Transcript: Swoppiton Speed Scramble
[Rock music plays]
In an animation, Bo pushes levers and buttons on a controller in the Swop Shop Headquarters. He wears a green hat over his curly, short brown hair. Mojo, a blue vehicle, swaps from an airplane to a firetruck to a bulldozer with a crane on the back. They then swap to a truck with a wrecking ball and spin in a circle.
Singers sing, JET TOP, FIRE TOP, DOZER TOP, DIG IT UP. CRANE WITH A WRECKING BALL, YOU KNOW THEY'LL ANSWER ANY CALL. JUMPER TOP, MONSTER TOP, TURN IT ON, SWOP IT UP. MOJO AND BO TO THE SWOP SHOP, LET'S GO.
The headquarters garage door opens, and Bo drives Mojo to the road.
Singers sing, MOJO. SWOPTOP. SWOP YOUR TOP, AND LET'S GO. TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE IT ALL RIGHT.
On the road, Mojo swaps between different types of vehicles.
Singers sing, MOJO. SWOPTOP. SWOP YOUR TOP, AND LET'S GO. IT'S YOU AND ME; WE'RE OUTTA SIGHT.
Mojo zooms on the water. On the road, they drive with a ramp to a dump bed lowered, and scooter riders slide into the back of the truck. In a forest, Bo stands on a cherry picker and lifts a pig from a tree. Mojo swaps to a helicopter and a monster truck.
Singers sing, BOAT TOP, DUMPER TOP, RACE IT FAST, REV IT UP. CHERRY PICKER, OH-SO TALL. YOU KNOW THEY'LL ANSWER ANY CALL. CHOPPER TOP, MONSTER TOP, TURN IT ON, REV IT UP. MOJO AND BO TO THE RESCUE. LET'S GO! MOJO SWOPTOPS. SWOP YOUR TOP, AND LET'S GO.

In the Swop Shop Headquarters, Bo dusts a large trophy on a cabinet shelf with other trophies and ribbons. He dusts a large empty bottom shelf.
Bo says, OKAY, MOJO. IT'S RACE DAY, AND WE'VE GOT ROOM FOR ONE MORE TROPHY.
[Rock music plays, tires screeching]
Mojo says, WE'RE GOING TO NEED IT. THE SPEED SCRAMBLE IS THE BIGGEST RACE OF THE YEAR. I BET THE TROPHY'S HUGE!
[Whooshing]
Bo jumps.
Bo says, YEAH. IT'S GOING TO BE ENORMOUS.
[Horn blaring, both shouting, banging, Bo grunting, whirring, the music plays]
Bo startles and hits the cabinet, knocking the large trophy onto his head. He lifts the trophy off his head, walks to a computer panel, and pushes a red button. Mayor Sunita appears on the screen.
Mojo says, OOH. OH, NO. THE RACE IS STARTING, ISN'T IT? WE'RE GOING TO MISS IT!
[Mojo shouting, tires screeching]
Mojo reverses from the screen.
[Soft music plays]
Mayor Sunita says, DON'T WORRY, MOJO. IT HASN'T STARTED YET.
Mojo says, I WAS, UH, JUST PRACTISING.
Bo says, WE'VE NEVER WON THE SPEED SCRAMBLE BEFORE. AND WE REALLY WANT TO WIN IT THIS YEAR.
Mayor Sunita says, WELL, YOU'D BETTER HURRY. THE RACE IS ABOUT TO START.
[Mojo shouting, tires screeching]
Mojo drives away from Bo.
Bo says, MOJO, WAIT! YOU CAN'T RACE LIKE THAT. WE NEED TO PICK A TOP.
[Brakes squealing]
Mojo says, OH.
[Chuckling]
Mojo says, OH, YEAH.
[Beeping, chiming, whirring, upbeat music plays]
Bo pushes a button. An opening in the ceiling closes, and Bo picks up his controller. He and Mojo look at the monster top on the computer screen.
Mojo asks, WHAT ABOUT THE MONSTER TOP? IT'S SO BIG, NO ONE CAN PASS IT.
[Whooshing, beeping]
The fire top appears on the screen.
Bo says, IF WE USE THE FIRE TOP, EVERYONE WILL LET US PAST.
