Descriptive Transcript
[Rock music plays]
DESCRIPTION: In an animation, Bo pushes levers and buttons on a controller in the Swop Shop Headquarters. He wears a green hat over his curly, short brown hair. Mojo, a blue vehicle, swaps from an airplane to a firetruck to a bulldozer with a crane on the back. They then swap to a truck with a wrecking ball and spin in a circle.
[Song] Jet top, fire top, dozer top, dig it up. Crane with a wrecking ball, you know they'll answer any call. Jumper top, monster top, turn it on, swop it up. Mojo and Bo to the Swop Shop, let's go.
DESCRIPTION: The headquarters garage door opens, and Bo drives Mojo to the road.
[Song] Mojo. Swoptop. Swop your top, and let's go. Together we can make it all right.
DESCRIPTION: On the road, Mojo swaps between different types of vehicles.
[Song] Mojo. Swoptop. Swop your top, and let's go. It's you and me; we're outta sight.
DESCRIPTION: Mojo zooms on the water. On the road, they drive with a ramp to a dump bed lowered, and scooter riders slide into the back of the truck. In a forest, Bo stands on a cherry picker and lifts a pig from a tree. Mojo swaps to a helicopter and a monster truck.
[Song] Boat top, dumper top, race it fast, rev it up. Cherry picker, oh-so tall. You know they'll answer any call. Chopper top, monster top, turn it on, rev it up. Mojo and Bo to the rescue. Let's go! Mojo Swoptops. Swop your top, and let's go.

[Bo laughs, grunts, rock music plays]
DESCRIPTION: In the Swopshop, Bo stretches beside Mojo.
MOJO: Are you ready, Bo? Hide and Seek training! Go!
BO: Ha!
[Footsteps patter, Bo grunts, tool cabinet, rustles, thunk]
DESCRIPTION: Bo runs to a chair and hides behind it. He hides behind a rolling tool cabinet, turns it, and then runs to a stack of tires and hides in the middle. A tire rolls away and lands beside a stack of boxes.
MOJO: And dash! And hide! And dash! And hide! And dash! And hide! And dash!
[Siren blares, boxes and tire clatter]
DESCRIPTION: The wall-mounted siren blows, knocking the boxes over. The tire rolls away. The last box opens, and Bo stands up inside.
BO: Someone's calling!
[Mojo giggles]
MOJO: Let's give them a surprise.
[Bo giggles]
BO: Yeah. Find somewhere to hide!
[Siren blares, tapping, beep]
DESCRIPTION: Bo hits the control panel around the button, then hits the button. Mayor Sunita appears on the computer screen.
MAYOR SUNITA: Morning, Mojo and B-- Oh. Bo?
[Tense music plays, Mojo and Bo laugh]
DESCRIPTION: Bo and Mojo jump out in front of the screen. Bo wears a tire around his middle.
BO AND MOJO: Boo!
[The mayor laughs]
MAYOR SUNITA: I can see you two are excited for the Hide-and-Seek competition.
MOJO: Excited and ready, Mayor Sunita.
MAYOR SUNITA: Well, don't be too long. The game starts any minute.
BO: We'll be right there!
[Footsteps patter, beep, chimes, whirr, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Bo pushes the button. An opening in the ceiling closes, and Bo picks up his controller. He and Mojo look at the computer screen, and the dozer top appears.
BO: Hmm. Which top for a Hide and Seek competition?
MOJO: What about the Dozer Top? We could dig a big hole and hide in it.
BO: Hiding in a hole all day doesn't sound very fun.
[Beep, whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: The boat top appears on the screen.
MOJO: Oh! The Boat Top! It turns invisible. You know, like when we saved those space unicorns?
[Needle scratches a record, the music stops, buttons click]
DESCRIPTION: Bo pushes buttons on the controller and looks at Mojo.
BO: Space unicorns?
MOJO: Oh. Uh, that might have been a dream.
[Rock music plays]
MOJO: Oh! What if we want to change hiding spots quickly?
[Beep]
DESCRIPTION: Bo pushes a button on the controller.
[Both gasp]
BOTH: It's time to...swop that top!
[Rock music plays, tires screech, clank, whirr, seatbelt clicks]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo drives onto a platform and rises on a vehicle lift. Bo pushes buttons on the controller, and mechanical arms remove Mojo’s tires and add a blue and white checkered rear deck fin over their trunk. Bo jumps into Mojo and fastens his seatbelt. The garage door opens, and Mojo drives out with their racer top.
