Descriptive Transcript

[Rock music plays]

DESCRIPTION: In an animation, Bo pushes levers and buttons on a controller in the Swop Shop Headquarters. He wears a green hat over his curly, short brown hair. Mojo, a blue vehicle, swaps from an airplane to a firetruck to a bulldozer with a crane on the back. They then swap to a truck with a wrecking ball and spin in a circle.

[Song] Jet top, fire top, dozer top, dig it up. Crane with a wrecking ball, you know they'll answer any call. Jumper top, monster top, turn it on, swop it up. Mojo and Bo to the Swop Shop, let's go.

DESCRIPTION: The headquarters garage door opens, and Bo drives Mojo to the road.

[Song] Mojo. Swoptop. Swop your top, and let's go. Together we can make it all right.

DESCRIPTION: On the road, Mojo swaps between different types of vehicles.

[Song] Mojo. Swoptop. Swop your top, and let's go. It's you and me; we're outta sight.

DESCRIPTION: Mojo zooms on the water. On the road, they drive with a ramp to a dump bed lowered, and scooter riders slide into the back of the truck. In a forest, Bo stands on a cherry picker and lifts a pig from a tree. Mojo swaps to a helicopter and a monster truck.

[Song] Boat top, dumper top, race it fast, rev it up. Cherry picker, oh-so tall. You know they'll answer any call. Chopper top, monster top, turn it on, rev it up. Mojo and Bo to the rescue. Let's go! Mojo Swoptops. Swop your top, and let's go.

[Stately classical music plays, bell rings, engine whirrs]

DESCRIPTION: In the Swopshop, Bo tucks a napkin into his shirt collar and rings a small bell. He sits at a table beside a siren mounted on the wall.

MOJO, IMITATING AN ENGLISH ACCENT: Oh, good morning, Mr. Sir! Breakfast is served.

[Plate scrapes]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo turns, and a plate with bacon and eggs slides onto the table in front of Bo. The two eggs resemble eyes, and the slice of bacon is curved like a smile.

BO, IMITATING AN ENGLISH ACCENT: Why thank you, Mr. Sir!

MOJO, IMITATING AN ENGLISH ACCENT: Is everything to Sir's liking?

BO, IMITATING AN ENGLISH ACCENT: Oh-ho! My favourite: Eggs à la face.

[Siren blares, food squelches, plate clunks, button clicks, beep, static hisses]

DESCRIPTION: The siren blows the table away, and the plate hits Bo’s face. The plate falls, and the eggs cover Bo’s eyes, and the bacon covers his mouth, curving downward. Bo pushes the button on the control panel, and Jackson appears. Bo wipes his face with a cloth.

BO, MUFFLED: Mojo's Swopshop!

DESCRIPTION: Bo pulls the cloth away from his face.

MOJO: Helping you is what we do!

BOTH: Hi, Jackson!

JACKSON: Good morning, Mojo and Bo! Hey, you remember my prize chicken, Ludwig?

[Ludwig clucks]

DESCRIPTION: A large blue bird with a striped beak, who is almost as tall as Jackson, appears.

MOJO: Yep! We remember him because he is not a chicken.

[Ludwig clucks, jump boings]

DESCRIPTION: Behind Jackson, Ludwig lies on a nest on top of a haybale.

JACKSON: Oh, really? Anyway, apparently it's egg-laying time, but Ludwig's not happy. Especially since he squashed a chicken coop!

[Ludwig clucks]

BO: Seriously, Jackson, I don't think he's a chicken.

MOJO: I don't think he's a he either.

[Horn blares]

MOJO AND BO: Whoa!

[Upbeat music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Preston appears on a split screen with Jackson. He holds a paintbrush.

PRESTON: Good morning, everybody! I'm calling to inform you that my new shed is ready to receive Ludwig. Fresh straw, new paint, the perfect place for laying an egg..if you can get here in time.

BO: Jackson...

MOJO: Preston...

BO AND MOJO: We're on our way!

[Button clicks, upbeat music plays, chimes, whirr, whoosh]

DESCRIPTION: Bo pushes the button on the control panel. An opening in the ceiling closes, and Bo picks up his controller. Bo picks up his controller, and he and Mojo look at the computer screen. The jet top appears.