Mojo says, NOT FAST ENOUGH. WE NEED A TOP THAT CAN GO, "VROOM!"
[Tires screeching, Mojo imitates tires squealing, beeping]
Bo says, MOJO, GOOD BUDDY, I HAVE JUST THE THING.
[Beeping, both gasping]
Bo pushes a button on the controller.
Both say, IT'S TIME TO SWOP THAT TOP!
[Rock music plays, tires screeching, whirring, clanking, clicking]
Mojo drives onto a platform and rises on a vehicle lift. Bo pushes buttons on the controller, and mechanical arms remove Mojo’s tires and add a blue and white checkered rear deck fin over their trunk. Bo jumps into Mojo and fastens his seatbelt. The garage door opens, and Mojo drives out with their racer top.
Bo and Mojo say, RACER TOP!
[Crowd cheering, laughing, crowd chattering, upbeat music plays]
In town, vehicles pull up to the start line. Nori drives Ted the bus, Jackson drives his tractor, Didi, with Felix, Fabio drives Filo, and Tao rides his electric one-wheeled scooter.
Nori asks, ALL RIGHT, TED. YOU READY?
[Didi sputtering]
Jackson says, IT'S GOING TO BE FUN.
[Filo revving their engine]
Tao says, THIS IS GOING TO BE TAO-TASTIC.
[Engine revving]
Fabio says, PIECE OF CAKE.
[Tires squealing]
Mojo drives to the start line.
Bo says, MOJO SWOPTOPS. RACING YOU IS WHAT WE DO.
Mojo says, AND TODAY, WE'RE HERE TO WIN.
[Megaphone feedback]
Mayor Sunita carries a black and white checkered flag and a megaphone.
Through the megaphone, Mayor Sunita says, RACERS, THE SPEED SCRAMBLE IS A RACE ACROSS SWOPPITON. THERE'S A SHINY TROPHY WAITING FOR WHOEVER GETS TO JACKSON'S FARM FIRST.
[Felix snorting]
Through the megaphone, Mayor Sunita asks, EVERYBODY READY?
[Engines revving, tires squealing, tense music plays]
Through the megaphone, Mayor Sunita says, THREE, TWO, ONE. GO!
[Someone laughing, rock music plays, tires squealing]
The racers speed down the road. Jackson follows behind them, driving Didi. The other vehicles turn a corner with Mojo in the lead.
Someone cheers, WOO-WOO-WOO!
[Racers cheering, laughing, rock music continues, engines rumbling]
Mojo drives in the lead with Tao, Filo, and Ted behind them. Jackson, Felix, and Didi fall further behind.
[Didi sputtering, the music stops]
Didi turns a corner.
Jackson says, AH, THEY'RE TOO FAST, DIDI.
Didi says, DON'T WORRY. I KNOW A SHORTCUT.
[Laughing, rock music plays, engines rumbling, zooming]
The vehicles drive across a bridge and beside a river.
Fabio says, NOW, FILO.
[Engine humming]
Filo passes Mojo and takes the lead.
Bo says, NOT SO FAST, FABIO.
Fabio says, NOT TODAY, BO AND MOJO.
[Tires squealing, Bo laughing]
Filo swerves and blocks Mojo, and Mojo drives around them. Mojo drives towards a road barrier.
Bo says, MOJO, UP AHEAD! THE ROAD'S BLOCKED.
Mojo says, IT'S ALL RIGHT. WE CAN GO OFF-ROAD. HERE WE GO.
[Tires squealing, engines humming, rock music continues]
Mojo turns onto a dirt road. On the other side of the barrier, a stack of bricks has two planks of wood leaning against it.
Filo says, NOW'S OUR CHANCE. STRAIGHT OVER!
[Thumping]
Filo drives through the barrier, up the wooden planks, and flies over the bricks.
Filo cheers, WA-HEY!
They fly over Mojo and Bo.
Fabio says, HEY, HEY! FABIO AND FILO TAKE THE LEAD. NOTHING CAN STOP US. HUH?
[Fabio shouting, leaves rustling, engine revving, brakes squealing, Bo gasping, tense music plays]
Filo lands on top of a tree, and Mojo drives past. Mojo stops, and Bo looks out the window.
Bo says, THEY'RE IN TROUBLE.
[Tires squealing, whirring, the music stops]
Mojo returns to the tree.