BOTH: Racer Top!
[Tires squeal, door slams, the music stops]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo drives around a corner. Later, they arrive in the town square, and Bo jumps out. Nan, Dot, Preston, Filo, Jackson, Felix, Tao, and Fabio watch as Mayor Sunita stands beside a pedestal that displays a golden shield with a star on the front and a golden a hider on the back.
MAYOR SUNITA: Ah, you two are just in time. Hiders, you have until the clock strikes 12. If you haven't been found by then, the Hide and Seek Shield will be yours.
[Chimes]
DESCRIPTION: The shield gleams in the sunlight. Bo and Mojo stare at it, their pupils dilated.
BOTH: Ooh!
FABIO: Mamma mia!
TAO: Wow!
FILO: Oh!
NAN: Oh, my.
DOT: Ooh! I want that! I'm very good at hiding.
[Tense music plays]
MAYOR SUNITA: But if the seeker finds everyone before the clock strikes, then they win the prize.
PRESTON: Which they do every year.
DOT: Who's the seeker?
[Whip cracks, everyone gasps, Felix oinks, Western movie music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The shadow of the approaching seeker falls on a brick wall as they walk.
BO AND MOJO: Uh...
FABIO: They say she can find anyone anywhere!
PRESTON: Oh, we've got no chance!
[Thump, door slams, footsteps tap]
DESCRIPTION: Preston dives into Filo’s passenger seat. The seeker’s purple boots tap as they approach the town square.
[Felix oinks]
JACKSON: I heard she really does have eyes in the back of her head.
[Whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: The seeker, Nori, takes off her sunglasses. She narrows her eyes and looks at the players.
NORI: Nice day for a game of Hide and Seek. But it looks like we're one player short.
[Whip cracks, Nori chuckles]
DESCRIPTION: Nori points to the sign on Filo’s roof.
NORI: Found you.
[Sign squeaks]
DESCRIPTION: Preston turns the sign, revealing his hiding spot.
PRESTON: Oh.
[Preston chuckles sheepishly]
MOJO: Incredible!
BO: What a talent.
NORI: Well, that's the warmup over. Let's play.
[Knuckles crack]
DESCRIPTION: Nori cracks her knuckles.
MAYOR SUNITA: Seeker, begin your countdown.
NORI: Remember, you can run.
[She chuckles, Western music movie plays]
DESCRIPTION: Nori covers her eyes with her hands.
NORI: But you can't hide.
[The music stops]
MOJO: Uh, I thought that was the point of the game.
DESCRIPTION: Norie uncovers her eyes.
NORI: Uh, well, I mean, yeah. You can hide. Sure. Yeah. But, uh, I'll find you anyway, won't I? Right!
DESCRIPTION: Nori covers her eyes.
NORI: Here goes! Ten!
[Hiders yelp, grunt, engines rumble, tires squeal, bush rustles, tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The hiders scatter in different directions. Mayor Sunita hides in a nearby bush.
NORI: Nine.
[Jackson yelps]
DESCRIPTION: Jackson hides behind Preston, who hides behind a lamp post. They both run in opposite directions.
NORI: Eight.
[Felix oinks, thunk]
DESCRIPTION: Felix jumps on top of a barrel of apples as Bo runs past him.
BO: Uh, um, uh...
NORI: Seven.
[Tires squeal, Mojo whimpers]
DESCRIPTION: Nan and Dot hide behind potted plants on a street. Mojo stops on the street in front of them and grits his teeth.
NORI: Six.
[Mojo whimpers, engine rumbles, whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: Dot and Nan switch places, and Mojo drives away.
NORI: Five.
[Bo whimpers]
DESCRIPTION: Bo stands in the middle of the street.
BO: Um, uh...
DESCRIPTION: Bo backs behind a fence.
BO: Ah!
[Bo whimpers]
DESCRIPTION: Tao pushes Bo out from behind the fence, and Bo runs.
NORI: Four.
[Engine rumbles, Bo and Mojo whimper, tires screech]
DESCRIPTION: Bo runs into the town square behind Nori.
BO: Ah!
NORI: Three.
[Tires screech]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo skids past Bo in the square.
BOTH: Ah!
