[Both giggle]
DESCRIPTION: Pip and Posy grab each other’s hands and dance together. Pip wears a long-sleeved white-and-green striped shirt and jeans. Posy wears a blue-and-red T-shirt with a blue-and-white polka-dot skirt. Pip carries Posy on his back. Posy tosses her toy frog, Froggy, high in the air. She catches Froggy as Pip’s toy pig, Piggy, lands in Pip’s hand.
PIP: Oh!
[Both giggle]
POSY: Come on!
BOTH SAY: Let’s play!
[Both giggle]
DESCRIPTION: Pip and Posy run together.

[Upbeat music plays, Pip hums, Posy giggles, snake rustles]
DESCRIPTION: In the playing spot, Pip and Posy sit at a table. Pip outlines the eyes on a glittering pink-and-orange superhero mask with a blue crayon. Posy picks up a green snake made from two empty toilet paper rolls and makes it slither in the air towards Pip.
POSY: Nice massssk, Pip.
[Both giggle, tap]
DESCRIPTION: Posy puts the snake on the table.
POSY: Oh.
[Paper rips]
DESCRIPTION: Posy pulls on a piece of tape of the snake and rips the cardboard.
POSY: Oh, no! Snakey's hurt.
PIP: Oh, don't worry. I can fix it.
[Sticker rustles, upbeat music continues]
DESCRIPTION: Pip puts a star sticker over the tear.
PIP: There. All better.
POSY: Oh, Snakey, you're okay.
[Thump]
DESCRIPTION: Posy puts the cardboard snake, Snakey, on the table.
POSY: Hero Pip saves the day!
[Pip giggles]
PIP: Ooh. Oh, look. Look.
[Rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Pip puts yellow star stickers on the mask.
POSY: Huh?
[Triumphant music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Pip wears the mask and poses heroically beside the table, with his paws on his hips.
PIP: That's because I'm Super-Pip, the most helpful superhero ever!
[Both laugh, rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Posy stands.
POSY: Oh, oh. Let's see who else you can help.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Yeah!
[Imitates trumpet fanfare]
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Super-Pip to the rescue. Whoosh!
[Both giggle]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip and Posy run to the door, and Super-Pip poses on the porch with his paws on his hips.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Who needs my help?
[Crow caws, light music plays, Posy gasps]
DESCRIPTION: In the empty playground, a crow pecks at a dirt path. Posy notices Jamila walking on the path toward the playing spot.
POSY: Jamila!
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip puts his arms out and pretends to fly towards Jamila, who carries a green seed packet.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Whoosh! I'm Super-Pip.
JAMILA: Oh. Nice to meet you.
POSY: Ooh. What's that?
JAMILA: Seeds. I was just about to scatter them.
[Super-Pip gasps, imitates trumpet fanfare]
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Super-Pip to the rescue.
[Packet rustles, Super-Pip hums, footsteps patter, seeds plop, crow caws, Super-Pip giggles]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip grabs the seed packet and runs to the crow. He scatters the seeds on the path, and the crow eats them.
POSY: Hooray! Super-Pip saved the day.
[Super-Pip shouts]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip gives Jamila the empty seed packet, then runs away with his arms in front of him.
JAMILA: Um, I was going to scatter those seeds in the garden, to grow flowers.
[Packet rustles, light music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Jamila points at the picture of a red flower on the seed packet.
POSY: Oh. Sorry, Jamila.
JAMILA: It's okay. At least Jenny's had a big breakfast. I'll go and get some more seeds.
[Footsteps patter, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Jamila leaves, and Super-Pip returns, posing beside Posy with his paws on his hips.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Whoosh! Whee! Quick. Someone else might need help from Super-Pip. Woo!
[Posy giggles, footsteps rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip runs to the sandbox where Zac kneels by a block castle. He holds an alien toy in his right paw.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Whoosh!
ZAC: Huh?
[The music stops]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip poses near Zac.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: I'm Super-Pip, the world's most helpful superhero.
[Zac giggles]
ZAC: I like your mask.
POSY: What are you building, Zac?
ZAC: A house for Blub-Blub the alien. Blub-blub. Blub-blub.
[Everyone laughs, rustling]
DESCRIPTION: Zac makes his alien toy, Blub-Blub, dance in the air. He picks up a blue ball and holds it over his head.
ZAC: A meteor! It's heading straight for your planet. Whoosh!
[Super-Pip gasps, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Zac slowly moves the ball towards the castle.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: I'll save you, Blub-Blub.
ZAC: Huh?
[Super-Pip grunts, blocks clatter, tense music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip grabs the ball and throws it away, stepping back and knocking over the blocks.
ZAC: Hey!
[Upbeat music plays quietly]
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Ooh. Sorry. I didn't see it. I was saving Blub-Blub.
DESCRIPTION: Zac picks up Blub-Blub.
ZAC: He didn't need saving. He was going to eat that meteor for breakfast.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Oh. I didn't know.
ZAC: I was about to say.
[Zac sighs]
ZAC: Now, I've got to build his house all over again.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Well, you, uh, enjoy.
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip gives Zac a block.