Mojo asks, FILO, FABIO, ARE YOU OKAY UP THERE?
Filo replies, I'M MOSTLY FINE.
Fabio says, WE COULD USE SOME HELP GETTING DOWN, THOUGH.
Bo says, MOJO, THEY NEED OUR HELP.
Mojo asks, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE RACE? THE TROPHY? WE'RE IN THE LEAD.
Bo says, NO TROPHY'S WORTH LETTING DOWN YOUR FRIENDS.
[Soft music plays]
Mojo says, OKAY, BO, BUT LET'S BE QUICK.
[Banging, Fabio exclaiming]
The tree shakes as Mojo backs into it repeatedly.
Fabio says, CAREFUL. OW!
Bo says, ONE MORE PUSH.
[Engine revving, banging, Filo and Fabio shouting, thudding]
Filo falls out of the tree.
Filo says, OOF. THANKS, MOJO AND—
[Engines rumbling]
Tao and Ted race past on the road.
Bo says, THERE GO THE OTHERS. WE'D BETTER GET OUR SKATES ON.
[Tires squealing, rock music plays]
Filo and Fabio watch Mojo drive onto the road.
Mojo says, MOJO IS GO-GO!
[Motor rumbling]
Mojo and Bo pass Ted and Nori.
Mojo says, COMING THROUGH.
Bo says, THERE'S TAO, UP AHEAD.
[Scooter zooming, motor rumbling]
Mojo drives behind Tao.
Mojo says, WE CAN CATCH HIM.
Tao says, OH-HO. NO CHANCE, MOJO AND BO.
Bo says, HE'S HEADING FOR THE HILLS.
[Thumping, whirring, rock music continues, tires screeching]
They crest a hill with Tao in the lead. Tao drifts around corners on a winding road, blocking Mojo.
Bo says, HE'S TOO QUICK THROUGH THOSE CORNERS. WE'LL HAVE TO PASS HIM ON THE STRAIGHTS.
[Clicking, engine revving]
Bo pulls a lever.
Bo says, NOW MOJO, NOW!
Mojo speeds past Tao.
Bo shouts, TIRE BURN, MOJO!
Tao says, HUH. WHAT? RIGHT. TIME TO GO TAO-TACULAR.
[Beeping, whooshing]
Tao pushes a red button, and fire blasts out of the back of his scooter.
Tao shouts, WHOA!
Bo shouts, CAREFUL, TAO. THERE'S A TURN UP AHEAD.
Tao shouts, I CAN'T STOP! WHOA!
[Whooshing, screaming, tense music plays]
Tao misses the turn and drives up a curving, ramp-like hill. Mojo and Bo stop and watch as Tao flies into the air, stops, and then falls.
Tao says, TAO'S GOING DOWN.
[Slide whistle]
Bo says, WE'VE GOT TO CATCH HIM.
Mojo says, WHAT ABOUT THE RACE? THE WIN?
[Engine revving]
Ted drives past Mojo.
Mojo says, SEE? WE'RE FALLING BEHIND.
Bo says, MOJO, NO TROPHY'S WORTH LETTING DOWN A FRIEND.
[Tao screaming, slide whistle, engine revving, rock music plays]
Tao and the scooter fall. Mojo drives up the ramp-like hill and flies into the air.
Mojo says, OKAY, BO. LET'S DO THIS.
Bo says, NOW, MOJO!
[Boinging, grunting]
Mojo opens their roof, and the seat rises in the air on a giant spring. Tao lands on the seat next to Bo.
Bo says, GOTCHA.
Tao says, OH.
[Thumping, tires squealing]
Dirt flies as Mojo lands on the hill and skids onto the road. Tao stumbles out of Mojo.
Tao says, WHOA! THANKS, YOU TWO.
[Engine revving, rocks clattering]
Mojo turns and sprays rocks at Tao.
Mojo says, THAT'S OKAY, TAO. BUT WE GOT TO GO BACK TO THE RACE.
[Slide whistle, thumping]
Tao waves and his scooter lands nearby on the ground.
Tao says, OH. UGH. SEE YOU, GUYS.
[Footsteps running, rattling, squeaking]
Tao picks up his scooter, sits on it, and walks forward with his feet on the ground.