[Thump, slide whistle]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo bumps into the pedestal, and the shield flies up into the air.
NORI: Two.
[Water glugs, tense music continues, shield cracks]
DESCRIPTION: The shield lands on top of a fountain and cracks.
NORI: One!
[Slide whistle, water gushes, clink, Mojo and Bo gasp]
DESCRIPTION: Pieces of the shield fly off the fountain and fly over the top of nearby buildings.
MOJO: The Hide and Seek Shield!
BO: It's broken into pieces!
[Whoosh, engine rumbles]
DESCRIPTION: Nori uncovers her eyes. Bo steps on one of Mojo’s running boards, and they drive away.
NORI: Ready or not, here I come!
[Tires squeal, engine rumbles]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo drives around the buildings with Bo in the cab. They stop by a piece of shield on the street. Bo hops out and picks it up.
BO: Here's a bit of it.
[Chimes]
DESCRIPTION: A grey image of the shield appears, divided into five pieces. The piece on the bottom left changes to gold. The small shield moves above Bo and Mojo.
BO: But where's the rest?
MOJO: This is a disaster! Without the shield, there's no prize!
BO: Mojo, we got a new mission. We got to find all the bits before the end of the game and get the shield back to the town square.
MOJO: Unless Nori finds us first.
NORI: Come out, come out, wherever you are!
[Bo and Mojo gasp, engine rumbles, tires squeal, light music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Bo jumps into Mojo’s cab, and they drive around a corner.
BO: The rest of it has to be around here somewhere.
[Tires squeal, both gasp, Nori whistles]
DESCRIPTION: Nori stands by a nearby tree, then walks away with Mojo and Bo on the street behind her. Mojo tiptoes on their tires down the street past where Fabio and Tao hide behind recycling bins in a laneway.
FABIO: Psst!
MOJO: Huh?
FABIO: Quick! In here!
[Engine rumbles]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo drives into the laneway, and Bo jumps out of their cab.
MOJO: Phew!
FABIO: Shh!
TAO: Shh!
BO: Shh!
MOJO WHISPERS: Sorry.
ALL: Shh!
MOJO WHISPERS: Okay.
[Whoosh, clunk, tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Across the street, Nori looks in a recycling bin.
BO: Stay quiet ‘til she's gone.
[Clang]
DESCRIPTION: Fabio bangs his foot.
FABIO: Ow!
TAO: Shh!
FABIO: Shh!
BO: Shh!
[Clang]
DESCRIPTION: Fabio picks up a piece of the shield and taps it.
FABIO: Oh. I just stood on this thing. What is it?
BO: Oh, it's just one of those, uh—
MOJO: Golden thingamajigs.
BO: Yeah. Th-that's right. Uh, golden thingamajigs.
[Chime]
DESCRIPTION: On the small grey shield, the top left corner fills with gold, completing the left side.
BO: Very rare. Uh, thanks!
[Engine whirrs, footsteps patter]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo backs down the laneway to another street and drives away. Fabio and Tao walk partway down the laneway in the same direction.
FABIO: Hey!
DESCRIPTION: Nori’s shadow falls on Fabio and Tao’s backs. They turn around and cower.
FABIO AND TAO: Ah!
[Whip cracks, Nori laughs]
NORI: Found you.
[Shield chimes, engine rumbles]
DESCRIPTION: On a street, a piece of the shield gleams.
MOJO: There's another bit, Bo!
[Tires squeal, chimes]
DESCRIPTION: Bo leans out the window and picks up the piece. On the small grey shield, the lower right half fills with gold.
[Tires squeal, Western movie music plays, Nori knocks, door whirrs, whip cracks, Filo chuckles, tree creaks, whip cracks}
DESCRIPTION: Nori leans against a metal carwash door and knocks on it. The door rises, and she finds Filo hiding inside. Outside, Bo pushes a bush to the side, and Mojo shakes their head. On a street, Nori points at Nan behind the planter.
NAN: Aw.
[Whip cracks, Dot groans, bird squawks, whip cracks]
DESCRIPTION: Bo lifts a trash can, and Mojo shakes their head. Nori points and Dot steps out from beside the other planter. Bo lifts a black and white bird, and he and Mojo peer at the bush beneath them. Nori points at a red mailbox, and Jackson peers out through the slot.
JACKSON: Oh.
