[Upbeat music plays]
Bo, a young mechanic with curly brown hair, wears a green toque, a yellow T-shirt and blue jeans. He presses buttons and turns the joysticks on a controller. Mojo, a blue truck, swaps its tops.
Singers sing, JET TOP, FIRE TOP, DOZER TOP, DIG IT UP! CRANE WITH A WRECKING BALL. YOU KNOW THEY'LL ANSWER ANY CALL.
In the Swop Shop garage, Bo puts different parts on Mojo. Mojo transforms into a helicopter and then a monster truck.
The singers sing, COPPER TOP, MONSTER TOP, TURN IT ON, SWOP IT UP. MOJO AND BO TO THE SWOPSHOP, LET'S GO!
Mojo and Bo race out of the Swop Shop.

As a race car, Mojo speeds down the street.

In Mojo’s cherry picker bucket, Bo rescues Farmer Jackson’s pig, Felix, from a tree.

As a helicopter, Mojo glides through the air. Bo jumps out wearing a helmet and harness.

From inside, Bo says, OKAY. WHAT'S THIS ONE?
Bo stands beside Mojo by the air horn. He bends his knees, holds his arms like wings and acts like a chicken.
[Bo imitating a chicken clucking]
Mojo asks, UH, IS IT A COW?
[Bo giggling]
Bo says, NO! IT EATS CORN. UH, LAYS EGGS!
[Bo imitating a chicken clucking]
Mojo says, OH, I KNOW. IT'S A DOG!
Bo says, A DOG? HAVE ANOTHER GUESS.
[Bo imitating a chicken clucking]
Mojo asks, IT'S A LITTLE FLUFFY PUSSYCAT?
[Bo giggling]
Bo says, NEARLY. IT'S A CHICKEN CARRYING A LITTLE FLUFFY PUSSYCAT.
[Mojo giggling]
Mojo says, ALL RIGHT, THEN. WHAT'S THIS ONE?
[Mojo blowing a raspberry]
Bo says, NOT SURE. DO IT AGAIN.
[Mojo blowing a raspberry]
Bo says, LOUDER.
[Mojo starting to blow a raspberry]
[Horn blaring]
Mojo and Bo jump in surprise.
Bo yelps, WHOA!
Bo stumbles and falls.
[Crashing]
Bo shouts, NOT THAT LOUD!
[Horn blaring]
Bo runs to the command centre computer, presses a button, and answers a video call from Farmer Jackson’s farm.
[Static buzzing]
Bo says, MOJO SWOPTOPS.
A blue bird appears on the call.
[Bo screaming in fright]
Mojo jumps and puts their front wheels on Bo. Bo gently lifts Mojo off.
[Bo giggling]
On the video call, Jackson stands beside the blue bird. The bird has a long neck and stands as tall as Jackson.
Bo says, WHEW! JACKSON, IT'S YOU. WHAT WAS THAT?
Jackson says, OH. THAT WAS LUDWIG...
Ludwig, the blue bird, pops up on the other side of Jackson.
[Ludwig clucking]
Jackson says, ...MY CHICKEN!
Mojo says, THAT WAS A CHICKEN?
Jackson says, DON'T KNOW. MAYBE? BEAUTIFUL, THOUGH, AIN'T HE? I'M TAKING – OH!
Ludwig lays his head on Jackson’s.
Jackson says, I'M TAKING HIM TO THE COUNTRY FAIR TODAY. HE'S GOING TO WIN BEST CHICKEN.
[Ludwig chittering]
Jackson says, I JUST NEED SOME HELP GETTING HIM THERE.
Ludwig weighs down Jackson, and Jackson falls.
[Jackson grunting]
[Ludwig clucking]
Bo says. HELPING YOU IS WHAT WE DO. EVEN CHICKEN-MOVING. WE'LL BE RIGHT THERE!
Bo presses a big red button.
[Beeping]
[Whirring]
[Funky music plays]
The skylight closes, and the lights turn on. Bo grabs his controller, and the Swop Shop Swoptop program loads on the computer.
[Beeping]
Bo scrolls past Mojo’s dump truck container top.
Mojo says, WE COULD LIFT HIM UP WITH THE CHOPPER TOP!
Bo says, FLYING CHICKEN?
Bo scrolls past Mojo’s helicopter top to Mojo’s speedboat top.
Mojo asks, WHAT ABOUT THE BOAT TOP?
[Bo giggling]
Bo says, YEAH! WATER CHICKEN. BUT HOW DO WE MOVE THE NEST?
Mojo says, I KNOW. WITH A BIG SCOOP!
Mojo presses the middle button on his controller.
[Beeping]
[Mojo and Bo gasping]
Mojo and Bo say, IT'S TIME TO... SWOP THAT TOP!
[Intense music plays]
Mojo zooms around to a spotlight in the middle of the room. A car lift lifts Mojo. Using his controller, Bo swops Mojo’s top. Grabber claws pop out of the floor and ceiling, and Bo removes the wing on the back of Mojo and swops Mojo’s tires for bulldozer tracks. Bo adds a bulldozer scoop top and a light and horn on Mojo’s roof.
[Whirring]
[Beeping]
[Clanking]
[Honking]
A light turns from red to green. Bo jumps in Mojo’s driver’s seat and puts on his seat belt. Bo and Mojo grin. The shop garage door opens, and Mojo zooms out as a bulldozer with an excavator scoop.
Mojo and Bo cheer, DOZER TOP!
Mojo and Bo race down the street.