[Mud splashing, tense music plays, engine sputtering]
In a forest, Didi drives through a mud puddle.
Jackson asks, DIDI, ARE YOU SURE THIS IS A SHORTCUT? I THINK WE'RE LOST.
Didi says, 'COURSE I AM. WE'LL BE THERE ANY MINUTE. NO!
[Splashing]
Didi sinks into a giant mud puddle.
Didi says, OH.
Jackson asks, DID YOU KNOW IT WOULD BE THIS MUDDY?
[Mud bubbling, tense music continues]
Didi says, I'VE SEEN WORSE.
Jackson shouts, WE'RE SINKING! FELIX, GO GET HELP.
[Felix snorting, mud squelching, splashing]
Felix jumps into the mud and sinks, with just his tail poking above the surface. He walks out of the other side of the puddle and shakes off the mud.
[Upbeat music plays, tires screeching, engine humming]
On a winding road, Ted turns a corner.
Nori says, HEY, TED! WE'RE FINALLY IN THE LEAD.
Ted says, HOLD UP.
[Brakes squealing]
At a bus stop, Preston holds out his arm, and Ted stops.
Nori says, HELLO. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
[Door whooshing]
Ted opens his door, and Preston boards the bus.
Ted says, THIS IS A BUS STOP. I AM A BUS. ON YOU GET, PRESTON. NEXT STOP, FINISH LINE.
[Rock music plays, engine rumbling]
Mojo and Bo drive past Ted.
Bo and Mojo say, HI, TED.
Nori and Ted say, WHOA!
Bo and Mojo say, BYE, TED.
Bo says, THERE IT IS. THE FINISH LINE AT JACKSON'S FARM.
Mojo says, THAT BIG SHINY TROPHY IS OURS!
[Felix snorting]
At the side of the road, Felix waves his leg.
Mojo and Bo say, FELIX?
[Brakes squealing, Felix’s footsteps pattering]
Mojo stops, and Felix walks onto the road and stands in front of them.
Bo asks, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE? WHERE'S JACKSON AND DIDI?
[Felix snorting, grunting, legs whooshing, upbeat music plays]
Felix walks in circles, stops, and waves his legs.
Mojo asks, UH, WHAT'S HE SAYING, BO?
Bo says, I DON'T KNOW. I DON'T SPEAK PIG.
[Felix snorting, dramatic music plays, mud bubbling]
Felix rolls his eyes and points at Didi sinking in the mud.
Jackson shouts, HELP! WE'RE SINKING.
Bo says, JACKSON AND DIDI ARE IN TROUBLE.
[Felix snorting, tense music plays]
Mojo says, BUT WE'RE SO CLOSE. THE FINISH LINE IS RIGHT THERE, AND THAT BIG SHINY TROPHY.
Bo says, WE CAN'T LEAVE THEM THERE LIKE THAT.
Mojo says, YOU'RE RIGHT, BO.
[Majestic music plays]
Mojo says, NO TROPHY IS WORTH LETTING DOWN YOUR FRIENDS.
Bo says, THAT MEANS IT'S TIME FOR...
Bo and Mojo say, A HOT SWOP.
[Rock music plays, clanking, whirring, clicking]
In the Swop Shop Headquarters, Bo pushes buttons on the controller, and mechanical arms lower the crane top on Mojo’s roof. Bo jumps into Mojo’s cab and fastens his seatbelt. The garage door opens, and Mojo drives out.
Bo and Mojo shout, CRANE TOP!
[Tires screeching, upbeat music plays]
In the forest, Mojo skids to a stop and turns their crane towards Didi and Jackson.
Jackson says, MOJO, BO! THANKS FOR COMING TO HELP.
[Whirring]
The crane clamps onto Didi.
Bo says, DON'T WORRY, JACKSON AND DIDI. WE'LL GET YOU OUT OF THERE. RIGHT, MOJO. PULL.
[Mojo grunting]
In the mud, Didi’s mouth sinks below the surface.
Muffled, Didi says, YOU MIGHT WANT TO PULL A BIT HARDER. I'M STILL SINKING.
Bo says, GIVE IT SOME WELLY.
[Thumping]
Jackson pats Didi.
Jackson says, COME ON, DIDI. LET'S DO THIS.