[Footsteps plop, shield chimes, whoosh, Bo whistles, thunk]
DESCRIPTION: Jackson stands and walks inside the mailbox. A piece of the shield leans against a sandwich board on a sidewalk. Bo rolls to the board and picks up the piece. The four pieces of the shield turn gold, leaving the hider piece grey. Bo puts the piece in Mojo’s cab.
MOJO: Is that all of it, Bo?
BO: Just one more bit to find.
[Rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Bo peeks around a corner and spots the golden hider piece on top of a tree.
BO: Look! There it is!
[Chime, dramatic music plays, footsteps thump]
DESCRIPTION: The hider pieces gleams. Nori arrives and stands beneath the tree.
NORI: Alright, Bo and Mojo! I know you're around here somewhere!
[She laughs]
NORI: I can wait here all day.
MOJO: Oh, no! She's never going to move!
BO: We're going to need a distraction.
[Whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: Preston appears and leans against Mojo.
PRESTON: Oh, hello, Bo and Mojo.
BO: Preston, are you still in the game?
[Preston chuckles]
PRESTON: Oh, no. Nori found me right away. I'm just admiring some of Swoppiton's finest rooftops.
[Light music notes play, Mojo clanks]
MOJO: Um, Preston, I heard Nori say she doesn't know anything about rooftops.
PRESTON: She said that? Ha! We can sort this out right away. Nori!
DESCRIPTION: Preston runs to Nori.
NORI: Preston?
PRESTON: Have no fear. Your rooftop guide is here.
NORI: I am in the middle of a game.
PRESTON: Uh, let us begin with this roof. This is, of course, a hip roof, as opposed…
[Bird squawks, engine rumbles, tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The black and white bird looks down at the gleaming hider shield piece. Mojo drives around the corner and tiptoes to the tree.
PRESTON: To the more common gable roof. It has sloping sides, which, instead of meeting at a ridge, slope down...
[Boing]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo hurls Bo to the treetop.
BO: Whoa! Ah!
[Bo grunts, rustle, engine whirrs, Nori gasps]
DESCRIPTION: Bo lands headfirst in the tree beside the hider piece, and Mojo reverses away.
NORI: What was that?
PRESTON: Ah, never mind about that. Now, over here, behold the mighty gable.
[Wings flap, bird squawks, Bo grunts, leaves rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo tiptoes towards the tree as the bird lands on Bo’s bottom. The bird picks up the piece, and Bo sits up and watches the bird fly away.
BO: Oh, no! Meddling magpie! Come back here with that golden, uh, thingamajig!
[Thunk, tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The bird lands on the roof of the town hall clock tower.
MOJO: It's flown up onto the town hall roof. How we going to get it now?
[Bo grunts, thunk]
DESCRIPTION: Bo jumps onto Mojo’s roof and then down to the street.
BO: It's too high for the Racer Top. We're going to need a hot swop.
[Rock music plays, tires screech, clank, whirr, seatbelt clicks, rotor blades thump]
DESCRIPTION: In the Swopshop, Bo pushes buttons on the controller, and a mechanical arm puts a rotor blade on Mojo’s roof. Bo jumps into Mojo and fastens his seatbelt. The ceiling opening slides open, and they fly out.
BOTH: Chopper Top!
[Bird squawks, Western movie music plays]
DESCRIPTION: On the roof, the bird pecks at the hider piece. In the town square, Nori holds her hand to her chin, then walks forward. Mojo rises behind nearby buildings.
NORI: Hmm. Where are those two?
MOJO: There's Nori! She'll hear us. We need to be really quiet.
[Bo laughs]
BO: Let's just turn down the volume, good buddy.
[Slide whistle]
DESCRIPTION: Bo touches lit bars on an arrow on the dashboard, and the bars darken.
[Tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo quietly flies towards the rooftop.
BO: We've got to grab that last piece and return the trophy.
[Rock music plays, bird squawks]
DESCRIPTION: On the rooftop, the bird pecks at the hider piece. They narrow their eyes as Mojo hovers beside them with Bo standing on a landing skid.
BO: I think that belongs to us.
MOJO: Boo!
[Bird squawks, wings flap, chime]
DESCRIPTION: Bo picks up the hider piece, and the hider piece on the small shield changes from grey to gold. In the town square, the other hiders gather beneath the clock.