[Engine whirring]
Mojo and Bo drive through Jackson’s farm and meet Jackson outside his house. Bo hops out of his seat.
Bo says, WE'RE HERE.
Mojo says, READY TO GO-GO.
Jackson says, AND LUDWIG IS READY TO GO-GO, TOO!
Ludwig appears in front of Mojo and Bo.
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig runs away. Mojo and Bo frown.
Mojo asks, ARE YOU SURE THAT'S A CHICKEN? WHY IS HE SO BIG?
Bo asks, AND WHY IS HE BLUE? CHICKENS AREN'T BLUE.
Jackson says, THEY'RE NOT? HMM. THEN I SUPPOSE HE MUST BE A SPECIAL KIND OF BIG BLUE CHICKEN.
[Jackson chuckling]
Jackson says, I'VE NOT BEEN A CHICKEN FARMER VERY LONG. BEAUTIFUL, THOUGH, AIN'T HE?
Ludwig hooks his long neck around Jackson.
[Ludwig chittering]
Jackson says, HE'LL DEFINITELY WIN THE BEST CHICKEN PRIZE.
[Ludwig clucking]
[Mojo and Bo yelping]
Jackson says, OOH. THAT REMINDS ME. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T SCARE HIM.
[Ludwig chittering]
Ludwig stares intently at Mojo and Bo, who look afraid.
Bo glances at Mojo and says, UHH…
Jackson says, IF YOU SCARE HIM, HE'LL NEVER GET THERE IN TIME.
Mojo says, NO PROBLEM.
[Mojo laughing nervously]
Laughing nervously, Bo says, YEAH.
Mojo says, WE'RE NOT SCARY AT ALL.
Jackson says, RIGHT! I'LL SEE YOU THERE. THERE'S A TOMATO COMPETITION, TOO! I'M GOING TO WIN BIGGEST TOMATO!
[Jackson chuckling]
Jackson drives away on his tractor. He tows a trailer with a tiny tomato on a plate.
Jackson waves and says, BYE!
Mojo quietly says, UH, SHOULDN'T IT BE BIGGER THAN THAT?
Bo waves and shouts, SEE YOU AT THE COUNTRY FAIR.
[Mojo’s horn honking]
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig jumps. He flaps his wings and flies over Mojo. Ludwig leaps off the ground onto a nearby garden shed.
[Intense music plays]
[Wings flapping]
Bo says, MOJO! I THINK YOUR HOOTER SCARED HIM
Mojo asks, HOW WE GOING TO GET HIM DOWN FROM THERE?
Bo says, WE'LL COAX HIM DOWN WITH SOME CHICKEN FEED.
Bo grabs a big bag of chicken feed and stands in Mojo’s excavator scoop wearing a helmet. Mojo lifts Bo toward Ludwig.
Bo says, HELLO, LUDWIG. THERE'S A GOOD… CHICKEN-THING. DO YOU WANT SOME CHICKEN FEED? IT'S YUMMY.
Bo smiles and holds up the bag of chicken feed.
[Ludwig chittering]
Bo says, WE MADE A REALLY COMFY NEST FOR YOU. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS HOP IN.
Bo briefly glances at the large bird’s nest on top of Mojo with blue feathers in it.
Mojo says, IT'LL BE FUN, LUDWIG! WAIT A SEC, BO. I'LL GET YOU A BIT CLOSER!
Mojo backs up closer to the shed.
[Backup indicator beeping]
Mojo hits the shed with the excavator scoop.
[Clanging]
The shed shakes, and Ludwig’s eyes widen.
[Rumbling]
Bo says, THAT DOESN'T SOUND GOOD.
[Ludwig clucking]
The shed shakes under Ludwig, and the back wall falls off.
[Thudding]
The side walls fall. The front door tips back, and the roof slides down. Ludwig slides off the roof.
[Dramatic music plays]
Ludwig shakes his head. He jumps to his feet and runs around in circles.
[Ludwig clucking franticly]
Ludwig runs around Mojo and Bo. On the ground, Bo jumps out of the excavator scoop.
Bo says, OH, NO! WE SCARED HIM.
[Ludwig clucking loudly]
Ludwig flaps his wings and sticks his head into the ground.
[Music abruptly stops]
Bo walks over to Ludwig and says, LUDWIG?
[Ludwig chattering]
Bo steps closer and says, LUDWIG?
[Ludwig chattering]
Bo crouches and says, LUDWIG?
Bo pokes Ludwig’s neck.
[Ludwig chattering]
Bo stands and pats Ludwig.
Bo says, IT'S OKAY, LUDWIG. HERE. LET ME HELP.
Bo tries to pull Ludwig’s head out of the ground. He pulls on Ludwig’s neck and falls.
[Bo grunting]
Bo leans against Ludwig.
[Bo grunting]
Bo pushes against Ludwig.
[Bo grunting]
Bo knocks Ludwig off his feet.
Mojo asks, HOW ARE WE GOING TO GET HIM TO THE FAIR NOW?
Mojo slides backward and bumps into the shed.
[Banging]
[Mojo yelping]
[Shed creaking]
The front door of the shed falls, and the roof collapses.
[Crashing]
Ludwig pulls his head out of the ground.
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig runs away.
Mojo says, HE'S MAKING A RUN FOR IT!
Ludwig runs up the path away from the farm.
[Ludwig clucking]
Bo says, FOLLOW THAT CHICKEN!
Bo jumps in Mojo, and they race after Ludwig.
[Tracks squealing]
In the countryside, Ludwig sprints down a street.