Muffled, Didi says, ALL RIGHT, JACKSON.
[Mojo grunting, mud splashing]
In the mud, Didi’s wheels spin.
Jackson says, THAT'S IT. OH. KEEP GOING. ALMOST THERE. GREAT!
[Mud splashing, thumping, grunting]
Mojo pulls Didi out of the mud.
Didi says, WELL, THAT WAS A BIT OF A STICKY SITUATION.
[Jackson laughing]
Jackson says, GOOD ONE.
[Felix snorting]
Mojo says, OH, NO. THE OTHERS.
[Engines rumbling, sad music plays]
Filo, Tao, and Ted race by on the road.
Bo says, I GUESS THAT'S THE RACE OVER.
Mojo says, AND I REALLY WANTED TO WIN THAT BIG SHINY TROPHY.
[Door opening, slamming]
Mojo opens their door, and Bo climbs in.
Bo says, WE CAN STILL CROSS THE FINISH LINE, THOUGH.
[Engine rumbling, tires screeching, soft music plays]
Mojo drives to the farm, and they cross the finish line.
Mojo says, THERE'S NO ONE HERE.
[Door slamming, Bo’s footsteps pattering]
Bo hops out of Mojo.
Bo asks, I WONDER WHO DID WIN THE TROPHY.
[Cheering, upbeat music plays]
The townspeople and other racers stand on the other side of the finish line.
Through the megaphone, Mayor Sunita says, CONGRATULATIONS! YOU'RE THE FIRST TO CROSS THE FINISH LINE.
Fabio says, NO TROPHY'S WORTH LETTING DOWN A FRIEND.
[Scooter squeaking]
Tao says, AND YOU DIDN'T LET US DOWN.
[Didi’s engine sputtering]
Didi, Felix, and Jackson arrive.
Jackson says, THANKS, MOJO AND BO. HELPING US REALLY IS WHAT YOU DO.
Mayor Sunita says, CONGRATULATIONS, MOJO AND BO. AND HERE'S YOUR TROPHY!
[Chiming, applause]
Mayor Sunita presents Bo with a small, gleaming gold trophy. Bo smiles and holds it with two fingers above his head.
Mojo says, OH.
[Mojo chuckling]
Mojo says, I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BIGGER THAN THAT.
Bo says, STILL COUNTS.
[Upbeat music plays]

Bo pushes buttons on the controller, and mechanical arms remove Mojo’s tires and add a blue and white checkered rear deck fin over their trunk. Bo jumps into Mojo and fastens his seatbelt. The garage door opens, and Mojo drives out with their racer top.
Bo and Mojo say, RACER TOP!
[Crowd cheering, laughing, crowd chattering, upbeat music plays]
In town, vehicles pull up to the start line. Nori drives Ted the bus, Jackson drives his tractor, Didi, with Felix, Fabio drives Filo, and Tao rides his electric one-wheeled scooter.
Nori asks, ALL RIGHT, TED. YOU READY?
[Didi sputtering]
Jackson says, IT'S GOING TO BE FUN.
[Filo revving their engine]
Tao says, THIS IS GOING TO BE TAO-TASTIC.
[Engine revving]
Fabio says, PIECE OF CAKE.
[Tires squealing]
Mojo drives to the start line.
Bo says, MOJO SWOPTOPS. RACING YOU IS WHAT WE DO.
Mojo says, AND TODAY, WE'RE HERE TO WIN.
[Megaphone feedback]
Mayor Sunita carries a black and white checkered flag and a megaphone.
Through the megaphone, Mayor Sunita says, RACERS, THE SPEED SCRAMBLE IS A RACE ACROSS SWOPPITON. THERE'S A SHINY TROPHY WAITING FOR WHOEVER GETS TO JACKSON'S FARM FIRST.
[Felix snorting]
Through the megaphone, Mayor Sunita asks, EVERYBODY READY?
[Engines revving, tires squealing, tense music plays]
Through the megaphone, Mayor Sunita says, THREE, TWO, ONE. GO!
[Someone laughing, rock music plays, tires squealing]
The racers speed down the road. Jackson follows behind them, driving Didi. The other vehicles turn a corner with Mojo in the lead.
Someone cheers, WOO-WOO-WOO!