MAYOR SUNITA: Any moment now, the clock will strike 12, and the game will be over. Then we can award the winner's shield, which I'm sure is perfectly safe behind me.
BO: The time's almost up!
MAYOR SUNITA: Ten! Nine! Eight! Seven! Six! Five! Four! Three!
[Bo grunts, clunk]
DESCRIPTION: Nori looks around with narrowed eyes. Bo leaps from Mojo, holding the shield. He reaches the end of his rope and puts the shield on the pedestal.
MAYOR SUNITA: Two! One!
[Clock bell rings, whoosh, upbeat music plays, everyone cheers, whoosh, laughs]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo pulls Bo up to the landing skid.
BO: We did it, Mojo! And Nori never found us.
MOJO: Uh, Bo?
[The music stops, whip cracks]
DESCRIPTION: Nori sits in Mojo’s cab.
NORI: Sorry, Bo, mate. Better luck next year.
[Whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: In the town square, Mayor Sunita holds the shield, which is taped together.
MAYOR SUNITA: For once again finding everyone before the time ran out, Nori, I award you the...
[Felix snorts]
DESCRIPTION: Nori takes the shield from the mayor, and apples roll towards her.
NORI: Eh?
[Felix snorts, whoosh, oinks, everyone gasps, light music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Felix steps out of the tipped apple barrel.
JACKSON: Felix! That's where you've been hiding.
NORI: Looks like I didn't find everyone.
[Upbeat music plays, apple crunches]
DESCRIPTION: Jackson kneels on the ground, and Felix runs to him, pausing to eat an apple.
MAYOR SUNITA: Felix, I pronounce you this year's Swoppiton Hide and Seek champion.
[Whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: The mayor holds the shield and leans towards Felix. Nori puts on her sunglasses.
NORI: You may have won this time, Mr. Pig, but I'll be back next year.
[Nori laughs, Felix oinks, shield clatters, Felix oinks, snorts]
DESCRIPTION: Nori points and the shield tips, breaking.
[Upbeat music plays]

BOTH: It's time to...swop that top!
[Rock music plays, tires screech, clank, whirr, seatbelt clicks]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo drives onto a platform and rises on a vehicle lift. Bo pushes buttons on the controller, and mechanical arms remove Mojo’s tires and add a blue and white checkered rear deck fin over their trunk. Bo jumps into Mojo and fastens his seatbelt. The garage door opens, and Mojo drives out with their racer top.
BOTH: Racer Top!
[Tires squeal, door slams, the music stops]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo drives around a corner. Later, they arrive in the town square, and Bo jumps out. Nan, Dot, Preston, Filo, Jackson, Felix, Tao, and Fabio watch as Mayor Sunita stands beside a pedestal that displays a golden shield with a star on the front and a golden a hider on the back.
MAYOR SUNITA: Ah, you two are just in time. Hiders, you have until the clock strikes 12. If you haven't been found by then, the Hide and Seek Shield will be yours.
[Chimes]
DESCRIPTION: The shield gleams in the sunlight. Bo and Mojo stare at it, their pupils dilated.
BOTH: Ooh!
FABIO: Mamma mia!
TAO: Wow!
FILO: Oh!
NAN: Oh, my.
DOT: Ooh! I want that! I'm very good at hiding.
[Tense music plays]
MAYOR SUNITA: But if the seeker finds everyone before the clock strikes, then they win the prize.
PRESTON: Which they do every year.
DOT: Who's the seeker?
[Whip cracks, everyone gasps, Felix oinks, Western movie music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The shadow of the approaching seeker falls on a brick wall as they walk.
BO AND MOJO: Uh...
FABIO: They say she can find anyone anywhere!
PRESTON: Oh, we've got no chance!
[Thump, door slams, footsteps tap]
DESCRIPTION: Preston dives into Filo’s passenger seat. The seeker’s purple boots tap as they approach the town square.
[Felix oinks]
JACKSON: I heard she really does have eyes in the back of her head.
[Whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: The seeker, Nori, takes off her sunglasses. She narrows her eyes and looks at the players.
NORI: Nice day for a game of Hide and Seek. But it looks like we're one player short.
[Whip cracks, Nori chuckles]
DESCRIPTION: Nori points to the sign on Filo’s roof.
NORI: Found you.
[Sign squeaks]
DESCRIPTION: Preston turns the sign, revealing his hiding spot.