In Mojo, Bo says, WE'LL HAVE TO SCOOP HIM UP.
Mojo spins around while still driving forward.
Mojo says, SCOOP FIRST. GOT IT.
Mojo and Bo speed toward Ludwig and scoop him off the street with the excavator scoop.
Bo says, YOU'VE GOT HIM, MOJO! NOW, LIFT!
Mojo raises the excavator scoop. Ludwig kicks his legs as if still running.
[Ludwig clucking]
Mojo stops in the middle of the street.
[Breaks squealing]
Bo says, WELL DONE, MOJO. WE SCOOPED OURSELVES A PRIZE CHICKEN. I KNEW WE COULD DO IT!
Ludwig stops kicking his legs and looks under the excavator bucket.
[Ludwig chattering]
Mojo and Bo cheer, WHAT A TEAM!
Bo says, RIGHTO. ALL WE NEED TO DO NOW IS DRIVE THIS CHICKEN TO THE COUNTRY FAIR.
Mojo says, MOJO IS GO-GO!
[Tires squealing]
Mojo drives forward and stops moving.
[Tires squealing]
[Mojo grunting]
Mojo stops and looks at Bo. Behind them, Ludwig bites on an exposed tree root. Mojo tries driving away but remains in place.
[Tires squealing]
Ludwig narrows his eyes.
[Mojo grunting]
Bo says, GIVE IT MORE POWER!
Ludwig pulls the tree root further out of the ground.
[Mojo grunting]
Ludwig’s bite slips off the tree root. Mojo jerks forward and launches Ludwig through the air.
[Mojo yelping]
[Bo gasping]
[Ludwig wailing]
Ludwig falls toward the grassy hills in the distance.
[Thudding]
[Ludwig clucking]
Mojo says, INTERESTING NEW FACT: BIG BLUE CHICKENS CAN’T FLY.
Bo says, COME ON! LET'S GO AND PICK HIM UP!
Mojo and Bo drive down the street toward Ludwig.
[Engine rumbling]
In a forest clearing, Mojo calls out, LUDWIG? LUDWIG?
Bo calls out, LUDWIG? LUDWIG?
Mojo says, OH, I HOPE HE'S OKAY.
Bo sprinkles chicken feed on a net on the ground tied to a tree.
Mojo says, THIS IS NO PLACE FOR A BIG BLUE CHICKEN.
Bo says, DON'T WORRY. WE'LL CATCH HIM WITH THIS. WHEN HE TRIES TO EAT THIS CHICKEN FEED, HE'LL GET CAUGHT SAFELY IN THE NET.
Bo steps back and says, IT CAN'T FAIL! NOW, WHERE IS HE?
Mojo and Bo look around. Ludwig pops up from behind a bush behind them and looks at the chicken feed.
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig runs over to the trap and starts eating the chicken feed off the net.
[Munching]
Ludwig finishes the chicken feed and runs back to the bushes.
[Leaves rustling]
Mojo asks, DID YOU HEAR THAT?
Mojo and Bo race to the other side of the net and look around.
Mojo says, I'M SURE I HEARD SOMETHING.
Behind Mojo and Bo, Ludwig runs up to the bag of chicken feed still on the net.
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig grabs the bag between his teeth and runs away. One of his blue feathers falls off onto the net.
Mojo turns and says, HE'S OVER THERE!
Bo jumps on Mojo, and they look around.
Bo asks, WHERE?
Bo jumps off Mojo and frowns. Bo glances at the net.
Bo asks, WHAT'S THAT? A FEATHER?
Bo crouches beside the net. He picks up the feather and stands.
Bo asks, WHERE DID THAT COME FROM?
Bo steps onto the net. He looks at the feather thoughtfully and triggers the trap. Bo is wrapped in the net and pulled into the air.
[Bo shouting]
Mojo says, BO, IT WORKED! WE CAUGHT SOMETHING!
Mojo turns toward the trap and frowns. Bo hangs from the tree inside the net.
Mojo says, BO? BO?
Mojo looks around.
[Rope stretching]
[Snapping]
Bo drops from the tree.
[Bo grunting]
Free from the net, Bo lies on the ground. The blue feather lands on his mouth.
[Mojo gasping]
Mojo says, THAT GIVES ME AN IDEA!
Bo jumps to his feet and blows away the feather.
[Blowing]
Later in the clearing, Mojo raises the excavator scoop, which is painted to look like Ludwig.
[Mojo imitating a chicken clucking]
Mojo says, I'M A FRIENDLY BIG BLUE CHICKEN-THING, JUST LIKE YOU!
Behind a boulder, Mojo raises the scoop higher.
[Mojo imitating a chicken clucking]
[Leaves rustling]
Ludwig peaks out from behind a bush.
[Ludwig clucking]
Mojo lowers the excavator scoop.
From behind the boulder, Bo says, DON'T SCARE HIM. JUST DO WHAT A BIG BLUE CHICKEN WOULD DO.
Mojo says, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DO. I'VE NEVER MET ONE BEFORE!
Bo says, DO A CHICKEN DANCE.
Ludwig walks up to the boulder and narrows his eyes at the excavator scoop. Mojo raises and lowers the excavator scoop. He moves it forward and back. Ludwig follows the scoop’s movements.
[Ludwig clucking nervously]
Mojo rolls out from behind the boulder and toward Ludwig. Ludwig steps back and leans forward.
[Ludwig clucking]
Mojo says, I DON'T THINK HE LIKES IT.
Bo says, HMM. TRY A DIFFERENT ONE.
Mojo says, ALL RIGHT. HERE GOES.