[Racers cheering, laughing, rock music continues, engines rumbling]
Mojo drives in the lead with Tao, Filo, and Ted behind them. Jackson, Felix, and Didi fall further behind.
[Didi sputtering, the music stops]
Didi turns a corner.
Jackson says, AH, THEY'RE TOO FAST, DIDI.
Didi says, DON'T WORRY. I KNOW A SHORTCUT.
[Laughing, rock music plays, engines rumbling, zooming]
The vehicles drive across a bridge and beside a river.
Fabio says, NOW, FILO.
[Engine humming]
Filo passes Mojo and takes the lead.
Bo says, NOT SO FAST, FABIO.
Fabio says, NOT TODAY, BO AND MOJO.
[Tires squealing, Bo laughing]
Filo swerves and blocks Mojo, and Mojo drives around them. Mojo drives towards a road barrier.
Bo says, MOJO, UP AHEAD! THE ROAD'S BLOCKED.
Mojo says, IT'S ALL RIGHT. WE CAN GO OFF-ROAD. HERE WE GO.
[Tires squealing, engines humming, rock music continues]
Mojo turns onto a dirt road. On the other side of the barrier, a stack of bricks has two planks of wood leaning against it.
Filo says, NOW'S OUR CHANCE. STRAIGHT OVER!
[Thumping]
Filo drives through the barrier, up the wooden planks, and flies over the bricks.
Filo cheers, WA-HEY!
They fly over Mojo and Bo.
Fabio says, HEY, HEY! FABIO AND FILO TAKE THE LEAD. NOTHING CAN STOP US. HUH?
[Fabio shouting, leaves rustling, engine revving, brakes squealing, Bo gasping, tense music plays]
Filo lands on top of a tree, and Mojo drives past. Mojo stops, and Bo looks out the window.
Bo says, THEY'RE IN TROUBLE.
[Tires squealing, whirring, the music stops]
Mojo returns to the tree.
Mojo asks, FILO, FABIO, ARE YOU OKAY UP THERE?
Filo replies, I'M MOSTLY FINE.
Fabio says, WE COULD USE SOME HELP GETTING DOWN, THOUGH.
Bo says, MOJO, THEY NEED OUR HELP.
Mojo asks, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE RACE? THE TROPHY? WE'RE IN THE LEAD.
Bo says, NO TROPHY'S WORTH LETTING DOWN YOUR FRIENDS.
[Soft music plays]
Mojo says, OKAY, BO, BUT LET'S BE QUICK.
[Banging, Fabio exclaiming]
The tree shakes as Mojo backs into it repeatedly.
Fabio says, CAREFUL. OW!
Bo says, ONE MORE PUSH.
[Engine revving, banging, Filo and Fabio shouting, thudding]
Filo falls out of the tree.
Filo says, OOF. THANKS, MOJO AND—
[Engines rumbling]
Tao and Ted race past on the road.
Bo says, THERE GO THE OTHERS. WE'D BETTER GET OUR SKATES ON.
[Tires squealing, rock music plays]
Filo and Fabio watch Mojo drive onto the road.
Mojo says, MOJO IS GO-GO!
[Motor rumbling]
Mojo and Bo pass Ted and Nori.
Mojo says, COMING THROUGH.
Bo says, THERE'S TAO, UP AHEAD.
[Scooter zooming, motor rumbling]
Mojo drives behind Tao.
Mojo says, WE CAN CATCH HIM.
Tao says, OH-HO. NO CHANCE, MOJO AND BO.
Bo says, HE'S HEADING FOR THE HILLS.
[Thumping, whirring, rock music continues, tires screeching]
They crest a hill with Tao in the lead. Tao drifts around corners on a winding road, blocking Mojo.
Bo says, HE'S TOO QUICK THROUGH THOSE CORNERS. WE'LL HAVE TO PASS HIM ON THE STRAIGHTS.
[Clicking, engine revving]
Bo pulls a lever.
Bo says, NOW MOJO, NOW!
Mojo speeds past Tao.
Bo shouts, TIRE BURN, MOJO!
Tao says, HUH. WHAT? RIGHT. TIME TO GO TAO-TACULAR.
[Beeping, whooshing]
Tao pushes a red button, and fire blasts out of the back of his scooter.
Tao shouts, WHOA!