[Footsteps rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip puts his arms out and pretends to fly as he runs away. Posy walks to Zac.
POSY: Um, sorry. Super-Pip is just a bit super excited.
[Posy giggles]
ZAC: Hmm.
[Zac hums, block taps]
DESCRIPTION: Zac shrugs, then rebuilds his castle. Nearby, Frankie and Mo sit on a park bench, reading a book.
FRANKIE READS: "The Giddy Galloper huffs and puffs, and Sparkles whooshes into the leaves."
[Super-Pip gasps]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip and Posy arrive, and Super-Pip flies to Frankie and Mo.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Whoosh!
POSY SHOUTS: Maybe ask if they need help first?
PIP AS SUPER-PIP SHOUTS: Super-Pip, the world's most helpful superhero.
[Frankie and Mo giggle]
MO: Oh. Hi, Super-Pip.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Oh. The Big Unicorn Race. Me and Posy love that book.
[Footsteps rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Posy pushes Super-Pip away from Frankie and Mo.
POSY: Yeah. Well, doesn't look like anyone needs your help. Let's go and get some super slurp-y ice cream.
[Posy giggles]
FRANKIE READS: “It looks like Sparkles is going to win. They speed for the finish line."
MO: Ooh. Who's going to win? I really, really want to know.
[Super-Pip gasps, imitates trumpet fanfare, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip turns and runs back down the path.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Super-Pip to the rescue.
DESCRIPTION: Posy reaches for Super-Pip and misses.
POSY: Pip, don't!
[Soft thump]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip leaps beside Frankie and stands with his paws on his hips.

[Frankie gasps, discordant music note plays]
MO: Oh.
[Unhappy music plays]
FRANKIE: Pip, you spoiled the ending.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: But Mo wanted to know.

[Book thuds, Frankie sighs, the music stops]
DESCRIPTION: Frankie closes the book and nudges Mo.
FRANKIE: Come on. Let's find the next book: The Big Unicorn Race in Space.
MO: Okay.
[Mo giggles, footsteps rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Mo waves at Super-Pip and Posy, then follows Frankie down the path.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Uh, I thought I was being helpful.
POSY: But they didn't need your help, Pip. Neither did Zac or Jamila.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Oh. You're right. I didn't help at all. I only made things worse.
[Super-Pip sighs, footsteps rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip walks to the park bench and sits with his shoulders slumped.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: I'm not the world's most helpful superhero.
[Light music plays, footsteps rustle]
DESCRIPTION: Posy sits beside Super-Pip.
POSY: You still can be. You just can't always jump in. Sometimes, you need to ask if someone wants your help first.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Hmm.
POSY: And I'll be by your side to help you.

[Super-Pip gasps, footsteps rustle, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip leaps to his feet and pretends to fly away from the bench. Posy stands and runs behind him.
PIP: That's it! Back to our superhero base. Whoosh!
[Sticker rustles, Posy giggles]
DESCRIPTION: At the playing spot, Super-Pip puts a yellow star sticker on Posy’s superhero mask. The blue mask has a pink lightning bolt between the eyes and two star stickers.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Say hello to…
DESCRIPTION: Posy looks at her shiny wrist bands.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Herosy Posy, Super-Pip's super sidekick, to make sure his friends really do need his help.
[Herosy Posy giggles]
DESCRIPTION: Herosy Posy twirls to Pip.
POSY AS HEROSY POSY: Woo-hoo-hoo! Herosy Posy is ready for action.
[Both laugh, Super-Pip imitates a trumpet fanfare]
DESCRIPTION: Herosy Posy and Super-Pip run to where Mo kneels beside a bookcase. Frankie stands behind him with two books at her feet.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Super-Pip and Herosy Posy are here to help.
POSY AS HEROSY POSY: Only if you need it, though.
[Frankie and Mo giggle]
FRANKIE: Actually, we can't find The Big Unicorn Race in Space anywhere.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Ooh. We can help you look for it. And I promise I won't spoil the ending this time.
[Frankie and Mo giggle, books rustle, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip kneels beside a bookcase, pushes books aside, and peers through the opening.
POSY AS HEROSY POSY: Ooh. Mm-mmm.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Hmm. Aha!
[Herosy Posy gasps, Mo exclaims, giggles]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip pulls a book with a unicorn wearing an astronaut helmet off the shelf and shows it to Herosy Posy. He carries it across the room and gives it to Mo.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Ta-da! Whoosh!
[Mo giggles, Super-Pip imitates trumpet fanfare, rustling, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Mo gives the book to Frankie as Super-Pip and Herosy Posy run outside. In the garden, Jamila kneels on the ground. She looks up as Super-Pip and Herosy Posy jump off the porch onto a flagstone path.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: We can help scatter your seed. In the garden, this time.
[Super-Pip chuckles]
POSY AS HEROSY POSY: If you'd like us to.
[Jamila giggles]
JAMILA: Okay.
[Seeds clatter]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip and Herosy Posy hold out their paws, and Jamila gives each of them seeds. Super-Pip and Herosy Posy throw the seeds into holes in the soil.