PRESTON: Oh.
[Preston chuckles sheepishly]
MOJO: Incredible!
BO: What a talent.
NORI: Well, that's the warmup over. Let's play.
[Knuckles crack]
DESCRIPTION: Nori cracks her knuckles.
MAYOR SUNITA: Seeker, begin your countdown.
NORI: Remember, you can run.
[She chuckles, Western music movie plays]
DESCRIPTION: Nori covers her eyes with her hands.
NORI: But you can't hide.
[The music stops]
MOJO: Uh, I thought that was the point of the game.
DESCRIPTION: Norie uncovers her eyes.
NORI: Uh, well, I mean, yeah. You can hide. Sure. Yeah. But, uh, I'll find you anyway, won't I? Right!
DESCRIPTION: Nori covers her eyes.
NORI: Here goes! Ten!
[Hiders yelp, grunt, engines rumble, tires squeal, bush rustles, tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The hiders scatter in different directions. Mayor Sunita hides in a nearby bush.
NORI: Nine.
[Jackson yelps]
DESCRIPTION: Jackson hides behind Preston, who hides behind a lamp post. They both run in opposite directions.
NORI: Eight.
[Felix oinks, thunk]
DESCRIPTION: Felix jumps on top of a barrel of apples as Bo runs past him.
BO: Uh, um, uh...
NORI: Seven.
[Tires squeal, Mojo whimpers]
DESCRIPTION: Nan and Dot hide behind potted plants on a street. Mojo stops on the street in front of them and grits his teeth.
NORI: Six.
[Mojo whimpers, engine rumbles, whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: Dot and Nan switch places, and Mojo drives away.
NORI: Five.
[Bo whimpers]
DESCRIPTION: Bo stands in the middle of the street.
BO: Um, uh...
DESCRIPTION: Bo backs behind a fence.
BO: Ah!
[Bo whimpers]
DESCRIPTION: Tao pushes Bo out from behind the fence, and Bo runs.
NORI: Four.
[Engine rumbles, Bo and Mojo whimper, tires screech]
DESCRIPTION: Bo runs into the town square behind Nori.
BO: Ah!
NORI: Three.
[Tires screech]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo skids past Bo in the square.
BOTH: Ah!
[Thump, slide whistle]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo bumps into the pedestal, and the shield flies up into the air.
NORI: Two.
[Water glugs, tense music continues, shield cracks]
DESCRIPTION: The shield lands on top of a fountain and cracks.
NORI: One!
[Slide whistle, water gushes, clink, Mojo and Bo gasp]
DESCRIPTION: Pieces of the shield fly off the fountain and fly over the top of nearby buildings.
MOJO: The Hide and Seek Shield!
BO: It's broken into pieces!
[Whoosh, engine rumbles]
DESCRIPTION: Nori uncovers her eyes. Bo steps on one of Mojo’s running boards, and they drive away.
NORI: Ready or not, here I come!
[Tires squeal, engine rumbles]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo drives around the buildings with Bo in the cab. They stop by a piece of shield on the street. Bo hops out and picks it up.
BO: Here's a bit of it.
[Chimes]
DESCRIPTION: A grey image of the shield appears, divided into five pieces. The piece on the bottom left changes to gold. The small shield moves above Bo and Mojo.
BO: But where's the rest?
MOJO: This is a disaster! Without the shield, there's no prize!
BO: Mojo, we got a new mission. We got to find all the bits before the end of the game and get the shield back to the town square.
MOJO: Unless Nori finds us first.
NORI: Come out, come out, wherever you are!
[Bo and Mojo gasp, engine rumbles, tires squeal, light music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Bo jumps into Mojo’s cab, and they drive around a corner.
BO: The rest of it has to be around here somewhere.
[Tires squeal, both gasp, Nori whistles]
DESCRIPTION: Nori stands by a nearby tree, then walks away with Mojo and Bo on the street behind her. Mojo tiptoes on their tires down the street past where Fabio and Tao hide behind recycling bins in a laneway.
FABIO: Psst!
MOJO: Huh?
FABIO: Quick! In here!
[Engine rumbles]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo drives into the laneway, and Bo jumps out of their cab.
MOJO: Phew!
FABIO: Shh!
TAO: Shh!
BO: Shh!
MOJO WHISPERS: Sorry.