Bo shouts, CAREFUL, TAO. THERE'S A TURN UP AHEAD.
Tao shouts, I CAN'T STOP! WHOA!
[Whooshing, screaming, tense music plays]
Tao misses the turn and drives up a curving, ramp-like hill. Mojo and Bo stop and watch as Tao flies into the air, stops, and then falls.
Tao says, TAO'S GOING DOWN.
[Slide whistle]
Bo says, WE'VE GOT TO CATCH HIM.
Mojo says, WHAT ABOUT THE RACE? THE WIN?
[Engine revving]
Ted drives past Mojo.
Mojo says, SEE? WE'RE FALLING BEHIND.
Bo says, MOJO, NO TROPHY'S WORTH LETTING DOWN A FRIEND.
[Tao screaming, slide whistle, engine revving, rock music plays]
Tao and the scooter fall. Mojo drives up the ramp-like hill and flies into the air.
Mojo says, OKAY, BO. LET'S DO THIS.
Bo says, NOW, MOJO!
[Boinging, grunting]
Mojo opens their roof, and the seat rises in the air on a giant spring. Tao lands on the seat next to Bo.
Bo says, GOTCHA.
Tao says, OH.
[Thumping, tires squealing]
Dirt flies as Mojo lands on the hill and skids onto the road. Tao stumbles out of Mojo.
Tao says, WHOA! THANKS, YOU TWO.
[Engine revving, rocks clattering]
Mojo turns and sprays rocks at Tao.
Mojo says, THAT'S OKAY, TAO. BUT WE GOT TO GO BACK TO THE RACE.
[Slide whistle, thumping]
Tao waves and his scooter lands nearby on the ground.
Tao says, OH. UGH. SEE YOU, GUYS.
[Footsteps running, rattling, squeaking]
Tao picks up his scooter, sits on it, and walks forward with his feet on the ground.
[Mud splashing, tense music plays, engine sputtering]
In a forest, Didi drives through a mud puddle.
Jackson asks, DIDI, ARE YOU SURE THIS IS A SHORTCUT? I THINK WE'RE LOST.
Didi says, 'COURSE I AM. WE'LL BE THERE ANY MINUTE. NO!
[Splashing]
Didi sinks into a giant mud puddle.
Didi says, OH.
Jackson asks, DID YOU KNOW IT WOULD BE THIS MUDDY?
[Mud bubbling, tense music continues]
Didi says, I'VE SEEN WORSE.
Jackson shouts, WE'RE SINKING! FELIX, GO GET HELP.
[Felix snorting, mud squelching, splashing]
Felix jumps into the mud and sinks, with just his tail poking above the surface. He walks out of the other side of the puddle and shakes off the mud.
[Upbeat music plays, tires screeching, engine humming]
On a winding road, Ted turns a corner.
Nori says, HEY, TED! WE'RE FINALLY IN THE LEAD.
Ted says, HOLD UP.
[Brakes squealing]
At a bus stop, Preston holds out his arm, and Ted stops.
Nori says, HELLO. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
[Door whooshing]
Ted opens his door, and Preston boards the bus.
Ted says, THIS IS A BUS STOP. I AM A BUS. ON YOU GET, PRESTON. NEXT STOP, FINISH LINE.
[Rock music plays, engine rumbling]
Mojo and Bo drive past Ted.
Bo and Mojo say, HI, TED.
Nori and Ted say, WHOA!
Bo and Mojo say, BYE, TED.
Bo says, THERE IT IS. THE FINISH LINE AT JACKSON'S FARM.
Mojo says, THAT BIG SHINY TROPHY IS OURS!
[Felix snorting]
At the side of the road, Felix waves his leg.
Mojo and Bo say, FELIX?
[Brakes squealing, Felix’s footsteps pattering]
Mojo stops, and Felix walks onto the road and stands in front of them.
Bo asks, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE? WHERE'S JACKSON AND DIDI?
[Felix snorting, grunting, legs whooshing, upbeat music plays]
Felix walks in circles, stops, and waves his legs.
Mojo asks, UH, WHAT'S HE SAYING, BO?
Bo says, I DON'T KNOW. I DON'T SPEAK PIG.
[Felix snorting, dramatic music plays, mud bubbling]
Felix rolls his eyes and points at Didi sinking in the mud.