MOJO: Okay, that's one big bird, so we need something big.

[Whoosh, beep]

DESCRIPTION: The dumper top appears.

MOJO: Oh! The dumper top!

BO: Ludwig's big, but she's not that big! And besides, a chicken thing who's about to lay an egg needs something speedy.

[Beep, whoosh]

DESCRIPTION: The racer top appears.

MOJO: No, there's no place for the nest. No way! We need big and speedy!

BO: Well, in that case, I've got an egg-cellent idea.

[Mojo giggles, beep]

DESCRIPTION: Bo pushes the button on his controller.

[Both gasp]

BO AND MOJO: It's time to...swop that top!

[Rock music plays, tires screech, clank, whirr, seatbelt clicks]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo drives onto a platform and rises on a vehicle lift. Bo pushes buttons on the controller, and mechanical arms remove Mojo’s tires. A mechanical arm lowers spotlights onto Mojo. Bo jumps into Mojo and fastens his seatbelt. The garage door opens, and Mojo drives out with the monster top.

BO AND MOJO: Monster top!

[Rumbling, water splashes, ominous music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Part of a bridge crumbles and falls into the river below.

BO: Oh, good, they fixed the bridge! It fell down again last week, and twice the week before that!

MOJO: I'm sure it won't fall down this time!

[Click, tires whirr, exciting music plays, tires screech, water gurgles]

DESCRIPTION: Bo pulls a lever and steps on the gas pedal. Mojo drives over the bridge and stops. They both look back at the flowing river.

MOJO: See?! The bridge is fine!

[Tires squeal, ominous music, rumbling, water splashes]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo drives around the corner of a hill. Behind them, the bridge crumbles and falls into the river.

[Tires screech, upbeat music plays, door clicks, slams, the music stops]

DESCRIPTION: At Jackson’s farm, Mojo and Bo stop in front of the house. Ludwig lies on the nest on the haybale, and Jackson stands nearby.

MOJO: We're here!

BO: 'Morning, Ludwig!

[Ludwig clucks, wings flap]

DESCRIPTION: Ludwig picks up the nest and flies to Mojo.

BO: Oh, okay.

[Clunk, Ludwig mutters, clucks]

DESCRIPTION: Ludwig puts the nest in Mojo’s truck bed and settles on it.

BO: Wow, it looks like Ludwig is really ready to lay that egg.

JACKSON: Huh, absolutely. It could be any minute. So whatever you do, do not let her get over-egg-cited.

BO: It's okay, Jackson! We've got that covered.

[Snap, Ludwig squawks, upbeat music plays, door slams]

DESCRIPTION: Bo covers Ludwig’s eyes with earmuffs and hops into Mojo’s cab.

MOJO: Don't worry! We don't even like excitement.

[Bo scoffs]

BO: Ha, no way.

[Click, tires squeal, mud splashes, upbeat music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Bo pulls a lever, and Mojo drives away, splashing mud on Jackson.

BO: See you at Preston's shed!

MOJO: Bo! How's our passenger doing?

BO: So far, so good. Mojo, this job's almost too easy.

[Both scream, tires squeal, dramatic music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo stops, and they both look at the broken bridge.

MOJO: Aw... How are we going to get Ludwig to Preston's chicken shed without a bridge?

[Bo scoffs]

BO: You don't need a bridge to cross a river. I'm sure we'll think of something.

[Ludwig clucks]

MOJO: Bo, good buddy, it looks like it's time for some rock hopping.

[Click, tires squeal, upbeat music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Bo pulls a lever, and Mojo drives forward.

BOTH: Mojo is go-go!

[Mojo grunts, thuds, giggles, cheers, rocks clatter]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo drives up the broken bridge and jumps to a column.

BO: Good one, Mojo! That's one! Two down. Let's go! Ha!

[Screams, water gurgles]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo jumps towards the next column and misses, falling between the two columns. They put their wheels out and hold themselves over the flowing river.

BO: Well, uh, this is relaxing. Ha, nothing to get excited about, eh, Ludwig?

[Ludwig clucks, gentle music notes play]

MOJO: Hang on, Bo! I've got an idea.