Mojo dances, leaning from one bulldozer track to the other and swinging the excavator scoop.
[Mojo grunting]
[Ludwig clucking with uncertainty]
Bo leans out his window and watches Ludwig.
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig flaps his wings. He narrows his eyes and drags his feet on the ground.
Bo says, UH-OH. I THINK YOU'RE MAKING HIM CROSS!
[Ludwig grumbling]
[Ludwig clucking loudly]
[Bo yelping]
Mojo turns toward Ludwig and quickly backs away. Ludwig jumps and races after Mojo and Bo.
Bo shouts, HE'S CHASING US!
Mojo says, I CAN'T SEE WHERE I'M GOING!
Bo looks behind him out the window.
Bo says, I'VE GOT THIS.
Bo swerves around trees and says, NO PROBLEM.
[Ludwig clucking]
Bo’s eyes widen, and he says, PROBLEM!
Mojo backs toward a cliff.
[Brakes squealing]
At the edge of the cliff, Mojo tilts onto one bulldozer track and skids away. Ludwig closely follows. At the edge of the cliff, he jumps off, flies back onto the cliff, and continues chasing Mojo and Bo.
[Ludwig clucking]
With worried looks, Mojo and Bo spin back onto the street.
[Mojo and Bo shouting]
[Tires squealing]
Mojo speeds down the street. Ludwig follows.
Bo leans out his window and shouts, HE'S STILL CHASING US!
Mojo yells, MAYBE HE'LL CHASE US ALL THE WAY TO THE COUNTRY FAIR!
Bo looks ahead and shouts, LOOK OUT, TED!
Mojo and Bo speed toward Ted, a bus.
[Mojo and Bo screaming]
[Ted screaming]
Mojo swerves and narrowly dodges Ted. Mojo skids to a stop.
Ted looks back and says, THAT WAS A CLOSE ONE.
Ted looks ahead and says, WHOA-OA-OA!
Ted speeds toward Ludwig.
[Ted yelling]
[Ludwig clucking]
Ted swerves around Ludwig and sends him into a spin.
[Tires squealing]
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig stumbles onto the grass and sticks his head into the ground. Mojo and Bo share a look and drive over to Ludwig.
[Engine rumbling]
Mojo stops, and Bo hops out of his seat.
Bo says, I DON'T THINK HE'S GOING TO MOVE THIS TIME!
[Incoming call ringing]
On Mojo’s control panel, Bo answers a video call from Jackson.
On the call, Jackson says, MOJO, BO! THE CHICKEN JUDGING IS ABOUT TO START! ARE YOU ALMOST HERE?
Mojo says, UH…
[Mojo laughing nervously]
Mojo says, LUDWIG WILL BE RIGHT THERE.
Jackson says, GREAT!
[Jackson chuckling]
[Static buzzing]
The call ends.
Bo says, HE WILL? BUT HE'S GOT HIS HEAD IN THE GROUND.
Mojo says, I KNOW, BUT I HAVE A PLAN.
Bo says, SOUNDS LIKE WE'RE GOING TO NEED A HOT SWOP!
[Intense music plays]
In the Swop Shop, Bo swops Mojo’s bulldozer top. Bo raises the door on the dump truck container top and adds red lights to Mojo’s roof. The shop light turns from red to green, and Mojo grins. Bo puts on his seatbelt, and the garage door opens. Mojo zooms out as a dump truck.
Mojo and Bo cheer, DUMPER TOP!
Mojo and Bo race down the street.
[Tires squealing]
[Gentle, cheerful music plays]
In town square, at the Country Fair, a Ferris Wheel turns. Jackson watches Preston examine his tiny tomato at a table of giant tomatoes. Mayor Sunita looks at fruit on a table. Chef Fabio stands nearby. Nan and Dot look at Betty’s ice cream menu. Preston looks at Jackson’s tiny tomato through a magnifying glass.
Preston says, WELL, IT IS A VERY FINE TOMATO, JACKSON, BUT I WAS REALLY HOPING TO SEE YOUR CHICKEN!
Jackson’s smile slips.
Preston says, I'M AFRAID IF IT ISN'T HERE, WE'LL HAVE TO GIVE THE BEST CHICKEN PRIZE TO SOMEONE ELSE.
Jackson says, BUT THERE ARE NO OTHER CHICKENS IN THE CONTEST.
Preston says, ALL THE SAME, RULES ARE RULES.
Preston walks away.
Jackson sighs, OH.
Jackson looks disappointed.
[Mojo’s horn honking]
Jackson gasps, HUH?
From close by, Mojo yells, HE'S HERE! LUDWIG IS HERE!
Mojo turns around, so Bo, in the dump container, faces the people in Town Square.
Bo yells, UP HERE!
Jackson asks, WHERE? WHERE'S MY LUDWIG?
Jackson looks around. Bo jumps down and taps the container.
[Banging]
Mojo tips the dump container.
[Whirring]
Jackson says, HUH? WHOA!
Ludwig, with his head stuck in a chunk of dirt, slides out of the dump container onto the tomato table. Jackson jumps out of the way.
[Jackson grunting]
[Creaking]
The table collapses.
[Banging]
Ludwig pulls his head out of the dirt.
[Celebratory music briefly plays]
[Jackson grunting]
Jackson runs over to Ludwig and shouts, LUDWIG!
Ludwig looks at Jackson with happiness. Preston runs over to Ludwig.
[Preston gasping]
Preston says, SUCH A BIG CHICKEN! OH, AND SO BLUE!