Jackson shouts, HELP! WE'RE SINKING.
Bo says, JACKSON AND DIDI ARE IN TROUBLE.
[Felix snorting, tense music plays]
Mojo says, BUT WE'RE SO CLOSE. THE FINISH LINE IS RIGHT THERE, AND THAT BIG SHINY TROPHY.
Bo says, WE CAN'T LEAVE THEM THERE LIKE THAT.
Mojo says, YOU'RE RIGHT, BO.
[Majestic music plays]
Mojo says, NO TROPHY IS WORTH LETTING DOWN YOUR FRIENDS.
Bo says, THAT MEANS IT'S TIME FOR...
Bo and Mojo say, A HOT SWOP.
[Rock music plays, clanking, whirring, clicking]
In the Swop Shop Headquarters, Bo pushes buttons on the controller, and mechanical arms lower the crane top on Mojo’s roof. Bo jumps into Mojo’s cab and fastens his seatbelt. The garage door opens, and Mojo drives out.
Bo and Mojo shout, CRANE TOP!
[Tires screeching, upbeat music plays]
In the forest, Mojo skids to a stop and turns their crane towards Didi and Jackson.
Jackson says, MOJO, BO! THANKS FOR COMING TO HELP.
[Whirring]
The crane clamps onto Didi.
Bo says, DON'T WORRY, JACKSON AND DIDI. WE'LL GET YOU OUT OF THERE. RIGHT, MOJO. PULL.
[Mojo grunting]
In the mud, Didi’s mouth sinks below the surface.
Muffled, Didi says, YOU MIGHT WANT TO PULL A BIT HARDER. I'M STILL SINKING.
Bo says, GIVE IT SOME WELLY.
[Thumping]
Jackson pats Didi.
Jackson says, COME ON, DIDI. LET'S DO THIS.
Muffled, Didi says, ALL RIGHT, JACKSON.
[Mojo grunting, mud splashing]
In the mud, Didi’s wheels spin.
Jackson says, THAT'S IT. OH. KEEP GOING. ALMOST THERE. GREAT!
[Mud splashing, thumping, grunting]
Mojo pulls Didi out of the mud.
Didi says, WELL, THAT WAS A BIT OF A STICKY SITUATION.
[Jackson laughing]
Jackson says, GOOD ONE.
[Felix snorting]
Mojo says, OH, NO. THE OTHERS.
[Engines rumbling, sad music plays]
Filo, Tao, and Ted race by on the road.
Bo says, I GUESS THAT'S THE RACE OVER.
Mojo says, AND I REALLY WANTED TO WIN THAT BIG SHINY TROPHY.
[Door opening, slamming]
Mojo opens their door, and Bo climbs in.
Bo says, WE CAN STILL CROSS THE FINISH LINE, THOUGH.
[Engine rumbling, tires screeching, soft music plays]
Mojo drives to the farm, and they cross the finish line.
Mojo says, THERE'S NO ONE HERE.
[Door slamming, Bo’s footsteps pattering]
Bo hops out of Mojo.
Bo asks, I WONDER WHO DID WIN THE TROPHY.
[Cheering, upbeat music plays]
The townspeople and other racers stand on the other side of the finish line.
Through the megaphone, Mayor Sunita says, CONGRATULATIONS! YOU'RE THE FIRST TO CROSS THE FINISH LINE.
Fabio says, NO TROPHY'S WORTH LETTING DOWN A FRIEND.
[Scooter squeaking]
Tao says, AND YOU DIDN'T LET US DOWN.
[Didi’s engine sputtering]
Didi, Felix, and Jackson arrive.
Jackson says, THANKS, MOJO AND BO. HELPING US REALLY IS WHAT YOU DO.
Mayor Sunita says, CONGRATULATIONS, MOJO AND BO. AND HERE'S YOUR TROPHY!
[Chiming, applause]
Mayor Sunita presents Bo with a small, gleaming gold trophy. Bo smiles and holds it with two fingers above his head.
Mojo says, OH.
[Mojo chuckling]
Mojo says, I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BIGGER THAN THAT.
Bo says, STILL COUNTS.
[Upbeat music plays]
Singers sing, MOJO. SWOPTOPS. MOJO. SWOPTOPS. MOJO. SWOPTOPS.