[Mojo grunts]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo pushes against the columns and walks up to the top.

BO: Uh... Uh...

[Mojo creaks, Bo screams, tires screech]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo pushes against a column and launches themselves back to the road before the bridge.

BO: Ow-ow! Hoo-hoo. Ah! Uh, okay... Uh, so at least that wasn't exciting.

[Ludwig clucks]

MOJO: Okay, Bo, we're going to need a new plan.

BO: Hm...

[Suspenseful music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Bo looks at the broken bridge, the river, and a tall pine tree.

BO: Hang on, Mojo! This time I've got a brilliant idea!

[Ludwig clucks, exciting music plays, whoosh]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo backs up to the pine tree. Bo grabs a rope tied to a reel by Mojo’s bumper, climbs up the pine tree, and lassos the top.

BO: Okay, Mojo, now pull!

[Engine rumbles, tree creaks, door slams]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo drives forward, pulling the top of the tree and Bo towards the ground. Bo jumps into Mojo’s cab, and Mojo smiles broadly.

BO: So, Mojo, are you ready to try the ancient art of catapult-eering?

[Clank]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo stands over the top of the tree.

MOJO: Absolutely! It's how trucks used to cross rivers before bridges were invented!

BO: In that case...

MOJO: We're gonna get—

[Tree boings, both scream, slide whistle, tree creaks, thump]

DESCRIPTION: The pine tree straightens, flinging Mojo over the river. The tree, still lassoed, bends over the river as Mojo lands on the riverbank.

[Both laugh]

BO: We made it!

[Both laugh, tree creaks, snap]

DESCRIPTION: The tree straightens.

MOJO: Uh-oh!

BO: Whoa....

[Water splashes]

DESCRIPTION: The rope drags Mojo back across the river.

BO: Whoa...!

[Thump]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo lands on the riverbank in front of the tree.

MOJO: Ugh!

[Mojo spits, fish squelches, Ludwig clucks, Mojo sighs]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo spits out a fish, which flips towards the water. Mojo drives up to the edge of the bridge ramp, and Bo stands beside them.

MOJO: That's a no, Bo. Maybe there's no way across.

BO: Well, Ludwig can't lay her egg here! We must have something that will help.

[Rustling]

DESCRIPTION: Bo leans through Mojo’s window and takes out a toolbox.

BO: Toolbox.

[Whoosh, thunk, notes strum, bear squeaks]

DESCRIPTION: Bo throws the toolbox, then takes out a banjo, a traffic cone, and a teddy bear. He throws each to the side.

BO: Banjo. Cone. Teddy. Ah-ha!

[Bo grunts, rubber band stretches, thump]

DESCRIPTION: Bo pulls a rubber band as big as he is out of Mojo’s cab and falls by a tree. He loops the rubber band around the tree.

BO: Oh, Mojo, look! New plan. This is gonna be awesome!

[Ludwig clucks]

BO: Awesomely, uh...calm and relaxing?

[Dramatic music plays, whoosh, lever clicks, tires squeal, band creaks, tires squeal]

DESCRIPTION: Bo stretches the rubber band across the road between two trees. Mojo backs the band, Bo jumps into their cab and pulls a lever. Mojo reverses, stretching the rubber band.

BO: Are you ready, good buddy?!

MOJO, STRAINING: Mojo is go-go!

[Both scream, exciting music plays, thunk, tires squeal]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo stops reversing, and the rubber band flings them to the other side of the broken bridge.

BOTH: Whoo-hoo, yeah, we did it! Yeah, we made it!

BO: That was even better than I expected!

MOJO: Yeah! I feel-- I don't know... Different. Sort of lighter, somehow.

BO: How are you, Ludwig?!

[Bo laughs, dramatic music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Bo looks at the empty truck bed.

[Dramatic music plays]

BO: Ludwig?

[Dramatic music plays, Ludwig clucks]

DESCRIPTION: Ludwig floats on her nest in the river.

[Dramatic music plays]

BO AND MOJO: Ludwig!

[Dramatic music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Ludwig floats towards a riverbend.

BO: We're going to need a half-swop!