Ludwig wraps his neck around Jackson’s, and Jackson nuzzles him.
Preston says, AH, I'VE NEVER SEEN A CHICKEN LIKE IT!
Later in Town Square, Jackson stands on a first-place podium with Ludwig in his arms.
Preston says, AND THE FIRST PRIZE GOES TO LUDWIG! HE MAY NOT BE A CHICKEN AT ALL, BUT HE'S THE BEST CHICKEN AT THE COUNTRY FAIR.
Bo and Mayor Sunita clap.
Fabio cheers, YAY!
Someone cheers, WHOO!
Mojo cheers, YAY!

Bo stands beside Mojo by the air horn. He bends his knees, holds his arms like wings and acts like a chicken.
[Bo imitating a chicken clucking]
Mojo asks, UH, IS IT A COW?
[Bo giggling]
Bo says, NO! IT EATS CORN. UH, LAYS EGGS!
[Bo imitating a chicken clucking]
Mojo says, OH, I KNOW. IT'S A DOG!
Bo says, A DOG? HAVE ANOTHER GUESS.
[Bo imitating a chicken clucking]
Mojo asks, IT'S A LITTLE FLUFFY PUSSYCAT?
[Bo giggling]
Bo says, NEARLY. IT'S A CHICKEN CARRYING A LITTLE FLUFFY PUSSYCAT.
[Mojo giggling]
Mojo says, ALL RIGHT, THEN. WHAT'S THIS ONE?
[Mojo blowing a raspberry]
Bo says, NOT SURE. DO IT AGAIN.

[Mojo starting to blow a raspberry]
[Horn blaring]
Mojo and Bo jump in surprise.
Bo yelps, WHOA!
Bo stumbles and falls.
[Crashing]
Bo shouts, NOT THAT LOUD!

Bo runs to the command centre computer, presses a button, and answers a video call from Farmer Jackson’s farm.
[Static buzzing]
Bo says, MOJO SWOPTOPS.
A blue bird appears on the call.
[Bo screaming in fright]
Mojo jumps and puts their front wheels on Bo. Bo gently lifts Mojo off.
[Bo giggling]
On the video call, Jackson stands beside the blue bird. The bird has a long neck and stands as tall as Jackson.
Bo says, WHEW! JACKSON, IT'S YOU. WHAT WAS THAT?
Jackson says, OH. THAT WAS LUDWIG...
Ludwig, the blue bird, pops up on the other side of Jackson.
[Ludwig clucking]
Jackson says, ...MY CHICKEN!
Mojo says, THAT WAS A CHICKEN?
Jackson says, DON'T KNOW. MAYBE? BEAUTIFUL, THOUGH, AIN'T HE? I'M TAKING – OH!
Ludwig lays his head on Jackson’s.
Jackson says, I'M TAKING HIM TO THE COUNTRY FAIR TODAY. HE'S GOING TO WIN BEST CHICKEN.
[Ludwig chittering]
Jackson says, I JUST NEED SOME HELP GETTING HIM THERE.
Ludwig weighs down Jackson, and Jackson falls.
[Jackson grunting]
[Ludwig clucking]
Bo says. HELPING YOU IS WHAT WE DO. EVEN CHICKEN-MOVING. WE'LL BE RIGHT THERE!
Bo presses a big red button.
[Beeping]
[Whirring]
[Funky music plays]
The skylight closes, and the lights turn on. Bo grabs his controller, and the Swop Shop Swoptop program loads on the computer.
[Beeping]
Bo scrolls past Mojo’s dump truck container top.
Mojo says, WE COULD LIFT HIM UP WITH THE CHOPPER TOP!
Bo says, FLYING CHICKEN?
Bo scrolls past Mojo’s helicopter top to Mojo’s speedboat top.
Mojo asks, WHAT ABOUT THE BOAT TOP?
[Bo giggling]
Bo says, YEAH! WATER CHICKEN. BUT HOW DO WE MOVE THE NEST?
Mojo says, I KNOW. WITH A BIG SCOOP!
Mojo presses the middle button on his controller.
[Beeping]
[Mojo and Bo gasping]
Mojo and Bo say, IT'S TIME TO... SWOP THAT TOP!
[Intense music plays]
Mojo zooms around to a spotlight in the middle of the room. A car lift lifts Mojo. Using his controller, Bo swops Mojo’s top. Grabber claws pop out of the floor and ceiling, and Bo removes the wing on the back of Mojo and swops Mojo’s tires for bulldozer tracks. Bo adds a bulldozer scoop top and a light and horn on Mojo’s roof.
[Whirring]
[Beeping]
[Clanking]
[Honking]
A light turns from red to green. Bo jumps in Mojo’s driver’s seat and puts on his seat belt. Bo and Mojo grin. The shop garage door opens, and Mojo zooms out as a bulldozer with an excavator scoop.
Mojo and Bo cheer, DOZER TOP!
Mojo and Bo race down the street.
[Engine whirring]
Mojo and Bo drive through Jackson’s farm and meet Jackson outside his house. Bo hops out of his seat.
Bo says, WE'RE HERE.
Mojo says, READY TO GO-GO.
Jackson says, AND LUDWIG IS READY TO GO-GO, TOO!
Ludwig appears in front of Mojo and Bo.
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig runs away. Mojo and Bo frown.
Mojo asks, ARE YOU SURE THAT'S A CHICKEN? WHY IS HE SO BIG?
Bo asks, AND WHY IS HE BLUE? CHICKENS AREN'T BLUE.