DESCRIPTION: Zac drops Blub-Blub on the sand and picks up a beachball.
ZAC: Yeah! Here comes a monster meteor.

DESCRIPTION: Zac hits a tower with the beachball, knocking over blocks. Super-Pip and Herosy Posy run to the castle and knock blocks down. Herosy Posy kicks it, then Zac throws the beachball and knocks over the last blocks.

[Both laugh, Super-Pip imitates a trumpet fanfare]
DESCRIPTION: Herosy Posy and Super-Pip run to where Mo kneels beside a bookcase. Frankie stands behind him with two books at her feet.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Super-Pip and Herosy Posy are here to help.
POSY AS HEROSY POSY: Only if you need it, though.
[Frankie and Mo giggle]
FRANKIE: Actually, we can't find The Big Unicorn Race in Space anywhere.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Ooh. We can help you look for it. And I promise I won't spoil the ending this time.
[Frankie and Mo giggle, books rustle, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip kneels beside a bookcase, pushes books aside, and peers through the opening.
POSY AS HEROSY POSY: Ooh. Mm-mmm.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Hmm. Aha!
[Herosy Posy gasps, Mo exclaims, giggles]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip pulls a book with a unicorn wearing an astronaut helmet off the shelf and shows it to Herosy Posy. He carries it across the room and gives it to Mo.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Ta-da! Whoosh!
[Mo giggles, Super-Pip imitates trumpet fanfare, rustling, upbeat music plays]
DESCRIPTION: Mo gives the book to Frankie as Super-Pip and Herosy Posy run outside. In the garden, Jamila kneels on the ground. She looks up as Super-Pip and Herosy Posy jump off the porch onto a flagstone path.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: We can help scatter your seed. In the garden, this time.
[Super-Pip chuckles]
POSY AS HEROSY POSY: If you'd like us to.
[Jamila giggles]
JAMILA: Okay.
[Seeds clatter]
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip and Herosy Posy hold out their paws, and Jamila gives each of them seeds. Super-Pip and Herosy Posy throw the seeds into holes in the soil.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Kapow!
POSY AS HEROSY POSY: Bang!
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Pow!
POSY AS HEROSY POSY: Whoosh.
[Herosy Posy giggles]
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Pow.
DESCRIPTION: Later, Super-Pip and Herosy Posy run on the dirt path with their arms in front of them.
POSY AS HEROSY POSY: Whee! Woo-hoo!
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Super-Pip and Herosy Posy...
DESCRIPTION: Super-Pip and Herosy Posy stop behind Zac, with their paws on their hips.
ZAC: Huh?
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Are here to help you rebuild your—
[Herosy Posy gasps]
DESCRIPTION: Zac kneels in front of a large block castle that stretches almost all the way across the sandbox.
POSY AS HEROSY POSY: Oh. Zac, this is amazing.
ZAC: Yeah, I know.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: I don't think you need our help.
[Both superheroes giggle]
ZAC: Hmm. It did look fun when you knocked Blub-Blub's house down, though.
POSY AS HEROSY POSY: We could help you knock it all down again.
PIP AS SUPER-PIP: Only if you want us to.
DESCRIPTION: Zac drops Blub-Blub on the sand and picks up a beachball.
ZAC: Yeah! Here comes a monster meteor.
[Super-Pip and Herosy Posy gasp, giggle, shouting, blocks clatter, Super-Pip imitates a trumpet fanfare, everyone laughs]
DESCRIPTION: Zac hits a tower with the beachball, knocking over blocks. Super-Pip and Herosy Posy run to the castle and knock blocks down. Herosy Posy kicks it, then Zac throws the beachball and knocks over the last blocks.
[Playful orchestral music plays]
