass the puck between them. Mr. Porter watches them approach.
MR. PORTER: Uh-oh.
[Smack, slide whistle, clank]
DESCRIPTION: Digi shoots the puck at the net, and it bounces off the crossbar.
DIGI AND TAL: Oops.
[Puck zooms, bangs, bleats, moos, hooves thump, wind gusts]
DESCRIPTION: The puck ricochets off the barn door, and the door falls. Garbie the goat and Bettina the cow run out of the barn.
FARMER AL: Oh, no! Garbie and Bettina got out of the barn. Stay back! It's slippery!
[Moo, bleat, scrape]
DESCRIPTION: Bettina and Garbie run onto the ice and slide.
FARMER YUMI: Uh-oh. They're sliding down the frozen stream.
[Moo, bleat, beep]
DESCRIPTION: Bettina and Garbie slide past the Adventure Bay goal net and onto the frozen stream.
[Tense music plays]
RYDER: We'll stop them. Skye, Zuma, we need you to rescue Garbie and Bettina before they slide away.
SKYE: This puppy's got to fly.
ZUMA: Let's dive in.
[Whoosh, moo, bleat, engine rumbles]
DESCRIPTION: Bettina and Garbie slide down the stream, and Ryder drives his A.T.V. on the shore with Zuma and Skye behind him.
RYDER: Hang on, Garbie and Bettina. Help is coming.

DIGI: Help? Tal and I are on the way.
[Bleat, moo, lively music plays, hooves screech, rotor blades thump, slide whistles]

DESCRIPTION: Zuma drives in front of Bettina and stops her slide.
ZUMA: Okay, Bettina, just a little nudge to get you off the ice.
[Whirr, Rotor blades thump, boing, thump, Bettina moos, harness clicks, Garbie bleats tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Zuma’s hovercraft nudges Bettina, and she lands on the snow beside the stream. The harness opens over Garbie.
SKYE: Come on, Garbie. Get in the harness so we can take a fun ride. Please?
[Garbie bleats]
DIGI: Tal, we require a goat chew toy.
[Garbie bleats, whirr, toy squeaks, Garbie stops bleating, harness clicks]
DESCRIPTION: Tal opens a compartment and holds a tennis ball in a mechanical claw. Digi grabs the ball and puts it in Garbie’s mouth. Garbie stops running, and the harness fastens around him.
SKYE: He's in. Great job, Digi and Tal.
[Toy squeaks, rotor blades thump, whoosh, thump]
DESCRIPTION: Skye lifts Garbie off the ice. On the pond, Mayor Humdinger falls on his bottom.
[The music stops, wind blows]
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ah! Ooh! Oh, only seconds left. If I can get a goal, Foggy Bottom will win.
[Upbeat music plays]
MAYOR GOODWAY: We'll see about that. Digi, Tal, and Rocky taught me a few moves.
MAYOR HUMDINGER: Ha!
[Skates scrape, slide whistle]
DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway skates past Mayor Humdinger, and he falls on the ice.

DESCRIPTION: Mayor Goodway hits the puck and spins. Chickaletta flies out of her handbag. The puck slides to the right of the goal net.