Jackson says, THEY'RE NOT? HMM. THEN I SUPPOSE HE MUST BE A SPECIAL KIND OF BIG BLUE CHICKEN.
[Jackson chuckling]
Jackson says, I'VE NOT BEEN A CHICKEN FARMER VERY LONG. BEAUTIFUL, THOUGH, AIN'T HE?
Ludwig hooks his long neck around Jackson.
[Ludwig chittering]
Jackson says, HE'LL DEFINITELY WIN THE BEST CHICKEN PRIZE.
[Ludwig clucking]
[Mojo and Bo yelping]
Jackson says, OOH. THAT REMINDS ME. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T SCARE HIM.
[Ludwig chittering]
Ludwig stares intently at Mojo and Bo, who look afraid.
Bo glances at Mojo and says, UHH…
Jackson says, IF YOU SCARE HIM, HE'LL NEVER GET THERE IN TIME.
Mojo says, NO PROBLEM.
[Mojo laughing nervously]
Laughing nervously, Bo says, YEAH.
Mojo says, WE'RE NOT SCARY AT ALL.
Jackson says, RIGHT! I'LL SEE YOU THERE. THERE'S A TOMATO COMPETITION, TOO! I'M GOING TO WIN BIGGEST TOMATO!
[Jackson chuckling]
Jackson drives away on his tractor. He tows a trailer with a tiny tomato on a plate.
Jackson waves and says, BYE!
Mojo quietly says, UH, SHOULDN'T IT BE BIGGER THAN THAT?
Bo waves and shouts, SEE YOU AT THE COUNTRY FAIR.
[Mojo’s horn honking]
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig jumps. He flaps his wings and flies over Mojo. Ludwig leaps off the ground onto a nearby garden shed.
[Intense music plays]
[Wings flapping]
Bo says, MOJO! I THINK YOUR HOOTER SCARED HIM
Mojo asks, HOW WE GOING TO GET HIM DOWN FROM THERE?
Bo says, WE'LL COAX HIM DOWN WITH SOME CHICKEN FEED.
Bo grabs a big bag of chicken feed and stands in Mojo’s excavator scoop wearing a helmet. Mojo lifts Bo toward Ludwig.
Bo says, HELLO, LUDWIG. THERE'S A GOOD… CHICKEN-THING. DO YOU WANT SOME CHICKEN FEED? IT'S YUMMY.
Bo smiles and holds up the bag of chicken feed.
[Ludwig chittering]
Bo says, WE MADE A REALLY COMFY NEST FOR YOU. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS HOP IN.
Bo briefly glances at the large bird’s nest on top of Mojo with blue feathers in it.
Mojo says, IT'LL BE FUN, LUDWIG! WAIT A SEC, BO. I'LL GET YOU A BIT CLOSER!
Mojo backs up closer to the shed.
[Backup indicator beeping]
Mojo hits the shed with the excavator scoop.
[Clanging]
The shed shakes, and Ludwig’s eyes widen.
[Rumbling]
Bo says, THAT DOESN'T SOUND GOOD.
[Ludwig clucking]
The shed shakes under Ludwig, and the back wall falls off.
[Thudding]
The side walls fall. The front door tips back, and the roof slides down. Ludwig slides off the roof.
[Dramatic music plays]
Ludwig shakes his head. He jumps to his feet and runs around in circles.
[Ludwig clucking franticly]
Ludwig runs around Mojo and Bo. On the ground, Bo jumps out of the excavator scoop.
Bo says, OH, NO! WE SCARED HIM.
[Ludwig clucking loudly]
Ludwig flaps his wings and sticks his head into the ground.
[Music abruptly stops]
Bo walks over to Ludwig and says, LUDWIG?
[Ludwig chattering]
Bo steps closer and says, LUDWIG?
[Ludwig chattering]
Bo crouches and says, LUDWIG?
Bo pokes Ludwig’s neck.
[Ludwig chattering]
Bo stands and pats Ludwig.
Bo says, IT'S OKAY, LUDWIG. HERE. LET ME HELP.
Bo tries to pull Ludwig’s head out of the ground. He pulls on Ludwig’s neck and falls.
[Bo grunting]
Bo leans against Ludwig.
[Bo grunting]
Bo pushes against Ludwig.
[Bo grunting]
Bo knocks Ludwig off his feet.
Mojo asks, HOW ARE WE GOING TO GET HIM TO THE FAIR NOW?
Mojo slides backward and bumps into the shed.
[Banging]
[Mojo yelping]
[Shed creaking]
The front door of the shed falls, and the roof collapses.
[Crashing]
Ludwig pulls his head out of the ground.
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig runs away.
Mojo says, HE'S MAKING A RUN FOR IT!
Ludwig runs up the path away from the farm.
[Ludwig clucking]
Bo says, FOLLOW THAT CHICKEN!
Bo jumps in Mojo, and they race after Ludwig.
[Tracks squealing]
In the countryside, Ludwig sprints down a street.
In Mojo, Bo says, WE'LL HAVE TO SCOOP HIM UP.
Mojo spins around while still driving forward.
Mojo says, SCOOP FIRST. GOT IT.
Mojo and Bo speed toward Ludwig and scoop him off the street with the excavator scoop.
Bo says, YOU'VE GOT HIM, MOJO! NOW, LIFT!
Mojo raises the excavator scoop. Ludwig kicks his legs as if still running.
[Ludwig clucking]
Mojo stops in the middle of the street.
[Breaks squealing]
Bo says, WELL DONE, MOJO. WE SCOOPED OURSELVES A PRIZE CHICKEN. I KNEW WE COULD DO IT!