[Rock music plays, beeps, door slams, seatbelt clicks]

DESCRIPTION: In the Swopshop, Bo pushes buttons on the controller, and two propellers slowly spin. A mechanical arm lowers and attaches search lights to Mojo’s top. Bo jumps into Mojo and fastens his seatbelt. The garage door opens, and Mojo jumps onto the lake, landing on their two attached floats.

BO AND MOJO: Boat top!

[Ludwig clucks, dramatic music plays, engine rumbles]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo chases Ludwig on the river. Ludwig floats around a rock.

BO: Rocks on the right!


DESCRIPTION: Mojo steers around the rocks.

BO: Rocks on the left!

[Ludwig clucks, seagull cries]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo steers around the rocks. A seagull perched on a big rock watches them pass.

MOJO: Sand bank, straight ahead!

[Engine hums, water splashes, exciting music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo jumps over a small sandbank in the middle of the river.

BO: Don't worry, Ludwig, we've got you!

[Bo grunts]

DESCRIPTION: Bo puts on a helmet and steps onto a float. He stretches his right leg out and steps on the nest.

MOJO: Look out!

[Bo grunts]

DESCRIPTION: Bot lets go of the nest, and Mojo swerves around a rock.

[Bo grunts]

DESCRIPTION: Bo grabs the nest with his hand and pulls it closer, then lets go.

BO: It's no use! She's just too heavy!

MOJO: Bo! Get in!

DESCRIPTION: Bo crawls through the window into the cab.

MOJO: Hold on! I have an idea...!

[Thunk, water splashes, tense music plays, water gurgles]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo jumps over a sandbank in the middle of the river and dives beneath the water on the other side.

[Triumphant music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo surfaces beneath Ludwig and lifts her on their rear spoiler. Bo spits out water.

[Bo spits, cheers, engine hums]

BO: Woo-hoo! Good one, Mojo! I would've never thought of that!

MOJO: What? What did you say?

BO: I said... "Good one, Mojo!"

MOJO: What? Sorry, Bo. I can't hear you! That waterfall is too loud.

[Water rushes, dramatic music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Mojo floats towards a waterfall.

BO AND MOJO: Waterfall!

[Tense music plays]

BO SHOUTS: Reverse...!

[Click, motor hums]

DESCRIPTION: Bo pulls a lever.

MOJO: I can't! The river's too fast! I think we're gonna go over!

DESCRIPTION: Mojo turns their floats from side to side as they approach the waterfall.

MOJO: This hasn't been relaxing!

BO: We should've been being careful!

BOTH: We're sorry, Ludwig!

[Flapping, Ludwig squawks, Mojo and Bo scream, whoosh, water rushes, triumphant music plays]

DESCRIPTION: Ludwig shakes off the earmuffs and looks at the waterfall. Mojo falls over the edge and reappears as Ludwig carries Mojo towards the shore.

BO AND MOJO CHEER: Hooray! Yay!

BO: Oh, Ludwig! You are full of surprises.

MOJO: Surprises, and egg!

[Ludwig clucks, Mojo and Bo imitate Ludwig]

DESCRIPTION: Ludwig carries Bo and Mojo away from the river.

[Hammer bangs, brush scrapes]

DESCRIPTION: In Preston’s yard, Jackson kneels beside the shed and hammers in a nail. Preston paints the side of the shed brown.

PRESTON: Oh, I do hope Mojo and Bo get here in time!

[Ludwig clucks]

DESCRIPTION: Ludwig arrives, carrying Mojo.

JACKSON: Eh...?! That sounded like... Ludwig!

[Jackson gasps, Ludwig clucks, slide whistle]

PRESTON SHOUTS: Ah!

[Crash, Preston groans]

DESCRIPTION: Ludwig drops Mojo on the shed, crushing it.

MOJO: We made it!

BO: Yeah-ha! Don't worry, there's no egg yet!

[Ludwig clucks, plop]

JACKSON: Huh!

[Thump]

DESCRIPTION: Bo catches a large, pale, spotted purple egg.

MOJO: Aw, Ludwig. He looks just like you.

[Upbeat music plays, Ludwig clucks]

[Song] Mojo. Swoptops. Mojo. Swoptops. Mojo. Swoptops.