ALL: Shh!
MOJO WHISPERS: Okay.
[Whoosh, clunk, tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Across the street, Nori looks in a recycling bin.
BO: Stay quiet ‘til she's gone.
[Clang]
DESCRIPTION: Fabio bangs his foot.
FABIO: Ow!
TAO: Shh!
FABIO: Shh!
BO: Shh!
[Clang]
DESCRIPTION: Fabio picks up a piece of the shield and taps it.
FABIO: Oh. I just stood on this thing. What is it?
BO: Oh, it's just one of those, uh—
MOJO: Golden thingamajigs.
BO: Yeah. Th-that's right. Uh, golden thingamajigs.
[Chime]
DESCRIPTION: On the small grey shield, the top left corner fills with gold, completing the left side.
BO: Very rare. Uh, thanks!
[Engine whirrs, footsteps patter]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo backs down the laneway to another street and drives away. Fabio and Tao walk partway down the laneway in the same direction.
FABIO: Hey!
DESCRIPTION: Nori’s shadow falls on Fabio and Tao’s backs. They turn around and cower.
FABIO AND TAO: Ah!
[Whip cracks, Nori laughs]
NORI: Found you.
[Shield chimes, engine rumbles]
DESCRIPTION: On a street, a piece of the shield gleams.
MOJO: There's another bit, Bo!
[Tires squeal, chimes]
DESCRIPTION: Bo leans out the window and picks up the piece. On the small grey shield, the lower right half fills with gold.
[Tires squeal, Western movie music plays, Nori knocks, door whirrs, whip cracks, Filo chuckles, tree creaks, whip cracks}
DESCRIPTION: Nori leans against a metal carwash door and knocks on it. The door rises, and she finds Filo hiding inside. Outside, Bo pushes a bush to the side, and Mojo shakes their head. On a street, Nori points at Nan behind the planter.
NAN: Aw.
[Whip cracks, Dot groans, bird squawks, whip cracks]
DESCRIPTION: Bo lifts a trash can, and Mojo shakes their head. Nori points and Dot steps out from beside the other planter. Bo lifts a black and white bird, and he and Mojo peer at the bush beneath them. Nori points at a red mailbox, and Jackson peers out through the slot.
JACKSON: Oh.
[Footsteps plop, shield chimes, whoosh, Bo whistles, thunk]
DESCRIPTION: Jackson stands and walks inside the mailbox. A piece of the shield leans against a sandwich board on a sidewalk. Bo rolls to the board and picks up the piece. The four pieces of the shield turn gold, leaving the hider piece grey. Bo puts the piece in Mojo’s cab.
MOJO: Is that all of it, Bo?
BO: Just one more bit to find.
[Rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Bo peeks around a corner and spots the golden hider piece on top of a tree.
BO: Look! There it is!
[Chime, dramatic music plays, footsteps thump]
DESCRIPTION: The hider pieces gleams. Nori arrives and stands beneath the tree.
NORI: Alright, Bo and Mojo! I know you're around here somewhere!
[She laughs]
NORI: I can wait here all day.
MOJO: Oh, no! She's never going to move!
BO: We're going to need a distraction.
[Whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: Preston appears and leans against Mojo.
PRESTON: Oh, hello, Bo and Mojo.
BO: Preston, are you still in the game?
[Preston chuckles]
PRESTON: Oh, no. Nori found me right away. I'm just admiring some of Swoppiton's finest rooftops.
[Light music notes play, Mojo clanks]
MOJO: Um, Preston, I heard Nori say she doesn't know anything about rooftops.
PRESTON: She said that? Ha! We can sort this out right away. Nori!
DESCRIPTION: Preston runs to Nori.
NORI: Preston?
PRESTON: Have no fear. Your rooftop guide is here.
NORI: I am in the middle of a game.
PRESTON: Uh, let us begin with this roof. This is, of course, a hip roof, as opposed…
[Bird squawks, engine rumbles, tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The black and white bird looks down at the gleaming hider shield piece. Mojo drives around the corner and tiptoes to the tree.
PRESTON: To the more common gable roof. It has sloping sides, which, instead of meeting at a ridge, slope down...
[Boing]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo hurls Bo to the treetop.
BO: Whoa! Ah!