Ludwig stops kicking his legs and looks under the excavator bucket.
[Ludwig chattering]
Mojo and Bo cheer, WHAT A TEAM!
Bo says, RIGHTO. ALL WE NEED TO DO NOW IS DRIVE THIS CHICKEN TO THE COUNTRY FAIR.
Mojo says, MOJO IS GO-GO!
[Tires squealing]
Mojo drives forward and stops moving.
[Tires squealing]
[Mojo grunting]
Mojo stops and looks at Bo. Behind them, Ludwig bites on an exposed tree root. Mojo tries driving away but remains in place.
[Tires squealing]
Ludwig narrows his eyes.
[Mojo grunting]
Bo says, GIVE IT MORE POWER!
Ludwig pulls the tree root further out of the ground.
[Mojo grunting]
Ludwig’s bite slips off the tree root. Mojo jerks forward and launches Ludwig through the air.
[Mojo yelping]
[Bo gasping]
[Ludwig wailing]
Ludwig falls toward the grassy hills in the distance.
[Thudding]
[Ludwig clucking]
Mojo says, INTERESTING NEW FACT: BIG BLUE CHICKENS CAN’T FLY.
Bo says, COME ON! LET'S GO AND PICK HIM UP!
Mojo and Bo drive down the street toward Ludwig.
[Engine rumbling]
In a forest clearing, Mojo calls out, LUDWIG? LUDWIG?
Bo calls out, LUDWIG? LUDWIG?
Mojo says, OH, I HOPE HE'S OKAY.
Bo sprinkles chicken feed on a net on the ground tied to a tree.
Mojo says, THIS IS NO PLACE FOR A BIG BLUE CHICKEN.
Bo says, DON'T WORRY. WE'LL CATCH HIM WITH THIS. WHEN HE TRIES TO EAT THIS CHICKEN FEED, HE'LL GET CAUGHT SAFELY IN THE NET.
Bo steps back and says, IT CAN'T FAIL! NOW, WHERE IS HE?
Mojo and Bo look around. Ludwig pops up from behind a bush behind them and looks at the chicken feed.
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig runs over to the trap and starts eating the chicken feed off the net.
[Munching]
Ludwig finishes the chicken feed and runs back to the bushes.
[Leaves rustling]
Mojo asks, DID YOU HEAR THAT?
Mojo and Bo race to the other side of the net and look around.
Mojo says, I'M SURE I HEARD SOMETHING.
Behind Mojo and Bo, Ludwig runs up to the bag of chicken feed still on the net.
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig grabs the bag between his teeth and runs away. One of his blue feathers falls off onto the net.
Mojo turns and says, HE'S OVER THERE!
Bo jumps on Mojo, and they look around.
Bo asks, WHERE?
Bo jumps off Mojo and frowns. Bo glances at the net.
Bo asks, WHAT'S THAT? A FEATHER?
Bo crouches beside the net. He picks up the feather and stands.
Bo asks, WHERE DID THAT COME FROM?
Bo steps onto the net. He looks at the feather thoughtfully and triggers the trap. Bo is wrapped in the net and pulled into the air.
[Bo shouting]
Mojo says, BO, IT WORKED! WE CAUGHT SOMETHING!
Mojo turns toward the trap and frowns. Bo hangs from the tree inside the net.
Mojo says, BO? BO?
Mojo looks around.
[Rope stretching]
[Snapping]
Bo drops from the tree.
[Bo grunting]
Free from the net, Bo lies on the ground. The blue feather lands on his mouth.
[Mojo gasping]
Mojo says, THAT GIVES ME AN IDEA!
Bo jumps to his feet and blows away the feather.
[Blowing]
Later in the clearing, Mojo raises the excavator scoop, which is painted to look like Ludwig.
[Mojo imitating a chicken clucking]
Mojo says, I'M A FRIENDLY BIG BLUE CHICKEN-THING, JUST LIKE YOU!
Behind a boulder, Mojo raises the scoop higher.
[Mojo imitating a chicken clucking]
[Leaves rustling]
Ludwig peaks out from behind a bush.
[Ludwig clucking]
Mojo lowers the excavator scoop.
From behind the boulder, Bo says, DON'T SCARE HIM. JUST DO WHAT A BIG BLUE CHICKEN WOULD DO.
Mojo says, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY DO. I'VE NEVER MET ONE BEFORE!
Bo says, DO A CHICKEN DANCE.
Ludwig walks up to the boulder and narrows his eyes at the excavator scoop. Mojo raises and lowers the excavator scoop. He moves it forward and back. Ludwig follows the scoop’s movements.
[Ludwig clucking nervously]
Mojo rolls out from behind the boulder and toward Ludwig. Ludwig steps back and leans forward.
[Ludwig clucking]
Mojo says, I DON'T THINK HE LIKES IT.
Bo says, HMM. TRY A DIFFERENT ONE.
Mojo says, ALL RIGHT. HERE GOES.
Mojo dances, leaning from one bulldozer track to the other and swinging the excavator scoop.
[Mojo grunting]
[Ludwig clucking with uncertainty]
Bo leans out his window and watches Ludwig.
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig flaps his wings. He narrows his eyes and drags his feet on the ground.
Bo says, UH-OH. I THINK YOU'RE MAKING HIM CROSS!
[Ludwig grumbling]
[Ludwig clucking loudly]
[Bo yelping]
Mojo turns toward Ludwig and quickly backs away. Ludwig jumps and races after Mojo and Bo.