[Bo grunts, rustle, engine whirrs, Nori gasps]
DESCRIPTION: Bo lands headfirst in the tree beside the hider piece, and Mojo reverses away.
NORI: What was that?
PRESTON: Ah, never mind about that. Now, over here, behold the mighty gable.
[Wings flap, bird squawks, Bo grunts, leaves rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo tiptoes towards the tree as the bird lands on Bo’s bottom. The bird picks up the piece, and Bo sits up and watches the bird fly away.
BO: Oh, no! Meddling magpie! Come back here with that golden, uh, thingamajig!
[Thunk, tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: The bird lands on the roof of the town hall clock tower.
MOJO: It's flown up onto the town hall roof. How we going to get it now?
[Bo grunts, thunk]
DESCRIPTION: Bo jumps onto Mojo’s roof and then down to the street.
BO: It's too high for the Racer Top. We're going to need a hot swop.
[Rock music plays, tires screech, clank, whirr, seatbelt clicks, rotor blades thump]
DESCRIPTION: In the Swopshop, Bo pushes buttons on the controller, and a mechanical arm puts a rotor blade on Mojo’s roof. Bo jumps into Mojo and fastens his seatbelt. The ceiling opening slides open, and they fly out.
BOTH: Chopper Top!
[Bird squawks, Western movie music plays]
DESCRIPTION: On the roof, the bird pecks at the hider piece. In the town square, Nori holds her hand to her chin, then walks forward. Mojo rises behind nearby buildings.
NORI: Hmm. Where are those two?
MOJO: There's Nori! She'll hear us. We need to be really quiet.
[Bo laughs]
BO: Let's just turn down the volume, good buddy.
[Slide whistle]
DESCRIPTION: Bo touches lit bars on an arrow on the dashboard, and the bars darken.
[Tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo quietly flies towards the rooftop.
BO: We've got to grab that last piece and return the trophy.
[Rock music plays, bird squawks]
DESCRIPTION: On the rooftop, the bird pecks at the hider piece. They narrow their eyes as Mojo hovers beside them with Bo standing on a landing skid.
BO: I think that belongs to us.
MOJO: Boo!
[Bird squawks, wings flap, chime]
DESCRIPTION: Bo picks up the hider piece, and the hider piece on the small shield changes from grey to gold. In the town square, the other hiders gather beneath the clock.
MAYOR SUNITA: Any moment now, the clock will strike 12, and the game will be over. Then we can award the winner's shield, which I'm sure is perfectly safe behind me.
BO: The time's almost up!
MAYOR SUNITA: Ten! Nine! Eight! Seven! Six! Five! Four! Three!
[Bo grunts, clunk]
DESCRIPTION: Nori looks around with narrowed eyes. Bo leaps from Mojo, holding the shield. He reaches the end of his rope and puts the shield on the pedestal.
MAYOR SUNITA: Two! One!
[Clock bell rings, whoosh, upbeat music plays, everyone cheers, whoosh, laughs]
DESCRIPTION: Mojo pulls Bo up to the landing skid.
BO: We did it, Mojo! And Nori never found us.
MOJO: Uh, Bo?
[The music stops, whip cracks]
DESCRIPTION: Nori sits in Mojo’s cab.
NORI: Sorry, Bo, mate. Better luck next year.
[Whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: In the town square, Mayor Sunita holds the shield, which is taped together.
MAYOR SUNITA: For once again finding everyone before the time ran out, Nori, I award you the...
[Felix snorts]
DESCRIPTION: Nori takes the shield from the mayor, and apples roll towards her.
NORI: Eh?
[Felix snorts, whoosh, oinks, everyone gasps, light music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Felix steps out of the tipped apple barrel.
JACKSON: Felix! That's where you've been hiding.
NORI: Looks like I didn't find everyone.
[Upbeat music plays, apple crunches]
DESCRIPTION: Jackson kneels on the ground, and Felix runs to him, pausing to eat an apple.
MAYOR SUNITA: Felix, I pronounce you this year's Swoppiton Hide and Seek champion.
[Whoosh]
DESCRIPTION: The mayor holds the shield and leans towards Felix. Nori puts on her sunglasses.
NORI: You may have won this time, Mr. Pig, but I'll be back next year.
[Nori laughs, Felix oinks, shield clatters, Felix oinks, snorts]
DESCRIPTION: Nori points and the shield tips, breaking.
[Upbeat music plays]