Bo shouts, HE'S CHASING US!
Mojo says, I CAN'T SEE WHERE I'M GOING!
Bo looks behind him out the window.
Bo says, I'VE GOT THIS.
Bo swerves around trees and says, NO PROBLEM.
[Ludwig clucking]
Bo’s eyes widen, and he says, PROBLEM!
Mojo backs toward a cliff.
[Brakes squealing]
At the edge of the cliff, Mojo tilts onto one bulldozer track and skids away. Ludwig closely follows. At the edge of the cliff, he jumps off, flies back onto the cliff, and continues chasing Mojo and Bo.
[Ludwig clucking]
With worried looks, Mojo and Bo spin back onto the street.
[Mojo and Bo shouting]
[Tires squealing]
Mojo speeds down the street. Ludwig follows.
Bo leans out his window and shouts, HE'S STILL CHASING US!
Mojo yells, MAYBE HE'LL CHASE US ALL THE WAY TO THE COUNTRY FAIR!
Bo looks ahead and shouts, LOOK OUT, TED!
Mojo and Bo speed toward Ted, a bus.
[Mojo and Bo screaming]
[Ted screaming]
Mojo swerves and narrowly dodges Ted. Mojo skids to a stop.
Ted looks back and says, THAT WAS A CLOSE ONE.
Ted looks ahead and says, WHOA-OA-OA!
Ted speeds toward Ludwig.
[Ted yelling]
[Ludwig clucking]
Ted swerves around Ludwig and sends him into a spin.
[Tires squealing]
[Ludwig clucking]
Ludwig stumbles onto the grass and sticks his head into the ground. Mojo and Bo share a look and drive over to Ludwig.
[Engine rumbling]
Mojo stops, and Bo hops out of his seat.
Bo says, I DON'T THINK HE'S GOING TO MOVE THIS TIME!
[Incoming call ringing]
On Mojo’s control panel, Bo answers a video call from Jackson.
On the call, Jackson says, MOJO, BO! THE CHICKEN JUDGING IS ABOUT TO START! ARE YOU ALMOST HERE?
Mojo says, UH…
[Mojo laughing nervously]
Mojo says, LUDWIG WILL BE RIGHT THERE.
Jackson says, GREAT!
[Jackson chuckling]
[Static buzzing]
The call ends.
Bo says, HE WILL? BUT HE'S GOT HIS HEAD IN THE GROUND.
Mojo says, I KNOW, BUT I HAVE A PLAN.
Bo says, SOUNDS LIKE WE'RE GOING TO NEED A HOT SWOP!
[Intense music plays]
In the Swop Shop, Bo swops Mojo’s bulldozer top. Bo raises the door on the dump truck container top and adds red lights to Mojo’s roof. The shop light turns from red to green, and Mojo grins. Bo puts on his seatbelt, and the garage door opens. Mojo zooms out as a dump truck.
Mojo and Bo cheer, DUMPER TOP!
Mojo and Bo race down the street.
[Tires squealing]
[Gentle, cheerful music plays]
In town square, at the Country Fair, a Ferris Wheel turns. Jackson watches Preston examine his tiny tomato at a table of giant tomatoes. Mayor Sunita looks at fruit on a table. Chef Fabio stands nearby. Nan and Dot look at Betty’s ice cream menu. Preston looks at Jackson’s tiny tomato through a magnifying glass.
Preston says, WELL, IT IS A VERY FINE TOMATO, JACKSON, BUT I WAS REALLY HOPING TO SEE YOUR CHICKEN!
Jackson’s smile slips.
Preston says, I'M AFRAID IF IT ISN'T HERE, WE'LL HAVE TO GIVE THE BEST CHICKEN PRIZE TO SOMEONE ELSE.
Jackson says, BUT THERE ARE NO OTHER CHICKENS IN THE CONTEST.
Preston says, ALL THE SAME, RULES ARE RULES.
Preston walks away.
Jackson sighs, OH.
Jackson looks disappointed.
[Mojo’s horn honking]
Jackson gasps, HUH?
From close by, Mojo yells, HE'S HERE! LUDWIG IS HERE!
Mojo turns around, so Bo, in the dump container, faces the people in Town Square.
Bo yells, UP HERE!
Jackson asks, WHERE? WHERE'S MY LUDWIG?
Jackson looks around. Bo jumps down and taps the container.
[Banging]
Mojo tips the dump container.
[Whirring]
Jackson says, HUH? WHOA!
Ludwig, with his head stuck in a chunk of dirt, slides out of the dump container onto the tomato table. Jackson jumps out of the way.
[Jackson grunting]
[Creaking]
The table collapses.
[Banging]
Ludwig pulls his head out of the dirt.
[Celebratory music briefly plays]
[Jackson grunting]
Jackson runs over to Ludwig and shouts, LUDWIG!
Ludwig looks at Jackson with happiness. Preston runs over to Ludwig.
[Preston gasping]
Preston says, SUCH A BIG CHICKEN! OH, AND SO BLUE!
Ludwig wraps his neck around Jackson’s, and Jackson nuzzles him.
Preston says, AH, I'VE NEVER SEEN A CHICKEN LIKE IT!
Later in Town Square, Jackson stands on a first-place podium with Ludwig in his arms.
Preston says, AND THE FIRST PRIZE GOES TO LUDWIG! HE MAY NOT BE A CHICKEN AT ALL, BUT HE'S THE BEST CHICKEN AT THE COUNTRY FAIR.
Bo and Mayor Sunita clap.
Fabio cheers, YAY!
